The meeting time was at 19:30, and since it was a later start, I recommend it if you don't have plans for the evening. We wrapped up around 22:30.

There was a downpour like a tropical rainstorm along the way, but it didn't rain in the jungle, so it was fine. We also got to see natural limestone caves.

After the rain stopped, it was great to see a sky full of stars.

We didn't see many types of creatures, but we did spot a coconut crab. There were also baby moray eels in the tide pools.

When the car lights were turned off for a moment, we truly experienced complete darkness. It was nice to have such an extraordinary experience.

途中スコールのように雨が降りましたが、ジャングルの中は雨が落ちてこず、大丈夫でした。
天然の鍾乳洞もみれました。

雨がやんだあと、満点の星空も見れて良かったです。

生き物はあまり種類は見れませんでしたが、ヤシガニは見ることはできました。磯溜まりではウツボの子供もいました。

途中車のライトを一瞬消してもらったときは、本当に真っ暗なのを体験できました。
非日常の体験ができて良かったです。

They efficiently take you around the famous spots in Ishigaki, and if you're sightseeing without a car, they provide guidance even while you're in the vehicle, which I think is great. However, because it's so efficient, it might feel a bit rushed. The glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay was nice, but it would have been even better if there had been time to stroll on the beach. They seem to plan the itinerary to ensure you can make it to the airport or the afternoon Taketomi Island tour, so as long as there are no issues, it seems like you could fit in your flight schedule and other plans afterward.

効率よく石垣の名所をまわってくれるので、車無しの観光の場合は車中でもガイドもしてくれるのでとてもいいと思います。
ただ効率がいいので、バタバタかもしれません。
川平湾ではグラスボートも良かったですが、ビーチを散策する時間があるともっとよかったかも。
空港や午後の竹島ツアーに間に合うようにプランニングしてくれているそうで、トラブルがなければ、飛行機の予定やその後に他の予定を入れても間にあいそうです。

I booked this plan for a short two-night trip, allowing for half a day of SUP and snorkeling. In the morning, I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast buffet at the hotel before the afternoon tour. My first experience with SUP was great, as the instructor was friendly and made it enjoyable. The snorkeling was also very safe, with the staff providing detailed support. They took plenty of photos, making it a memorable experience.

2泊という短い旅行のため、半日でSUPとシュノーケルが出来るこちらのプランを予約。
朝はホテルのモーニングビュッフェを食べてのんびり過ごして、午後からのツアーでした。
初のSUPはインストラクターの方もフレンドリーで、一緒に楽しめました。
シュノーケルも安全第一でスタッフの方が細やかにサポート。
写真もたくさん撮っていただいて、思い出に残る体験が出来ました。

I wanted to go to Shirakawa-go, so I stayed in Kanazawa the night before and participated in a bus tour alone from the morning. I was too eager and mistakenly arrived at the meeting place an hour early, finding no one there, which left me in shock. As soon as I checked my email, I realized I had come too early and spent some time in the station. After that, I was able to board the bus at the correct meeting time. Since I was participating alone, a foreign man (maybe from Taiwan?) sat next to me on the bus, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, he wasn't noisy, so I felt relieved. The tour guide provided detailed explanations about the sights and what souvenirs to buy while looking at the map on the bus, which was very easy to understand. It was a day with a lot of snow after a heavy snowfall, so the guide pointed out areas where the snow had melted and turned into water, as well as places that were deep in snow and difficult to walk through, which helped us navigate efficiently. There were many foreign guests, so an interpreter was on board to explain the tour guide's Japanese explanations in detail in English. It was also a fun way to practice my English. I understood well the quiet and calm charm of Gokayama compared to Shirakawa-go thanks to the tour guide's explanations. Throughout the itinerary, both the tour guide and the driver were very kind, always checking in with us, which made the experience pleasant. I felt safe participating alone. I was able to see the snow-covered Shirakawa-go that I had always wanted to see, and I was overwhelmed with emotion.

白川郷へ行きたくて金沢前泊し、朝からバスツアーに一人で参加しました。はりきり過ぎて時間を1時間早く集合場所に間違えて行ってしまい、誰もいなくて茫然としました。すぐメールを確認したところ、早く来てしまったことが解り、駅の中で時間をつぶしました。その後無事集合時間にバスに乗れました。一人参加だったので、バスのお席、隣りに知らない外国人男性が座り（台湾の人？）ちょっと嫌だったかな？　でも特に騒いだりする人でなく安心できました。添乗員さんが行きのバスの中で地図を見ながら、見どころやお土産に何を買ったらいいのかなど詳しく説明して下さってとても解りやすかったです。雪がたくさん降った後のお天気の日だったので、雪が解けて水になって流れている所や、雪深く歩きにくい所など、注意箇所を教えて下さり、おかげで効率よく回ることができました。外国人客が多かったので通訳の人が乗っていて、添乗員さんの日本語の説明を詳しく英語で説明されていました。英語の勉強にもなって楽しかったです。五箇山の、白川郷に比べて静かで落ち着いた良さも添乗員さんの説明でよく理解できました。行程ずっと添乗員さんも運転手さんもともて親切で、いつも声かけして下さり、気持ち良く回ることができました。一人でも安心して参加できました。ずっと見たかった雪の白川郷を見ることができ、感無量でした。

I participated in a family trip. Since I usually live a car-centered lifestyle, I ended up wearing boots, which made my knees, back, and hips cry out in pain. I think it's better to join wearing something more familiar, like sneakers.

I don't have a habit of walking in my daily life, but the time allocation was enjoyable and manageable.

It wasn't the season for autumn leaves or snowy scenery, but I was able to fully experience the "atmosphere and chill of the mainland."

Next time, I hope to participate slowly with my spouse.

家族旅行で参加しました。
日頃が車生活のせいもありますが、ブーツで参加してしまったので膝、腰、股関節が悲鳴を上げてしまいました。
やはり、スニーカーなどの履き慣れている物で参加した方が良いと思います。

日頃歩く習慣がない生活スタイルですが、時間配分も無理なく楽しめるものでした。

紅葉でもなく、雪景色でもなくと言うタイミングでしたが、「本土の雰囲気と寒さ」を存分に体験できました。

今度は、夫婦でゆっくり参加できたらと思います。

I participated with my son. It was a beginner-friendly trekking experience, but since my son was worried about me not exercising much, I consulted via email, and they responded thoroughly by phone and email, which made me feel at ease to join. The guide was very attentive in their responses, and they took many photos, allowing us to enjoy the entire experience without any unpleasant moments. As for the trekking itself, it was somewhat challenging, but there were rare plants and trees along the way, and the guide stopped at various points to explain things, which provided us with breaks, and we safely reached the Pinai Sara Falls. The guide engaged us in conversation, and my son was thrilled to hear about sound engineering, which he is interested in. Next time, I definitely want to participate during the season of the Sagarihana that you mentioned.

息子と2人で参加しました。初心者でもOKのトレッキングでしたが、日頃、ほとんど運動をしない私を息子が心配していた為、メールで相談するとお電話とメールでしっかりと対応して頂き安心して参観する事ができました。ガイドさんの対応一つ一つがとても丁寧で、またたくさん写真も撮って下さり最初から最後まで一つも嫌な思いをする事なく楽しく参加する事ができました。肝心のトレッキングですが、多少きつかったですが、珍しい植物や木が生えていてガイドさんが所々で止まって説明などをして下さったので休憩にもなり無事にピナイサーラの瀧まで着くことができました。
ガイドさんが色々と話しかけて下さり、息子が興味を持っている音響の話を聞けた事も息子が嬉しがっていました。次回は、是非教えて頂いたサガリバナの季節に参加したいです。

It was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, and I finally got to visit three islands. The mangroves, water buffalo cart ride, and Taketomi Island were all wonderful experiences. Due to scheduling conflicts, I couldn't go to Kohama Island, so I hope to challenge myself to visit it next time.

初めての石垣島旅行で念願の3島巡りでした。
マングローブ・水牛車・竹富島何もかもステキな体験でした。
日程の関係で小浜島に行けなかったので次回は

I was able to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life while being pulled along by an ox cart through the traditional streets of Okinawa's old houses, and it was refreshing.

昔ながらの沖縄古民家の街並みや牛車にひかれながら慌ただしい日常を忘れることが出来、リフレッシュする事が出来ました

I participated without any knowledge about the jungle, as I only needed to see the stars. The other participants were quite knowledgeable, and the guide was very well-informed as well.
I think it would be much more enjoyable for those who research a bit about the creatures that inhabit the jungle and the constellations before participating.
In some areas, you pass through quite narrow paths and dark mountain trails and rocks. It is really dark without a light. At first, it was scary, but by the end, I was engrossed in searching for creatures.
The stars were clearly visible on the pitch-black beach, and they also took photos with the stars in the background.
I wanted to see a coconut crab, but unfortunately, I couldn't, so I want to participate again in the summer.
It was surprisingly cold in January at night, so I think wearing something that feels a bit warm would be just right.

星が見られれば十分だったので、ジャングルに関しては何の知識もなく参加しました。一緒に参加された方々が色々と詳しく、案内して頂いた方も非常に詳しい方でした。
参加する前にジャングルに生息する生き物や、星座を少し調べたりしてから参加される方が数倍楽しくなると思います。
場所によっては結構狭いところを通ったり、暗い山道や岩を通ったりします。ライトがないと本当に真っ暗。最初は怖かったですが、最後の方は生き物がいないかを探すのに夢中でした。
星も真っ暗なビーチでハッキリ見えたのと、星をバックに撮影もしてくださいました。
ヤシガニが見たかったのですが、残念ながら見られずで、次は夏に参加したいです。
1月の夜は意外と寒かったので、これじゃ少し暑いかな？くらいの服装でちょうど良いと思います。

I experienced a canoeing and snorkeling tour.

In the canoe, we were able to paddle through the mangrove forest, and it was a fun experience to go down the river while seeing tropical plants up close. We also got to peek into a limestone cave, which was exciting as it was enveloped in darkness despite the bright daylight.

Snorkeling was my first time, and I could see the bottom of the sea at a depth twice my height, feeling the vibrant coral reefs and the fish living there up close. The beauty of the light filtering in near the surface was stunning.

In January, Tokyo is extremely cold, so I can't part with my down jacket, but Ishigaki Island is around 20 degrees, allowing me to enjoy autumn attire. It was the perfect escape from the winter chill. I also want to try SUP next time.

カヌーとシュノーケリングのツアーを体験しました。

カヌーではマングローブ林の間を周ることができ、南国な植物を間近に見ながらの川下りは楽しい経験でした。鍾乳洞も覗くことができ、明るい時間にも関わらず暗闇に包まれていてワクワクしました。

シュノーケリングはそれ自体が初めてだったのですが、身長の倍ほどの水深が底まで見渡せる海、発達した珊瑚礁と暮らす魚を間近に感じることができます。そして水面近くに差し込む光の美しいこと。

1月の東京は極寒なのでダウンが手放せませんが、石垣島は20度くらいなので秋の装いで過ごせます。
冬の寒さから逃れて楽しむのに最高でした。また
SUPも体験してみたいと思います。

一郎さんは非常にプロフェッショナルで、京都についての知識も豊富でした。さらに、彼の英語スキルも素晴らしかったです。彼が素晴らしい仕事をしてくれたことを称賛したいです。京都に戻る際には、また彼にお願いしたいと思います。

Ichiro-san was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about Kyoto. Additionally, his English skills were excellent. I want to commend him for doing such a great job. Whenever I come back to Kyoto I will ask for him again.

I thought the experience was wonderful. However, the people who were seated with us were extremely lively and loud. While being gently rocked in the water buffalo cart, they sang island songs with the sanshin, and I wanted to immerse myself in the scenery... but there were some annoying people who sang on their own and completely failed to read the situation around them.

体験としては素晴らしいと思いました。
ただ、同席した方たちが、ものすごく盛り上がっていて、うるさかったです。
水牛車にゆらりゆられながら、三線で島唄を歌ってくれて、風景をみながら
浸りたいところ…勝手に歌ったり、まったく周りの状況を読めていない迷惑な方たちでした。

This was my first visit to the training facility. As I moved through the facility, I saw many people in training. Further along, there were even more people. Everyone was very serious about what they were doing. It felt like there were hundreds of people. Wow, it was amazing. I was moved. Thank you.

I felt that the foundation of trust in ANA is condensed here, and it was very informative. The explanations provided were also interesting and easy to understand. Although it deviates from the main topic, I was surprised to see the helicopter from the Japan Airlines era (?).

ANAの信頼感の基礎がここに凝縮されている感じで、大変参考になりました。
説明いただいた内容も興味深く、わかりやすかったです。
本筋から逸れますが、日ペリ時代の（？）ヘリコプターがあったのは（チラ見ですが）驚きでした。

I requested the same person for two days, and just that alone was reassuring. They also stopped by other places I wanted to visit, which I thought might be difficult. Since I was with my mother, who has health issues, they arranged for a wheelchair in advance and researched stores I wasn't familiar with. I was very satisfied, extremely satisfied. It was a fulfilling and enjoyable trip to Okinawa. Thank you very much.

2日間お願いし同じ方が来ていただき、それだけでも安心でしたが無理かもしれないと思っていた行きたい場所以外にも時間をみて寄ってくださった。体の悪い母と2人だったので、前もって車椅子の手配やわからなかった店も調べて頂き、満足も満足、大満足。充実した楽しい沖縄旅行でした。本当にありがとうございました。

The guide was a pleasant person. The driver also drove safely. The sashimi set lunch was delicious, and it was a popular restaurant, but we were able to eat without waiting thanks to the good organization. We also got to see the Okinawa rail.

ガイドさんは感じの良い方でした。
運転手さんも安全運転でした。
昼食のお刺身定食も美味しかったし、人気のお店でしたが、段取り良く待たずに食べられました。ヤンバルクイナも見れました。

I think this is a great tour to enjoy Okinawa. However, while the dinner performance was interesting, the taste was just average. The portion was large. For me, American Village might have been better as a different sightseeing option. It wasn't very appealing for my aunt as a tourist spot. Okinawa's winter was surprisingly cold, and I wanted to return to the bus quickly.

　沖縄を満喫するのにすごく良いツアーだと思います。ただ夕食がパフォーマンスとしては面白かったけど味は普通でした。量は多かったです。アメリカンビレッジが私にとっては別の観光の方が良かったかなぁ？おばさんには観光としてイマイチでした。沖縄の冬、意外と寒くて早くバスに戻りたかったです。

The driver was very kind, and their accuracy in delivering on time, the wealth of knowledge about sightseeing and interesting information, and the suggestions for attractions and hospitality to ensure we enjoyed our time were truly wonderful and left me deeply impressed. This was my fifth time in Okinawa, but the explanations about the tourist spots were fantastic, and I learned so much that I didn't know before. Thank you very much!

The guides for the cruise, bus, and water buffalo cart were all wonderful. Since the cruise and water buffalo cart may be shared with other tours, it's important to make sure you don't get on the wrong bus or boat. Yubu Island and Taketomi Island have free time, so you can take your time exploring.

クルーズ、バス、水牛車のそれぞれのガイドさんはどなたも素晴らしい。
クルーズや水牛車は、他のツアーと混載になる部分もあるので、自分が乗るべきバスや船を間違えないようにする必要はある。
由布島や竹富島はフリータイムなので、ゆったりと見て回れる。

It was a relaxing day tour from Naha to the northern tourist spots, swaying on the bus, buying and enjoying Okinawa's famous snacks at each stop, and taking in the scenery through the window. I was startled by the sound of military aircraft from the U.S. military base, but overall, it was a fulfilling experience in Okinawa. I had a great time. It was truly a wonderful experience. Of course, the staff were professional and provided a great sense of security.

那覇から北部の観光地まで…のんびりバスにゆられて、停まる毎に沖縄の名産おやつを買って食べて、車窓の景色を楽しんで、、、、米軍基地の軍用機の爆音におののいて、、、、沖縄を満喫出来る一日ツアーでした。楽しかったです。本当に良い体験でした。もちろんスタッフさんもプロフェッショナルで安心感も満載でした。

I participated in a tour to experience the remote islands. It was great that we could efficiently visit specific spots. Yufu Island itself is a botanical garden, and it felt like a foreign country, which was fun. I would have appreciated a bit more time for strolling. My child seemed to really enjoy the cart pulled by water buffalo and was happy to ride on two different water buffaloes during the round trip to the island.

離島を体験したくツアーに参加。
ピンポイントに効率よく回れて良かったです。
由布島自体が植物園になっていて、異国のようで楽しかったです。
散策時間がもう少しあると嬉しかったです。
子供は、牛車が気に入ったようで、島への往復で2回違う水牛ちゃんに乗れたことが嬉しかったようです。

The winter zoo was completely different from the summer one. There were many active animals and plenty of highlights to see. The polar bears and tigers were walking around, and it was very enjoyable to see them up close. The penguin parade was very cute. We had three and a half hours of free time, but it felt a bit short.

Also, the guide (Mr. Ito) gave great advice and pointed out the highlights. Thank you for the souvenir recommendations at the rest area.

冬の動物園は夏とは全く違いました。
動き回る動物が多くて見どころたくさんでした。
白熊やトラは歩き回っていて、近くで見れるのでとても楽しめました。
ペンギンパレードはとても可愛かったです。
3時間半の自由行動でしたが、足りないくらいでした。

またガイドさん(伊藤さん)のアドバイスが良くて、みどことを教えていただきました。
途中の休憩所でのお土産のおすすめもありがとうございました。

I made a reservation with Veltra to enjoy sightseeing smoothly with four friends visiting from other prefectures in Kyoto. My friends wanted to see Shimogamo Shrine, Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo, and Fushimi Inari. Since almost all the locations were around the Higashiyama area, I requested a four-hour course. Initially, we planned to go only to Sanjusangendo, but since we had extra time, we were able to go to Fushimi Inari as well. However, the roads were congested, which reduced our sightseeing time at the location, and it turned into a rushed experience, which was disappointing. I thought it would have been better to change the location and visit Fushimi Inari at our own pace. Our driver, Inoue, holds a Level 2 certification in the Kyoto Test and provided detailed explanations about the history of the temples and shrines, which was very educational even for me as a local. He was also humorous and a very enjoyable driver.

京都に遊びに来る他県の友人4人とスムーズに観光を楽しみたくてベルトラを予約しました。
友人の希望は下鴨神社、平安神宮、三十三間堂、伏見稲荷。ほぼ全て東山周辺だったので4時間コースでお願いしました。当初は三十三間堂までの予定でしたが、時間的に余裕があるとのことで伏見稲荷まで行っていただけました。けれど、道路が混んでいて現地での観光時間が少なくなってしまい駆け足での観光になってしまったのが残念。別の場所に変更して伏見稲荷は自力でゆっくり観光すればよかったと思いました。
ドライバーの井上さんは京都検定二級を持っておられ寺社の歴史など詳しく説明してくださり、地元人の私もとても勉強になりました。ユーモアもあってとても楽しいドライバーさんでした

After 20 years of longing, I finally went trekking to Jomon Sugi. I had been thinking vaguely that I should do it while I still could, but this time my daughters, who are visiting from overseas, were able to join me, so I decided to go for it. Our guide, Mr. Muramatsu, explained the history and ecosystem of Yakushima along the way, and thanks to him, we were able to successfully complete the 22 km journey while enjoying various conversations. Mr. Muramatsu was a wonderful guide, polite and attentive, with incredible physical strength and stamina. He also provided detailed information about the island's attractions and shops, making our stay even more fulfilling. I would like to use other courses as well.

20年来の念願だった縄文杉トレッキング。漠然と足腰が動くうちに、、と考えておりましたが、この度海外から訪問中の娘たちも同行できることになっので、思い切って実行しました。ガイドの村松さんが道中に屋久島の歴史や生態系のことも織り交ぜて説明してくださり、いろいろな会話を楽しみながら、おかげさまで22kmの道のりを無事にこなすことができました。礼儀正しく気配りができ、またものすごい体力とスタミナを兼ね備えた村松さんは素晴らしいガイドさんでした。島内の見所やお店の情報も細かに教えてくださり、今回の滞在がさらに充実したものになりました。また他のコースも利用させていただきたいです。

I was unsure whether to rent a car, but I'm glad I chose the sightseeing bus. There are many narrow mountain roads, and there are cute monkeys relaxing on the road. If I had been driving, I would have surely panicked...

I think it was because it was the off-season and there were few cars, but I was happy that we could stop for the monkeys and deer. The monkeys and deer on Yakushima were smaller than I had imagined, and I was captivated by their cuteness.

Thanks to the guide's thorough explanations, I gained knowledge beyond just seeing the sights, and I came to love Yakushima, which coexists with nature. I recommend it to those visiting Yakushima for the first time!

レンタカーを借りるか迷いましたが、観光バスにして良かったです。
途中細い山道も多いですし、可愛い猿が道路上でたくさん寛いでいるので。私の運転だときっと慌てたでしょう…

オフシーズンで車が少ない状況だったからだと思いますが、猿や鹿がいると車を止めてくれて嬉しかったです。
屋久島の猿と鹿が想像してたより小さいサイズで、可愛さに心奪われました。

ガイドさんの丁寧な説明のお陰で、観光地をただ観るだけではなく知識も入りましたし、
自然と共存している屋久島が好きになりました。
初めて屋久島に来た方にはオススメです！

I was very tired, but I'm glad I was able to reach Jomon Sugi safely. Among the trees that are over 1,000 years old, I could also feel the grand history of nature.

I participated without much knowledge, but the guide taught me various points of interest and about Yakushima, which was enjoyable.

I joined alone, but it was nice that the other members were also solo travelers and very kind.

I definitely want to visit in a different season as well. In winter, it's essential to prepare for the cold. There were several restrooms and natural springs, which was reassuring.

とても疲れましたが、縄文杉まで無事に行けて良かったです。
樹齢1000年超えの木々の中、壮大な自然の歴史も感じることができました。

知識の無い中参加しましたが、ガイドさんに色々見所や屋久島について教えてもらい楽しかったです。

We participated in a private Jomon Sugi tour as a family of four, with my husband and our two children aged 10 and 8. Thanks to our experienced guide, Mr. Iwakawa, we successfully reached our goal of Jomon Sugi. It took a bit of time, but we were able to descend safely.

When my husband's shoe sole came off because it was old, he quickly helped us, allowing us to continue trekking with peace of mind. Most importantly, he adjusted the pace to suit our 8-year-old, which meant we could finish the trek without anyone needing to drop out.

Along the way, he pointed out highlights, shared knowledge, and showed us the best spots for photos—things we would never have noticed on our own. I truly felt that having a guide greatly enhanced our experience. The sense of security from having a private tour was also a big plus.

In the midst of wonderful nature, we spent a very enjoyable time, laughing at our guide's stories, and our family of four created happy memories together. It was truly a memorable trekking experience. Thank you very much.

40代夫婦と10歳と8歳の家族四人で、貸し切りの縄文杉ツアーに参加しました。
経験豊富なガイドの岩川さんのおかげで、目標の縄文杉まで辿り着き、少し時間はかかりましたが、無事に下山する事が出来ました。
主人の靴底が古い靴でペロッと剥がれてしまった時も直ぐに対応くださり、安心してトレッキングを続けることがでしましたし、何よりも、8歳の子供に合わせたペース作りをしていただいたおかげで、途中でリタイアすることなく終える事が出来ました。
また、道の途中の見どころポイントや、知識、写真のベストポジションなど、初見では絶対にわからない事を随所で教えていただきました。ガイドさんにお願いたことで、何倍も楽しみ方が増えたなと、本当に良かったなと思いました。貸し切りだったからこその、安心感もあったと思います。
素晴らしい自然の中で、ガイドさんのお話に終始笑いながら、とても楽しく、家族四人幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。本当に記念に残るトレッキングとなりました。

I used a 7-hour sightseeing taxi service. The driver was waiting in the lobby even before the scheduled start time and treated us with respect and politeness throughout the day, which I truly appreciated. We were able to discuss and make additional changes to our destinations with the driver on the day of the tour, and he was very flexible. His driving skills were excellent, ensuring safe and efficient travel. Thanks to this experience, my stay in Kumamoto became a wonderful memory.

7時間の観光タクシーを利用させていただきました。ドライバーさんは時間通り、というか開始時間前からロビーに立って待っておられ、終日礼儀正しく敬意を持って接していただき、頭が下がる思いでした。目的地も当日ドライバーさんと相談して追加や変更にも柔軟に対応していただきました。運転技術もさすがで安全運転の上に効率よく回っていただきました。おかげさまで熊本滞在が最高の思い出になりました。

Sapporo was hit by heavy snowfall the day before. Although there were concerns about the itinerary, everything went smoothly throughout the day, and it turned out to be a fun experience.
