For those who don't drive, this is definitely the classic bus tour! 車を運転しない人は是非！王道のバスツアーです。

We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful time. Since I don't have a driver's license, I made a reservation. We were taken to a must-visit tourist spot if you're heading to the Churaumi area. The admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, making it a great deal. Due to the impact of COVID-19, eating on the bus was not allowed during our participation (drinks were okay). Therefore, considering the snack time at the location, the time spent at places other than the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village was a bit short, so I would have appreciated a little more time. I was happy that we could disband at the American Village since we were staying at a hotel there. If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate again!

天候にも恵まれ、無事に楽しませていただきました。
運転免許を持っていないため、予約しました。
美ら海方面に行くならここは外せない、という観光スポットに連れて行っていただきました。美ら海水族館の入場料金が入っているので大変お得でした。
コロナの影響もあり、私たちが参加した際は、バス内での食事はNGでした(飲み物はOK)。
そのため、現地での軽食時間を考えると、美ら海水族館とアメリカンビレッジ以外の滞在時間が少し短かったので、もう少し長くとってもらえると嬉しかったです。
アメリカンビレッジのホテル宿泊だったため、アメリカンビレッジにて現地解散できたのはうれしかったです。

I was concerned about the cleanliness of the participants from overseas. Many guests did not return to the bus by the designated meeting time. The cafeteria recommended by the guide for lunch was not great. I don't think the hand spray we use every time we get on the bus is an alcohol-based disinfectant. The air conditioning on the large bus does not turn on until five minutes before departure, and the windows do not open, so I believe the ventilation is extremely poor.

海外からの参加者が複数いて、その方たちの清潔度が気になりました。
参加者の方の集合時間までに、バスに戻らないお客さんが多数いました。
ガイドさんがお勧めした、ランチで利用した食堂はいまいちでした。

Additionally, we implement the following infection control measures on our operating vehicles:
- We use air conditioning and ventilation systems while driving, which replace the air in the bus approximately every 5 minutes. We also open windows for ventilation at each sightseeing location.
- We have installed protective screens between the driver's seat and the rear seats, as well as between the guide's seat and the rear seats.
- Hand sanitizer (hypochlorous acid water) is available inside the bus. Moreover, when customers return from sightseeing locations, the tour guide sprays their hands.
- In addition to regular cleaning of the bus, we conduct wiping, disinfection, and sanitization as needed.
- All sightseeing buses are treated with Cellfeel. This air catalyst spray is applied to areas frequently touched by customers (handrails, seat handrails, window frames, etc.) to inactivate bacteria and viruses, providing sustained antiviral effects for a safer bus experience.

I was worried about what would happen since a typhoon was approaching, but on the day of the tour, it was incredibly sunny!
Mangrove cruise → rode a water buffalo to Yufu Island → had lunch → moved to Taketomi Island → rented bikes and toured the key spots on the island. I even dipped my feet in the sea at Kondoi Beach. We had some extra time, so we enjoyed cocktails at a café. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience, and I was very satisfied.
I think 15,000 yen is an excellent value for this!

台風が近づいてきたのでどうなるかと思いましたが、ツアー当日はめちゃ晴れ！

The soft serve ice cream at the service area on the way there was delicious.
The bus arrives at the east entrance of Asahiyama Zoo (on the mountain), and it might have been better to have lunch at the restaurant there before entering the zoo (since there are many menu options).
The return bus also departs from the east entrance, so you will go down the slope after looking from above and then climb back up to return (comfortable walking shoes are a must).
The action exhibits were full of highlights throughout the park.

During the munching time, the zookeeper also explains about the animals.

帰りの休憩するオアシスではガイドさんから割引券がもらえます（北菓楼閣では使えない）。会計前に提示で割引してもらえますが後から出しても対応してもらえないので忘れす提示しないとです。
夏休み明けのウイークデーで参加は夫婦2人だけでした（説明文に催行1名様とありましたが偽り無しです）
ドライバーさんは安全運転で穏やかな方でしたし、ガイドさんも車窓の案内も丁寧でとてもいいツアーでした。

Churaumi Aquarium was even more wonderful than I imagined. I was captivated by the whale sharks and missed the dolphin show. There wasn't enough time (-_-;)
American Village was also spacious with restaurants and shops, but I ran out of time and only managed to have a meal. I’d like to visit again privately.
However, I was satisfied with the tour! "I think this is a good start for the first time."

I got off at two places: Okurayama Jump Stadium and Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. Both locations overlook Sapporo City, allowing for beautiful views. I had an hour at Okurayama, but I only took the lift up the mountain and didn't visit the museum. It felt a bit crowded, as there were many school trip students at both places.

We were blessed with clear skies and were able to see the stunning Shakotan Blue up close, even more beautiful than in photos. After walking along a path that barely resembled a promenade, we reached yet another breathtaking view. I encourage those who will be participating to definitely visit. My first time in Miyako Island was blessed with great weather, and swimming with sea turtles created the best memories. The staff was very friendly, and it was a lot of fun! The drone footage we requested on the day was also a wonderful memory.

However, the meeting point near the beach entrance was hard to find, and due to the busy season, there were many cars parked, making it difficult to locate the staff as the phone lines were down. I think it would be helpful to have clearer markers for the meeting point, especially during crowded times. Other than that, it was fantastic!

It was a trip to Hokkaido with my children. Since it was their first time in Hokkaido, a bus tour filled with highlights was just perfect. I was unsure about where to go and whether to travel by train since I can't drive, but this tour was definitely the right choice. Thanks to the well-timed schedule and the friendly guide, we created wonderful memories.

First of all, thank you to the guide and driver for your hard work until the end! I was able to use the service with peace of mind!

"Positive points" → The guide's wonderful personality, I felt sufficient consideration for infection prevention, the clean interior of the vehicle, the windows were sparkling and I could enjoy the scenery without stress, there was advice on which seats were best (for the view), there were gifts of mineral water and snacks, (perhaps because there were fewer participants than planned) the seats were spacious, and I didn't feel any traffic congestion as the roads were clear.

"Points for improvement" → The audio guide was difficult to hear, so it would have been nice to have something like a pamphlet, and since it was a long journey, I would have liked charging outlets at the seats.

There was no shuttle service, so we took a taxi to the location. We arrived about 10 minutes before the meeting time, but had to wait about 15 minutes longer than scheduled because the previous group’s shoot was running late. I was really looking forward to the Yakuzaru bus that goes around the island since I can't drive. With a regular bus, you often have to walk uphill for a while even after you arrive at the stop, so the tour was very convenient. Unfortunately, it was a remote island day, so we only had the morning without lunch, but I would like to visit Yakusugi Land next time! On another day, I had flying fish at the Furusato Market, and it was crispy and delicious. Some other sites didn't have the Yakuzaru bus available, so I was glad I could make a reservation with VELTRA.

There were especially many beautiful factory night views in the latter half of the tour. Near the end of the tour, the night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. If the weather is clear, you can see it up close from the deck of the boat. The captain's storytelling is enjoyable. Even with a short stay, I was glad to be able to quickly visit various islands. On Iriomote Island, I enjoyed a mangrove tour with clear and polite explanations. The bus driver's announcements were also very entertaining. On Yubu Island, I rode a water buffalo cart while listening to the sound of the sanshin, and I was able to take commemorative photos with the water buffalo. After enjoying a delicious bento box, I leisurely strolled around the island. On Taketomi Island, I rented a bicycle and explored. I had a lot of fun planning my own route using a map to visit the places I wanted to see. However, when I encountered a water buffalo cart along the way and stopped to look around, I didn't know where to move out of the way. When I asked which direction they were going, I was told harshly, "You're in the way. We're going that way," which was intimidating. 滞在日数が少なくても、色々な島をサクッと訪れることが出来て良かったです。西表島では、わかりやすい丁寧な説明を受けながらマングローブを遊覧出来て楽しかったです。バスの運転手さんのアナウンスもとても面白かったです。由布島では三線を音色を聴きながら水牛車に乗って、水牛と一緒に記念撮影が撮れました。美味しい幕の内弁当を食べたあと、島の中をゆったりと散歩しながら満喫する事も出来ました。竹富島では自転車レンタルをしてまわりました。地図を見ながら自分でルートを考えて見たいところを巡りましたが、とても楽しかったです。途中水牛車がいたので自転車を止めて周りを見ましたが、どこに避けたら良いのか分からず、どっちの方向へ行かれますか？と尋ねたら「邪魔なんだけど。そっち通るから。」とキツく言われて怖かったです。目線の位置が高くなると気持ちが大きくなったりする事があると聞いた事がありますが、乗っていた乗客もこちらを見てコソコソ話しながら馬鹿にしたように鼻で笑っていました。色々ストレスが溜まってイライラするのもわかりますが、質問にも答えず攻撃的な発言は不愉快でした。道で水牛車に出会ったら無言で急いで逃げるのが良いかもしれません。モヤモヤしたままで、気分良く終われなかったのは残念ですが、効率的なツアーだと思います。

I was worried about whether we would make it safely, but our guide clearly explained the route, and we were able to reach Jomon Sugi smoothly!

The guide provided detailed instructions on how to walk, areas that required caution, and information about restrooms, making it accessible even for beginners.

For lunch, we were served miso soup, and at the rest area, we enjoyed warm sweet drinks, which gave us a boost of energy for the return journey! The guide also explained the history and various plants, and took many wonderful photos, so I truly felt it was a great decision to join a guided tour!

In addition to the Jomon Sugi trekking, the guide shared recommendations for souvenir shops and other places to visit, and was very approachable, making for an excellent experience.

We trekked with just the two of us and one guide instead of a group, and since the guide adjusted to our pace, it felt like a private tour, which I highly recommend!

無事に辿り着けるか心配していましたが、ガイドさんがルートの流れをしっかり教えて下さり、順調に縄文杉まで辿り着くことができました！

歩き方や注意が必要な場所、トイレの案内などもしっかりしてくれたので登山初心者でも行く事が出来ました。

お昼にはお味噌汁、休憩場所では暖かい甘い飲み物を提供してくれたので、帰り道に向けてパワーを貰えました！歴史や色んな植物などの事も説明してくれて、たくさん素敵な写真を撮ってくれたので、ガイドさん付きのツアーをお願いして本当によかったなと思いました！

縄文杉トレッキング以外にも、お土産やさんやおすすめのお店やさん、スポットも教えてくれて、話しやすくてとても良いガイドさんでした。

I participated with my son, who is a middle school student and loves animals. At the tour reception, they required confirmation of a student ID or insurance card. Luckily, I had an image of my passport, so they were able to verify it with that. However, I was told that if verification couldn't be done on-site, we might have to pay an additional fee. When I mentioned that he is a middle school student, they didn't say anything further, and we were allowed to enter.

The tickets issued included a bus ticket and an admission ticket for adults only, but entry to Asahiyama Zoo is free for middle school students, so I think it would be good to have some kind of ticket with a name on it to avoid any trouble. On the bus, only drinks were allowed, and the rest area we stopped at only had seating in the restaurant. During the trip, the guide's chatter made the journey enjoyable.

Due to the impact of the typhoon, half of our planned activities were cut. I thought it was unavoidable, but I believe some people were unable to accept it. Still, they insisted on going to the candy castle.

It would have been nice to receive a small gesture of sympathy for the activities that were canceled.

I recommend this for those who do not have a rental car. Also, please note that the bus does not have a restroom, so make sure to take care of that before departure. Since it was an early morning, I was relieved to find a restroom inside the city hall in front of Palette. The restrooms at Palette were not open yet, so they couldn't be used.

中止になった分のささやかなお見舞いがあれば、嬉しかったです。
レンタカーのない方にはおすすめです。
あとバスにトイレは着いてないので出発前に済ませておくこと。朝早いので、パレット前の市役所の中にトイレがあって助かりました。パレットのトイレはまだ開店前なので使えません。
