I thoroughly enjoyed the tour around Mishima. I was picked up from the hotel in the morning and finished around 4 PM, after which I was taken back to the hotel. It was a great value tour since you can enjoy a full day. My day in Ishigaki was filled with a sense of fulfillment.

I came to Naha for a business trip and participated in a half-day tour in the morning since I had work in the evening. It’s not very efficient to visit places like Shurijo Castle and Gyokusendo Cave by public bus, but this tour takes you around these spots efficiently. The guide felt more like a tour conductor than a traditional guide. I would have appreciated a bit more information about Okinawa, but considering the low price, I was able to overlook that as just part of the transportation cost. Many participants were traveling alone, and despite being in Okinawa, which attracts many international tourists, the bus was filled only with Japanese people, making it quite quiet.

出張で那覇にきて、夕方から仕事だったため、午前中の半日ツアーに参加しました。斎場御嶽や玉泉洞は公共のバスで巡るには効率がわるいのですが、このツアーはこれらの場所を効率よく回ってくれます。
ガイドさんはガイドというより添乗員という感じでした。
もう少し沖縄の話をしてくださったらうれしかったのですが、値段が安いので交通費と割り切れました。
参加者は一人で参加されている方が多く、また海外の観光客が多い沖縄でありながら日本人のみで、バス車内は静かでした。

The day I had reserved was cloudy and the tour was canceled, but I was able to reschedule for the next day and successfully participated in the tour. Additionally, I was given recommendations for great spots in Miyako Island, and I enjoyed the best views that weren't in my original plan! I would like to join the tour again when I come back to Miyako Island.

予約した日が曇りで中止になったのですが、次の日に変更していただき、無事ツアーに参加できました。また、宮古島のおすすめスポットも教えていただき、予定に無かった最高の景色を楽しめました！また、宮古島に来るときはツアーに参加したいと思います。

I joined this tour because I wanted to see the world of Princess Mononoke. Personally, I preferred the path to Shiratani Unsuikyo over the journey to Jomon Sugi. The guide was kind and very helpful, which I appreciated. However, I wish I could have heard a bit more about Yakushima. Thanks to the rain the day before, the moss was beautifully wet. Since there were other participants, I actually wanted to stay longer and take in the forest, but it was a shame that I couldn't stay that long. We went to Taiko Rock, and luckily the view that day was very good. Overall, I was satisfied with this tour. If you want to take more photos and have a more leisurely trip, I think a private guide would be better.

もののけ姫の世界が見たくて、このツアーに参加しました。個人的には縄文杉までの道のりよりも、白谷雲水峡までの方が好きでした。ガイドの方も優しくたくさんお世話してくださり助かりました。ただ、もう少し屋久島の話が聞けるとよかったかなと思います。前日の雨のおかげで、苔が雨に濡れてとても綺麗でした。他の参加者の方もいたため、本当はもっとじっくりその場に留まって森を見ていたかったのですが、そこまで滞在ができなかったのが残念です。太鼓岩まで行きましたがその日は運良く眺めもとてもよく、全体を通してこのツアーには満足です。もっと写真をとったり、じっくりゆっくりする旅がよければ、プライベートガイドが良いかなと思いました。

I finally got to visit Yakushima, a place I've always wanted to go. As a beginner in mountain climbing, I signed up for this tour. Normally, you can only reach the Arakawa trailhead by bus, but this tour picked me up from my accommodation and took me directly to the trailhead by charter bus without needing to switch buses, which was very convenient. The guide was friendly, and even though I participated alone, they actively engaged with me, allowing everyone to enjoy the climb together. During the trekking, I learned about not only Yakushima but also the lives of various participants, which was enlightening! The guide was also happy to take photos for us. The miso soup served during lunch was very delicious. On the way back, I was quite exhausted and had much less energy to talk than on the way there, but I truly felt it was worth it. The scenery leading up to Jomon Sugi was all wonderful. I would like to return in a different season, and I would love to use this tour again!

人生で一度は行ってみたかった屋久島へ。登山初心者の為このツアーを申し込みました。通常では荒川登山口まではバスで行くしかないそうですが、このツアーは宿に迎えに来てくれ、そのままバスに乗り換えせずに登山口までチャターバスで連れて行ってくれ、とても便利でした。ガイドの方もフレンドリーで、私は一人での参加でしたが、積極的に話しかけてくださり、他の参加者の方とみんなで楽しく登山をする事ができました。トレッキング中は屋久島の話以外にも、いろいろな方の人生が聞けて、勉強になりました！ガイドの方は写真撮影も快くしてくれました。お弁当の時間に出していただいたお味噌汁がとてもおいしかったです。帰りは疲労で大変で、話す気力も行きよりだいぶなくなりましたが、笑本当に行ってよかったです。縄文杉にたどり着くまでの景色も全てが素晴らしかったです。また違う季節に戻ってきたいと思います。その際も、このツアーを利用したいです！

We traveled with a 2 year old baby and we were not provided with proper informations regarding baby related informations.
Dont take the rope tour we were just chucked in the cart like a sardine and were not able to see anything on the way up and down.
The tour guide were not friendly.
It was a rush at every stop.
The bus journey and bus driver was good.
With all said it was a worth it journey because Mount Fuji is just too beautiful to be missed.

The weather in November on the Sakishima Islands is just perfect, neither too hot nor too cold. My elderly mother was able to enjoy it without any strain. The water buffalo are very cute and reliable. It was clear that the staff really cares for the water buffalo.

天候に恵まれての11月の先島は暑すぎず寒すぎずとてもいいですね。高齢の母も無理なく楽しめました。水牛　とても可愛くて頼もしいですねスタッフがとても水牛たちを大事にしていることが伺えました。

Mt. Fuji tour was fantastic (unfortunately could not go up to the 5th station due to weather). Guide was very nice and very heloful. Mt. Fuji's views were breathtaking, Highly recommend the visitors to go to Mt. Fuji.

Very friendly guide and perfectly planned trip for people who want to be taken to all important places. I think i would recommend it to the ones tired with walking for too long :)

I enjoyed the tour where we could visit many places in one day. It might be a bit hard for those with small children.

I recommend it for those who want to go to the Churaumi Aquarium but find it difficult to rent a car.

I opted for lunch on the day of the tour, but due to time constraints, we couldn't choose from the menu; we had to eat what was already prepared when we arrived.

1日でたくさんまわれるツアーで楽しめました。小さなお子さん連れには少しハードかもしれません。
クルマを借りるのが難しいけど美ら海水族館に行きたい方にはおすすめです。

当日昼食ありにしましたが、時間の都合上メニューは選べず着いたら既に用意されているものを食べるというスタイルでした。

The guide's explanations were interesting and time flew by. Since the tour moves quickly, you can't spend too long at one place, but you can circle Yakushima in half a day. I only participated in the morning, but we were able to visit Chihiro Falls, Nakama Gajumaru, Okawa Falls, the Seibu Forest Road, and Inakahama all in one go. It's recommended for those who are not good at driving on mountain roads or want to make effective use of their time before departure.

ガイドさんの説明が面白く、あっという間でした。駆け足で回るので、１つの場所にゆっくりはできませんが、半日で屋久島を一周できます。参加したのは午前だけでしたが、千尋の滝、仲間ガジュマル、大川の滝、西部林道、いなか浜を一気に廻ることができ、山道の運転が苦手な人や出発までの時間を有効活用するのにおススメです。

I was able to visit the desired sightseeing spots, but the time spent at each location felt very short, and there was a lot of time spent walking around, giving the impression of a rushed tour. I was a bit disappointed with the guide's lack of friendliness.

まわりたい観光地はまわれたが、各所の散策時間がとても短く感じ、歩き回る時間も多く、常にばたばたしたツアーだった印象。
ガイドさんの愛想が足りなくて少し残念だった。

It was a wonderful tour! I had always wanted to visit Shirakawa-go, but I didn't know much about Gokayama and thought, "I don't need to go to a similar place..." However, Gokayama was fantastic! It felt cozier than Shirakawa-go, and I thought this is the true Japanese landscape.

Also, the guide's knowledge about Kanazawa and recommendations for souvenirs were very helpful!

There were several restroom breaks along the way, which made it easy to enjoy the tour without worry.

白川郷はずっと行ってみたかったのですが、五箇山のことはあまり知らず、「似てるとこ行かなくても…」と思っていました。
しかし、この五箇山が最高でした！白川郷よりもこじんまりとして、これぞ日本の原風景だと思いました。

また、ガイドさんの金沢豆知識や、おすすめのお土産情報などもとってもためになりました！

途中、トイレ休憩も何度かあり安心してツアーを楽しめました。

We joined this tour on the last minute, and I am so glad that we did. The tour stops were great, the length was just right, and tour guide, Lanny, was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the 8 hours on this tour.

As a first timer to Kyoto with limited time, we had a hard time to go to all the most popular attractions on our own. We are happy that Panoramic Tour did this for us. The 5 places in the tour, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Sanju-san-gen-do Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, Arashiyama/bamboo forest/Tenryu-ji Temple, and then Kinkaku-ji (golden) temple, are all top rated places. These places are kind of spread out, especially Arashiyama, it would have been difficult for us to visit all on our own.

Our tour guide, Lanny, is excellent. She is knowledgeable and funny. Along the way, we learned not only history, but also local sayings and stories, about the temples and shrines that we visited. Lanny is polite, warm, and cares about her customers. To us, this is the best part of joining a tour group.

The tour was on time at each location. The bus itself was clean and had free wi-fi and charging outlets. The lunch, chicken hot-pot, was also a very interesting experience.

Overall we enjoyed this day trip and the top level services from Lanny and the nice driver. The only area can receive improvement is the description about the meeting location. The direction was clear for us, and we had to stop and ask for directions twice before we finally found the Kyoto Avanti building. Turned out we came out of the wrong exit from the Kyoto station and were on the opposite side of the building. It would be helpful if the online direction says which subway exit(s) to take to get to the meeting place.

In Osaka, since I didn't know my way around, I thought this bus tour would help me understand a bit better. The explanations about the sightseeing spots were easy to understand and made sense. The weather was nice and refreshing, and I had a great time. Next time, I want to take the northern course.

大阪は、右も左も分からないので、このバス観光をすれば少しは分かるかと。
観光名所についての説明も分かりやすくて、納得。お天気も良く爽やかでとても楽しかったです。次回は、北コースに乗りたいです。

I was very satisfied with this tour. Bus was modern and comfortable. Everything was very well organized and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend

I have doubts about Veltra since there are only a few reviews, I didn't know whether it's trusted or not. My tour was on Sunday and there was no phone number available on Sunday in case I have questions. However, I got an email with instructions and directions to the meeting point, and yes there they are! On-time and clear activity schedule. Recommended!

We were guided by Mr. Sasaki, who is said to have over 1,000 mountain climbing experiences. In a slightly chilly spot, he made us freshly prepared miso soup with iriko, which warmed our hearts. He also had creative ways to keep the trekking interesting. We are grateful that he led eight of us, each with different paces, on the 22 km journey and that we all returned safely! Thank you for your care and support.

Convenient from Osaka Station! They also offered blanket rentals before departure, making for a comfortable experience. The open-deck bus provided a wide view, allowing us to see the cityscape from a different perspective. The guide's explanations were accurate and enjoyable, making the hour spent very pleasant. I think it's a great choice for sightseeing in a short amount of time.

大阪駅発着で便利！発車前にはブランケットの貸し出しもあり快適に過ごせました。オープンデッキバスは視野が広く、いつもとは違う街並みを見ることが出来、ガイドさんの案内も的確で楽しく1時間を過ごすことが出来ました。短時間で観光するには良い選択だと思います。

Great choice to discover Kyoto highlights in a day.
We enjoyed touring around the city and learning about history and culture. The tour guide spoke very good English and the level of physical activities was appropriate. The temples, shrines and bamboo grooves were spectacular.
The tour is a bit rushed from one place to another but that’s understandable considering all the places they try to cover. If you have short time in Kyoto and want to discover most, this tour is a great option.

We really enjoyed out tour. Our guide Yuki was very informative and a really nice person. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji before it hid behind the clouds. We were unable to go to the 5th station due to snow and icy roads, so we went to the world heritage centre instead. Yuki pointed out various interesting places throughout the day. Shiraito Falls were amazing to see, as was Oshino Hakkai and the shrine. The weather wasn't always on our side but it didn't ruin the day in the slightest. If you're staying in Tokyo it's a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city scene.

At the highly transparent Lake Shikotsu, I was looking forward to enjoying a sightseeing boat, but it was canceled due to strong winds. It was very disappointing, but at Lake Toya, I was able to experience the lakeside of the hotel where I had my meal, the Usuzan Ropeway, and the Silo Observatory, all surrounded by nature. However, there wasn't much time left, so I couldn't enter the bear ranch, and I would have preferred to skip the Mushroom Kingdom before the meal to have more time at Usuzan. On the way back, it was convenient to be able to get off at places like Susukino.

透明度の高い支笏湖では、遊覧船を楽しみにしていたのですが強風のため運航中止。とても残念でしたが、洞爺湖では食事したホテルの湖畔や有珠山ロープウェイ、サイロ展望台と大自然に触れることが出来ました。
ただ、予定時間が余りなくクマ牧場へは入場出来ず、できれば食事前のキノコ王国を無しにして有珠山の時間をとってほしかった。
帰りは、すすきの等途中下車できるのが便利でした。

I think it's a great deal to be able to stop by various places and spend three hours at Churaumi Aquarium for this price! Since we had three hours, we were able to take our time exploring the aquarium, even with kids. The hotel shuttle was really appreciated for traveling with children. I understand it can't be helped, but I always wonder if there's a way to avoid the 30-minute walk to and from Churaumi. On the way back, we arrived at the hotel earlier than planned, which was a relief.

いろいろなところに立ち寄れて、美ら海も3時間滞在できて、このお値段はお得だと思います！3時間滞在できたので、子連れでしたが、ゆっくり水族館をまわれました。ホテルの送迎でしたので子連れにはほんとありがたかったです。しょうがないとは思いますが、美ら海まで往復30分ほど歩くのはどうにかならないかなーといつも思います。帰りは予定より早くホテルに到着したので助かりました。

The trip was absolutely amazing!
First off the bus that is provided is very comfortable. It is very clean and a smooth ride.

Our guide, Yusuke, was very kind and informative. Constantly pointing out landmarks and giving tidbits as we were riding towards Mount Fuji. His English is good, so feel free to ask questions!

The first part of the trip, they took us very close to the summit of the mountain. It was an amazing view. The day we went, it was very clear to see Fuji. Gorgeous!

Afterwards we were brought to a French restaurant. The food was good. I'm personally not big on French cuisine, but both of us enjoyed it.

The ropeway is probably my favorite part of the trip. The view that it brings you was absolutely mind blowing. The mountain was full view along with the city.

The cruise was fun. We timed the cruise to coincide with the sunset. The sunset along with a clear view of the mountain is fantastic. It was about a 15 minute ride so theres plenty of opportunities to get some good pictures.

Finally, you are given a voucher for some soft serve ice cream. We both chose the lavender flavour, surprisingly delicious :)

We highly recommend this day trip, especially if you just want to see the mountain and don't plan on staying in the area longer than a day.

I had a great time being taken around from morning until evening. Both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya were very beautiful. Mount Usu was foggy, so I couldn't see anything from the ropeway, but I think I'll come back someday. The lunch at Banseikaku was also luxurious. The guide and the driver were cheerful, which was nice.

　朝から夕方まで連れまわしてもらい楽しかったです。支笏湖、洞爺湖ともにとても美しかったです。有珠山はガスっててロープウエイは何も見えなかったのでまたいつか来ようと思います。万世閣の昼ご飯も豪華でした。ガイドさんと運転手さんが明るくて良かったですね。

The meeting place was in front of the hotel where I was staying. Lucky! ^_^ The guide was really entertaining, constantly making puns. It was the last day in Okinawa, but I gained more memories on the half-day tour. (^ - ^)/
