I was a bit anxious about renting a car, so I decided to go with a bus tour. The course I wanted was great, and the tour guide was good as well. The time allocated for the Churaumi Aquarium was well-planned, but the time at Kouri Island and Manza Beach was short, so I would have liked to take it a bit slower. However, I think it's understandable given how much we covered, so I believe it's very good for those who want to see a lot of places. I would like to participate in a different course next time as well.

レンタカーでは何かと不安だったのでバスツアーに決めました。
行きたいコースで添乗員の方も良かったです。
美ら海水族館の時間配分は良かったですが、その後の古宇利島、万座毛の時間が短かったのでもっとゆっくりしたかったです。でもこれだけ回るには仕方ないかなとは思うのでいろいろ行きたい人にはとても良いと思います。
また、違うコースでも参加してみたいと思います。

I joined the tour as a solo participant. It was a tour with many foreign guests, and the guide and driver provided such warm hospitality that it made me, as a Japanese person, very happy. The driver was kind, giving a small snowman to a little child and brushing off snow from their clothes. However, the lunch buffet was somewhat lacking, and I wished that the guests from abroad could have enjoyed delicious Japanese food. Considering food waste, I thought it might be better to have something like a mini kaiseki instead of a buffet.

ひとり参加でツアーに申し込みました。
外国の方が多いツアーで、ガイドさん、運転手さんがとても温かい対応でおもてなしの心が日本人の私も嬉しかったです。運転手さんが小さい雪だるまで小さな子どもにあげたり、服についた雪を払ってあげたりとお優しい方でした。ただ、お昼のバイキングは今ひとつで、せっかく外国からいらした方々に日本の美味しい食事を食べてもらいたかったなぁと思いました。フードロスもあるのでバイキングにしないで、ミニ会席のようなものでも良いのかなぁと思いました。

The weather on the day was not great, and it was a close call whether to go ahead or not, but thanks to the instructor's professional judgment, we decided to proceed! I was really grateful for that at that point. That said, we received thorough explanations regarding safety, and they assured us that they would stop immediately if they deemed it dangerous, which provided a sense of security.

In the end, we were able to enjoy snorkeling until the very end. Although we didn't see any sea turtles, we did spot a sea snake instead. They took commemorative photos for us along the way, and those pictures turned out really well (it's amazing that they were included in the experience fee).

当日天気は芳しくなく、決行するかどうかギリギリのラインでしたが、インストラクターさんのプロの感覚で決行することに!!
その時点でかなりありがたかったです。とは言え安全面に対してはしっかりとした説明をうけ、危険と判断した際はすぐに中断しますと言ってくださり、それもそれで安心感がありました。
結果シュノーケリングを最後まで楽しむことができ、ウミガメは見ることはできませんでしたが、かわりに海蛇を見れました。
途中途中で記念写真を撮ってくれたのですが、その写真がとてもよかったです(体験料に込みなのもすごい)

I was introduced to a yakiniku restaurant called Isshobin near Ise Jingu, known for its Matsusaka beef offal, and it was really delicious. The liver was fresh and had no unpleasant smell, making it tasty as well.

It was a Saturday tour, and there were a few Japanese participants, but the group had a multinational feel, including many from Chinese-speaking regions. The tour guide was a Chinese person fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and I had no complaints about the guidance provided. However, since they were not a dedicated guide, their role seemed to be mainly announcing meeting times and confirming the number of participants at each location. Each stop was two hours long, so if you want to make the most of your time, it might be a good idea to do some research in advance on places you want to see or food (restaurants) you want to try.

The members of the tour I participated in were particularly well-mannered, and those traveling in groups were relatively quiet on the bus.

There was no traffic congestion, so we departed and arrived almost on schedule, and I was able to catch the 19:20 Shinkansen back to Tokyo.

I think the tour from Takayama to Shirakawa-go is quite convenient and easy, as it would be difficult to visit these places in a day on your own.

土曜のツアーでしたが、日本人は数名、ほかは中華圏を始めとして多国籍な感じでした。添乗員も日本語、英語、中国語が堪能な中国の方で案内に不満な部分はありませんでした。
ただし、ガイドさんではないので各所では集合時間のアナウンスや人数の確認をするのみという感じです。時間は各地2時間ずつですが、有効に使いたい方は事前に観たい場所や食べたいもの（店）など下調べをしておくといいかも知れません。
私が参加したツアーのメンバーは特に非常識な方もいらっしゃらず、グループで参加されている方も比較的車内では静かでした。

交通渋滞もありませんでしたので、ほぼ定刻通りに発着し、19:20発の上りの新幹線に乗って帰京できました。

高山〜白川郷は個人ではなかなか一日で回ることが難しいと思いますので、大変気軽で便利なツアーだと思いました。

The tour departs from the bus terminal at 9:30 AM and quickly visits places like the Chinese Cemetery, Kawahira Park, Maehara Tropical Rainforest, and Tamatorizaki Observatory, almost circling Ishigaki Island.

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day, but we thoroughly enjoyed the explanations, jokes, and songs from the elderly male guide during the ride. Hearing stories from local elders that you wouldn't get while driving a rental car is invaluable.

Additionally, the lunch at Auntie Poza's table was delicious and quite filling. At Kawahira Park, there is about 40 minutes of disembarkation time, but after spending 30 minutes on the glass-bottom boat, there was hardly any time left to explore the pearl accessory shop, which was disappointing.

The tour takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes, but I wish they could extend the course by an additional 30 minutes for more flexibility.

朝9時30分にバスターミナルを出発し、唐人墓、川平公園、米原熱帯原生林、玉取崎展望台などを大急ぎでまわり、石垣島をほぼ一周するツアーです。
あいにくの曇天でしたが、車内では年配の男性ガイドさんの説明やジョーク、三線の唄で十分に楽しめました。
レンタカーで回ったのでは得られない話を地元の年配者から聞けるのは貴重です。
また、ポーザーおばさんの食卓での昼食も美味しくて、ボリュームも十分でした。
川平公園では40分ほどの下車時間があるのですが、グラスボートに30分間乗ると殆ど残り時間がなくなってしまい、真珠の装飾品店を十分に見る時間がなかったのが残念です。
所要4時間30分のツアーですが、あと30分間余裕を持ったコースにしてもらえればと思います。

We participated as a couple in our 20s and 30s. Since we were coming from Hiroshima Prefecture, we weren't confident in arranging a highway bus on our own or researching Shirakawa-go, so we chose a bus tour. The guide shared interesting sights and trivia along the way, making the travel time very enjoyable. We also had lunch inside a gassho-zukuri building, which was a memorable experience.

Once we arrived, there was plenty of free time to explore, and during that time, we forgot we were on a tour and took lots of photos and enjoyed street food to our heart's content.

20代女と30代男の夫婦で参加しました。広島県からの参加だったので、自力で高速バスなど手配し、白川郷の下調べをする自信が無かったので、バスツアーを選びました。ガイドさんが道すがらの見所や豆知識など教えて下さり、移動時間もとても楽しかったです。お昼ご飯も合掌造りの建物の中でいただけて記念になりました。
到着してからは自由に散策できる時間もふんだんにあって、その間はツアーであることを忘れて心ゆくまで写真を撮ったり、食べ歩きしました。
総じて良かったです、ありがとうございました！

Please check the weather forecast in advance. On rainy days, the umbrellas at the information center are about 700 yen, which I think is not too expensive. I'm walking in a poncho. I will return to Kappa Bridge by 1:50 PM from Myojin Pond. The time to go to Taisho Pond is tight, but I think it's okay to go round trip to Tashiro Bridge. In November, the temperature is quite cold, so gloves and a hat are necessary. Restaurants are generally crowded, but it's cheaper to buy rice balls and sandwiches at the parking area along the way. Comfortable shoes or hiking boots are recommended. The restrooms operate on a tipping system, so please prepare several 100 yen coins.

雨の日、案内所の傘が700円くらい、まあまあ高くないと思います。ポンチョ着て歩いてます。明神池で往復13時50分河童橋戻ります。
大正池行く時間が厳しいですが、田代橋まで往復また大丈夫と思います。
11月気温かなり寒いので、手袋、帽子が必要です。
レストランが大体的に混んでいますが、おにぎり、サンドイッチは途中のパーキングで買ってほうが安いです。
歩きやすい靴、登山靴が良いです。
トイレはチップ制、100円を何枚準備しておいてください。

I moved to Kamikochi before the mountains were closed off. The weather was rainy, so the gentle peaks were not clearly visible, but the mountain air was fresh. With four hours of free time, I strolled leisurely. The bus driver was very skilled, and with his stable driving, I was even able to take a nap along the way. The accompanying guide was bilingual in Chinese and English, providing a very kind orientation, which was convenient since there were many foreign tourists. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to participate in other day trips as well.

山が閉ざされる前に上高地へ移動しました。
天候は雨でなだらかな岳はよく見えなかったが、山の空気は新鮮でした。4時間の自由時間があるので、のんびりと散策しました。そして、バスの運転手はとても腕がよく、安定した運転で、途中で眠ることもできました。同行したガイドも中国語と英語のバイリンガルで、とても優しいオリエンテーションをしてくださって、外国人観光客が多かったので便利でした。
全体としてとても楽しい経験でした。次回機会があれば、他の日帰りツアーにも参加したいです。

The journey to Jomon Sugi was certainly not an easy one, but thanks to the warm arrangements made by the tour guide, I was able to enjoy the tour to the fullest without getting bored, even on my own. I'm grateful!

縄文杉までの道のりは決して楽なものではありませんでしたが、ツアーガイドさんの温かな計らいで、ツアー中も飽きることなく、1人でも安心して最大限に楽しむことが出来ました。感謝です！

I was able to form a group with just one participant, which made it exciting. The path wasn't too difficult, and having explanations provided was fantastic.

I wanted to go to various places, but I was worried about getting around on my own, so I decided to join the tour!

Mr. Kuroda (the male tour guide) was absolutely perfect! His extensive knowledge about the color of the roofs of the houses we saw from the bus, the characteristics of the local people, recommended shops in Shirakawa-go, houses, and photo spots was outstanding. His timing in speaking was also excellent! The lunch was satisfying in terms of variety, quantity, taste, and atmosphere.

道中で車窓から気になっていた民家の屋根瓦の色、県民性、白川郷でのお勧めのお店、民家、写真撮影ポイントなど知識の豊富さ、喋りのタイミング、どれをとっても最高でした！
昼食も品数、量、味、雰囲気全てに満足のいく物でした。

The first tour location, Fushimi Inari, is really crowded, so I think it's better to go early in the morning.
The next stop, Kiyomizu-dera, was also crowded, and I couldn't reach the photo spots. It might be a good idea to take photos at a different location just in case.
At Kinkaku-ji, since there's only the Golden Pavilion to see, even if there are a lot of people at the photo spots, it's worth waiting a bit to get a good picture. I think it's better to take photos from a distance for a nicer shot.
In Arashiyama, at Togetsukyo Bridge and the bamboo grove, there are always people, making it difficult to find a good moment to take a picture. However, it might be nice to ride a rickshaw and take photos from a higher vantage point.
When booking the tour, I recommend reserving a lunch option. It was good to have made a reservation since it was hard to get into restaurants due to the crowds.

最初のツアー場所伏見稲荷は、本当に人が多く行くなら朝早く行かれた方が良いと思います。
次の清水寺も人が多く、写真スポットまで行き着く事が出来ませんでした。万が一の時の為に、別の場所での写真撮影をしておいた方が良いと思います。
金閣寺では、見るところが金閣寺オンリーなので、映えスポットは人が沢山いても少し待っても写真におさめた方が良いと思います。
近くより、ある程度距離があった方が綺麗に撮れると思います。
嵐山は、渡月橋や竹林ですが、人が途切れる事がないのでなかなかシャッターチャンスが難しいですが、人力車に乗って案内して貰って少し高さのあるところから撮ると良いかもしれないです。
ツアーで申込む時は、お昼付を予約することをおすすめします。人が多くてなかなかお店に入れないので、予約しておいて良かったです。

I usually play tennis and have hardly ever done mountain climbing, so at 68 years old, I had no confidence at all about completing 22 kilometers. Nevertheless, I signed up with a tennis friend. To avoid inconveniencing others, we requested a private guide and thought that if it became too difficult, we could just turn back.

As soon as we started walking, it began to pour rain, and walking in unfamiliar shoes while trying not to slip was quite nerve-wracking. Along the way, we listened to various explanations and took photos, and after walking more than 8 kilometers on the trolley path, suddenly the rain stopped, and it became clear. The surroundings sparkled, revealing a wonderful view.

After that, we faced a rather challenging climb over rocks, but we desperately ascended toward the goal of Jomon Sugi. When we finally reached the goal, I felt a sense of achievement that I hadn't experienced in decades, and confidence surged within me.

However, the return was more difficult than I had expected, and I became anxious about whether I could make it back, my legs shaking. But while listening to the guide's experiences and fun stories, when we made it in time for the 5 PM bus, I truly felt like we had accomplished something remarkable, and we three shared in the joy.

I am very grateful to our guide, Iwakawa, for teaching me the joy of mountain climbing, and I plan to take on new challenges again.

普段、テニスをやっているというだけで、山登りなどをほとんどした事がない上に、68才という歳で22キロを完歩できるのか全く、自信がないままテニス仲間と2人で、申し込みました。他の人に迷惑かけないように、2人のプライベートガイドを頼み、もし、無理なら、途中で戻ればいいぐらいのきもちでした。
歩き出してすぐに、土砂降りになり、履き慣れない靴で、滑らないように歩くのは、緊張感がありました。途中、色々と説明を聞いたり、写真を撮っていただきながら、トロッコ道を８キロ以上歩いた頃に、突然、雨が上がって快晴になり、辺りがキラキラと輝いて素晴らしい景色が現れました。
この後、石をよじ登りながらのかなりハードな、登りになりましたが、縄文杉のゴール目指して、必死にのぼり、ゴールに辿りついた時は、ここ何十年も感じた事のない、達成感に満ち、自信まで、湧いてきました。
しかし、帰りは、思った以上に大変で、足もガクガクし帰りつくか、不安になりましたが、ガイドの方の経験談や、楽しい話を聞きながら、目標の５時のバスに間に合った時は、本当に快挙を成し遂げた気持ちとホッとした気持ちで、3人で、喜び合いました。
山登りの楽しさを教えてくれた、ガイドの岩川さんにとても感謝し、また、新たなる挑戦を計画しようと思っています。

The driver seemed to know a lot about Kyoto, and he had a great conversation with my husband, who is from Kyoto. I'm glad he didn't smoke, and he also recommended a lunch spot.

ドライバーさんが京都の事かなり詳しいようで、京都出身の主人と話が盛り上がってました。
タバコを吸わない方で良かったですし、お昼のお店も紹介してくれました。

I visited a cave for the first time. Perhaps due to the rain, there were few people, allowing me to take my time and thoroughly enjoy the impressive stalactites. There are three exits, and after the second exit, there were quite a few steep stairs, but there were handrails, so I felt safe.

初めて鍾乳洞に行きました。雨のせいか人もまばらで、ゆっくり見て回ることができ、大迫力の鍾乳石をじっくり楽しめました。
出口が3ヶ所あり、2つ目の出口以降は急な階段が多めでしたが、手すりもあったので安心でした。

Maria, our tour guide, was bright, kind, and very good! Since it's unavoidable for the bus to be delayed, it might be a good idea to reconsider the course and end at a nearby location like Nijo Castle instead of Arashiyama. By the time we arrived in Arashiyama, it was already getting dark, and we couldn't fully enjoy the scenery of the bamboo grove or Togetsukyo Bridge. Also, while the yudofu and Kyoto cuisine for lunch were delicious, it was disappointing that the tempura was cold.

バスが遅れるのは仕方ないので、最後を嵐山でなく二条城などの近場にするなど、コースを見直されてもいいですね。
嵐山に着いたらすぐ日も暮れて、竹林も渡月橋もゆっくり景色を味わえなかったです。
それから、昼食の湯豆腐や京料理はおいしかったのですが、天ぷらが冷たかったのは残念でした。

From the 10th, the temperature dropped nationwide, and Shirakawa-go unfortunately experienced rainy weather. I heard that Kanazawa, where I arrived by Shinkansen, tends to have a lot of rainy days. This time, I planned a 2-night, 3-day trip with Shirakawa-go on the first day and sightseeing in Kanazawa on the second day. Since the weather seemed bad in advance, I considered changing Shirakawa-go to the second day... However, since the sightseeing in Kanazawa involves more walking, I decided to stick to the original plan and went ahead with it. During the taxi ride, the conversation flowed, and although there was some traffic, thanks to Mr. J, the first day turned out to be enjoyable. The autumn leaves were progressing, and even though it was drizzling, it wasn't bothersome at all. The temperature was optimal, so I imagine it was easier to walk compared to the summer-like weather the day before. It seemed that Shirakawa-go was also somewhat less crowded for this time of year. Because I didn't change my plans, the second day of touring Kanazawa was just right with cloudy and slightly sunny weather, and I was fortunate to have a driver who was skilled at providing sightseeing information, making it a comfortable tour. Thank you very much.

１０日から全国的に気温が下がり白川郷はあいにくの雨模様でした。新幹線で降り立った金沢は雨の日が比較的多いとのことですね。今回、２泊３日の予定で初日に白川郷,２日目に金沢観光で計画。事前に天候が悪い様なので白川郷を２日目に変更しようかと・・・。でも金沢観光の方が歩く距離が長いので予定通りで決断、決行しました。タクシーの車内では会話が弾み途中渋滞もありましたが、Ｊさんのおかげで楽しい初日となりました。紅葉も進み小雨でしたが全く苦にならず、気温が最適だったので前日の夏日よりは歩きやすかったのではないかと想像します。この時期にしては白川郷も若干空いていたようですし。予定を変更しなかったおかげで２日目の金沢名所巡りも曇りやや晴れで丁度良かったですし、観光案内が上手な運転手にも恵まれ快適なツアーとなりました。ありがとうございました。

I participated in a bus tour in Kyoto for the first time. I made the reservation without knowing it was for foreigners. Over 90% of the participants were foreign tourists. I was worried that the tour guide would only explain in English, but the guide, Ms. M, provided explanations in Japanese after the English ones. Additionally, she was kind and attentive to a participant who felt unwell, which was very impressive. If I can request Ms. M for the next tour, I would definitely want to do so.

I had the chance to meet many birds at Nakama River and enjoyed a relaxing cruise while viewing the mangroves. The water buffalo cart was interesting because each water buffalo had its own personality. The time spent walking slowly, making splashing sounds with each step, became one of my cherished memories.

仲間川ではたくさんの鳥たちに出会えて、マングローブを見ながらのんびりクルーズを楽しめました。水牛車では水牛によって個性があって面白かったです。歩くたび水をぴちゃぴちゃ音を立てながらゆっくり歩くちょっとした時間もとっておきの思い出の一つになりました。

I was worried because the weather forecast predicted cloudy skies followed by rain, but I was able to enjoy the tour without getting rained on. During the bus ride, the tour guide shared various interesting stories about Okinawa, which allowed us to appreciate the background of the tour while sightseeing. I was particularly moved by the overwhelming nature of the Gyokusendo Valley.

天気予報は曇りのち雨だったので心配でしたが、ツアー中は雨にも降られず楽しめました。
バスの中では添乗員さんが、色々沖縄にまつわるお話を楽しくしてくれて、よりツアーを背景が分かりながら観光することも出来ました。特にガンガーラの谷は圧倒的な自然に感動でした。

I felt embarrassed as a Japanese person seeing that among the 60% of foreigners, the elderly Japanese did not keep the meeting time. Let's try to observe manners a bit more.

外国人か６割いる中、集合時間を守らない日本の高齢者には、日本人として恥ずかしさを覚えました。もう少しマナーを守りましょう。

We were blessed with great weather and a wonderful guide, making for a smooth and amazing Jomon Sugi trekking experience✨✨ My sister, who visited Yakushima for the first time, was also able to meet Jomon Sugi and was incredibly moved. Thank you so much!

The shuttle service was very helpful, especially when I was sleepy in the early morning and exhausted after trekking. It was mentioned that we could sleep on the bus to the destination, but in reality, there was a roll call for group division, so I couldn't relax much. The guide only explained the bare minimum, which was a bit unsatisfying, but still, he adjusted the pace while observing the seven of us, allowing us to finally see the Jomon Sugi. However, I wished he had paid attention to the way the man in front was holding his trekking poles, as they nearly hit the heads and bodies of those behind him multiple times. Although I usually lack exercise and suddenly took on this trekking challenge, I was healed by the great outdoors, gained confidence from walking for 10 hours, and had a truly valuable experience. Thank you very much.

早朝眠い中とトレッキング後のクタクタの中、送迎付きはとても助かりました。
行きのバスの中では寝ててOKと記載がされていましたが、実際はグループ分けの点呼がされておりあまりゆっくり出来ませんでした。
ガイドさんは必要最低限のことしか説明しない感じの人で少し物足りませんでしたが、それでも私を含め7人の様子を見ながらペース配分をして下さり念願の縄文杉を見ることが出来ました。
ただ、前を歩いていた男性のストックの持ち方が後方の人の頭や体に何度も当たりそうになったので注意をして欲しかったです。
普段運動不足でいきなり臨んだトレッキングでしたが大自然で癒され、10時間歩けたという自信にもなりとても貴重な経験が出来ました。

I had an urgent matter in Nagoya, so I took a one-night trip from Tokyo, but I wanted to extend my stay a bit more and joined a day trip bus tour. With minimal effort, I was able to visit two famous spots for autumn leaves. The tour company staff primarily spoke Chinese, and their English and Japanese were somewhat limited, but as we approached the destinations, they provided necessary information in various languages. The meeting times were also displayed on an iPad, so there was no confusion. Since the participants spoke different languages, it might be challenging, but having even a little commentary like a tour guide could increase satisfaction. It was a fun tour. Thank you very much.

名古屋に急用があって、東京から1泊で出かけましたが、もう少し足を伸ばしたいと日帰りバスツアーに参加。
必要最小限の労力で、紅葉の観光名所を2ヶ所回ることができました。
旅行会社の方は、中国語がメインで、英語、日本語は片言の感じでしたが、目的地が近づくと各国語で必要な情報を伝えて下さいました。
集合時間などもiPadで表示。迷いませんでした。
参加者の言語がバラバラなので難しいかもしれませんが、観光ガイド的なお話が少しでもあると満足度が上がるかもしれませんね。

I enjoyed a smooth day trip with a luxurious lunch. The crew members were consistently kind, and if I have the opportunity again, I would like to use VELTRA's tours.

スムーズな日帰り旅行で昼食も豪華で堪能しました。また乗務員の方々も終始親切な対応で、また機会がありましたらこちらのVELTRAさんのツアーを利用したいと思います。

The guide's explanations were very easy to understand. Since it was a trip without a rental car, I was grateful to be taken to various places in a short amount of time.

レンタカー無しの旅だったので、
短時間で色々な所に
連れて行ってもらい
助かりました。

The day before, I anticipated being tired from trekking Jomon Sugi, so I signed up for the afternoon tour. As a result, this turned out to be a great choice. I was picked up at 12:30 PM, which allowed me to have lunch first. Our guide, Y, had an astonishing amount of experience and had even served as the head of the tourism association. Although it was a coincidence, he taught us not only about the mountains and plants but also about the history of Yakushima becoming a natural heritage site and the background of the mossy forest's name, which was very educational.

It seems that many people hike in the morning, so there were only a few of us in the afternoon, allowing us to enjoy each spot quietly. The team consisted of just me and one other person, and Y was very attentive to our footing while we climbed, making it very comfortable.

Additionally, Y was great at taking photos and captured some wonderful angles. When we spotted monkeys on the way, he even stopped the car so we could take pictures. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.

It was unusual for Yakushima to have no rain at all, so the moss was a bit lacking in vitality, but that made the climb easier, and I had a fun half-day.

　前日、縄文杉トレッキングで疲れが予想で来たので、午後からのツアーに申し込みました。結果としてこれが当たりました。午後12時半の迎えで、先に昼食を済ませることができました。ガイドさんはびっくりするほど経験年数の長い、観光協会の長もされていたという経歴のＹさん。偶然とはいえ、山や植物のことだけでなく、屋久島が自然遺産になる経緯や苔むす森の名前の背景を教えてくれて、とても勉強になりました。
　やはり午前中に登る人たちが多いようで、午後から登るのは少数派らしく、それぞれのスポットでは静かに過ごせました。チームは私ともう一人だけで、Ｙさんは私たちの足にすごく注意しながら登ってくれたので、とても楽でした。
　またＹさんは写真も上手で、とてもいいアングルで撮ってくださいました。行きの道中で猿が出たときはわざわざ車を止めて写真を撮らせてくれました。気遣い感謝です。
　珍しくずっと雨のない屋久島で苔は少し元気がなかったですが、その分楽に登れましたし、楽しい半日を過ごせました。

I was able to see the efforts of the pilots, cabin attendants, ground staff, and maintenance personnel who work daily for safe operations and service improvement. I support you all. Keep up the good work. I will visit BB again.
