I was able to fully enjoy the unique mangroves and the beauty of the sea in Ishigaki Island, and it became a wonderful memory. I was satisfied to see so many beautiful natural landscapes!

I used this service at the end of my trip to Ishigaki Island. As a beginner in Ishigaki, I found it to be a very worthwhile tour that allowed me to visit historical sites and attractions. I felt a great impression from the guide who subtly promoted Higashi Kotsu. Next time, I will use Higashi Kotsu's route bus. As an option, I recommend the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay.

石垣島、初心者でしたので、歴史、名所を回れて、とてもお得感のあるツアーでした。
さり気なく東交通を宣伝するガイドさんに、とても好感を感じました。
次は東交通の路線バスを利用しますね。
オプションですが、川平湾のグラスボートはオススメです。

I was able to have a fulfilling day in just one day. It was a bit hectic, but it was a great deal with the tour, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

初めての屋久島トレッキングですが、ガイドさんが丁寧に案内してくれたおかげで、無事に目的地の太鼓岩を着きました。素敵なツアーをありがとうございました！

The canoeing experience provides thorough instruction, making it easy for beginners to paddle without much trouble, and the river has very little current, so it doesn't require much effort.

The trekking has a fair amount of ups and downs, and you'll need to use your hands to climb and descend, so having gloves is reassuring.

The waterfall is breathtaking, and the weather was perfect. I didn't do it, but jumping into the pool at the base of the waterfall looked refreshing, so wearing a swimsuit might be a good idea.

The guide took perfect angle photos and provided detailed information about the island's flora and fauna, as well as trekking precautions, making it very easy to understand and enjoy.

This tour was ideal for casually enjoying a UNESCO World Heritage site.

In the afternoon, Yufu Island is entirely a botanical garden where you can observe tropical plants and butterflies. Riding the water buffalo cart across the shallow waters was also a fun, extraordinary experience.

カヌーはしっかりレクチャーしてくれるので初心者でもほぼ問題なく漕げますし、川の流れもほとんどないので力もあまり要りません。
トレッキングはアップダウンが相応にあり手を使った登り降りもするので、手袋があると安心です。
滝は迫力満点、天気も良くて最高でした。自分はやらなかったですが、滝壺に飛び込むのも気持ちよさそうだったので、水着を着ていくとベターかもしれません。
ガイドの方が完璧なアングルの写真を撮ってくれますし、島の動植物の事やトレッキングの注意点を詳しく教えてくれたので大変分かりやすく楽しむことが出来ました。
世界自然遺産を気軽に満喫するにはうってつけのツアーでした。
午後の由布島は、島全体が植物園になっており南国らしい植物や蝶を観察できます。水牛車に乗って浅瀬を渡るのも非日常感があって楽しかったです。

I was able to choose a very cute kimono from a lot of options (﹡ˆᴗˆ﹡). The two women dressed me quickly and beautifully! I was very satisfied because I could take plenty of photos during the one-hour stroll♪ It was a great experience and created wonderful memories♡

I was very satisfied. The refreshing feeling while running is unbeatable. It's also very convenient to get off at the places I want to see and then hop back on! I used a two-day pass during the first half of Golden Week. About 80% of the people were foreigners, which was a sight you don't often see in Japan. It looked like a lot of fun. I definitely want to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I participated during the 2023 Golden Week. The bus was nearly full, with more than half of the passengers being inbound tourists (mainly from Asia). The guide was of Chinese descent and provided information in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was impressive. All the participants seemed to be enjoying themselves throughout the day, and the itinerary had a perfect time allocation, making it a highly satisfying day.

２０２３年GWに参加。バスはほぼ満席、そのうち半数以上が（主にアジア圏の）インバウンド観光客でした。ガイドさんも中華系の方で、日本語、中国語、英語の３か国語を駆使して案内をしてくれ、感動しました。どの参加者も終始楽しそうで、行程も時間配分がちょうどよく、満足度の高い一日となりました。

We gathered at the Gunkanjima Digital Museum and then toured the museum. After that, we moved to the nearby dock and set sail on a fully booked boat on a beautifully clear day, May 2nd, during Golden Week. The explanations from the male veteran guide were enjoyable and easy to understand, so I highly recommend it. The trip there took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was nice that we spent some time cruising around Gunkanjima for photo opportunities. The return trip took about 1 hour.

I was really moved after landing. I took a lot of photos. I think it will get quite hot in the summer. Souvenirs can only be purchased at the Gunkanjima Digital Museum. If you show your ticket at the register, you get a 10% discount. I bought a book, a magnet, and two T-shirts, which made for great memories.

軍艦島デジタルミュージアムで集合してからミュージアムを見学しました。
その後に近くの船着場へ各自移動し、良く晴れた5月2日のGWに満席の船で出航しました。
男性のベテランガイドさんの説明が楽しくて分かりやすいのでオススメですよ。
行きは片道１時間15分くらいで着きました。
軍艦島の周りを写真撮影できる様にしばらく周遊してくれたのが良かったです。
帰りは片道１時間くらいでしょうか。

上陸してから感動しましたね。写真をたくさん撮りました。
夏はかなり暑くなると思います。
お土産は軍艦島デジタルミュージアムでしか買えません。
その時にレジでチケットを見せると10%割引になります。
私は本とマグネットとtシャツ2枚を購入していい記念になりました。

Touring in a short schedule... I struggled to decide. Everywhere was crowded, and I don't think I could have done the same sightseeing using public transportation. 😊

It's not a large island, so by taking this bus, you can get a good overview of Yakushima. The flying fish fry for lunch was delicious, and the bus guide was kind. It was an enjoyable tour.

Due to an input error with my address, I was able to make a reservation, but I did not receive a confirmation email. When I consulted via email, they considered my situation and provided appropriate instructions for handling it. I was able to board without any issues, which was a relief.
On the day of the trip, the weather was nice, there was no traffic, and the explanations about the redevelopment of Midosuji and the temple town were interesting and left a lasting impression.

I chose a bus tour plan because I was anxious about walking around and moving by bicycle during my pregnancy. The weather was great, and even though it was May, it was really hot, so taking the bus was definitely the right decision! Thank you very much.

My first 10-hour trekking experience. I was worried about whether I could walk the distance, but the weather was clear, cool, and comfortable, which helped me complete the trek successfully! However, the rental shoes didn't fit well, and I got blisters right after starting... When I mentioned it to the guide, I was told it was due to lack of exercise and stamina, so I had to endure the discomfort. I managed to finish the trek, but I recommend buying your own shoes instead of renting. The guides vary, and it would be great to have a good one, but unfortunately, in this tour, I felt there was a lack of consideration and little explanation, which left me dissatisfied. However, Jomon Sugi was mystical and beautiful, so I'm glad I went.

初めての10時間トレッキング。歩けるか心配でしたが、お天気も快晴で涼しく快適だったのが後押ししてくれて、無事歩ききることが出来ました！ただ、レンタルした靴が合わず、歩き始めてすぐに靴擦れに...ガイドさんに話すも、運動不足だの体力がないからだの言われ我慢して歩くことに...。なんとか我慢して歩ききりましたが、靴はレンタルではなく購入することをおすすめします。ガイドさんは様々で、良いガイドに当たればいいですが、こちらのツアーでは残念ながら、あまり気遣いもしてもらえず、説明も少なく不満が残りました。縄文杉は神秘的で素敵でしたから、行って良かったと思います。

I tried to go sightseeing based on the tour details provided by VELTRA at the time of booking, but they understood the situation well and adjusted the itinerary. They also introduced us to facilities that seemed interesting, allowing us to have a very good experience that wasn't included in the sightseeing guide.

予約時にVELTRAより提示されたツアー内容で観光しようとしましたが、状況をよく把握して頂き行程を調整して頂きました。
また、興味のありそうな施設なども紹介して頂き、観光ガイドにはないとても良い体験が出来ました。

I went with my parents, and we had a fulfilling time enjoying the sights. It was a rewarding day. The tour guide at the sightseeing spots provided thorough explanations, which was also educational. The hotel shuttle service was great, as they confirmed the reservation before departing.

両親と3人で行きました。
充実な時間と観光を楽しめて、充実した1日でした。
観光地のガイドさんも丁寧に説明してくれるので勉強にもなります。
ホテルまで送迎もあり、ちゃんと予約者の搭乗を確認してから出発してくれるのが良かった。

The round trip of 12 hours (from 6 AM to 4 PM) was tough, but I was moved by the beauty of nature. The guide provided various interesting explanations, which were educational. There were four groups on the day, and we occasionally switched places within our team. When I was at the back, there were times when I couldn't hear the guide's explanations.

往復12時間（6時〜16時）は大変でしたが、自然の美しさに感動しました。
ガイドさんもいろいろ面白く説明していただいて、勉強になりました。
当日チームは四組いて、チーム内時々順番を交換して進めました。最後尾にいる時、ガイドさんの説明が聞こえない場合があります。

I started around 6 AM from the Arakawa Trailhead. While walking on the trolley path, I first encountered a Yakushima monkey! The guide maintained a nice pace for us. They wanted to ascend early to avoid the crowds at the famous spots. On the way up, I learned about the history of Yakushima and the trees. The casual conversations were enjoyable too!

We kept moving forward and saw the Wilson stump. The guide showed us the best angles for taking photos. After walking further, we arrived at the Jomon Sugi. What a sense of accomplishment!!!

On the way back, I learned various things at each point of interest on the trekking course:
- The monkey cedar, which some say looks like a rabbit or a turtle
- A grass that smells like cypress, which has antibacterial properties
- Various carnivorous plants
- The story of the binchotan charcoal stove
- Professional tips on how to photograph different mosses and cedars

Personally, as someone who enjoys photography, I was allowed a certain degree of freedom on the way back.

It was really fun, and walking 22 km felt completely effortless!

朝だいたい6時頃から荒川登山口からスタートしました。
トロッコ道を歩いてると最初に屋久猿に会えました！
ガイドさんはいい感じのペースで歩いてくれます。
名スポットで混み合う前に早めに上がりたいとのことでした。
行きは屋久島の歴史、木々の歴史等々教えてもらいました。
その他の雑談も楽しかったです！
どんどん進んで、ウィルソン株を見ます。どのポイントからどのように撮ればいいかを教えてくれました。そして、さらに歩いて、大縄文杉到着です。達成感！！！

帰路について、トレッキングコースの各見所で様々なことを教えてもらいました。
・猿の杉、見方によればうさぎ、亀がいる
・檜の匂いがする草を手に馴染ませて、抗菌作用もあるよ
・様々な肉食植物
・備長炭のかまどの話
・各コケや杉の写真の撮り方もプロでした

私、個人はカメラ趣味もあるので帰り道はある程度、自由にさせてもらいました。

楽しく、22km歩くのも全く苦にならず本当に楽しかったです！

First of all, I was glad that we could visit many places. The handling of the meeting point by the new guide was somewhat lacking. I felt a bit sad that even though I arrived early, my check-in was delayed. I hadn't particularly thought about it before, but it made me realize that veterans might be better at this kind of handling.

The course was excellent, and I received advice that it would be better to purchase lunch in advance for the Churaumi Aquarium in the afternoon, which allowed us to enjoy the experience smoothly. It was disappointing that our stay was cut from 3 hours to 2.5 hours, possibly due to traffic. It’s quite spacious, so it might be unavoidable. Everyone who heard the meeting time was disappointed.

I am always very satisfied with Veltra, no matter when or where I go. I would appreciate it if the guides could confidently entertain travelers.

As for the rental equipment, the shoes were good as they checked the size before lending them, and everything else was clean. However, during the tour, I was too focused on the time and couldn't enjoy the scenery at all. I would recommend other tours for beginners or those who want to fully enjoy nature and observe plants.

レンタル用品については、靴はサイズを確認して貸していただき、そのほかのものを含め清潔でよかったです。しかし肝心のツアーは、時間ばかり気にして景色を全然楽しめませんでした。初心者及び自然を満喫したい方、植物などを観察されたい方はほかのツアーをお勧めします。

It was a shame that the clouds were thick and the color of the sea was a bit dull, but I was glad to see various places. The guide's stories and the songs of Okinawa were wonderful too!

On May 2nd, I participated in a Yakuzaru sightseeing tour around Yakushima. After a tiring camping trip the day before, hiking from Mount Miyanoura to Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, this bus tour of Yakushima's famous spots was just perfect. The beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the window were amazing. The guide, Ms. Kawasaki (a woman who was born and raised in Yakushima and loves the island), was very entertaining and made the experience a lot of fun. I was impressed by Chihiro Falls, Okawa Falls, and the beautiful sandy beach at Inakahama. On the way to Seibu Forest Road and Yakusugi Land, I also encountered cute Yakuzaru and deer, which was fantastic. The fried flying fish I had for lunch was delicious, making it a very satisfying sightseeing tour. It's definitely more efficient than renting a car, and you get to enjoy the guide's fun explanations, so I highly recommend it.

5月2日にやくざる号での屋久島周遊観光に参加しました。前日の宮之浦岳〜縄文杉〜白谷雲水峡の縦走登山キャンプで疲れた体には屋久島の名所をバスで回ってくれる周遊観光ツアーはとっても良かったです。窓から見る美しい海と山の景色は最高でした。ガイドの川崎さん？（屋久島で生まれ育った屋久島を愛する女性）のトークもすごく面白く大変楽しかったです。千尋の滝、大川の滝、田舎浜の綺麗な砂浜には感動しました。西部林道やヤクスギランドに行く途中で可愛いやくざるや鹿さんにも出会えて最高でした。お昼に食べたとび魚の唐揚げも美味しくてとても満足な周遊観光でした。レンタカーを借りて廻るより効率的でガイドさんの楽しい説明も聞けるので絶対におすすめです。

During the boat ride, there were explanations of various scenic views along with stories about the island's lively past, which allowed us to land with a vivid image in mind. The weather was nice, and it was a rich experience to see the bright blue sky while imagining the bustling atmosphere of the past. However, I felt that there were fewer places to see than I had expected, and I wished we could have explored a bit more. Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

乗船中にいろいろな景色の説明と共に、島の昔の賑やかだった頃の話があり、イメージ出来た状態で上陸が出来ました。天気も良く、晴れた青い空と、イメージ出来た昔の賑わいと重ねて観れて、味わい深いツアーでした。ただ、思っていたより見れる箇所が少なく、もう少しいろいろ観て回れると良かったなぁと思いました。
全般的に満足できたツアーでした。

The guide's pacing was considerate of all participants, making for a fun day. The explanations were great as well. The weather was nice, and the view from Taiko Rock was outstanding.

参加者全員に配慮してガイドさんのペース配分が良く、楽しい日になりました。説明も良い感じ。天気が良く太鼓岩からの景色が抜群でした。

It was unfortunately cloudy, but it was comfortable and not too hot. This tour is efficient for a one-day trip and just the right fit, plus the transportation is on a large high-speed boat, so I recommend it.

あいにくの曇りでしたが、暑くなく快適に過ごせました。1日で回るには効率が良く、丁度いいツアー、移動も大型の高速船なのでおすすめです。

Although it was Golden Week, it wasn't a public holiday, so it was relatively quiet. There were just the right amount of visitors. The tour course was well-structured, not too busy or too lengthy, just right. Fortunately, the weather was excellent.

There was also time for lunch, as well as tea and traditional sweets. The guide was very knowledgeable and a great speaker. Everything was wonderful.

GWとは言え旗日ではなかったから、比較的空いてました。程よく見学者が来てた、という感じ。見学コースは過不足ない筋立てで、忙しくなく冗長でもなく、丁度良かった。天気は最高だったのは幸いでした。
お昼も、お茶と和菓子の時間もありました。ガイドさんは凄く詳しくお話し上手でした。すべて良かったです。

I visited Yufu Island for the first time in 35 years. It has completely changed. It was very beautiful and stylish.

And it was my first time canoeing. The Pinai Sāra Falls were also wonderful (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠). I'm glad I went. It was a lot of fun. It became a great memory.

As someone who loves airplanes and works in the aviation industry, I have been eagerly awaiting the resumption of this ABB tour. Since it was a weekday on April 11, the participants were all adults.

Upon arrival, I checked in, and even while waiting for the tour to start, my excitement was through the roof. There were plenty of things to do with the latest equipment, and I could learn about the history of ANA, which was very educational.

The actual tour is conducted by a current cabin attendant. I was really impressed by how she explained everything appropriately while maintaining eye contact with us, all without any notes—it was truly moving! There were some lengthy explanations, and I could tell she had studied a lot for this. I felt grateful!

After the tour, I learned so much, and I gained a newfound respect for ground staff, maintenance personnel, cabin attendants, and pilots. I realized just how much effort they put into ensuring safety in the skies. I highly recommend this tour.

Lastly, you can purchase original merchandise from this tour, and I found myself wanting everything. Please note that payments are only accepted via electronic money, and cash cannot be used.

飛行機好きで、仕事も航空関係で、だからこそ、このＡＢＢの見学ツアー再開を待ち望んでおりました。
4月11日平日だったので、参加者は大人ばかりでした。
現地について、チェックインして、ツアー開始までの待っている間でさえテンション上がりっぱなし。最新の設備で時間潰せたり、ANAの歴史が見られたり、勉強になることたくさんでした。
実際のツアーは現役CAさんが担当してくださいます。すごいなーと感心したのは、まったくカンペなしで私達とアイコンタクト取りながら適切に説明してくださって、まさに感動！すごく長いお話のくだりもあったり、とても勉強してくださったんだろうなと思います。ありがと！って感じでした。
ツアーを見て、いろんなことを勉強させていただいて、ＧＦさん、整備士さん、CAさん、パイロットさんへの見方は尊敬に値するし、空の安全を守るためにどれだけ努力してくださっているんだなと改めてわかりました。
ほんとオススメのツアーです。
