The quality and arrangement of this one-day Mount Fuji trip were up to standard. With appropriate pricing, the trip included several tourist attractions and an unexpectedly decent meal. The Japanese staff members were generally nice and professional, and were capable of accommodating to English-speaking customers.

I want emphasize that our tour guide and bus drivers were great! They were sweet and kind and really made sure the tour was kept organized. However, the actual tour was incredibly expensive for no reason! The only picture I was able to get of Mt. Fuji was on the bus! Now I understand that Fuji is very easily covered by clouds and the mountain can be seen once the clouds move. What I did not appreciate was that we were not able to go to the 5th station because of over crowding? How is that our problem? So we went to the 4th station and there was nothing there but a parking lot and a gift shop. Then we took the sky gondola ride just to see a dried up forest. The hot springs gave me a headache re the smell and the boat ride offered no views of Fuji. I believe this tour is falsely advertised and overpriced. I just wanted to get back to Tokyo.

My siblings came from Tokyo and Chiba for my niece's wedding, and they wanted to do some sightseeing in Osaka. After considering various options, we decided on a two-story open-deck bus!

The weather was great, and riding the bus while enjoying the mist shower was very pleasant. We quickly passed by Midosuji, Shitennoji, Tsutenkaku, and Abeno Harukas in just an hour.

My siblings expressed their gratitude, saying they created wonderful memories. I've lived in Osaka for over 30 years, but this was my first time doing city sightseeing. The views from the deck of the double-decker bus felt very fresh everywhere we looked.

I heard that the scenery changes with the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—so I thought it would be nice to see Osaka in the autumn!

天気も良く、ミストシャワーを浴びながら走るバスは心地良く、御堂筋や四天王寺、通天閣、アベノハルカスなど、あっという間の1時間でした^_^

兄弟からは、とてもいい思い出ができたと感謝の言葉を頂きました。
私自身も大阪に30年余り住んでいますが、市内観光は初めてでした^_^
２階建バスのデッキからの市内の景色は、どこもとても新鮮に感じました^_^

春、夏、秋、冬の四季によっても違う景色か見れるとの事なので、秋の大阪を見てみたいなと思いました^_^

I was glad that I could efficiently tour the islands during my short trip. I had time to leisurely walk around Yufu Island, and the bento was unique and delicious. I debated whether to rent a bicycle to explore Taketomi Island at a slower pace, but I think the bus tour was also good because I could listen to the guide's explanations.

短期の旅行だったため効率よく離島をまわることができて良かったです。
由布島ではぶらりと一周歩く時間もありましたし、お弁当も珍しくておいしかったです。竹富島ではゆっくりまわれるレンタサイクルにしようか悩みましたが、ガイドさんの説明を聞ける点でバス観光も良かったと思います。

On the first day, the Jomon Sugi was under clear skies, perfect for trekking. The scenery and weather were wonderful, but the guide seemed overly focused on the time and hardly looked back, providing little explanation. There wasn't even time to take photos. To make matters worse, while I was taking pictures, the guide went ahead and disappeared from view. The guiding was completely pointless; I believe I would have enjoyed it much more if I had gone on my own. On the second day, I had a different guide who shared various stories with us. It seems there is a significant difference depending on the guide. I hope for a certain standard of service from the guides. There is really no point in having someone accompany you if it’s like this.

1日目の縄文杉は晴天で、トレッキング日和でした。景色も天気も素晴らしかったのですがガイドさんが時間ばかり気にしているのか後ろも見ず、説明もほとんどありませんでした。写真を撮ってる暇もありません。
挙げ句の果てには、写真を撮っている間にさきにいって見えなくなりました。
ガイドの意味が全くなく、むしろ個人で行った方がより深く楽しめたと思います。2日目は違うガイドさんでいろいろお話してくれました。
ガイドさんの当たり外れで雲泥の差があるように思います。
ある一定の接客レベルの人であってほしいです。一緒にいってもらう意味が全くありません。

This was my travel companion's first visit to Okinawa, and it was a valuable tour that takes you to the must-see Churaumi Aquarium from Chatan. Over about half a day from morning to evening, we visited several highlights in central to northern Okinawa, but since there were many places to stop, the time spent at each location was a bit short. Especially on Kouri Island, if you stop to use the restroom or eat ice cream, you completely run out of time to enjoy the sea, and the scenic drive over the Warumi Bridge felt like it was over in an instant.

However, at Churaumi Aquarium and Busena, you can relax while enjoying the beautiful beaches around, and even though the tour explanations are provided through automatic audio in your earphones, they efficiently use the travel time to give you information, making it a great value for the cost.

The final stop is American Village, where those coming from Naha can take their time shopping, but for those departing from Chatan, you can get off here and then freely choose to return to your hotel or go out for a meal or shopping, which is very convenient.

With the changing times, there are more foreign participants from Asian countries, but I felt a bit sad that the guide first explains in English and then in Japanese. Recently, when Japanese people visit tourist attractions overseas, the Japanese explanations tend to come last, so it seems that Japanese people are often put on the back burner both at home and abroad. I recognize that Japanese people are a modest and patient nation, so they tend to be pushed to the back in any country (laughs).

同行者が初の沖縄訪問でしたが、初めての沖縄旅では絶対外せない美ら海水族館に北谷からも行ける貴重なツアーです。朝から夕方までの約半日で沖縄中部～北部の見どころスポットを複数訪れますが、回る場所が多いので一か所あたりの滞在時間が短いのが少し惜しいです。とくに古宇利島はトイレに立ち寄ってアイスを食べたりしているとまったく海を観て楽しむ時間は無くなってしまいますし、車窓観光のワルミ大橋も「え！？今通っちゃったの！？」という感じであっという間でした。

でも美ら海水族館やブセナでは周りの美しいビーチを観てリラックスできますし、観光についてもイヤホン自動音声ながら移動中の時間を使って効率的に説明してくれるのでコストパフォーマンスは高いです。

最終立ち寄り地はアメリカンヴィレッジで、那覇発の方々はこちらでしばしのショッピングタイムをゆっくり取ることができますが、北谷発ですとこちらで降りて後はホテルに帰るなり食事やショッピングに行くなり、自由に過ごすことができるので助かります。

時代の流れでアジア諸国からの外国人の参加が多くなりましたが、引率のガイドさんがまず英語で案内し、その次に日本語になるのは少し寂しく思いました。昨今、日本人が海外の観光名所を訪れると日本語の説明は最後のほうなので、日本でも海外でも日本人は後回しなんだな～と・・・。日本人は奥ゆかしく我慢強い民族だという認識なので、どこの国でも後ろに追いやられてしまいますね（苦笑）

It was a great overall tour of Tokyo BUT too many customers on the tour were VERY late arriving back at the tour bus again and again. This totally inconvenienced all the other people on the tour, cut into the time spent at tour sites including lunch and made the itinerary more rushed then should have been necessary. Customers waiting on the bus wanted the tour guide to leave these people behind so we could have the designated time at tour sites but instead, we waited an average of 15-30 minutes on the bus waiting for people who could care less about keeping us all waiting. The tour guide was great but went out looking for these late people, then jammed us through the rest of the program. Customers who were either slow, older or physically challenged such as using a cane for walking couldn’t keep up.
Grey Line needs to adhere to the rule of “make it back to the bus on time or we leave you behind” instead of making others angry at the tour guide, Greyline and the late customers. NOT what I paid for.

A well-organised tour which was also good value for money. We were on board a very clean tour bus and had an excellent guide called Nao. He communicated very well in English and Japanese and his enthusiasm definitely added to our positive experience. We were very lucky to have perfect weather to see Mt Fuji - time at the 5th station was limited to 30 minutes, but there was more that adequate time for the lunch stop and then more time was spent at Lake Kawaguchi for the boat cruise and panoramic ropeway (which also included time for ice cream and souvenir shopping). We also found no issues with bringing our children along (5yr11mo and 28mo boys). The only negative part of the day was that we did have some difficulty finding the exact meeting point for the bus - signs pointing the way from the main street would have helped us a lot!
I would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends!

The tour experience was delightful. The tour bus that I travelled in was spotless and Nao (the allocated tour guide on the day) was exceptional and made the day even better. The experience was well structured from Mount Fuji to the cable cars and ending with the lake tour. 5 stars from me.

This was a well organised tour with appropriate time spent at each venue. The various photograph points on the road, at the lunch restaurant and from the lake provide a variety of different angles and scenery around Mt Fuji.

A lot of time is spent on the bus but this is unavoidable due to the distance. Thankfully there are rest stops on the way there and back so the maximum bus time is approximately 1 hour between stops.

Our tour guide Nao was funny and very knowledgeable about the mountain and the various locations we visited.

In the morning, we took a tour around Yakushima. Anticipating that my legs would be shaky from hiking to Jomon Sugi the day before, I booked an easy sightseeing bus. As a result, we were able to comfortably circle the island, and I am very satisfied. With the wonderful guidance from the driver, we also took photos at appropriate times, creating lovely memories of Yakushima. It's more convenient and cost-effective than renting a car to go around the island!

午前中に屋久島一周してくれます。
前日に縄文杉へ登山していて、足がガクガクだろうという想定で、手軽な遊覧バスを予約しました。結果、楽に島一周することができ、とても満足です。運転手さんのステキなガイドとともに、写真も適宜撮っていただき、屋久島のすてきな思い出ができました。レンタカー借りて島一周するより楽で、お得です！

I chose this tour for the convenience of being picked up from my hotel in Tokyo. The seating in the coach was a little tight but no different from other coaches I've been on in Japan. Unfortunately, our guide repeated herself incessantly throughout the journey and this was exceedingly irritating. I'm sorry to say that I resorted to listening to music through my earphones in preference to hearing what our guide was saying. I booked the lunch option and was pleasantly surprised at the food quality. The place where we stopped catered specifically for large groups and was well set up for these.
My main issue was with the very short amount of time allocated at each stop. The day was cloudy, but with occasional clear spots, providing sporadic opportunities to photograph Mt Fuji. However, with only 15 to 30 minutes at each of the viewing stations, it was frustrating to have to return to the coach so quickly without having enough time to wait for a break in the clouds to take a decent photo of Mt Fuji. That said the views on and around lake Ashi were fabulous and the cable car journey to the top of Mt Komagatake was worthwhile, with some very nice scenery at the summit.
On the way back to Tokyo we chose not to return on the coach (even though we had booked it) and took the bullet train instead. This turned out to be an excellent choice because we were back in Tokyo Central Station within 35 minutes of boarding the train, rather than the three hours or so on the coach.
In fairness to the tour operator, I would say that the short time available at the viewing stations was not their fault, because I suspect that time restrictions applied to the large coaches at each stopping point. In hindsight, I think that I should have booked a more bespoke tour catering for fewer people. Being in a smaller vehicle/group might have provided the flexibility to make brief stops during our journey to take opportunistic photos of Mt Fuji when there were breaks in the clouds.

I had no prior knowledge about the Minatogawara people, but thanks to the passionate explanation from the guide, I understood it well and had a lot of fun. The plants and insects were also things I never see in my hometown, so others were taking plenty of photos as well.

港川原人についてはまったく知らなかったのですが、ガイドさんの情熱的な説明でよく理解できた上にとても楽しかったです。
植物や昆虫も、私の地元ではまったく見ることないものだったので、他の方も写真を撮りまくってました。

If you were looking for a very hands off yet exciting tour, look no further! our guide did a very good job organizing the group we had . We ended up seeing some truly amazing sights around Mount Fuji and some beautiful city scapes. Of particular note, was the Rope way as well as the cruise which was a beautiful way to see Mount Fuji. If you have an interest in photography, you'll have great time being able to photograph around Mount Fuji. The Vantage points are excellent! Overall I would say this tour exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone!

This trip truly compassed all of what I expected to see in Kyoto. The entire day was spent efficiently traveling from one location to another and see what each had to offer. I particularly liked the hands-off approach the guide took to the tour. I am tempted to say the tour felt rushed because we were traveling constantly, but this is definitely what you sign up for if you're trying to see so much and so little time. Overall, the direction was good and we never felt like we were confused or unsure where to meet next. if you take this tour you will see some truly amazing sights and be enriched and all that is Kyoto!

The powerful experience of the whale shark at the aquarium was impressive. The guide was also a very pleasant person. I had a fun day. I would like to go on another tour with that guide. Thank you very much.

About 80% of the users were older adults. There were more users than I expected. The weather was also nice, and my husband was happy. If it's your first time sightseeing in Osaka, the prices are reasonable, so I think it's a good option.

年配8割でした。思っていたより利用者多かったです。お天気にも恵まれ、旦那も喜んでいました。大阪観光はじめてでしたら値段も安いので良いのではないでしょうか。

Since it was the rainy season in Miyako Island and the sky was cloudy, I was honestly a bit anxious, but during the shooting time, I was able to see countless stars✨ Not only did they take beautiful photos, but they also kindly shared recommendations for sightseeing spots in Miyako Island. It was a bit tough for the guys in their 40s who are not used to exercising, and one person dropped out, but the sense of achievement was incredible. The guide was also a veteran, which was great.

I used this service for a two-night stay in Kyoto for sightseeing. I had read that there are many foreign visitors, and indeed, everyone was punctual and kind. The staff's guidance and explanations were quick, and they remembered my face. Even though I was coughing due to a cold, they helped me by explaining the sightseeing spots in the city while I was moving after getting off the bus.

One concern I had was the lack of clear markers and explanations for the pickup at Kyoto Station. Since it was my first time, there were many tourists around the station, and although I had asked about the meeting point in advance through the Shinki Bus Tour, I struggled to find the marker. I expected a yellow happi coat, but it seems they switched to polo shirts this summer, and I was flustered, not noticing the staff who passed by me multiple times. I would have liked them to use flags when gathering at Kyoto Station as well. Additionally, it would be helpful if there was some explanation about participants from Kyoto Station boarding the bus after taking the train to Fushimi Station and touring the grounds.

A couple with large luggage seemed distressed and complained to the staff, which was unfortunate for both parties.

I wish we had about 20 more minutes at each sightseeing spot, but given the time constraints, I am very satisfied that we were able to visit so many places in one day. I was able to take many photos while running around and create wonderful memories. I will definitely use this service again.

遠方から２泊で京都観光の中日に利用です。
外国の方が多いとは体験で読んでましたが、皆さん時間厳守で、親切でした。
スタッフの方の誘導も説明も迅速で顔をちゃんと覚えて下さり、風邪を引いて咳き込まれてるのにバス降りて移動中に、市内の観光スポット説明をしてくれてとても助かりました。

ひとつ気掛かりなのは、京都駅からﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟの際の目印と説明の不備です。初めて行くと駅周辺では観光客が大勢で、事前に神姫バスツアーで集合場所を聞きましたが目印を見つけるのに戸惑いました。
黄色い法被のはずが、今夏からﾎﾟﾛｼｬﾂになったらしく目の前にを何度も往来するスタッフさんに気づかず焦りの右往左往。京都駅集合の時も旗を利用して欲しかったです。
また京都駅からの参加者がバスへ乗車するのは伏見駅まで電車移動の上境内観光後と、どこかに説明が書いてあると良いと思います。
大荷物でツアー参加したご夫婦が知らずに動揺され、スタッフさんへクレームを入れていて、どちらも気の毒でした。

各名所の観光時間はもう20分欲しいところですが、時間配分的に困難なので、これだけ沢山を1日で回れたことにとても満足してます。
走り回りながら沢山の写真を撮り、思い出を残すことが出来ました。
是非また利用させて頂きます。

My husband and I enjoyed the trip, we had clear skies and could see Fuji from the bus most of the day. Our guide Fuji-San was very knowledgeable. Good variety of stops. The 5th station was really busy, we enjoyed the other stops more. Would have been nice to have more time at the stops but appreciate there was a lot of kms to covering the day.
Good value for money and lots of food options at the stops.

The pickup bus at 7:30 in the morning was early, but since I participated on a Sunday, we were able to move to our destination ahead of schedule, and we also made a brief stop at Chinen Misaki. Saijō-ō-taki is an ancient sacred site, so it was a quiet place. Without explanations, it's hard to know the highlights, so it's a good idea to watch the explanatory video thoroughly at the entrance. The highlight of Okinawa World, which we visited next, is the Gyokusendo Cave. Since it has been a tourist spot for quite some time, there were accumulations of limestone in various places along the artificially created pathways inside the cave. It had a different charm compared to tourist spots like Shuri Castle.

朝の7時半のピックアップバスで早かったですが、参加したのが日曜日だったので、予定より早く目的地に移動でき、知念岬にも少し寄ってくれました。斎場御嶽は昔からの聖地なので静かなところでした。説明がないと見どころがわからないので、入口のところでしっかりと説明ビデオを見ておくと良いです。次いで訪れたおきなわワールドの目玉は玉泉洞です。随分前に観光地になっているためか、人工的に作った洞窟内の通路のあちこちに石灰が堆積していました。首里城のような観光地とはまた違った味わいのあるところでした。

Difficult to locate the tour provider at pickup pt, no counter or signage board. The cruise is rather boring, would rather pay more if snacks and drinks can be provided during the cruise since it's a long day tour.

I loved every single place we went to, but it was too many places for the amount of time, it was 40 minutes in each spot so if you want to have time to look around, eat local food (there’s a lot of local delicious snacks), take a picture and maybe go souvenir shopping in each place then 40 minutes is not enough. I would rather the tour leave an hour early or maybe miss one of the places and enjoy it more throughly. Guide was great! Loved her!
Always go to the restroom before the tour, tour places are crowded and you will miss a good amount of quality time if you go in a tour stop. If you don’t have a lunch box included then buy something before the tour, you’ll lose a lot of time figuring out what to eat.

The designated meeting place was truly dark, and I understood why the starry sky looked like something out of a promotional photo. I had only thought of one pose, but the photographer suggested various options, which made the shoot go smoothly. After the shoot, the staff kindly provided information about spots in Miyako Island, making it easy to plan for the next day. Thank you very much. I am looking forward to receiving the finished photos.

指定の待ち合わせ場所は本当に暗闇で、宣材写真のような星空が見えるのも納得でした。
たった一つのポーズしか考えてなかったのですが、カメラマン様がこんな感じでどうでしょうと色々提案してくださり、スムーズに撮影が出来ました。
撮影が終わった後も宮古島のスポットなど担当者様が丁寧に教えてくださり、翌日の予定も立てやすかったです。

I took Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Shiraito Falls and Oshino Hakkai Tour from Tokyo / With Ekiben Box Lunch from Veltra. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The meeting point was easy to find because the instructions were clear and there are people from the travel company who were more than eager to assist their guests. Also, our tour guide was very accommodating and very lively which keeps everyone happy during the entire trip. She even assisted me in checking if the Tokyo Metropolitan was still open after the trip because I wanted to go there. We also had a stop in a place which has an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. I think this stop was no included in the itinerary. The most important thing I appreciated about this trip was that they refunded me with half of the amount I paid because originally, I plan to travel together with my sister. Unfortunately, she was not feeling well on the day of the trip so she had to cancel her plan to accompany me in the trip. I informed the travel agency in less than an hour before the scheduled trip and I wasn’t expecting any refund because I cancelled in less than an hour. But, to my surprise, they refunded me with half of what I paid and the tour guide even gave me the extra box lunch intended for my sister. It was really appreciated.
