For our 10th wedding anniversary, we participated in a tour in Ishigaki Island to create lasting memories. Fortunately, it didn't rain, but the sky was always cloudy during the tour. The weather in Ishigaki Island is quite unpredictable. Although the stunning scenery was somewhat diminished, we still enjoyed half a day of fun.

The transitions from bus to boat and the explanations from all the guides were so skillful that the travel time was enjoyable and never boring. We learned about the land of Yaeyama, the current state of the islands, and the ecology of the mangroves, which helped us understand the history of the island and appreciate the beauty of observing it with knowledge.

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the meals, but there were many local dishes unique to the island, all of which were easy to eat and delicious, so I finished everything.

As my friends from Ishigaki Island said, it was just right to have cloudy weather since direct sunlight can be exhausting, and I was able to fully enjoy sightseeing in Ishigaki Island, making it a wonderful day.

結婚１０周年に石垣島へ、記念に残るようにツアーに参加させて頂きました。なんとか雨は降らなかったですが、ツアー中は常に曇り空。石垣島の天気はなかなか読めないですね。素晴らしい景色は半減でしたが、それでも半日楽しめました。
バスから船、水上と全てのガイドの方の説明が巧みて、飽きることなく楽しい移動時間になりました。八重山という土地、島の現状、をはじめ、マングローブの生態や植物からも島の歴史を知ることができ、理解して観ることの素晴らしさを感じました。
食事も正直期待していなかったですが、島ならではの品が多く、全て食べやすい味で完食させて頂きました。
石垣島の友達からも直射日光で体力奪われるから曇りくらいが丁度いいと言われた通り、戻ってからも石垣島観光を満喫することとが出来て素晴らしい１日を過ごすことが出来ました。

We had a photo shoot with a three-year-old, and since it started just before 9 PM, the child was getting sleepy and started to fuss during the shoot. However, the photographer worked quickly, and we managed to get the photos done. The next day, we received the data, and the finished photos were absolutely wonderful. We were very satisfied!

３歳児連れの撮影で、撮影開始が21時前だったので、子供が眠くなる時間ギリギリで、撮影中にぐずり出しましたが、手早く撮影して頂き、何とか撮影出来ました。翌日にはデータも頂けて、出来上がりはとっても素敵な写真で、大満足でした！

My stay in Ishigaki Island was short, but I was able to sightsee efficiently. The guide also provided thorough explanations. I will definitely repeat this experience.

I had been wanting to visit Yakushima for many years, and while searching for options, I found this site that mentioned I could tour the island on the Yakuzaru bus, so I signed up immediately. It was a large taxi, so the ride was comfortable, and there were only three participants, including myself, which made for a luxurious sightseeing experience.

The driver, who also served as our guide, shared fascinating information about the origins of Yakushima, the Yakusugi trees, and why it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

I have been recommending this to friends and family. When I visit Yakushima again, I will definitely participate again. Thank you very much!

I was able to efficiently visit tourist attractions a little away from Nara Station. It was very good. Lunch was also included, which was a great deal.

奈良駅から少し離れる観光名所を効率よく回れました。とても良かったです。お昼ごはんもついていてお得でした。

This tour is satisfying for those who want to see a lot in one day, even though the time spent at each sightseeing spot is short. There were many international tourists on board, and since there were few Japanese participants, the tour guide mostly spoke in Chinese for the international guests, occasionally providing guidance in Japanese as well. I was able to take many photos and have a great time throughout the day.

1日でたくさんまわるのでそれぞれの観光地の滞在時間は短いですが、一度に欲張りたい方には満足できるツアーです。
海外からの観光者がたくさん同乗されており、日本人の方が少なかったため、添乗員のガイドさんは海外からの観光客様向けにほとんど中国語でお話されており時々日本語でもガイドしていただきました。
1日たくさん写真を撮ったり楽しい時間を過ごせました。

I visited Iriomote Island for the first time, and it truly became a wonderful memory! It was the most enjoyable tour of my 5-day trip.
There was no one around except for the tour guide and the two of us, and we listened closely to the sounds of the birds and owls of Iriomote Island in the quiet space. Looking up, we saw many stars, and beneath the surface, the glowing dinoflagellates.
Although there were many clouds, the guide provided detailed explanations about the constellations and satellites visible between the clouds. Thank you for the wonderful time; I’m recommending it to my friends!

初めて西表島へ行きましたが本当に素敵な思い出になりました！5日間の旅行の中で1番楽しかったツアーです。
ツアーの方と私たち2人以外誰も周辺におらず、静かな空間に鳴り響く西表島の鳥やフクロウの鳴き声に耳をすませ、頭上を見れば沢山の星、水面下には光り輝く夜光虫。
雲も多かったですが、雲と雲の間から見える星座や人工衛星についても詳しく説明していただきました。素敵な時間をありがとうございました、友達にもオススメしています。

I joined the tour solo, but I was able to climb with some really nice people! It was so much fun to hike with such great individuals!!

The guide was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the plants and the climbing goals, sharing many insights that can only be learned in Yakushima. Before the tour, they communicated with me in detail over the phone regarding equipment checks and my physical condition, allowing me to prepare thoroughly. The climb itself was quite challenging, but we all managed to reach the summit safely, so booking this tour guide was definitely the right choice!

I had the chance to encounter sea turtles! I was very satisfied with the many photos we took together. The weather was great, and the clarity of the ocean was amazing, which left me in awe. I would love to participate again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

The bus guide, dressed in a uniform and cap reminiscent of the Showa era, had a clear, announcer-like voice and a wealth of knowledge that kept us engaged throughout the long bus ride. It turned out to be a fun day trip bus tour.

I participated in this tour to experience the water buffalo cart. Initially, I planned to join the tour that ended at 5:30 PM, but due to my next schedule, I opted for this tour that finishes at 2:30 PM. I was very satisfied with the experience of Iriomote Island and Yufu Island. Although I was concerned about group activities since it was a tour, there was also free time, and I was able to enjoy the guide's explanations at a comfortable distance, making it a fulfilling experience. For lunch, I had a makunouchi bento, which brought back nostalgic feelings, as if I were on a school trip.

水牛車目当てでこのツアーに参加しました。はじめ17時半までのツアーに参加しようとしましたが、次の予定の関係上14時半に終わるこちらのツアーを申し込みました。西表島と由布島を堪能できて満足度が高かったです。ツアーなのて゛団体行動が懸念点でしたが、自由時間もありながら程よい距離感でガイドさんからの説明を受けながら回れて充実していました。お昼ご飯は幕の内弁当を食べましたが、修学旅行に来たかのような雰囲気で懐かしい気持ちになりました。

Kawahirawan Beach has a pleasant breeze blowing over the emerald sea, creating a heavenly feeling! The white sand and seashells match the color of the ocean, creating a romantic mood... right? The glass-bottom boat I rode for the first time was also great, as I could see corals and colorful schools of fish right below me.

I originally planned to go to Iriomote Island, but the high-speed ferry was canceled, so I joined this tour with a last-minute reservation. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the waves. However, I was informed in advance that cancellation was possible.

The snorkeling was guided by Yuga, who provided very detailed explanations about the marine life. He was also considerate of everyone's health since the temperature had dropped a bit. In the afternoon, we had about an hour of free time, and he recommended a great lunch spot.

In the afternoon, Hyou took over for the canoeing. He focused on explaining the mangroves and plants. He was also very lively and fun. The location and the guides made for an amazing tour.

Both of them clearly had studied a lot, and they were very kind and considerate. There was also a solo traveler with us, and they made sure not to leave anyone feeling alone, which left a strong impression on me.

When I come back to Ishigaki Island, I plan to join another tour with PiPi. Thank you very much!

本当は西表島に行く予定だったのですが高速船が欠航となり、前日予約でこちらのツワーに参加させてもらいました。
残念ながら波の影響で青の洞窟には行けませんでした。
ただその際に事前連絡もありキャンセルも可能との事でした。
シュノーケリングはガイドの裕雅さんが担当してくれました。とても丁寧に生き物の説明をしてくれました。
また少し気温が低くなっていたので参加者のみんなの体調を気遣ってくれてました。
午後から1時間くらい時間があったのですが昼食のおすすめのお店も教えてくれました。
午後からカヌーを彪央さんが担当してくれました。
彪央さんはマングローブや植物を中心に説明してくれました。あとは凄くノリがいい方です。ロケーションもガイドさんもサイコーでめっちゃいいツワーになりました。

お二人とも共通して言えるのはめっちゃ勉強されたんだなって思いました。あとはとりあえず優しい。気を遣ってくれる。1人旅行の方も一緒でしたが1人にならない様に気遣いもしっかりされてたのは印象的でした。

石垣島にまたきた時はまたPiPiさんのツワーに参加しようと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。

It was a bit of a busy itinerary, but Maria's attentive and efficient response was wonderful. I felt that the foreign guests were also satisfied. It had been about 45 years since my middle school field trip, and it brought back some nostalgic feelings.

One point, which may be due to my lack of understanding, is that I felt there could be a bit more consideration regarding the meeting place and method. I thought the meeting place was near the tour bus, so I ended up searching around the bus.

ちょいと忙しい行程でしたが、マリアさんの気配りの出来たテキパキとした対応は、ワンダフル。
外国人の方も満足されたのではと感じました。
中学の修学旅行旅行以来約45年ぶり、懐かしく感じる事もありました。

一点、私の理解力不足かもしれませんが、集合場所・集合方法をもう少し配慮された方がいいのではと、感じました。

Thank you for your hard work, guide. I was impressed by your ability to speak Japanese, English, and Chinese. It felt a bit strange to be guided through Japan's famous spots by someone from abroad. Many shops at the tourist sites seemed closed, possibly due to the impact of COVID-19, which made the places feel a bit desolate.

ガイドさんお疲れ様でした。日本語、英語、中国語を駆使されて感心しました。日本の名所を外国の方にガイドしてもらうって…なんか不思議な感じでした。
観光地はコロナの影響かやってない店も多く寂れた感じでした。

For this bus tour, there were two vehicles: one for Japanese participants and one for international guests.

1. There were too few guides...
When we arrived at Amano Iwato Shrine and Amano Yasugawara, could you at least introduce a god or share one of the myths? (There seemed to be too many introductions to souvenir shops.)

2. Can you stick to the schedule...?
According to the schedule, lunch was supposed to be at 12:00, but we arrived at Takachiho Gorge at 12:22, and we reached the restaurant at 12:45. After arranging the seats, lunch was served at 12:55.

The guide mentioned we would stay at Takachiho Gorge for one hour.
There is quite a difference between "90 minutes" and "60 minutes," don't you think?

As a bus tour: 4 stars, as a guide: 2 stars. Average: 3 stars.
We arrived at the sightseeing spots properly, thank you.
There are people overseas who want to know about Japanese stories.
Fortunately, I did some research before departing, so I could manage without explanations.
It was really disappointing as my expectations were not met.

天岩戸神社＆天安河原に着いたら、せめて神様の紹介や神話の一つを言ってくださいませんか。（土産屋の紹介が多すぎませんか？）

2.スケジュールを守ってもらえますか…
スケジュールによるとランチは12時のはずだ、
あの日高千穂峡に着いたのはもう12時22分、そして12:45にレストランに到着、席の手配が終わった、ランチは12時55分でした。

ガイドさんは高千穂峡に1時間滞在しますと言っていました。
”90分”と”60分”で結構な差があります、そう思いませんか？

バスとして:星4、ガイドとして:星2。平均:星3。
観光スポットはちゃんと着いた、ありがとうございました。
海外でも日本の物語を知りたいの人がいます。
幸い、出発する前に一応調べだ、説明がなくでもいけます。
少々期待外れ本当に残念でした。

I toured Ishigaki Island and Taketomi Island from October 9 to 10. It was supposed to be a fun second day in Ishigaki Island with my eldest daughter, but due to unforeseen circumstances, she couldn't join me, and I ended up sightseeing alone as a mother in my 60s. I made a last-minute reservation for a private sightseeing taxi through Veltra.

The day before, I had toured around Kabira Bay with my youngest daughter's couple, so I visited other places this time. In three hours, I explored Euglena Mall, the Tomb of the Chinese, a scenic café selling pineapple confiture, Mil-Mil Honpo, and Tamatorizaki Observatory, and finally, I was dropped off at Ishigaki Airport. The sightseeing driver was a knowledgeable and articulate woman named S. She answered all my questions accurately, and her detailed stories about animals and plants were very enjoyable and educational.

I realized once again that a private sightseeing taxi is a wonderful way to visit desired places within a limited time while also having a fun experience along the way. I have used Veltra for private car charters in Seoul and Japanese-speaking guides about four times before, but this was my first time using it domestically, and I felt that Veltra is indeed a reliable service! Thank you, Veltra, and thank you to our sightseeing taxi driver S for creating wonderful memories once again. I truly appreciate it.

10月9日〜10日に石垣島と竹富島を観光しました。
長女と2人で楽しむはずだった石垣島の2日目でしたが長女が都合により行けなくなってしまい、急に私(60代母親)1人で観光することになり、出発日ギリギリでVeltraさんの貸切観光タクシーに申し込みました。
前日は次女夫婦と一緒に川平湾を中心に観光していたので、その他の場所を回っていただきました。３時間でユーグレナモール，唐人墓、パイナップルコンフィチュール等を販売している眺めの良いカフェ、ミルミル本舗、玉取崎展望台などを観光し、最後は石垣空港まで送っていただきました。観光ドライバーは女性のSさんです。Sさんはとても物知りでハキハキした方でした。私が何を聞いても的確に答えてくださり、特に動物や植物等についてのお話も詳しくて、とても楽しく、勉強になりました。やはり限られた時間の中で、行きたい場所に行くことができ，その道中も楽しい時間を過ごすことができる貸切観光タクシーはとても素晴らしい観光手段だとあらためて実感いたしました。Veltraさんではソウルの専用車貸切チャーターや日本語ガイドさんで、これまで4回ほどお世話になっておりますが、今回は国内で初めて利用させていただき，やはりVeltraさんは安心して利用できる！と思いました。Veltraさん、観光タクシードライバーSさん、今回も素敵な思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。

I was able to efficiently visit three islands and experience the unique offerings of each one. Especially when crossing to Yufu Island by water buffalo cart, the female guide played the sanshin and sang while explaining, which was a lot of fun.

I've visited this place several times, but it was nostalgic since it was 8-10 years ago. The bus stop for Chuo Bus has changed, and I arrived at Sapporo Station with plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately, it was raining! I think this adds to the travel experience. There was also news about the withdrawal of Sapporo's bid for the 2030 Winter Olympics, which made for a good timing visit to Okurayama Jump Stadium. Due to the bad weather, the lift was out of service (what a shame). I've been there twice before, so I went to the outer market for lunch at a northern gourmet spot. I had the "Manpuku Set" from the regular sightseeing tour, which included a seafood bowl and crab soup, both of which were delicious! The bus guide was also very skilled, and I had a fun half-day experience.

何度か訪問した箇所ばかりですが、8-10年前なので懐かしかったです。
中央バスの乗場が変わり、余裕をもって札幌駅へ参りました。
あいにくの雨！
これも旅の情緒かと思います。
ちょうど2030札幌の招致断念のニュースがありグッドタイミング？の大倉山ジャンプでした。
また悪天候のためリフトは運休（残念）

海鮮丼、カニ汁ともに美味かった！
バスガイドさんもお上手で、楽しく半日過ごせました。

I wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, not just Sapporo, so I joined this tour! It was more economical than traveling on my own, but the lunch buffet was a bit disappointing.
There were 15 participants in a microbus, which made it easy to navigate compared to the larger tourist buses. The guide wore a bright red jacket, which served as a good landmark! The guide, who is from Hong Kong, was cheerful and energetic, speaking four languages and guiding us on time. Before we arrived at Asahiyama Zoo, he explained about Japanese tourist spots and recommended foods and souvenirs in English and Chinese for about 30 minutes. I couldn't understand everything, but I thought it was amazing that he could speak four languages! His Japanese wasn't fluent, so I wished he would speak a bit slower; it was hard to catch everything with his fast pace!
Asahiyama Zoo was fun, and the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were beautiful! This tour, which takes you to your destination even if you sleep, is the best!

札幌だけじゃなくせっかくなら旭山動物園に行ってみたいと思いこのツアーに参加！個人的に移動するよりお得でしたがランチビュッフェはいまいちでした！
参加者15人でマイクロバスでしたが大型観光バスが多い中迷わずにすみました！
ガイドの方が赤い派手なジャンパーを着用していたのでそれも目印になりました！香港出身のガイドさんは4ヵ国語話せる明るく元気な方で時間きっちり参加者を誘導してくれました。旭山動物園に到着する前に英語と中国語で日本の観光地やそこでおすすめの食べ物やお土産などの説明を30分位していて全内容はほぼ理解できない私ですが4ヵ国語話せる人って凄いなぁと思います！日本語はペラペラではないのでもう少しゆっくり話してほしかった。早口で聞き取りにくかった！
旭山動物園は楽しかったし、青い池と白髭の滝は綺麗でした！
目的地まで寝てても連れて行ってくれるツアーは最高です♪

My first time in Ishigaki Island. Since the meeting was early, I hurried through the hotel breakfast and headed to the island terminal.

The tour was very well organized. Although there was no tour guide, there were local staff at each destination who provided accurate guidance.

On Yubu Island and Taketomi Island, we had a commemorative photo taken with the water buffalo by a photographer. They give you a small photo for free, but many people, including us, ended up buying the larger photo for 1500 yen.

Fortunately, the weather during the tour was great, and the waves were calm, so I didn't get seasick on the ferry. Even though it was October, the temperature exceeded 30 degrees, and when riding the bus or ferry, the air conditioning made it quite cold, so I recommend preparing for the chill.

The bento box was tastier than I had imagined. The water was also delicious.

If you want to bring back star sand, it might be a good idea to bring a small zippered bag.

We arrived at the island terminal after 4 PM, so we took the free shuttle bus to San-Ei for shopping.

はじめての石垣島。集合が早いのでホテルの朝食もあわてながらすませて離島ターミナルへ。

ツアーは、とてもよくオーガナイズされていて、添乗員さんはいないものの、次の目的地に行くと現地係員がいて、的確に案内していただけました。

由布島と竹富島では、カメラマンさんによる水牛さんとの記念撮影も。名刺大の写真は無料でくれるのですが、みなさん、1500円の大きく映った写真も買われていました（我が家もついつい）

幸いツアー中はお天気にも恵まれ、波もおだやかでフェリーにも酔わず。10月なのに30度超えの日で、バスやフェリーに乗ると冷房で一気に寒くなるので、寒さ対策も必要かと。

お重に入ったお弁当は、想像していたよりおいしかったです。お水もおいしかった。

星の砂を持ち帰りたい人は、ファスナーつき小袋をもってくるといいかも。

16時過ぎに離島ターミナルに到着したので、無料送迎バスでサンエイにお買い物に行きました。

It was my first time seeing mangroves and riding a water buffalo cart. What was disappointing was that the heavy rain prevented us from exploring all of Yui Island. I can't help but think that the scenery would have been different on a sunny day, which is indeed a bit of a letdown. The idol water buffalo, Louis, was so cute!

マングローブも水牛車も初めてでした。
残念だったのは雨がひどくて由衣島を全部回れなかったことです。天気の良い日はまた違う景色だったかなと思うとやはり残念だったなと。

I was able to see the actual related figures. It's a profession I admire, and I felt that they shine through their hard work and effort. My perspective on the staff when boarding the plane has changed. But still, it's an aspiration!

実際に関連している姿を拝見できました。憧れの職業ですが、苦労や努力あって輝いているのだなと感じました。飛行機に搭乗する際の、職員の方の見方が変わりました。でもやはり、憧れです！
