I took Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Shiraito Falls and Oshino Hakkai Tour from Tokyo / With Ekiben Box Lunch from Veltra. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The meeting point was easy to find because the instructions were clear and there are people from the travel company who were more than eager to assist their guests. Also, our tour guide was very accommodating and very lively which keeps everyone happy during the entire trip. She even assisted me in checking if the Tokyo Metropolitan was still open after the trip because I wanted to go there. We also had a stop in a place which has an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. I think this stop was no included in the itinerary. The most important thing I appreciated about this trip was that they refunded me with half of the amount I paid because originally, I plan to travel together with my sister. Unfortunately, she was not feeling well on the day of the trip so she had to cancel her plan to accompany me in the trip. I informed the travel agency in less than an hour before the scheduled trip and I wasn’t expecting any refund because I cancelled in less than an hour. But, to my surprise, they refunded me with half of what I paid and the tour guide even gave me the extra box lunch intended for my sister. It was really appreciated.

Everything was perfect about it. I loved it. Guide was awesome. Looking forward for my next trip.

If you go on this tour, please take into account the weather forecast. The morning we left from Tokyo, it was pouring rain. The rest of the day was also covered in grey clouds, rain and fog. We therefore did not see Mt. Fuji at all. Not even a glimpse unfortunately. Although we did go up the cable car, we could not see more than like 30 meters ahead due to the fog.
Although the weather forecast is unpredictable, and the organization is of course not to blame for bad weather (humans can unfortunately not control it) it is a pity that we did not get any compensation whatsoever. Having paid this huge amount of money for a bus tour where we did not even see the mountain has simply been a disappointment. Nevertheless, the tour guide was energetic and nice.

Last year, it was suddenly canceled due to a heavy rain warning, so this year we made a comeback. About a week ago, there was a once-in-50-years heavy rain that caused quite a bit of damage, so I was worried about how it would turn out, but on the day of the event, there wasn't a single cloud in the sky, and the view from Taiko Rock was amazing.

Also, our guide, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and taught us various things about plants and insects, making us forget the difficulty of walking. I was also very happy with her consideration in adjusting the walking pace for us. The coffee we had on the way down was delicious.

I made the best memories. Thank you very much!

昨年、大雨警報が出て突然中止になったので、今年リベンジしました。
一週間ほど前に50年に一度という大雨が降り結構な被害が出ていましたので、どうなるかと心配していましたが、当日は雲一つ無い晴天で、太鼓岩からの景色も最高でした。
また、ガイドのジェニファーさんは知識が豊富で、植物のことや虫のことなどいろんなことを教えていただき、歩くつらさも忘れてしまうほどでした。
歩くスピードの調整など、私達への気遣いもとても嬉しかったです。下山途中の珈琲もおいしかったです。
最高の思い出ができました。本当にありがとうございました。

We loved the tour to mount fuji. Yukiko (our guide) was funny and very informative. They were amazing and waited for us, as we got lost and arrived a little late to the meeting place.
We booked the trip to a warm day, but be advised, mt fuji has unpredictable weather, and it was full of clouds. We managed to get a couple of shots with the peak, but it was hard. The other spots were also very nice. This was our last day in Japan and so we had already seen a lot of shrines and temples, and the time allocated to each spot was just right, as we had a 2h trip back to Tokyo. We do understand that for people whose tour this is the first, it might be a little overwhelming and too short a time. So I think it would be best to book it further along your trip. We booked it only a couple of days prior to the actual tour, and everything went great! The lunch box is a bento box, with local food. We didn't book it, and bought a few sandwiches and took them with us for the tour. For us, this was the best option. You can also buy at each stop, but it may be more expensive, and that may be a reason to run out of time in the visiting spots.

Thank you for your kind assistance this time (╹◡╹). The two gentlemen were very considerate, helping us when we were late due to going to the wrong meeting place and ensuring we didn't get dirty. We were able to catch the fully blooming starry sky☆ and take wonderful photos, creating great memories♪. They also encouraged us to ask any questions beyond just the photos and provided a lot of helpful information. For those who are going, I recommend thinking about poses and wearing bright clothing. I would love to request your services again when I visit Miyako Island!

We visited this Mt Fuji tour on a lucky day where the sun was shining and we had wonderful clear views of Mt Fuji. Our Tour guide Nao was so funny and informative as well as informative. We had a packed day full of activities but it definitely didn't feel rushed or that we didn't have enough time at each activities. The lunch was at a fancy place tasting very delicious, and The lake cruise and ropeways were refreshing providing the best unobscured view of My Fuji The activities were very very good and I would 100% recommend this tour!

It was a full day tour with loads of walking.
Organisation was superb, the tour guide knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
This is an excellent tour which manages to show us a great deal of important sites which would be hard to achieve in one day by other operators.
I was extremely satisfied at the end of the day.

Our main purpose of doing the trip was to see Mt. Fuji up close as do the others in the tour. Unfortunately for all of us, the mountain was enveloped with fogs/cloud from below Station 5 that we could not see anything of Mt. Fuji. A German even spoke for most if not all of us when he requested the bus return to Station 5 when the clouds cleared a little.

Second, the tour buses in Europe mostly has toilets in them. Not for ordinary use but "when necessary only". It should be a must for all tour buses in Japan for a total tourist comfort and ease of mind.

The rest of the tour sites are excellent and the tourist guide spoke excellent english and spoke a lot about Japanese culture and the country as well.

I participated in a tour on the afternoon of the day I arrived in Ishigaki Island. I thought about using a bus free ticket to get around, but the bus schedule didn't work out as I hoped, so I opted for the tour. In hindsight, choosing the tour was the right decision. Inside the vehicle, the guide explained the history of Ishigaki Island, described the scenery visible from the window, played the sanshin, and let us listen to folk songs. It was a very rich experience!

石垣島に到着した日に午後から参加しました。
バスのフリーチケットでまわろうと思いましたが、バスの時間が思うようになかっので、ツアーにしました。
結果としてツアーにして正解でした。
車内では、ガイドさんが石垣島の歴史や車窓から見える風景の説明、三線を弾いて下さり、民謡を聴かせて下さり、とても盛り沢山な内容でした！

If you are looking for a convenient way to see Mount Fuji from japan this is the tour for you. Eko our guide for the day was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the trip fun driving between site to sight. Her English was perfect and humor a joy. The lunch was fantastic, lots of variety and tasty. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a day to spend in the region. The option for the fast train back to Tokyo (which we choose last minute during the trip) is also worth the ride and experience. Eko helped us arrange that easily.

Considerations: It is a long day. Time of year - if it's a colder month, i might opt for a shorter tour.

This tour was fantastic and very well priced. I highly recommend the tour for anyone wanting to visit Mt Fuji.

As promised the Hop-On Hop-Off bus made its’ way through the route, allowing us to get a sense of part of Tokyo. Unfortunately, the commentary was very stilted, and lacked history, and details. I usually enjoy getting an overview of a city on a Hop-On Hop-Off bus, but felt that we hit only a few highlights of Tokyo and the information received was less than satisfactory. The Hop-On Hop-Off offered a means to get to some places, but beyond that it was disappointing.

Due to a landslide caused by heavy rain, I had given up on climbing from the Arakawa trailhead, but I received an alternative suggestion that I could reach Jomon Sugi from Shiratani Unsuikyo, which would take about 12 to 13 hours. Thanks to that, I was able to climb successfully! This meant that my trip was reduced from two days to one. Climbing from Shiratani Unsuikyo involves ascending two mountains, so it can be really tough if you're not in good shape.

The phone support was a bit chaotic, possibly due to coordination with others, as I was told different things than what was initially communicated. However, in the end, I was able to climb, so I have no complaints.

It may take some time for recovery, but Yakushima is a place you can visit with peace of mind, so I definitely encourage those who had given up to go!

大雨による土砂崩れで荒川登山口から登れないとのことで諦めていたところ、白谷雲水峡からだったら12,3時間かかるけど縄文杉に行けますと代替案をいただき無事に登れることが出来ました！その都合で2日間ではなく１日になりました。白谷雲水峡からだと山を２つ登るので体力がないと本当につらいと思います。
電話対応は他の人との兼ね合いも合った為かうまくいかず、案内されていたことと違う事を言われたりとゴタゴタしましたが、最終的には登ることが出来たので言うことはありません。
おそらく復旧には時間がかかるかもしれませんが、屋久島は安心して行くことが出来るので、諦めていた方にも是非行ってほしいです！

I was a bit anxious about making my first online reservation, but receiving a confirmation call the day before the tour made me feel very reassured. During the tour, even as someone who was inexperienced, the easy-to-understand guidance allowed me to enjoy the tour without getting lost.

初めてのネット予約で少し不安でしたが、ツアー前日に確認の電話を頂いた事で、とても安心出来ました。ツアー中も不慣れな私でも判りやすい案内で、迷う事無くツアーを楽しめました。

The tour guide's guidance was excellent and kept us engaged during the travel time. Since the tickets for the aquarium and Ryukyu Village are included, considering the cost and time of renting a car, as well as the risks of driving, I think this is a very worthwhile tour. We were able to efficiently visit the main spots, from pineapples and watermelons to sea grapes and a souvenir shop with purple sweet potato tarts.

レンタカーを借りる費用と時間、運転のリスクを勘案して考えると非常にお得なツアーだと思う。
パイナップルやスイカ、海ぶどうから紫いもタルトがある土産屋までメインスポットを効率よく回れる。

The leisurely experience of the water buffalo cart was a wonderful time where time flowed slowly. If the weather had been better, I would have wanted to stay longer to feel more of the island's atmosphere.

マイペースな水牛車の体験はのんびり時間が流れていくいい時間でした。お天気が良ければもっともっと島の雰囲気を感じるため長い滞在をしたかったです。

It was a compact tour that packed in highlights within a limited time. I was often drawn in by the engaging talk of the experienced local guide. I had a great time.

限られた時間の中で見どころをコンパクトに詰め込んでアレンジされたツアーでした。経験豊富な地元のガイドさんならではのトークにググッと引き込まれるコトも度々でした。いい時間がすごせました。

I had so much fun from morning until evening that there wasn't enough time.
It was a great tour.

I thought I would regret it if I didn't go at my age, so three of us women decided to try it. Although we made the decision six months ago, as the date approached, my anxiety grew since I usually don't walk for 10 hours.

On the day of the trip, the weather forecast had predicted no rain the day before, but it rained continuously. We set off hoping it wouldn't rain. Fortunately, we didn't get rained on, and with the guide's extensive explanations and appropriate breaks, we were able to meet Jomon Sugi. Although we were tired, we returned safely and had a very satisfying day.

Not only Jomon Sugi, but also the various plants and animals were wonderful, and gaining knowledge made the experience even more fulfilling.

I returned home from Yakushima two days later in the afternoon, on the day when heavy rain made the news. I'm really glad everyone was rescued safely. It was a trip where I felt both the beauty and the threat of nature.

Until I returned from Yakushima, I felt a sense of satisfaction and fatigue... But once I got back to my daily life, I found myself wanting to go again.

年齢的に行かないと後悔すると思い、女三人でのトライでした。半年前に決めたものの、近づくにつれ、普段10時間も歩くこともなく不安が徐々に募っていました。
当日、前の日は天気予報では雨が降らない予報だったのに降り続いたそうで、降らないことを祈りつつの出発でした。
幸いなことに雨にも降られず、ガイドさんの幅広い説明と適度な休憩で、縄文杉に会うこともでき、疲れたものの無事に戻ることができ大満足な一日となりました。
縄文杉だけでなく、さまざまな動植物も素晴らしく、知識を得てなおさら充実した時間となりました。

2日後の午後に屋久島から帰宅しましたが、その日がニュースになった大雨の日。皆さん無事に救助されてほんとに良かった。
自然の美しさ、脅威。両方を感じることになった旅でした。

屋久島から戻るまでは、満足感と疲労感が…
でも、帰ってきて日常に戻ったら、また、行きたくなってる自分がいました。

I participated with my 3-year-old child. We rode a boat, saw mangrove forests, crossed the sea on a water buffalo, enjoyed delicious meals, and took a bus. On Taketomi Island, we toured the island on a water buffalo, and my child was able to enjoy it without getting bored, which was really great.

Before going, I was worried that the schedule might be too hectic for my child, but the timing was just right and there were no issues. Thank you for the enjoyable tour.

船に乗ったりマングローブ林を見たり水牛で海を渡ったり美味しいご飯を食べたりバスにも乗って、竹富島では島内を水牛に乗って観光したり、子供も飽きずに楽しめて本当に良かったです。

行く前は、子供にはハードスケジュールすぎるかとも悩みましたが程よいタイムスケジュールで問題ありませんでした。

For someone like me who doesn't have a driver's license, this tour for 1,700 yen, which allows you to visit two places, was a great deal and I was very satisfied! Gyokusendo Cave was quite impressive.

Since I was participating alone, I had a bit of extra time at Okinawa World.

I debated whether to schedule it for the day of my return, but I thought about the possibility of traffic and missing my flight, so I planned it for the middle day. However, the schedule was quite flexible, so I think it would have been fine to do it on the return day. In the afternoon, I had plenty of free time, so I strolled around Kokusai Street.

運転免許を持っていない私にとって、1700円で二ヶ所回れるこのツアーは大変お得で大満足でした！
玉泉洞は中々見応えありました。
一人参加のため、おきなわワールドでは少し時間をもて余してしまいました。

帰りの日と迷いましたがもし道が混んで飛行機間に合わなかったら…と思い中日に予定を組みましたが、結構余裕のあるタイムスケジュールなので帰りの日でもよかったかなと思いました。
午後はまるまる空いたので国際通りをぶらつきました。

The main tourist attractions in central Okinawa were packaged together, and I enjoyed every moment from start to finish.

I thought it would have been nice to see the super famous Heart Rock on Kouri Island, even just passing by on the bus. The Churaumi Aquarium, of course, had the large tank with whale sharks, but enjoying a café while overlooking the big tank was a luxurious experience. After that, instead of watching the dolphin show, I took a stroll on Emerald Beach, which turned out to be a lovely and refreshing place. I wondered if the inclusion of the Okashi Goten was a commercial strategy or a collaboration, but I ended up buying some souvenirs (laughs). The atmosphere and the dance at Ryukyu Mura were also great, and I even got to meet the famous staff member, Grandma Umeko (laughs).

Also, as many of you have written in your experiences, the guide was truly wonderful. Not only did we hear stories about Okinawa, but there were also songs included, making the entire day of the tour enjoyable, even on the bus.

In short, I was able to spend a fulfilling day. I highly recommend this to anyone planning to explore this area!

沖縄中部の主な観光地がパッケージされていて最初から最後まで盛りだくさん、十二分に楽しめました。

古宇利島では、超有名なハートロックまで見れたら良かったかなと思います、バスで通るだけでもいいので。
美ら海水族館は、ジンベイザメの大水槽ももちろんですが、大水槽を眺めながらのカフェが優雅なひと時でした笑
その後イルカのショーは見ないでエメラルドビーチを散歩しましたが、思った以上に素敵で気持ちよい場所でした。
御菓子御殿が組み込まれているのは、商業戦略かタイアップ？と思ってしまいましたが、乗せられて（笑）しっかりお土産を買いました。
琉球村の踊りも雰囲気も良かったです、名物スタッフ・ウメトおばぁにも会えましたし笑

あと、皆さんも体験談でよく書かれてますが、ガイドさんはとても素晴らしかったです。
沖縄話だけでなく唄なども交え、バスの中も含めツアー１日を堪能できました。

と、とにかく充実した一日を過ごす事ができました。
この辺りを巡ることを予定されている方には超オススメです！

While the trip was good, everything went smoothly and the tour guide was very informative and helpful, it was disappointing to learn we have very little time at each stop. We felt very rushed, including for lunch. I suggest the tour return later, or you are upfront with customers that in order to fit in all of the activities the actual time at each stop is very limited.

The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island offered scenery that felt like it was not in Japan. Additionally, the bus driver on the way to Yubu Island was so entertaining that he could be mistaken for a Yoshimoto comedian, keeping the passengers engaged throughout the ride. The water buffalo also worked hard pulling the cart, making the island crossing feel quick. On Taketomi Island, the sightseeing with the glass-bottom boat and water buffalo cart also ended in no time. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

西表島でのマングローブクルーズは、此処は日本と思えない景色でした。
また、由布島までのバス移動の運転手さんは、吉本芸人かと言える位、乗客を
退屈させない、素晴らしい運転手さんでした。
水牛も一生懸命に牛車を引っ張ってくれていたので、あっという間の島渡でした。
竹富島では、グラスボートと水牛車での観光もあっという間に終わってしまいました。
また、機会があれば行きたいです。

Last year, I participated in a similar tour and enjoyed it, so this time, I joined with my husband. The driver and the bus guide were both kind, which made me happy. The guide's singing was also fantastic.

At Seifa Utaki, you need to buy a 300 yen admission ticket from the vending machine and walk a little to the entrance. They will inform you of the meeting time, and if there's time, you can buy souvenirs as well. We took our time at Ontake, so we returned directly to the bus.

The guide is really kind and provides helpful information on the way back, which is reassuring. One group was late arriving at the meeting place, Kencho Plaza, but the guide seemed to have a hard time making phone calls to assist them. There is a photo showing where Kencho Plaza is, so I think you can find it if you look.

Okinawa World had a longer time of 2 hours compared to last time, and we were able to have lunch, which was great. It's also nice that you can choose to be dropped off at the airport or Kencho Plaza at the end. My husband also said it was really good. Thank you!

去年、同じようなツアーに参加して、良かったので、今回は、主人と二人で参加しました。
ドライバーさんも、バスガイドさんも、親切で、嬉しかったです。ガイドさんの歌も最高です。
せいふぁーうたきは、自分で一人300円の入場料を券売機で買って、入口まで少し歩きます。集合時間を教えてもらって、見学、時間があれば、お土産など買ったりできます。
私達は、ゆっくり、御嶽で過ごしたので、バスにそのまま戻りました。
ガイドさんが、帰り道も、本当に親切に教えてくれますので、安心です。
集合場所の県庁広場がわからなくて、一組の方が、時間より遅くなって来られましたが、ガイドさんが、電話したり大変なようでした。県庁広場は、こちらというところに、写真が載っているので、みれば、わかると思います。
おきなわワールドは前回より長い2時間の時間があり、ランチもできて、良かったです。
最後は、空港か県庁広場か選べるのも、親切ですね。
主人も、すごく良かったそうです。

I participated with my small child. The bus guide was very pleasant, and her voice was easy to understand. I boarded in Naha City, but the bus picks up at various hotels, which will be helpful for my next trip to Okinawa when choosing a hotel. We visited the aquarium and played with my child at Emerald Beach near the aquarium. With a full three hours, there are various ways to enjoy the experience depending on the person.

小さい子供と2人で、参加しました。バスガイドさんが、非常に感じ良く、声も聞き取りやすかったです。私は、那覇市内から乗車しましたが、色々なホテルにバスがお迎えに行くので、次に沖縄旅行に来る時のホテルの参考にもなりました。水族館を見学して、水族館近くのエメラルドビーチで、子供と遊びました。3時間たっぷりあるので、人によって、楽しみ方が色々出来ます。
