The night tour on Iriomote Island was an experience that exceeded my expectations. The sky over the Yaeyama Islands, a designated starry sky preservation area, was filled with countless stars, and the Milky Way was clearly visible, which was truly moving. Spending time gazing at the stars while listening to the guide's explanations was a real luxury.

In the forest, I encountered a large coconut crab, which was incredibly exciting. The banana trees illuminated by the moonlight and the coral reefs washed up on the beach were also enchanting, allowing me to fully enjoy the nighttime charm of Iriomote Island.

西表島のナイトツアーは想像以上にワクワクする体験でした。星空保護区の八重山の空には無数の星が広がり、天の川もはっきり見えて感動。ガイドさんの説明を聞きながら星を眺める時間は本当に贅沢でした。

森の中では大きなヤシガニに遭遇して大興奮。月明かりに照らされたバナナの木や、浜辺に漂着した珊瑚礁も幻想的で、西表島の夜の魅力をたっぷり味わえました。

The temperature was low, and the wind was strong, making it a rough day for canoeing. Because of the bad weather, I had an unforgettable canoeing experience as I navigated through the mangroves, encountering various unexpected events along the way.

気温が低い上に風が強く、大時化でのカヌーでした。
天候が悪かったからこそ、ハプニングに見舞われながらマングローブをカヌーで巡る体験ができたので、一生忘れられないカヌー体験となりました。

It was cloudy, so we couldn't see the starry sky, but we encountered many creatures. Fortunately, we were able to see a wild coconut crab.

曇りだったため星空は見えませんでしたが、たくさんの生き物に出会えました。幸運なことに野生のヤシガニを見られました。

The mangroves of Iriomote Island and the water buffalo cart to Yufu Island were amazing. The water buffalo cart ride, in particular, was a wonderful experience. The bus driver's stories while we traveled from place to place were also enjoyable.

On Taketomi Island, I rented a bicycle for free and explored the area. While it's possible to walk around, I recommend biking since time is limited in the afternoon. This tour, which doesn't waste any time, comes highly recommended.

場所場所を回るバスの運転手さんのお話も楽しかったです。
竹富島では、フリーで自転車を借りて回りました。徒歩でも回れますが午後からの限られた時間ですので自転車がおすすめです。
無駄な時間を取られることないこのツアーはおすすめです。

Takachiho Gorge was just as beautiful as the pictures and videos I had seen, but the actual scenery was even more enchanting. Not only was the weather perfect, making it a wonderful experience, but I was also very satisfied with the tour guide, who was from China and explained everything clearly after being very well-prepared.

高千穂峡は写真や映像で見たままの景色でしたが、実景はさらに幻想的なものでした。
天候にも恵まれて素晴らしい体験だっただけでなく、ツアーガイドの方が中国の方でしたがとてもよく勉強されていて分かりやすく説明してくれた事に大満足です。

In February, we visited Asahiyama Zoo in the snow, and it was adorable to see the penguin parade. The guide was friendly, and the driver drove safely, which made me feel secure participating in the tour. Asahiyama Zoo has more slopes than I expected, and since the bus stop for group tours is located at the top of a hill, it might be a bit tough for those with weak legs or backs.

2月に雪の中の旭山動物園となりましたが、ペンギンの行進が見られてかわいかったです。
ガイドさんは親切だし、ドライバーさんも安全運転で安心してツアーに参加できました。
旭山動物園は思った以上に坂が多く、団体ツアーのバス乗り場は坂の上にあるので、足腰の弱い方は少しキツイかもしれません。

The day went by in a flash. The guide shared some recommended souvenirs, which was helpful. Unfortunately, at the end, during the Shikotsuko Ice Festival, we didn't have enough time to see the illuminated areas. It was also crowded, and there were long lines everywhere, so there were quite a few places we couldn't see.

ガイドさんがおススメのお土産など教えて下さったので、参考になりました。
残念だったのは、最後に行った支笏湖氷濤まつりで、時間が短かったので、ライトアップしたところが見えなかった事です。また、混雑していて、どこも並んでいたので、見れない所が結構ありました。　

On February 13th (Friday), my spouse and I participated in a tour. Since there were only six participants that day (three foreigners and three Japanese), the explanations on the bus were provided very politely in both English and Japanese.

Especially at Kinkaku-ji (the Golden Pavilion), our guide stayed with us until the end, kindly offering to take photos as well. In previous tours, we often had free time after arriving at sightseeing spots, so it was very refreshing to receive thorough explanations from the guide, and we were able to learn a lot of knowledge that we wouldn't have gained on our own.

Thanks to this experience, we had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time throughout the day. Thank you very much!

2月13日（金）に夫婦でツアーに参加しました。
当日は参加者が6名（外国人3名、日本人3名）と少人数だったこともあり、バス車内では英語と日本語の両方でとても丁寧に説明していただきました。

特に金閣寺では、最後まで私たちに寄り添って案内してくださり、写真撮影まで快く引き受けていただきました。これまで参加したツアーでは観光地到着後は自由行動が多かったため、ガイドさんにしっかりと説明していただけたことがとても新鮮で、個人では得られない知識もたくさん学ぶことができました。

おかげさまで、一日を通してとても楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。
本当にありがとうございました。

We participated as a family of four. The guide provided a lot of explanations in both English and Japanese, and even though it was our first time in Kyoto, we had a great time. Additionally, the guide's knowledge of the best photo spots was amazing, and we were able to take many wonderful family photos, for which we are very grateful!

At first, I was very anxious about not being able to participate in the tour due to an unexpected incident, but I headed to the departure location. When I consulted with the tour guide, they kindly listened to my concerns, and my child and I were able to participate comfortably. Thanks to that, we were able to see the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, which we had been looking forward to, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. 当初ハプニングの為、ツアーに参加出来ないのではととても不安に思いながら出発場所に向かいました。

I participated in this tour to efficiently sightsee in the morning before my departure. Riding the lift at the Okurayama Jump Stadium offered a beautiful view of the cityscape of Sapporo, which was amazing. The height and the thrill were impressive.

After that, I visited the Shiroi Koibito Park to buy souvenirs. I was also able to have lunch at the outdoor market, so I spent my time efficiently. The guide's stories were enjoyable as well.

出発日の午前中を効率良く観光する為に参加しました。
大倉山ジャンプ競技場のリフトに乗ると、札幌な街並みがきれいに見えて、最高でした。高さもあり、迫力がありました。
その後の白い恋人パークでは、お土産購入。場外市場では昼食もとれたので、効率よく過ごせました。
ガイドさんのお話も楽しかったです。

The starry sky and night tour in Iriomote Island was truly a wonderful experience. The view of the countless stars in the natural setting, away from city lights, was more beautiful than any night sky I have ever seen, making me feel as if I were enveloped by the universe. The guide was very kind and attentive, providing clear explanations about the stars and living creatures, which allowed me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. I was genuinely moved by the unique nature of Iriomote Island and the warm hospitality. I definitely want to visit again.

西表島の星空とナイトツアーは本当に素晴らしい体験でした。街明かりの少ない自然の中で見上げた満天の星は、これまで見たどの星空よりも美しく、まるで宇宙に包まれているような感覚になりました。ガイドの方もとても優しく丁寧で、星や生き物について分かりやすく説明してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。西表島ならではの大自然と温かいおもてなしに心から感動しました。またぜひ訪れたいと思います。

It was really nice that we departed in the afternoon and wrapped up by around 5 PM. Even though we participated in a bus tour, it wasn't a full day, so we were able to enjoy our own time and had a fulfilling day. The way the bus guide spoke, the speed of their speech, and their calm demeanor were all very pleasant and wonderful. The driver also greeted us with a smile, which made us feel at ease and allowed us to participate comfortably.

午後からの出発で、17時台には解散なのが、とてもイイ感じでした。
バスツアーに参加しても、丸１日ではないので、自分達の時間も楽しめて、充実した１日になりました。
バスガイドさんの話し方▪話されるスピード▪落ち着いた感じなど、本当に心地よく素敵でした。
ドライバーの方も笑顔で挨拶して下さり安心して、参加出来ました。

I participated alone! I love visiting geoparks, and I joined this tour because I learned that we would be going to the Usu Volcano and Lake Toya area, which is a UNESCO Global Geopark.

During the free time for lunch, I strolled around Lake Toya and found the Lake Toya Visitor Center nearby. I also stopped by the attached Volcanic Science Museum. Additionally, there was a special corner about the geopark inside the Lake Toya Cultural Center, which had a parking lot, and I found it very interesting to explore.

During the free time at Showa Shinzan, I was able to visit the Usu Volcano Geopark Information Center and the Showa Shinzan Park Service Center. I also made a trip to the Noboribetsu Park Center at Hell Valley, where I was thrilled to experience the grandeur of nature and learn about various information.

This tour is easy to join from Sapporo, and the guide was friendly, making it a very meaningful experience. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in exploring geoparks.

私はジオパーク巡りが好きで、今回も世界ジオパークである有珠山・洞爺湖エリアに行けると知り、参加しました。

お昼ご飯の自由時間に洞爺湖周辺を散策していたところ、近くに洞爺湖ビジターセンターがあり、併設の火山科学館にも立ち寄りました。さらに、駐車場のある洞爺湖文化センター内にもジオパークの特集コーナーがあり、とても興味深く見学させていただきました。

昭和新山での自由時間には、有珠山ジオパーク火山村情報館や昭和新山パークサービスセンターにも立ち寄ることができました。また、地獄谷では登別パークセンターにも足を運び、自然の雄大さを肌で感じるとともに、さまざまな情報に触れられたことも嬉しかったです。

札幌から気軽に参加できるツアーで、ガイドさんも気さくな方で、とても有意義な時間を過ごせました。
ジオパーク巡りをしたい方にも、とてもおすすめのツアーです。

Arriving a little before the meeting time, there was a panel where you could take pictures in your favorite uniform, which was also interesting. There were items for sale that seemed like nice souvenirs, so it was enjoyable to look at those as well. During the tour, you mostly just listened to explanations and couldn't take many photos, but the explanations were clear and thorough, using panels to illustrate the points, making it very engaging. I thought it would have been even better if I had some kind of material to keep since I couldn't take photos. During this tour, I saw various professionals when boarding the plane and wondered what kind of work they do. Naturally, I realized that it’s a much more challenging job than I had imagined. I also heard suggestions like, "Next time you fly, look out for this," which made me even more excited about flying. Overall, it was a short but rich tour that I found very fulfilling.

集合時間の少し前に到着するとパネルがあって好きな制服で写真撮れるコーナーがあるのでこれも面白いかも。記念のお土産になりそうな物も売っているのでそれらを見てても楽しいです。見学中は説明を聞くのみでほとんど写真は撮れるませんが、説明はわかりやすく丁寧でパネルなども使って話してくれるのでとても興味深いものでした。写真が撮れないぶんちょっとした資料みたいのが手元に残ったらもっとよかったと思いました。今回のツアーで飛行機に乗るときいろんな職業の人がいて実際どんな仕事しているんだろうって思いながら見ていてましたが、当然のことながら思っている以上に大変な仕事だと思ったし、今度飛行機に乗るときはこんなところも見てください。みたいな話も聞けてますます飛行機に乗るのが楽しみな短時間ながら中身の濃いツアーだったと思います。

I participated in a sea turtle snorkeling tour and beach SUP. I was worried it might be cold since it was February, but thanks to the wetsuit, I was able to snorkel without any issues. Compared to summer, the winter sea has higher visibility, and I could clearly see the seabed and the fish swimming in the distance. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see any sea turtles this time, so I would like to try again in the summer. The SUP was held in an area with little wave action, making it easy for beginners to try. The instructor taught us various things, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. Thank you very much! I look forward to visiting Miyako Island again.

ウミガメシュノーケリングツアーとビーチSUPに参加しました。2月なので寒いのではないかと心配でしたが、ウェットスーツのおかけで問題なくシュノーケリングできました。夏に比べて冬の海の透明度は高く、海底がはっきりみえて遠くにいる魚達もよく見えました。今回はウミガメは見ることはできなかったので、次回は夏に再挑戦したいと思います。SUPは波の少ないところでの開催だったので、初心者の方でも挑戦しやすいと思います。インストラクターの方にも色々なことを教えていただき、素敵な旅になりました☆ありがとうございました。また宮古島に旅行の際にはよろしくお願いいたします。

I had always wanted to visit Eiheiji. I was able to experience a very atmospheric setting, with remnants of the heavy snowfall from a few days ago still lingering.

Even in 2026, the monks, known as unsui, continue their training unchanged for hundreds of years, and our guide provided detailed insights into their daily lives, making it a very meaningful tour. It was a humbling experience. After Eiheiji, we visited the Asakura family's museum. Personally, I would have liked to spend more time at Eiheiji, so the time allocation was a slight downside for me.

いつか行ってみたかった永平寺。数日前の大雪がまだ残るとても風情のある趣を体験できました。
2026年でありながら　何百年も前から変わらない修行を続けている雲水さんたちの日常をガイドさんが詳しく教えてくださり　とても有意義なツアーでした。身が引き締まる思いです。　永平寺のあとは朝倉家の博物館を訪れました。　時間的には永平寺をもっと見たかったので個人的には　時間配分が1つマイナス要素でした。

This is my third time using Veltra, and the guide was very considerate, making my trip enjoyable as always. I think they pay extra attention since there are fewer Japanese customers. I haven't decided where to go next time, but I plan to use Veltra again. Thank you very much!

ベルトラは今回で３回目なのですが、ガイドさんが色々と気遣いして頂き、いつも楽しい旅行を満喫しています。日本人のお客さんは少ないので余計に気を遣って頂いているのだと思います。次回もどこに行くかは決まってませんが、ベルトラを利用しようと思っています。有難う御座いました。

I was a bit worried about my first solo bus tour. When I arrived at the meeting place, there was already a line forming even though it was 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and the check-in had already started. The boarding position on the bus was determined by the order of check-in, so the seats were filling up quickly from the front. When I expressed my hope to sit as close to the front as possible and alone, they happily accommodated my request with a smile, which I felt was lucky!

Both Takayama and Shirakawa-go were crowded with tourists, and if you wanted to eat something delicious, you had to wait in line. As someone who is greedy about wanting to see and eat as much as possible, I didn't have enough time to fully satisfy my desires, but I still enjoyed my first visit to Takayama and Shirakawa-go quite a bit. Thank you for your help!

初めての一人バスツアーで少し心配もありました。
集合場所に行くと、10分前にもかかわらずすでに列ができていて、受付が始まっていました。受付順にバスを乗る位置が決まっていくので、どんどん前から埋まっていきました。なるべく前で、一人が良いと希望を伝えると、笑顔でリクエストに応じてもらえて、ラッキーでした！
高山も白川郷も観光客が多く、美味しいものを食べようとすると並ばないといけないので、見たい、食べたいの欲張りな私には時間が足りず、満足まではいかないものの、初めての高山・白川郷に十分楽しめました。
お世話になりました！

I was glad to be able to efficiently visit so many places. The guide provided information in Japanese, Korean, and English. There wasn't much explanation beyond confirming the meeting place, meeting time, and schedule. Since the admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium is included, I think it's a good deal. Personally, I felt that two and a half hours at the Churaumi Aquarium was enough, and the rest of the time felt a bit rushed. Especially at American Village, it’s so large that I thought I wouldn’t make it back in time if I stopped for a meal, so I gave up on that.

これだけの場所に効率良く回れて良かった。ガイドさんの案内は日本語、韓国語、英語でした。集合場所、集合時間、スケジュールの確認くらいで特に説明はありません。美ら海水族館の入場料込みなのでお得な内容かと思います。個人的には美ら海水族館は２時間半で十分、あとはちょっと駆け足だった感があります。特にアメリカンビレッジは広いので食事していたら集合時間に間に合わないと思いあきらめました。

We had great time on this private tour. Our guide was Shu-San who came with his car to pick us from our hotel and drove us to three different observation points. He was well equipped with a monocular and binoculars. His polite attitude and enthusiasm about Tanchos made our trip a memorable experience.

We were guided by a very kind driver (his name was Honda), and it turned into a very enjoyable trip for the three generations: my mother, my daughter, and me. Due to an accident, we couldn't go to the crater of Mount Aso, but he took us to other recommended places, and we truly had a wonderful day. He drove carefully and provided explanations about various locations, and we were fortunate to have the best driver, allowing us to enjoy the experience from start to finish.

とても親切な運転手さん（ほんださんという方）に案内してもらい、母と私と娘の三世代、とても楽しい旅行となりました。
事故の関係で阿蘇山の火口に行けないかわりに、私たちにおすすめの他の場所へ連れて行ってくださり、本当に素敵な一日を過ごすことができました。
運転も丁寧でいろいろな場所の説明もしてくださり、最高の運転手さんに巡り会え、最初から最後まで楽しめました。

I leisurely rode a water buffalo along the peaceful row of houses while listening to island songs, and it brought me to tears. It was a 30-minute stroll, but I wanted to ride more. The stories from the lady were enjoyable, and the shamisen songs were wonderful. I definitely want to go again!

I participated in a night tour on Iriomote Island for the first time. The course took us through two locations: the jungle and the seaside, allowing us to experience a completely different side of the island compared to during the day.

Since it was still February and quite cold, it was difficult to encounter the coconut crab and the Iriomote wildcat, but we did come across small scorpions, a rare patterned gecko, and a giant termite mound, among other creatures and subtropical plants that are not often seen.

Seeing an owl perched on the power lines is also unique to Iriomote Island. The night jungle, where we all moved forward with our lights searching for creatures, felt like a special time of exploration. Thank you, guide Macchan!

初めての西表島で、ナイトツアーに参加しました。ジャングルの中と海辺の2か所を巡るコースで、昼間とはまったく違う島の表情を体験。

まだ2月で寒かったのもありヤシガニやイリオモテヤマネコに出会うのは難しかったですが、小さなサソリや珍しい模様のヤモリ、巨大なシロアリの巣など、普段なかなか目にできない生き物や亜熱帯ならではの植物にたくさん出会えました。

電線にとまるフクロウの姿も西表島ならでは。みんなでライトを手に生き物を探しながら進む夜のジャングルは、まるで探検のような特別な時間でした。ガイドのまっちゃんさん、ありがとうございました！

Saijō Gūtak is a very mystical place where I felt a sacred atmosphere that can't be conveyed just through a brochure. If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to take another hour to relax there. The guide's live singing was also great.

斎場御嶽はとても神秘的な場所でパンフレットだけでは伝わらない神聖な空気を感じました。欲を言うともう１時間ゆっくりしたかったなぁ。ガイドさんの生歌も良かったです。

The participants were 90% foreigners and 10% Japanese. The tour guide was fluent in both English and Japanese and provided a thorough explanation. In Shirakawa-go, not much snow removal is done for tourists, and the sidewalks are covered in snow. The paths to the Deai Bridge and the observation deck had some icy spots, and I saw many people falling. Non-slip footwear is essential. It was a very good tour that was efficient in terms of time and reasonably priced.

参加者は、9割外国人、1割日本人でした。添乗員さんは、英語日本語堪能で、丁寧に案内してくださいました。白川郷では、観光客の為の除雪はあまりされていなく、歩道には雪が積もっています。出会い橋、展望台に行く道は凍っている箇所もあり、転んでいる人をたくさん見ました。滑り止めは必須です。時間効率よく回れ、リーズナブルでとても良いツアーでした。

The tour guide was very good at talking and made the travel time enjoyable by sharing interesting sights. Thanks to their recommendations, I was able to enjoy visiting both Shirakawa-go and Gokayama, and I was very satisfied.

The bus was clean, had WiFi, and was comfortable. They provided a bag for trash collection. There was also a small refrigerator on the bus where they offered to keep items purchased as souvenirs.

This was my first time using this site, and I'm glad I chose it.

添乗員さんはとてもお話上手で移動時間に見どころを楽しく教えてくれました。おすすめのおかげで白川郷、五箇山どちらも楽しく巡ることが出来てとても満足でした。

バスは綺麗でWiFiもあり快適です。
ゴミは回収袋を用意してくれました。
バス内に小さな冷蔵庫がありお土産で買われた物など預かってくれるサービスもありました。

This was my second time experiencing the light-up event, but last year I couldn't book the tour with the observation deck from Takayama, so I had to give up. This time, I was able to make a reservation from Kanazawa, and I was thrilled.

As the sun set, the snow-covered gassho-zukuri village was enveloped in warm lights, creating a beautiful scene. When I climbed up to the observation deck, I was greeted with an even more stunning and fantastical view below...

I am grateful for the care shown by the driver and the tour guide, which allowed us to have a safe and wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

ライトアップは二度目でしたが、昨年は高山発の展望台付きツアーが取れず、断念。今回は金沢発で予約でき、感激でした。
雪景色の合掌造り集落が日没と共に、あたたかな灯りに包まれて浮かび上がる···展望台に登れば、眼下には美しくより幻想的な風景が···

While listening to CA's polite explanation, I toured the facility where training is conducted, viewing it through glass. I was able to learn about the behind-the-scenes of the airplanes I usually fly on.

CAさんの丁寧な説明を聞きながら、実際に訓練中の施設をガラス越しに見ながら見学コースを回りました。普段乗っている飛行機の裏側を知る事が出来ました。
