I participated with a foreign friend. It was convenient and nice that they took us from Nagoya to Takayama and Shirakawa-go. Since it was a holiday, there were about 25 groups from various countries, but the tour guide explained everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese, so we had no problems. It was a tour that, for better or worse, was just about being taken to the destination, but it was great that we could explore freely once we got there. The roads were congested, causing significant delays, but we were given a full two hours of sightseeing time at each location. Thank you for a meaningful experience!

外国人の友達と2名で参加しました。
高山と白川郷まで名古屋から連れていってくれるので、便利で良かったです。
連休だったので25組くらい色んな国の方が居ましたが、添乗員さんが日本語、英語、中国語で説明してくれるので問題なく過ごせました。
良くも悪くも「現地まで連れていってもらうだけ」のツアーなので、現地では自由に散策できて良かったです。道が混んで居てだいぶ遅延しましたが、観光時間はきっちりそれぞれ2時間取ってくれました。
有意義な時間をありがとうございました！

Due to a highway closure, our itinerary had to be significantly changed, but we were able to include Nakayama Pass in the plan and see a beautiful sunset. The guide spoke three languages, and the participants were quite global. Everyone gathered on time.

高速道路の通行止めにより行程が大幅に変更になってしまいましたが、中山峠をプランに入れていただき美しい夕陽を見ることができました。
ガイドさんは3カ国語を喋れる方で、参加者もグローバルでした。
みなさん集合時間にはきちんと集まっておられました。

I had my first experience with snorkeling! The staff were incredibly helpful, and my worries were quickly alleviated! They took a lot of photos, and I felt their thoughtfulness towards us. I highly recommend this tour for anyone considering participating! 😊

During my trip to Yakushima, which usually has about 80% rain, we were fortunate to have almost no rain and enjoyed good weather. Thank you. Although my body is still fatigued, I think it would have been much tougher if it had rained.

約8割雨の屋久島で、今回の旅行ではほとんど雨が降らず天候に恵まれました。ありがとうございました。身体の疲労はまだ回復してませんが、雨だったらもっと大変だったと思います。

I booked a tour with my wife for a long-awaited trip to Hokkaido. Shortly after departure, there was a problem with the toll road in the central region, which required a change in plans. However, we arrived in Sapporo on time, thanks to which we were able to have dinner at the restaurant we reserved. The guide's ability to switch between three languages during the tour was wonderful. I would like to use this service again.

久しぶりの北海道観光で奥さんと一緒にツアー申し込みました。
出発早々に道央道が通行止めのトラブルが有り予定変更がありましたが
終わってみれば予定通りの時間で札幌着おかげで予約お店で夕食食べれました。ガイドさんの3ヶ国語使い分けての案内素晴らしいかったです。
また利用してみたいです。

I had a great time hearing about the training and personal experiences from the attentive staff at ANA, all while enjoying their warm smiles. My child seemed to develop an interest in airplanes and airports as well. I would love to visit again!

I participated in this tour to quickly visit nearby islands since I will be in Ishigaki Island for a few days. The bus driver's explanations in Iriomote were excellent, the lunch on Yufu Island was delicious, and the ice candy and star sand on Taketomi Island made for a dream-like day.

石垣島に数日いくので、近隣の島をサクッと回れるこのツアーに参加しました。西表のバス運転手さんの説明が最高で、由布島のランチは美味しいし、竹富島のアイスキャンディーと星砂、夢みたいな一日でした。

I traveled alone to Sapporo for some errands. I found a day tour that I could join since I had a free day. The weather was initially forecasted to be rainy, but by the time we arrived at Cape Kamui, the weather turned out to be quite nice, and I was able to see the beautiful Shakotan Blue sea! Since it was September, there were no bafun uni, but I was able to order some murasaki uni as an extra. On the way back, we stopped by a sake brewery, but I really wanted to visit a roadside station where I could buy local Hokkaido products. That was the only disappointment.

札幌へ所用で一人旅。1日予定が空いたので日帰りで行けて1人参加OKのツアーを探していてみつけました。お天気も雨予想がくつがえり神威岬に着くころにはまずまずの天気となりキレイな積丹ブルーの海が見れました！9月だったのでバフンウニはありませんでしたが追加注文でムラサキウニは食べれました。帰りに酒蔵へ寄りましたが、それよりも北海道の物産が買える道の駅に行きたかったです。そこだけが残念。

The guide taught us many things that we wouldn't normally know, and it was really enjoyable. If you're going, I definitely recommend it.

On the day we arrived in Okinawa, we had booked a 6-hour tour, and we were welcomed at the airport before our scheduled time. After the sightseeing, we were taken to our hotel.

On the second day, we requested another full-day tour, and since some of the sightseeing spots overlapped with the first day, we were recommended a different course that allowed us to enjoy a more relaxed sightseeing experience! I made a special request for a female driver, and she fulfilled our wish. The driver was also very nice, which made us very excited from the first day.

Our first trip to Okinawa turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. Thank you very much.

If we have the opportunity again, we would definitely like to request your services.

沖縄に着いた日に6時間コースで予約しておりまして、約束時間より前に空港迄お出迎えして頂き観光後はホテル迄送って頂きました。

２日目に別の1日観光お願いしておりまして、初日と観光地がかぶっていた為、違うコースをお勧めして頂き比較的ゆったりの観光を満喫しました❗️無理言って女性ドライバーさんにお願いしましたら、希望通りにかなえて頂きドライバーさんもとっても良い方だったので初日から大興奮の私達でした。

初めての沖縄がとっても楽しい旅行にして頂きました。本当にありがとうございました。

The initial itinerary was to leave the hotel for ① Sefa Utaki ② lunch ③ the Yachimun no Sato area ④ a shop for sata andagi, and then return to the hotel. However, we ended up spending more time than expected at ①, and one of the shops we wanted to visit was unexpectedly closed, so we had to change our plans. During that time, the driver kindly informed us about the travel times to our destinations and recommended some wonderful places to visit.

They also patiently explained how to buy tickets at our destination, and the reunion when returning to the car was smooth, which helped us avoid wasting time. Additionally, while driving, they shared interesting stories about life in Okinawa and fun trivia, which kept us entertained.

It was incredibly helpful for traveling in an unfamiliar area!

当初の行程案は、ホテルから①斎場御嶽②昼ごはん③やちむんの里周辺④サーターアンダギーの店で、ホテルに帰るというものでした。しかし、①で予想以上に時間を使ってしまったり、行きたいお店が臨時休業だったこともあり、行程を変えなければいけなくなりました。その時に運転手の方が、行き先までにかかる時間や、おすすめの場所などを教えてくださり、素敵なお店に行くことができました。
行き先でのチケットの買い方も親身に教えてくれたり、行き先から車に帰ってくる時の合流もスムーズで時間のロスがなく助かりました。また走っている間も沖縄の暮らしや、豆知識なども楽しくお話ししていただき退屈しませんでした。
土地勘のない中旅行するのに、とても役立ちました！

From the hotel near Kyoto Station, we visited Kinkaku-ji, Taki-an Temple, the Bamboo Grove, Tenryu-ji, and the area around Togetsukyo Bridge.

The English-speaking driver took us to all the requested locations, and we were able to have a fulfilling day within our limited time. It was very helpful that he not only drove us but also provided guidance within the facilities. He even took us to a hidden spot in the stone garden, which is a cherished memory. I appreciated the advice on souvenirs as well. Although we went over the scheduled time, he maintained a pleasant demeanor and guided us with a smile. I truly appreciated the service. We participated as a family of four with a 3rd-grade boy and a 6th-grade girl. Before we started, I was a bit worried about the children's stamina, but the guide considered the pace, and we were able to reach the goal safely. We were also fortunate not to be rained on, making it a wonderful memory. I'm grateful to the guide for being so kind and for helping us have a great time.

We signed up for a tour because we heard there was a high chance of seeing sea turtles. This was my first experience with snorkeling, and I'm not very good at swimming, but before we started, they carefully taught us how to put on the snorkeling mask and goggles, which made me feel safe entering the water. We were able to encounter clownfish and, finally, the sea turtles we had been hoping to see, and we also got some wonderful photos taken. Thank you very much!

高確率でウミガメを見られるとのことで夫婦でツアーに申し込みました。私はシュノーケリング初体験で泳ぎもそんなに得意ではないのですが、泳ぎ始める前にシュノーケル用のマスク・ゴーグルの装着方法を丁寧に教えていただき、安心して海に入ることができました。カクレクマノミや念願のウミガメにも出会うことができ、素敵な写真も撮っていただけました。本当にありがとうございました！

It was almost my first time doing serious trekking, but thanks to the support of the guide, I had a great time. The explanations were thorough and educational, and I was very satisfied with the wonderful photos taken. 😊

本格的なトレッキングはほぼ初めてでしたが、ガイドさんのサポートのおかげで楽しく過ごすことができました。説明も丁寧で勉強になりましたし、素敵な写真を撮っていただき大満足です(^^)

It was an unforgettable and fulfilling journey. Since we hired a car, we saved time on taxis and waiting for transportation at each stop. Mr. Nishida, who was in charge of driving, was friendly and talkative, and he drove smoothly. He planned out the time for each stop and reminded us of the remaining distance and duration during the drive. He was also flexible in adjusting our destinations and itinerary according to our needs. At the end of the trip, he bid us farewell very kindly. We sincerely appreciate his help throughout the journey.

非常难忘和圆满的旅程。因为是包车出游，节约了每个站点打车和等车的时间。负责驾驶的西田先生热情健谈，驾驶平稳，给我们规划好了每一站停留的时间，在行驶过程中也提醒我们剩余的距离和时长，也能根据我们的需要灵活调整目的地和行程，结束行程时非常友好地和我们道别。真心感谢这一路上有他的帮助。

I took photos while listening to music under a sky full of stars. I was nervous since it was my first time shooting, but I was able to relax and pose as I wanted! While waiting for others to finish their shoots, I sat back in a chair and enjoyed the starry sky. It was a very precious experience, and I am grateful for it. I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again.

I applied for this tour without knowing it was for Chinese tourists. I was the only Japanese person, and it felt like I had traveled abroad while being in Japan.

Without any prior notice, the guide started speaking in Chinese, and I began to worry that there wouldn't be any Japanese guidance. Fortunately, they provided the minimum information regarding the meeting place and time, but after that, I felt a bit neglected. It seemed like they assumed that since I was Japanese, I could manage on my own.

Just because I'm Japanese doesn't mean I know the places, and I wanted explanations about the history and locations. When I asked, "What is this place about?" the guide replied, "I'm Chinese, so I don't know. Other Japanese people research before coming, so I don't provide explanations." When I asked, "What kind of explanations do you give to the Chinese guests?" they said, "We don't convey much detailed history to the Chinese either; they are satisfied with just knowing it's a beautiful place."

I was surprised… with so many Chinese visitors, it was disappointing that nothing about Japanese culture was being conveyed, just the photo opportunities. It might be a cultural difference, and ultimately, I was satisfied with the itinerary since it allowed me to visit places I wouldn't have been able to on my own in a single day. This experience made me realize how diligent and passionate Japanese guides are.

The Chinese tourists in the tour were polite, quiet during meals, and punctual, so I didn't feel any discomfort in that regard. More than the content of the tour, the way the tour was conducted was quite different from what I'm used to in Japan, and that left a lasting impression on me.

こちら、中国人のためのツアーとは知らず申し込みました。私一人が日本人で、日本にいながら海外旅行に来たようでした。
何も告げられないまま、ガイドさんも中国語で話しはじめ、最初日本語のガイドはされないのではと心配になりました。
幸い最低限の集合場所、時間などの案内はしてくれますが、あとはほったらかし。
大勢の中国人相手しているんだから、日本人は自分でどうにかできるでしょう、といわんばかりの案内に少しガッカリしました。

日本人だからと場所のことを知っている訳では無いですし、歴史や場所の説明をして欲しかったのですが「この場所はどういうところなんですか？」と聞くとガイドさんは「私は中国人だからわからない、他の日本人は調べてから来るから説明はしてない」とのこと。。
「では中国の方にはどういう説明を？」と聞いたら「中国人にもあまり細かい歴史は伝えていない、綺麗な場所というだけで満足する」と。
ビックリというか…これだけ中国の方が来ているのに写真映えだけで、何も日本の文化が伝わっていないのかと残念でした。
文化の違いなのかもしれませんし、最終的には1人ではなかなか一日で回れないところを回ってくれるので行程には満足していますが、今回、改めて日本のガイドさんがいかに勤勉で熱心にガイドしてくれてるのかわかりました。
ツアーにいた中国人旅行客の方々は礼儀正しく、食事時も静かで時間も守ってくれるのでそのあたりには違和感ありませんでした。
ツアーの内容よりも、ツアーの仕方が日本のものとだいぶ違うのでそこの方が印象に残っています。

I participated in the Yakusugi trekking. The guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi, was truly wonderful. It was my first time in Yakushima, and I had a great time.

屋久杉トレッキングに参加しました。ガイドのミツハシ様には本当に良くしていただきました。初めての屋久島でしたが大変楽しめました。

It was truly a fun day! I learned about Okinawa and was guided to places I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I'm really glad I used the sightseeing taxi! When I go to Okinawa next time, I definitely want to book again! Thank you so much, driver!!

I was able to visit so many places in just one day, and it felt like I was on a school trip. Most of the participants were foreigners, but the tour guide explained everything in both Japanese and English, which made it easy to understand.

Since the time for the return Shinkansen was tight, I informed the tour guide, and before we arrived at Kyoto Station, they explained everything to the participants, allowing me to get off first. Thanks to that, I was able to make it in time for my train. Thank you very much.

It seems that the scheduled arrival time at Kyoto Station may change depending on the lunch reservation time for those who had meals included (I had a plan without meals), so for those concerned about the return time, I think it's best to add about an hour and a half or check in advance.

(By the way, my arrival time at Kyoto Station was 18:10.)

1日でこれだけ回れることができ、修学旅行に行った気分になれました。参加者のほとんどが外国の方でしたが、添乗員さんが日本語と英語とどちらも使って説明してくれたので分かりやすかったです。
帰りの新幹線の時間がギリギリだったので、添乗員さんに伝えたところ、京都駅到着前にツアー参加者の皆さんに説明してくださり、一番先に降りることができました。そのおかげで間に合い乗車することができました。本当にありがとうございました。
昼食ありの方（自分は食事なしプランでした）の食事予約時間により、京都駅着予定時間が変わるみたいだったので、帰りの時間を気にされる方は1時間半位はプラスで考えておくか、事前に確認しておいた方がいいと思います。
（ちなみに自分のときは18:10京都駅着でした）

I was taken care of during the sea turtle tour. Although it was postponed by a day due to the typhoon, I was amazed by the beautiful, clear blue of the ocean, which showed no signs of the storm's impact. The staff's response during the postponement was excellent. I think there were at least 5 or 6 sea turtles. I couldn't believe how close we could get to them. During the tour, the guide led us and shared interesting facts. The tour package included all the necessary equipment, so it seemed like I could participate with just my swimsuit. I brought a camera to take underwater photos, but it turned out I didn't need it, as they took about 100 high-quality pictures and sent them to my smartphone right away. I loved all the photos and was very satisfied. The tour lasted from 9:00 to 11:00, and I think it was more than enough time to enjoy it. On the last day of my 4-night, 5-day trip, I had an emotional experience, and I am filled with gratitude for the staff.

ウミガメツアーでお世話になりました。
台風で1日延期となりましたが、その影響を感じない海の青さで透き通った綺麗さ感動しました。
延期の際もスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。
ウミガメは少なくとも5〜6匹はいたと思います。
あんなに接近できると思ってなく信じられませんでした。
ツアー中はガイドさんが先導してくださり、豆知識を教えていただきました。
ツアーについては、必要な道具一式がプラン内に組み込まれていて水着だけの手ぶらで参加できそうです。
水中を撮りたくカメラを持って行ったのですが、その必要がないくらいに、高性能なカメラで100枚程撮ってくださり、すぐにスマホに送信していただきました。
どれも気に入った写真ばかりで大満足です。
ツアー時間も9:00〜11:00までですが、十分過ぎるくらい満喫できるかと思います。
4泊5日の最終日に感動的な体験ができ、運営スタッフの皆さまに感謝でいっぱいです。

I felt no anxiety at all about the careful driving and adherence to manners. Even when drinking water, the driver stopped first, which I truly appreciated.

I was amazed by the wealth of knowledge. The information about the years, plant names, and the formation of the islands kept me entertained all day long, and the enjoyable day flew by.

I also had several wonderful photo opportunities.

慎重な運転、マナーを守った運転。水を飲むときでも停車してからという慎重な運転に全くの不安を感じることが一瞬でもなかった。まず感謝したい。

豊富な知識に驚くばかり。年号、植物の名前、島の成り立ちなど豊富な知識は

We used the service for both our arrival and departure with our family. For the arrival, they were waiting with a sketchbook that had our name on it, so it was easy to find them. We arrived at the hotel without any issues while chatting about the weather in Okinawa. For the return, we chose a private charter sightseeing plan and decided to do some sightseeing on the way from the hotel to the airport. They came to pick us up at the hotel right on time. We confirmed our plans in the car and were able to enjoy sightseeing for the full duration. Since we had a little extra time, they took us to an island we didn't know about, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was grateful that they took photos for us. It was nice to hear fun stories from a local during the ride. It was so comfortable that I ended up dozing off in the car. They also made a stop for us to buy souvenirs, so thank you for being flexible. I would like to use this service again when I come back to Okinawa.

家族で行きと帰りに利用しました。行きは名前を書いたスケッチブックを持って待っていただいており、すぐにわかりました。沖縄の天気のお話などをしながら問題なくホテルへ到着しました。帰りは貸切チャーター観光のプランを選択し、ホテルから空港まだの道中に観光をすることにしました。ホテルは指定の時間通り迎えに来ていただきました。車内で予定を確認し、時間いっぱい観光できました。少し時間に余裕ができたので知らなかった島にもお連れいただき、とてもいい経験になりました。写真を撮っていただけてありがたかったです。車内でも地元の方ならではの楽しいお話をしていただけてよかったです。快適だったので車内でうとうとしてしまいました。お土産を買う所にも寄っていただいたりと、融通をきかせていただいてありがとうございました。また沖縄に来る際は利用したいです。

First of all, the tour itself was good. We were able to visit various places by bus in one day, which was convenient. However, the female guide was disappointing.

The first issue was when we arrived at each location. At first, it was manageable, but as the tour progressed, perhaps due to time constraints, she would rush ahead to the entrance, leaving the tour group behind, and wave from a distance saying, "This way!" Everyone was desperately trying to find the guide who had disappeared. I felt this only added to the time we spent searching for her.

The second issue was the obvious difference in how she treated people. She openly displayed her preferences. She was overly friendly and polite to foreign tourists, while she treated us Japanese tourists with indifference and gave curt responses. It's natural for anyone to have likes and dislikes, but I wished she would treat everyone equally in her professional role.

I believe she may not be aware of this, so I wanted to share my thoughts. It may seem like a minor issue, but I think it's important to make the most of our limited time during our trip. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste, but I would like to participate in a tour again, so I hope for improvements.

最初に。ツアーそのものは良かったです。バスで1日色んなところを周れたし、楽チンでした。
ただ、ガイドの女性が残念な感じでした。
一つ目は、各施設に着いた時。最初の方はまだマシだったけど、後半になってくると時間に余裕がなくなってきたのか、ツアー客置いてけぼりでさっさと一人で入場口まで行き、遠くの方から『ここですよ〜』と手を振ってる始末。皆、何処に行ったかわからんガイドを必死で探してました。これでは余計に時間が掛かってた様に思います。
二つ目は、明らかなる人に対しての対応の違い。自分の好き嫌いを分かりやすく表に出しておられました。特に外国人には凄く愛想よく親切過ぎるくらい丁寧な対応で、私達日本人観光客には適当な対応で、無愛想な受け答えをされてた人も他に見かけました。人間誰しも好き嫌いがあってもおかしくはないけど、仕事として皆平等に接して欲しかったです。
だぶん、自分ではお気付きではないのだと思いますので、この投稿をさせて頂きました。些細な事かも知れませんが、限られた日数、限られた時間いかに有意義に過ごすかは大切なことだと思います。今回は残念ながらあと味悪い旅行になりましたが、また是非ツアー参加したいと思いますので改善宜しくお願い致します。

This was my first night tour in Ishigaki Island. During the car ride, the guide shared various interesting information about Ishigaki Island, making it an enjoyable experience.

The starry sky at the location we arrived at was breathtaking, even more wonderful than a planetarium. I was deeply moved to see such a beautiful starry sky.

Additionally, during the jungle tour, we were able to see several Okinawan hermit crabs, which are a natural monument. We also found stick insects, fully enjoying the exploration.

The guide was very kind and provided thorough explanations. There were small children participating, and while some were scared or cried in the dark places, the guide responded gently, allowing the children to enjoy themselves with smiles.

I was able to participate in a wonderful tour that both children and adults could enjoy, creating great memories in Ishigaki Island. Thank you very much.

初の石垣島でのナイトツアー参加でした。車の中ではガイドさんから色々な石垣島情報を教えてもらい楽しく過ごせました。
着いた場所からの星空は圧巻でプラネタリウムより素晴らしいと思いました。こんなにきれいな星空を見ることができてとても感動しました。
また、ジャングルツアーでは天然記念物のオカヤドカリを何匹も見ることができました。その他ナナフシも見つけることができ探検気分を満喫しました。
ガイドさんはとても親切で説明も丁寧でした。小さな子どもさんも参加されてて、暗い場所に怖がったり泣いたりもありましたが、優しく対応をされて子どもさんも笑顔で楽しんでいました。
子どもも大人も楽しめる素敵なツアーに参加でき、石垣島での良い思い出を作ることができました。ありがございます。
