We took this time travel taxi from Tokyo station to Ueno station and it was so much fun, very informative and allowed us to learn about the Edo period in Japan and the taxi itself was very comfortable and smooth.

The driver was very kind and considerate, which was a great help. I was looking forward to Takachiho, but I didn't know that I needed to make a reservation for the boat in advance. When I arrived, it was already sold out, so I couldn't ride the boat. Unfortunately, the day I went coincided with the Takachiho Spring Festival, and the roads were closed, which meant we couldn't use the usual routes. This caused delays, and we couldn't visit Aso Mountain and Kusasenri in the latter part of our sightseeing. The driver apologized profusely, but if I had received this information from Veltra in advance, I could have changed my schedule, so it was disappointing.

とても親切なドライバーさんで、色々気を使って下さり助かりました。楽しみにしていた高千穂でしたが、ボートの予約を先にしておかないといけないのを知らず、行ったら既に完売で、ボートには乗れませんでした。
生憎、行った日が、高千穂の春祭りと重なってしまい、道路が閉鎖されるという事で、従来通る道が使えないので、時間が掛かるため、観光内容の後半の阿蘇山や草千里は行けませんでした。
ドライバーさんは恐縮してお詫びをさえましたが、前もってこの情報がベルトラさんから聞いていれば、日程を変えることも出来たので、残念です。

I enjoyed the great outdoors by strolling along the sandy beach with a clear view of Ie Island after passing through the Fukugi tree-lined path in Bise. At the Tropical Dream Center, I was able to experience not only the orchid flowers but also the Okinawan butterfly, baobab trees, jade vine, and various tropical fruit trees, making it a valuable experience and time shared.

備瀬のフクギ並木を抜けて、伊江島を望む透明な海の砂浜を散策して大自然を満喫しました。熱帯ドリームセンターではランの花はもちろん、オオゴマダラ・バオバブの木・ヒスイカズラ、熱帯の果樹の数々にふれることができて、貴重な体験・時間を共有することが出来ました。

I don't think the Kannon statue at the first spot (perhaps a substitute for the monkey facility that might be closed) is necessary. I believe it's better for individuals to visit places related to faith on their own.

Instead, it would have been better to visit unique places in Shodoshima, like the Soy Sauce Village or the Somen Museum.

The guide's explanations were very good, and thank you to the driver for the smooth driving.

最初のスポットの観音像（もしかしたら休園中の猿の施設の代替）は要らないんじゃないでしょうか。信仰が絡む場所は個人で寄られた方がよいと思います。
その分、醤の郷やそうめん館など、小豆島ならではの場所に行くことができたらもっとよかったです。
ガイドさんの案内はとてもよかったです。ドライバーさんも滑らかな運転ありがとうございました。

I took a boat from Ishigaki Port at 11 AM and arrived at Iriomote Island at noon. After dropping off my luggage at the hotel, I signed up for a tour to make the most of the three hours before check-in.

The half-day course started at 1 PM and lasted about three hours, which was a lot of fun.

The guide was very thorough in their explanations, making it easy for beginners to enjoy the experience without worry. This is a recommended tour that I think everyone should try when visiting Iriomote Island.

It was an activity that I could enjoy even alone.

11時石垣港発の船で12時に西表島に到着し、滞在先のホテルに荷物を預けて、チェックインまでの3時間を有効活用しようとツアーに申し込みました。
13時スタート半日コースで約3時間楽しめました。

ガイドの方の説明もとても丁寧で、初心者でも安心して楽しめました。
西表島に来たらぜひ体験してほしい、おすすめのツアーです。

1人でも十分楽しめるアクティビティでした。

I came here for the first time.
I've been looking forward to visiting this facility for a long time.
I was excited from the moment I got the locker key to store my luggage!
While looking around the facility and listening to the explanations, they kindly answered any questions I had.
After the tour ended, we talked a lot about our love for airplanes and ANA.

初めて来ました。
ずっと訪ねてみたかった施設なので楽しみにしておりました。
荷物を預けるロッカーの鍵からわくわく！
施設を見ながら、解説を聞きながら、不明点があれば調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
ツアー終了後も飛行機愛、ANA愛をたくさん語りました。

I was able to visit Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island in one day. On Taketomi Island, I rented a bicycle and rode to a beach with star sand, where I got so caught up in searching for star sand that I lost track of time and suddenly it was time to return to the boat. Next time, I would like to take it a bit more leisurely.

西表島、由布島、竹富島を1日でまわれました。
竹富島ではレンタサイクルで星砂のあるビーチまで行き夢中になって星砂探しをしていてあっという間に帰りの船の時間になってしまいました。
次回はもう少しのんびりと行ってみたいです。

The lunch included is rich in content for the price. The guide's explanations were also easy to understand. This is my third time in Ishigaki Island, but since I had been moving around by rental car before, listening to the guide's stories while touring offered a different charm.

The sanshin performance during the bus ride was challenging, but both the performance and the songs in the local dialect were very well done, and above all, the voice was beautiful 🎤👧🏼.

The glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay is an additional fee for those who wish to go, but it's cheaper than the general price with the bus tour discount. Last time I visited, I couldn't see any sea turtles, but this time I was thrilled to see many of them ✨.

値段の割に昼食付きで内容も豊富。ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすくかったです。
石垣島は3回目ですが、今まではレンタカーで移動してたので、ガイドさんの話を聞いて巡るのは違った魅力を感じました。
バスの揺れの中での三線演奏、大変そうですが、演奏も方言での歌もとても上手で、何より声が美しかった🎤👧🏼
川平湾のグラスボートは希望者のみ別料金ですが、バス観光割で一般料金より安いです。
前回行った時は海がめは見れなかったのですが、今回はたくさん見れて感激しました✨

Thank you, Mr. Yagyu, for all your thoughtful care and attention during the tour. It was a fun trip, and I don't think I could have visited so many places on my own. The 8% discount on souvenirs at the sightseeing spots and the silo observation deck was greatly appreciated. ☆ five stars. The only downside was the small 20-passenger jumping vehicle, but aside from that, it was a perfect score!

I went on my first trip to Okinawa and was worried about driving, so I used a charter taxi for two days. The driver was very friendly and a great person! I would like to use this taxi service again when I come back for another trip!

初めての沖縄旅行、運転が心配で、貸し切りタクシーを2日間利用しました。運転手さんがとても気さくで良い方でした！また旅行に来る時はこちらのタクシーを頼みたいです！

This tour allows for efficient sightseeing of the three Yaeyama Islands and is very satisfying in terms of content. The mangrove tour on Iriomote Island, the water buffalo experience and sightseeing on Yufu Island, and cycling on Taketomi Island were all very enjoyable. The lunch on Yufu Island was delicious and had a local flavor. The only downside I noticed was that the bicycle used for cycling needed maintenance (the tires were low on air).

八重山3島を効率よく観光出来、満足の育や内容のツアーです。
西表島のマングローブ観光、由布島の水牛と由布島の観光、竹富島のサイクリング何処も満足の行く内容でした。
由布島の昼食も郷土色が感じられ美味しかったです。
あえて一つ残念なのは、サイクリングで利用した自転車のメンテナンス(タイヤの空気不足)が必要かと感じました。

There were about 30 participants, and I was the only Japanese person. At the beginning, the guide (a Chinese man) mentioned that since there was only one Japanese participant, my seat on the bus would be right behind him, and I would be sitting alone (no one would sit next to me). However, one person from a family of seven from Vietnam ended up sitting next to me, which was quite noisy the whole time. The guide only provided explanations in English, covering the next destination, viewing time, and meeting time. Since he only conveyed this information, I declined the Japanese explanation, saying I understood English. I felt that the guide was not as enjoyable or knowledgeable as others have described.

Regarding the schedule, the initial viewing time at Hokkaido Shrine was supposed to be 50 minutes, but it was cut down to 30 minutes, which felt rushed. Yet, we spent a generous 90 minutes for lunch at the market. While others seemed to visit the shops guided by the guide, I wished they had adjusted the viewing times better if they could allocate that much time for lunch.

Additionally, this is a personal impression, but both the driver and the guide were wearing wrinkled sweatshirts, and the driver looked like he had just woken up with messy hair. There was a lack of cleanliness, and when I said "thank you" while getting off the bus, I was ignored. The driver was not the kind of person that others had described in their reviews.

The weather was very nice, and the Great Buddha was a wonderful sight. Lastly, I wish the entrance fee for the Great Buddha had been included in the tour. All 30 of us (and everyone else was a foreigner) had to pay for the entrance fee one by one at a single ticket machine. With such a short viewing time, this took even more time. Please consider this.

スケジュールについても最初の北海道神宮の見学時間が予定は50分だったのが30分で足早なんてものでない
それなのに昼食は市場でたっぷり90分
他の方々はガイドさんの案内されるお店に行かれたようですが
昼食にそれだけ時間を割けるなら、他の見学時間の調整をもう少しちゃんとして欲しかったです

あと、これは個人の感じ方もありますが
ドライバーさん、ガイドさん共によれよれのスウェット、ドライバーさんに至っては起きたばかりのようなボサボサの髪でした
清潔感もなく、バスを降りるときに「ありがとうございます」と声をかけても無視
このツアーに参加された方々が感想で書いていたようなドライバーさんではありませんでした

最後にもう一つ
頭大仏の拝観料、ツアーに組み込んで欲しかった
30人が（しかも他は全員外国人）が1つの券売機で1人ずつ拝観料を支払います
見学時間短いのに、更に時間がかかります

I made a reservation for a plan that included both English and Japanese, but it felt like it was primarily in English.

When there was a mistake with the reservation for the parking at Kiyomizu Temple, the explanation of the situation was only in English, and I couldn't understand what was happening.

Given that this was a plan aimed at foreign visitors, I was told there was "no time to include Japanese," but I would have appreciated explanations in Japanese for essential details like the meeting time, meeting place, and any issues that arose.

Overall, I was satisfied with the places visited and the duration of the stay.

英語+日本語でのプランで予約をしましたが、英語が中心という印象でした。

清水寺の駐車場への予約のミスの際、状況の説明が英語のみで、何が起こってるのか分からなかった。

外国の方向けのプランという前提で、｢日本語を入れている時間がない｣と言われていましたが、集合時間や集合場所、トラブルに関する説明など、必要なことは日本語でも説明が欲しかったです。

訪問場所や滞在時間などはおおむね満足できる内容でした。

I came last year as well. I was very pleased to be able to enjoy the Yaeyama fireflies that are only visible during this time of year again this year. I definitely want to participate again next year.

昨年も来ました。この時期だけの八重山ヒメボタルの観賞が今年もできたので大変良かったです。また、来年も是非参加したいです。

I had the opportunity to witness a training facility for passenger aircraft operation support, which is something I usually never see. This experience made me re-recognize the difficulty and importance of the extensive and diligent work that goes on behind the scenes, which I usually take for granted. I would like to use this service again next time with even more gratitude.

About half of the participants were foreigners, but the female tour guide (who was Chinese) provided bilingual guidance that satisfied both Japanese and foreign guests, which was very good.

外国の方が半分くらいいらっしゃいましたが、添乗員の女性（中国の方）がバイリンガルで日本人、外国人が満足するような案内をしていただきとてもよかったです。

The tour had a high ratio of foreign participants, and the female guide was of Chinese descent. However, since I had read the reviews in advance, I had no issues during the experience. For Japanese travelers, they distributed a sightseeing map of Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and provided individual explanations of recommended spots, which was very helpful.

The two hours of free time in Takayama felt a bit short when considering lunch and souvenir shopping, but the two hours of free time in Shirakawa-go felt just right. (Since it’s a tourist area, all the shops on the main road were quite crowded. I saved time by bringing a bento and enjoying it by the riverbank of the Miyagawa.)

As a side note, at the two tourist spots, there seemed to be relatively fewer people of Chinese descent, and I noticed a larger presence of Southeast Asians and European Caucasians.

外国人の比率の高いツアー＆女性ガイドが中国系の方でしたが、
事前にこちらの口コミを見ていましたので、何ら問題なく過ごせました。
日本人の旅行者に対しては、高山市内と白川郷の観光案内マップを配布して、
お勧めの場所も個別に説明してくれましたので、問題ありませんでした。

高山市内の自由散策時間2時間は、
昼食とお土産探しの時間まで考えると、やや短い感じでしたが、
白川郷の自由散策時間2時間はちょうど良い感じでした。
（観光地ですので、メイン道路のお店はどこも混雑していました。
お弁当を持参して宮川の河原で頂くことで時間を節約しました。）

余談ですが、2カ所の観光地では、中国系の方は比較的少なめで、
東南アジア系の方々のほかにヨーロッパ系白人の方々が多い印象でした。

I traveled with my elderly mother, so I had some concerns. I wanted to show her as many places as possible, but I didn't want to put too much strain on her body, which is why I chose this plan.

Thanks to the driver's kind consideration, it turned into an amazing day that exceeded our expectations. I am filled with gratitude.

If I have the opportunity to visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request this service.

The weather was nice, and in the morning, we leisurely paddled through the mangroves in a canoe, experiencing something out of the ordinary! In the afternoon, we went snorkeling, where the coral spread across the entire sea, and there were many tropical fish swimming around, which was very beautiful. I did feel unwell for a bit, but the staff responded promptly and kindly, which was a great help.

お天気がよく、午前中はマングローブの中をカヌーでゆったりと進み、非日常を味わうことができました！
午後はシュノーケリングで、珊瑚が海一面に広がり、南国の魚がたくさん泳いでいてとても綺麗でした。途中体調不良になってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が丁寧かつ迅速に対応していただき助かりました。

It was a tour that fulfilled my desire to do a lot of sightseeing, even though I was traveling alone. It was a full tour, and I sat next to the tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, who was very kind and made it enjoyable.

The guide's instructions were clear, and the driver's driving was reassuring. We visited various places in Shodoshima, and it was wonderful. In the end, we walked down Angel Road and saw all the spots we wanted to see. Thank you!

The guide's chatter was very easy to understand, and the hour flew by. The coordination with the driver was perfect! The view of Osaka from a high vantage point, which is rarely seen, seemed fresh even to the locals who joined us. It was especially great since there aren't many opportunities to visit areas like Teramachi and Yuhigaoka.

We visited four main tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Thank you to our tour guide, Maki, for your hard work. You spoke continuously in both Japanese and English, and I appreciate you accompanying us and providing explanations throughout the tour.

The detailed maps of each sightseeing location were easy to understand and very helpful.

There were many foreign visitors, but everyone gathered on time without any issues.

Thank you to our driver, Kanda, as well. It was a very enjoyable trip.

We wanted to create some memorable moments on our honeymoon, so we booked this tour. On the day of our reservation, we were shocked to find out that our booking had not gone through, which made us quite anxious. However, when we called, they kindly accepted us for the next day, which was a huge relief.

On the day of the shoot, they took us to a less crowded location, and we were able to take beautiful photos in a calm atmosphere. When there were others being photographed before us, we were offered a chair to relax in and even got to enjoy stargazing, which was truly moving. It was the first time I had seen such beautiful stars.

The photographer was friendly and provided detailed advice on poses, allowing us to feel comfortable and have fun during the shoot. We are extremely satisfied with the final results!

新婚旅行で何か思い出に残したいねって話してこちらのツアーを予約しました。
予約当日に、まさかの予約が取れていないことが発覚して焦りましたが、電話したところ翌日なら対応可能と快く受け入れてくださり、とても助かりました。

撮影当日は、人の少ない場所へ案内していただき、落ち着いた雰囲気の中でとても素敵な写真を撮っていただけました。私たちの前に撮影されている方がいた際には、寝転べる椅子に座らせていただき、星空鑑賞までさせてもらえて感動しました。こんなに綺麗な星を見たのは初めてです。

カメラマンさんも気さくで、ポーズのアドバイスも丁寧にしてくださり、安心して楽しく撮影できました。仕上がりも大満足です！

I'm glad I was able to see tourist spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Cape Earth all in one day. I think having a guide's explanation makes it cheaper than renting a car.

洞爺湖、支笏湖に地球岬など観光地を1日で見られて良かったです。ガイドさんの説明があってレンタカーより格安だと思います。

The view of Jigokudani was refreshing. If I had a little more time, I would have liked to go deeper into Jigokudani. Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had limited time for the Shikotsuko Ice Festival in winter.

地獄谷の景色は爽快でした。もう少し、時間があれば、地獄谷の奥まで、行ってみたかったです。また、冬の支笏湖氷濤まつりも、時間が少なく、ちょっと、残念でした

We utilized a taxi for our mother-daughter trip since my mother cannot drive. They came to pick us up at the hotel to match our 11 AM checkout time. We spent two hours visiting the popular spots in Nanki Shirahama. The taxi driver was efficient and parked at the best spots (places where we didn't have to walk). He took photos for us and provided explanations as well. Before being dropped off at the station, we stopped by the Tore Tore Market to buy souvenirs. I highly recommend hiring a taxi for stress-free sightseeing. We were two people, but I think it would be even more cost-effective for four people!

母娘旅で活用。母は車の運転できないため、タクシーを貸し切りました。
11時のチェックアウトの時間に合わせて、ホテルに迎えに来ていただきました。
2時間かけて、南紀白浜の定番人気スポットをめぐっていただきました。
タクシーのドライバーさんは、効率的に回ってくれますし、一番いいスポット（歩かなくていい場所）に車を停車してくれます。
写真の撮ってくれますし、解説もしてくれます。
私たちは駅に送ってもらう前に、とれとれ市場に寄ってもらい、お土産を買うことができました。
ストレスなく観光するには、タクシーの貸切はオススメです。
わたしたちは2名での利用でしたが、4名だともっとお値打ちに観光できると思います！

Everything I experienced on the tour was truly wonderful!

The process from signing up for the tour to the end of participation was very meticulous, and I could feel the passion, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness of each staff member. It became the most memorable tour I've ever participated in.

Also, since lunch was included in the tour, I had no expectations for the meal on Yufu Island, but it turned out to be a delightful menu that beautifully showcased the best of Okinawa's flavors, and it was very delicious! My picky 10-year-old daughter was also very happy.

The only downside was that I remember reading somewhere that there would be an English guide available, but in reality, everything was conducted in Japanese. I felt a bit sorry for my foreign husband who was expecting that. It might have been my misunderstanding, so I’m not too concerned about this point.

ツアー申し込みから参加終了までの過程が大変丁寧で、スタッフのお一人お一人の方々の情熱と熱意、お気遣いを感じられる、これまでで一番思い出に残るツアー参加になりました。

また、ツアーに組み込まれたランチということで、由布島での食事には全く期待していなかったのですが、これがなんと、沖縄のいいとこ取りの優しいお味のメニューがバランス良く提供されていて、とても美味しかったです！偏食の10歳の娘も大変喜んでおりました。

一つだけ残念だったのは、確か事前に英語でのガイドもあるという内容を読んだ記憶があるのですが、実際は全て日本語での案内だったので、期待していた外国人の夫には少しかわいそうなことをしました。私の勘違いかもしれませんので、この点はあまり気にしてはおりません。
