I knew that the Olympic Museum at Okurayama was closed, but I was disappointed that the lift was also not operating, so I could only go to the souvenir shop. I wished they had allowed us to leave earlier than planned to extend our time at the Shiroi Koibito Park.

Even so, everything is compactly arranged, and they also take care of your carry-on luggage, so I recommend it if your flight is in the late afternoon or later on the last day. If you're cutting it close, getting stuck in traffic can be a hassle. I saw about three groups leave early at the market.

大倉山でオリンピックミュージアムが休業は知ってたけどリフトまでやってなかったのでお土産屋さんにしか行けず残念でした。
そこで予定通りの時間滞在するより早目に撤収して白い恋人パークの時間を伸ばして欲しかったです。

それでもコンパクトにまとまってるしキャリーケースも預かってくれるので最終日に飛行機が夕方遅く以降ならおすすめです。
ギリギリだと渋滞にハマると大変。
市場で3組くらい離脱してました。

I was able to visit Kouri Island without using a car or rental car.

At the Tropical Dream Center, the ticket I submitted at the reception had the previous day's date, so they checked it for me, and I was able to enter safely and enjoy the exhibits at my leisure.

American Village was beautiful with Christmas illuminations, and I wished I could have stayed longer.

Although the weather was occasionally rainy, I was happy to be able to experience both the mangrove river cruise and the water buffalo cart on Yufu Island, which are experiences that are hard to come by. Cycling on Taketomi Island was difficult because of the sandy paths. I think it's better to walk around and see the houses on Taketomi Island. All the cafes were closed, so there was nowhere to take a break, and I wanted to relax while enjoying the scenery. Kaiji Beach was narrow, which was a bit disappointing. I realized that the ocean views are all quite similar.

時々雨のお天気でしたが、マングローブの川クルーズも由布島の水牛車もなかなかできない体験を欲張って全部できて、嬉しかった。
竹富島のサイクリングは砂道なので走りにくかった。竹富島は徒歩で家並を見て歩くぐらいがいいかな。カフェが全部お休みで休憩するところがないので、景色を見ながらゆっくりしたかった。カイジ浜は狭くてちょっと残念。
海の景色はみんな似たようなものなのだとわかった。

Upon arrival, we received a phone call, and the driving was careful. They flexibly suggested sightseeing spots considering our visiting hours, and even included unexpected stops. As a result, we were able to finish on time, and all the members were very satisfied!

到着時に電話連絡も頂き、運転も丁寧、拝観時間を考慮して観光スポットを臨機応変に提案、突発の立ち寄りも含め、結果、時間通りに終えることができメンバーも大満足でした！！

The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and the stories about plants and animals were fascinating. I learned so much and felt a great sense of satisfaction! It wasn't just a tour where you are taken around; it was a valuable experience that allowed me to deeply understand the nature of Iriomote Island.

Kayaking through the great outdoors was a bit chilly, but jumping into the pool at the Pinaisara Falls was an amazing memory. Thank you for recommending great places to eat in Ishigaki Island! I would love to join another tour when I come back to Iriomote Island. For those who are unsure, I highly recommend it!

ガイドのお兄さんがとにかく知識豊富で、植物や生き物の話が面白く、沢山のことを教えていただき満足感がすごいです！
ただ連れて行ってもらうツアーではなく、西表島の自然を深く知ることができる貴重な体験でした。
大自然の中を進むカヤックも、少し寒かったですがピナイサーラの滝壺に飛び込んだのもめちゃくちゃいい思い出です。
石垣島のおすすめのお店も教えていただきありがとうございました！
また西表島に来た時は別のツアーにも参加してみたいです。

The blue cave where light shines through is truly mystical! The guide told us, "This is the most beautiful part," and the view when I looked up was like a scene from a movie. It was a series of breathtaking moments!

光が差し込む青の洞窟は本当に神秘的！　ガイドさんが「ここからが一番きれいですよ」と教えてくれて、見上げた景色がまるで映画のワンシーンみたいだった。感動の連続！

Through this tour, I realized that many people are involved in supporting the operation of the flights. I was excited and a bit nervous since it was my first time participating, but the people I was with were knowledgeable about airplanes. I was able to hear about various experiences and knowledge that I didn't know, which made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

In December, it wasn't too cold, and the sea in Miyako Island was very beautiful. I was very satisfied with the plan as I could do stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and snorkeling in half a day. It was my first time doing SUP, but the instructor, Takumi, taught me carefully, and I had a great time. I even got to see two sea turtles while snorkeling, and I was able to take beautiful photos as well. I definitely want to use this service again!

12月でも寒すぎず、宮古島の海はとっても綺麗で、半日でSUPとシュノーケリングができたので大満足のプランです。
SUPは初めてでしたが、インストラクターのたくみ君が丁寧に教えてくださり楽しめました☺️ シュノーケリングもウミガメを2匹も見れましたし、綺麗に写真も撮ってもらえます🐢📷
是非また利用したいです!

It was a day filled with visiting the famous tourist spots of Ishigaki Island. I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

So far with ANA... and the future of ANA... the employees were able to explain everything very clearly. After all, their "smiling" service was really great. I was able to see it in action. I kept saying, "Wow, I didn't know that!"

今までのANAを…そして、これからのANAを…社員の方々に、とてもわかりやすく説明して頂けます。なにしろ「笑顔」の応対がとても良かったです。実際を見る事が出来ます。「へーぇ、そうなんだ」の連発になりました。

Most of the participants were foreigners. The bus was noisy, and there were a few people who didn't stick to the meeting time. We ended up running late, and at the Shiroi Koibito Park and Sapporo Beer Garden, we only had time to stand in line to buy souvenirs. Since the day-use hot springs and lunch were out of pocket, the cost-effectiveness wasn't great.

Walking through the icy tourist spots with limited time posed a risk of slipping, so I wouldn't recommend going in winter. The tour guide was able to communicate in three languages and provided clear explanations.

参加者はほとんど外国の方です。
車内は騒がしく、集合時間を守らない方もちらほら。時間がおしてしまい、白い恋人パークや札幌ビール園は、行列に並んでお土産を買うだけで終わり。日帰り入浴や昼食は自腹なのでコスパも良くないです。
時間のない中、ツルツルに凍った観光地を歩くため、転倒リスクもあり冬はおすすめしません。
添乗員さんは3カ国で対応して下さり説明も分かりやすかったです。

I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted, including Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and the bamboo grove in Arashiyama! It took about from 9 AM to around 5:30 PM. If I had gone alone, I wouldn't have understood the buses and trains very well, so I think it was efficient to have someone guide me. The day flew by.

About 80% of the visitors were foreigners, and there were few Japanese people. The guide's explanations were in English first and then in Japanese. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were. It was great that the guide worked hard to explain everything. I walked about 17,000 steps in one day.

伏見神社、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山の竹林など行きたいところはほぼ行けました！
朝9時くらいから17時半くらいまでかかりました。
1人で行ったらバスや電車などよくわからないので効率よく、まわってもらえたと思います。1日があっという間でした。
８割は外国の方で日本人は少なかったです。
ガイドさんの説明も英語が最初でその後日本語でした。
外国の方が多くて驚きました。
ガイドさんが一緒懸命説明してくれてよかったです。1日で１万7000歩位歩きました。

Unlike typical tours, there was no need to confirm the number of participants, which allowed us to act at our own pace without stress. Additionally, everything went smoothly according to the itinerary.

いわゆるツアーとは異なり、人数確認等がないので、ストレスなく自分達のペースで行動できた点が良かった。また、順調に工程表どおりで順調であった。

My mother, who is in her late 70s, has difficulty walking, so it was challenging for her to participate in a package tour. We received excellent service. The driver was very kind and considerate, making it a memorable trip. Since it was a private tour, they picked us up from the hotel and confirmed our preferences, which made us very satisfied.

I understood ANA's commitment to safety very well. I took my upper elementary school child with me, and they said they could understand the content well. The training area of the tour course is off-limits for photography, but at the final photo area, we were able to take pictures in business class seats and the cockpit, which was a lot of fun. I recommend this for families who love airplanes.

ANAの安全への取り組みがよくわかりました。小学校高学年の子供を連れて行きましたが、内容がよく理解できたと言っていました。見学コースの訓練エリアは撮影禁止ですが、最後のフォトエリアではビジネスクラスの座席、コックピットなどで写真が撮れてとても楽しめました。飛行機好きの家族連れにおすすめです。

Churaumi Aquarium is top-notch, but the pineapple farm that was outside of the harvest season and Okashi Goten was the worst.

美ら海水族館は最高ランク、だけどパイナップルの収穫時期を外れたパイナップル園、御菓子御殿は最悪でした。

I believe one of the great things about a charter taxi is that they listen to our wishes and can flexibly accommodate the places we want to visit. The view from the middle of the Amaterasu Railway bridge was impressive. We were able to take many videos and photos during the ride. They also considered the time allocation, proving to be true professionals. I was very satisfied with how much we were able to see in just one day.

You can observe the training areas for cabin crew, flight crew, ground staff, and maintenance personnel through glass. Active cabin attendants explain as you go around in order. It was a valuable experience that you can only have by participating in the tour, something you usually can't see. In our group, there were two individuals aiming to become pilots.

While many areas prohibit photography, there are spots where you can take pictures, and the staff are happy to assist with taking photos. They also answer any questions you may have.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk slowly from Keikyu Anamori Inari, even if you get a bit lost. You can't check in until 20 minutes before your reserved time, so arriving too early won't allow you to enter. However, you can sit and wait on the chairs in the entrance.

Whether it's worth traveling a long distance for a whole day depends on your level of interest, but I was satisfied. Since most of the tour involves walking, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

客室乗務員、運行乗務員、地上係員、整備士などが訓練する場所をガラス越しに見学できます。現役のCAさんが説明しながら順番にまわります。普段は目にすることができない、ツアーに参加しないと体験できない貴重な時間でした。私たちのグループには、パイロットを目指しておられる2名の方が同行されていました。

写真撮影は多くは禁止ですが、ところどころ撮影場所があり、スタッフが快く撮影してくれます。質問にも答えてもらえます。

京急穴守稲荷から迷いながらゆっくり歩いて15分。予約時刻の20分前でないとチェックインできないので早く行っても入れません。エントランスの椅子に座って待つことはできます。

遠方から１日かけて行く価値があるかどうかは興味がどれくらいあるかによって違いますが、私は満足しました。ほとんど歩いての見学ですので歩きやすい靴をおすすめします。

This time, we happened to have a small group for the tour. I'm so glad I went to the Okurayama Jump Stadium! It was great to see! The view from the observation deck was amazing, not only capturing the excitement of the jump but also offering a panoramic view of the city of Sapporo. The Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill showcased a winter wonderland unique to this season, complete with a statue of Dr. Clark, roasting marshmallows over a campfire, and it turned out to be a more enjoyable tour than I had imagined! ❣️

今回はたまたま少人数での催行。大倉山のジャンプ競技場、行って良かった！見て良かった！展望台からの眺めは、ジャンプ台の臨場感のみならず、札幌の街並みも一望できて最高でした。羊ヶ丘展望台は、この時期ならではの白銀の世界、クラーク博士の像、焚き火でのマシュマロ、想像以上の楽しいツアーでした❣️

It was a winter trip, but we were blessed with good weather, and the cold was just right. I was very satisfied with the tour as we were able to go ashore. The concierges were very kind, and the guide had an easy-to-listen-to voice with a warm personality that shone through in their storytelling. They spoke wonderfully about the terrain, history, and the lives of the people, painting vivid pictures in my mind. I had always wanted to go, but I never had the opportunity and had only visited the digital museum. Being able to actually go ashore made it a truly memorable journey. I highly recommend this tour. Next time, I want to participate in the "premium seats"!

冬の参加でしたが、天気に恵まれて寒さもほどほど、上陸もできて大変満足なツアーでした。コンシェルジェの皆さんも大変親切で、説明をされるガイドさんも聴きやすい声、温かな性格が滲み出るようなお話で、地形、歴史や人々の生活など、目に浮かぶ様な語りが素晴らしかったです。ずっと行きたいと思っていたのですが機会なく、デジタルミュージアム止まりでした。実際に上陸できて、大変記憶に残る旅になりました。たいへんオススメなツアーです。次は「プレミアム席」で参加したいです！

I experienced mangrove kayaking and snorkeling in Ishigaki Island. While kayaking, I listened to the guide's thorough explanations as we navigated through the tranquil mangrove forest, surrounded by the sounds of nature, which was very soothing. I was able to observe plants and creatures that are not usually seen, feeling the unique charm of Ishigaki Island. During snorkeling, the clear sea was filled with colorful fish and coral, and it was a continuous series of breathtaking moments. There was support available to ensure even beginners could enjoy it safely, and they took photos for us, creating wonderful memories. I had a bit of trouble with water entering my nose, which made me anxious, so I held onto the guide's floating ring, but I still had a great time. This is an activity I highly recommend experiencing if you visit Ishigaki Island.

石垣島でマングローブカヤックとシュノーケリングを体験しました。カヤックでは、ガイドさんの丁寧な説明を聞きながら静かなマングローブ林を進み、自然の音に包まれてとても癒されました。普段なかなか見ることのできない植物や生き物も観察でき、石垣島ならではの魅力を感じられます。シュノーケリングでは、透明度の高い海に色とりどりの魚やサンゴが広がり、感動の連続でした。初心者でも安心して楽しめるようサポートがあり、写真も撮ってもらえて良い思い出になりました。私は鼻のところに水が浸入してきてしまうトラブルがあり不安だったので、ガイドさんの引っ張る浮き輪（？）につかまっていましたが、それでも充分に楽しめました。
石垣島を訪れるならぜひ体験してほしいアクティビティです。

Canoeing was my first experience, but it was more stable than I expected, allowing me to enjoy it without any anxiety. On the way to the mangrove forest, we faced a strong wind while crossing a large river, which made it a bit challenging to progress, but the view we reached was breathtaking. As we moved through the mangrove tunnel, I was able to enjoy a special scenery that can only be seen from a canoe, making it a very satisfying tour.

I rented a car at Ohara Port and consulted in advance about participating in the afternoon and being able to return on the last ferry. They confirmed it was fine, so I joined the tour, but I decided on my own to skip the shower before heading back. It was quite thrilling in various ways, but I had a lot of fun!

カヌーは初めての体験でしたが、思ったより安定感があり不安なく楽しむことができました。
マングローブの林を目指す途中、大きな川を渡る場面では風が強くてなかなか進まず少し苦戦しましたが、辿り着いた景色は圧巻でした。マングローブのトンネルを進み、カヌーからでしか見ることのできない特別な景色を楽しむことができてとても満足できるツアーでした。

大原港でレンタカーを借り、午後から参加して最終のフェリーで帰れるか事前に相談、大丈夫ということで参加しましたが、自己判断でシャワーを浴びずに帰ることにしました。
いろいろスリル満点となりましたが、楽しかったです！

Fortunately, we were able to land. According to our guide, the probability for this month (December) is about half. The tour company's crew was also very efficient, and we had a great experience! ^_^

On my first visit to Miyako Island, I wasn't sure where to go, but they suggested a tour around the island. Miyako Island, Irabu Island, Shimoji Island, Ikema Island, and Kurima Island are all connected by bridges, and driving while enjoying the beautiful sea was very satisfying. The banana cake from the shop they guided me to at the end was also very delicious.

初めての宮古島で、どこに行っていいのかわからなかったのですが、島巡りを提案してくれました。
全て橋で繋がっている宮古島、伊良部島、下地島、池間島、来間島、綺麗な海をみながらのドライブ、満足でした。
最後に案内いただいた、バナナケーキやさんの
ケーキも、とても美味しかったです。

A current flight attendant provided a detailed explanation about the exhibits and the actual training facilities. During the tour, we were able to see the training sessions of the staff and many items, such as engines, that we would never normally have the chance to see, making it a valuable experience. Additionally, the ticket we received upon entry had my name on it, which made for a nice keepsake. I would definitely like to participate again.

現役のCAさんが、展示や実際の訓練施設について詳しく説明してくださいました。見学時間中、社員の方が実際に訓練をされている様子や、エンジンなど、普段絶対に見ることが出来ない物をたくさん見られて、貴重な経験ができました。また、入場するときのチケットが自分の名前入りで、記念になりました。またぜひ参加したいと思いました。

There must have been a cancellation from a group, as I unexpectedly started the tour as the only participant. 😅 Since it was a training facility, photography during the tour was generally not allowed. 📷🙅 Seeing the serious expressions of the staff members engaged in training made me realize how safety operations are maintained.

団体のキャンセルがあったのか、まさかの1人ツアーにて開始😅訓練施設施設につきツアー中の撮影は原則不可📷🙅訓練に取り組む職員さん達の真剣な表情から、安全運行はこうやって保たれているのだなと思いました。

This is a tour around the Sapporo city area. I was very satisfied with how efficiently we could see places that I normally wouldn't visit, as well as the low cost of the tour. The tour guide, Lily, was friendly and very approachable.

札幌市内近郊を巡るツアーです。
普段行くことが無い場所を効率よく見ることが出来ることとツアー料金の安さに大満足です。
添乗員のリリーさんも気さくな方でとても親しみ易かったです。
