I think the staff must have had a tough time during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it became a very good memory! If I hadn't known anything, I might have just passed by without noticing? Thank you to the staff and the driver, including the local guide's explanations.

It was cloudy, so I couldn't see the stars, but I had a great time seeing the wildlife! I was lucky to encounter a large coconut crab right away. It was fun to go into the forest, which I wouldn't normally enter.

曇りで星は見れませんでしたが、生き物を見ることができて楽しかったです！
大きなヤシガニにすぐ出会えてラッキーでした。

From Osaka, it has been a long-held dream to visit Gunkanjima! Considering the weather forecast and feeling a bit anxious, we were greeted with clear skies on the day of our visit!

I was incredibly moved by the sight of Gunkanjima! The guide who accompanied us was also fantastic! However, I really wanted to land on the island! I understand that Nagasaki City's regulations are strict, but if we can't land in such good weather, it seems that you need to be very lucky to do so. I would love to go again to try to land, but it won't be possible unless the regulations change in Nagasaki City... Still, the scenery was breathtaking!

Before going, I was thinking about various things like whether my hat would be okay or if I needed sunglasses, but once I got there, the explanations were thorough, and they provided everything necessary. I was able to take a lot of photos!

Wearing comfortable clothes is key; I wore pants with an elastic waistband, and as long as you’re careful with double socks, you should be fine! It was mostly free time throughout, and since there were only a few of us, I think we had a lot of fun!

I brought my GoPro8, and I was able to use it without any issues with just a silicone case! Since the GoPro shutter is hard to press with gloves, I recommend filming videos and then cropping photos later.

I was worried about the cold, but once I took off the dry suit, I was warm enough inside, so there was no need to worry about the cold! Thank you, Keke, for the half-day experience!

行くまでは、注意点など読み返していると、帽子はこれで大丈夫かなとか、サングラスないけど大丈夫かなとかいろいろ考えていましたが、行ってみると、説明も丁寧で、必要なものは貸していただけますし、写真もたくさん撮っていただけました(*^^*)
動きやすい格好で、ズボンは腰ゴムのもので、靴下は二重は注意すれば大丈夫です！
終始ほぼ自由で、少人数なので、やりたい放題遊びきれたと思います！
私はGoPro8持参しましたが、シリコンケースのみで問題なく利用できました！GoProのシャッターが手袋で押しにくいので、動画を撮って、後から写真切り出しをおすすめします(*´艸`*)
寒い事を心配していましたが、ドライスーツを脱いだら、中が汗ばむくらい寒さの心配はいりません！

My trip to Miyako Island was my first experience. Since it was at the end of February, I thought it might be a bit cold, but I was blessed with great weather and had a wonderful experience.

In the morning, I explored the ocean by canoe, and after a meal, I went snorkeling in the afternoon. Playing with sea turtles was a rare and unforgettable experience. The coral and tropical fish were beautiful, like an aquarium.

I was also impressed by the staff's kind attentiveness and thorough guidance. I had the best time in the emerald green waters, and I am very satisfied. I want to go again next year. Thank you very much.

宮古島旅行は初体験でした。2月末の旅行だったので少し寒いかと思ってたのですが天候に恵まれとても素敵な経験をする事が出来ました。
午前中にカヌーにて洋上を散策し、食事を挟んで午後からシュノーケリング。ウミガメと一緒に戯れられたのはなかなか味わえない貴重な体験でした。珊瑚と熱帯魚も美しく、まるで水族館。
そして、スタッフの親切な気配りと丁寧な案内に感心させられました。
憧れていたエメラルドグリーンの中で最高の過ごせて大満足です。また、来年も行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

A couple in their late 50s visiting Miyako Island for the first time. The tour we participated in included stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in the morning, where we were able to ride comfortably on gentle waves. The crystal-clear sea showcased sparkling coral reefs, and we could see tropical fish up close, just like in videos or aquariums.

In the afternoon, we went snorkeling. At first, I was a bit confused about breathing through my mouth, but I quickly got used to it. Again, we saw the sparkling coral reefs, various colorful fish, and even encountered a sea turtle.

Even though it was February, the sun was strong when it was clear, so we got sunburned. Don't forget to take precautions. I hope to visit again someday and participate in more activities.

50代後半になった夫婦での初めての宮古島
参加したツアーは午前中にSUP、穏やかな波で気持ち良く乗ることができました。透き通る海は珊瑚礁がきらきら輝いて、映像や水槽で見るような熱帯魚が間近に見ることができました。
午後からシュノーケリング、最初は口呼吸に戸惑ったけど、すぐに慣れました。こちらもきらきら輝く珊瑚礁、いろんな色の魚たち、そしてウミガメにも会えました。
2月といえど、晴れると日差しが強く日焼けします。対策を忘れずに。
いつの日か、また訪れて参加したいな。

I decided to participate because the reviews were good. On the day of the event, it was sunny, and the views of Mount Yotei and Lake Toya were amazing. At Showa Shinzan, we had a 50-minute free time, but all the surrounding shops were closed, so I ended up with nothing to do. I was looking forward to the Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival, but despite the website stating "you can enjoy the illumination," we had to gather at the bus at 16:30, which meant we couldn't see it. The Chinese guide was a nice person, but I wish they could have delayed the gathering time by at least 10 minutes so we could enjoy the illumination.

当日は晴れていて羊蹄山や洞爺湖なども眺めが最高でした。
昭和新山では50分のフリータイムがありましたが、周りの店は全て営業されておらず時間を持て余しました。
楽しみにしていた支笏湖の氷濤まつりですが、サイトに「ライトアップも楽しめる」とあったにも関わらず、ライトアップが始まる16:30にバスに集合とのことで鑑賞することが出来ませんでした。
中国人ガイドさんは良い人でしたが、せめて集合時間をあと10分ほど遅らせるなりしてライトアップ鑑賞が出来るように対応して頂きたかったです。

I have traveled to Kyoto many times by car, but this time I used a taxi since it was New Year's Day. Buses are usually crowded, so having a car is convenient, but it often takes time to find parking or to get to the destination if it's far away. With a taxi, you can go right to the entrance of your destination, and they pick you up from the nearest spot on the way back.

I wasn't able to decide on a destination until the last minute, but they kept in touch and listened to my requests, suggesting a great place to go. On the day of the trip, they even accommodated an unplanned lunch, allowing us to enjoy a meal without having to search around.

Thanks to the driver, who was well-versed in Kyoto, we were able to tour smoothly and efficiently. On the day of travel, we drove to the city, and before we left, they informed us about the road conditions. I was worried about the snow, but I was able to enter Kyoto via the highway with peace of mind.

We were a group of four, and I considered upgrading to a larger vehicle for an additional fee, but it turned out to be unnecessary as the car was spacious and comfortable enough. I highly recommend this taxi company. Thank you for your service; I would definitely like to use it again.

京都へは何度も自家用車で行っていますが今回は元旦ということでタクシーを利用しました。
バスは毎回混んでいるので車は便利なのですが、駐車場を探したり、目的地まで距離があったり時間を取られることも多いです。
タクシーですと目的地の入口まで行けて帰りは最短の場所に迎えに来てくれます。
ギリギリまで目的地が決まらなかったのですが、まめに連絡をいただき要望を聞いてくださり目的地をご提案くださいました。
当日も予定になかったランチにもご対応くださり、自分たちで探し回ることなくランチにありつけました。

京都に精通しているドライバーさんのお陰でスムーズに無駄なく観光できました。
また当日も京都市内までは車で行ったのですが、出発前に道路状況の連絡をいただき雪が心配でしたが安心して高速で京都入りする事ができました。
また4人で利用でしたので追加料金で大きい車に変更しようかと迷ったのですがその必要はやく充分快適でした。
とてもおすすめのタクシー会社さんです。
お世話になりました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

Nara Park is very large, so I think you would get quite tired if you walked around. We rented a taxi, and the driver provided accurate explanations, allowing us to get around efficiently. We were able to enjoy the morning while sharing some jokes.

奈良公園はすごく広いので、歩いて回っていたら、かなり疲れたのではと思います。タクシー貸切で、運転手さんの説明も的確、効率良く回れました。ジョークも交えながら、楽しく午前中を過ごす事ができました。

Since it was a day trip bus tour shortly after heavy snowfall, I imagine the driving was quite difficult. The tour guide was from Hong Kong, and there were parts of what they were saying that I couldn't fully understand. They were doing their best, though.

Additionally, since we visited three hot spring areas (Lake Toya Onsen, Noboribetsu Onsen, and Lake Shikotsu Onsen), I think it would be even more popular if we took an hour to enjoy a day-use hot spring. The light-up for the ice festival at Lake Shikotsu was not meaningful at all since we visited before sunset.

豪雪の少しあとの日帰りバスツアーだったので運転大変だったと思いますね。添乗員の方が香港出身の方で話されている内容でよく理解できないところがありました。一生懸命されてましたが。

それから、3ヵ所の温泉地（洞爺湖温泉・登別温泉・支笏湖温泉）を巡ってるので、１時間時間を取り、日帰り温泉に入った方が更に人気のコースになると思います。
支笏湖の氷祭のライトアップは日暮れ前の訪問で全く意味がありませんでした。

Due to the heavy snowfall caused by the low-pressure system, transportation across Hokkaido was completely halted. The bus tour went ahead as scheduled, but due to the snow, we were unable to enter the observation deck, and some shops were closed.

I was looking forward to the illumination at the Ice Festival, but we had to leave before sunset, so we missed the lights. While the tour itself wasn't bad due to the weather, I was a bit disappointed since I had been looking forward to it. I believe it would have been a wonderful bus tour if the weather had been clear.

低気圧による大雪の影響で北海道全体の交通がストップしている状態でした。バスツアーは予定通り行われましたが、雪の影響で展望台に入らなかったり、お店が閉まっているような状態でした。
氷濤祭もライトアップが楽しみでしたが、日没前に帰りの時間となり、ライトアップは見られませんでした。
天候の為、ツアーが悪いわけではないですが、楽しみにしていた分少し残念でした。晴れていたらとても良いバスツアーだったと思います。

February 23, 2022 (Wednesday) 🎉 Snow, then cloudy with occasional sunshine

I took a solo trip to Sapporo for 4 nights and 5 days starting from February 20. The Sapporo Winter Discount was canceled due to the Omicron prevention measures, so I arranged everything individually to go to Sapporo.

Additionally, the measures were extended until March 6, and all three day trip bus tours from Sapporo were also canceled due to blizzards. It was a tough trip, but I made a reservation for this tour that my daughter found, and it became a reality.

What an emotional day‼️ The highlights were Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch, Noboribetsu Hell Valley, and finally, the Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival.

It was my first time at the Ice Festival, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, due to the short duration of my stay until it got dark, I missed out on the excitement of the lights...

2022.02.23(水)㊗️雪のち曇り時々晴れ

2/20から冬の札幌4泊5日ひとり旅。
サッポロ冬割がオミクロンまん延防止措置発令でキャンセルとなり、個別個人手配で札幌へ。

更に3/6まで延長となり、暴風雪札幌発日帰りバスツアー3件も全てキャンセル。
踏んだり蹴ったりの旅でしたが、娘が見つけてくれたこのツアーにリクエスト予約し、実現した。

感動の1日‼️
圧巻は、昭和新山熊牧場、登別地獄谷、そして最後の支笏湖氷濤まつり。

氷濤まつりは初めてで堪能できました。
薄暗くなるまでの短い滞在時間のため、ライトアッブの醍醐味がなかったのは残念でしたが…

I booked the Iriomote Island Mangrove Kayak & Barasu Island Snorkeling one-day course. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, it was changed to a tour of water buffaloes on Yubu Island. We went kayaking through the mangrove forest and walked underwater to see the waterfall. Both the mangroves and the waterfall were wonderful, but it was very cold, and it would have been nice to have been provided with wetsuits. It would have been even better if we could have gone deeper into the mangrove forest with the kayak.

The water buffalo tour on Yubu Island was surprisingly enjoyable, as the buffalo were cuter than I imagined. The guide was kind and gentle, and took many beautiful photos for us. Along the way, we unexpectedly encountered a very rare mantis shrimp, and it was impressive to see the guide more excited than the tour guests. Overall, it was a satisfying tour, aside from the weather!

西表島マングローブカヤック&バラス島シュノーケリング1日コースを申し込みました。
残念ながら荒天のため、バラス島から由布島水牛観光に変更になりました。
マングローブ原生林をカヤックと水中を歩いて滝を見に行きました。マングローブも滝もすばらしかったですが、とても気温が低く、ウエットスーツを貸していただけるとよかったです。カヤックも原生林の奥深くまで行けるともっとよかったです。
由布島の水牛観光は、想像以上に牛が可愛く行けてよかったです。ガイドさんも親切で優しく、綺麗な写真をたくさん撮っていただきました。道中、大変珍しいシャコと偶然遭遇し、ガイドさんがツアー客以上に興奮していたのが印象的でした。天気以外は満足のツアー！

The plan to visit Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo in one day is originally quite hard and carries weather risks, but I received careful follow-up communication before departure, and they even considered splitting it into two days based on the situation, which showed great consideration. In reality, we faced harsh conditions with hail and snow, but they adjusted according to our circumstances and kept our spirits up with quizzes and various conversations along the way, allowing us to successfully complete the 12-hour hike. They also took on the role of a wonderful photographer and director, sending us many great photos and videos that night.

It was truly the best day ever. I definitely want to ask Tsugimura-san again!

縄文杉から白谷雲水峡までを1日でまわるという、本来、天候リスクもあり、かなりハードなプランなのですが、出発前から丁寧なフォローの連絡を頂き状況に応じて二日間に分けてくださろうとしたり、とても配慮あるご対応でした。実際、霰や雪が降る厳しい状況でしたが、我々訪問者の状況に応じて進んでくださり、その道すがら心が折れないようクイズや色んな話で盛り上がりながら12時間の登山を無事終えることが出来ました。写真や動画も、素敵なカメラマン兼ディレクターの役割までしてくださって当日の夜に沢山いいものを送ってくださいました。
本来に最高の一日でした。
是非また津曲さんにお願いしたいです！！

A current flight attendant guided us and shared detailed information that we usually overlook. They also researched and answered various questions thoroughly and politely. It was a tour that aviation enthusiasts would absolutely love.

現役のCAさんが案内をしてくれ、普段気が付かない細かな情報を教えてもらいました。また、どのような質問にも、色々と調べていただき丁寧に答えていただきました。
飛行機マニアにはたまらないツアーでした。

The taxi driver was very kind and arrived earlier than expected. He even got out and walked with me to explain things. He also recommended some shops and restaurants. He took photos for me, and I would like to use the service again.

タクシーの運転手さんはとても親切で時間より早く来てもらえ、わざわざ降りて一緒に歩いて説明もしてくれました。お勧めのお店やレストランも紹介してくれました。写真もとってもらいまた利用したいです。

It seems that there are many tours with large groups, but this one was held with a smaller number of participants, allowing the guide to pay attention to each individual. As a result, we were able to walk further out than on other tours. The guide also took many photos for us, which can be downloaded later.

大人数でされているツアーが多いようですが、少人数で開催いただきガイドさんが一人ひとりに気を配ってくださったので、他のツアーより沖寄りに歩いて行けました。
写真もガイドさんがたくさん撮ってくださり、後でダウンロードできます。

Due to COVID-19 and the weather, we had to change our plans and extended the time a bit, but we received great service! It was so much fun!

Yakushima has a wealth of knowledge about its geography, history, and wildlife, and they teach you on the spot, making it very educational even if you don't do any research beforehand. I definitely want to participate again.

屋久島の地理、歴史、生物などあらゆる知識があり、その場その場で教えてくれるので、何も調べずに行ってもとても勉強になり、また参加したくなりました。

I participated in a two-day tour and was guided by two different guides. Both guides had their own unique hospitality, and I was very satisfied.

For example, it was great that the guide helped those who were not good at trekking by advising them on where to step and what to hold onto. Also, when I had the guide who loved photography, I was grateful for the props they lent me and for taking beautiful photos.

2日間ツアーに参加し、2名のガイドさんに案内してもらいました。どちらのガイドさんもそれぞれのホスピタリティーがあり、満足です。

例えば、レッキング苦手な人に列の前に、どこを踏んだ方がいいとか、どこを掴まった方がいいとか、コツを教えてくれて良かったです。
また、写真好きのガイドさんの時は、撮影の小道具を貸してくれたり、写真をきれいに撮ってくれて感謝の気持ちで一杯です。

It was supposed to be a tour, but there was no guide, just a driver who spoke in a small voice and took us to the sightseeing spots. There were no materials or explanations provided (the driver might have been explaining, but I couldn't hear because the voice was too soft). Many of the sightseeing spots we arrived at were closed, and the ice festival was still at a time when the lights hadn't started yet. The bus was a small microbus with limited legroom... I was quite disappointed with various aspects, but since I don't have the courage to drive in winter Hokkaido, it can't be helped. I enjoyed researching and exploring on my own at each place I visited. The bears at the bear ranch were cute, and the weather was nice, allowing me to feel the grandeur of Hokkaido's nature. I was looking forward to this tour because of the good reviews, but it seems that the presence or absence of a tour guide makes a significant difference in the experience.

ツアーとなってるのですが、
ガイドさんもいない、小さな声でボソボソ喋る運転手さんが観光名所に連れて行ってくれるだけ…でした。そこに関する資料とかもなし、説明もないし(説明してくれてるかもしれないけど、声が小さくて聞こえない。。)着いた観光名所は閉まってるところ多いし、氷の祭りはまだライトアップが始まっていない時間だし、バスはちっさいマイクロバスで足元狭いし…
で色々とがっかりだったけど、冬の北海道を運転する勇気はないので仕方ない。行った先々自分で調べて楽しみました。くま牧場のくまかわいかったし、天気が良くて北海道の自然の雄大さを感じました。
他の口コミが良かったので楽しみにしていたのですが、ツアーガイドさんがいるかいないかで大きく差の出るツアーなんでしょうね。。

The bus had thorough infection control measures, which was great. Since there were only five participants on a weekday, it felt quite empty.

The tour sequence was: viewpoint of Shirakawa-go → Shirakawa-go → lunch in Shirakawa-go → exploring Takayama → experience grilling white shrimp crackers.

For lunch, we had two pieces of meat grilled on a magnolia leaf and fish that tasted like sweet simmered fish as the main dish, accompanied by side dishes, giving it a rustic feel. I wasn't a big fan of the sweet simmered fish, but the magnolia leaf miso was delicious.

It seems that many shops in Takayama are closed on Wednesdays, and we happened to visit on that day, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was glad to have tried grilled Hida beef skewers and sushi. There was also a sake shop where we could enjoy a little tasting, which was fun as we compared drinks and chose souvenirs.

Finally, we moved to Toyama and grilled two white shrimp crackers, but honestly, I felt this was unnecessary. They were so thin that they finished grilling in an instant, and I thought it was a waste of time to travel over an hour by bus just for this.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The bus guide provided concise recommendations on what places to visit before we arrived at our destination and gave us a map, which was very helpful.

バスの感染対策がしっかりされていてよかったです。
平日で参加者が5人しかいなかったためガラガラでした。

ツアーは白川郷の展望台→白川郷→白川郷でランチ→飛騨高山散策→白エビせんべい焼き体験という順序でした。

ランチは朴葉焼きのお肉が2切れと甘露煮のような魚がメインで副菜が付いた田舎料理といった感じでした。甘露煮は少し苦手でしたが朴葉味噌が美味しかったです。

飛騨高山は水曜日が定休のお店が多いようでちょうど当たってしまい少し残念でしたが、飛騨牛の串焼きとお寿司を食べれたのでよかったです。おちょこでお酒のちょい呑みができる酒屋さんもあり、飲み比べてお土産を選んだりして楽しかったです。

最後に富山に移動して白えびせんべいを2枚焼きましたが正直これはいらなかった。薄いので一瞬で焼き終わってしまい、このためだけにバスで1時間以上かけて移動するのは時間の無駄だと思いました。

総合的にはとても満足しています。
バスガイドのお兄さんが目的地に着く前にどのようなところを巡るのがいいか、おすすめを簡潔に紹介してくださり地図もいただけてとても役に立ちました。

There was a boarding point right next to the hotel I stayed at in Kyoto, which was very convenient. Although the traffic in the city is unavoidable, it was great that I could visit major tourist spots like Nijo Castle and Ginkaku-ji.

京都の宿泊しているホテルのすぐそばに乗車箇所があり、とても便利でした。市内の渋滞は仕方ないとはいえ、二条城や銀閣寺など主な観光箇所を回ることもできてよかったです。

I was very satisfied that we were able to visit many places that we couldn't have gone to on our own. Since we traveled by bus, we didn't get tired and were able to enjoy it until the end. If I have the chance, I would like to participate in other tours as well.

自分達だけでは行けないような場所を沢山まわることができ、大満足でした。バス移動なので疲れることも無く、最後まで楽しむことが出来ました。また機会があれば他のツアーにも参加したいです。

Despite the heavy snow, the driver got out with us and guided us around Shirakawa-go. It was definitely the right choice not to come with a rental car on the snowy roads. Thanks to that, we were able to capture some beautiful scenery.

大雪にもかかわらず、運転手さんが一緒に降りて白川郷を廻りガイドしてくれました。
道中雪道でレンタカーで来なくて正解でした。
お陰様でよい風景が撮れました。

I was told that it was tough for beginners. I have some hiking experience, but this was my husband's third time hiking. The students we happened to go with were beginners, and their smiles disappeared around the mossy forest in the second half. We managed to walk through it with our physical and mental strength, but it was incredibly exhausting.

There were photo spots here and there, and the guide took great pictures for us. Considering our stay in Yakushima, it was wonderful to be able to visit Ariake in just one day. It became a great memory of the trip.

In the morning, it was drizzling, but by the time we reached Wilson's stump, the sun was shining and the sky was blue. When we got to Jomon Sugi, fog rolled in, creating a mystical landscape. At Taiko Rock, we were told that fog would cover the clouds, but luckily we could see the entire view and light shone through. Around the mossy forest, the fog returned, revealing the beautiful appearance of the forest.

The sense of accomplishment was incredible, but I truly believe that you need to have a strong mindset to tackle it.

初心者にはつらいと言われました。わたしは何度か登山経験があるのですが、夫は登山3回目で。たまたま一緒に行った学生の男の子たちは初心者で、後半の苔むす森あたりから笑顔が消えてました。体力と気力でなんとか歩き切ることができましたがものすごくしんどかったです。
所々写真スポットがあり、ガイドさんがしっかり写真を撮ってくれました。屋久島での滞在期間を考えると1日で有明所を行けるのはありがたかったです。旅のいい思い出になりました。
朝は小雨だったのですがウィルソン株までは日が差して青空でした。縄文杉に行くと霧がかかり幻想的な風景ができました。太鼓岩で霧で雲もかかると言われましたが運良く全貌が見渡せて光が差しました。苔むす森あたりはまた霧がかかりきれいな森の姿が見えました。
達成感はすごかったですが、強い気持ちを持たないと本当にきびしいと思います。

I had the opportunity to experience a mangrove jungle tour by SUP and canyoning. Thanks to the well-organized start, I enjoyed a private tour that allowed me to quietly savor nature. Our guide, Tacky, provided a bright and detailed introduction to the tour on Iriomote Island, which I was visiting for the first time. All of his stories were interesting. Thank you!

They responded perfectly to my request to efficiently cover everything in four hours. Despite the unfortunate cloudy and occasionally rainy weather, the driver's guidance was enjoyable, easy to understand, and excellent. I definitely want to do this again when I come back to Ishigaki.

The guide was very service-oriented and it was enjoyable. Due to the snowfall, I was taken to places where I wouldn't drive myself, thanks to the reliable driving of a skilled driver. My first winter tour in Hokkaido was wonderful. Since it was right after a heavy snowfall, everything was completely white! The ice fall festival was before the lights were turned on, but the blue ice of Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful as it shone in the sunlight. This was truly a Hokkaido tour.

ガイドさんはサービス精神旺盛で、楽しかったです。積雪のため、自分では運転しないようなところにも、熟練の運転手さんの安心できる運転で連れて行ってもらい、初の冬の北海道ツアーとても良かったです。大雪のあとだったのでどこもかしこも真っ白！氷瀑祭りはライトアップ前でしたが青い支笏湖の氷が日に透けてとてもキレイでした。これぞ北海道なツアーでした。

I was sitting in the front, but the driver's voice was too quiet, making it hard to hear the meeting time each time. Also, although lunch was free, when we waited at the drop-off location, we were told that some people couldn't come and were waiting at the restaurant where they had lunch. However, this information wasn't communicated to everyone, so only the couple who heard it got on the bus. If the meeting point is different from where we got off, that should be communicated to everyone. Additionally, other tour companies usually remind you of the time again when getting off, but we had to ask every time.

Also, it seems they were unaware that the cable car had been temporarily closed for about a week, as they only realized it when they got to the boarding area. While there is no fault on the part of Veltra, I think it would be better for the tour company to check reviews and discuss improvements.

一番前に座っていたのに運転手さんの声が小さくて集合時間が毎回聞こえにくく、また、自由昼食だったのですが降りた場所で皆で待っていたら来られなくて、昼食食べた店で待っていたと言われましたが全員にその話をしていないので聞いていた夫婦だけバスに乗っていました。降りた場所と違う場所集合なら皆に伝えるべきですし、時間も他社ツアーなら降りる際にまた伝えてくれますがそれも無く、毎回時間を聞かなければいけないです。
あと、ロープウェイが１週間ぐらい臨時休業だったのを知らなかったらしく、乗り場に行って気付かれていました。
ベルトラさんの非はありませんが、ツアー会社の口コミなどは確認されて話し合われて改善された方が良いと思いました。
