My first time in Ishigaki Island and my first time on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was a wonderful experience thanks to my guide, Moepi! I learned not only how to ride the SUP but also interesting facts about the types of mangroves, corals, and various spots. The time was filled with various activities, including yoga on the SUP, making it very fulfilling! Moepi really energized the group, and I was able to connect with other participants, making it the best experience ever! I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki and do this again!

初めての石垣島、初めてのsupでしたが、ガイドのもえぴちゃんと一緒に楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！supの乗り方はもちろん、マングローブの種類や珊瑚、その他スポットでの豆知識と、sup上のヨガなどさまざまなコンテンツがあり非常に充実した時間を過ごせました！
もえぴちゃんが盛り上げてくれて他の参加者の方とも交流することができ、最高の体験ができました^_^
また必ず石垣に来て体験したいです！

The weather was great this time, and I had a lot of fun. I participated alone, but there were three pairs and me, making a total of seven people. Even though I was by myself, the guide was attentive and engaged with me, which made the experience enjoyable. I was able to hear various stories as well. I happened to be in a group with a faster walking pace, which was nice, but it seemed that the experience could vary quite a bit depending on the participants. If you're used to hiking, the path is clear, so I don't think it's absolutely necessary to join a tour.

今回は天候もよく、とても楽しめました。
ひとりで参加したのですが、グループ構成は2人組の方3組と私1人で7人でした。1人でもガイドさんが気にかけて話しかけてくださったので楽しく過ごせました。
いろんな話も聞けました。
たまたま歩くスピードが早めのグループに当たったので良かったですが、参加者によってかなり左右される印象だったので、登山に慣れていれば道も明瞭だし必ずしもツアーに参加する必要はないと思いました。

The trip to Shirakawa-go was very enjoyable. Mr. Kondo's commentary along the route was also interesting. It was a great learning experience. I will visit Shirakawa-go again in winter.

I had originally booked a plan from Kanazawa Station to Shirakawa-go with another travel company, but it was canceled due to not enough participants. After desperately searching, I found Beltra. (Since I had already applied for paid leave, I couldn't change the dates.)

On the day of the trip, it was a cold, rainy morning, and there were four participants, making it a luxurious journey with plenty of space on the bus. Both the driver and the guide were friendly, which made for an enjoyable trip.

The lunch featuring Hida beef miso and perilla leaf grilled set was delicious.

At Shirakawa-go, we were able to visit several villages and were shown nice view spots, allowing us to take wonderful photos. The Kanazawa souvenirs recommended were mostly sold out!

Next time, I want to visit Shirakawa-go in the snow and stay in one of the villages.

　金沢駅から白川郷へのプラン、実は他の旅行会社で予約していたのですが、人数が集まらなくて中止になってしまい、必死に探した末のベルトラさんでした。（有休申請した後だったので、日程をずらす訳にもいかず）
　当日は朝から雨で寒い日、参加者は4人でバスの中を悠々と使い贅沢な旅でした。運転手さんも、ガイドさんも人柄が良く楽しい旅になりました。
　お昼の飛騨牛の味噌大葉焼き定食美味しかったです。
　白川郷、いくつもの集落をまわれてNICE VEWスポットも教えて頂き素敵な写真を撮る事ができました。紹介頂いた金沢土産オススメ、殆ど売り切れでした！
　次回は雪の白川郷を訪れたいし、集落に泊まってみたいです。

The flight attendant guided us. I thought, "As expected of a flight attendant!" as they explained in a voice and speed that were easy to understand. They answered questions promptly, and I felt that they had thoroughly studied for this. Although I was at a distance, I was lucky to see the flight attendant's fire drill and the simulator that seemed to be shaking during the pilot (trainee?) training, which was enjoyable. It seemed that there were more women among the participants, possibly because it was a weekday, but I believe both men and women, whether in groups or alone, can enjoy this experience. However, there was quite a bit of walking, which was a bit tough for me since I have back pain. That said, it was a very enjoyable time.

CAさんが案内してくださいました。
聞き取りやすい声や速度で説明して下さって、流石CAさん！と思いました。
質問にもすぐに答えてくださって、しっかり勉強された上で臨まれているのだと感じました。
遠目ではあったもののCAさんの消火訓練の様子、パイロット（訓練生？）の訓練中と思しきシミュレーターが揺れている様等も運よく見ることができて楽しかったです。
参加者は平日だったからか女性の方が多かった印象ですが、男女問わず、グループでも一人でも楽しめると思います。
ただ、結構歩くので、腰痛持ちの私は少々辛かったです。
とは言え、とても楽しい時間となりました。

I have traveled to Hokkaido several times. I visited Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, and both had free time, allowing me to see various places and do some sightseeing. In particular, it was my first time taking the ropeway and looking down at Showa Shinzan from the top of Mount Usu, which was truly moving. The scenery was completely different from what I had seen before. Looking up at Showa Shinzan from below and looking down at it from the higher Mount Usu presented two entirely different views, leaving a strong impression. Thank you very much.

今までに数回、北海道を旅行しています。笏湖・洞爺湖も来ましたが、両方ともフリータイムもあり、色んな所から見たり、観光できました。特に、ロープウエイで登り、有珠山の頂上から昭和新山を見下ろしたのは初めてで感動的でした。全く今までと景色が違いました。下から見上げる昭和新山と、より高い有珠山から見下ろす昭和新山は、まるで違う景色で印象強くなりました。有り難うございました。

The price is reasonable, so I thought this is what the tour would be like! The sea was incredibly beautiful (^ - ^) There were plenty of restrooms during the breaks, which was reassuring! I think even older participants can join comfortably.

However... the information about gathering at the hotel for the pickup location caused a bit of panic on the day (⌒-⌒; ) When I called to inquire, I ended up connecting to a place that wasn't Veltora... I was able to board the bus smoothly after telling the name I used for the reservation at the tourist information center in Tonosho Port. While some minor accidents are part of traveling, it would be helpful if you could provide a bit more detailed information about the gathering arrangements (^^;;

まあ手頃なお値段なので、ツアーはこんなもんかと！海が最高に綺麗でした(^-^)
あちこちの合間の休憩のお手洗いが多くて安心です！年配の方でも安心して参加いただけると思います。

ただですね…ピックアップ場所のホテルで集合という表記が当日パニックになりました(⌒-⌒; )
急遽電話して問い合わせるとベルトラさんではないとこに繋がり…土庄港の観光窓口で予約時の名前を伝えてすんなりバスに乗れましたが
旅行中の多少のアクシデントは付きものではあるけど
集合の詳細もうちょっと丁寧に教えておいてくれると助かりますね(^^;;

This time, I rode a water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island and saw fish through a glass-bottom boat. ✨

While riding the water buffalo cart, I enjoyed listening to island songs and had a very peaceful time.

I also had fun renting a bicycle and going to the beach.

The stone walls of Taketomi were impressive.

The glass-bottom boat was a bit rocky due to the rough sea, so I think it's a good idea for those prone to seasickness to take motion sickness medication before boarding.

I recommend this course for first-time visitors.

今回、竹富島で水牛車に乗ったり、グラスボートでお魚を見たりしました✨

水牛車に乗りながら、島歌を聞いたりとてものどかな時間を過ごせました

また、自転車を借りて海岸まで行ったり楽しめました

竹富の石を積上げた塀が、印象的でした。

グラスボートは、海が少し荒れていてだいぶ船が揺れて、船酔いしそうな人は、酔い止めを飲んで乗ると良いと思います。

初めて行く人はおすすめのコースです

First of all, the two-hour bus ride was very pleasant thanks to the guide's explanations, which were wonderful. It felt almost like listening to a story being read aloud!

At Asahiyama Zoo, I was able to meet the polar bear, Pirika Mama, and her cub, Yume-chan, whom I was really looking forward to seeing, both at the beginning and the end of my visit. I tended to focus on my favorite animals, so I couldn't see everything due to time constraints, but it seems I was able to leave some excitement for the next opportunity, resulting in a very satisfying and enjoyable day. ^ ^

先ずは、行きの2時間をバスガイドさんの説明がとても心地よく素晴らしかったです。
まるで物語の朗読を聴いているような錯覚さえおぼえるほど！

旭山動物園では、今回とても会いたかったシロクマのピリカママとゆめちゃんに最初と最後会ってきました。その他お気に入りの動物に集中しがちだったせいか、時間とのにらめっことなり、すべてを見て回ることはできませんでしたが、次の機会へのお楽しみを残せたようで、結果とても満足な良い1日になりました^ ^

We brought our small children, but thanks to the warm support of the kind staff, we were able to take photos without being scared of the darkness! We were moved by the beautiful starry sky! We are talking as a family about wanting to come back every year. Thank you for sending the photos so quickly! We made the best memories!

小さい子供連れでしたが、優しいお兄さんの温かい対応のおかげで、暗闇も怖がらず撮影ができました！！美しい星空に感動しました！！毎年行きたいね、と家族で話しています。写真もすぐに送っていただきありがとうございました！！最高の思い出ができました！！

I thought the heat would have eased by mid-September, but it reached 35°C during the day, and the open-top bus was incredibly hot. Out of the three times I rode, I only received an ice pack once. However, its effect didn't last long, and it was still hot. When the bus is moving, the wind feels nice, but about half the time is spent waiting at traffic signals, which is just really hot. During hot periods, I recommend staying hydrated, protecting against sunburn, and bringing items like ice packs.

However, seeing Kyoto from a high vantage point was a different experience and quite enjoyable. The ability to hop on and off and tour around Kyoto's famous spots is also appealing. The moment I passed under the large torii gate of Heian Shrine, as shown in the image, was indeed impressive.

9月中旬なので暑さも和らいでいるかと思っていましたが、昼間は35℃になり、屋根のないバスはとにかく暑かったです。
3回乗車したうち1回だけアイスノンを貰いました。
・・・が、効果は長続きせず、やはり暑かったです。
バスが走っている時は風が吹いていいのですが、全体の半分くらいは信号待ちでとにかく暑いです。
暑い時期は、水分補給と日焼け対策をしっかりして、アイスノンなどを持参すると良いと思います。

ですが、高いところから観る京都は、一味違って良かったです。
乗り降り自由で京都の名所をぐるっと回れるのも魅力です。
イメージ画像にもある平安神宮の大鳥居をくぐる瞬間は、やはり大迫力でした。

It was amazing. The cows were cute. Each of the guides (drivers) was very kind and explained everything, making for a fun day.

The tour company didn't mention anything, but since you'll sweat while hiking and get wet from the rain, it's better to bring a change of clothes!

ツアー催行会社からは何も言われませんでしたが登山で汗もかくし雨で濡れるのでので着替えを持って行った方がいいです！

I was able to tour ANA's training facility, and a flight attendant guided us. I had a great time taking various photos. The flight simulator was operational, and I got to see beautiful visuals in the final booth, which kept the excitement going the whole time (๑･̑◡･̑๑). There was also a booth where you could wear an apron and feel like a staff member. I can't wait to see when I can board an international business class flight next!

　ANAの訓練施設を見学でき、CAさんがアテンドしてくださいました。写真もいろいろ撮れことができて大変楽しい時間を過ごせました。模擬飛行装置のシュミレーターが動いていたり、最後のブースの綺麗な映像を観ることができたりと、始終ワクワクが止まりませんでした(๑･̑◡･̑๑)
エプロン付けてスタッフになりきれるブースもありました。
　今度はいつ国際線のビジネスクラスに搭乗できるのか、待ち遠しいです！

As a beginner in Osaka, I had a very meaningful time with interesting and easy-to-understand explanations. Unfortunately, it was raining, but it was still wonderful and enjoyable! The guide was beautiful and kind, which made it the best experience. Thank you very much!

I chose a bus tour because I'm not good at driving. I thought the tour price was reasonable since it included the admission fee for the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.

We were able to visit various places in a short amount of time, and during the bus rides, the guide shared information about Okinawan culture and trivia, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing efficiently without wasting time. The time allocated for each location was well thought out; places that were good to see quickly had shorter visits, while those we wanted to explore more had longer visits. This balance allowed us to use our time meaningfully.

The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium had a visit schedule that included time for meals, so we could stay longer. We were able to see all the tanks we were interested in, and we enjoyed the dolphin show as well. What I particularly liked was the café where we could enjoy the tank with the whale sharks up close. For a paid reserved seat (an additional 500 yen separate from the tour fee), we could leisurely watch the whale sharks and mantas for the full limit of 40 minutes. Since there were no interruptions, we were able to take various photos.

運転が得意ではないので、バスツアーを選びました。ツアーの代金に美ら海水族館の入館料も含まれていたので、リーズナブルな価格設定だと思いました。

短時間で色々な場所をまわれ、バスでの移動中もガイドさんが沖縄の文化や豆知識を教えてくれるので、時間の無駄なく効率的に観光できました。各箇所での見学時間の設定も、一通りみれば良いものは短め、ゆっくり見たいものは長めになっていました。メリハリがあったため、有意義に時間を使えました。

美ら海水族館は食事も含めた見学時間設定になっており、長く滞在できました。興味のある水槽は全部見ることができ、イルカショーも楽しめました。特に良かったのは、ジンベイザメがいる水槽をすぐ近くで楽しめるカフェです。有料指定席（ツアー代金とは別に500円必要）の制限時間（40分）いっぱい、ジンベイザメやマンタなどをゆっくりと眺められました。誰にも邪魔されないので、色々な写真も撮ることができました。

It was a very helpful bus tour since I can't drive. I was able to enjoy a comfortable vehicle with Wi-Fi and charging outlets, without having to share a seat with anyone. The bus guide provided detailed explanations on the way, pointing out places that are now obscured by tunnels and briefly visible landmarks, saying, "Here!!" The driver was considerate, slowing down as much as possible, which made the trip enjoyable. On the way back, I was allowed to rest slowly. I wanted to see the Shakotan Blue sea, but the weather was cloudy... However, when we arrived at Shimamu Coast, it cleared up, and after passing through a cute tunnel, I saw a beautiful blue sea that looked stunning from my perspective as a Tokyo resident. Before heading to Cape Kamoi, the sea was rough, and it was unfortunate that the optional Shakotan underwater sightseeing boat was canceled, but we had more time at Cape Kamoi. I was truly glad to experience the emotional and breathtaking Shakotan Blue sea. The temperature rose to about 27 degrees, and as someone over 60, it was quite challenging to reach the very tip of Cape Kamoi, so the extended time allocation was appreciated. Wearing sneakers was a great decision, and I was relieved not to have fallen or twisted my ankle. The Shakotan Blue sea was beautiful enough, but when I asked the guide, they said that on a clear day, it can be even more stunning, like the blue in the tour promotional photos... I might not be able to come again, but it was a beauty I will remember for a lifetime.

運転も出来ないので有り難いバスツアーでした。一人でも相席にならずWi-Fあり充電コンセントありの快適車両でした。バスガイドさんが行きはとても細やかに説明をしてくれてトンネルが出来て見れなくなくなった場所の説明や一瞬しか見えない名所も「ここ！！です」と。運転手さんも極力スピードを落としたりの配慮で楽しかったです。帰りは逆にゆっくりお休みさせて下さいました。積丹ブルーの海が見たい！！でしたが天気は曇り・・・ですが島武意海岸に着くと晴れて、可愛いトンネルを抜けると東京在住の私からすれば綺麗なブルーの海でした。神威岬に向かう前に海中が荒れていてオプションの積丹水中展望船の中止が決まり残念でしたが、神威岬での時間配分が増えました。積丹ブルーの海は感動感激で来れて本当に良かったと思いました。気温が27度位になり60歳越えで神威岬の一番先までは結構大変で時間配分が増えて良かったでした。スニーカーが大正解で転倒や捻挫をしないで良かったでした。十分キレイな積丹ブルーの海でしたがガイドさんに聞くと天気が良いとこんなものではない位のブルーだそうでツアー募集の写真のようなブルーなのか…と思いました。または来れないかもですが一生覚えていられる美しさでした。

It was close to a full moon, so I focused more on photographing the moon rather than the stars. Thick clouds were covering the sky, and it was touch and go whether we could take photos, but we waited together for about 30 minutes until the clouds cleared, and I was able to get some great shots! I was able to take as many photos as I wanted. The photo data arrived the next day, and I was very satisfied with the results. I definitely want to experience this again for my travel memories next time!

満月に近づいている時だったので、星というよりは月をメインで撮影してもらいました。分厚い雲がかかってしまい、撮影できるかギリギリなところでしたが、雲流れていくまで30分程度も一緒に待っていただいたことで、無事写真をとってもらう事が出来ました！満足いくまで写真を撮っていただきました。写真のデータも次の日すぐに届き、出来上がりもとっても満足するものになりました。
次回もまた旅行の思い出に、体験したいと思います！

I was deeply interested in what I heard and saw at the airport. I was especially lucky to be able to observe the staff actually training.

貴重なお話を聞かせていただき、空港で見ている事に深く興味がもてました。
特に、スタッフの方達が実際に訓練をしている所などを見学ができラッキーでした。

I was guided through a 3-hour course that took double the time. I think it's a place that anyone wanting to change themselves or reflect on their life should definitely visit at least once. However, I believe that some people may find it physically challenging, so it shouldn't be approached as a casual stroll. I was fortunate to have wonderful guides, which made for a great trip!

3時間のコースを倍の時間をかけて案内いただきました。自分を変えたい人、見つめ直したい人にはぜひ一度は行ってみるべき場所だと思います。
しかしながらやはり体力的に厳しい方もいるかもしれないので散歩感覚では行ってはいけないと思います。
素晴らしいガイドさん達にも恵まれていい旅になりました！

The weather wasn't great, but the waves weren't too high, and there were moments of sunshine, which was nice. The coffee shop on Hatoma Island had a great location, and I was able to relax comfortably. The tour guide, Iizuka, was kind and attentive, which was very good. We also encountered sea turtles, and at the end, we received a commemorative photo. I would like to use this service again. It was a great trip.

天候がイマイチでしたが、波も高くなく又時々晴れ間が出てくれたので良かったです。鳩間島のコーヒー屋さんもロケーションが良くて落ち着いて休憩出来ました。ツアーのガイド（イイヅカ）さんも親切丁寧で大変良かったです。ウミガメも遭遇出来ましたし、最後は記念の写真も頂けました。又利用したいと思います。
良い旅行になりました。

I can see why Ishigaki Island is the number one destination for island tourism. Although the mornings start early, we were able to efficiently explore the nearby islands.

We first visited Yubu Island, the mangroves of Iriomote Island, and Taketomi Island. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun Yubu Island was, and unfortunately, the time flew by, making me wish we had more time there. The shops on the island open at 11 AM, but our meeting time was at 11:35 AM, so we had to rush to have lunch before then. If we had a bit more time, I would have loved to enjoy some gelato and take a photo with the water buffalo, creating another memory.

The water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island was wonderful. The water buffalo are so cute! I took a lot of pictures. Additionally, the person driving the water buffalo cart sang with a sanshin, which was a unique experience.

The mangrove tour on Iriomote Island involved riding a boat and listening to the guide's explanations. The weather was nice, and I was full from lunch, but unfortunately, I found myself getting quite sleepy. I think it might have been better to visit the mangroves first and then Yubu Island afterward (just my personal opinion).

For Taketomi Island, I chose to go cycling. I had visited before, and since I rode the water buffalo cart on Yubu Island, I was able to see most of the sightseeing spots. I took a break at a smoothie shop that was recommended to me. The weather was really nice, and I had a great time. However, since time was limited, I couldn't explore as thoroughly as I would have liked. Still, it was a bit busy, but it turned out to be a wonderful day visiting three islands!

石垣島の離島観光人気NO.1位なだけあります。
朝が早いのですが・・・とても効率よく、石垣島近隣の離島観光ができました。
最初に由布島観光・西表島のマングローブ、竹富島なのですが、由布島が思ったより楽しくてあっという間に集合時間となってしまったのがちょっと残念でした。滞在時間も短いということもあり。島内のお店と等開くのが11時からなのですが、集合時間が11時35分でそれまでにランチしないといけなくて11時以降がバタバタしてました。もう少し時間があればジェラートを食べたり唯一触れる水牛との写真を撮ってもう1つ思い出を作りたかったですね。
由布島までの移動手段の水牛車はとてもよかったです。水牛がかわいい♪たくさん写真を撮っちゃいました。また、またまた乗車した水牛車は水牛車乗りの人というんでしょうか？その方が三線で歌を歌ってくださり、貴重な体験でした。
西表島のマングローブツアーは、船に乗りガイドさんの説明を受けながら鑑賞だったのですが、天気も良くてお腹もいっぱいだったこともあり、申し訳ないことに眠気がピークに・・・。西表島のマングローブが先で後で由布島のほうがいいのではと思いました。（個人の勝手な感想です。）
竹富島はサイクリングにしました。以前にも観光に来たこともあり、水牛車は由布島で乗ったので。大体の観光名所を周ることができました。教えていただいたスムージー屋さんで一休みして。本当に天気が良くて、楽しかったです。ただ、やはり時間が限られているのであまりじっくりと観光できませんでしたが、1日で3島も巡れてちょっと忙しいところもありましたが、素敵な1日になりました！

Jomon Sugi
After walking along the tramway for a while and climbing some stones and stairs, you will reach Jomon Sugi. Along the way, there are many highlights, including named Yakusugi trees and the rare Himeshara that you won’t see in urban areas. If you're lucky, you might even encounter Yakushima deer or Yakushima monkeys...✨

Shiratani Unsuikyo
From the beginning, you are soothed by the beautiful flow of the river. As you progress, you will see a moss-covered forest that unfolds a green world unlike anything you have ever seen. Climbing up to Taiko Rock, the view of half of Yakushima is truly breathtaking. Forget your shyness and try shouting "Yahhoo (^O^)!"
You can also feel the world of Studio Ghibli, including Moro's den from Princess Mononoke, making it a lot of fun.

If you are confident in your physical fitness, there are guides available, and even if you are not used to mountain walking, you can manage a two-day course. Some people took a rest day in between to go paddling. I recommend going in October, avoiding the busy season, so you can relax at Taiko Rock!

縄文杉
トロッコ道をしばらく歩いた先に、石や階段を登った先にある縄文杉。そこにたどり着くまでにも名前の付いた屋久杉や都内では見られないほどのヒメシャラなど見どころがたくさん。運が良ければ屋久鹿や屋久猿などにも会えるかも...✨

白谷雲水峡
始まりから綺麗な川の流れに癒される。進んだ先に見える苔生す森は、今まで見たことの無いような緑の世界が広がっている。上に登るとある太鼓岩から見渡す屋久島の半分は本当に絶景。恥ずかしさを忘れ「ヤッホー(^O^)!」と叫んでみては！
もののけ姫に登場するモロの寝床やジブリの世界観も感じられてとても楽しい。


体力に自信があればガイドさんの案内もあり、山歩きになれていなくても2日連続コースで大丈夫です。
中1日休憩の日を儲けてパドリングとかしている人もいました。
混む時期を外して10月に行くと太鼓岩でのんびりできたりしておすすめです！

It is said that it takes 7 minutes to walk from Usuzan Ropeway Station to the summit, but it actually takes about 10 minutes, which can be quite tough for those over 70 years old. The temperature at the summit was 5 degrees, and it was windy, so dressing warmly is advisable. The soft serve ice cream at the top was delicious. The bus guide in central Sapporo was very kind and helpful. The lunch at Lake Toya, at Kohantei, was luxurious and tasty. It was a very enjoyable trip.

有珠山のロ-プウエ-駅から頂上迄徒歩7分とあるが、10分位、70才以上の人はかなりきつい。頂上の気温5度、風が強く厚着がよいかも
頂上でのソフトクリ-ムはおいしかった。
札幌中央のバスガイドさんは、凄く親切で良かった。
洞爺湖の昼食【湖畔亭】は豪華の内容でおいしかった。
たいへん楽しい旅行でした。

Due to the conditions of the waves the day before, we were informed that it was possible to change to a half-day canoe and trekking tour (7,000 yen per person). After considering it, I got back to them. When I followed up, I was told that caving was also available, so I requested that tour, but there was no explanation about the pricing at that time, and after the tour, I was charged 12,000 yen per person. I had the understanding that it would be around 7,000 yen, so I would have appreciated a clear explanation if there was a change in the price.

Additionally, after being informed that we could not land on Barasu Island, I booked another tour company, and we were able to land on Barasu Island and go snorkeling.

The introduction to the creatures during the cave exploration and canoeing, as well as the information about Iriomote Island, was very interesting and enjoyable. However, on the day of the tour, there were many people, and I was unsure where to wait for photos in narrow spaces. While taking pictures as we progressed in the canoe, there were times when we got stuck and were bumped from behind, so I would have liked clearer instructions and guidance. I was told that the hotel pick-up time was 16:30, but we actually arrived around 17:15.

We waited for the shower for the same group going to the port, and after being taken to the port, we were then taken back to the hotel. Since I had other plans afterward, I would have appreciated it if the staff, who were numerous at the office, could have taken that into consideration in case of significant changes.

前日に波等の関係でバラス島へ上陸できない為、半日のカヌー&トレッキングツアー(1人7,000円)の変更は可能とのご連絡があり、一度検討し折り返しをいたしました。
折り返しした際、ケイビングもできるとのお話でそちらのツアーをお願いしましたがその際料金についての説明はなく、ツアー後1人12,000円を請求されました。7,000円程度実施できるとの認識だった為、料金変更が場合はしっかり説明頂きたかったです。
また、バラス島上陸できない旨の連絡があった後別のツアー会社を予約したところしバラス島への上陸、シュノーケリングの実施ができました。

洞窟探検、カヌー時に生き物の紹介や西表島の紹介をして頂けた点はとても面白く楽しかったですが、当日のツアーも人数が多く、狭い場所での写真撮影はどこで待ってたら良いのか、カヌーで進みながら写真を撮る際にに後ろがつっかえて後ろから突っ込まれたりとしたのでしっかり指示、案内をして頂きたかったのと、ホテル送迎時刻を16:30と伝えられていたが実際到着したのは17:15頃でした。
同じグループの港行きのシャワーを待ち、港に送迎後ホテルに送迎され、
その後の予定もあったので大幅に変更になる際は事務所に多数のスタッフもいた為、ご配慮頂けたら嬉しかったです。

CA was very friendly and had a soft expression. They answered many questions from the participants. It feels like a satisfying journey, as if you are on a plane.

I made a reservation about two days before the travel date, but I’m really glad I was able to participate under a perfect starry sky. I would like to join again when I come back to Miyako Island.

The captain's talk was interesting, and the 90 minutes flew by! My Swiss husband enjoyed it as well. If you have an early dinner while strolling through Chinatown, it's a great option for a day trip from Tokyo. I’m glad I participated; thank you!

船長さんのお話も面白くあっという間の90分でした！スイス人の旦那も楽しめました。中華街で早めに食べ歩きの夕食を取れば、東京からも日帰りで行けるし、オススメです。

Yakushima is said to have a lot of rain, but the weather was just right and we were blessed with great conditions for trekking. I was a bit worried about my stamina, but our guide was a 72-year-old veteran who has been there thousands of times. He managed the pace well and explained the mountains with humor, which made the 10-hour trek enjoyable. Thanks to that, I want to go back again.

雨が多いと言われている屋久島ですが、気候もちょうど良く好天に恵まれて、最高のトレッキング日和でした。
体力が少し心配だったけど、ガイドさんは72歳の何千回も来ていると言う大ベテランの方で、キチンとペース配分もしてくれるし、冗談を交えながら山の説明をしていただいたおかげで、10時間楽しくトレッキング出来ました。
おかげで、また行ってみたくなりました。

First of all, thank you to the crew and the guide for your hard work throughout the day. I made my reservation online, so I had the front seat on the left side of the bus. Originally, I was supposed to travel with my wife, but she passed away last year, and I ended up on this solo trip. However, thanks to the cheerful guide and the skilled driver, it turned out to be a wonderful day. The lunch we had was also very delicious. I plan to visit Sapporo in January for a winter trip. I hope there will be a winter bus tour available, but I wonder if your company offers one? I think I will be relying on you again, so thank you in advance. I sincerely wish for the continued success of your company. Lastly, I had a great time on this tour.

座席も左側の一番前でした。本来なら妻と一緒に
