The bus was spacious, and I could stretch my legs, which was great. The lunch was delicious too. At the roadside station Itoman, there were many seafood dishes available, and I was very satisfied to be able to eat them on the spot. The bus guide provided thorough explanations, and I think it was the best tour.

バスが広くて、足も伸ばせて最高でした。
昼食も美味しかったです。道の駅いとまんでは、たくさん海鮮料理なども売っておりその場で食べれたので大満足でした。バスガイドさんもしっかり説明してくださり、１番良いツアーだと思いました。

It's understandable that various facilities are closed due to COVID-19 measures, but the issue was the bus guide. The incomprehensible Japanese they spoke was extremely grating and exhausting. If they want to work as a guide, I hope they study Japanese properly. The organization from start to finish was poor, and I was really tired.

コロナ対策の為色々な施設が閉まってるのは仕方ない事ですが、問題はバスガイドさんです。意味不明な日本語を永遠に話すので物凄く耳障りかつしんどかったです。ガイドを仕事にするなら日本語をしっかり勉強して欲しいです。最初から最後まで段取りも悪く本当に疲れました。

If you think you're going to a remote island for the first time, it might be nice to try visiting three islands as a test. Since time is tight, if you feel like you didn't have enough time on any island, you can always go back separately instead of on a tour.

It was unfortunate that the weather was bad, but overall, it was a good experience.

初めて離島にいくと思うならお試しで３つ回れるのはいいのかもしれない。
時間がキツキツなので足りないと思う島はツアーではなく別で改めて行けばよし。

あいにくの天気だったのが残念だがまあいい経験でした。

I was worried about COVID-19 and debated participating until the day before, but I'm glad I joined. There were few people everywhere, the guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I really enjoyed getting to know the other members I traveled with. I would love to go again. I also got to ride the Arashiyama Tram, which wasn't in the plan, and I was able to fully enjoy Kyoto. To all the guides, it must be tough, but please keep up the good work.

コロナが怖くて前日まで参加を悩んでいましたが、参加して良かったでした。何処も少なく、ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、一緒に乗り合わせたメンバーとも仲良くなれて本当に楽しかったです。また行きたいと思いました。予定にない、嵐山のトロッコにも乗せて頂き、京都を満喫することが出来ました。ガイドの皆さんも大変でしょうが頑張ってください。

We stayed in Ishigaki Island and Kohama Island for our honeymoon and toured other islands with this tour. The staff on each island were friendly, and I think it was great to be able to visit everything in a compact way. There were a few moments that felt a bit rushed, but overall, I’m glad I participated.

新婚旅行で石垣島と小浜島に泊まり、こちらのツアーで他の離島をまわりました。
各島のスタッフの方も感じよく、コンパクトにまわれてよかったと思います。
少し慌ただしいかな、と思う点もありましたが、参加してよかったと思えました。

I was able to visit Yakushima, which I had always wanted to see, and it was amazing to finally walk to Jomon Sugi. I was a beginner at trekking, but thanks to the guide who walked at a good pace, I was able to go and return without any difficulty. There was an accident with someone from the same tour on the way back, but I felt reassured by the prompt response.

ずっと行ってみたいと思っていた屋久島に来れて、縄文杉まで歩きたいと思っていたのが実現して最高でした。
トレッキングは初心者だったのですが、ガイドさんがいいペースで歩いてくれたおかげで、無理なく行って帰れたと思います。
帰りに同じツアーの方にアクシデントがありましたが、適確に対応していただけて安心しました。

I participated in this tour because I didn't have much time on my first trip to the Yaeyama Islands. As a result, it was great to be able to see everything efficiently! Also, since I was planning to stay on Kohama Island that day, I hoped to disband locally on Taketomi Island, and I was very grateful that they arranged for my luggage to be transported from Ishigaki Island to my accommodation on Kohama Island! Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy sightseeing without being weighed down. It's a tour, but it also offers a decent amount of freedom, so I highly recommend it!

初めての八重山諸島の旅行であまり時間もなかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。結果、効率よくまわれてよかったです！また、当日は小浜島に宿泊予定だったので、竹富島で現地解散を希望したのですが、荷物を石垣島から小浜島の宿泊先まで手配していただき大変助かりました！おかげで身軽に観光ができてよかったです＾＾ツアーですが、そこそこ自由度もあり、おすすめです！

When it comes to sightseeing in Yakushima, I had the image of a "morning trekking tour," but this tour was perfect for someone like me, who usually prefers indoor activities. They picked me up at my accommodation at 8 AM, and we spent the day visiting the highlights of Yakushima by bus, returning to my accommodation in the evening. The guide and driver provided detailed and interesting information, and their love for Yakushima was evident. I definitely want to visit again in a different season.

屋久島観光といえば、「早朝からのトレッキングツアー」のイメージでしたが、このツアーは朝８時に宿泊先まで迎えに来ていただけ、バスで行ける屋久島の見所を１日かけて回り、夕方にはまた宿泊先まで送っていただけるという、私のような普段はインドア派の人に特にピッタリのツアーです。
ガイド兼運転手さんの丁寧で詳しいお話は興味深く、また屋久島への愛があふれていました。また、違う季節に是非訪れたいと思いました。

Is it because of the impact of the new coronavirus that the number of visitors has decreased? I was able to take my time exploring all the tourist spots.

There were only 10 participants, but thanks to the guide's attentive guidance, everyone seemed relaxed and enjoyed themselves. I participated alone, but with the guide's assistance and the opportunity to take photos at each sightseeing spot, I was able to capture many pictures. Additionally, receiving advice on angles during photo shoots was very helpful.

At Kiyomizu-dera, the roof replacement work was completed, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful stage. I signed up for the tour with lunch included. The restaurant was near Kiyomizu-dera, and from there, I could enjoy a panoramic view of Kyoto. The lunch, which included yudofu, was also very delicious.

The stroll through the bamboo grove in Arashiyama was enjoyable as I listened to the guide's stories and chatted with fellow tour members while exploring the sights. It was a very enjoyable day. Thank you, guide!

新型コロナウイルスの影響で客足が遠のいているのか？　全ての観光地でゆっくり見学することが出来ました。
参加人数は10名と少ない人数でしたが、ガイドさんの丁寧な案内で、皆さんリラックスして楽しんでいる雰囲気でした。
私は１人での参加でしたが、ガイドさんの案内や各観光地において写真撮影していただいたお陰で沢山の写真が取れました。また、写真撮影時アングルのアドバイスも頂けたのはとても良かったです。
清水寺は屋根の葺き替え工事が終わり美しい舞台を望むことが出来ました。私は今回お昼付きで申し込みました。場所は清水寺近くのレストラン、そちらのお店から京都を一望できる景色を楽しむことも出来ました。ランチも湯豆腐を頂くことが出来そちらもとても美味しかったです。嵐山での竹林散策もガイドさんのお話を聞きながら、また同じツアーメンバーの方々ともお話ししながら観光地を巡れました。とても楽しい1日でした。ガイドさんありがとうございました。

I fulfilled my dream of riding a water buffalo! I enjoyed the mangroves of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo on Yufu Island, and the glass-bottom boat and water buffalo on Taketomi Island. It was a very efficient way to have fun! I forgot reality while listening to the guide's sanshin performance and was healed by the great nature. The female water buffalo had flowers on her head, and she was so cute. Next time I visit on a trip, I want to book this tour again and go cycling on Taketomi Island!

水牛に乗りたいという夢が叶いました！
西表島のマングローブ、由布島での水牛、竹富島でのグラスボードと水牛。とても効率良く楽しめました！
ガイドさんの三線の演奏に現実を忘れ、大自然に癒されました。
女の子の水牛は頭にお花を付けていて可愛かったです。
次回また旅行で訪れる際もこのツアーを申し込んで竹富島でサイクリングしたいと思っています！

I was a bit anxious about my first bus tour, but it was so much fun! Thanks to our friendly bus guide, everyone had a great time together. I was also happy that they knew the best photo spots, so I could get beautiful pictures taken!

The purpose was to go to the aquarium, but we were able to efficiently visit various places by bus. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, it was comfortable, and I had a lot of fun throughout the day!

水族館に行くことが目的でしたが、バスでいろいろな場所を効率的にまわれました。添乗員さんの説明もわかりやすく、楽だし、1日とても楽しめました！

This time, I had a three-hour stay at Oishi Rinsan, which I was really looking forward to visiting the most! However, when the same group was having a photo session for over 10 minutes, it was quite troublesome for those of us waiting behind them. It was also disappointing that a group of 6 or 7 men was making a lot of noise while walking around, as I wanted to enjoy the tranquility. I couldn't help but wonder what they were there for.

Once again, this is a power spot and a place of worship. Let's be considerate of those around us and follow proper etiquette! The spirits are watching!

今回、大石林山が３時間の滞在時間となり、1番訪れたかったのでとても楽しみにしていました！
ただ同じ場所で10分以上も撮影大会されると、後ろで待っている人たちもいるので、とても困りました。他にも6〜7人の男性グループがずっと大声を出して騒ぎながらまわっていたのも静寂な中で回りたかっただけにとても残念でした！何しにきたのかなと思うくらいです。
今一度、パワースポットだろうとここは拝所です。周りへの思いやりを持ってマナーは守りましょう！！精霊たちがみてますよ！

Our lady guide made our trip all the more enjoyable as we travelled on the bus to Mt Fuji by Telling us funny but interesting little stories on Japan’s culture & growing up there. We even made our own Mt Fuji from colored paper that she gave us & then following her instructions . Once the trip was over our guide checked where we were staying so she could assist us with directions to get back there from the drop off station. A wonderful caring guide. The dinner was lovely and we got lots to eat & we all got fed really quickly on arrival there. Catering ladies were really nice too.
The weather that day was just perfect to view Mt Fuji so my daughter & I totally enjoyed our trip and would recommend it as great value for the cost.

My husband and I only had a day to spend in Kyoto and we looked into day tours but most only took you to two sites. The hop on hop off bus was a great solution. It took us to all the major sites and we get to see way more in 1 day then we would have otherwise. The bus station stop by Kyoto station was easy to find and the other stations were well marked. Staff was friendly and even let us know if certain buildings were closed due to coral virus. When it started to rain we received a poncho as we were getting off the bus and the next bus we got on was enclosed. After the rain stopped we go on an open roof bus and the staff even came up to wipe down any seats that might still be wet. Totally worth it if you only have a short amount of time in Kyoto

Due to the COVID-19 situation, there were hardly any tourists in Shirakawa-go and Gokayama. The pace of time was also slow, allowing us to leisurely explore the World Heritage site. The guide was very pleasant, and I was impressed by the detailed explanations. The lunch was delicious, making it a very satisfying day tour. Thank you very much.

コロナ騒ぎで白川郷と五箇山は観光客が殆どいませんでした。時間のペースもゆっくり取ってあるので、のんびり世界遺産を散策することが出来ました。ガイドの方は大変感じが良い方で、詳しい説明に感銘を受けました。お昼も美味しく、大満足の1日ツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on Taketomi Island. After taking a water buffalo cart, I explored the beaches by renting a bicycle and discovered the island. Initially, I had planned to tour the island on foot, but considering the distance to see the entire island, a bicycle was much more convenient.

はじめの竹富島を満喫できました。水牛車になった後、レンタサイクルでビーチを巡り、島を探検しました。
予約当初は、徒歩での島巡りを予定していましたが、島全体を観光する移動距離も考えると、自転車が便利でした。

I used to live in Osaka, a city I love, and it was a wonderful experience to discover a new side of Osaka through the guide's explanations.

元々住んでいたこもがあり大好きな街、大阪でしたがガイドさんの説明によって新しい大阪を発見できた素晴らしい体験でした。

I participated in this tour because I thought I could cover all the places I wanted to visit in Kyoto in just one day. Although Kyoto was less crowded than usual, I was able to explore at a very leisurely pace despite the packed itinerary.

There were eight people on the tour (apparently, there are usually more), and everyone except me was a foreigner. Therefore, it was noted during the reservation that "an English-speaking guide will be on board," but there was only one guide who mainly spoke in English. However, the guide was a veteran with a wealth of knowledge, and their English was easy to understand and interesting (of course, they also provided explanations in Japanese). Even though I participated alone, they took many photos for me.

My first experience in Kyoto was very satisfying!

ほぼ初めての京都で、１日で自分の行ってみたい名所を網羅できそうだったので参加しました。
京都自体通常に比べて空いていたということもありますが、盛りだくさんの内容の割にはとてもゆっくり回ることができました。
ツアーは８人で（普段はもっといっぱいいるらしいです）、私以外全員外国人でした。そのため、予約時に「英語を話せる添乗員が乗車」と書かれていましたが、ガイドさんは１人で、英語メインでのお話でした。でも、ベテランのガイドさんでとても知識が豊富で英語もわかりやすく、面白かったです（もちろん日本語でもいろいろ説明はしてくださいました）。一人での参加でしたが、写真もたくさん撮ってくださいました。
初京都、大満足です！

We really enjoyed the double decker bus. The city is beautiful and we never would have had the chance to see as much as we did on our own. The staff were super amazing at the bus pick up. My son and I even got back on the bus just to ride around the city after we stopped at so many amazing shrines.
The only drawback was (and this has nothing to do with the tour company) is that most of the places were closed to visitors due to Covid-19.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in getting a more general perspective of the city.

This time, considering the new virus, I was unsure about participating. My wife and I thought about it, but we decided to go for it. We boarded the bus in Namba, and there were about 10 people on the day of the tour. The guide was very easy to understand, providing information in both Japanese and English. We visited various attractions, and it was very quiet, allowing us to take our time exploring. I'm really glad I participated. I think this is a hidden gem during this time. It's safe and secure since it's not crowded! I would participate again if the opportunity arises. The yellow bus was very cute!

今回は新ウィルスの関係で参加をどうしょうか？妻と考えましたが思い切って参加しました。難波でバス乗車、当日は10名位の人数でしたガイドさんも日本語＆英語で対応とてもわかり易かったです。各名所を周りとても空いていてゆっくり見学ができました。参加して本当に良かったです。逆にこの時期、穴場たと思います。空いているので安全安心ですよ！また機会があれば参加しますします。黄色のバスとても可愛かったです

I had high expectations because the guide mentioned having nearly 20 years of experience, but when I asked questions about Yakushima or the plants, they often didn't know the answers and mostly just read what was written on the signs. The walking pace was slow, which made me even more tired. I wished they would listen to the customers' needs and adjust the speed accordingly. I felt like I could have gone on my own without a guide.

The day before, when I went to Jomon Sugi with another tour company, the guide was knowledgeable and had an interesting way of speaking, which made me feel this way even more. However, Shiratani Unsuikyo was very nice, so I'm glad I went. The path is easy as well.

ガイドさんがガイド歴が20年近くあると言っていたので期待しましたが、なにか屋久島の事や植物について質問しても分からないと答える事が多く、ほとんど看板に書いてあることをさらっと読むだけでした。歩くペースも遅く余計に疲れました。もっとお客さんのニーズを聞いてスピード調整をして欲しかったです。これならガイドなしで自分一人で行けば良かったかなと感じました。

前日に他のツアー会社で縄文杉に行った時は、知識も豊富で話も面白い素晴らしいガイドさんだったので、余計そう感じてしまいました。
ですが白谷雲水峡はとても良かったので行って良かったです。道も簡単です。

Guide Taniyama made accurate judgments at key points, such as pacing and where to leave our luggage, which eased my anxiety about the long tour and allowed me to follow along with confidence. It was clear that the guide was very knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions in detail, which was very educational.

He also treated us to miso soup using the gas he brought for our lunch. What thoughtful consideration! It was so nice of him to carry something heavy just for us. I was truly moved to enjoy warm miso soup in the middle of the forest.

The plan to go from Taiko Rock to Yakusugi in one day was the perfect way for me to spend my remaining time meaningfully, especially since I wanted to relax on Yakushima. I am grateful that he willingly accepted to arrange such a plan, which is not easy to find. Thank you so much! ✨

ガイドの谷山さんが、ペース配分やここでは荷物を置いていく、など要所で的確な判断をしてくださり、長時間のツアーに不安でしたが安心してついていくことが出来ました。
とても勉強をされているのが分かるガイドさんで、何を聞いても答えてくださり、詳しいので勉強になりました。
またお昼ご飯に持参してくださったガスを使ってお味噌汁をご馳走してくださいました。なんという心配り！重いのにわざわざ持ってきてくださるお心遣いが嬉しいですよね。まさか森の中で温かいお味噌汁をいただけるなんて、感動でした。
１日で太鼓岩〜屋久杉までを行くプランは、屋久島でゆっくり過ごしたい私にとっては残りの時間を有意義に過ごすことが出来る最高のプランで、そういったプランがなかなかない中で、それを快く引き受けてくださることに感謝です。

Mt Fuji blew me away. It was the best experiences and best part of my holiday. Mt Fuji was great and i enjoyed the lunch served. The driver and the commentator were fantastic. The cruise as well as the ropeway was an experience that will stay with me for a long time. Will definitely do it again. Five star.

It was a great experience.The bus driver was very good and well caring.He knows the city well. The prerecorded information was in different language and well detailed. Its definitely worth the price and worth doing. Five star all the way.

I was looking for a good way to explore Okinawa without renting a car and came across this tour. It's recommended because you can visit hard-to-reach places in a short amount of time. (Depending on your flight,) you can even use it on your last day of stay. The atmosphere at Sefa Utaki was particularly sacred and really wonderful.

I was looking for a good way to explore Okinawa without renting a car, and I discovered this tour. It efficiently covers the main sightseeing spots in Okinawa in one day, and I am very satisfied.

一日で沖縄観光の主要なスポットを効率的に回ることが出来て、大満足です。

Day 1
The trekking to Jomon Sugi was enriched by the tour experience. Among the various sightseeing spots, I was able to hear enjoyable stories and truly feel the nature around me. The weather was favorable from the morning, and I could see the mountains of Yakushima clearly. Since there were fewer tourists at this time, I didn't have to worry about the restrooms being crowded, and they were conveniently located for breaks, so it was not a problem. I did bring a portable toilet just in case.

Day 2
We started under a cloudy sky. By the time we reached Taiko Rock, the sun peeked through, and I was able to enjoy the scenery. There were several impressive landmarks along the way, making for a fun hike.

This was my first time in Yakushima. I participated as a solo female traveler, and it was a tour that I could fully enjoy even alone. I was able to ask the guide all the questions I wanted, and the time flew by.

縄文杉までのトレッキングは、ツアーだからこその内容が充実していました。観光名所のポイントがいくつもある中で、より楽しめる話が聞けたり、自然を肌で感じることができました♪
朝から天候に恵まれ、屋久島の山々もよく見えました。
この時期観光客も少なかったこともあり、心配していたトイレは混むこともなく、休憩とりながら、ちょうどいい場所にあったので問題なかったです。一応、簡易トイレは持っていってました。

2日目
曇り空の中スタート。太鼓岩に着く頃には晴れ間が見え、こちらも景色を満喫できました。見応えのある名所も所々あり、楽しいハイキングとなりました。

今回、初屋久島。女性一人参加しましたが、一人参加でも充分楽しめるツアーでした。ガイドさんに聞きたい話も聞けて、あっという間でした。

This bus tour was a fun and convenient way to see parts of Okinawa we couldn’t reach without a car. It picked us up right at the hotel, and then we were just along for the ride!

The guide did not speak English (as we knew), but she was very friendly and tried her best to help us. The audio guide was a bit mixed, but did provide some decent information.

We decided to pay the extra 1000 yen for lunch, and it was actually really good!

The aquarium was definitely the highlight, but the bridge was quite scenic and the pineapple park was very true to its name.

Some of the stops (Dinoland?!) were pretty surreal, but that’s part of the fun.

I was very satisfied with the round trip around Ishigaki Island, where I could enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, and lunch was included. The veteran male guide played several songs on the sanshin and sang Okinawan songs, which was quite nice.

石垣島をぐるっと一周、綺麗な海が一望出来て、ランチも付いて大変満足です。
ベテランの男性のガイドさん、何曲か三線を弾いて沖縄の歌を歌ってくれて、なかなか良かったです。
