I went this weekend. The weather was great, almost too hot, but the scenery was amazing, and the guide's rare stories were enjoyable. This time I went with my coworkers, but I thought I would like to bring my family next time.

週末行ってきました。天気良くて暑すぎる位でしてが、景色も最高、ガイドさんのレアなお話も楽しかった。今回は仕事場の人達と伺いましたが、次回家族も連れて乗せたいなと思いました。

We were taken care of for three full days with a charter service, from transportation to sightseeing.

Not only did they respond to our requests, but they also made flexible suggestions based on the weather and road conditions, allowing us to have a very smooth and fulfilling time. They also guided us to delicious lunch spots, and I believe we wouldn't have been able to spend our time as efficiently and comfortably if we had been moving around in a rental car on our own. It was a thoroughly satisfying three days.

３日間ずっとチャーターで、送迎から観光まで全ての行程でお世話になりました。

こちらのリクエストに応えていただくのは勿論、天気や道路状況に合わせて臨機応変にご提案もしていただき、とてもスムーズで充実した時間を過ごせました。またお昼ご飯も美味しいお店に案内していただき、自分たちでレンタカーで移動していたら絶対にこんなに効率よくゆったりと過ごせなかっただろうと思います。大満足の３日間でした。

The tour to efficiently visit Takayama and Shirakawa-go in one day was great. The tour guide, who managed two countries, was kind and provided detailed explanations to each guest. In Shirakawa-go, it was very helpful when they advised us to take the shuttle bus to the observation deck. However, here's what actually happened at the shuttle bus stop. It was hot and crowded that day, and my family of six was waiting in an orderly manner behind the first five or six tour guests. While we were waiting, more guests continued to line up behind us. Suddenly, a female tour guide from another company (with a red tag labeled LIFE) approached my children and insisted, "Make sure to line up properly behind!" trying to make them join the end of the line of those who had arrived after us. When I protested, saying we had been in line before those guests, she refused to listen, claiming her tour (LIFE) had "priority." Everyone was astonished by this female tour guide's blatant discriminatory treatment of guests from other tours and the general public to favor her own guests. Despite this incident, I am grateful to the tour guide and driver from the tour organized by Veltra. Thank you very much.

高山と白河郷を日帰りで効率的に回るツアーで、良かったです。2カ国を操る添乗員さんが親切でそれぞれの客に丁寧に色々説明しくれました。白河郷では、シャトルバスに乗って展望台迄行くと良いと教えてくれて、大変助かりました。ただ、以下はそのシャトルバス乗り場で実際に起きたこと。当日は暑くかつ混雑していて、バス乗り場で前の5、6人のツアー客の方々に続いて家族6人で整然とシャトルバスを待っていました。待っている間にも私達の後に次々とお客さんが並んで来ます。すると他社のツアー(LIFEという赤いタグを付けておられました)の女性添乗員(30歳くらい)らしき方が、突然私の子供達にむかって、「ちゃんと後ろに並んで！」と私達の後から来られた方々の最後尾に並ばせようとするではありませんか。ちょっと待ってください、私達はこの方々より先に来て並んでますけど、と抗議すると、この添乗員さんは、彼女のツアー(LIFE)が「優先する」からと言って聞き入れませんでした。自分のツアー客を優遇するために他社のツアー客や一般客を露骨に差別的に扱うこの女性添乗員さんには皆さん呆れてました。こんなことがあっても、ベルトラさん企画のこのツアーの添乗員さんと運転手さんには感謝してます。ありがとうございました。

The snow wall was at its lowest at 11 meters, having melted a bit from the previous 13 meters. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but I was surprised by how many foreigners were there. The tour included experiences that you can't have on a personal trip, such as drinking spring water, listening to talks about erosion control, and having lunch on the snow. There was some fog along the way, but the weather was nice at the top of the mountain, and the scenery was beautiful. It turned out to be a fun trip without feeling cold at all.

雪の大谷 今までで一番低い13mから、少し溶けて11mでした。それなりに堪能しましたが、外人さんが多いのにびっくりしました。ツアーは、名水を汲んで飲んだり、砂防の話を聞いたり、雪の上でお弁当を食べたりと個人の旅行では味わえない経験をさせていただいました。途中霧が出たりしましたが、山の上では天気もよく景色も綺麗で、全く寒くなく楽しい旅行になりました。

I had plenty of time to explore the tourist spots at a leisurely pace, which was great. The distances between the attractions were shorter than I expected, so it wasn't a tight tour.

観光地の滞在時間も余裕があり、ゆっくり散策出来て、大変良かったです。思っていたより、観光地から観光地の距離も短かかったので、タイトなツアーでは無かったです。

The Namba route was fully booked, so we took the Umeda route. The sunlight was stronger than I expected, and I needed a hat. The bus was spacious, beautiful, and stylish, which made the kids very happy. Next time, I want to try the Namba route.

日差しが強く帽子が必要でした。
開放的でキレイでかっこいいバスで子供も大喜びでした。
今度はなんばルートに行ってみたいです。

I live in Hokkaido.
I came to Okinawa for the first time in my life on my honeymoon!
Since we didn't know our way around, we decided to go with this guided tour.

In the end, I felt that we made a great choice!
There were some microphone troubles, and the guide seemed to have a tough time, but they were very friendly, cheerful, and kind, making the whole experience enjoyable!

If you're unsure, definitely consider booking this guided tour!!

I went on a mangrove kayak tour by myself, and even in the car, I was able to hear valuable stories about Ishigaki Island. It was my first time kayaking, but they kindly and thoroughly taught me, and the photos they sent were really beautiful, creating wonderful memories! Thanks to all the guides. It was also my first time snorkeling, and I wasn't very good at it, but it became a great memory. Thank you very much!

一人旅で、マングローブカヤックツアーに行きましたが、車の中でも石垣島の貴重なお話を聞かせてくださったり、カヤックは初めてだったのですが、親切丁寧に教えてくださって、送って下さった写真も本当に綺麗でいい思い出になりました！

It was my first tour, and it was amazing!
The view from the observation deck was particularly impressive!
The guide's explanations were very thorough and detailed, making them easy to understand.
The sweet simmered fish, bracken, and nozawana for lunch were delicious. I wanted to have seconds of the white rice!

特に展望台の景色は印象深いものでした！
ガイドさんのお話も大変丁寧かつ細やかでしたのでわかりやすかったです。
お昼のお魚の甘露煮、わらび、野沢菜美味しかったです。白米もおかわりしたいくらいでした。

If you're planning to trek at Shiratani Unsuikyo, I recommend arranging a tour company in advance. Due to bad weather the day before, the road to the hiking trail was closed, but we managed to switch the dates for the Shiratani Unsuikyo and Jomon Sugi treks and were able to do both. The guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Yakushima. Of course, the scenery was also amazing!

白谷雲水峡トレッキングも行かれる方は、ツアー会社を揃えておくのをおすすめします。前日の悪天候で登山道までの道が通行止めになった際に、白谷雲水峡と縄文杉のトレッキングの日付を入れ替えて何とかどちらも行くことができました。ガイドの方も博識で、屋久島のことをよく知ることができました。勿論景色も最高でした！

If you're planning to go trekking to Jomon Sugi, I recommend arranging a tour company in advance. Due to bad weather the day before, the road to the hiking trail was closed, but we managed to switch the dates for the Shiratani Unsuikyo and Jomon Sugi treks and were able to do both. 縄文杉トレッキングも行かれる方は、ツアー会社を揃えておくのをおすすめします。前日の悪天候で登山道までの道が通行止めになった際に、白谷雲水峡と縄文杉のトレッキングの日付を入れ替えて何とかどちらも行くことができました。ガイドの方も博識で、屋久島のことをよく知ることができました。勿論景色も最高でした！

I had always wanted to see the Snow Wall. After searching for a tour departing from Toyama with relatively short travel time compared to bus tours from travel agencies, I found this tour. Given the weather and the unusually high temperatures in May, I didn't have high expectations, but I ended up having a very enjoyable and satisfying day.

*I received plenty of explanations about Toyama, Tateyama, ice, water, plants, and the Japanese rock ptarmigan, allowing me to learn a lot beyond just seeing the Snow Wall.
*Having lunch while sitting in a kotatsu dug into the snow, with the provided mat and enjoying the view, was an exceptional experience.
*Mr. Otsuka, our guide, provided excellent commentary, and the arrangement of the tour itinerary was fantastic. Just as described in the tour page's guide introduction, he wanted everyone to experience the awe of Tateyama, and this tour truly allowed us to feel that.
*The change in the bag of potato chips we received was easy to understand and quite interesting (it required some restraint not to open it until the end).
*The small bottle for spring water that was given as a gift was cute and surprisingly became a nice memento.

*I hope there will be a hiking tour to see the autumn leaves and stars, and I would love to visit Toyama again.

ずっと雪の大谷を一目見ようと思っていました。
旅行会社のバスツアーより、移動時間が相対的に短い富山発着のツアーを探したところ、このツアーを見つけました。天候や、5月異例の高温で、それほど期待をしなかったのですが、とても楽しく、満足の一日を過ごすことができました。

*富山や立山、氷、水、植物、雷鳥など、いっぱい説明していただき、雪の大谷を見る以外の勉強がたくさんできました。
*雪に掘りこたつして、用意していただいたマットを敷いて、景色を眺めながらのランチ、格別な時間でした。
*ガイドの大塚さんの解説、ツアー行程のアレンジがとても素晴らしく、まさにツアーページのガイド紹介通り、彼が感動した立山をみなさんにも体感してもらいたい、それを実感できるツアーでした。
*いただいたポテトチップスの袋の変化がわかりやすく、面白かったです（最後まで開けないよう、我慢が必要）
*プレゼントの湧き水用の小さいボトルが可愛らしく、意外と記念になってうれしかったです。

*秋の紅葉時、星を見るハイキングツアーがあればいいなと願いながら、又富山を訪れたいと思いました。

I was able to meet a sea turtle and swim together at a very close distance. We also went to a place with a lot of coral, where I could see many colorful fish up close!

ウミガメに会えて、とっても近距離で一緒に泳ぐことが出来ました。サンゴが多くあるところにも行き、たくさんのカラフルなお魚と間近で見ることができました！

The mangroves of Iriomote Island, which feels like Japan yet not quite Japan, are definitely worth seeing. The Yubu Island tour also embodies the essence of traveling to the remote islands of Okinawa. I traveled with my parents in their 70s, and they were extremely satisfied as it was their first time visiting the remote islands of Okinawa. By the way, I also had children aged 1, 2, and 4, and except for the 1-year-old, the other kids were running around excitedly. It was fantastic.

日本であって、日本ではない西表島のマングローブは一見の価値観有りです。
また、由布島ツアーもこれぞ沖縄離島旅猿という感じ。
７０代の両親を連れての旅行でしたが、初めて沖縄離島を音ずれた両親は大満足の様子でした。
ちなみに、１歳、２歳、４歳の子供もいましたが、１歳の子供以外ははしゃぎまわってしました。
最高でした。

The instructors are interesting and kind. I want to go again. The dry suit is not cold at all, and it keeps you safe even when floating in the icy sea.

インストラクターも面白く親切です。もう一度行きたいくらい。ドライスーツは、全く寒くも無くぷかぷか浮いて極寒の海の入っても安全です。

I have an interest in the aviation industry and participated in this event. The current cabin attendants were very kind and provided thorough guidance, which was great. From the reception, the atmosphere of the facility was so perfect that I felt like I was already boarding a plane. I was impressed that the airplane mock-up was actually moving. The 90 minutes flew by, and the time felt very fulfilling. I think I would never get bored participating multiple times, and I would like to join again.

Since it is a tour that visits two famous tourist spots, the stay at each location felt a bit short, but I was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

有名観光地を2箇所巡るツアーなので、若干、それぞれの場所の滞在時間は短い気がしましたが、十分に満喫することができました。

I was very impressed by the thoughtful consideration for participants from outside the Tokai region, especially the detailed geographical guide. I would also like to participate in other tours.

東海地方以外の参加者にも配慮して、東海地方の地理的ガイドなど丁寧な対応にとても心を打たれました。また、他のツアーで参加したいと思います。

The night view was very beautiful.
The factory night view, which I usually can't see, was impressive and moving!
The night view of Yokohama from the sea was also colorful and lovely.
Captain Nagai's explanations were easy to understand, and I had a great time.

とても綺麗な夜景でした。
普段見れない工場夜景は迫力があって感激しました！
海から眺める横浜の夜景もカラフルで綺麗でした。
船長の長井さんの説明は分かりやすく楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

Since it's a half-day itinerary, there are no particular issues. If I had to suggest something, since it ends in the early afternoon, it might be nice to include a lunch spot that can only be reached by bus. Alternatively, it could be added to the course as a stop.

半日行程なので特段の問題なし。
強いて言えば、昼過ぎに終わるので、どうせならどこかバスでしか行けないようなランチを組み込めばいいのかなと。若しくはその場所までコースに入れるとか。

It was a satisfying tour that efficiently covered a course that would be difficult to navigate individually. Most participants were of Chinese descent from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, which added to the feeling of being on an international trip.

個人ではとても回れないコースを効率よく回って頂き満足いくツアーでした。
参加者には台湾、香港、シンガポールなどの中華系の方がほとんどで、海外旅行気分も味わえました。

Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island and I only had one day of free time, I booked a bus tour to make the most of it! We visited famous spots, and since the tour ended early, I was able to buy souvenirs and go to a restaurant I had been looking forward to! There were also gravel paths and mountain trails, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes! The area with palm trees felt like a jungle, so it might be good to have insect repellent and a light jacket!

初めての石垣島かつ1日しか自由に使える時間がなかったので、効率よくまわりたくバスツアーを予約しました！
有名なところを回ってくださり、早めの解散だったためお土産を買ったり楽しみにしていたご飯屋さんに行くこともできました！
砂利道や山道を歩くこともあったので、歩きやすい靴で行くことをお勧めします！
ヤシの木のところはジャングルみたいな感じだったので、虫除けや羽織ものなどあると良いかなと思います！

The explanation from the cabin attendant who guided us was very clear, and you can really feel their professionalism in customer service. It's a shame it wasn't a training day, but I'm glad I got to see the real scene.

ナビをしてくれたCAの方の説明がとてもよくわかり、接客のプロって感じがわかります。
訓練日でなかったのが残念ですが、本当の現場を見れて良かったです。

It was fun. I don't have a license, so it was helpful. VERTRA offers many efficient tours. It was disappointing that there were areas we couldn't enter at the Sefa Utaki. The Shisa dance at Okinawa World is enjoyable no matter how many times you see it.

楽しかったです。免許持っていないので助かりました。VERTRAさんは無駄がないツアーが多いです。斎場御獄が入れない箇所がありましたので残念でした。おきなわワールドのシーサーの踊りは何度見ても楽しいです。

A tour that allows you to easily circle Yakushima. The waterfalls were great, and I don't think it's necessary to go to the Nakama Gajumaru. Instead, I think it would be better to spend a bit more time at Yakusugi Land. Since Yakusugi Land is easy to walk through, I think doing the 80-minute course would provide a nice little hiking experience.

手軽に屋久島を一周できるツアー。滝が良かった、中間ガジュマルあまり行く必要ないと思う、代わりにヤクスギランドもちょっと時間が増やすいいと思う、ヤクスギランドは歩きやすいので80分コースしてちょびっと登山体験できるいいと思う。

When applying, there was a section to fill out about mountain climbing experience and usual exercise levels, so I thought there would be a support system for beginners. However, on the day, there was an atmosphere that seemed to disregard beginners.

応募する際に、山登りの経験や普段の運動量を記入する欄があったため、初心者に対するフォロー体制が整っているのかと思ったが、当日初心者は切り捨てられるような雰囲気でした。

Hokkaido is very vast, so it's challenging to explore on your own, but this tour was great as it covered many sightseeing spots. I think it's a good deal to participate at this price. I would like to join other tours if the opportunity arises.

北海道はとても広いので個人で回るのは大変ですがこちらのツアーは観光地を沢山回ってくたのでとても良かったです。
この金額で参加出来るのはお得だと思います。
他のツアーも機会があれば参加したいと思います。

The mangrove boat tour had a relaxed schedule, allowing us to cruise while enjoying the beautiful mangroves. We traveled to Yubu Island on a water buffalo cart, and the butterflies in the botanical garden on Yubu Island were particularly stunning. This tour was enjoyable for everyone, from children to the elderly, even for those who may not be very physically active. It would have been even better if the weather had been sunny, but the rain stopped on Yubu Island, making it comfortable and not too hot.

マングローブのボートツアーの時間もゆったりあって、沢山のマングローブを眺めながらクルージングができ、由布島までは水牛の牛舎に乗って、行ききし、由布島の植物園の中の蝶々がとくに綺麗でした。そんなに体力に自信のない人も、子供からお年寄りまでのんびり楽しめるツアーでした。これで晴れてたらもっと最高でしたが、由布島では雨も止み、暑すぎずに過ごしやすかったです。

I was able to see many creatures that I can't find in other aquariums. Additionally, in the outdoor sea turtle area, there was a space where we could experience nesting and feeding, which allowed us to learn about the ecology of these animals in a very real way. I also enjoyed a very fun time watching the elderly dolphin, Oki-chan, give an impressive performance.

他の水族館では見ることの出来ない生き物も沢山見ることができた。
また、外の海亀のエリアでは産卵の様子や餌やりが体験出来るスペースがあり生き物の生態などをリアルに体験できるのがとてもいいと思いました。
高齢なイルカのおきちゃんも頑張って迫力ある演技を披露してくれとても楽しい時間を過ごす事ができました。

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I wanted to explore various places, but since I didn't have a car, I decided to use a bus tour this time. Many tours only depart from Naha City, but this one was the only one that started from a hotel in Onna Village, and they also provided a return trip, which I really appreciated.

That day, there were few passengers, creating a homely and relaxed atmosphere. The tour included all the places I wanted to visit in Okinawa, and the ticket prices for both the Churaumi Aquarium and Pineapple Park were included, making it feel like a great deal. It was the day the rainy season started, and there was heavy rain, so I couldn't enjoy the view at Manza Beach, but I think I'll save that for my next visit.

The bus guide was also a very nice person who provided a lot of interesting explanations about Okinawa, which was fascinating for me as a first-timer. They even sang Okinawan songs, which was enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Next time, I would like to use this tour again when the weather is clear during my next visit to Okinawa.

初めての沖縄だったので、色々周りたいけど車も無かったので今回バスツアーを利用しました。
那覇市内からしか出発していないツアーが多く、恩納村に宿泊していたのでここのツアーが唯一恩納村のホテルから出発できて、帰りも送っていただけるということでとても有り難かったです。

この日は搭乗人数も少なくアットホームで自由な雰囲気でした^^
沖縄の行っておきたかった場所が全て詰まっていて、美ら海水族館かパイナップルパークのチケット代も含まれてこの価格はとてもお得だと感じました。
梅雨入りの日ですごい大雨で万座毛などは眺められませんでしたがまた次来た時の楽しみに取っておこうと思います。
バスガイドさんもとても人柄の良い方で、沖縄について色々な説明を沢山してくださり、初めてだった私にはどれも興味深かったです。
沖縄の歌も歌ってくださり楽しめました。
