I was able to learn a lot about Yakushima! Since I don't have a driver's license, I was really grateful for the guided tour that showed us around Yakushima. It seemed to be a time when there were not many people, so I could take photos of the waterfalls and the Jomon Sugi without any worries. I was moved to be able to view the waterfall from such a close distance that I got splashed with water. The Yakuzaru and Yakushima deer were also very cute. The stories about why the Yakusugi trees are so large were really interesting too. Thank you very much!

屋久島についてたくさん知ることができました！運転免許を持っていないため、ガイド付きで屋久島を案内していただけるツアーは本当にありがたかったです。ちょうど人が少ない時期だったようで、滝や紀元杉の写真も心置きなく撮ることができました。水しぶきがかかるほどの距離で滝を眺めることができて感動しました。ヤクザル、ヤクシカもとても可愛かったです。屋久杉がなぜ大きいのかなどのお話もとっても面白かったです✨ありがとうございました！

Its worth your money. The tour covers the most important sites and the guide is of great help.

The view of mount fuji is spectacular, the tour guide provide a good information of the history details.

This was a great tour, unfortunately Mt. Fuji was hidden with fog but I still had a great time.

The tour guide, Terri, was so sweet and her English was quite good, she was very clear on where we were going, how long we had there and when we needed to be back on the bus. She had plenty of information about building and sites we saw or were going to along the way.

We stopped at a rest station for a bathroom break along the way, there is a Starbucks in there in case anyone needed some extra caffeine.

I do really wish we have more time at 5th station, 30 minutes just doesn't seem like a lot of time. I never did find the Fuji shaped bread I think it was in a shop I didn't get too nor did I make it to the shrine.

The lunch at Fuji Q Highlands was delicious, it came out quick so if you are a fast eater like I am you can get done in about 30 minutes and have time to do a little exploring before you leave.

The Lake cruise was a bit cramped, my friends and I managed to get seats inside which is good because it was really cold outside. On a nice day I'm sure sitting out on the deck of the ship would be lovely. On the ship we got fortunes, which our guide happily read and explained to us what they meant.

The Kachi Kachi Ropeway cable car was very crowded (the ropeway crams so many people in the car on the way up). Once up top it wasn't bad, I bet the views are spectacular when its not cloudly/foggy. There's not much to do up top in bad weather but it was nice to check out.

There is a couple of shops at the base of the ropeway that are cool, we were given a coupon for a free ice cream or 300 yen off of a purchase which was an unexpected surprise.

The ride back to Shinjuku was fairly quiet, but our tour guide had some more cool information to impart to us about buildings that were lit up at night. She even handed out some origami cranes to all the attendees.

All in all it was a great experience and I would happily go again.

I participated because I wanted to see the stars. Even when the stars are not visible, you can still see other creatures, so the event doesn't get canceled. I think those who are only interested in stars should pay attention to the weather before participating. However, I couldn't find a tour that focused solely on stars.

First, we went to a place to see the creatures, and then we were supposed to see the stars there. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars, which was disappointing, but I was taken to another location where I was able to see beautiful stars, so I was glad about that.

星が、見たくて参加しました。
星が、見れないときも他の生物見るので、中止にはならないので、星だけしか興味の無い方は、天気などを気をつけて参加されたほうがいいと思います。ただ、星だけのツアーは、見当たりませんでした。
まず、生物を見るところに行き、そこで星を見るとのことでしたが、星は見れず、残念でしたが、もう1ヵ所星を見に連れて行ってもらい、素敵な星を見れて良かったです。

I had a great experience. The Hop on Hop Off was a great way to get around the city to view the various points of interest. I will take the tour again when I visit Kyoto again...I will get a multi-day pass the next time.

At first, I thought about going without a guide, but I believe it was the right decision to have one! The guide informed us about pacing, restroom breaks, and rest times in advance, which motivated us with "just a little more to go!" 😊 It was also great that, even when traveling in a group, the guide could take photos of all of us together. The bus was direct, so there was no hassle of transfers, allowing us to relax both going and coming back! I slipped on a rock and injured myself right after we started heading back from seeing Jomon Sugi, but the guide quickly rushed over to help, and even in moments when I felt my spirits dropping, they encouraged me multiple times, making the descent enjoyable!

始めはガイドさんをつけないで行こうかと思っていましたがガイドつけて正解だったと思ってます！
ペース配分、トイレや休憩のタイミングを事前に教えてくれるのであともうちょっと！と励みになりました(^^)
複数で行ってもガイドさんがいたら全員で写真も撮ってもらえるのも良かったです☆
バスも直行だったので乗り換える手間もなく行きも帰りも車内でゆっくり出来ました！
縄文杉を見て折り返しが始まってすぐに岩で足を滑らせて怪我をしてしまいましたが、ガイドさんがすぐに駆け寄ってきてくれたし、テーション下がってしまいそうな場面で何度も声をかけてくれて楽しく下山することが出来ました！

It's been since middle school that I've been to Nara.
I used a sightseeing bus to efficiently visit three shrines.
It was informative with a guide.
Since it was a morning course, we didn't have an explanation at Kofuku-ji and ended up dispersing, which was a bit disappointing.

中学校以来の奈良。
効率よく三社巡りする為に観光バスを利用しました。
案内付きで色々勉強になりました。
午前中のコースだったので、興福寺での説明が無く解散になってしまったのでちょっと残念でした。

It's a shame the weather wasn't clear. I was healed by the cuteness of the water buffalo. The golden chrysalis was surprising! It was impressive.

お天気がカラッととはいかなかったのが残念。水牛の可愛さに癒されました。金色のサナギが驚き‼️印象的でした。

Although it was a short time, it was an experience of island time.
Since it was a whirlwind trip, this kind of relaxed time was perfect for us.

The guide was very good and informative. However, Mt Fuji was completely fogged in (even it was hard to see the shops at the 5th station in the fog), and it was rainy, foggy for all of the other sites. The lunch was great, though, and it was a nice day to get out of the city into the countryside. Because pretty much all of the sites were not visible I would have hoped that this tour be rescheduled (the following day was clear).

Very good guide. We loved the trip to Nara, visiting the temple and shrine, playing with the friendly deer. Very well organized and punctual.

Great tour to see Mt Fuji. We were very lucky to see it without too many clouds in the morning and it left me speechless. Tour brought us to the Fifth Station (on Mt Fuji) and we were able to see the top with the snow, it was beautiful! Then we continued to get lunch at a cute restaurant before going on the rope way ride and finish the tour with a nice cruise on Lake Kawaguchi. It got cloudy during the afternoon so we haven't been able to see Mt Fuji during the rope way ride nor during the cruise but it was still awesome and there is so much to see and take in.The guide was friendly and I would definitely recommend this tour! I also strongly suggest that you check the weather before you book your tour to make sure it's not too cloudy!

I participated from a hotel in Naha City. Since it was a business hotel, we gathered at Kenmin Plaza, but it was conveniently less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. My main purpose was to visit the aquarium, and even with the round-trip bus fare from Naha City and the aquarium ticket price, I received change from the tour fee.

Especially at the aquarium, they coordinated the schedule to fit the dolphin show times, and I had time to sit at a café and observe the whale sharks, which was delightful. On Kouri Island, we had time to eat soft serve ice cream and take photos on the beach. The guide's advice was not only accurate but also subtle, making it a pleasant experience.

那覇市内のホテルから参加しました。ビジネスホテルだったので、県民広場集合でしたが、ホテルから歩いて10分もかからない距離で便利でした。水族館に行くのがメインの目的でしたが、那覇市内からのバス往復、水族館チケット代だけても、ツアー料金からお釣りがきます。
とくに水族館ではイルカショーなどの時間帯にも合わせてくださり、ジンベイザメをカフェで座って観察する時間もあり、満喫出来ました。古宇利島ではソフトクリームを食べて、浜辺で写真を撮る時間もありました。ガイドさんのアドバイスが的確なうえにさりげなくて、心地良かったです。

I would really recommend this tour for anyone that wants to hit ALL the important highlights of Kyoto without much fuss or hassle. Our guide Hiromi was really knowledgeable and answered any and all questions about Kyoto and Japan in general. The sights themselves were GORGEOUS! Kyomizudera, Fushiyama Inari, Arashiyama forest and the Golden Temple were a sight to behold with the Orange, Yellow and Red leaves of Autumn providing a breathtaking backdrop to these already impressive sights! The bus was comfortable and we got a lot of time at each site and free time and breaks to take loads of pictures in between. The lunch was decent and pick up/drop off was hassle free.
The day was the highlight of our trip tp Japan. Take the tour...you will be glad you did.

Both were great in providing the service, and the driver were really eager to make sure all of us had great time during that day. He also took us to very special place where we could enjoy watching Mount Fuji although the 5th station was closed due to slippery. Was such a great experience and service.

For the price, the tour was great.
Easy location to find and super easy boarding/checking in process, places to buy food and stop for the toilet on route, lots of free time to do what you want and to choose to do or not to do certain activities.

All in all a very easy, unstressful day. Which is what I find is the best way on these day excursions - and for the price, roughly £55 for the day (minus activities), its a great and cheap way to go see a beautiful and popular place in Japan.

I was healed by the beauty of the sea on Kouri Island, and at the Churaumi Aquarium, I forgot about my daily life while enjoying the aquarium and the sandy beach. I recommend it because you can visit the tourist attractions in one day. During the bus ride, the guide's fun and informative stories made me forget about the travel time. I would like to travel with this tour again.

古宇利島の海の美しさに癒され、美ら海水族館では水族館と砂浜で日常を忘れ、楽しかったです。観光名所を一日で訪れることが出来るのでお勧めです。バスの移動中もガイドさんの楽しく、勉強になる話で移動時間が気になりませんでした。また、このツアーで旅行をしたいと思います。

I couldn't hear the guide's voice and didn't understand what they were saying. I would like an explanation from the open deck. The price was good.

Both my wife and I decided to take a trip to Mt.Fuji and we found about this trip. We enjoyed thoroughly and had great time. The staff were very courteous and informative too. I would recommend to carry atleast 20000 Yen just in case as the places that are covered during the trip are mostly in the rural part and most vendor accept cash and no credit card. If you plan to buy gifts it's recommended to carry more cash.

The tour was wonderful from the beginning, the tour guide named Sage was a wonderful guy, kept us entertained with his interactiove talk and games, we learned Japanese launguage , culture and all details about the places we went.
He had entertainment for all age groups.
Then Ninja village was good and lunch was sumptuous , specially to metions there was seperate veg food

The booking experience with Veltra was good. Their customer care was quite responsive as well. The booking details did mentioned the waiting location was at Shinjuku Center Building with a person holding sign board, however, the building area is quite big with few entrances, unluckily, Google brought us to incorrect entrance and we spent some time to find the correct entrance. After boarded bus, the lady tour guide provided each family a handout and started to introduce Japan and Tokyo. She seems just read some script for the whole introduction. We hardly can understand what was she talking due to different slang. It took us about 3 hours to reach 5th station. Before alight, the lady tour guide just informed us need to be back to the bus in 45 mins. No further information was provided. We did not know what to expect and what to do after alighted bus. The handout that she provided earlier was for the 2nd itinerary, cruise and ropeway and nothing about 5th station. It was a rainy day and was very cold. End up we spent the 45 mins to search and queuing up for toilet. 1 of the family didn't get back to the bus on time. We being 'punished' to have shorter lunch later. The ambience of the lunch venue as well as their meal was great. We enjoyed very much for the lunch. After lunch, while we getting up to the bus, the lady tour guide distributed each of us 2 vouchers, one for cruise and another one for free ice-cream. Unfortunately, we were being distributed with the wrong numbers of voucher. We got 1 more free ice-cream voucher but 1 less cruise voucher. While we noticed this mistake, it was too late to clarify with the lady tour guide as she was left with the bus. We were being arranged to get back to Tokyo with different tour guide and different bus. Overall, we did not have good experience with the services that this tour provided, but we would like to praise for the great lunch, clean bus and beautiful scenery. We hope we can have more time at 5th station.

This was such an amazing trip! The tour group met right outside the train station in Kyoto and were very easy to find. It was well organized - we were split up into groups and had a designated bus and host throughout the day. Our tour guide, George, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and with great sense of humor! The sights that they had scheduled for us to see where nothing short of incredible. George made sure we made it on time to every destination and I'm glad because we saw it all! The scenery along with our guide made us appreciate the temples even more which gave us a deeper understanding of the city and culture beyond the beauty of it all! This was definitely a must do!!

I came from Tokyo, and I felt that this city is just as vibrant and metropolitan as Tokyo itself. The long stretches of illuminated streets were incredibly beautiful and moving.

東京から来ましたが、改めて、東京に準じた、東京と変わらぬ大都市と感じました。
通りの長い距離のイルミネーションには、大変綺麗で感動しました。

Nikko is a charming little city that would be fun to explore. We enjoyed the shrine complex very much! The lunch was delicious and gave us a taste of traditional cuisine and service style. Driving through the countryside was a nice break from the hustle of the city. The waterfall and lake area were beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to both share information and answer questions- also shared humorous anecdotal side notes. My only suggestion is to do the lake first and then the shrine after lunch to avoid the crowds.

I rode on a bus without a roof for the first time. I thought it was interesting to see familiar scenery from a different perspective. The night view of Osaka was sparkling and beautiful.

屋根の無いバスに初めて乗りました。何時もと違う目線で見慣れた景色見るのも面白いと思いました。大阪の夜景、キラキラしてて綺麗でした。

I thought it was great that we could disband at the airport, so I joined on the last day. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal, so the views, such as those of Kabira Bay, were somewhat lacking. However, along the way, our veteran guide shared various stories unique to the locals, which was enjoyable. I would like to visit again when the weather is nice.

空港で離団できるのが良いな、と思ったので最終日に参加しました。あいにくの空模様だったので、川平湾などの景色はいまひとつ。ただ、道中でベテランガイドさんが地元の人ならではの話を色々と聞かせてくれたので楽しかったです。また天気の良いときに訪れたいです。

I heard from a friend in the neighborhood about how great this illumination bus tour was, so I quickly decided to join. It was cold, but the weather was nice, and everything looked very beautiful.

There was a bit of traffic, but I was happy because it allowed us to enjoy the sights for a longer time.

They provided hand warmers and prepared blankets for us to combat the cold, which was really nice.

I immediately posted about it on Instagram and recommended it to my coworkers.

寒かったけれどお天気にも恵まれてとても綺麗に見えました。

少し渋滞してましたがそのおかげで長く見学出来て嬉しかったです。

寒さ対策にカイロをくれたり膝掛けの準備もしてくれてとても良かったです。
