Please check in at the reception counter 20 to 5 minutes before the tour start time.

ANA Blue Base is the comprehensive training center for the ANA Group. ANA employees learn and train at this facility, which genuinely recreates airport and in-flight environments. In the lobby lounge, you can enjoy learning about ANA's history and work while you wait for the tour to start.

Pass through the departure gate, and a navigator (active ANA employee) will guide you to the dedicated tour area on the 3rd floor.
What to see in the dedicated tour area
ANA Blue Base boasts Japan's largest training facilities.You can observe training facilities and training for these six job categories:
・Ground staff
・Cabin attendants
・Ground handling staff
・Cargo staff
・Maintenance staff
・Pilots
*Depending on the date and time, training may not be conducted.

At the main entrance of ANA Blue Base, there is a "Tour Entrance" for visitors. Please check in at the reception counter 20 to 5 minutes before the tour start time.

- On the day of the tour, you can enter from the check-in time stated on the voucher (25 minutes before the tour start time). (Please note that you will need to wait outside until entry is permitted.)
- Please check in at the reception by 5 minutes before the tour start time.

- You can book a maximum of 15.

- Please refrain from wearing high-heeled shoes, sandals, and the like as the tour involves walking.
- To verify the identity of the representative, please be sure to bring your passport with you.

- Depending on the spread of the novel coronavirus infection and any instructions or requests from national or local governments, we may need to suspend operations.
- You may bring sealed PET bottles, cans, and thermoses. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing snacks or meals, including sweets.
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to participate, and it will be treated as a cancellation. Please note that we cannot provide a refund for same-day cancellations, so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
