I wanted to sit in a seat with a good view, so I opted for the ticket that includes admission to the Gunkanjima Digital Museum, which comes with a priority boarding pass. However, if you're lucky, you might still get a good seat without it. The Gunkanjima Digital Museum was great, so I recommend the ticket that includes admission, even though it's more expensive. As long as it's during the museum's operating hours on the day of your visit, you can re-enter with the re-entry ticket you received.

First, I watched a video at the Digital Museum while listening to a guide who actually lived there. I heard some quite realistic stories. Then, like a field trip, we were guided in order of our numbers to the port for boarding. The outside seats have a great view, but they can be a bit cold and you might get splashed. They provide raincoats specifically for those seats, so I recommend wearing one for warmth; in fact, almost everyone was wearing one.

If you don't mind sacrificing photo opportunities for comfort, I think the inside seats are a good choice. Once we landed, we had a tour of the island led by a veteran guide who is around 80 years old and actually lived there. I heard interesting and engaging stories. The ruins are breathtaking, and it's no wonder they became a World Heritage site. Although we only had about an hour on the island, it was still enough time. I'm really glad I was able to land on Gunkanjima. The boat didn't sway as much as I expected.

Don't underestimate the Gunkanjima Digital Museum. There are some quite interesting exhibits and videos. I especially recommend the 360° VR experience in the restricted area on the third floor. Gunkanjima is definitely a place you should see. I highly recommend this tour.

でも運がよければ、それじゃなくてもいい席に座れるかもですが、
軍艦島デジタルミュージアムもよかったので
入館付きチケットの方が高いけどオススメです。
参加日の営業時間までなら、もらった再入場チケットで入れます。
まずはデジタルミュージアムで映像を見ながら
実際に住んでいたガイドさんの話を聞きました。
けっこうリアルな話が聞けました。
そして遠足のように整理番号順に並んで港まで案内され、乗船。
外の席は見晴らしがいいけど、少し寒くてしぶきがかかりますが、
その席専用のレインコートがあるので、防寒の意味も含めて
着ることをすすめます。ていうかほとんど全員着てました。
写真を撮ることにこだわらず、快適さを選ぶなら船内の席でよいと思います。
そして上陸。実際に住んでいたという80歳くらいのベテランガイドさんの
案内で島内見学。興味深くて面白い話が聞けました。
廃墟の風景は世界遺産になっただけあって、圧巻です。
１時間弱くらいしか上陸時間がありませんが、それでも十分です。
軍艦島に上陸できて本当によかったです。船も思ったより揺れません。
軍艦島デジタルミュージアムも侮るなかれ。
なかなか面白い展示や映像があります。
特に3階にある立入禁止区域内を見られる360°のVRが特にオススメです。
軍艦島は絶対に見た方がいいです。
このツアーはオススメです。

Despite the unfortunate heavy rain, our guide provided thorough explanations even after we got off the bus. I really felt that the guide's timing and way of speaking were truly professional. (The guide from the company that conducted the stargazing tour, which was canceled the day before due to cloudy skies, was not as impressive during the night drive in Ishigaki Island... I couldn't help but smile wryly.) The guide took photos for us and showed us pictures of what it looks like on sunny days, which really helped to lighten the mood for us tourists who were disappointed by the bad weather. I would love to come back and do this tour again on a nice day! ^_^

あいにくの大雨でしたが、ガイドさんはバスを降りてからも丁寧に説明してくださいました。
ガイドのタイミングと話し方が、やっぱりプロだなぁ〜と感じました。(前日、曇り空で中止になった星空ツアーの会社が行なってくださった石垣島の夜ドライブをしてくださった時のガイドさんはイマイチだったので…苦笑い)
写真を撮ってくださったり、晴れた日はこうだよ〜と写真を見せてくださったり、悪天候で残念に思っている私たち観光客を和ませてくださいました。また天気のいい時に、このツアーでリベンジしに行きたいです^_^

I booked this tour to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium at the request of a friend who was visiting for the first time. Everything was included, so it was easy to just hop on the bus and go! The bus guide was very charming, providing commentary and even singing songs from the window, which was very soothing.

Since the time at the Churaumi Aquarium was limited, we had to rush a bit to see everything we wanted, but we were able to take plenty of photos, and I think there was enough time to explore. If you coordinate your timing, you could also catch the dolphin show and visit the dugong exhibit outside. Unfortunately, the beautiful beach near the aquarium that the guide recommended was closed due to the typhoon from the previous week, which was disappointing.

I was looking forward to the bridge to Kouri Island, and when I saw it from the bus, the bridge and the sea were so beautiful that it really lifted my spirits! There was plenty of time to take photos around the bridge, so I was satisfied.

At the Okashi Goten, you can buy the classic purple sweet potato tart and chinsuko. The freshly made purple sweet potato tart recommended by the guide is only available in limited places, so I highly recommend it! It was moist and delicious.

Manzamo and American Village didn't leave much of an impression on me. There wasn't much to see at American Village, so we went to a nearby Aeon to look for souvenirs. The souvenir section was well-stocked, so I think it's a good idea for those with extra time to visit Aeon!

Lunch is not included, so be careful as there aren't many places to eat besides the Churaumi Aquarium. We missed our timing and ended up taking American dogs and other snacks from the aquarium's shop to eat on the bus.

Overall, I was satisfied with how efficiently we were able to see various places! I recommend this tour for those who don't have a rental car or other means of transportation.

初めて沖縄に行く友達のリクエストで、美ら海水族館に行けるこちらのツアーを予約しました。
全て込み込みなので、バスに乗って移動するだけなので楽ちんでした！バスガイドの方がとても可愛らしい方で、車窓から見えるガイドや歌も歌って下さり、とても癒されました。美ら海水族館は時間が決まっていたため、見たいところを少し駆け足でという感じでしたが、写真もたくさん撮れましたし、十分に回れる時間だと思います。時間を合わせれば、イルカショーや外のジュゴン館も見れました。ただ、ガイドさんがおすすめしてくださった水族館近くの綺麗なビーチは、前の週の台風の影響で立ち入り禁止になっており、残念でした…。
古宇利島の橋も楽しみにしていたので、バスから見えた瞬間、橋と海がとっても綺麗で、テンションが上がりました！橋の周辺で写真を撮る時間もたくさんあったので満足です。
お菓子御殿は定番の紅芋タルトやちんすこうが買えます。ガイドさんもおすすめしていた出来立ての生紅芋タルト、限られたところでしか買えませんのでおすすめです！しっとりしていておいしかったです。
万座毛とアメリカンビレッジはあまり印象に残らなかったです…。アメリカンビレッジではあまり見るところがなかったので、近くのイオンにお土産を探しに行きました。お土産品コーナーも充実していたので、時間が余った方はイオンに行くのもいいと思います！
お昼は含まれていないので、美ら海水族館くらいしか食べる時間・場所がありませんので気を付けてください。私たちはタイミングを逃してしまい、美ら海水族館の売店でアメリカンドックなどをテイクアウトしてバスの中で食べました。
総合的に色々なところを効率よく観光できたので、満足でした！レンタカーなど移動手段がない方におすすめです。

The open-deck bus tour was my first tour visiting Osaka, and we got to see the sights at a height where we could almost reach the signs. It was a short time, but I had a lot of fun.

オープンデッキバスツアー、大阪を訪ねて初めのツアー、看板に手が届きそうな高さより、スポット見学。短時間でしたが楽しかったです。

Higashi is my Chinese-speaking Japanese born private
tour guide and having worked in China for many years, he is a gem that could give us Japanese culture and yet be able to relate to us - we are a Singaporean family (I was with my 70 year old mother and 2 sisters). He paced the entire trip nicely taking into account our speed, to the extent of serving our food needs and even accompany us to shopping to wherever we want and with such patience for a man! Encourage all to book him!

I felt a deep connection with the Earth. The guide was knowledgeable about everything and had a memorable way of conveying information, making me want to take the tour again! On our trip for two, we considered renting a car, but since there was a shuttle service to the hotel, we decided to participate. At Pineapple Park, we had to move quickly to avoid running out of time, but we were able to enjoy plenty of tastings. For lunch, we had... hmm? This? A hot sandwich. It was cold, and I think everyone might have wondered if this was really lunch. The Churaumi Aquarium was a lot of fun, and three hours flew by. The Okashi Goten felt like a souvenir shop for tourists. The driver and guide were friendly and smiling. It turned out to be a fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

二人旅で、レンタカーと迷いましたが、ホテルまで送迎付きでしたので参加させていただきました。パイナップルパークはゆっくり見ていると時間がなくなるため、サクッと回りました。試飲、試食はたくさんできました。昼食は、ん？これ？ホットサンド。冷え冷えでこれで昼食付きとはうたっては、皆さんこれが？と思われたかもです。美ら海水族館は、3時間があっという間で、とても楽しめました。
お菓子御殿は観光地のお土産やさん。との感じでした。
運転手さん、ガイドさんは笑顔で感じは良かったです。充実した１日になりました。ありがとうございました。

This tour was wonderful! I think the only downfall was because the weather was overcast so didn't get to see really good majestic pictures of Mt. Fuji but no fault of anyone but nature. LOL. The tour guide was very well versed in knowing all there was about cities, history, and spoke pretty good English. Everything went very smoothly and the traditional Japanese style lunch they planned was also right on point. I ate my very first and famously known black hard boiled egg straight from the site itself. Looking forward to the next trip and more planning through Veltra. Use Veltra as well as they seem to have more variety when all the other sites were all sold out, instant confirmations on most and a bit cheaper too. All bonuses!!

Very encompassing tour of Tokyo. You see a both a Buddhist Temple and Shinto Shrine, visit several gardens, shop, take a boat ride on a scenic part of the river and have a great Japanese lunch. Of course the Cherry Blossoms were in bloom which made it extra special. Great guide!

This was the first time I took my parents on a bus tour and they were pleasantly surprised. The parking lot of the Metropolitan Government Building was a little confusing to find at first so make sure to get there early. Since the 5th station was closed due to the weather, we went to the 4th station instead but still had beautiful views from the top. The lunch at Fuji Q Highland was actually very tasty (chicken cacciatore, salad, bread, coffee/tea, dessert) in a beautiful little restaurant and an amazing view of the Mount Fuji from the tables. We had just enough time to do the sightseeing cruise, ropeway, and grab a little ice cream treat from the souvenir shop which must be a nice touch during the summer. We really loved the cruise and the view from the top of the cable car was spectacular for photos. Even if you were to add the cost of the bus, activities, food, and time to research I think it would cost more than than the tour itself. I would highly recommend this day trip to casual travelers that want a small taste of Japan's tallest and most majestic mountain.

It was good tour but sad it was cloudy mount fuji view not show us... but we enjoy a lot thank you soo much....

I enjoyed this tour during my stay in Kanazawa. We were able to efficiently visit Shirakawa-go and Takayama. The time allocation was just right, with plenty of free time to explore the highlights at my own pace. The driver and guides were also very pleasant, and I had a wonderful time. I participated on April 3rd, and after an unusual snowfall, Shirakawa-go was beautifully covered in snow.

金沢滞在での一日にこのツアーを楽しみました。白川郷と高山を効率良く回る事ができました。時間配分はちょうど良く、自由時間も充分あり、好きなペースで見所を歩けました。ドライバー、ガイドの方々も感じ良く、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。4月３日の参加でしたが、季節外れの雪が積もった後で、美しい雪の白川郷でした。

Places like Shiretoko and Shirakami-Sanchi, which are World Heritage Sites, are often only accessible by four-wheel drive, making them not easy to visit. However, the Yakuzaru bus can be easily booked online! You can enter the World Heritage area as soon as you think about it! The Western Forest Road was amazing. Yakuzaru and Yakushima deer were living freely, showing their natural selves. It was the best!

The ability to circle the island is also appealing. The local bus guide shared the conditions and history of each village as if providing a live commentary.

You can see two waterfalls that represent Yakushima, and if you combine the views from the car, you can see three, plus you can visit Inakahama. The morning session included a drive along the coastline and the World Heritage sites, making it truly packed with experiences.

In the afternoon session at Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Cedar, you quickly ascend to 1,000 meters, which really makes you feel that Yakushima is a mountainous island. Although I didn't see any sea turtle nesting sites, I would like to participate again at a different time.

知床や白神山地など世界自然遺産はどこも四輪駆動でしか入れないことが多く、手軽には尋ねることが、できません。しかし、やくざる号は予約もネットで簡単！思いたったらすぐ世界遺産地域に入れます！！西部林道は最高でした。ヤクザルやヤクシカが普通に生活していました。自然体の姿を見せてくれました。最高です！
島を一周できるのも魅力ですね。地元のバスガイドさんが各集落のようすや集落の歴史をまるで実況中継のように話してくれました。
水の島、屋久島を代表する滝も２つ、車窓を合わされると３つ見ることかできますし、いなか浜にも行けます。午前の部は海岸線のドライブも世界遺産もありで本当に盛りだくさんでした。
ヤクスギランド・紀元杉と午後の部では一気に１０００メートルを駆け上がって屋久島が山の島であることも感じさせてくれます。
ウミガメの産卵跡はみられませんでしたが、時期を変えてまた参加したいです。

Staff service was very good even prior to the start of the tour. At pickup point staff made sure we were at the right tour and everyone was on board. On the actual tour bus the guide talk about the different sights in Tokyo city before we got out of the city, and through out the drive to Mt. Fuji provide us with various cultural and scenic information. We had a good view of Mt Fuji, even though we did not get to the 5th Station. The ropeway ride was also good and well guide but the tour guide to make sure we got on board. The disappointing part was the boat ride on Lake Ashi - since our tour was part of a larger group of people, too many in our opinion as we had no place to sit down and had to stand in several crowded areas until we reach the other side. So we had no commentary about the Lake and it surrounds, so basically it was just a ferry ride to the other side of the lake. The guide look after us during lunch and had a place for us to sit even though we did not get a lunch package, and finally made sure we got the the Odawara Station OK and directed us to the correct train and platform.

I was satisfied that I could visit World Heritage sites without wasting time. The advice on highlights and routes was also helpful. The lunch spot and the rice cracker shop had friendly service, making for a pleasant dining and experience! In the morning, we gathered at the west exit of Kanazawa Station, but there were no signs, so I wished they had something like a whiteboard to guide us.

時間の無駄なく世界遺産を巡ることが出来て満足です。
見所や順路のアドバイスも参考になりました。
ランチのお店もお煎餅のお店も、対応が明るくて気持ち良く食事や体験ができました！
朝、金沢駅西口に集合ですが案内板などは出てないのでホワイトバード的なモノを出しておいて欲しかったです。

It had everything I wanted to see!
The time spent at each location was short, but I was able to visit quite effectively.
And the guide was a wonderful person, which made for a relaxing day!

1箇所に滞在する時間は短いですが、かなり有効的に回れます。

The Jomon Sugi trekking tour took about 10 hours round trip, and I was filled with anxiety, but having a guide made me feel at ease. The guide provided detailed explanations at key points, so I was able to walk without getting bored.

Thank you for putting up with the chatter of the three older ladies and our declining energy levels as we got tired! They also prepared warm drinks during breaks, and brought three foldable cushions, carrying them on their small bodies along with big backpacks... I can only express my gratitude.

They took a lot of photos and later provided the data, which was very helpful! Although it was a tour in heavy rain, it became a great memory. I'm really glad we had a guide due to the bad weather. (We were able to walk a different course than usual for safety reasons.)

I highly recommend this tour with a guide for first-timers!

縄文杉トレッキングツアー、往復で10時間かかるとのことで不安でいっぱいでしたが、ガイドさんが付いていたので安心でした。要所要所で丁寧な説明もしてくれるので退屈せずに歩くこともできました。
おばちゃん3人のおしゃべりや疲れてきてだだ下がりのテンションにもつきあってくれてありがとう！休憩時には温かい飲み物も用意してくれてありましたし、折りたたみ式の座布団も3人分、小さい体に大きなリュックを背負って持ってきてくれて･･･感謝しかありません。
写真もたくさん撮ってくれてあとでデータでくれたので助かりました！
大雨の中のツアーでしたが、それもいい思い出となりました。
悪天候だったのでガイドさんがいてくれてほんとによかったです。

I participated with my 4-year-old child. We chose the 5 PM boat for our return. After the water buffalo cart ride, we enjoyed an additional 2 hours of rental cycling. The sun was a bit strong, but it was fun to easily explore the island. It was also convenient to use the free shuttle from Ishigaki Port to the hotel on our way back.

水牛車のあと、追加でレンタサイクルを2時間くらい楽しみました。
少し日差しがきつかったですが、お手軽に島を観光できて楽しかったです。
帰りに石垣港からホテルまで無料送迎が使えたのも便利でした。

My first domestic tour with Veltra was a huge success. The explanations about the ancient Port of Kawa people, why it's called Ganagalaru, the plants, and the formation of the valley were all very interesting. Plus, it was at a great price, which was wonderful.

ベルトラの国内ツワーは初めてでしたが、大当たりでした。
ガンガラーの谷での、古代の港川人、何故ガンガラーの名前なのか、植物、谷の成り立ち、それぞれの説明がとても興味深かったです。
また、お手頃価格で、素晴らしい。

It rained in the morning, and my heart felt a little... We embarked on a long-awaited project to experience the heart power of the Wilson tree. We are filled with gratitude for our guide, who quietly guided us despite our noisy group. We took happy photos with the Wilson tree. The guide was considerate, helping us appreciate the Jomon cedar and the Great Cedar, and taught us about their history. We learned about the names and origins of the plants, and it was quite enlightening.

The tips on climbing and how to equip ourselves were eye-opening, and the love for Yakushima was abundant. Thank you very much.

I would like to use your services again.

At the end of March, it was a bit early for cherry blossoms, and Shirakawa-go had only a little snow left, so I didn't have high expectations. However, there were guests from abroad on the tour, and the tour guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese. We enjoyed stories about history, local anecdotes, and personal experiences from the guide, making the bus ride quite enjoyable. The lunch was also warm and welcoming, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

３月末で桜には少し早いし、雪も残雪程度の白川郷でしたので、期待はあまりしていなかったのですが、ツアーのお客さんには外国からの方もいて、添乗員さんは英語と日本語の２か国語で説明してくれました。
歴史の話や地元ならではの話、また添乗員さんが個人的に体験した話など、バスの中でも十分楽しめました。
昼食も温かいもてなしをうけ、大満足でした。
また機会があれば是非参加したいと思います。

Glitz on tour departure caused schedule delayed for 10min. The tour guide entertained us very well. I can say excellent.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good, but it was great that we could cycle at our own pace and explore various places. We were able to choose our return ferry time, so we could relax and take our time.

残念ながら天気はあまり良くなかったですが、
サイクリングで自分たちのペースで各所をまわることができて良かったです。
帰りの船の時間は自分たちで選ぶことができたので、

I was scheduled to return on an afternoon flight, so I had limited time, but I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of Ishigaki Island. The weather was favorable, and the guide's stories were interesting. I was also grateful to be taken to the airport.

午後の便で帰る予定だったので限られた時間でしたが、
石垣島の見所を効率良くまわることができました。
天気に恵まれ、ガイドさんのお話も面白く、
空港にも送っていただけたのはありがたかったです。

We had a great trip to Mt Fuji and Hakona day trip. The guide was absolotley the best guide we ever had in our life.

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I was unsure whether to rent a car, but choosing this tour was definitely the right decision. Both the guide and the driver were kind. They even sang for us, and not only did we get to our destinations, but we also learned a lot from the detailed guidance along the way, including the relationship between the U.S. military camps and the local community, as well as the current situation. It was not just sightseeing; it was educational as well. There was also plenty of free time at the places we visited. I would definitely recommend this to others traveling to Okinawa for the first time.

初めての沖縄でしたので、レンタカーを借りるかどうか迷いましたが、こちらのツアーにして大正解でした。ガイドさんも運転手さんも親切でした。唄も歌って下さり、目的地だけでなく、道中各地の細やかなガイド、米軍キャンプと地元の方々との関わり方や現状など、たくさん知ることができ、単なる観光というだけでなく勉強にもなりました。訪問地での自由時間も十分余裕がありました。初めて沖縄を旅する周りの人達に勧めたいと思いました。

It was a great bus tour for those who can't drive or don't have a license. I think it's very good because we were able to visit many places for the price!

車を運転できない人免許がない人にはとてもいいバスツアーでした。

The trip was a sucessful one. The guide quite good in english and very energetic eventhough she’s 59 years old. Admire the hardworking n ethics of japanese people. The weather was so great n blessful. We managed to go to the highest station and have a breathtaking view of Mt Fuji. Overall it was good, punctual and memorable trip.
