It felt special to experience a tour that supports three languages, giving me a perspective on Japan from the viewpoint of foreign visitors. Even though it rained at the zoo, the waterfall, and Blue Point Pond, everything was very beautiful, making it a great tour that covered all the highlights.

海外旅行に来たような三ヵ国語対応ツアーで、外国の方からの視点の日本も知れたような特別感もありました。また、動物園、滝、ブルースポイント池も雨でしたが、とても綺麗で、いいところどりのツアーでした。

On the last day of my trip, I participated with the goal of being taken to the airport, but I was glad I could effectively sightsee during the last half day. The Super Eisa Show at Okinawa World was especially great. It was an impressive show that energized me. Having a half-day tour allowed for efficient sightseeing, which was wonderful. I will use this service again.

It seems that there is a bit less light on weekends. The captain's stories during the voyage were interesting, and there were times when I neglected to look at the night view. If you are prone to seasickness or are sensitive to motion, it might be better to refrain from this. It does sway a little. The cruise was enjoyable, but there was a disappointing couple who sneezed directly at others, which can really dampen the mood when there are unclean people around. I hope to avoid mimicking such behavior.

土日は少し光が少なめ、だそうです。航行中の船長の話が面白くて、夜景を見るのが疎かになる時もありました。船酔いや揺れに弱いかたは控えた方が良いかもしれません。少し揺れます。クルーズは楽しかったのですが、参加者が残念というか…くしゃみをわざわざ人に向けてする汚いカップルがいたので、不潔な人がいると盛り下がるので真似しないようにしたいと思います。

As a retirement celebration, my spouse and I planned a trip to Yakushima. At 62 years old, I had no climbing experience and no exercise habits, but I was drawn to the world of "Spirited Away" and wanted to visit Yakushima. Since I couldn't keep up with the pace of a group tour, we opted for a private tour.

I started practicing going up and down stairs ten days before the trip. I really wanted to reach the moss-covered forest, but I didn't think I could make it to Taiko Rock. However, our guide took more than 1.5 times the usual time, stopping frequently to explain the plants and share interesting insights about Yakushima's nature and his own experiences (he was a local). This allowed us to take breaks for our bodies and minds, and we were able to reach Taiko Rock.

The weather was bad in the morning at the moss-covered forest, but by the time we reached Taiko Rock, the weather cleared up, and we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views.

Even though we were running over time, our guide, Mr. Iwakawa, slowed down the car to look for Yakuzaru and Yakushika along the road, and he stopped at scenic spots, showing a spirit of hospitality that we truly appreciated.

Thanks to Mr. Iwakawa, it became an unforgettable journey. Thank you very much!

　退職記念として夫婦で屋久島旅行を計画しました。62歳で全く登山経験はもちろん、運動習慣がなかったのですが、千と千尋の世界の白谷雲水峡にあこがれて屋久島を訪れました。団体ツアーのペースにはついて行けないので、プライベートツアーにしました。
　10日前から階段上り下りの練習を始めました。苔むす森まではどうしても行きたいと思いましたが、その先の太鼓岩までは行けると思っていませんでした。でもガイドさんが通常の1.5 倍以上の時間をかけて、小刻みに立ち止まって、植物の説明や、屋久島の自然や（地元の方だそうで）ご自身の経験など興味深い説明を数分して頂き、身体と心の休憩を取りながら、太鼓岩まで行くことができました。
　午前中の苔むす森まではお天気が悪かったのですが、太鼓岩に着く頃には、天気も上がって絶景を楽しむことができました。
　時間が超過しているにもかかわらず、帰りの車でも道路付近にヤクザルやヤクシカがいないか、車のスピードを緩めて探して下さったり、景色の良いところで、車を止めて下さったりと、おもてなしの心にあふれてみえて、とてもありがたかったです。
　ガイドの岩川さんのおかげで、感動的な旅になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

The guide was very humorous, making us laugh with various jokes while introducing the tourist spots. Although I was traveling alone, I never felt bored, and I was able to visit many different attractions, making it a fulfilling day. By the way, the guide speaks three languages.

一人旅ですが、全然退屈しなかったですし、色々な観光地が回れたので、充実した１日でした。

I've ridden a water buffalo cart several times before, but the satisfaction really depends on the stories told by the guide. This time, the guide's simple yet charming storytelling and the performance on the sanshin perfectly matched the slow life atmosphere I was looking for, and I was very satisfied. There was also a cute incident where the buffalo wouldn't move, which turned into a fun memory and made for a great experience.

水牛車は初めてではなく、数回乗ったことがありますが、添乗するおじいの話によって満足感が左右するものです。今回のおじいは、私の求めるスローライフな雰囲気を味わうに丁度良い朴訥なしゃべりに三線の演奏、とても満足のいくものでした。途中牛が動こうとしないという可愛いハプニングもありながら、それがかえって楽しい思い出になり、良い思い出になりました。

I received very polite explanations from both of you, and I was able to understand everything clearly. Also, thank you for guiding me to the local supermarket at the end and for waiting until I finished shopping, even though we went over time. Thanks to you, it turned out to be a wonderful trip.

I participated in a tour with Beltora for the first time. It was packed with activities, including Noboribetsu, Cape Earth, a bear ranch, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. I really enjoyed the whole experience thanks to Sho, who entertained us with his nonstop talk from start to finish. All the members who participated were very satisfied. Since I participated on a weekday, there were a total of 20 people. There were couples, solo travelers, friends, and people from overseas; everyone was a diverse group. Hokkaido Shrine was magnificent. At Okurayama Jump Stadium, we took the lift to the top. Although the weather was unfortunate, we were able to get a panoramic view of Sapporo city. Shiroi Koibito Park was whimsical and charming. I felt that the last outer market was unnecessary for us. Since it was only in the morning, we were able to do some quick sightseeing, so I give it ★4.

平日に参加したので、全員で２０名。ご夫婦、お一人、友人、海外から方々、みなさんいろいろなメンバーでした。北海道神宮は壮大。大倉山ジャンプ場ではリフトに乗って頂上までいきました。あいにくのお天気でしたが、札幌市内が一望できました。白い恋人パークはメルヘンでかわいらしかったです。最後の場外市場はワタシ達にとっては不要だったなと思いました。午前中だけなので、サクッと観光できたので、★４つです。

I used this service during Golden Week. There was no traffic, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing at my destination thoroughly. The tour guide was full of humor, and the atmosphere on the bus was always pleasant; I participated alone, but it was not a problem at all.

In Shirakawa-go, the mountains topped with snow and the gassho-zukuri villages were very beautiful. Since there is plenty of free time, I recommend stopping for tea or something along the way.

Gokayama truly has the charm of Japan's original landscapes, and I was able to enjoy a peaceful time. The lunch was average, but the scenery around the restaurant was wonderful.

白川郷では、雪を頂いた山々と合掌造りの集落がとても美しかったです。自由時間が長いので、途中でお茶などすることをおすすめします。
五箇山は本当に日本の原風景といった風情で、穏やかな時間を満喫できました。
昼食は普通ですが、お店の周りの景観は素晴らしかったです。

一人参加でしたが、外国の方もたくさん参加していたので、ガイドさんが3か国語で案内して下さり、有名どころをたくさん訪れたので、楽しく満足できるツアーでした。

On the last day of my first trip to Okinawa, I wanted to make the most of my time before my flight, so I signed up for a tour. I chose the Okinawa World tour, and it was great to experience traditional Okinawan costumes and see the shows! I would have appreciated about an hour more, but I was satisfied with the affordable price. The guide also shared various stories about Okinawa that I wouldn't normally hear.

初めての沖縄旅行の最終日。フライトまでの時間を有効利用したくて申し込みました。沖縄ワールドのツアーを選びましたが、沖縄衣装の体験やショーも見れてよかったです！あと1時間くらい時間があればありがたかったですが、価格も安く満足です。
ガイドさんも普段聞けない沖縄のいろいろな話もしてくださいました。

The ability to use three routes freely with an unlimited ride pass was very appealing. However, when I actually tried it, the 40-minute interval between buses during lunch time was too short, and I ended up missing the bus and had to take a taxi. After exploring Asakusa with the red line, I got off in Shibuya, but the distance to Meiji Shrine was far, so I had to take a taxi again. I would like to see a few more stops added in convenient locations.

乗り放題で三つのルートを自由に利用出来ることはとても魅力出来でしたが。
実際回って見ると、ランチの時間では次の便まで40分の間隔は短くて乗り遅れましてタクシーを利用する事になりました。
レットで浅草を回った後、
次は渋谷で降り場と目指した明治神宮までの距離が遠くてまたタクシーに乗る事になりました。
少し停留所を便利な場所に増やして欲しいです。

Unfortunately, it was rainy, but Shirakawa-go was as bustling as ever with many visitors. I was surprised by the number of souvenir shops and restaurants. I felt nostalgic for Shirakawa-go before the influx of inbound tourists. I hope Gokayama remains as it is now. However, I would like to visit Shirakawa-go again during the snowy season.

あいにくの、雨でしたが、白川郷は、相変わらずの人出の多さでぎわってました。土産店、飲食店の多さにも驚きました。以前のインバウンドでにぎわう前の白川郷がなつかしく思いました。五箇山は、今のままであって欲しいと思いました。ただ、雪の時期の、白川郷には今一度行ってみたいと思います。

I have visited Okinawa Island many times. Since I am a paper driver, I have always relied on bus transfers for sightseeing. I had given up on the idea of touring the northern part beyond Nago by bus, but this tour made my dream come true.

The weather was bad, but the food was delicious, and I enjoyed the stroll. Although not in the wild, I was happy to see the Okinawa rail up close through the glass.

If I may add, we only stopped at the Yamada Service Area for a restroom break on the way there, so I hope it can be included in the itinerary in the future.

As expected, we were delayed on the way back due to traffic.

Due to the impact of the typhoon, all the activities I had planned were canceled, which brought my mood down. However, in the end, I was able to participate here and created some truly wonderful memories. We were able to visit the tourist spots in Okinawa in just one day, and since we had already decided on the must-visit locations, I felt the duration of our stay was just right. The tour guide was really good at speaking Japanese and made the conversation enjoyable, and the driver was calm, allowing us to relax. Thank you for a wonderful day.

台風の影響で予定していたアクティビティが全てキャンセルになってしまいテンションが下がっていましたが、結果的にこちらに参加させて頂いてとても最高の思い出が出来ました。
沖縄の観光地を1日でまわれて、予めそれぞれの絶対行きたいスポットを決めていたので、私的には滞在時間は丁度良いと感じました。

I visited during the rich green season in late May. Since my parents are in their late 70s and have some mobility issues, we decided to use a sightseeing taxi. I thought it would be more expensive compared to a bus tour, but it was worth it.

This turned out to be the right decision. They picked us up from our hotel, took us to a delicious soba restaurant for lunch, and instead of a one-sided sightseeing experience, they offered suggestions based on what we wanted. I was truly impressed by the level of service.

Moreover, even though we ran out of time, they stayed with us until the very last moment. The personality of our driver played a big role in this experience, as my shy mother and somewhat difficult father were both very pleased.

We ended up rushing through the last stop, Gokayama, because we took too long to relax, so I gave it 4 stars, but emotionally, it’s a 5-star experience! Thank you, Saito Taxi!

5月後半の濃密な新緑の時季に行ってきました。
両親が70台後半で少々足腰が悪いので、思い切って観光タクシーを使うことにしました。バスツアーに比べるとどうしても金額が張る…とは思ったのですが、背に腹は代えられぬ。
しかし、これが正解でした。
宿泊先のホテルまで迎えにきてくれるし、お昼に美味しい蕎麦屋に連れて行ってくれるし、一方的な押し付けの観光ではなく、どうしたいかを提案してくれるし…。こんなに至れり尽くせりなのかと感動。
しかも、時間が押したのにギリギリの時間までお付き合いして下さいました。
担当してくれた運転手さんの人柄も大きいのでしょうが、人見知りの母もちょっと気難しい父も大層な喜びよう。
私たちがのんびりし過ぎて最後の五箇山が少々駆け足になってしまったので星4つとしましたが、心情的には星5つですよ！

It was great that the guide accompanied us and provided information about Okinawa throughout the journey. However, it was disappointing that the entrance fee for Shurijo Castle was separate and that there was no group discount. I felt that the time spent there could have been shorter, and it might have been better to allocate more time to Okinawa World. Since the departure time was early, I gave up on having breakfast at the hotel, but waiting for the opening time was understandable considering the traffic. In any case, I felt that two hours at Okinawa World was not enough to see two shows, so I would prefer a plan without Shurijo Castle altogether.

ガイドさんが同乗してくれて、移動中も終始沖縄のガイドをしてくれる所は非常に良いが、斎場御嶽の入場料金が別途で、団体割引きの適用も無いのは残念、そこでの時間はもっと短くて、沖縄ワールドを多めにしても良いのではと、感じた。出発時間も早いのでホテルの朝ごはんを諦めたのに開場時間待ちしたのも、まぁ、渋滞考慮で仕方ないのかも知れないが、って感じ。兎に角、沖縄ワールドで２時間ではショーを２つ見るのも厳しいと感じたので、いっそのこと斎場御嶽はなしのプランを希望します。

I was feeling down because of the heavy rain forecast, but surprisingly, I had a fun stroll. On Monday, with the heavy rain, there were few people around. All I could hear were the sounds of the rain and the frogs. In the absence of the hustle and bustle, my heart felt refreshed. I wonder if it would be even more serene on a snowy day. I want to come back again. The food was delicious, the bus was comfortable, and both the tour guide and the driver were calm and kind. I had a wonderful day.

I didn't have time to see both the Okurayama Jump Stadium observation deck and the Sapporo Olympic Museum, so I visited the Olympic Museum, which turned out to be surprisingly interesting.

The guidance is mainly through earphones, but it seemed difficult for the elderly to operate.

The bus had Wi-Fi and charging outlets, which was convenient.

大倉山ジャンプ競技場の展望台と札幌オリンピックミュージアムの両方を見る時間はなかったので、オリンピックミュージアムを見ましたが、案外面白かったです。

社内では主にイヤフォンでの案内ですが、お年寄りには操作が難しそうでした。

バスにはwifiと充電できるコンセントがあり、便利でした。

It was a compact half-day tour featuring a mangrove forest cruise and a water buffalo cart ride, and it exceeded my expectations, leaving me very satisfied.

During the mangrove forest cruise, the captain's witty storytelling made learning about the mangrove ecosystem and the animals living there enjoyable and educational. After the cruise, we took a bus to the water buffalo cart boarding area, where the driver's entertaining narration provided us with various insights about Iriomote Island, making the travel time very enjoyable.

On the way to Yubu Island via the water buffalo cart, we listened to live performances of the sanshin while receiving explanations filled with love for the water buffalo. I learned that water buffalo have an intelligence level comparable to that of a five-year-old child and that each buffalo has its own unique personality, which made them even more endearing and soothing to me.

For those with limited time, I highly recommend this tour, which captures the essence of Iriomote Island. I can confidently say that you will not regret it.

マングローブ林のクルーズと水牛車がメインのコンパクトな半日ツアーでしたが期待以上に大満足な内容でした。
マングローブ林のクルーズでは船長さんの軽妙な語り口でマングローブ林やそこで暮らす動物たちの生態を楽しく教えていただき大変勉強になりました。
クルーズ終了後はバスで水牛車乗り場まで向かうのですが、その道中も運転手さんの楽しい語り口で西表島について色々教えていただき大変楽しい移動時間でした。
そして水牛車で由布島に向かう道中は行きも帰りも三線の弾き語りを聞きながら、水牛愛にあふれた解説をうかがうことが出来ました。水牛は5歳児程度の知能があるとのことで、またそれぞれの水牛には特有の性格があるとのことで、益々水牛が可愛く思えて癒されました。
時間が限られている方には西表島のエッセンスが盛り込まれたこのツアーを強くお勧めします。決して後悔されることはないと断言できる内容でした。

The weather was favorable, and I was able to complete the hike much more easily than I expected. I had been concerned about leeches, but there were no leeches or even mosquitoes, and I wasn't bitten by any bugs at all. There were cold and delicious spring waters available everywhere, making it easy to gather water, but I was worried about a lack of salt, so I brought salt tablets for heatstroke prevention.

There might be fewer toilets than expected for the length of the journey, with one at the trailhead and one along the trolley path. There are occasionally spaces for portable toilets, so those who are concerned might want to bring one. I have a sensitive stomach, so I felt a bit uneasy when my stomach got cold from sweating, and I thought I should have brought something. If you're using trekking poles, I found it easier to walk with one pole rather than two. I ordered lunch boxes for both breakfast and lunch, but the portions might be a bit too much for women. I felt it was just right to split one into breakfast and lunch. Depending on the situation, there might be things you can't do, but I really appreciated being able to stop by the river on the way back to cool my feet. After that, my steps felt much lighter. I was also grateful for the miso soup provided during lunch. Thank you very much.

天気に恵まれたこともあり、思ったよりもかなり楽に踏破できました。ヒル対策を考えていましたが、ヒルどころか蚊もおらず一切虫に刺されませんでした。至る所で冷たくておいしい湧水がくめるので水の調達は簡単ですが、塩分不足が心配なので、熱中症対策のために私は塩タブレットを持参しました。
トイレは登山口、トロッコ道の途中にひとつ、山に入る前にひとつと行程の長さのわりには少ないかもしれません。携帯トイレ用のスペースは時々あるので、心配な人は携帯トイレを持参した方が良いかもしれません。私はお腹が弱いので、汗でお腹が冷えてきて途中少し不安になり、持参すれば良かったと思いました。ストックを使う場合は2本より1本の方が歩きやすかったです。お弁当を朝昼両方注文しましたが、ちょっと女性には量が多いかもしれません。私はひとつを朝昼に分けて食べるくらいでちょうど良いと感じました。おそらく状況によってできないこともあると思いますが、帰路に川に立ち寄って足を冷やさせてもらえたのがすごく良かったです。その後とても足取りが軽くなりました。ランチの時にお味噌汁を配っていただけたのもありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。
