Kenta and Chad's guided tour was incredibly fun. It was filled with thrills and adventures reminiscent of Adventure World! I had a great time with the impromptu team we formed, sharing laughter and helping each other out. I'm really glad I chose this tour. The phantom island... the limestone caves... kayaking... everything was a first-time experience, and I want to come back again tomorrow! To all the staff at pipi... thank you! See you again!

It was a little scary, but it was fun. Chad and Kenta explained a lot, and it was interesting. It felt like an adventure, and we made a few wrong turns, but it was great. They took a lot of photos, so I have many memories. I definitely want you to go!

Due to heavy rain and rising water levels, the tour was modified to go as far as possible. We turned back after crossing the Satsuki Suspension Bridge from the Yayoi Cedar Course. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the Mononoke Forest, but I was disappointed that we couldn't reach the mossy forest. I'm glad the tour wasn't canceled and that we were able to experience even a little of the Shiratani Unsuikyo. Since we had some extra time, we were taken to Yakujin Shrine. We were then dropped off at Awa Port and took the afternoon high-speed boat back.

豪雨で増水のため、コースを変更して行けるところまでというツアーとなりました。
弥生杉コースからさつき吊橋を渡ったところまでで折り返し帰る事となりました。
もののけの森の雰囲気を味わいましたが、苔むす森まで行ければと残念でした。
ツアーが中止にならず少しでも白谷雲水峡にはいれただけでもよかったです。
時間も少し余ったので、もう一カ所案内できるとの事で、益救（やく）神社に連れて行ってもらいました。
安房港まで送ってもらい、昼便の高速船に乗り帰りました。

It was great that the tour was scheduled to match our arrival time, allowing us to make effective use of our time. I was lucky to be guided to the Kawakami Sugi and a scenic bridge in addition to the planned locations. The tour was for the 30-minute course at Yakusugi Land, but I wished we could have gone on the 50-minute course.

到着の時間にあわせたツアーだったので、時間を有効に使えて良かった。
予定の場所以外の川上杉と景観のよい橋の上にも案内していただけたのはラッキーでした。
ヤクスギランドの３０分コースの案内でしたが、５０分コースに行きたかったです。

I booked the tour with the Gunkanjima Digital Museum. It was great to be able to prepare before boarding. The tour included explanations from the guide on the ship, and the stories were very interesting and kept us engaged. I wanted to learn more about the background. The onshore tour was also filled with fascinating stories and was very fulfilling. The buildings were very intriguing, and I'm glad I participated. They also made sure everyone could take photos. While I understand the limitations, I wish the viewing areas were larger so we could see more different areas. Overall, I am satisfied!

The trekking course at Oishi Forest Mountain was not too hard, allowing us to enjoy the feeling of being in nature as we walked. The weather was great, and listening to our guide's thorough explanations made for a perfect day.

During our lunch break, we visited "Yuiyui Kunigami," which had many local products on display, and the soba was delicious.

The Churaumi Aquarium had some areas closed due to the season, but since it was my first visit, I still enjoyed it.

This time, there were only a few participants, so our guide was able to flexibly adjust the schedule, for which I am truly grateful. Thank you for a wonderful day.

大石林山のトレッキングコースはハード過ぎず、自然の中にいる感覚を味わいながら歩くことができました。
天気も良く、ガイドさんの丁寧なご説明を聞きながら最高の1日でした。

昼休憩で訪れた「ゆいゆい国頭」は土地ならではの商品が沢山並んでいて、ソバも美味しかったです。

美ら海水族館は、時期的に閉館になっている所もありましたが、初めて訪れたので楽しめました。

今回は参加者が少人数だったため、ガイドさんが臨機応変にタイムスケジュールを変更して下さったりと、本当に感謝です。
素敵な一日を有難うございました。

Only Yakushima Tour Operations can take you to the trailhead without using a bus, and it was great not having to wait for a bus on the way back.

I was considering renting a car, but it was the right choice to go with the tour. There were narrow sections of the road, and I thought it would have been tough to drive myself. Thank you to the driver for taking it slow at the spots we saw from the car window.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the lunch spots were operating on a reduced schedule, but I felt they were considerate by allowing for a longer sightseeing time, including lunch at another location.

I didn't know the story of "Twenty-Four Eyes," but the guide explained it in an easy-to-understand way, which made the tour even more enjoyable. Thank you very much.

レンタカーにしようかとも迷いましたが、ツアーにして正解でした。道路の狭い箇所もあり、自分で運転するのは厳しかったなと思いました。安全運転で車窓から見るスポットではゆっくりと走って頂き、ドライバーさんありがとうございました。
コロナの影響で昼食場所は縮小営業であったため、別の場所でランチ含め長めの観光時間を取っていただくなど、気配りがされていると感じました。
私は二十四の瞳の話を知らなかったのですが、ガイドさんが物語を分かりやすく話し聞かせてくださり、ツアーをより一層楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

I was worried that the itinerary might change due to the impact of COVID-19, but thanks to the measures in place, everything went smoothly and I had a great time. The guide provided accurate advice and guidance, allowing me to explore each sightseeing spot in my own way. While most overseas tours cater to a single language, this one offered multilingual support, and the guide was very accommodating. On the way back, I wanted to stop by San-A Super, so I was dropped off at a different location than where we started. I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises. コロナの影響で行程が変更になるかと思っていましたが対策もあり影響もなくとても楽しめました。
ガイドさんの的確なアドバイス案内があり各観光場所で自分なりの行動ができました。海外ツアーはほぼ一言語対応が多いですが多言語案内もありガイドさんもよく対応されておりました。
帰りはサンエースーパーに寄りたかったので行きと違う場所で降ろしていただきました。
機会があったらまた利用したいです。

It was a sightseeing experience in the rain.
Riding a water buffalo and leisurely exploring the island in the light rain was incredibly soothing.
I think it's great for enjoying just the highlights quickly.

On July 29, 2020, my daughter, who was supposed to come from Tokyo, had to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions, so I traveled alone from the countryside. When I landed at Uehara Port on Iriomote Island, several guides were there to greet us, and I immediately recognized the one holding the "PIPI" sign. After taking a wagon to the estuary, we received a briefing and started the experience. The equipment included a lightweight life jacket and thick-soled marine shoes.

Paddling while admiring the mangroves and trekking to swim in the waterfall was a sensation that you can't experience on TV or YouTube.

Our guide, Chad (Komatsu), allowed us to discover the unique creatures and plants of Iriomote at every turn. Chad is a young man with a dark complexion, a striking face, and a refreshing vibe. I was impressed by his professionalism, ensuring we had fun without feeling pressured! I definitely want to participate again next time with my children. This time, there were three pairs with us, but even as a solo participant, I thoroughly enjoyed the great outdoors.

Also, it seems that being prepared to get wet will enhance the enjoyment of this tour. A sense of happiness awaits as you float while soaking in the negative ions at the final waterfall.

Due to space constraints, I omitted some details, but I also had a fantastic time snorkeling at Barasu Island. I even saw a sea turtle! Practicing snorkeling at the beach the day before was somewhat helpful.

東京から来る筈だった娘がコロナ自粛となり、地方からの1人旅。
西表島の上原港に上陸すると、ガイドさんが何人も出迎えていますが、「PIPI」の看板を持っていてすぐ分かります。ワゴンに乗って河口に着くと、講習を受けて体験スタート。装備は、軽量のライフジャケットと厚底のマリンシューズ。
マングローブを眺めながらパドルを漕いだり、トレッキングして滝つぼで泳ぐ体験は、TVやYouTubeでは味わえない快感です。

ガイドのチャドさん（小松さん）は、西表ならでは生き物や植物の発見を至る所で体験させてくれました。
チャドさんは、色黒・濃い顔・爽やか系の好青年。無理させず、安心して楽しませてくれるプロ意識に感心！これなら次回、子どもと参加したいと思えます。今回はペア3組と一緒でしたが、1人参加でも大自然の前では関係なく満喫できました。

それとこのツアー、濡れる覚悟で参加した方が楽しめそう。最後の滝つぼでマイナスイオン浴びながら浮かぶ幸せが待っているから。

文字数の都合で割愛しましたが、バラス島のシュノーケリングもすごく楽しめました。海ガメも見れたし。前日にビーチでシュノーケル練習したのが、少しは役立ちました。

I chose this tour with a long stay at the Churaumi Aquarium, and it was just as good as I expected! The sea around Kouri Island was incredibly beautiful and moving. The audio guide was also great. The bus had social distancing measures in place, so it felt safe to sit apart. Our guide, El, was a nice person. Thank you!

The Churaumi Aquarium had plenty of time, and it was very enjoyable. Time flies when you take a good look at Churaumi. I was also impressed by the beauty of the beach on Kouri Island. I recommend it for families, those with children, and elderly visitors as well.

美ら海水族館の時間がたっぷりあってとてもよかったです。美ら海はじっくり見ていると時間があっという間です。古宇利島のビーチの美しさにも感動♪家族連れ、お子さん連れ、ご年配の方にもおすすめです。

Not only were the infection control measures thorough, but the explanations on board and after arrival were rich in content, providing ample information beyond just Gunkanjima.

感染対策がしっかりされているだけではなく、船内、到着後の説明が豊富で軍艦島以外のことも十分に知れる内容でした。

I wanted to make the most of my half day upon arriving in Okinawa, so I participated in this tour. It was my first time at the Gangala Valley, and I was overwhelmed by the magnificent nature. I had a wonderful experience entering the caves with a lantern! Although it was July, it wasn't too hot because of the lush trees around, and I appreciated that they lent us insect repellent spray and prepared Sanpin tea for us. I felt reassured as the bus and tourist spots seemed to have solid COVID-19 measures in place. The guide, Bise, at Gangala Valley shared some great stories.

沖縄到着の日の半日を有効に使いたいと思い参加しました。
初めてのガンガラーの谷でしたが、壮大な自然に圧倒され、ランタンを持って洞窟に入ったりと素敵な体験をさせてもらいました！
７月でしたが、木々が生い茂っている中なので、そこまで暑くはなく、虫除けスプレーを貸してくれたりサンピン茶を準備してくださったりと、助かりました。
バスの中や観光先もコロナ対策がしっかりとされている印象で安心できました！
ガンガラーの谷でのガイドのビセさんのお話とても良かったです。

Everyone was a bit anxious since it was our first trekking experience, but our guide, Tsugimura, shared fun stories and took wonderful photos, allowing us to enjoy a fantastic day with great weather! It was tough, but I’m glad I took on the challenge. We maintained distance for infection control and wore earphone microphones, which made it easy to hear the guide's voice and have quiet conversations with my friends, so it was very convenient!

全員が初トレッキングで不安もありましたが、ガイドの津曲さんが楽しいお話をしてくださったり素敵な写真を撮ってくださったりで、天気にも恵まれ最高の1日を過ごすことができました！
しんどかったですが挑戦してよかったです。
感染症対策で距離を取り、イヤホンマイクを装着したのですがガイドさんの声が聞き取りやすく参加した友人との会話も小さい声でできたのでとても便利でした！

Perhaps it became too formulaic. I think it would have been more enjoyable to explore at my own pace.

It was very nice and spacious. However, I think it's better to have a clear purpose for your stay at Nago Pineapple Park, even if your visit is short.

空いていてとても良かった。
ただ、名護パイナップルパークは滞在が短くてもいいし、滞在する目的を明確にした方がいいと思います。

I participated with a friend in their 20s. We added a rental option, which we could pick up the day before the Jomon Sugi tour. We took the bus at 4 AM and started walking around 5 AM. There were six of us in the group, including the guide, and it seemed like most of us could walk well. The guide adjusted the pace according to our condition, taking breaks as needed, and the walking pace was just right. We were fortunate with the weather and arrived at Jomon Sugi just after 11 AM. After reaching Jomon Sugi, we turned back and had lunch along the way, returning to the trailhead by 4 PM. We arrived at our accommodation by bus just after 5 PM. After walking for 11 hours, I was grateful for the bus transfer. I slept really well that night.

About a week before our hike, we checked the weather forecast and decided on the date for climbing Jomon Sugi. Fortunately, the weather was good and walking was easy, but it could be tough in heavy rain. Since we could rent equipment the day before, we used it to hike Shiratani Unsuikyo without a guide the day before. For those who are not confident in their physical strength, it’s advisable to consider whether to hike Shiratani the day after climbing Jomon Sugi, depending on how fatigued you feel. I felt that the trail to Jomon Sugi was better maintained and easier to walk, but it was longer in distance. The round trip to Taiko Rock in Shiratani Unsuikyo is estimated to take about four hours. Taiko Rock offers a stunning view on clear days, so I recommend it. Since we hiked for several consecutive days, my legs were quite tired towards the end of the Jomon Sugi hike...

I had heard that even beginners could go to Jomon Sugi without a tour, but there are spots that you might miss if you don’t know about them. I felt it was a good decision to join a tour that provided various explanations. The staff at the local accommodation mentioned that the Jomon Sugi tour is popular, so it was great that we could make a good reservation. The guide was very attentive and friendly, and I enjoyed hearing many stories that could only be shared by local people from Yakushima along the way. Also, since the walking time is long, I think it’s important to research and prepare your gear in advance.

However, I will deduct one star because when I inquired by phone beforehand, I was told they would call me back, but I never received a call. I was also told they would contact me about my reservation three days prior, but I didn’t hear from them, so I had to call them instead.

I think it would be a waste not to see Jomon Sugi when visiting Yakushima. It was challenging, but it truly became a great experience. Thank you!

20代の友人と参加しました。オプションでレンタルを付けましたが、縄文杉ツアーの前日に受け取れます。朝4時にバスに乗り、歩き始めたのは5時頃でした。ガイドさん含め6人グループでしたがちゃんと歩ける人が多かったようで、ガイドさんは私たちの様子を見ながら適宜休憩を取りつつ進んでくださり、歩くペースはちょうど良く、天候にも恵まれ、11時過ぎには縄文杉に着きました。縄文杉までたどり着いたら引き返して途中で昼食を食べ、登山口まで戻ってきたのは16時でした。バスで宿についたのは17時過ぎです。11時間歩いて疲れていたためバスでの送迎付きはありがたかったです。その日は本当に良く寝れました。
私たちは登る一週間ほど前に天気予報を見て縄文杉に登る日程を決め、結局天候も良く歩き易かったのですが、ひどい雨だと辛いかもしれません。前日からレンタル品を借りれるため、私たちはそれを使い前日に白谷雲水峡にガイドなしで登りましたが、体力に自信のない方は縄文杉に登った次の日に、疲労の程度で白谷に登るか登らないか考えるのが良いそうです。白谷よりも縄文杉の方が道が整備されていて歩きやすいが距離が長いという印象を受けました。白谷雲水峡は太鼓岩まで往復4時間が目安だそうです。太鼓岩も天気がいい日は絶景なのでおすすめです。連日歩いたため縄文杉の最後の方は足が辛かったですが…
縄文杉は初心者でもツアー無しでいけると聞いていたのですが、知らないと素通りしてしまうスポットもあり、様々な解説を付けてくれるツアーを付けて良かったと感じました。現地の宿の方もここの縄文杉ツアーは人気だからいいとこで予約できて良かったねと言われましたし、ガイドさんも面倒見が良く気さくで、道中で屋久島の現地の人からしか聞けない話がたくさん聞けて楽しかったです。あとは、とにかく歩く時間が長いため装備は事前に調べてちゃんと準備していった方がいいと思います。
ただ、事前に電話で問い合わせたときに折り返し電話しますと言われましたが電話が来なかったこと、3日前に予約について一度連絡しますと言われましたが来なかったためこちらから電話をしたという点については☆-１をしておきます。
屋久島に訪れたら縄文杉を見ないともったいないと思います。大変でしたが本当にいい経験になりました、ありがとうございました。

This time, I traveled to Okinawa despite the impact of COVID-19. Since I wanted to make the most of my time, I joined a tour, but the number of participants was low due to the pandemic.

Our guide was a foreign national with the nickname L. He provided detailed information about the schedule in polite Japanese. The bus driver was also very pleasant!

The bus was very clean, and there was Wi-Fi available on board!

There were participants from overseas, and they prepared foreign language pamphlets. The audio guide supported various languages.

Even though there was traffic along the way, it seemed like they changed routes, and it didn't affect our time at each spot!

I didn't have high expectations for American Village, but it was a very large area, and I found myself short on time while eating and shopping.

However, I was able to enjoy it a lot!

We had plenty of time at Churaumi, allowing us to stroll around the grounds, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no dolphin show due to COVID-19. I also couldn't see the manatee exhibit because it was under construction.

The Submarine Jr. II at Manza Beach sways quite a bit. If you're prone to seasickness, it's a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand.

Families with children seemed to experience quite a bit of seasickness and were often seen on the deck.

Overall, I think it was a very efficient tour, and considering the entrance fees and travel time, it was truly a great deal.

If you go to Okinawa, I highly recommend trying this tour! Personally, I really recommend it.

今回はコロナの影響もある中、沖縄旅行に行きました。
効率良く回りたい事もありツアーに参加しましたが、コロナの影響もあり参加人数は少なめ。

ガイドさんはニックネームLさんという外国籍の方でした。
丁寧な日本語でスケジュール等案内してくださりました。
バスの運転手さんもとても感じの良い方でした!

バスもとても綺麗で、
社内はWi-Fiも使えました!

海外の方の参加もあり、外国語のパンフレットを用意したりしていたこと。
音声ガイドは様々な言語に対応していました。

途中、渋滞があっても道を変えて進んでいたように見え、
各スポットでの滞在時間に影響等はありませんでした!

アメリカンビレッジはそんなに期待していなかったのですが、
とても広い敷地であり、軽くご飯を食べて買い物していると時間が足りないくらいでした。

でも、とても満喫する事ができました!

美ら海での滞在時間が十分あるので、
敷地内を散策したりすることができたのですが、
コロナの影響でイルカショーが無かったこと。
マナティーの展示スペースが工事の為見る事が出来なかったのが少し残念です。

万座ビーチのサブマリンJrⅡは結構揺れます。
船酔いしやすい方は酔い止め飲んでおくと安心です。

子連れの方などは結構船酔いして、
デッキの上に上がっていたイメージです。

とても効率よく、
且つ入場料や移動する時間を考えると本当にお得なツアーだと思います。

沖縄に行った際には是非ご利用してみては!?
個人的には本当にオススメです。

I went to Mangrove SUP and the Lucky Falls, and I went snorkeling! The guide was very talkative and shared a lot of information about Iriomote Island, which made it really enjoyable. The waves were a bit high during snorkeling, but I got to see beautiful corals and sea turtles that can only be found here, creating wonderful memories.

マングローブSUPと幸運の滝へ行き、シュノーケリングをしました！
ガイドさんもお話上手で、西表島のいろんな情報も教えてもらってとても楽しかったです♪
シュノーケリングは波は少し高かったですが、ここでしか見れない綺麗な珊瑚やウミガメに会えて楽しい思い出ができました(o^^o)

I came to Ishigaki Island dreaming of a starry sky, but unfortunately, due to the mischief of the trade winds, my dream did not come true.

However, thanks to the thoughtful arrangements by the staff, I got to see the stars on the ground (the night view). ✨✨

By chance, a coconut crab appeared, and I took pictures with the beautiful pink sagaribana, being careful not to step on the hermit crabs scurrying about... I enjoyed the nighttime adventure on the island.

What impressed me the most was that after the tour, the staff thoroughly assisted me with planning the next day's tour, allowing me to have a wonderful experience! ❗

It was a tour during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the seating arrangement and alcohol disinfection measures were well considered, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind. We had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, which was great. However, the last stop, Pineapple Park, was not what I expected. Is it a place to enjoy a botanical garden? There were several souvenir shops, and I was worried about not finding the exit and being late for the meeting time. I was hoping to eat delicious, freshly picked pineapples at Pineapple Park, but I was disappointed by the unclear layout. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, the guide's stories were interesting, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day with safe driving.

コロナ禍でのツアーでしたが、座席配列やアルコール消毒に配慮されていて、安心して楽しめました。美ら海水族館もたっぷり時間があり、よかったです。ただ、最後のパイナップルパークが、思っていたものではありませんでした。植物園を楽しむ場所でしょうか？お土産もの屋さんが何軒もあり、出口が分からず、集合時間に遅れるかと、不安になってしまいました。パイナップルパークでは、美味しい獲れたてのパイナップルが食べれるかと期待していたのですが、よく分からない作りにガッカリしました。あとは、どこも楽しく、ガイドさんのお話しも面白く、安全運転で、充実した1日になりました。

It was supposed to rain, but it cleared up in the second half, making for a wonderful tour! They also took infection prevention seriously, with mandatory hand sanitizer and mask-wearing, which was reassuring.

雨予報でしたが後半なんとか晴れてとっても素敵なツアーでした！
感染予防もきっちりしていてアルコール消毒とマスク着用は必須で安心です。

I was informed the day before that due to tide conditions, we wouldn't be able to see Baras Island floating on the sea, and that we couldn't explore the limestone caves, which made me feel disappointed. However, instead, we were able to stand in the water and snorkel around Baras Island, and we were lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, which turned out to be a fortunate experience.

The person in charge shared various stories during the transfer, and their good nature really shone through. They also took many photos for us. The boat we traveled on was clean and comfortable as well.

I would like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

前日に潮位の関係で海の上に浮かぶバラス島を見れないこと、鍾乳洞探検ができないことの連絡があり、残念な気持ちで参加しましたが、代わりにバラス島では水の中で立ったり周辺でシュノーケルをさせていただき、運良くウミガメにも会えて、逆にラッキーでした。

担当の方が移動中色んなことを話してくださって人柄の良さが伝わりました(^^) 写真もたくさん撮っていただきました。移動のボートも綺麗で乗り心地も良かったです。

機会があればまた参加したいと思います。

The tour guide was very friendly. It was an enjoyable trekking experience with detailed stories about the Yakusugi. They even took us to various photo spots and helped us take pictures, making the climb really fun. Thank you!

This was my fifth time visiting Ishigaki Island, with a total stay of about 60 days. This time, I joined a tour with seven friends (four men and three women).

Until now, I preferred to travel on my own, avoiding package tours, but I really regret that decision. The professionals truly make a difference. I believe this tour is essential for anyone traveling to Ishigaki!

What I liked about pipi:
1. The personality of the guides was outstanding. The SUP guide was Kurita, and the snorkeling guide was Saito. Both were handsome, refreshing, and had great personalities, making the tour enjoyable and fun. They were also very knowledgeable, and it was great to listen to them.

2. They take photos for you. They are very accommodating and take pictures while also directing you to photogenic spots. If you request to take a group photo at a specific location, they respond flexibly.

3. They provide support beyond the tour. They shared recommendations for spots and shops after the tour, which showed their thoughtfulness.

What I liked about the SUP/snorkeling tour:
- Many participants were not good swimmers or had no experience with SUP, but everyone had a great time.
- Iriomote Island had beautiful coral, making it a magical experience. If you bring a GoPro for snorkeling, you'll enjoy it even more.

石垣島は5回目、総滞在60日くらい。
今回は、友達7名(男性4人/女性3人)でのツアー。

今まで、自分で切り開く旅が好きだったので、
パッケージツアーを避けてきたのですが、とても後悔しました。
本当に、やっぱりプロは違うなと。
石垣の旅にこのツアーは必須だと思います！

pipiのよかったところ
1. ガイドさんの人柄が最高でした。
　SUPはくりちゃん(クリタさん)。シュノーケリングはサイトウさん。
　2人ともイケメンで、爽やかで、人柄がよく、
　気持ちよく、楽しくツアーを楽しめました。
　知識も豊富で、話を聞くのがよかったです。

2. 写真を撮ってくれる
　かなり融通を効かせながら、写真を撮ってくれます。
　ただ撮ってくれるだけではなく、
　映えスポットを見つけてはディレクションしてくれますし、
　「集合写真をこのポイントで撮りたい」と要望すると、
　柔軟に答えてくれます。

3. ツアー以外のところもフォローしてくれる
　おすすめのスポットやお店など、
　ツアー後にシェアしてくれる心配りもありました

SUP/シュノーケリングツアーのよかったところ
・泳げない/SUP未経験の人が多かったのですが、
　みんな楽しめました。
・西表島は、サンゴがとても綺麗だったので、
　幻想的でした。
　シュノーケリングは、GoProを持って行く方が楽しめます。
