I participated with my husband. Neither of us usually goes trekking, so we had some concerns, but we managed to get through the two days. We chose a tour for peace of mind. We thought we wouldn't be able to decide whether to continue or turn back in bad weather. As a result, the first day was sunny, and the second day had light rain, but I was glad we had a guide for the Taiko Rock course on the second day, as the route was quite complicated. We were able to take beautiful photos at the photo spots, and we heard various stories along the way. It was a tour that exceeded our expectations for peace of mind.

旦那さんと参加しました。2人とも普段はトレッキングしないので、少し不安な部分もありましたが、２日間なんとか乗り切ることが出来ました。ツアーにしたのは、安心料でした。天候が悪いとき、奥に進むのか？引き返すのか？自分たちでは判断出来ないと考えました。結果、１日目は晴天、２日目は小雨でしたが、２日目の太鼓岩コースは結構道順が複雑でガイドさんを付けて良かったと思いました。写真スポットでは綺麗な写真を取っていただけ、道中に色々とお話を聞かせていただけ、安心料以上の満足するツアーでした。

Meeting point was easy to find and pick up was on time. Bus was comfortable. Staff Akito was friendly, though her English was not easy to understand but she was helpful. We had a short toilet break halfway. Weather was great that day, we got lucky. Stopped at the 5th Station for around 40 mins. Very cold, beware. 3 course lunch was nice. Cruise was short but nice. Same area was the ropeway ride which we spent an hour at the top waiting for the foggy weather to clear but it didn't. We got the ¥300 worth voucher, u can redeem either an ice cream or a souvenir. Left at 4.30pm and got to Shinjuku around 6.15pm.

The rain started unexpectedly. The weather forecast doesn't hold true in Yakushima. The moss and trees, wet from the rain, looked vibrant and beautiful. There was some mist, which created a fantastic atmosphere. I couldn't see Taiko Rock because it was dangerous due to the slippery conditions from the rain. The guides I passed all said, "It's tough!" and I really started to worry if I could make it to the end, but I pushed through. My knees, back, and hips are all sore, and I don't even know how to care for them. It might not be suitable for those who want to take photos slowly.

It was a long-awaited private trip! As someone who tends to be a bit of a paper person, the bus tour was incredibly helpful! It was attractive for being able to visit key spots, but I was also healed by the guide's singing and dancing! It's unfortunate what happened to Shuri Castle this time, but I will definitely visit again during the restoration and make use of the tour!

We had a wonderful day out with our driver, Tuk and our local guide, Yuko. We saw a quick film of Fuji and the information centre then went to fifth station to visit the shrine and to admire a closer view of Mount Fuji and the surrounding areas. We then visited a local restaurant for delicious noodles and sake. We then continued to Arakurayama Sengen Park to take photos of Mount Fuji with the Pagoda and continued to enjoy the local markets and stalls and the Autumn Leaves Festival at Kawaguchiko. We were able to take phots of Mount Fuji from a variety of different locations and our day was well paced as we have young children (3, 6 and 11 years).
Our day was pleasant as our guide and driver were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and accommodated our preferences. Highly recommend this tour if you like your own space and you’re travelling in a small group.

On the last day, I had almost half a day to spare, so I chose a sightseeing bus tour. The first half of the trip was disappointing due to rain and cloudy skies, but in the second half, especially on this day, we were blessed with clear weather and were able to see the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay, which I had longed to see.

As an option, I took a glass-bottom boat ride, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any sea turtles, which left me a bit regretful. One advantage is that the bus goes directly to the airport, which provides a sense of reassurance.

I participated because I really wanted to see the night view of the factory district in Yokohama from the sea. About ten days ago, I applied and received a "tentative reservation" notice, which made me anxious about whether I could go or not... The confirmation came a week before the event. My long-held wish came true, and I was able to go!

I participated in early November, and it was a warm night, but it's better to take precautions against the cold. I was captivated by the captain's wonderful narration, and he stopped the boat at the highlights, allowing us to hear stories from previous passengers. I had a great time.

The boat does sway, so taking photos was quite difficult... With my skills, I could only manage to take a few.

Great way to visit Mt Fuji from Tokyo

Overall this was a well run bus tour with our pickup from Shinjuku. Very comfortable bus departed around 9am and drove around 2 hrs before first activity of the day. While some of the stops felt a bit rushed, the upside is not only going half way up Mt Fuji to 5th station, but also including a few other fun activities.We were fortunate to have a clear day with just a bit of cloud, and got a great view & photos of Mt Fuji peak, which is not always possible due to weather conditions. Oshino Hakkai & Ninja Village were pretty & interesting, and the lunch was an exceptional buffet, far better than I expected and absolutely worth the small extra charge. The Fuji 4D simulator ride at the theme park was unexpected and good fun. Personally I felt that the extra time required for the Lake Kawaguchi stop was not worth the effort, too quick and really just another pretty lake for a quick photo. I would recommend a separate trip to Lake Hakone area for this purpose.
Guide Guilia was very enthusiastic and informative, and while the trip was conducted in English, I noted that she spoke several other languages fluently.
The only issue I had with the day I chose, was that it was a public holiday, and the easy 2 hr morning trip took over 4 hrs on the return because of very heavy traffic. In fairness while this was totally beyond control of the tour company and I offer no blame at all to them, they actually managed to minimise a bad situation as the bus driver skilfully negotiated B roads back to Shinjuku and by avoiding the expressway likely achieved the 4 hr return instead of a 5-6 hr disaster. I would not recommend doing this day trip on a public holiday, but I would not hesitate to otherwise recommend this tour to friends travelling to Tokyo in the future.

Started well but deteriorated into boredom then chaos.

Pick up was efficient but the time was an hour later than that advertised in the literature, Mount Fuji was great, lunch was fine then it rapidly deteriorated. The post lunch itinerary was changed due to volcanic activity at the advertised ropeway. The lake cruise was forgettable, it was overcast and wind, it was very poorly supervised by the guide who gave garbled instructions that we couldn’t understand The ropeway was left to last by which time it was getting dark and the wind was getting up so we gave it a miss and poodles around for an hour in the souvenir stalls.

The return was chaotic we wasted ages dropping off people returning to Tokyo by train then it was a crawl even though the congestion wasn’t bad. It took more than 3 hours to cover the 70 km from the ropeway to our hotel

I participated with two friends. The weather forecast was wrong, and it poured rain from the morning without stopping, so we couldn't go to Taiko Rock due to safety concerns, and I have almost no photos from Shiratani Unsuikyo. However, I don't think I'll ever walk on such a dark, rainy mountain path again, so it was a good experience.

I'm a notorious rain person, but our guide, Mr. Shimozono from the roadside station, made it fun by joking around, and we walked for nearly 12 hours happily. Mr. Shimozono is a native of Yakushima and has witnessed the changes on the island, so it was enjoyable to ask him questions and hear his stories.

For lunch, he even boiled water and served us miso soup! Even after the rain stopped, it was still foggy and cold, so it really warmed us up. Mr. Shimozono walked without wearing rain gear and just held an umbrella, yet he didn't get wet at all, and hardly got caught on branches... it was amazing!

I highly recommend walking for 12 hours with Mr. Shimozono!

でもこんな真っ暗闇で土砂降りな山道を歩くこともきっとないと思うので、いい経験でした。
わたしはすごい雨女なのですが、ガイドの道の駅観光の下園さんも色々いじってくれたので、12時間近く楽しく歩けました。
下園さんは生粋の屋久島の方だそうで、屋久島の移り変わりを見てきた方なので、色々質問すると話してくださって楽しかったです。
お昼はお湯をわかしてお味噌汁も出してくださいました！
雨は止んでも霧がすごくて寒かったので、とても身体に染みました。
下園さんは、レインウェアを着用せず、ずっと傘をさして歩いてましたが、全然濡れてないし、枝にもほとんど引っかかってませんでした・・・スゴすぎる！！
ぜひ下園さんとともに、12時間歩いて見てください！！

I was a bit dissatisfied that we had to take a train from Kyoto Station instead of a bus right away, but overall, it was quite good. The bus was comfortable, and we had plenty of time at each sightseeing spot. The plan included meals, and the tempura along with the yudofu was very filling. The hospitality at the restaurant was somewhat lacking, and the dessert was served late, but the food was delicious, so overall, I would rate it positively. I was very satisfied to be able to visit so many popular tourist spots in Kyoto in just one day. I would use this service again if I have the chance.

On the last day of our sightseeing, I was worried about time during the activities, and since the weather had been cloudy with light rain on other days, I hadn't had the chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kabira Bay. That's why I decided to join this tour.

We were blessed with good weather and got to see the stunning Kabira Bay. However, according to our guide, the view from Tamatorizaki Observatory is even more spectacular, and it truly was a very beautiful sight.

I also enjoyed hearing interesting stories from our guide about the habu snakes of Ishigaki Island, which was great.

観光の最終日　アクティビティでは、時間的に不安があり、また、他の日が　曇天～小雨立った為　せっかくの川平湾の景色の美しさに出会えてなかったこともあり、このツアーに参加しました。

No pudimos ver e Monte Fuji. La guía muy amable, pero si ya no puedes ver El Monte Fuji todo el tour pierde su encanto. No se confíen de las predicciones del tiempo!
El almuerzo buffet fue regular. Pudimos regresar en el
Tren bala pagando un adicional, tour muy caro sobretodo si te corres el riesgo que te toque día nublado

I often use Veltra for reservations abroad, but this was a tour in Japan. There were reviews mentioning that most participants were foreigners, but in reality, almost all 34 people were part of a Japanese group tour. Given that it was a holiday, it was undeniable that there was a shortage of staff at the dining places, and even when we ordered dessert, it never arrived, so we left without eating. Since it was a time-limited tour, they should have known that we wouldn't have time for meals, so I thought it would have been better if they had prepared everything in advance and set the tables from the start. The guide seemed a bit panicked due to the large number of people. Well, if you think of it as a Japanese tour, I suppose that's just how it is.

海外でよく利用しているベルトラの予約でしたが、日本旅行の日本ツアーでした。口コミに海外の方ばかりなどありましたが３４人のほとんどが日本人の団体ツアーでした。連休ということもありお食事処では人手不足が否めなく、デザートを頼んでも出てこないので食べずに出ました。時間が限られているツアーですから、食事に時間が取れないことは分かってるはずですから、はじめからテーブルにセットしておくなど準備されていては・・・と思いました。
ガイドの方は人数が多くて少々パニック気味でした。
まぁ、日本のツアーと思えばあんなものだと思います。

We had a very enjoyable trip to Mt Fuji. Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. Lunch was good and enough for an all day tour. We then went to pick grapes. The tour ended up at a winery and we purchased a nice bottle of sweet wine to remember our trip plus a box of peach jelly. overall it was a very nice tour and well organised.

I was able to thoroughly enjoy the sights I wanted to visit in Kyoto. The guide was very kind and provided detailed explanations, allowing me to learn more about Kyoto, which I hadn't known before. I think this tour is perfect for those who want to travel quickly through Kansai and don't want to spend too much time in Kyoto when they also want to head to Osaka or Nara. The typhoon had damaged the pier at Gunkanjima, so we couldn't land, but the weather was nice, and I was able to see the impressive Gunkanjima up close. It might have been even better if we could have landed, but I was very satisfied.

By the way, I was assigned reception number 1, so I boarded first. It seems that boarding is done in order of reception numbers at the museum, followed by the pier. The castella ice cream sold on the return trip was delicious.

10月初旬、台風と台風の合間の長崎旅行となりました。そのため、事前に予約した便は波が高く欠航、次の便も欠航、3回目の予約し直しでようやく出航出来ました。台風の影響で軍艦島の桟橋が壊れており、上陸は出来ませんでしたが天気は良く、間近で迫力のある軍艦島を見ることができました。上陸出来たらもっと良かったのかも知れませんが、大満足です。
ちなみに受付番号1番となりましたので、乗船時も1番からです。乗船の際はミュージアムでの受付番号順に乗り、次いで桟橋での受付番号順のようです。
帰りの船内で販売されたカステラアイスが美味しかったです。

There were a few places to eat during lunch time. The walking distance is quite considerable, and the schedule is tight, so it might be tough for those with mobility issues or lacking physical stamina to handle a full-day tour.

バスツアーにして大正解でした。奈良の中心部から離れている見所を網羅して、計画的、かつ丁寧にガイドしてくださり、金額以上の満足感です。美しい仏像や宝物について、事前にバス中で写真付の資料を使って解説されていたので、より分かりやすく印象に残りました。ガイドさんの人柄も良く、さわやかで気さく。御朱印もかわりにもらっていただけたり、連れとの記念写真を取ってくださったりと、至れり尽くせり。これまで、色々なバスツアーに参加してきましたが、奈良で観光するならこのツアーはおすすめです。食事は別料金（1000円位）で事前にお願い出来ます。昼食時間に各自で食べるお店は多少ありました。歩く距離はさすがに結構ありますし、スケジュールがタイトなので、足の悪い方や体力に自信のない方は１日ツアーは辛いかも。
