The weather was favorable, making for an enjoyable trip. The morning gathering was a bit hectic, and since most of the participants were international tourists, I felt a little anxious. However, the round trip from Nagoya was mostly free of traffic, which was stress-free. It was also fortunate that the person sitting next to me had to cancel at the last minute, allowing me to use the seat more comfortably. I heard that if you participate alone or in an odd number, there is a possibility of sharing a seat.

天候にも恵まれ楽しい旅行となりました。
朝の集合はバタバタしていて海外の観光客が大半を占めていた事もあり少し不安でしたが、名古屋からの行き帰りは渋滞もほとんどなくストレスもなかったです。
たまたま隣の席の方が急遽欠席になった事もあり座席も広く使えた事も幸運でした。
1人又は奇数の人数で参加される場合は相席になる可能性があるそうです。

It was snowy in the morning, but it cleared up at just the right moments, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery. The driver was sincere, and the guide was great. They weren't too talkative or too quiet, and they had a good sense of humor, making for a fun day. I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both the location and the food were good. Thank you very much.

朝から雪でしたが、ここぞというポイントで晴れて、景色を存分に楽しめました。
運転手さんも誠実な方でしたし、ガイドさんがよかったです。喋りすぎず、おとなしすぎず、それでユーモアがあって、楽しい一日でした。
昼食は期待していなかったのですが、これまた満足しました。場所、内容ともによかったです。

I escaped the cold and enjoyed a long-awaited trip to the tropical Okinawa. I discovered new tourist spots like Manza Beach and American Village, which felt like a new Okinawa experience. I had been to the Churaumi Aquarium several times before, so I separated from the group, but just the two of us went to the Tropical Dream Center, where we enjoyed the tropical plants and beautiful flowers, truly savoring the island vibe.

As expected from the travel company chosen by Veltra, the staff, including the driver and tour guide, were wonderful. There were over 40 participants on the bus, a mix of Japanese and foreigners (mainly from Asia), and most people exchanged smiles as we passed each other. However, we had to wait about 20 minutes for a group of six young men and women, presumed to be Korean, who were not at the meeting point. At each tourist spot, they returned to the bus just in time, often one or two minutes late, which was quite common. I thought the early drop-off would be quick, but even before we arrived, there was an announcement, and despite the bus stopping, they didn’t get off until the tour guide went to get them. Eventually, they got off without saying anything.

They were likely not part of Veltra's group, but I thought it must be tough for popular tours to refuse anyone. Other than that, it was a problem-free and enjoyable trip.

寒さを逃れ、久々の南国沖縄旅行を楽しんできました。
万座毛・アメリカンビレッジ等新しい観光地も見えて、新沖縄発見でした。
美ら海水族館は以前に何度も行ったので、団体から離れる形態になりましたが、我々だけでしたが熱帯ドリームセンターに行き熱帯植物・きれいな花を見て南国の島を十分に味わいました。
さすがのベルトラさんが選ぶ旅行会社で、スタッフの運転手さん添乗員さんは素晴らしかったです。
参加者もバスに４０人以上の日本人と外国人（主にアジア系）が混合乗車していましたが、ほとんどの人が笑顔ですれ違う感じでしたが、途中集合場所から参加した韓国人と思われる若い男女の６人グループが集合場所におらず２０分程度待たされ、各観光地でも喫煙のためかバスに帰ってくるのが時間ギリギリで1・２分遅れはあたりまえの様子で、さすがに途中解散は早く降りると思っていたら、着く前に案内があったのにバスが止まっても降りず、添乗員さんがおこしに行って、やっとしばらくして６人で何も言わず降りていきました。
ベルトラさんの客ではないグループでしょうが、人気ツアーも来る人拒めずで大変と思いましたが、それ以外は問題なく楽しい旅ができました。

The male water buffalo does not walk alone, and I learned that it defecates in the water, which was fun to know. The performance of the sanshin was also wonderful. Thank you.

I had a very fulfilling day visiting various places since the morning. I felt that the Churaumi Aquarium could have been a bit shorter, but for families, this duration might be just right.

朝から色々なところを回れてとても充実した1日になりました。美ら海水族館はもう少し時間短くても良いように思えましたが、家族づれだと今くらいがちょうどいいのかも知れません。

I traveled from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island, enjoyed the mangroves, and then rode a water buffalo to be pulled to Yufu Island. Thank you, Musashi!

It was just my daughter and me, and it was definitely the right choice to use a taxi! We were able to move quickly, and our guide, Mr. Tsuchida, was fun and very knowledgeable, which made it a great experience. As we get older, convenient transportation becomes the most important thing.

I thought I would just be taken to the places I wanted to go, but I was very satisfied with the detailed explanations of the tourist attractions as well.

行きたい場所に連れていってもらうだけだと思っていたのですが、観光名所の説明も詳しくして下さり大満足でした。

Thanks to the rain, I was able to see a coconut crab even in January! I couldn't find the coconut crab myself, but it was fun to stroll leisurely with my friends; it felt like a night adventure.

雨が降ったおかげで、1月でもヤシガニ見ることができました！自分ではヤシガニ発見することはできなかったですが、友人とのんびり歩いて、夜の探検みたいで楽しかったです。

There were only my daughter and me as Japanese participants. Aside from one family from an English-speaking country, the rest were users from Chinese-speaking regions, but we had more than enough fun.

The guide was trilingual and always followed up with me and another group who didn't understand Chinese in Japanese and English, so I was able to trust the tour completely and feel at ease.

The timing was just right, and I enjoyed the peace of mind that comes with a bus tour. It was very helpful that they shared local specialties and recommendations.

Some people might feel a bit hesitant about mingling with foreigners, but I had a great time, so I highly recommend it.

My elementary school daughter also had a lot of fun and was able to spend the time with a smile! Thank you very much.

日本人参加者は私と娘だけ。
あと英語圏のご家族1組を除けば、あとは中国圏の利用者のみでしたが、十分以上に楽しめました。

ガイドの方はトリリンガルで中国語を理解できない私ともう1組にも日本語や英語でいつもフォローして下さいまして、ずっと安心してツアーをお任せできました。

時間設定もちょうどよく、バスツアーならではのお任せできる安心感で楽しく参加できました。
各所の名物やおすすめを教えてくださるのも大変助かりました。


外国人の中に混じるのは少し抵抗感があるかたも少なくないかも知れませんが、とても楽しめましたのでオススメです。

小学生の娘も楽しかった！と笑顔で過ごすことができました。

I was able to easily experience the long-awaited water buffalo cart ride. My child was scared of the water buffalo and hid their face during the commemorative photo, but when I said I wanted to buy it, they kindly stayed with us until my child lifted their face for the photo. I was very grateful for their kindness.
I was able to choose the return ferry time, but due to other circumstances, I selected an earlier time, so I didn't have enough time to leisurely enjoy the town's scenery. It would have been better if the ferry time on the way there had been a bit earlier.

念願の水牛車体験を手軽に出来ました。子供が水牛を怖がり記念写真を撮る時に顔を伏せてしまいましたが、購入すると言ったら顔を上げるまで撮影に付き合ってくださいました。とても親切でありがたかったです。
帰りのフェリーの時間を選べましたが、その後の都合で早い時間を選択した為、ゆっくり街並みを観る時間がありませんでした。行きのフェリーの時間がもう少し早いと良かったです。

Unfortunately, it was raining (quite heavily), but I was able to reach the top. If it had been sunny, I might have been able to go without a guide, but thanks to the guide's appropriate judgments in the rain, I was able to enjoy the experience with peace of mind until the end.

The rain made the conditions tough, and unfortunately, some participants in the same tour had to retire partway through. I am grateful that the guide was there to help make the decision of whether to continue or not.

By the time we started descending, the weather improved, and I was able to see various expressions of Yakushima, from rain to light rain to sunshine, which turned out to be very nice.

The guide provided a wealth of information about the various Yakusugi trees and Yakushima, which I was very satisfied with. Thank you!

あいにくの雨（結構強め）でしたが、最後まで登り切ることができました。
晴れていたらガイド無しでも行けたかもしれないですが、雨の中でもガイドさんが適切に判断いただいたので、安心して最後まで楽しめました。

雨でコンディションがハードになり、同じツアーに参加した方の中でも、残念ながら途中でリタイアした方もいました。
ここらへんの、行く・行かないの判断も、やはりガイドさんが付いていてくれたからこそだなと、感謝しております。

下りに入るころには、天候も回復し、雨→小雨→晴れと屋久島の色々な表情が見れたことも結果的にはとても良かったです。

I was looking for a tour that I could participate in with my 10-month-old daughter. It was very kind and appreciated that they helped us with getting on and off the boat and bus while carrying the stroller. I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the mangroves. Riding a water buffalo while listening to shamisen music and crossing over to Yufuin Island became the best memory of this trip.

10ヶ月になる娘とも参加できるツアーを探していました。
船の乗り降りやバスの乗り降りもベビーカーを一緒に持ってくださりとても親切でありがたかったです。
マングローブの美しさに圧倒されました。
三味線を聴きながら水牛にのって由布島に渡れたのはこの旅一番の思い出になりました。

It was cold, but beautiful. The roads were congested, and we were running behind schedule. However, they made sure to capture all the photo spots, which was very nice.

寒かったけど、綺麗だった。
道が混んでて、時間が押した。でも、しっかり写真ポイントなど抑えてくれて、とても良かったです。

The mangrove cruise on Iriomote Island was enjoyable. I was able to see trees that can only be found here up close, and the explanations from the staff were clear and helpful, making the experience relaxing and pleasant.

The experience of crossing to Yubu Island by water buffalo was also unique to this location and enjoyable. On the island, I could take photos with the water buffalo, and the timing was just right for a complete tour. The lunch was average, nothing special.

Overall, I was able to efficiently and enjoyably explore the two islands, and I'm glad I participated.

西表島のマングローブクルーズが楽しかったです。ここでしか見られないような木々を間近で見られ、係のお姉さんの話もわかりやすくよかったですし、ゆったりと気持ちよかったです。
西表島から由布島に渡る水牛もここならでは体験でよかったです。島では水牛と一緒に写真も撮れて、時間的にも一周回るのにちょうどいい。お昼ご飯は可もなく不可もなくといったところでした。
全体的には２島を効率よく楽しく周らせていただき、参加してよかったです。

I was grateful that the guide kindly explained everything in three languages. I was anxious about driving in Hokkaido during winter, so although there were time constraints, I was able to visit many places. I'm glad I used the tour and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

During this trip, I also went on snorkeling and kayaking tours, but this tour was the most fun. I was mainly interested in the starry sky, so the night jungle was secondary, but I really enjoyed the jungle. Just walking with a flashlight in the dark was exciting. Having a guide made me feel safe. I was able to see coconut crabs and owls, as well as some rare insects. The guide taught us a lot, which was very educational.

The sky was cloudy, but we were able to see the starry sky just when it cleared up. The guide provided many explanations about the constellations, which increased my knowledge about stars. It was also nice to hear stories about Ishigaki Island during the van ride. I'm glad I participated.

今回の旅行で他にシュノーケルやカヤックツアーも行きましたが、このツアーが一番楽しかったです。
星空目当てで、ナイトジャングルは二の次でしたがジャングルとても楽しめました。暗闇の中懐中電灯を持って歩くだけでもワクワクしました。ガイドさんがいるから安心ですし。ヤシガニやフクロウも見れたし他にも珍しい昆虫も見れました。ガイドさんが色々教えてくれるのでとても勉強にもなりました。
空は曇ってましたが、ちょうどクリアになるタイミングで星空を見ることが出来ました。星座の説明もたくさんして下さって星の知識が増えました。
バンでの移動中も石垣島の話を聞けて良かったです。
参加して良かったです。

On my first trip to Okinawa, I searched for a tour that would allow me to see various sights in one day, and I participated in this one. Each stop had enough time for us, which I think was great for my elderly parents. Additionally, the tour fee included admission to the Churaumi Aquarium and Pineapple Park, so we were able to enjoy ourselves from morning until night, making this tour very cost-effective. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄旅行、１日でいろいろ観光できるツアーを探して、今回参加させていただきました。
ひとつひとつの滞在時間が十分あったので、高齢の両親にとっても大変良かったと思います。
またツアー代に美ら海水族館とパイナップルパークの入園料も含まれており、それで朝から晩まで遊んでこのツアー料金はとてもコスパがいいと思います。

I don't drive, so I was lucky to have a bus tour in January. At the Valley of Gangala, they handed out cold sanpin tea tumblers to each person, and the guide was truly wonderful. They walked slowly and spoke clearly, making me feel like I was on an adventure that connected me to the workings of the Earth. It was a place I had wanted to visit for a long time, and I’m really glad it was such a fantastic tour. I highly recommend it! I think winter might be the best season to go. The Saiyū-ōgū and the bus attendant were also great.

車の運転はしないので、バスツアーが1月にもあってラッキー。
ガンガラーの谷は、冷たいさんぴん茶のタンブラーを一人づつ渡してくれ、
ガイドさんがとても素晴らしかったです。
聞き取りやすいようにゆっくりと歩いて話してくれて、地球の営みを感じるような冒険に行ったような気持ちになりました。
前から行きたかった場所で、かつこんな素晴らしいツアーで、本当に良かった。おすすめです！
冬がベストシーズンなのではないかと思います。
斎場御獄もバスの添乗員さんも良かったです。

Before going, I thought it would be lucky if we could see them. We arrived at a place where we might encounter whales and waited. I was thrilled when I saw the spout. There were three whales: a mother and her calf, along with a male. They jumped several times, showed their large tails, and even raised a flipper, which got our guide excited as well. It seems it's rare for them to play for such a long time.

When the time came, we had to leave the whales behind. What struck me in the end was the captain's excellent maneuvering skills. Next time I go to Okinawa, I want to go whale watching.

行く前までは、会えればラッキーくらいに思っていました。
遭遇できそうな場所に着いて、クジラを待ちました。潮吹きを見たときは感激しました。母子クジラとオスの3頭でした。そのうち何度もジャンプしたり、大きい尾びれが見えたり、片手？を上げたりでガイドさんまでも興奮ぎみでした。こんなに長く遊んでくれたのは珍しいそうです。
時間になり、クジラを置いて私たちが帰って行くことになりました。
最後に思ったのが、船長さんの操縦のうまさです。
次回、沖縄に行ったら、クジラウオッチングに行きたいと思いました。

Four years ago, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I planned a trip with my wife as part of our honeymoon, and I found this LIMON tour! We participated in a tour from Namba Station to Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The tour content is enjoyable for both Japanese and foreign tourists. When we participated, there were only two Japanese people, my wife and me, but the tour staff member, Maria, was very considerate, and we are grateful for that. After the English announcements for the places we were going to visit, she also explained things to us, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without any inconvenience. She was always nearby, which made us feel secure while touring.

It seems there are many other tour options available, and if we have the chance, we will participate again. Thank you very much, Maria and the staff. We appreciate you making it a fun tour!

4年前、コロナ禍の中で結婚した妻と新婚旅行も兼ねて旅行を計画してた中で、今回このLIMONのツアーを見つけました！
難波駅より伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山のツアーに参加しました。
日本の方でも外国人観光客でも楽しめるツアー内容です。
我々が参加した時は日本人は私と妻の2人しか居ませんでしたが、
ツアースタッフのMariaさんがとても気を遣って頂きまして、感謝してます。
これから行く場所の案内を英語のアナウンスの後、我々夫婦にも説明して下さり、不便無く観光を楽しめました。
何かと側に居て下さったので、安心して観光できました。

他にも沢山のツアー内容があるようで、また機会があれば参加させて頂きます。

My first time in Ishigaki Island, and I was able to efficiently visit the islands. I was healed by the sound of the sanshin and singing while on the water buffalo cart. I was worried about the weather and didn't reserve a bicycle, but I was able to rent one on-site and enjoyed cycling for the first time in a while.

初めての石垣島　効率的に島々をまわれました。
水牛車の上での三線の音、歌声に癒されました。
お天気が心配で自転車を予約しませんでしたが現地で借りられ久しぶりのサイクリングを楽しみました。

On the day of the trekking, we were blessed with clear weather, and we could see Mount Miyanoura along the way. A week prior, I received a message saying that it had snowed and that crampons might be necessary, which made me think I would have to give up on joining the tour. However, we ended up trekking 20 km round trip without needing crampons, achieving 42,000 steps and conquering the equivalent of 15 flights of stairs. We walked along the trolley path, captivated by the guide's stories, and saw the Sandaizuki and Wilson stump (which I wouldn't have known how to view from the right angle to see the heart shape without the guide). According to the guide, December is the off-season, so we had plenty of time to take photos at a leisurely pace. The Great King Cedar, the Couple Cedar, and the Jomon Cedar were all breathtaking. After enduring 7,500 years of wind, rain, and snow, they still looked quite healthy. Approaching my sixties, life may be on a downhill slope, but having met the Jomon Cedar, I feel I can continue to take one step at a time.

トレッキング当日はお天気に恵まれ快晴、途中宮之浦岳も見えました。一週間前に雪が降り、アイゼンが必要かもと連絡が来た時は、ツアー参加を断念かと思いましたが、アイゼン必要なく往復20kmのトレッキング、歩数42000歩を、15階分の階段を制覇できました。トロッコ道はガイドさんの話で飽きる事なく歩き、三代杉、ウィルソン株(これはガイドさんがいなければ、どの角度から見ればハート❤️になるのかわからなかった)。
ガイドさんにらよると、12月はオフシーズンでゆとりがあり、写真もゆっくり撮る事が出来ました。
大王杉、夫婦杉、そして縄文杉、圧巻でした。
7500年風雨、雪に耐えそこにいてくれる、まだまだ元気そうでした。還暦を迎えて人生下り坂ですが、縄文杉に会えてこれからも1歩ずつ進んでいけます。

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but the guide was very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the efficient sightseeing.

【Meeting Place】The location was easy to find. It seemed that three groups gathered at the same place, so it was a bit unclear which guide to approach.
【Participants】The large bus was almost full, with about 10 Japanese participants. The ratio of Japanese seemed higher than usual. The atmosphere in the bus was generally quiet, except for the English-speaking group at the back who chatted the whole time. Well, it can't be helped.
【Guide】The guide communicated in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The microphone was not working well, so they explained in their natural voice. It was unfortunate that it was hard to hear due to the distance. However, when I asked later, they provided additional information politely, so there were no issues.
【Sightseeing Time】Since it was a weekday, we didn't get caught in major traffic and stayed on schedule. In Takayama, I enjoyed Hida beef steak and sake, so I didn't have enough time. If we had an extra 30 minutes, I could have relaxed more.

1人で参加しました。少し不安でしたが、ガイドの方の対応も良く、効率的に観光でき満足です。

【集合場所】場所はわかりやすい。同じ場所に3グループ集合だったようで、どのガイドに声をかけて良いかわかりにくかった。
【参加者】大型バスはほぼ満席。うち日本人10名程度。いつもより日本人比率は高いようでした。車中は概ね静か。後ろの英語圏の方が終始おしゃべり。まあ仕方がありません。
【ガイド】中国語、日本語、英語で対応。マイクの調子が悪く地声で説明。距離があり聞き取りにくかったのが残念。後で尋ねると丁寧に補足があり問題なし。
【観光時間】平日なので大きな渋滞に巻き込まれることもなく予定通り。高山では飛騨牛ステーキと日本酒を堪能したため時間が足りませんでした。あと30分あるとゆっくり出来たかも。

I chose this tour, which covers tourist spots far from central Sapporo, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, with the aim of enjoying the nature of Hokkaido in winter. It also included an unexpectedly luxurious lunch, which made me very satisfied. I can say this is the best value tour.

冬の北海道の自然を満喫することを目的に、札幌中心部から遠く離れた観光スポットである支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山ロープウェイなどが網羅されているこのツアーを選択。予想外の豪華な昼食もついており、大いに満足しました。コスパは最高なツアーと言えます。

I leisurely rode a water buffalo cart through the streets of old Okinawa. The staff were well-organized and provided great guidance, making for a pleasant experience. It was a good choice for an optional tour during my stay on the cruise, as the timing was just right.

水牛車に乗って昔の沖縄の街並みの中をのんびりと廻りました。スタッフの方も段取り良く案内もしてくれて気持ちよく過ごせました。クルージングの滞在の間のオプショナルツアーとして時間もきちんとしていて選んで良かったです。

Kyoto has many foreign tourists, and I heard that it's difficult to catch a taxi, so I made a reservation. They quickly organized a few sightseeing spots I wanted to visit, and I didn't have to look up train or bus schedules, think about transfers, catch a taxi, or search for parking for my private car. They guided us, allowing us to just enjoy ourselves and save time. Since the tour started at Kyoto Station and ended at my accommodation, I appreciated not having to move around with heavy luggage. There are many attractions in Kyoto, so I would like to use this service again.

京都は外国人観光客も多く、タクシーは捕まらないと聞いて申込みました。
行きたい数ヶ所の観光地をパッと組んで頂けて、自分達で電車やバスの時刻表を調べたり、乗り継ぎを考えたり、タクシーを捕まえたり、自家用車を停める駐車場を探したりする事もなく案内もして頂いて、ただ楽しめて時間の節約にもなりました。
ツアーの開始場所を京都駅、終了場所を宿泊先にしたので、重たい荷物を持って移動することが無いのも良い所だと思いました。京都は見どころが多いので、また利用させて頂きたいです。

They have a complete understanding of the maps and crowd levels, so when you communicate the places you want to visit, they efficiently create a plan for you. It was a much smoother tour than traveling individually using public transportation. We used a four-passenger taxi for six hours with three people, and it was comfortable without feeling cramped. Getting in and out was easy, and the safe driving allowed us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

地図や混み具合を全て把握されているので、行きたい場所を伝えると効率的にプランを組んで頂けて、公共交通機関を使って個人で周るよりもとてもスムーズなツアーでした。
３人で４人乗りのタクシーを６時間利用しましたが、膝が窮屈にならず乗り降りもしやすくて安全運転で安心して楽しめました。
