Since the Churaumi Aquarium was closed, I participated in a course that included Submarine Jr II, Kouri Island, and Mihama American Village. I was disappointed that I couldn't visit the Churaumi Aquarium due to the impact of the infectious disease, but I was very satisfied with the course mentioned above. In addition to the free earphone guide rental, I was happy to receive water and cookies as well. Also, on Kouri Island, the guide took photos for us, creating wonderful memories. At the souvenir shop in Kouri Island Ocean Tower, there are tastings for almost all the snacks, so you can definitely buy great souvenirs.

美ら海水族館休館中だったのでサブマリンJrII・古宇利島・美浜アメリカンビレッジに行くコースに参加しました。
感染症の影響で美ら海水族館に行けなくなってしまい残念に思っていたのですが、上記のコースでも十分満足できました。
イヤホンガイドの無料貸し出しの他に、お水やクッキーなどもサービス頂き嬉しかったです。
また、古宇利島ではガイドさんに写真も撮って頂き、良い思い出となりました。
古宇利島オーシャンタワーのお土産ショップではほぼ全てのお菓子の試食があるので、いいお土産が買えること間違いなしです。

I participated in a one-day course on Yakushima for the first time. The guide provided thorough explanations, making it very easy to understand and worthwhile. I encountered Yakuzaru (Japanese macaques) and Yakushika (Yakushima deer), and it was a fulfilling day. I definitely want to participate again.

初めての屋久島で、１日コースに参加しました。ガイドさんの丁寧な説明があり　とても分かりやすくお得でした。やく猿　やく鹿にも出会え、充実した１日でした。また是非参加したいと思います。

I have visited Kyoto many times before, but this was my first time using a hop-on, hop-off sightseeing bus. Unlike my younger days of walking everywhere, this experience was free from the crowds of city buses, and the simple schedule of every 30 minutes was easy to understand and accurate.

Above all, the view from the second floor was uplifting. It felt like an event just being on the bus, with passersby waving at us, the chance to see the traditional townhouses of Kyoto from above, and even passing just under the gates of temples.

I started from a bus stop along the route, and the staff's response during boarding was smooth and courteous. At the Kiyomizu-dera bus stop, a staff member approached me (perhaps because I was holding a bus brochure?) and provided ticket checks and information about the service, much like a station attendant would do on a train.

They even gave my child a gift of stationery. I initially thought the reservation might be a bit pricey, but every staff member was very kind, making it a reassuring option for travelers who often find themselves lost in unfamiliar places. As a repeat visitor to Kyoto, I found this bus experience to be a refreshing way to enjoy the city.

今までに何度も京都を訪れていましたが、初めて乗り降り自由な観光バスを利用しました。
若い頃の歩き倒す旅とは違って、市バスの混雑とも無縁で、30分毎というシンプルな運行ダイヤも分かり易く、かつ正確でした。
なにより、二階からの眺めは気分が揚がりました。道行く人が手を振ってくれたり、京の町屋を上から見られたり、お寺の山門の下すれすれをくぐったりと、乗っていること自体にイベント感がありました。
途中のバス停からのスタートでしたが、乗車時のスタッフの方の対応もスムーズで丁寧でした。
清水寺のバス停では、バス停常駐のスタッフの方から私に声をかけて下さり、（バスのパンフレットを手にしていたから？）鉄道でいうなら駅員さんのように、検札や運行案内をして頂きました。
連れていた子供には、文具のプレゼントまでして頂きました。
予約時には少々値が張るかと思っていましたが、
どのスタッフの方もよくして下さり、旅先で何かと不案内なことの多い旅行者には、安心して利用できて良いのではと思いました。
京都リピーターの私も、今回のバスは新鮮な楽しみ方ができて良かったと思いました。

I visited Shiratani Unsuikyo for the first time this time, and the moss was incredibly beautiful, covering everything in green and looking very picturesque! I wasn't very confident in my physical stamina, and I was a bit worried about whether I could make it to the mossy forest since I was tired from going to Jomon Sugi the day before. However, the guide spoke very slowly while we climbed, so it wasn't exhausting at all, and I was able to enjoy the scenery around me at a leisurely pace.

Next time, I want to visit in the summer and enjoy the stunning view from Taiko Rock!

今回初めて白谷雲水峡に行かせて頂きましたが、
苔がすごくキレイに生えてて、一面緑でとても美しかったです！
私はあまり体力に自信がなく、前日に縄文杉まで行って疲れていたので、
苔むすの森まで行けるか少し不安でしたが、
ガイドの方がとてもゆっくりとお話ししながら登ってくださったので、まったくしんどくなく、また、ゆっくり周りの景色を見ながら登ることができました。

次回は夏に訪れて、太鼓岩からの絶景もたのしみたいと思います♪

I was able to get around very efficiently, which was great. Since there were few tourists on each island, I could enjoy sightseeing in a calm atmosphere. It became a wonderful memory.

とても効率よく回れてよかったです。どの島も観光客が少なかったので、落ち着いて観光できました。いい思い出になりました。

I was anxious because it was a long time, but the pace was just right, and I was able to go trekking the next day. The conversation was also very interesting.

I had visited Osaka several times, but I wanted to learn more about the city overall, so I decided to join this bus tour. There were many things I didn't know, and I enjoyed hearing more detailed information about the things I was already familiar with!

何度か大阪には来たことがあったが、全体的に大阪の事を知りたいと思い、このバスツアーに参加してみました。
知らない事も多く、知ってる事ももっと詳しく話が聞けて楽しかったです！

We had excellent tour guides (Mariko and company). Multilingual. They are articulate and caring. We enjoyed our day tour to Mount Fuji (5-stations). Tour bus schedule is precise and the trip was smooth. Lunch and walk at the Village was delightful and a very good experience.

I wanted to go from Kanazawa to Shirakawa-go, and while researching how to get there, I discovered this tour and decided to join. It seems you can also go by bus, but since the price difference isn't significant, I think it was a good choice to participate in the tour. The guide also provides information about great spots for taking photos.

金沢から白川郷に行きたいと思い、行き方を調べる中で
このツアーを発見して参加しました。
バスでも行くことが出来るようですが、価格差もあまりないため、
ツアー参加にして良かったと思います。

It was the best tour. I can understand why it's so popular.

There were places that I might have overlooked if I were traveling on my own, but thanks to the bus guide's explanations, I realized many things and had a very meaningful and enriching day.

Adding this to your travel itinerary is definitely a good idea. I highly recommend it.

It was cloudy, so the starry sky was almost not visible, but I was able to see coconut crabs and I was satisfied with the jungle night tour. Thank you very much.

曇っていたため、星空はほぼ見えませんでしたが、ヤシガニなども見れてジャングルナイトツアーは満足でした。有り難うございました。

We participated as a group of four, including two children aged 9 and 11. It seemed that about 40 people were on another tour to Kuula Falls, while we started from the cave. The children were excited, feeling like explorers with helmets and lights attached. We paddled through the mangroves on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and made it to just before Kuula Falls, where we were able to stand on the SUP sooner than we expected! The kids quickly got the hang of it and had a great time. We swam in the pool at the base of the falls, but we were the only four jumping in, which was funny.

Thanks to the guide's planning, we enjoyed Kuula Falls without the crowds, almost having it to ourselves. Our guide, Moja, was friendly and had a lovely smile. He kindly and thoroughly explained about the ocelots and mangroves to the children. Unfortunately, we experienced heavy rain (almost a downpour) at Baras Island, so we didn't get to see the stunning views. Our landing was brief, but I believe it would have been a wonderful sight if the weather had been clear. We could see the second Baras Island, which Moja mentioned he hadn't seen in three months.

Regarding the shower situation (it was cold) and the waiting time after lunch (which was a bit long), I think these issues may depend on the other tour groups and the season, but I hope they can be improved if possible. I was satisfied with the tour schedule and the guide's support. If I have the chance to come again, I would like to participate in another tour. Moja took a lot of photos for us (and for free) and sent them via LINE on the same day. Thank you, Moja! ^_^

9歳と11歳の子どもを含む4名で参加しました。
他のツアーでクーラの滝に行く方が40名ほどいたようで、私達は鍾乳洞からスタートしました。
ヘルメットにライトを装着で、探検のようだと子どもたちは喜んでいました。
マングローブの中をSUPで進み、クーラーの滝の手前まで行きましたが、思ったよりもすぐにSUPの上で立てました！子ども達もすぐに慣れ、楽しんでいました。滝壺で泳ぎましたが、飛び込んでいるのは私達4人だけでした笑
ガイドのプランニングのお陰で、クーラーの滝も混雑せず、ほぼ貸し切り状態でした。
ガイドのモジャさんは、気さくで笑顔が素敵でした。子ども達に優しく丁寧にヤマネコやマングローブのことなど説明してくれました。
バラス島は、あいにくの大雨(ほぼスコール)で絶景とはいきませんでした。数分の上陸でしたが、晴れていれば素晴らしい眺めだったと思います。
第二のバラス島が見えました。モジャさんは三ヶ月振りに見たそうです。
シャワーの件(寒い)、ランチ後の待ち時間(長め)の件は 他のツアーの方との兼ね合いや季節もあると思いますが、改善可能であれば検討してほしいです。
ツアーのスケジュール、ガイドの対応については満足です。また、来る機会があれば別のツアーにも参加してみたいです。
写真も沢山取ってくれ(しかも無料)、当日中にLINEで送ってくれました。

Although it was outside the pickup area, I was very grateful that they came to get me early in the morning when it was still dark.

This was my first experience with trekking, and I participated with a light-hearted hiking spirit, but due to my lack of experience, it was quite tough and hard. However, thanks to our guide, I was able to reach Taiko Rock safely. There were four friends and two other people with us this time, and we were able to progress at a leisurely pace, which allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Since there are many steep paths, I recommend a private tour for anyone who feels even a little anxious.

The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything I asked in detail. While walking, they stopped to show us countless plants, asking if we knew their names. They took many photos, making me feel like I was with a professional photographer.

It's important to stop and take photos before walking again, as it can be dangerous otherwise; if you don't follow this rule, the guide will scold you quite sternly, haha.

I was extremely satisfied, and it was worth more than the price. Lying down on Taiko Rock and enjoying the view while taking a leisurely break was the best feeling.

Thanks to the excellent guide, I was able to participate safely, but I think it's important to prepare thoroughly. The early morning course is very dark, and it’s quite dangerous without a headlamp. If you don't have proper hiking shoes, you might slip and twist your ankle. Gloves are also recommended. It was cold, so I was glad I had a neck warmer and a lightweight down jacket. The weather was good, but a lightweight rain jacket is also useful as a windbreaker. Even though I wasn't sweating, I drank about 800ml of water. Sharing small snacks with everyone helped relieve fatigue and was a nice change of pace.

送迎対象外地域でしたが早朝で真っ暗なので迎えにきてくださりとても助かりました。
トレッキングも初体験でハイキング気分で軽い気持ちで参加したので経験不足の為とても辛くてハードでした。しかしガイドさんのおかげで無事に太鼓岩まで登りきることができました。今回は友人4名と他に2名の方がいましたがゆっくりペースで進めたので皆さんと声かけあって楽しむことができました。険しい道が多いのでちょっとでも不安がある人はプライベートをおすすめします。
ガイドさんはとても物知りで聞いたこと全部細かく教えてくれました。歩きながらこんな何も名前があるの？と数えきれないぐらいの植物を立ち止まって見せてくれました。写真も沢山撮ってくれてプロのカメラマンさんと一緒に行った気分です。
写真は必ず立ち止まって撮ったらしまってから歩かないと危ないので守らないとガイドさんにきつく叱られますょ笑
お値段以上の大満足です。
太鼓岩に寝そべって眺望を見ながらゆっくり休憩もできて気分最高でした。
ガイドさんがよかったので安全に参加できましたがやはりいろいろと準備はしっかりした方がいいと思いました。
早朝コースは真っ暗でベッドライトがないととても危険です。靴も登山用のがないと滑って足をひねります。手袋もおすすめします。寒かったので首あて、動きやすいダウンを持っていてよかったです。天気がよかったのですが動きやすい雨具は風よけにもなるので便利でした。汗もかいていないのに水も800mlぐらい飲みました。ちょっとした口に入れるものもみんなで交換して疲れが取れたり気分転換になるのでよかったです。

The first day was incredibly long and challenging, but I was able to push through thanks to the guide's explanations and conversations with the people I met on the tour. After all the effort, seeing Jomon Sugi was an overwhelming experience.

The second day at Taiko Rock also had great scenery, which was amazing. It was about a third of the effort compared to the first day, and I was able to go normally. Both places had different atmospheres, so it was definitely worth visiting.

初日は途方もなく長くて大変だったけれど、ガイドさんの説明やツアーで一緒になった人たちとの会話で頑張ることが出来ました。苦労した分、縄文杉にご対面した時は感無量でした。

二日目の太鼓岩までも、景色が良くこれも最高。初日に比べて三分の一ぐらいで普通に行けました。両方とも雰囲気が違うから行く価値ありました。

Okinawa, which is said to be a power spot for the entire island, is a place I have visited many times, but it was my first time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Walking the full trekking course takes about an hour and a half, but I recommend doing the entire route. The course features various powerful strange rocks and sacred banyan trees. I was healed by the mysterious power and abundant negative ions.

Unfortunately, the main aquarium was almost closed due to COVID-19 measures, but thanks to that, inbound tourism from the main island of Okinawa had decreased, allowing for a relaxed visit everywhere.

島全体がパワースポットといわれている沖縄、何度も訪問していますが、大石林山は初めてでした。トレッキングコースをフルで歩くと、１時間半くらいかかりますが、全部行くことをオススメします。コースにはパワーのある様々な奇岩や御願ガジュマルがあります。不思議なパワーとたっぷりのマイナスイオンに癒されました。
その後に寄った美ら海水族館は、残念ながら新型コロナウィルス対策のため、メインの水族館以外はほぼ閉館。
ただ、そのおかげで沖縄本島全体からインバウンドが去り、どこも空いていてゆったり周れました。

I think it was probably the best two days.
First of all, we were blessed with great weather. The view from Taiko Rock was truly spectacular, and it felt like we could see everything. The journey was neither too hot nor too cold, and despite the COVID-19 situation, there were fewer people, allowing us to leisurely enjoy sights like Jomon Sugi.
I participated alone, but the members who happened to be there were naturally like-minded, so we were able to have various conversations and enjoy ourselves.

おそらくベストに近い二日間だったと思います。
まずはとにかく天気に恵まれました。太鼓岩からの眺めはまさに絶景で、見えるもの全てが見渡せた感じです。道中は暑くもなく寒くもなく、にも関わらずコロナ禍で人は少なめで、縄文杉を始め一通りのんびりと眺めることができました。
一人での参加でしたが居合わせたメンバーも必然的に価値観の近い人が集まっているのでいろんな話をして楽しむことができました。

I couldn't see many stars due to the bad weather, but I was able to see the coconut crab (endangered species) and the purple land hermit crab (natural monument). It was fun.
However, I was dissatisfied with the guide's level of knowledge. I didn't receive satisfactory answers to most of my questions. I felt that the staff clearly lacked knowledge about the creatures we could observe during the course.
Overall, it was enjoyable, but there were also some unsatisfactory points.

星は天気が悪かったためほとんど見れませんでしたが、ヤシガニ(絶滅危惧種)とムラサキオカヤドカリ(天然記念物)が見れました。楽しかったです。
しかし、ガイドさんの知識量に関して不満足でした。質問した内容のほとんどに対して納得のいく回答をしてもらえませんでした。コース中に観察できる生物に関してスタッフが明らかに知識不足だと感じました。
全体的には楽しかったが、不満足な点も残ったといった感じです。

I participated in snorkeling and canoeing at Barasu Island. The explanations were thorough, and although I was anxious being alone, I had a great time. I also learned a lot about Iriomote Island, enjoyed the nature, and it was a lot of fun. I'm glad I participated.

バラス島シュノーケリング、カヌーに参加しました。丁寧に説明して頂き、一人で不安だったのですが楽しかったです。
西表島のことも沢山教えて頂き、自然を満喫出来、楽しかったです。参加して良かったです。

We participated as a pair. I mistakenly thought there would be an explanation about the starry sky, so I was a bit disappointed when the photo session ended in a somewhat mechanical manner. The starry sky was indeed beautiful, and the photos we received were lovely. It became a great memory of our trip.

私の勘違いで星空の説明等があると思っていたので、流れ作業的に写真撮影が終了したのは少し拍子抜けでした。星空は確かに綺麗で、頂いた写真も素敵でした。旅の良い記念になりました。

Due to the current circumstances, the Churaumi Aquarium had fewer events, but that allowed for a more relaxed visit. It was also great to experience the culture at Ryukyu Village.

Above all, the bus guide was fantastic. They shared Okinawan culture, songs, and dances, making the tour enjoyable!

時世により、美ら海水族館はイベントも少なかったのですが、その分ゆったり見ることができました。琉球村も文化に触れて良かったでした。
なんと言ってもバスガイドさんが最高でした。沖縄の文化や歌、踊りも披露頂き、ツアーに参加して楽しかった！

I had hardly ever done any mountain climbing before, but I really wanted to see Jomon Sugi, so I decided to join a tour.

During the tour, we took breaks at appropriate intervals, and the guides provided us with information about the target arrival times and guidelines for each point, which allowed us to walk with peace of mind. It was also helpful that they informed us about dangerous areas and how to handle them in advance.

The day before, when I went to Shiratani Unsuikyo alone, I struggled and got lost due to the thick fog, so I was even more grateful that I had signed up for this tour before my trip!

普段ほとんど登山などはしたことがなかったのですが、どうしても縄文杉が見たかったのでツアーに参加することにしました。

ツアーでは適度に休憩を挟みながら、各ポイントへの到着目標時間や目安などを教えて頂きながらトレッキングしたため、安心して歩くことができました。また危険な箇所や対応の仕方も事前に教えて貰えよかったです。

前日に白谷雲水峡に1人で行った時に、霧が濃かったこともあり、道に迷ったり苦労したため、尚更旅行前にこのツアーを申し込んでいて良かったと思いました！

I was feeling quite seasick upon arrival, but thanks to the wonderful teasing from our guide, I was able to enjoy a friendly atmosphere with everyone I met for the first time! The limestone cave was very exciting, and I had a relaxing time canoeing! I felt really refreshed in the midst of such rich nature. The photo of everyone jumping while holding hands is one of my favorites! Thank you very much!

到着時より船酔いでグデクデでしたが、ガイドさんの素晴らしいいじりによりはじめましての方とも和気あいあいと過ごせました(^^)！鍾乳洞はとてもexcitingで、カヌーではのんびり過ごせました！自然豊かな中でとてもリフレッシュしました♫最後みんなで手を繋いでジャンプした写真、とてもお気に入りです！ありがとうございました！

In the morning, I visited Balas Island and a limestone cave, and in the afternoon, I did mangrove stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). In the limestone cave, we advanced through the pitch-black cave with our lights on, sometimes getting knee-deep in water... it was an adventure that sparked my sense of exploration. I was also nervous about trying SUP for the first time, and I was able to have many experiences in just one day. The guide was very thorough in their explanations and took a lot of photos, which made me extremely satisfied.

午前中にバラス島＆鍾乳洞、午後にマングローブSUPしました。鍾乳洞はライトを付けて真っ暗な鍾乳洞を進んで、膝まで水に浸かったり…冒険心を擽られるツアーです。また、初めてのSUPにドキドキしたり、1日で沢山の経験が出来ました。ガイドさんも説明が丁寧で、写真も沢山撮ってくれて超大満足です。

At the end of December 2019, I attempted to reach the Arakawa trailhead but had to give up due to heavy rain! On March 17, 2020, I made a second attempt. I kept a close eye on the weather forecast and changed my tour reservation several times before the day arrived, and I was able to go on a day with perfect weather. Our guide, Mr. Kawada, was incredibly thorough, providing many informative stories about the basics of mountain walking and the history of Yakusugi, and I truly felt it was worth hiring a guide. Thank you very much. We departed from the trailhead at 5:30 AM and returned at 3:40 PM. As someone over 60, I felt a sense of accomplishment after walking 22 km in the mountains. It was all thanks to our guide.

2019.12月末、大雨で荒川登山口まで行くが断念！2020.3.17 再挑戦でした。天気予報睨めっこでツアー申し込みも何度か変更を繰り返し当日を迎え、最高の天気のなか行って来ました。ガイドの川田さんの案内は実に丁寧で山歩きの基本や屋久杉の歴史など勉強になる話が多く、ガイドをお願いして本当に良かったと思います。有難うございました。登山口5:30出発ー15:40帰着　還暦過ぎ22kmの山歩きに達成感あり。ガイドさんのお蔭だな。

To sum up what I liked:

✦ Bilingual guide sharing amazing details
✦ Good amount of time at each spot, not too long/not too short
✦ Group was half Japanese half international, everyone was very nice
✦ Tour was very timely and organized

I made a reservation for a trip with three female friends.
It was our first island-hopping experience, and we had a wonderful time.

Yufu Island and Taketomi Island felt like tropical islands that are part of Japan but also not quite Japan!
Cycling on Taketomi Island takes a little over an hour, but in mid-March, the weather was nice and pleasant.

初めての島巡でしたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

由布島、竹富島は日本であって、日本でないような南国感たっぷりな島でした！
竹富島でのサイクリングは1時間ちょっとかかりますが、3月半ばで気候もよく気持ちよかったです。

I circled around Yakushima. The guide provided detailed explanations, so I felt I could appreciate the beauty of Yakushima much more than if I had driven around in a rental car. I'm glad I participated.

屋久島を一周してくれました。
ガイドさんが詳しく説明してくれましたので、レンタカーで回るよりも、はるかに屋久島のよさを実感できたと思います。

It was a tour full of highlights. The explanations and performances by the versatile guide about Okinawa were very enjoyable and offered great value for money. I also thoroughly enjoyed the various Okinawan dishes that were introduced to me after the tour!

見どころ満載のツアーでした。コスパ良く多才なガイドさんの沖縄の説明やパフォーマンス等、とても楽しかったです。ご紹介して下さった数々の沖縄料理もツアーの後、堪能しました！

I wanted to visit Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya in winter, but since I live in an area where it doesn't snow, I thought driving would be impossible, and I wasn't familiar with the bus routes, so I gave up. When I found this tour, I immediately signed up because it was exactly what I was hoping for.
The driver's driving was very reassuring, and the guide was very considerate, making the time feel enjoyable rather than long.
The lunch wasn't bad in terms of taste. The hot pot was, of course, warm, but the other dishes were cold, and the shredded cabbage was dry, making me wonder how long it had been sitting out.
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we were scheduled to leave at 1:30, but when we entered the hotel, the bath was available only from 1:00?! I think it's very disappointing for those who were looking forward to it.
I hope the hotel schedule can be better communicated. I would definitely like to see improvements in the lunch.
It's a shame, especially since the bus staff left a good impression.

冬の支笏湖や洞爺湖に行ってみたかったのですが、雪が降らない地域に住んでいるので、車の運転は無理だし、路線バスもよくわからないしと諦めていました。このツアーを見つけて、希望にピッタリだとすぐに申し込みました。
ドライバーさんの運転はとても安心でき、ガイドさんもいろいろ気を使って下さり、少し長いかなと思っていた時間も、そう感じないほど楽しく過ごせました。
昼食は、味は悪くはないです。鍋はもちろん暖かいですが、その他は冷たく、千切りキャベツは乾いていて、いつから置いてあるんだろうと思いました。
ホテルに着いて1時半出発の予定だと言われ、いざホテルに入ったらお風呂は1時から⁉︎楽しみにして来た方にはとても残念だと思います。
ホテルの予定など、しっかり把握していただけたらと思います。昼食は是非改善していただきたいです。
バスのスタッフが好印象だっただけに、残念です。
