I was able to smoothly enjoy the island-hopping tour. During the bus ride from Iriomote Island to the water buffalo cart boarding area, the driver's unique commentary was great, and the staff with the water buffalo cart entertained us with folk songs, making the trip enjoyable. Renting a bicycle to explore Taketomi Island allowed me to take it easy and go at my own pace, which was wonderful.

3島巡りをスムーズに観光する事が出来ました。
西表島から水牛車乗り場へのバス移動の際、運転手さんのユニークな案内も良かったし、水牛車の係りの方も民謡を聞かせてくださり、旅を盛り上げて頂き楽しく過ごす事ができました。
自転車を借りて竹富島巡りはのんびりと自分のペースで過ごせて良かったです。

I visited Osaka for the first time. My family and cousins suggested taking a sightseeing bus, and it was the right choice. After a one-hour tour, I could decide to explore the places I was interested in, and the guide was entertaining as well.

初めて大阪に行ってきました。家族やいとこに観光バスつけてって言われてつけたのですが、正解でした。1時間で回った後に自分の気になるところを回るって決められるしガイドも面白かったです。

The other customers were kind, and it was fun.

The weather was great, which was absolutely wonderful. If I have the opportunity again, I would love to participate through Beltora.

Awesome tour for those who want to see the main sights and not have to fuss with arrangements and trying to find how to get to places. Highly recommended. The balance of sights was good with enough time to see what was needed and just enough insights from the guide to give one the needed overview.

Since it was my first time sightseeing in Osaka, I made a reservation. From the seats with an open feeling, I could enjoy the breeze and the city of Osaka comfortably. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and great. It got a bit chilly in the second half, but the blankets provided were a big help. Next time, I would like to try a different route.

初めての大阪観光だったので予約しました。開放感がある席から、風を感じながら気持ちよく、大阪の街を楽しめました。ガイドさんのお話も分かりやすくて良かったです。後半は少し肌寒くなりましたが、ブランケットが用意されていたので助かりました。次回は別のルートも利用してみたいです。

Pineapple Park was more like an amusement park than I had imagined. I was expecting just a simple pineapple field. It's better to think of it as geared towards children.

Since I was traveling with my elderly grandparents, I was looking for a tour-type island-hopping experience rather than going individually. I was able to enjoy Taketomi Island, which I was most looking forward to, and I was also satisfied with visiting Iriomote Island and Yubu Island together. The weather wasn't very good, but the mangrove cruise and the water buffalo were impressive. While I can't say it was completely relaxing, I was able to spend a fulfilling day at a relatively leisurely pace. I'm glad I allocated a longer time for Taketomi Island.

高齢の祖父母も一緒の旅行でしたので、個人ではなくツアータイプの離島めぐりを探していました。
一番期待していた竹富島も楽しめましたし、西表島と由布島も一緒に行けて満足できました。
天候はあまりよくなかったのですが、マングローブクルーズと水牛が印象的でした。
のんびりゆっくり…とは言い切れませんが、それなりにゆっくりしながら充実した一日を過ごせました。竹富島は長めの時間にしておいてよかったです。

I’m not good at deciding on courses myself, so I decided to ask for help here.

Everything went smoothly and on time, and I was able to enjoy myself without any worries like, “Is this the right destination?”

The bus driver on Iriomote Island was the best. The lunch on Yubu Island was delicious. On Taketomi Island, I chose the bus tour and water buffalo ride. There were times when I thought, “Wait, we’re leaving already? I want to stay here a little longer…” but it was a great day packed into about 9 hours.

I definitely want to ask for help again!

自分でコースを決めるのが苦手なので、こちらでお願いすることにしました。

時間通りに、スムーズに活動でき、「行き先はここかな？」等という不安なく、安心して楽しむことができました。

西表島のバスの運転手さん、最高でした。由布島のランチ、美味しかったです。竹富島では、バス観光&水牛を選択しました。え？もう出発？もう少しここにいたいな…という時もありましたが、約9時間の中に、ぎゅぎゅっと詰まった良い１日でした。

是非またお願いしたいと思います！

The tour was very convenient for us to take since they offer pickup and drop services from well known hotels. If you do not have your own rental car and only have about a day or two to explore the city, I would say this tour is your best bet. There are other operators that pick you up from the airport, but if you are living up north in one of the secluded beach resorts then this option works very well since you don't have to go back and forth into the city.

The guide spoke Japanese but also had English translation. We could not follow the translation much but the views make up for it all.

Time wise, we found 150 minutes good enough for Churaumi Aquarium but I would have liked to stay at the Kouri beach for a little longer. Then again it is a personal choice since I am a fan of white sand beaches. Other than the Charaumi Aquarium, I felt it was more about going from point A to B to C rather than savouring A, B and C. Having said that, this tour did introduce me to some of the amazing places in Okinawa. I spent half of next day at Kouri beach to sink in it's beauty completely.

I participated in the afternoon tour. Although the price is the same as the morning tour, the afternoon one is one hour shorter. The places we visited were reduced, and I couldn't go to the scenic spots I wanted to see. It was stated that lunch was included, so I joined with an empty stomach, but it turned out to be just a light snack. If the tour content is different, it should be clearly stated, and if the afternoon tour is shorter, shouldn't the price be adjusted as well? I was really looking forward to the only island sightseeing, so I was disappointed.

午後のツアーに参加しました。午前と料金同じなのに午後の方が1時間短い。訪れる場所が削られ、行きたかった景勝地に行けませんでした。
ランチがついてると書いてたので、お腹を空かして参加したところ軽食。ツアー内容が違うなら違うと記載する必要がありますし、午後の方が時間も短いのであれば料金も変更するべきではないですか？唯一の島内観光で楽しみにしていただけにガッカリ。

Since I participated from Shizuoka Prefecture, I wasn't aware of the temperature in Osaka and ended up dressing lightly, but they lent me a blanket, so I was able to keep warm. Thank you very much.

My first trip to Okinawa. There were many things I learned from the guide's explanations that I didn't know before. I'm glad I participated because we were able to visit various sightseeing spots in just one day. If only the weather had been nice... that's the only downside.

初めての沖縄旅行。ガイドさんの説明で知らなかった事もいろいろありました。1日で色々観光名所が回れて参加してよかったです。お天気が良ければ…そこだけですね。

I'm glad I was able to explore Kyoto in one day. It felt like a school trip for my husband and me, and we had a lot of fun. However, since it was a plan that included lunch, it would have been better if we had a bit more time at Kiyomizu-dera. Thank you to our guide.

一日で京都をまわることができて、良かったです。夫婦で修学旅行みたいでとても楽しかったです。ただ、昼食込みのプランだったので、清水寺ではもう少し時間があればもっと良かったです。ガイドさんありがとうございました。

The tour was very well organized, meeting place and all instructions are clear, receptionists and tour guides spoke very good English. The activities are given enough time to enjoy and appreciate Mt Fuji from the 5th Station to the Ropeway and the Cruise. Lunch buffet was at a hotel near Fuji Q with a wide variety of food.

I read a lot of reviews complaining about not seeing Mt Fuji - it’s not the tour agency’s fault. Luckily it was very sunny and we saw Mt Fuji in all its glory.

The tour timetables was well organised, views to mt Fuji and cruise on lake Ashi were amazing. We had good weather but on a bad weather the tour would be very poor because the success is depending on the scenery. The food experience at the restaurant was fine but I dont recommend this trip for vegetarians. The tour guides were polite and friendly but gave only the info about timetables and toilets. The english speaking guide could speak so little english that the we didnt get to hear anything about history or details of the area which we had looked forward to. I wouldn't recommend this tour if youre interested about more than just photographic scenery, pork food and shopping.

Although the weather was bad with rain and winds at 10 m/s, the boat ride was smooth and there were no issues. I was able to closely observe the mangroves unique to the Yaeyama Islands from a well-equipped boat designed for rain protection. The tour included a water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island, a scene familiar from television, and it was enjoyable as a guest. On Yubu Island, the sight of the largest butterfly in Japan, the Papilio garamas, fluttering around was elegant and beautiful! The mangrove walking path is also well-maintained.

On Taketomi Island, I leisurely enjoyed my time exploring the Okinawan village by water buffalo cart and on foot. I returned to Ishigaki Island at 4:15 PM and took a photo with Yoshitaka Gushiken—what a thrill! The popular tour had a well-organized schedule, which was reassuring. It was unfortunate about the unpredictable weather. Lunch was somewhat disappointing compared to the delicious meal from the previous day. It would have been perfect if there had been more choices.

雨混じりで１０ｍ風速で悪天候であったが、ボートでの移動も揺れ少なく、
問題なかった。八重山諸島特有のマングローブも雨対策の完備したボートで
近くで観察できた。テレビでお馴染みの由布島への水牛車風景巡りであったが
お客主賓で楽しかった。由布島では日本で最も大きい蝶、オオゴマダラが飛び交う姿は、優雅で美しい！マングローブ遊歩道も整備されている。
竹富島では沖縄集落を水牛車と徒歩散策でゆったり時間を楽しんだ。
石垣島へ帰ったのが4時15分、具志堅用高と写真を撮り万歳！
人気のあるツアーで手慣れたスケジュールは安心できる。
天候不順は残念。昼食は前日美味しい食事だったので、やや不満足でした。
もっとチョイスが出来れば満点。

My family and I had a magical experience of seeing Mt Fuji up close and personal. She was majestic and so kind to have her snow-capped grandeur be visible all throughout the day. Since we went around her to see the crystal clear ponds and awesome waterfalls as well, it made our tour more meaningful.

I think a major ingredient to the great experience is our tour guide, Marie. She was lively, knowledgeable and very entertaining! Thank you, Marie! Thank you also to our bus driver, Mr. Ito-san!

If you add up the costs of all the entry tickets to the temples and gardens, plus a yummy lunch, the tour is okay for the cost. However we thought it was odd to have a tour guide but most of the talking was done by an automated voice over the bus speakers. Sitting near the back, we couldn't hear the voice clearly and it kept pausing and lagging. If the tour guide is knowledgable about the area, they should be able to deliver the information themselves.

We had an issue with the lunch as there weren't enough meals cooked, so we waited as they made more. Didnt get time to look in the shops surrounding the restaurant like the other participants did, but made up for it at the following stop.
Make sure you get back to the tour bus on time or they will leave you behind! But one of the staff went and retrieved the two lost guests and caught up with us later on in the tour.
There were lots of other tours at each of the stops, as to be expected it was crowded, but still some beautiful sights and great for souvenier shopping! If you only have a day in Kyoto, this is good to see it all.

It was my first trekking experience as I turned 60. I got used to my trekking shoes and climbed Mount Daimonji, but I felt anxious. The guide appropriately guided me and the entire group while considering everyone's situation, allowing us to conquer both courses. Thank you very much! It was tough, but I am very satisfied. Next time, I want to lose a little more weight and improve my flexibility. I heard that a 92-year-old person completed it... I want to prepare well so I can enjoy it with my grandchild.

還暦を迎えて、ほぼ初めてのトレッキングでした。トレッキングシューズを慣らしたり、大文字山に登ってみたり…はしましたが不安でした。
ガイドさんが、私を含めメンバー全体の状況を見ながら適切に案内して下さったので両コースを制覇(?)出来ました。ありがとうございました❗
しんどかったですが、とても満足しています。次回は、もう少し体重を落として…柔軟性を高めておきたいと思います。
92歳の方が制覇されたとか…。孫と参加出来る様に、十分な準備をして楽しみたいと思います。

The weather was cloudy, so it wasn't too bright and I could see well. It was warm for November, and the breeze felt nice. The only downside was that the voices of the foreign visitors were loud, making it hard to hear the guide.

Great day for the price, lovely tour guides, the boat was a great experience. The buffet bbq lunch was so good, a very unique experience.

The weather wasn't very good, which was disappointing, but it was an easy tour. I would like to try going in the summer next time. I want to choose a plan with a bit more activities next time.

The bus tour had a lot of explanations, and I was able to spend a fulfilling time, even if it was short. I intended to walk afterward, so I went from Midosuji to Namba, but I think it was better to listen to the explanations first.

バスツアーはいろいろ説明があり、短い間ですが充実した時間が過ごせました。
歩いてみるつもりでしたので、その後御堂筋を難波まで行きましたが、説明を聞いた後のほうが、よかったと思いました。

I participated in the conference in Osaka and decided to stay overnight to enjoy my trip to Osaka. The microphone guidance was too quiet; it could have been more enjoyable with a louder, more upbeat tempo and some humor. Since I came to experience Osaka, I think it would have been nice to use more Osaka dialect. The town I walked through during the day was very beautiful at night, and Midosuji was impressive. I think it might have been even prettier by bus. I would like to visit Osaka again. Thank you very much.

The tour guide and driver are so nice and friendly, they made sure everyone had a great time. Not to mention the restaurant they took us for lunch has an epic My Fuji view!

I applied because Kyoto has heavy traffic and no parking. To be honest, it was a great decision. I want to participate again.

My first long trek was a challenge, but I was able to enjoy it while being healed by the beauty of the forest. Since it was my long-awaited trip to Yakushima, it was a very good experience.

However, it's unfortunate that the experience can vary greatly depending on the guide, so I have to give it a ☆-1. The guide on the first day seemed very friendly when I spoke to him on the phone, but once we started walking, he didn't pay much attention to those behind him. We only took a proper break to sit down twice on the way to Jomon Sugi (once quite early on and once for a restroom break). Other guides seemed to stop and explain various things, but we were just passed by.

He mentioned that we would take photos on the way back, so I thought the explanations would happen then, but in the end, we didn't take time for either. Despite some people lagging behind and looking tired, there was hardly any advice given, and instead of caring for us, it felt like we were being rushed. As a beginner in trekking, I was unsure of what to do since I had requested a guide.

The guide on the second day was completely different; he provided a lot of explanations about the plants and advice on how to walk, which gave me a great sense of security. He also took many photos for us.

Of course, it's natural for each guide to have their own characteristics, and there must be a pace to maintain for completing the trek, so I understand that to some extent. However, I would have appreciated at least some explanations while moving without stopping. Since we can't choose our guides, I won't mention any names, but after reading other people's experiences, it seems like many had similar experiences with the same guide, so I guess it's just a matter of luck when signing up.

長時間のトレッキングは初挑戦でしたが、森の美しさに癒されながら楽しんで戻ってくることができました。
念願の屋久島だったのでとても良い経験でした。

ただ、ガイドさんによって随分感じが変わってしまうのが残念なので☆－１です。
１日目の方はお電話で話した際はとても気さくな印象でしたが、
いざ歩き出すとあまり後ろを気にしてくれず、縄文杉までの片道でしっかり座って休んだのは２回（１回はかなり序盤、１回はトイレ休憩）のみ。ほかのガイドさんは立ち止まっていろいろ説明してくれているようでしたが、スルーでした。
写真も帰りに撮りますとおっしゃっていたので、説明も帰りながらなのかなと思いましたが、結局どちらも時間を取ることなく。
疲れて遅れ気味の人がいるにも関わらずアドバイスもほとんどなく、ケアをしてくれるどころか急かすような感じで、登山素人だからガイドさんをお願いしているのにちょっとどうしていいかわからなかったです。
２日目のガイドさんは全く違って、植物の説明や歩き方のアドバイスなど沢山いただきましたし、遅れ気味の人をガイドさんのすぐ後ろにするなど非常に安心感がありました。写真も沢山撮ってくださいました。

もちろんガイドさんにそれぞれ特徴があるのは当然でしょうし、踏破するためのペース配分というものがあるのでしょうから仕方ないとは思いますが、せめて止まらずに進む説明などは欲しかったです。ガイドさんを選べないのでお名前は伏せますが、他の方の体験談も拝読すると同じ方なんだろうなーというのがいくつもありましたので、その辺りは運だと思って申し込むしかないんでしょう。

5 stops one day, busy but we could only spare 1 day for Kyoto, so this was just what I wanted.
Late November was a great season for autumn leaves.
Our tour guide Sami, was just as nice as the way we wanted. Not too much nor too less explanation about Kyoto. Just comfortable to listen to.
I had a very nice day in Kyoto with Sami.

I participated with three friends from university. The weather was great both days, making it perfect for trekking.

On the first day’s trek to Jomon Sugi, after passing the long trolley path, I unfortunately cramped my left leg during the steep ascent, and I wondered if I would make it to Jomon Sugi. However, the guide provided me with a herbal remedy that is good for cramps, and somehow I managed to reach Jomon Sugi and return within the time limit! I am truly grateful. Also, the instant miso soup during lunch was warm and soothing for my tired body from the hike.

I really felt it was a good decision to join a guided tour. On the second day at Taiko Rock, I wondered if I could go due to the fatigue from the previous day, but after a good night’s sleep, I felt much better. It was certainly challenging, but I managed to complete the itinerary. I’m really glad I participated!

大学時代の友人達と３人で参加しました。
２日間とも非常にいい天気で、トレッキングには絶好の日和でした。
1日目の縄文杉トレッキングでは、長かったトロッコ道を過ぎ、キツイ登りに
なったところで、不覚にも左足がつってしまい、縄文杉までたどり着けるか？と思った局面があったのですが、ガイドさんが足がつったときに飲むといい漢方薬をくださり、なんとか縄文杉までたどり着くことができ、時間内に戻ってくることができました！感謝しかありません。また、昼食時のインスタントですが、お味噌汁があったかくて登山で疲れた身体には癒しになりました。
ガイドありのツアーに申し込んで本当に良かったと思いました。
2日目の太鼓岩は前日の疲労から行けるか？と思ったのですが、一晩じっくり寝たら大分疲労も回復し、もちろんしんどくはありましたが、なんとか行程をこなせました。参加して本当に良かったです！

In the morning, we toured around Yakushima and visited various sightseeing spots, and in the afternoon, we went to Yakusugi Land to see the Jomon cedar. I recommend it for those who cannot drive, as it allows for efficient sightseeing. For lunch, we enjoyed fried flying fish and ponkan juice, which was delicious. The sea at Inakahama, a turtle nesting site, was very beautiful.

午前中に屋久島一周し観光地を回った後、午後からヤクスギランド、紀元杉の見学です。車を運転できない方には効率よく観光地を見ることができるのでオススメです。昼食はトビウオの唐揚げ、ポンカンジュースもついていて、美味しくいただきました。ウミガメの産卵地、いなか浜の海はとても美しかったです。
