I was able to efficiently see the streets of Osaka while listening to the guide's explanations. It was a scorching day with temperatures above 35℃, but we felt a bit cooler as we traveled with mist being sprayed.

ガイドさんの説明を聞きながら効率よく大阪の街を観ることができました。その日は気温35℃以上の猛暑でしたが、ミストを出しながら走行したので、少しは涼しく感じました。

The weather was clear, and the sea from Cape Kamoi was a beautiful blue (Shakotan Blue). The path to the cape has some ups and downs, so wear comfortable shoes. Don't forget to bring water and a towel.

快晴で、神威岬からの海がとても綺麗な青(積丹ブルー)でした。岬までの道はそこそこ起伏があるので、歩きやすい靴で。水分とタオルもお忘れなく。

I took an underwater observation boat at Lake Shikotsu, but unfortunately, the weather was bad and the visibility was poor, so I enjoyed the scenery from the deck. However, just before the boat arrived at the pier, I was miraculously able to see the stunning Shikotsu Blue and many Ezo chub, which was moving. At Lake Toya, I enjoyed a leisurely stroll. I rode an engine-powered swan boat and was able to spend time on the lake while feeling the breeze. The mushroom soup I had in the Mushroom Kingdom was the best, and I was able to buy a lot of mushroom souvenirs. I went up to the summit via the Usuzan Ropeway and was able to admire the magnificent nature.

The scenery was wonderful, but equally impressive was the thoughtful care of our guide. The guide and driver from Chuo Bus worked seamlessly together, providing accurate guidance and advice at key points. I especially felt that the guide was a true professional in hospitality. Thanks to these two, this bus tour became my most unforgettable memory of Hokkaido.

If I visit Hokkaido again, I would like to use Chuo Bus's bus tour again.

　支笏湖では水中展望船に乗りましたが、あいにくの天気で透明度が悪く、デッキでの風景を楽しみました。でも、船が桟橋に着く直前には、奇跡的にも支笏湖ブルーと多くのエゾウグイを見ることができ感動しました。洞爺湖では、自由散策を楽しみました。エンジン付きのスワンボートに乗り、湖上の風を感じながら、湖で過ごすことができました。キノコ王国で食べたキノコ汁は最高で、キノコのお土産もたくさん購入できました。有珠山ロープウェイで山頂まであがり、雄大な自然を眺めることができました。
　景色も素晴らしかったですが、それに劣らず素晴らしかったのはガイドさんの細やかな心遣いです。中央バスのガイドさんと運転手さんは息もぴったりで、要所要所で的確な案内とアドバイスをしてくださいました。特にガイドさんは、ホスピタリティーのプロだと実感しました。この二人のおかげで、このバスツアーが忘れられない北海道の一番の思い出となりました。
　もしまた北海道を訪れることがあれば、また中央バスのバスツアーを使いたいと思います。

I participated in the Stargazing Jungle Night Tour this time. First of all, the staff who guided us were bright and approachable, and they were very kind, allowing us to have a truly fulfilling time! As for the tour, both the starry sky and the jungle wildlife were in the best condition. We not only saw a sky full of stars but also shooting stars and the Milky Way for the first time in my life. The wildlife included a big hermit crab, sea snakes, and island-specific insects, all of which I saw for the first time! If I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to sign up!

今回、星空ジャングルナイトツアーに参加させてもらいました。まず案内していただいたスタッフさんが、明るく接しやすい方で、非常に親切に接していただき、非常に充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ツアーに関しても、星空もジャングルの野生動物もベストなコンディションで、満点の星空はもちろんのこと、流れ星や人生初の天の川まで見れ、野生動物ではビッグサイズなヤドカリ、ウミヘビ、島特有サイズの虫など人生初で見れたものばかりでした！また石垣島へ訪れる機会がありましたら、ぜひ申し込みたいと思います！

The staff's response over the phone and the person who arranged the rental of hiking boots were very helpful. However, the guide was quite unfriendly, and as we were walking on a slippery mountain path in heavy rain, he kept moving forward without looking back, which made me very anxious. I was scheduled to participate in a 1.5-day tour, but while trying to keep up quickly, I twisted my ankle and had to cancel my participation the next day. Additionally, there was a foreign participant who didn't understand or speak Japanese, and I felt it was inconsiderate to ask them to relay messages from the back. When I contacted to cancel, the person who was supposed to guide us on the second day was very accommodating. I think there was a mismatch in compatibility with the guides, which was very disappointing.

スタッフの方の電話での対応や、登山靴等のレンタルを手配してくれる方はとても対応がよかったです。
しかし、ガイドの方がとても無愛想で大雨で滑りやすい山道を後ろも振り返らずにどんどん進んでいくのでとても不安でした。
1.5日のツアー参加予定でしたが、急いで着いて行く際に足を捻ってしまい翌日は参加キャンセルしました。
また、参加者に外国の方がいて日本語がわからない、話せないのに後ろに伝言してくださいと言うのも配慮が足りないように感じました。
キャンセル連絡した際に、2日目にガイドしてくれる予定だった方はとても対応がよく、ガイドさんとの相性や当たり外れがあったのだと思いますがとても残念でした。

Regarding the payment for the options, it was a bit hectic at the reception. Please make sure to indicate that the option fees have been paid on the voucher.

The bus tour had the best bus guide!! We made a stop at Olive Park, and the guide was very attentive and had a great singing voice. Thank you to the guide and the driver for the wonderful memories!

オリーブ公園で途中下車しましたが、いろいろ気配りもあり、歌も上手でした。

I received a notice to gather by 6:30 PM, so I went to the reception around 6:15 PM and found out I was the first to arrive. I was grateful for the luck of being able to choose my favorite seat since that determined the boarding order.

Ultimately, we were to regroup 15 minutes before boarding, so I spent about 20 minutes exploring the rooftop plaza at Osanbashi, where I was able to capture beautiful night views of the Minato Mirai 21 area, making it a meaningful experience.

At 6:45 PM, there was an explanation for the night view cruise, and due to COVID-19 prevention measures, we were required to wear masks and life jackets before boarding.

The boat was not a typical sightseeing vessel; it was repurposed from being used for transporting construction workers related to Haneda Airport after many years of service. Because of this, it could achieve a much higher speed than regular sightseeing boats, allowing us to efficiently visit various night view photography spots.

The captain provided a detailed explanation about the company name, factory, and its history, and at the photography points, he appropriately stopped the boat, allowing us to take pictures from our seats or move to the front deck, enabling me to capture satisfactory photos.

On the water, the wind was strong, so even with a long-sleeve shirt, it felt cold, and I realized a windbreaker would have been necessary.

18時半までに集合の案内が有ったので、18時15分頃受け付けに行った結果1番乗りと判明、それが乗船順と分かり好きな座席が選べる幸運に感謝です。
最終的に乗船15分前に再集合ということで、20分程大さん橋の屋上広場見学に行き、みなとみらい21地区の夜景が奇麗に撮れて有意義に過ごせました。

18時45分から夜景クルーズの説明があり、新型コロナ感染防止でのマスク着用と安全面からライフジャケット着用後乗船開始。

船は通常の観光船ではなく羽田空港工事関係者（作業者）輸送用で長年使われた後に工事終了に伴って夜景クルーズに転用した船なので、いわゆる観光船よりかなりの高速が出せる為効率よく夜景撮影ポイントを廻ってもらえた。

船長が会社名と工場名や歴史等かなり詳しい説明があり、撮影ポイントでは適切に停船して座席からの撮影や前側のデッキへ移動させてくれるので、自分なりに納得できる写真が撮れました。

海上では風が強いので用意していた長袖でも寒いくらいで、ウィンドブレーカーが必要と感じました。

Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya are beautiful, although the wind was a bit strong and the sightseeing boat was canceled, which was a little disappointing. Fortunately, the ropeway was operating safely.

支笏湖と洞爺湖は綺麗で、風はちょっと強くて、遊覧船は欠航で、ちょっと残念でした。幸いロープウェイは無事運行中。

Honestly, I was a bit anxious about the long trek, but I was truly impressed by it. They also taught us how to cool down, and I was guided by a very good guide, which made me very satisfied.

正直長時間のトレッキングに不安もありましたが、とても良いもので感動しました。クールダウンの方法も教えてくださり、とても良いガイドさんに案内していただき大変満足しております。

Since there were no other participants, I was able to join in a private session, and I really enjoyed the driver's thorough explanations and the charm of Yakushima!

他に参加者がいなかったため、貸切で参加させていただきましたがドライバーさんの丁寧な説明と屋久島の魅力を教えていただきとっても楽しめました！

On Kouri Island, you'll have time to explore the beach, so bringing beach sandals and a towel will enhance your experience. Since you'll be outside for a long time and the sun is strong, I recommend being well-prepared for sun protection in September. The bus is cool and comfortable, and the attention to infection control measures like social distancing makes it a安心 experience.

古宇利島ではビーチ散策の時間があるため、ビーチサンダルやタオルを持参すれば、より楽しめます。外にいる時間が長く、日差しが強かったので、９月は日焼け対策を万全にすることをおすすめします。
バスの中は涼しく快適で、ソーシャルディスタンス等の感染症対策への気遣いもあり安心して過ごせます。

I have been to Kyoto many times, but this was my first trip to Nara, so I decided to use this service. As a result, it was a great choice. It was very good. I highly recommend it! I think the three sightseeing spots are close to each other, but traveling by bus was efficient and comfortable. Above all, our guide, Ichiki, was amazing. He provided a wealth of information in a fun and easy-to-understand way, occasionally adding interesting trivia, and his friendly personality naturally brought smiles to our faces. When I go to Nara again, I would like to use a different course with you.

京都は何度も行きましたが、奈良旅行は初めてでしたので、こちらを利用させていただきました。

3つの見学地は近距離だと思いますが、バスでの移動は効率的かつ快適でした。

Thank you, Mr. Suzuki, for guiding us in the heat. It was a truly memorable trip! The stories about the deer in Nara and the gods were all very interesting. I bought the recommended Baumkuchen as a souvenir from the hotel. I also enjoyed some Chinese cuisine. The guidance was excellent! I had a great time. I look forward to visiting Nara again!

I understand that there are time constraints, but it was quite a fast pace. It's a shame I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy nature, but I did feel a sense of accomplishment.

時間の制限があるので仕方ないことだとは思うのですが、なかなかのハイペース。
自然を楽しむ余裕がなかったのが残念ですが達成感はありました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but the members were great, and we had a lot of fun climbing! However, since it was my first trekking experience, I'm still dealing with quite a bit of muscle soreness... haha.

あいにくの雨でしたが、メンバーもよく、楽しく登れました！
ただ、初めてのトレッキングだったので、だいぶ筋肉痛が抜けません…笑

The active flight attendants provided explanations and answered questions with a sense of reassurance, warmth, and bright energy! In the area where the flight attendants were conducting emergency training, they shared specific responses to real-life situations involving medical emergencies on board, which added a sense of realism.

I felt that our flight was being kept safe and secure by everyone who trained here.

I also think the sense of the original merchandise is quite good, so I recommend checking it out.

CAさん達が救命救急の訓練をやっていたエリアでは、実際に機内で急病人が発生したときの具体的な対応をお話くださいましてリアリティーがありました。

I would like to thank the three colleagues from work for their support following our Jomon Sugi trekking the day before. Thanks to the ice bath icing method you taught us, I was able to challenge the Shiratani Unsuikyo without much muscle pain. Although it was raining, the moss was well-hydrated, creating a very magical atmosphere in the mossy forest.

We left our backpacks behind to make the ascent to Taiko Rock. It was a slightly steep path that required the use of both hands, but the view from the top of Taiko Rock was wonderful, allowing us to overlook the surroundings. The rain that had been falling stopped, and the fog cleared, so we could fully enjoy the grand panorama. The magnificent scenery is a reward for those who have worked hard to climb.

There was a moment when the sole of my shoe almost came off, but thanks to the quick fix with tape by our guide, Mr. Muramatsu, I felt reassured. Thanks to you, I had a very fulfilling and enjoyable time over the two days. Thank you very much.

職場の仲間３人で、前日の縄文杉トレッキングに引続きお世話になりました。
前日教えていただいた水風呂アイシング方法のおかげで、大した筋肉痛もなく白谷雲水峡に挑むことができました。
雨降りでしたが、そのおかげで苔も潤って、苔むす森はとても幻想的な空間が広がっていました。
太鼓岩へは一旦ザックを置いてアタック。
両手を使いながら登る少し険しい道でしたが、頂上の太鼓岩は辺りを一望できる素敵な場所で、それまで降っていた雨も止んで霧も晴れたので大パノラマを堪能できました。
壮大な景色は頑張って登った人へのご褒美ですね。
途中、靴底が取れそうになるハプニングもありましたが、テーピングで応急処置をしてくださりガイドの村松さんの頼もしさを実感しました。
おかげさまで２日間とても充実した楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I participated with three colleagues from work. It was a long journey of 10 hours round trip, but thanks to our guides, Mr. Muramatsu and Mr. Konaka, we had a great time trekking. The climb after passing the trolley path was quite tough with all the stairs, but I was moved by the Jomon Sugi after reaching the top! The rain came and went, creating a very mystical atmosphere with the fog, which made all the fatigue disappear. It's definitely worth walking 22 kilometers! Mr. Muramatsu's stamina to surf after the Jomon Sugi trekking is truly impressive! I would recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Yakushima. Thank you very much.

往復10時間という長い道のりでしたが、ガイドの村松さん、小仲さんのおかげで楽しくトレッキングできました。
トロッコ道を過ぎてからの登山は階段がけっこう辛かったですが、登りきった後の縄文杉に感動！
雨が降ったり止んだりだったこともあり、霧がかかってとても神秘的で、疲れが一気に吹き飛びました。
22キロ歩く価値アリです！
縄文杉トレッキングの後にサーフィンできる村松さんの体力も頼もしすぎます！
周りに屋久島行く人がいればお薦めしたいツアーでした。

The highlight of my sightseeing in Sapporo was the Okurayama Ski Jump Lift. I rode the lift with my nearly three-year-old grandson, and three male staff members kindly assisted him with getting on the lift, which made him feel safe. The view of Sapporo from the lift was fantastic, and the weather was great, making it a wonderful experience. I would like to express my gratitude to our bus guide, Mr. Higashi, for his kindness and attentive service.

札幌市内観光のハイライトは大倉山スキー場ジャンプリフトでした。
もうすぐ3歳になる孫と2人でリフトに乗りましたが、補助の男性3人がかりで優しく孫のリフト搭乗をサポートして下さり、孫も安心して乗ることができました。
リフトから札幌市内が眺望できて、天気も良かったので、すごくステキでした。
バスガイドの東さんがとても親切で丁寧にご対応下さり、感謝申し上げます。

I was really glad that I could be taken to the places I wanted to go on the tour since I’m not confident in driving. The Okashi Goten is also located on Kokusai Street, so I thought it would be nice to visit other shops as well. It rained a little, but we were able to see beautiful scenery when it cleared up. I think the time allocation was just right. They also had thorough infection control measures in place, so I felt safe and enjoyed myself. There were no traffic jams, and everyone kept to the meeting times, so we were able to stick to the schedule. I would like to use this service again.

運転に自信がないので、ツアーで行きたい所に連れて行ってもらえて、とても良かったです。
御菓子御殿は、国際通りなどにもあるので、他のお店だと良いと思いました。
少し雨も降りましたが、晴れて綺麗な景色が見れました。
時間配分もちょうど良いと思います。
感染対策もしっかりされていたので、安心して楽しめました。
渋滞などもせず、皆さん集合時間も守っていて、時間通りに回れました。
また利用したいです。

During the hike, the guide shared a lot about the history of Yakushima and knowledge about Yakusugi, which was very educational. It had been a while since I last hiked, and it was quite tough, but the sense of accomplishment was incredible!

登山中ガイドさんが屋久島の歴史や屋久杉の知識などをお話くださりとても勉強になりました。
久しぶりの登山で結構しんどかったですが、達成感は半端ないです！

I signed up because there was a shuttle service. I was satisfied with the tour itself, but I was very disappointed when I was left behind at the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal during the return shuttle due to a bathroom stop.

On the day of the tour, I was picked up at my hotel and checked in at the counter at Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal, where I received multiple tickets. After that, we moved to the boat and traveled to Iriomote Island. Once we arrived at Iriomote Island, we took a bus to the mangrove cruise boat, and then again took a bus to the water buffalo cart boarding area. We traveled to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart and had free time (lunch was provided, so we moved to the restaurant within the allotted time to eat) to explore the island. After that, we returned to the water buffalo cart, switched from the bus to the boat, and moved to Taketomi Island. On Taketomi Island, we drove around the island in a water buffalo cart and then had free time. Since we basically moved around on our own, I was able to quickly buy souvenirs at various places, so I was satisfied with the tour content.

What was disappointing was that when I returned from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal, I had to stop by the bathroom due to feeling unwell, and when I returned to the tour counter, I was told that the shuttle had already finished. I had to pay for a taxi back to the hotel. When I was picked up at the hotel, I received a call, and at the departure counter, I was told they would wait until we returned to the counter after the tour, so I really wished they had at least confirmed by phone. I was satisfied with the tour itself, but I was very disappointed at the end.

送迎ありだったので申し込みました。
ツアー自体は満足でしたが、帰りの送迎でトイレ立ち寄りの間に出発され石垣港離島ターミナルに置き去りにされたためそこだけ非常に残念でした。
当日はホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、石垣港離島ターミナルのカウンターで受付し複数枚チケットを受け取りました。その後各々で船に移動し、西表島まで船で移動しました。西表島についてからは各々でバスに乗りマングローブ遊覧船に移動し、その後再びバスで水牛車乗り場に移動。水牛車で由布島に移動し自由時間（昼食は用意されているので各々で時間内にレストランに移動して食べる）で島を散策、その後再び水牛車に戻り、バスから船に乗り換え竹富島に移動しました。竹富島では水牛車で島をドライブして、その後自由時間でした。移動は基本的に自分たちで移動するため、各所でささっとお土産を買って移動できたので、ツアー内容は満足でした。
残念だったのは竹富島から石垣港離島ターミナルに戻った際、体調を崩したためトイレに立ち寄ってからツアーカウンターに戻ったところ、すでに送迎は終わったと言われ、自腹でタクシーでホテルまで戻りました。ホテルに迎えにきていただいた際は電話があったのと、出発時のカウンターではツアー後カウンターに戻ってくるまで待っていますと言われたこともあり、せめて電話確認していただきたかったです。
ツアー自体は満足でしたが最後でとてもがっかりしました。

At places like Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill, even tourists without a car can efficiently visit the attractions. The audio guide consists of recorded content, so if you don't want to listen, it's fine to remove your earphones. It was great that you can cover the key points in a short amount of time.

大倉山ジャンプ場や羊ヶ丘展望台のように、車がない観光客でも効率的に観光地を回ることができます。
音声ガイドは録音している内容ですので、聞きたくない場合はイヤホンを外していてもOKです。
短時間でポイントとなる部分を回れるのでかなり良かったです。

This is a bus tour around Yakushima guided by a local driver who loves the island.

The explanations were clear and thorough, and I could really feel the spirit of Yakushima. At Seibu Forest Road, I was able to see the Yakuzaru and Yakushima deer.

I participated in the morning tour only, but it was just right to end with the beautiful sea and beach after trekking through Shiratani Unsuikyo and Jomon Sugi.

地元の屋久島ラブな運転手兼ガイドさんが案内してくれるぐるっと屋久島を巡れるバスツアーです。

説明もわかりやすく丁寧、更に屋久島スピリットも感じました。西武林道では、やくざる、やくしかも見ることができました。

午前中だけのツアー参加でしたが、白谷雲水峡、縄文杉トレッキング後のため、綺麗な海や浜で終わるのがちょうどよかったです。

On the last day of my trip to Yakushima, my return flight was after 2 PM, so I took advantage of a half-day tour in the morning. It was great to visit places that I wouldn't have been able to cover on my own. The driver's explanations were very interesting and informative, making for an enjoyable time! I also appreciated that they took photos for me, which was a nice touch for a solo traveler. Fortunately, the weather was good, and everywhere I went had stunning views. I was able to see many monkeys and deer along the Western Forest Road, creating wonderful memories. I highly recommend this for any free time or after a tiring day of hiking!

屋久島旅行の最終日、帰りの飛行機が14時過ぎだったので午前中の半日コースを利用しました。
なかなか自分では回りきれない場所をまとめて行けるのでとても良かったです。
運転手さんの説明もとても面白く、ためになる内容ばかりで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！写真も撮っていただけるのもひとり旅には嬉しかったです。
幸い天気も良く、どこに行っても素晴らしい景色で、西部林道ではサルもシカもたくさん見ることができ素敵な思い出になりました☆
空いた時間や登山で疲れた翌日などにオススメです！

My first time in Yakushima, and since the Jomon Sugi was quite a hard trek, I took the Yakuzaru bus for a round trip.

By chance, there were only five of us in a ten-seater vehicle, and we were able to capture some great shots of the dancing deer.

I also got to see waterfalls, banyan trees, Yakuzaru monkeys, and Yakujika deer. At Yakusugi Land, I saw and touched the ancient cedar trees and took photos… is it about half the size of Jomon Sugi? I heard that you can only see Jomon Sugi from 20 meters away, but this place was even better.

There were various shapes of cedar trees, like the Edo period stump, the tunnel cedar, the twin cedar, and the Buddha cedar, all surrounded by beautiful moss, making for a leisurely and enjoyable stroll.

The guide was also a fun person, providing detailed explanations and guidance, making it a fantastic trip.

初めての屋久島、縄文杉はハード高いので、ヤクザル号で一周して来ました、
たまたまなのか？　10人乗りの位の車に5人参加、しっかりとデスダンス取れてました、

滝、ガジュマル、ヤクザル、ヤクジカにも会えました
ヤクスギランドでは紀元杉を見て、触って、写真も撮り…縄文杉の半分位？とか？　
縄文杉は20m離れてしか見れないと聞きましたがこちらの方が最高、
江戸時代の切り株とか、くぐり杉、双子杉、仏陀杉〜色々な形の杉が　綺麗な苔も有り　ゆっくりと散策出来て楽しかったです

ガイドさんも楽しい方で、丁寧な説明、案内、最高の旅が出来ました

The rental items were smelly, worn out, and old. The rental items from other participants were not this old. On top of that, the rain gear smelled as soon as I opened it. I really wish it was better. Honestly, it deserves ★1, but the elderly guide was wonderful, so I’m giving it ★5 as a special exception. You should rent items separately.

レンタル品は臭いしボロいし古い。
他の参加者のレンタル品はここまで古くなかった。おまけにレインウェアは開けた瞬間臭い。勘弁してほしい。本当は★1だが高齢のガイドさんが素晴らしかったので特別に★5です。レンタル品は別で借りるべき。

The tour lasted a little over six hours, but both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant. I was able to hear various recommended spots and little tips during the bus ride, which kept me entertained throughout. Thank you very much.

ツアー時間６時間ちょっとでしたが、添乗員さんも運転手さんもとても感じのいい方で、バスの中では色々なおすすめスポットやプチ情報が聞けて、終始楽しませてくれました。ありがとうございました。

The captain shared interesting trivia and stories featured on television, keeping us engaged throughout the trip. At the filming spots, he slowed down or stopped the boat, allowing us to take our time to observe. It was a valuable experience to see the unsung heroes behind the scenes that we usually don't get to see.

船長さんが豆知識やテレビで取り上げられた話など終始飽きさせような話をしてくれたり、撮影スポットでは減速や停止をしてくれ、じっくり見学できます。普段見えない縁の下の力持ち達を見る貴重な経験になりました。

Thank you very much for your help. Since the driver was a woman, it was really meaningful that she understood where I wanted to go without me having to explain. The weather was too nice and hot, and I would love to repeat this in the fall.
