My first visit to Shirakawa-go. It was easily accessible from Kanazawa and offered great value for money.
The explanations during the drive made the scenery much more enjoyable and were very educational.
In Shirakawa-go, the prior explanations allowed for a comprehensive understanding, making it easy to explore without wasting time.
The breathtaking photo spots and highlights were wonderful experiences that you can't have on a personal trip.
This tour, which includes lunch and a rice cracker baking experience at a reasonable price, comes highly recommended.
The lush summer scenery of Shirakawa-go was also very nice. I would love to participate again in a different season.

初の白川郷。金沢から気軽に行けてコスパも最高でした。
車中での説明は、見る景色が数倍楽しくとても勉強になりました。
白川郷では、事前に説明してくださったので、全体的な把握ができて無駄なく巡る事ができました。
写真の絶景スポットや見どころは、個人旅行では体験できない素晴らしいものでした。
昼食、おせんべい焼き体験付きでリーズンブルなこのツアーは大変おすすめです。
緑深い夏の白川郷もとても良かったですよ。季節を変えてまた参加したいです。

We kayaked up and down the Miyara River. My spouse and I participated, and thanks to the wonderful personality of our guide, we were able to enjoy a great atmosphere with the other participants. It wasn't just their personality; they also had a wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions about what we saw perfectly. I was truly impressed. After the experience, they also introduced us to recommended gourmet spots on Ishigaki Island, and I appreciated hearing the subjective opinions of a local resident. I hope to meet them again somewhere! 😊

宮良川をカヤックで登って、下りました。
夫婦2人で参加しましたが、ガイドさんの人柄の良さのおかげで、他の参加メンバーとも良い雰囲気の中で過ごすことができました。もちろん人柄だけではなく、色々な知識を有していて、目にしたものについての質問は完璧に応えてくれました。感服です。体験後には石垣島のおススメグルメも紹介してくれて、島の住人の主観的な意見を聞けたのも良かったと感じました。またどこかでお会いしたいです(^^)

It was a busy day with a tight schedule, but I think the cost performance was excellent. Pineapple Park exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I got caught in an accident-related traffic jam and couldn't stop by the roadside station, but I was able to return to the hotel as planned and made it in time for the reserved meal, which was great.

タイトなスケジュールで慌ただしい1日でしたが、コストパフォーマンスは最高だと思います。パイナップルパークは期待以上でした。残念ながら事故渋滞に巻き込まれ、道の駅に立ち寄る事はできませんでしたが、予定通りホテルに戻る事ができ、予約していた食事に間に合ったのでよかったです。

It was a more interesting facility than I expected. I was able to have a great time. I definitely want to participate again.

We participated with two adults and a 4-year-old child. We were very satisfied as we could see not only the coconut crabs but also many other creatures, along with a beautiful starry sky. The guide was very curious and considerate of our lively child, which was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time. This tour is highly recommended. Thank you very much.

During the tour, our return ferry was canceled due to a typhoon, and we had to rush to the airport. However, the driver was very attentive and helped us out a lot! The conversations were interesting and enjoyable, and I’m really glad I participated! I also had many encounters with deer and other wildlife, which became great memories. Thank you very much!

ツアー中、台風で帰りの船が欠航になり、急遽空港へ向かわないといけなくなったのですが、ドライバーさんかなり親身に色々対応していただき本当に助かりました！！お話も面白くて楽しく、本当に参加して良かったです！やくざる、やくシカにもたくさん出会えて良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

The tour was packed and very satisfying. My daughter was especially happy with the visit to Shiroi Koibito and was very pleased. We were able to learn various trivia during the ride, which was also enjoyable. I occasionally dozed off, but that's the charm of a bus tour.

ギュッと濃く詰まったツアーで満足度高し。娘は白い恋人見学が特に良かったと大満足。乗車中も色んな豆知識を得ることが出来てこれまた楽し。時折うたた寝もしてしまいましたがそれこそバスツアーの良さ。

My girlfriend and I traveled to Miyako Island.
On the second day, we decided to enjoy marine activities!
In the morning, we went snorkeling at Shinjo Beach to see her long-awaited sea turtles. The weather was perfect, and as we swam with our guide in the crystal-clear waters, we spotted a sea turtle in just a few minutes! Our guide took many photos with a GoPro. Luckily, we were able to see about three sea turtles at the same time! After that, we were introduced to the cute fish living in the coral reefs, which made us very satisfied.
In the afternoon, we moved to Ingyamarine Beach and experienced SUP for the first time in our lives! The feeling of being rocked by the waves and feeling the wind was amazing, and the time spent swaying on the board was the best. I would love to try yoga someday as well!
At one point, I was worried about the approaching typhoon, but fortunately, we were able to fully enjoy the marine activities. I am truly grateful to our very kind guide.

彼女と2人で宮古島旅行へ。
2日目にマリンアクティビティを楽しむことに！
午前中は彼女の念願のウミガメを見るべく、新城海岸でシュノーケリングへ。天気にも恵まれ透明感抜群の海のなかガイドさんについて泳いでいると、ものの数分でウミガメを発見！ガイドさんのgo proで沢山写真を撮影していただきました。ラッキーなことに3匹くらい同時にウミガメをみることができました♪その後もサンゴ礁に生息する可愛いお魚さんたちを紹介していただき大満足でした。
午後はインギャーマリンビーチに場所を変更して人生初のSUPを体験しました！波にゆられて風を感じる気持ちよさは抜群で、ボードの上でゆらゆらとゆれている時間は最高でした。またいつかヨガに挑戦してみたいと思います！
台風の接近で一時はどうなるかと思いましたが、運良くマリンアクティビティを満喫することができました。とても親切なガイドさんに心から感謝です。

The drop-off locations were Hokkaido Jingu, Okurayama Jump Stadium, Shiroi Koibito Park, and the Outer Market, totaling four spots. The duration of stay at each location was approximately 20 minutes, 1 hour, 30 minutes, and 1 hour, respectively. At Hokkaido Jingu and Shiroi Koibito Park, we barely had enough time to see everything, but at Okurayama, we could take the lift to the top of the jump hill, and at the Outer Market, we were able to have a meal. In terms of location evaluation, the view from Okurayama was wonderful. Shiroi Koibito Park was quite crowded since it was a Sunday. The Outer Market gave the impression of being just an ordinary street, rather than what you might see in a guidebook.

降車場所は、北海道神宮、大倉山ジャンプ競技場、白い恋人パーク、場外市場の4か所でした。それぞれの滞在時間は、順に20分、1時間、30分、1時間程度でした。北海道神宮と白い恋人パークは一通り見るだけでせいいっぱいでしたが、大倉山はリフトでジャンプ台頂上まで行けますし、場外市場では食事ができました。場所の評価としては、大倉山の景色がすばらしかったです。白い恋人パークは日曜だったこともあり、かなり混雑していました。場外市場は、ガイドブックで見るより、普通の通りという印象を受けました。

We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful time. Since I don't have a driver's license, I made a reservation. We were taken to a must-visit tourist spot if you're heading to the Churaumi area. The admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, making it a great deal. Due to the impact of COVID-19, eating on the bus was not allowed during our participation (drinks were okay). Therefore, considering the snack time at the location, the time spent at places other than the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village was a bit short, so I would have appreciated a little more time. I was happy that we could disband at the American Village since we were staying at a hotel there. If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate again!

天候にも恵まれ、無事に楽しませていただきました。
運転免許を持っていないため、予約しました。
美ら海方面に行くならここは外せない、という観光スポットに連れて行っていただきました。美ら海水族館の入場料金が入っているので大変お得でした。
コロナの影響もあり、私たちが参加した際は、バス内での食事はNGでした(飲み物はOK)。
そのため、現地での軽食時間を考えると、美ら海水族館とアメリカンビレッジ以外の滞在時間が少し短かったので、もう少し長くとってもらえると嬉しかったです。
アメリカンビレッジのホテル宿泊だったため、アメリカンビレッジにて現地解散できたのはうれしかったです。
機会があれば、また参加させていただきます！

I was concerned about the cleanliness of the participants from overseas. Many guests did not return to the bus by the designated meeting time. The cafeteria recommended by the guide for lunch was not great. I don't think the hand spray we use every time we get on the bus is an alcohol-based disinfectant. The air conditioning on the large bus does not turn on until five minutes before departure, and the windows do not open, so I believe the ventilation is extremely poor.

海外からの参加者が複数いて、その方たちの清潔度が気になりました。
参加者の方の集合時間までに、バスに戻らないお客さんが多数いました。
ガイドさんがお勧めした、ランチで利用した食堂はいまいちでした。
バスに乗るたびに使用している、ハンドスプレイはアルコール系消毒スプレーではないと思いました。
大型バスも、出発する5分前にならないと冷房がつかず、窓も開かないので、換気は極めて悪いと思います。

I was worried about what would happen since a typhoon was approaching, but on the day of the tour, it was incredibly sunny!
Mangrove cruise → rode a water buffalo to Yufu Island → had lunch → moved to Taketomi Island → rented bikes and toured the key spots on the island. I even dipped my feet in the sea at Kondoi Beach. We had some extra time, so we enjoyed cocktails at a café. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience, and I was very satisfied.
I think 15,000 yen is an excellent value for this!

台風が近づいてきたのでどうなるかと思いましたが、ツアー当日はめちゃ晴れ！
マングローブクルーズ→水牛乗って由布島へ移動→ランチ食べて→竹富島移動→レンタル借りて島の要所を見学。コンドイビーチで足まで海に浸かったり。少し時間も余ったのでカフェでカクテル飲んで全体的に充実していて大満足。
これで15000円はコスパ抜群だと思います！

The soft serve ice cream at the service area on the way there was delicious.
The bus arrives at the east entrance of Asahiyama Zoo (on the mountain), and it might have been better to have lunch at the restaurant there before entering the zoo (since there are many menu options).
The return bus also departs from the east entrance, so you will go down the slope after looking from above and then climb back up to return (comfortable walking shoes are a must).
The action exhibits were full of highlights throughout the park.
As seen on TV, the spotted seals were swimming inside the tube.
During the munching time, the zookeeper also explains about the animals.
At the oasis where we took a break on the way back, we received discount coupons from the guide (not usable at Kitakaro). You can get a discount by presenting it before payment, but they won't accommodate you if you show it later, so don't forget to present it.
We were the only couple participating on a weekday after summer vacation (the description stated that the tour would proceed with just one person, and it was true).
The driver was safe and calm, and the guide provided thorough explanations from the bus window, making it a very nice tour.

バスの到着は旭山動物園の東口（山の上）昼食とるならここにあるレストランで済ませてから入園するほうがよかったかな（メニューが多いので）
帰りのバスも東口から乗車なので上から見て坂道をくだり、また上って帰ることになります（歩きやすい靴必須です）
行動展示で園内は見どころ満載でした。
テレビでみた通りゴマフアザラシが筒の中泳いでました。
もぐもぐタイムには飼育員さんが動物の説明もしてくれます。
帰りの休憩するオアシスではガイドさんから割引券がもらえます（北菓楼閣では使えない）。会計前に提示で割引してもらえますが後から出しても対応してもらえないので忘れす提示しないとです。
夏休み明けのウイークデーで参加は夫婦2人だけでした（説明文に催行1名様とありましたが偽り無しです）
ドライバーさんは安全運転で穏やかな方でしたし、ガイドさんも車窓の案内も丁寧でとてもいいツアーでした。

Churaumi Aquarium was even more wonderful than I imagined. I was captivated by the whale sharks and missed the dolphin show. There wasn't enough time (-_-;)
American Village was also spacious with restaurants and shops, but I ran out of time and only managed to have a meal. I’d like to visit again privately.
However, I was satisfied with the tour! "I think this is a good start for the first time."

美ら海水族館　想像以上に素敵でした。ジンベイザメに魅了されてイルカショーには間に合いませんでした。時間が足りない(-_-;)
アメリカンビレッジもレストラ,ショップと広くて時間が足りず、食事のみで終了な感じ。また、プライベートで行きたいです。
でも、ツアーは満足！”初回はこんな感じでOKかな。

I got off at two places: Okurayama Jump Stadium and Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill. Both locations overlook Sapporo City, allowing for beautiful views. I had an hour at Okurayama, but I only took the lift up the mountain and didn't visit the museum. It felt a bit crowded, as there were many school trip students at both places.

大倉山ジャンプ競技場と羊ヶ丘展望台の2か所で降車しました。両方とも、札幌市を見下ろす位置にあり、景観を楽しむことができました。大倉山では１時間ありましたが、リフトで山に登るだけにして、ミュージアムには行きませんでした。両方とも修学旅行生と一緒で、やや混んでいる印象がありました。

We were blessed with clear skies and were able to see the stunning Shakotan Blue up close, even more beautiful than in photos. After walking along a path that barely resembled a promenade, we reached yet another breathtaking view. I encourage those who will be participating to definitely visit. Thank you to the driver for safe driving and enjoyable conversations, and to the guide for the wonderful hospitality and beautiful voice.

晴天に恵まれ写真以上の積丹ブルーを間近に観ることが出来ました。
遊歩道とは名ばかりの道をひたすら歩いて辿り着いた先はまたまた絶景。

The guidance was smooth, and the person in charge was also from Kansai, making it easy to talk. The tour content was great, with beautiful stars, good weather, and an excellent guide!

My first time in Miyako Island was blessed with great weather, and swimming with sea turtles created the best memories. The staff was very friendly, and it was a lot of fun! The drone footage we requested on the day was also a wonderful memory.

However, the meeting point near the beach entrance was hard to find, and due to the busy season, there were many cars parked, making it difficult to locate the staff as the phone lines were down. I think it would be helpful to have clearer markers for the meeting point, especially during crowded times. Other than that, it was fantastic!

待ち合わせ場所などもう少し分かりやすい目印があるといいなと思いました。

It was a trip to Hokkaido with my children. Since it was their first time in Hokkaido, a bus tour filled with highlights was just perfect. I was unsure about where to go and whether to travel by train since I can't drive, but this tour was definitely the right choice. Thanks to the well-timed schedule and the friendly guide, we created wonderful memories.

子供たちを連れての北海道旅行でした。子供たちは初めての北海道なので、北海道の見どころ盛りだくさんなバスツアーはまさにピッタリ。車の運転が出来ないので、どこに行こうか、電車で移動しようかといろいろ迷いましたがこのツアーで大正解でした。ちょうどいい時間配分と、親切なガイドさんのおかげで楽しい思い出が出来ました。

The children all said they had a great time. We were able to create wonderful memories with the beautiful sea, cute sea turtles, and the kind staff.

First of all, thank you to the guide and driver for your hard work until the end! I was able to use the service with peace of mind!

"Positive points" → The guide's wonderful personality, I felt sufficient consideration for infection prevention, the clean interior of the vehicle, the windows were sparkling and I could enjoy the scenery without stress, there was advice on which seats were best (for the view), there were gifts of mineral water and snacks, (perhaps because there were fewer participants than planned) the seats were spacious, and I didn't feel any traffic congestion as the roads were clear.

"Points for improvement" → The audio guide was difficult to hear, so it would have been nice to have something like a pamphlet, and since it was a long journey, I would have liked charging outlets at the seats.

　『良かった点』→ガイドさんの人柄の良さ、感染予防への配慮は十分感じた事、キレイな車内、窓ガラスがピカピカで景色がストレスなく眺められた、どの席が良いかのアドバイスがあった（ビュー的に）、ミネラルウォーターやお菓子のプレゼントがあった、（参加人数が予定より少なかったからか）席が広々と使えた、道が空いていたのか渋滞を感じなかった。

　『改善してもらいたい点』→オーディオガイドの音声が聞き取り難かったのでパンフレット的な物があれば良かった、長時間の行程なので座席に充電可能なコンセントが欲しかった。

There was no shuttle service, so we took a taxi to the location. We arrived about 10 minutes before the meeting time, but had to wait about 15 minutes longer than scheduled because the previous group’s shoot was running late. Once the shoot started, they gave clear instructions, and we were able to enjoy the session. The photos taken with great attention to detail turned out to be excellent.

特に送迎などはなく、タクシーで現地へ向かいました。集合時間の10分前くらいに着くと、前の組の撮影が押していたため、予定時刻より15分ほど待つことになりました。撮影がはじまると、スムーズに指示を出してくれて、楽しく撮影できました。拘りを持って撮影してもらった写真はとても良い写真ばかりでした。

I was really looking forward to the Yakuzaru bus that goes around the island since I can't drive. With a regular bus, you often have to walk uphill for a while even after you arrive at the stop, so the tour was very convenient. Unfortunately, it was a remote island day, so we only had the morning without lunch, but I would like to visit Yakusugi Land next time! On another day, I had flying fish at the Furusato Market, and it was crispy and delicious. Some other sites didn't have the Yakuzaru bus available, so I was glad I could make a reservation with VELTRA.

車を運転できないので島を一周できるやくざる号をとても楽しみにしていました。路線バスだと停留所に着いてもしばらく坂道を歩かないといけなかったりするのでツアーはすごく楽ちん。生憎離島日だったので昼食なしの午前中のみになりましたが、次はヤクスギランドにも行ってみたいです！別日にふるさと市場でトビウオを食べましたが、さくさくかりかりで美味しい。他のサイトだとやくざる号の設定がなかったりするので、VELTRAさんで予約できて良かったです。

I live nearby, but I usually don't have the opportunity to tour inside Haneda Airport, and the social studies field trips for elementary schools were all canceled due to COVID-19. Therefore, I participated during the summer vacation with my two elementary school children. The staff's hospitality was truly wonderful, and fortunately, we were able to see the training in action. My second-grade daughter got tired and wanted to sit down partway through, but my fourth grader listened attentively until the end. It was a very educational tour for me as an adult as well.

近所に住んでいますが、ふだんとくに羽田空港の内部を見学できる機会はなく、小学校の社会科見学はコロナで軒並み中止。そのため小学生二人連れで夏休みに参加しました。案内のスタッフ様の接遇は大変すばらしく、幸運なことに訓練の様子が見れました。小２の娘は途中で疲れて座りたいなどぐずりましたが、小４は最後まできちんと話を聞き、大人の私も大変勉強になるツアーでした。

I participated in a factory night view tour for the first time, and I was able to take a lot of photos that would look great on social media. There were especially many beautiful factory night views in the latter half of the tour. Near the end of the tour, the night view of Minato Mirai from the boat was also amazing. If the weather is clear, you can see it up close from the deck of the boat. The captain's storytelling is enjoyable. He provides detailed explanations, and I learned that the way the factory night views appear changes depending on the season, which makes me want to join again. Since it's a small boat, it can sway quite a bit when it speeds up. As a pregnant woman, it was tough to stay out on the deck for long, but I didn't feel much sway when I enjoyed the view from inside the boat with the window open.

初めて工場夜景のツアーに参加しましたが、SNS映えしそうな写真がたくさん撮れました。特に後半にステキな工場夜景が多かったです。ツアー終了間近に、船から見るみなとみらいの夜景も最高です。晴れていれば、船のデッキで間近で見られます。船長さんの語りが楽しいです。細かく説明してくれるし、季節によって外の気温が異なるので、工場夜景の見え方も変わるんだなぁと知って、また参加したいです。小型船なのでスピードを出すと結構揺れます。妊婦なのでデッキに出続けるのは辛かったですが、船の中から窓を開けて鑑賞すれば、あまり揺れは感じなかったです。

I participated in this trip with my middle school son. It was a journey that also served as a culmination of our research on Asuka culture and Tenpyo culture. We were able to visit various famous sites that are usually hard to access on our own, and the guide's explanations were easy to understand, making it a wonderful trip. Along the way, we enjoyed lunch and had some thin tea, and the appropriate breaks were also appreciated. Additionally, there were considerations for COVID-19 measures, allowing us to spend the day comfortably. Thank you very much.

中学生の息子との二人旅で、参加しました。飛鳥文化、天平文化の調べ物学習の仕上げも兼ねた旅でしたが、自分ではアクセスしにくい名所を次々と巡る事ができ、またガイドさんの説明もわかりやすく、とても良い旅になりました。途中、昼食や、薄茶を頂いくこともでき、適度な休憩もあった事も、よかったです。また、コロナ対策にも配慮されており、気持ちよく一日過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Although it was unfortunately a cloudy day, I was glad to see the Shakotan Blue. I think it would have been even more beautiful if the weather had been nice. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, and it was an enjoyable tour. Every time we boarded the bus, we sanitized our hands, and we maintained a quiet atmosphere inside the bus, ensuring proper infection control measures were in place.

あいにくの曇り空でしたが、なんとか積丹ブルーがみれて良かったです。
お天気が良ければ、もっときれいだったと思います。
運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じが良く、楽しいツアーでした。
