I used this service on a snowy day. Considering that someone with no knowledge of the area would be using public transportation, it was very convenient to be able to ride the bus and listen to the kind and detailed guidance from the tour guide while enjoying the sightseeing from the window.

At Okurayama, I was lucky enough to observe the practice of the ski jumping competition. At Hitsujigaoka, I was able to see the famous Clark statue, which made me very satisfied. The guide was truly professional and provided detailed and careful guidance. For this price and this level of service, I am very satisfied.

大雪の日に利用しました。
まったく土地勘がない人が公共交通機関を利用して刊行することを考えると、バスに乗りガイドさんの親切で丁寧な案内を聴きながら車窓観光できるのは、とっても便利でした。
大倉山では運よくジャンプ競技練習の見学もできました。
羊ケ丘では、有名なクラーク像も見ることができたし大満足です。
ガイドさんが本当にプロで、丁寧に詳細にガイドしてくださいました。
この値段でこの内容だったら大満足です。

The schedule and itinerary were well organized, so there was no need to worry about transfers, waiting times, or service interruptions like with train travel, making it very enjoyable. Even on snowy days, we could comfortably sightsee by bus, which was less physically demanding.

The snow-viewing hot spring experience while gazing at the snowy landscape was exceptional, providing a unique experience that can only be had in Hokkaido.

While some sightseeing spots felt like we had a short amount of time, I was glad we could avoid unnecessary shopping. It was a well-thought-out tour that allowed us to enjoy sightseeing without any worries. The transportation was smooth, and all the highlights were covered, making me feel like we made the right choice.

Our guide, Mr. To, was very kind and explained everything diligently.

I had a wonderful time, and I would definitely like to use this service again.

時間や行程がしっかり組まれていて、電車移動のように乗り換えや待ち時間、運休等を気にする必要がなく、とても楽でした。
雪の日でもバス移動なので安心して観光でき、体力的にも負担が少なかったです。
特に雪景色を眺めながら入る雪見風呂は最高で、北海道ならではの体験ができました。

滞在時間が短く感じる観光場所もありましたが無駄な買い物をせずに済んで良かったです。
何の心配もなく観光を楽しめるくらい、よく考えられたツアーでした。移動もスムーズで、見どころも押さえられていて、「これで正解だった」と思える内容でした。

ガイドのトオさんも優しい対応で一生懸命に説明してくれました。

I visited Iriomote Island for the first time. The weather was bad, so we had to skip Barasu Island and switch to trekking, but it was the right decision, and I had an amazing experience. I was very happy to be able to experience the same place that Debi from Itte Q visited!

The guide was fantastic and very kind, and he really made the experience enjoyable. Matsuchan, our guide, made me feel great, and even though I was scared, I jumped into the river and successfully went trekking at the age of 52. The stories about the real life of Matsuchan and the locals, as well as tales from the island's elders, were fascinating. The mangrove canoeing was also incredible and very beautiful. You absolutely should experience it!

西表島は初めて訪問しました。気候が悪くバラス島は無しになり、トレッキングに変更になりましたが、変えて正解で最高な体験ができました。イッテQでデビ夫人が行かれた所と一緒の場所を体験でき、とても嬉しかったです！
そして、ガイドさんが最高で優しく、盛り上げてくださいました。ガイドの松ちゃんがとても良い気分にさせてくれて、怖かったけど川に飛び込んだり、無事に52歳ですがトレッキングする事ができました。松ちゃん達が住んでいるリアルな話や、島のおじいの話など面白かったです。マングローブのカヌーも最高でとても綺麗でした。絶対に体験した方が良いです！

I was the only participant on the day of the tour. They provided taxi transportation, and I appreciated that they still conducted the tour even with just one person.

As I listened to the explanations from the driver and guide, I explored the area, and since there were no other visitors at Sugiland, it felt like a private experience. I was able to take my time without worrying about others.

Being alone allowed me to move quickly, and although the original course was supposed to be 30 minutes, they guided me through a 50-minute course. This was a beginner-friendly hiking course, perfect for someone like me. Since it was a bit chilly and drizzling, I wore a waterproof windbreaker over my ultra-light down jacket, along with trekking shoes and rain pants. At one point, there was even some snow falling.

Given that it was the off-season, I was able to explore thoroughly, making it a valuable tour.

当日の参加者自分のみ。タクシーで案内してくださったのですが参加一人でも催行してくださるのは有りがたかったです。
運転手兼ガイドのかたの説明を聞きながら見て回るのですがスギランドに人が全くいず貸切状態。人目を気にせずじっくり回りました。
やはり1人なので回るのも早く本来30分コースらしいですが50分コースを案内してくださいました。
私のようなハイキング初心者向けのコースです。山なので少し寒いのと小雨だったのでウルトラライトダウンの上に防水ウインドブレーカーを羽織り、下はトレッキングシューズ、レインパンツの格好です。途中雪が散ってました。
閑散期もあり、じっくりまわれて価値あるツアーでした。

The day I went was unfortunately cloudy, so we couldn't enjoy stargazing... we only had the jungle night tour. However, with the guide and everyone who participated, we searched for creatures and rare plants, and at times we even got to see a coconut crab, which is not often seen this time of year. It was truly a fun time.

There were also participants from overseas, and they provided explanations in English as well. Since participants could share the enjoyment together, I really think everyone, regardless of age or nationality, should definitely go on this tour.

私が行った日は、あいにくの曇りで星空鑑賞ができず…ジャングルナイトツアーのみでした。でも、ガイドさんをはじめ、参加した人達皆で生き物やレアな植物を探し、時には今の時期にはあまり見られないヤシガニを見れたりと、本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました。
海外の方も参加されていましたが、英語でも説明してくださいます。参加者同士で楽しみを共有できるため、老若男女日本海外問わず是非このツアーに皆さん行ってほしいな、と思えるツアーでした。

I signed up for this tour, which has a longer stay than others. However, three hours is barely enough. Even just securing a spot for the penguin walk takes up time, and you have to stand still in the cold. I recommend dressing warmly during the snowy season. There were also fun talks from the guide about Hokkaido's quirks, making it enjoyable beyond just the zoo. Thank you very much.

他のツアーよりも滞在時間の長いこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
しかし、３時間じゃ足りないくらいです。
ペンギンの散歩の場所取りでも、時間を使ってしまいます。しかも、寒い中じっとして。
雪の時期には、防寒をしっかりしていく事をお勧めします。
ガイドさんの北海道あるある話など、楽しいトークもあり、動物園以外にも楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

The guide was fluent in both English and Japanese and very kind. I appreciated their ability to respond flexibly to situations and provide various explanations.

Every time I go, I can feel ANA's commitment to safety. During the tour, when the guide told me that I have great knowledge about airplanes, I was very happy. No matter how many times I go, I always make new discoveries, so I want to go many times.

This was my first time in Ishigaki, and since I wasn't familiar with the geography, I used the bus tour from To Transport. It efficiently covered the key spots.

The bus guide provided various information, including views from the bus, which was very helpful for me as a first-time visitor to Ishigaki.

We departed in the morning from the bus terminal near the ferry terminal. It felt like we were going around half the island, but before returning to the bus terminal, we also stopped at Ishigaki Airport. So, if you're flying back after 2 PM on your last day in Ishigaki, you can make good use of your limited time.

石垣もはじめて。地理も不慣れなため、東運輸のバス観光ツアーを利用しました。
要所を効率よく回れます。

バスガイドさんも、車中からの眺めも含めいろいろ案内してくれたので、はじめて石垣に行った私には、とてもありがたかったです。

離島ターミナル近くのバス発着所から朝出発。島を半周してくる感じですが、バス発着所に戻る前に石垣空港でも止まりますので、石垣最終日の14時以降の便で帰るときも最終日の限られた時間を有効に使えると思います。

It was a beautiful day, and the hour flew by in no time. I boarded the bus after taking measures against the cold, and the warmth blowing from the floor by the window was very comfortable. Thank you for explaining the history in a fun and easy-to-understand way, from the past to the present. The view was outstanding, especially since there was no ceiling. It was an interesting experience to have tunnels and signals passing just above our heads, full of thrills. I would love to try a different course if I have the opportunity again.

お天気の良い日で、あっという間の１時間でした。寒さ対策をしてバスに乗り込みましたが、窓際の足元から暖房が吹き出ていて心地良かったです。
歴史から現在の姿まで楽しくわかりやすくお話をしてくださりありがとうございました。
天井がないだけあって見晴らしは抜群。
トンネルや信号が頭上すれすれを通っていくのは面白い体験でスリル満点でした。
また、機会があれば違うコースを体験させていただきたいです。

From the morning gathering to the evening dispersal, the guidance was clear, and the ferry ride was enjoyable. The mangrove tour lasted a full hour, and the explanations made it fun. Since it was quite windy, wearing a hooded jacket might be a good idea. The water buffalo cart ride was a unique experience, and I appreciated hearing about the characteristics of the water buffalo. During the bus ride, the driver shared stories like a guide, which was entertaining and brought laughter and applause.

We had lunch on Yubu Island, where the local flavor was present. Although there weren't many dishes, the buffet style left us feeling full. The cute canned brown sugar caramel we bought as souvenirs was delicious. After exploring, we headed to Taketomi Island. There are rental bicycles available, but if there are many tour guests, you might not be able to use them. Since there is plenty of time for exploration, those who are unsure about walking should prepare by doing some walking beforehand. The beautiful beach, nature, and traditional houses allowed us to relax and enjoy a fulfilling day.

由布島でランチ　地域色あり品数は多くはありませんがバイキング形式で満腹になりました　お土産で可愛い缶入りの黒糖キャラメルが美味しかったです　散策後　竹富島へ　レンタサイクルありますがツアー客が多いと利用できないかも　散策する時間が多いので歩きに不安な人はウォーキングして準備しといた方がいいです　綺麗なビーチと自然と家並みでのんびりゆったりとした気持ちになり充実した1日を過ごせました

The weather was bad, and we couldn't see the starry sky. We also couldn't see the coconut crabs. However, the guide worked hard to find them and provided clear explanations, which were very helpful. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again.

What surprised me on the bus was that, including the two of us, there were about five people, and aside from the Japanese, everyone else was of Chinese descent. The guide's announcements on the bus were mostly in Chinese, so I couldn't understand anything at all (laughs). Later, they came to us, the minority Japanese, and gave a brief explanation before moving on. It was a strange bus tour experience.

I was also looking forward to the scenery of Shirakawa-go covered in snow, but it started to rain instead... I ended up having to buy a plastic umbrella at the shop (laughs). Since it's natural weather, I can't really complain about that...

乗ったバスで驚いたのは、私達2名を含め5名ほどが日本人の他は全部中華系の外国人。ガイドの方の車内アナウンサーも殆んど中国語で何言ってるのか全く分からず(笑)後で我々少数派の日本人の所へ来て簡単な説明だけしておしまい。奇妙なバスツアー体験でした。
また雪で覆われた白川郷の景色を期待していたのですが、なんと雨が降ってきて…
まさかの売店でビニール傘を買う羽目に(笑)
自然の天候なので、これに関しては誰にも文句は言えませんけどね…

充滿知性的導覽，孩子和大人都能感到樂趣的體驗。知道每場中文導覽都是由同樣的ANA員工完成，有點小感動，真心推薦不騙。

I made a reservation for the night of New Year's Day 2026. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn't see the starry sky that I was looking forward to, but I was able to explore at night without getting rained on. To my surprise, I got to see the coconut crab, which is quite rare to find on a cold day! I also saw hermit crabs and stick insects that are listed in the Iriomote guidebook, as well as a scorpion's exoskeleton! I was able to see many things I had never seen before, and the sounds of the insects at night and walking along the beach made for a very enjoyable tour. I definitely want to participate again next time to see the starry sky!

2026のスタート元旦の夜に予約しました。
あいにくの空模様で楽しみにしていた星空は見られませんでしたが、雨にも降られずナイト探索できました。参加者のみんなが見たかったヤシガニ（寒い日に見つけれるのはかなりレアらしい！！）をまさかの見れました！！西表図鑑に載ってるヤドカリだったりナナフシだったり！蠍の抜け殻！見たことないものをたくさん見れて夜の虫の音や浜辺なども歩いてとても楽しいツアーでした。次は星空も見たいのでまた是非参加します。

I was able to efficiently visit three islands, each with its own unique charm. The transportation was smooth, and the guide's stories were interesting and enjoyable. The Okinawan cuisine for lunch was even more delicious than I had imagined. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience that made me think about which island I would like to visit again next!

3つの島を効率良く巡りながら、それぞれに違う魅力を味わえました。移動はスムーズで、案内の方のお話も興味深く楽しく、沖縄料理の昼食も想像以上においしかったです。全体を楽しんだ上で次はどの島にもう一度来ようかなと思える、充実した内容でした！

I was able to visit Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi all at once! Yufu is a very small island, and there wasn't much to do, so I spent my time collecting seashells! The rental bicycles in Taketomi were in such bad shape that my rear end hurt and I was surprised they were on the verge of a flat tire, but now it's a funny story!

由布はとても小さい島で、することがなかったので、貝がらひろいしてました！
竹富のレンタル自転車がボロボロすぎて、おしりも痛くてパンク寸前でびっくりしましたが、いまでは良い笑い話です

I think it was a boat with about 60 people. Since it was a weekday in January, I thought there would be a lot of empty seats, but there were quite a few participants, almost full. It might depend on the day, but it was quite rocky. There were moments where it felt like a roller coaster going up and down, and people were exclaiming "Wow!" I took motion sickness medicine, but I still felt quite nauseous. Some people were down for the count.

We had a hard time spotting whales, but the boats were communicating with each other, and we got a message from a boat that found them, which led to applause from everyone! The whales were far away, so we couldn't see them as they appear in magazines, but we were able to see small sprays of water and the tails and backs coming out of the sea.

They were small, but since it's rare to see them with the naked eye, it was quite satisfying. The staff also uploads photos taken with an amazing telephoto lens camera online.

60人ぐらいの船だったと思います。1月の平日なので空きが多いかと思いましたが、結構満席に近いぐらい参加者がいました。
日によるのかもしれないけど、だいぶ揺れます。ジェットコースターのように上から下への瞬間もあって「おお～」という声が。酔止めを飲んだのですが、かなり酔いました。ダウンしている人もいました。
クジラはなかなか見つけられなかったのですが、船同士で連絡しあってるとのことで見つけた船から連絡があり、一同拍手に！
クジラは遠くにいるので、雑誌等の写真でみるような姿は見えません。小さく塩を吹いたり、海から出ている尾ひれや背中を見ることができました。
小さいですが、めったに肉眼でみることはできないので、満足感はあります。
スタッフの方が、すごい望遠レンズのカメラで撮影した写真をネットに上げてくれます。

I participated with my younger sister. The content was very good, but the weather was unfortunate, so I give it four stars. I had heard that the weather in January can be bad, so I wasn't too disappointed when it rained, but I think the beaches of Taketomi Island would have been even more wonderful if the weather had been nice. Still, the mangrove tour had a cover on the boat, so we were able to enjoy the sightseeing without getting too wet.

We were able to ride the water buffalo cart twice, and it was fun to cheer on the water buffalo pulling the cart while listening to the sanshin and songs. During the island tour, I noticed that many young people, both locals and non-locals, were working, and it was clear that everyone loves this environment, which made me feel warm inside.

妹と参加しました。内容はとても良かったのですが、お天気が残念だったので星4つです。
1月は天気が悪いと聞いていましたので、雨が降ってもそれほどがっかりしませんでしたが、竹富島のビーチはお天気が良ければもっと素晴らしかったと思います。それでもマングローブ遊覧は船にカバーがかかっていて、ほとんど濡れずに観光できました。
水牛車には2回乗ることができましたが、車を引いてくれる水牛さんを応援し、三線と歌を聴かせていただき楽しかったです。島の観光では地元出身もそうでない方も若者が沢山働いていて、皆この環境が大好きなんだなと伝わってきてこちらも暖かい気持ちになりました。

I was worried about the rain forecast, but we were able to sightsee without much rain. There were a lot of clouds, but Kabira Bay was beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the fish clearly from the glass-bottom boat. I imagine it would be even more beautiful on a sunny day. It was great to hear the bus guide's stories and songs as well. It was helpful that we could go to the airport, so we didn't waste half a day and were able to enjoy sightseeing.

The guide was Nepalese, but he was a bilingual who was fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Since he was able to handle Japanese without any issues, I was able to enjoy the tour with peace of mind.

ガイドさんはネパール人でしたが、英語・中国語・日本語も堪能なバイリンガルでした。日本語も問題なく対応できたので安心して楽しいツアーを満喫することができました。

I thought it would be impossible to ride the boat alone, but when I asked, the driver kindly (or maybe forcefully?) agreed to join me. 👍
I had a flight time at Kumamoto Airport, and they hurried to get me there early. ☺

It was our first time snorkeling for both of us, but the time flew by and it turned out to be a fulfilling day! Our guide, Hina, provided us with detailed information about marine life, and we even got to see a sea snake! I would like to use this service again when I come back to Ishigaki Island next time!

I participated in a tour around Yakushima Island. The guide was very knowledgeable, and I was able to learn a lot about the island. The driver was also excellent, skillfully navigating very narrow roads. I don't think I would have made it there if I were driving. We saw monkeys and deer, and the meals provided during the tour were delicious. I was fortunate to be surrounded by great people, making it a fun experience. Thank you very much.

I had the best photo shoot with amazing shots, and I received plenty of explanations during the tour. It was the best trip to Nara that I will always remember. I was really wondering if we could visit all these places, but it turned out to be just right for my impatient self who likes to move quickly. We didn't have time to ride a boat at Takachiho Gorge, and my child was saying they wanted to go on one. It was a shame that we didn't have time to buy souvenirs at each location. Since our stay at the parking area was short, we couldn't do any shopping. Maybe it's a good thing we didn't spend any money.

本当にこんなにまわれるのかなぁ～と思ってましたが、
さっさと周ってせっかちな私にはちょうど良かったです。
高千穂峡で船に乗る時間が無くて子供が乗りたかったと言ってました。
その場所場所でお土産を買う時間がなかったのが残念でした。
パーキングの滞在も少しだったので買い物が出来ず。
出費が無くて良かったかも。

Although the cloudy weather prevented us from seeing the starry sky and the coconut crabs, we were able to spot regular hermit crabs and other creatures. Searching for wildlife together with the other participants created a sense of unity. The guide was kind, attentive, and worked hard for us. I wish there were some plans in place for days with bad weather.

I visited Okinawa for the first time and focused on the power spots in the southern part of the island. I had submitted some candidate locations in advance, but since I have no travel experience, my plans were a bit vague. However, the driver was kind enough to adjust the itinerary, and in some cases, he accompanied us close to the locations, which made the trip smooth without any confusion. I had booked the Ganagari Valley for 2 PM, but since I wasn't sure about the timing, the latter part of the day felt a bit rushed, which was a little disappointing. Overall, everyone was very kind, and we had lively conversations in the car, making for an enjoyable experience.

初沖縄で南側のパワースポットを中心に回っていただきました。あらかじめ候補は提出してましたが旅行経験がなく、あやふや計画でしたが運転手さんが親切に補正していただき場所によっては近くまで同行していただいたため迷うこともなくスムーズに旅行できました。ガンガラーの谷は私が目測も分からず14時予約としたため後半が少し窮屈な時間となったのが少し残念。全体としてはとても親切で車中でも会話が弾み楽しく過ごせました

Since the mangroves follow the same route for both the outbound and return trips, I was able to see both sides. It was fun listening to the explanations too! You can buy souvenirs on Yufu Island!
