I was looking forward to the half-day Ishigaki sightseeing tour, and thanks to our guide, Mr. Hashizume, and the driver, I had a great time. I was unsure about the glass-bottom boat in the rainy Kabira Bay, but Mr. Hashizume assured me that it probably wasn't murky and that we would be able to see underwater! Since we had come all this way, I decided to go for it, and it was definitely the right choice. The underwater scenery was beautiful, and I even got to see a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied.

Thank you very much! I would love to come back to Ishigaki Island for a revenge trip and experience the four islands tour that I had to cancel this time.

楽しみにしていた半日石垣観光でしたが、ガイドの橋爪さんや運転手さんのおかげで十分楽しめました。雨の川平湾グラスボードもどうしようか迷いましたが、橋爪さんが多分濁ってないので海の中は見れますよ❗️と言ってくださったので折角来たのだからと乗りましたが大正解でした。海の中はきれいでウミガメまで見れて大満足でした。
本当に有難うございました。又リベンジで石垣島に来て今回キャンセルした４島回りも体験したいと思います。

I was anxious that this might be my last year to take on the challenge due to my age, but the weather was clear, the guide was attentive, and the people in the group I went with were kind. It was great that I could walk all the way to Jomon Sugi without any issues. It was also fantastic to see Mount Miyanoura along the way. The hotel had delicious food, and I enjoyed the local dishes.

年齢から言って挑戦するのは今年が最後かなと不安でしたが、天気は快晴、ガイドさんも丁寧、一緒に行ったグループの人たちも親切、縄文杉まで、無事歩き続けられたのは良かったです。途中宮之浦岳も見られたのも最高でした。ホテルも料理がとても美味しく、地の物を楽しみました。

This was my first trip to Okinawa. I had hoped to visit the observation tower and Mihama, but since there were no openings, I chose this option instead.

I wanted to have lunch around the aquarium, so I didn't eat at Okashi Goten, but just looking at souvenirs left me with too much time on my hands. I thought I could explore a bit more since Ocean Expo Park has various facilities, but the bus stop was quite far away, and I only had time to see the aquarium, the manatee pavilion, and the dolphin show. I was hoping to have lunch at a restaurant, but it seemed like there were mostly food court options like burgers and soba, and I didn't have the luxury of taking my time…

Personally, I enjoyed the dinosaur area at Nago Pineapple Park more. I felt there were quite a few souvenir shops, so if I had known, I would have spent more time here instead of on the farm tour.

The guide shared a lot of interesting information about Okinawa at various locations, which was very nice.

As noted, it seems that transportation can be quite delayed. Even at the meeting time and departure time, there was no bus in sight near the hotel, and just when I was about to contact someone, the bus arrived. It would have been reassuring to receive a notification about the delay… (I was quite anxious, wondering if I was at the wrong waiting spot). The return shuttle to the hotel was also an hour late (there were some people who returned late at the departure time as well). I recommend planning your schedule with some extra time.

今回初めての沖縄旅行です。
展望塔と美浜の方希望だったのですが空きがなかったのでこちらにしました。

水族館周りで昼食にしたかったので御菓子御殿で昼食をとらなかったのですが、お土産を見るだけだと時間を持て余してしまいました。
海洋博公園は施設も色々あるので他も少し見て回れるかと思ってたんですがバス停までも結構離れてるし、水族館とマナティー館、イルカショーだけ見てあとは見る余裕もあまりありませんでした。
ランチもどこかレストランで…と思っていたのですが（バーガーやそばなどフードコートのような所が多かった気が…）ゆっくりしてる余裕もなく…(´；ω；`)
ナゴパイナップルパークは個人的に恐竜エリアの方が楽しめました。お土産屋さんが割と多かった印象だったので、判っていれば畑の見学よりこちらに時間取ってました。

ガイドさんが場所場所で沖縄の話を色々して下さりとても良かったです。


注意書きの所にもありますが、交通事情で結構遅れるようです。
集合時間になっても出発時刻になってもホテル付近にバスが見当たらず、連絡しようと思った所にバスが到着。遅れる旨連絡頂けたら安心できたのですが…（待機場所が間違っているのかとかなり焦りました）
帰りのホテルへの送迎も1時間遅れでした(出発時間に遅れて戻ってくる方がいたこともありますが）
余裕をもって予定を組んでおくことをお勧めします。

Everything was really fine.

The bus rider, the tour guide and staff were all pretty helpful and attentive.

A beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and amazing places to stop nearby to take pictures.

The lunch was delitiful and they have vegetarian options.

I reccomend any one to hire their services.

It was a beautiful trip. The tour guide and the driver were very pleasant. The bus that we rode was clean and extremely comfortable too. I would recommend this to anyone! Japan is such a beautiful country to visit but the best part was the people as well!

I was looking forward to stargazing. On the day, I was happy that the weather was perfect, but when the staff who came to pick us up arrived, they first mentioned that due to the full moon, it would be difficult to see the stars, and that cancellation was possible. That was very considerate of them.

I wanted to explore at night, so of course, I decided to participate. It was a place I wouldn't have gone to on my own, as I thought it might be a bit scary, but the staff worked hard to show us various creatures, and we were able to enjoy seeing the night wildlife. Thank you very much.

星空鑑賞楽しみにしてました。
当日天気は最高と喜んでましたが、その日は、綺麗な満月の夜、お迎えに来て下さったスタッフの方、先ず一言、満月のため星を見るのは難しいので、キャンセルも可能ですとの説明を頂きました。凄ーく良心的です。
夜の探索もしたいので、もちろん参加しました。自分たちでは行かない、ちょっと怖いと思う場所でしたが、スタッフの方は、一生懸命私達に色々な生き物を見せようと動いて下さり楽しい夜の生き物を見ることが出来ました。

It was my first time sightseeing alone, but thank you for the bus ride and for the guide providing information in both English and Japanese.

初めての一人での観光だったけど、バスにのって、バスのガイドも英語と日本語両方でしていただきありがとうございました。

Our tour guide Mr Tetsuya "Teddy" ISHIDA, and driver 林 were very punctual and very friendly. He speak good in mandarin and English.
This trip is completely tailored to suit our family of five (3, 9 and 12 year old)
We were all blown away with how well we all enjoyed our day trip. We managed to get some brilliant images of Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended- money well spent

The trip was just ok although it seemed like a succession of gift shops and loo stops with lots of time in a overheated coach, with not much information or commentary. I think one if the attraction s should be dropped because the very worst part was the endless drive back into Tokyo in rush hour then being dropped in the busiest part of town. Who would design a tour like that, deliberately adding hours in a coach to an already overlong day? The tour should be shortened and the end point should be the same as the start point

Booked package tour through veltra.com and immediately after online payment email confirmation received for tour details and pick up point. I found difficulty in locating pick up point, so advised travelers to have sufficient time margin in reaching pick up point, as bus departs on time without any further wait. Japanese people are very strict on time, so when they announce for time, be careful and return to bus before that time, otherwise you may miss the bus on any sightseeing point. Booked vegetarian food, but could not get anything there even salad was having meat. Alcohol are mixed in most food products. Vegetarian are advised not to book food in package. Better to carry your own food as alternate food availability is also not there other than included in package. It was sunny day, hence could see Mt Fuji amazing views and it made our day. 5th station was closed due to snow fall, hence we returned from 1st station. Only 10 min was given at first station, which was most beautiful place in entire trip and this was negative. Lot of time spent for lunch which was not necessary. Cruise trip was in dark, so it was just a boating, could not see the beauty around mountain. Return ticket for bullet train was given in bus and highly recommended due to heavy traffic jam during return trip. It took only 35 min to reach Tokiyo instead of 2.5-4 hrs in bus. Overall package cost was more, however tour is worth due to natural beauty. Lady guide was fluent in English and coordinated well the entire trip, except for time management. Recommend every traveler to visit Mount Fuji, it is must tour if you are in Tokiyo. You can leave Tokiyo city tour, if time does not permit but Mt Fuji tour is must, if whether permits.

The first sightseeing spot, Manza Beach, was crowded with foreigners, making it difficult to enjoy. At the main attraction, Churaumi Aquarium, there was plenty of time to fully appreciate it. However, at Nago Pineapple Park, I only had about 20 minutes for a restroom break and shopping due to time constraints. I was really looking forward to visiting Pineapple Park, so I was quite disappointed. I would prefer to skip Manza Beach and spend more time at Nago Pineapple Park instead. However, the bus tour was very convenient, as it included hotel pick-up and drop-off, allowed for drinking, and provided the opportunity to nap during the ride.

最初に観光した万座毛は外国人が多く、満足に観ることができません。
メインの美ら海水族館は時間もたっぷりあり、満足に観ることができます。
ナゴパイナップルパークは、時間がなく、トイレと買い物のみで20分ほどしか滞在できませんでした。パイナップルパークに行くのもとても楽しみにしていたため、がっかりしてしまいました。万座毛をやめて、その分ナゴパイナップルパークにもっと時間をとって頂きたいです。
ただ、バスツアーはやはり、ホテルまで送迎、お酒も飲め、移動中寝ることもでき、非常に楽でした。

I think this tour is not suitable for those who want to take their time sightseeing, as the time allocated after arriving at the tourist spots is short. After getting off the bus, the guide took us to the recommended sightseeing locations, but the walking pace was fast, making it quite physically challenging for someone in their 50s like me. However, thanks to this, I was able to visit four sightseeing spots. Thank you very much.

　観光地に着いてからの時間設定が短い為、ゆっくり観光したい方には不向きだと思います。
　バスを降りて、おすすめ観光地までガイドさんが案内して下さったのですが、歩くペースが早く、50代の自分には、中々体力的に厳しい観光になりました。
　しかしおかげで、観光場所は四ヶ所巡ることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
　

I participated with three friends. Unfortunately, as forecasted, the weather was bad with a completely cloudy sky. I received a call saying that the forecast predicted it would clear up after 10 PM, so they changed the schedule and would call again around that time. It really did clear up, and I was surprised that the weather prediction was accurate! I was also amazed by the beautiful starry sky! We were able to take some wonderful photos. Thank you very much!

友人と４人で参加しました。
あいにく予報通り天気が悪く、一面の曇り空でした。
電話を頂き、22時過ぎに晴れてくる予報なのでその時間くらいにまた電話します。と予定変更してくれました。
本当に晴れて来て、天気が当たった事にもビックリ‼️一面の星空にもビックリ‼️

I had always taken the subway to my destination, but this time, moving above ground helped me rediscover the charm of Osaka. I was glad to hear the guide explain many things I didn't know, like "Mido-suji" and "Kuidakore." Next time, I want to try the Umeda route. I was also surprised by the many temples I learned about this time. There are just too many tourists in Kyoto, so I'm switching to Osaka! (laughs)

いままで地下鉄で目的地に行ってばかりでしたが今回地上を移動してみて
大阪の良さを再認識しました。ガイドさんの「みどう筋」、「くいだおれ」
・・・沢山の知らなかったことを説明して頂けて良かったです。
次回はうめだルートに行ってみたいです。今回知った数多くのお寺にも驚きでした。京都はあまりに観光客が多いので大阪に切り替えです!(笑)

Good day activity out of Tokyo. Not too strenuous for elderly yet get to see mt fuji and enjoy hakone! Lunch was good too. Only set back was controlling the other people on the tour. With each stop being 5-10mins late, we ended up being half hour late for last activity which was the lake ashi cruise and being late autumn/early winter, the sky was dark and we couldn't see anything! And because it was late we decided to take the bullet train back to tokyo which cost extra. Overall, a good day tour!

My boyfriend's mother came from Kyushu, so we traveled together. It was challenging to walk around, but we were able to take a bus tour, and the guide was very clear and provided information at just the right moments, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful illuminations thoroughly. It was indeed cold, but we received a hand warmer and were lent a blanket, so with my own gloves, scarf, and mask (my face was very cold), I managed just fine. After it was over, my body was very cold, but the beauty of the experience outweighed the cold.

彼氏のお母さんが九州から来たので、一緒に乗りました。
歩いて見て回るには大変ですが、バスでぐるーっと回ってくれましたし、その上ガイドさんもとても分かりやすく良いタイミングで案内してくれたので、イルミネーションを綺麗に十分に見ることができました。
確かに寒いですが、カイロ１つを貰え、膝掛けを貸していただけるので、あとは自分の手袋、マフラーやマスク（顔がとても寒い）をして何とかなりました。終わった後は体がとても冷えていましたが、寒さよりも綺麗なのが勝っていました。

I joined this tour because it goes to Cape Hedo by bus. I've been to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium before, but I had never been further north, so I was really looking forward to it. Once you get on the bus, it takes you to your destination, which is convenient! You can relax and enjoy the scenery from the window.

Cape Hedo is truly impressive. It was absolutely breathtaking. Since the time was a bit short, I wish we had about 20 more minutes. I wasn't very familiar with Daichi Forest, but I heard it's a power spot. It's quiet and very soothing. However, because it rained, the ground was slippery, so it's better to wear shoes that are less slippery.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we had plenty of time, so I was able to enjoy both the dolphin show and the aquarium. The guide was easy to understand and very approachable, which was great. We had a little chat about Amuro-chan, which was fun!

バスツアーで辺戸岬まで行けるという事でこのツアーに参加しました。
美ら海水族館は行った事あるのですが、それより北側には行った事なかったので、とても楽しみにしてました。
一度バスに乗って仕舞えばあとは目的地まで連れて行ってくれるのでラクです！車窓の景色を見ながらのんびりできます。
辺戸岬は流石の迫力ですね。まさに絶景でした。時間が短めなので、あと20分位ほしかったかな。
大石林山はよく知らなかったのですが、パワースポットとの事。静かで癒されます。ただ、雨が降ったせいか足元が滑りやすかったので靴は滑りにくいものの方がいいです。
美ら海水族館は時間がたっぷりあったので、イルカショーと水族館両方とも楽しめました。
ガイドさんの案内もわかりやすく、話しやすい方でよかったです。少しだけですが安室ちゃんトーク楽しかったですw

I never expected to ride a deck bus on the highway; it was so much fun! The illumination was also amazing! (⌒▽⌒)

A magical day touring all the beautiful sights of Kyoto. Everything was organized and planned perfectly starting with the pick up from Osaka to the drop off. Our guide Hiromi was excellent and gave us a lot of insights into the history of Kyoto and Japan in general. The sights were breathtaking especially the Kyomizudera temple and Arashiyama forest. The bus was comfortable and the pace was just right. We got a lot of time for taking pictures and soaking in th scenery. A really enjoyable tour for families and couples alike.

It was my first trip to Okinawa. I was really torn about where to go, whether to rent a car or take the Yui Rail, but after much deliberation, I discovered this great value monitor tour on an internet site and signed up. To sum it up, it had great cost performance, a good travel itinerary, the Churaumi Aquarium was fantastic, and Emerald Beach was wonderful—this bus tour was perfect for a first-time trip to Okinawa. The only downside was that the bus seemed old, and there was a smell of exhaust inside, plus the ride was uncomfortable. Other than that, the guide's explanations were enjoyable and thorough, which was great. I would definitely like to use a different plan when I come for my second trip to Okinawa.

人生初めての沖縄旅行でした。何処に行こうかとか、レンタカーを借りようか、ゆいレールにしようかと、迷いに迷ったあげく、インターネットサイトで、このお得な、モニターツアーを発見し、申し込みました。結果から言えばコスパ良し、旅行の工程プラン良し、美ら海水族館よし、エメラルドビーチ良しで、初めて沖縄旅行するには、もってこいのバスツアーでした。ただ残念なのはバスが古いのか車内に排ガスの臭いがあり、また乗り心地がＸ。その他は、ガイドさんの案内も楽しく、丁寧で、良かったです。また2回目の沖縄旅行に来た時もぜひ違うプランで利用したいです。

Great tour, great guide and bus driver. Tour could have went a little longer at each stop it ended 2 hours earlier then our itinerary stated. Each stop was gorgeous sight and picturesque.

Although it didn't rain, it was cloudy and windy due to the typhoon's influence. Due to our schedule, we went in the afternoon on the day we arrived in Ishigaki Island.

The high-speed boat to Taketomi Island is smaller and tends to sway more, almost bouncing over the waves. It was great that we arrived at Taketomi Island quickly. On the way back, we took a larger boat which was much steadier.

Our first sightseeing activity was a glass-bottom boat. The captain was very experienced and showed us shallow areas where the glass bottom of the boat was almost touching the coral reefs. He was very familiar with the points of interest. As expected, some people had to use the sick bags.

The water buffalo cart moved very slowly, allowing the water buffalo to take the lead on the path, and I was impressed that the cars could pass without scraping on the narrow roads. The island bus tour included stops at places like Hoshizuna Beach, and the guidance was very kind. We were able to experience the sightseeing points of Taketomi Island in a compact manner.

雨こそ降らなかったけれど，台風の影響で曇りで風が強かったです．日程の関係で石垣島到着日の午後に行きました．
竹富島まで行く高速艇は小さいほど揺れます，というか波の上を跳ねていく感じです．竹富島が近くて直ぐに着いてよかったです．帰りは大きめの船で落ち着いていました．
最初の観光はグラスボートでした．船頭さんは非常にベテランで大揺れの船底のガラスに珊瑚礁が当たるすれすれまで浅いところを見せてくれました．ポイントを熟知しておられます．案の定エチケット袋を使うかたが出ました．
水牛車はとてもとてものんびり走行し，水牛に走行路を任せていますが，狭い道を車が擦れないで通るのは感心しました．島内バス観光は星砂の浜などのコースですが親切な案内でした．コンパクトに竹富島の観光ポイントを経験できました．

Unfortunately, the weather was drizzly, so we couldn't see the starry sky, but the nighttime walk was enjoyable. It was fun to see coconut crabs and crabs on the beach, and I felt connected to nature. It was also great that they provided boots and lights, making it easy to join in.

　あいにくの小雨交じりの天気だったので星空を見ることは出来ませんでしたが暗闇の散策は楽しかったです。
ヤシガニや浜にいるカニなどが見れて自然を感じることもでき楽しかったです。
長靴にライトも貸していただけるので気軽に参加できるのも良かったです。

Finding the starting point was easy as it was very easy to see at the train station. It was nice that there were translations available as one of us spoke English and the other spoke Chinese. Despite rainy weather the tour was great. The tour obviously runs on a schedule so lingering to meditate will not work. There was enough time to follow the trails and get a number of photos but be aware that there will be crowds as these are very popular tourist places. This is an easy way to see the temples and to avoid numerous train and subway changes.

Osaka Castle is surrounded by so many buildings that I was told "Look, there's Osaka Castle!" several times. It was quite busy.

It's not as crowded as the Hato Bus, but I guess that's just how it is (laughs).

I couldn't go to the Busena Marine Park, but instead, I went to the Dinosaur Park, and my 9-year-old granddaughter was unexpectedly thrilled! By the way, she's a girl. She was even more excited than at the Churaumi Aquarium.

Now she's completely fallen in love with traveling!

It's an ambitious course that you can't fully explore in a day, yet somehow time moves slowly. Starting with a mangrove jungle cruise, I was surprisingly relaxed on the water buffalo cart, and cycling on Taketomi Island was refreshing! Each of the three places had a different vibe and atmosphere, and I was very satisfied!

自分では、1日で周りきれない欲張りコースなのに、何故か時間がゆっくり動きます。マングローブのジャングルクルーズから始まり、水牛車には自分でもびっくりするほど癒されて、竹富島ではサイクリングでスカッとしました〜。
3箇所全部違う顔、雰囲気があり大変満足でした！

Interesting, fun and definitely worth the price.
Tour guide was very informative and funy and lunch buffet was good quality with many choices ...
We really enjoyed this trip.
