First of all, I'm glad I rented. Trekking shoes are a must. Since it was rainy, I was really happy to have borrowed everything.

There were many detours, so having a guide was reassuring. They guided us with detailed and rich knowledge about the plants and Yakushima, making it a very meaningful time.

Thank you for adjusting the pace for my husband, who couldn't keep up! (laughs)

雨でしたので、全て借りられてよかったです。

迂回道ばかりでしたので、ガイドさんいて安心でした。
植物のこと、屋久島のこと、丁寧に豊富な知識でガイドしてくださり、とても有意義な時間でした。

I requested to have my photo taken with the Milky Way in the background.
On the day of the shoot, it was a fun experience, and we finished the photoshoot successfully.
Five days later, the images were sent to me. Thank you very much!

They were very friendly and chatted with me while taking photos, which made it enjoyable and relaxed! After we finished, they recommended some spots and restaurants to check out. I heard that you can see a shooting star every three minutes, so after the shoot, I ended up stargazing for an hour (laughs). Thank you very much!

The photos were blurry. Two years ago and last year, it was better because they made more efforts during the shoot. I would have liked them to wait when other lights came in during the shoot.

Thanks to Hiro-kun's detailed explanations and guidance, I was able to see the beautiful sight of a spider building its web, which I would usually dislike! The photos of the starry sky turned out beautifully as well! Of course, we also found the coconut crab, and it was clearly visible! My child was able to spot it too and was truly delighted! Thank you very much!

It was a very precious memory of Ishigaki Island to have the opportunity to see the sunset and the landscape leading to the sea from the river mouth, which is not something you get to experience often. I'm grateful to our bright and charming guide, Makoto, for taking so many photos! The shuttle service from the hotel to the site was also greatly appreciated since we didn't have a car. If I get the chance, I would love to try the night tour to see the stars next time! Thank you very much! ^ - ^

I was the only non-Chinese person, and the guide was also Chinese, but they explained everything properly in Japanese. It was a kind and very satisfying trip.

自分以外中国人で、ガイドさんも中国人でしたが、ちゃんと日本語でも説明しにきてくれました。親切で大満足な旅になりました。

The Gunkanjima Museum at the reception area provides a deeper understanding of Gunkanjima for those who visit in advance. We waited in a private lounge until boarding. After boarding, the guide explained the history of Nagasaki in an easy-to-understand manner to keep the visitors engaged until we landed on Gunkanjima. It was mentioned that due to city regulations, there are times when landing may not be possible even after departure. Fortunately, we were able to land safely.

受付場所にある軍艦島ミュージアムには事前に見学された方がより軍艦島に対する考えが深まります。乗船まで専用ラウンジで待機しました。乗船後は軍艦島上陸まで見学者が飽きないように長崎の歴史等ガイドの方が分かりやすく話をしてくださいました。市の条例で出港しても上陸できないこともあるとのこと。幸い無事上陸できました。

We participated as a family of five!
SUP was really enjoyable, and surprisingly not too difficult, so I think anyone can do it. The information about the mangroves and the Blue Cave, as well as details about the shops in Ishigaki, were interesting to hear.
The snorkeling had excellent visibility, and the kids had a great time. It was wonderful to experience the world we had seen on TV and in the media firsthand. I want to go again!

家族5人で参加しました！
SUPはすごく気持ち良くて、意外にあまり難しくなく誰でも出来ると思います。マングローブとか青の洞窟の豆知識や、石垣のお店の情報とかを教えて頂き、話が面白かったです。
シュノーケリングは透明度がすごく良くて、子供達も非常に楽しめました。テレビやメディアで見てた世界を実体験出来て、とても嬉しかったです。また行きたいです。

I think this tour is just right for those who don't need to rent a car. It was also great that the connections for the boat were well considered.

レンタカーを借りるまでも無い人には丁度良いツアーだと思います。
船の乗り継ぎも考えられていて良かったです。

For those who do not participate in activities like snorkeling, I recommend the glass-bottom boat tour in Taketomi Island. However, the water buffalo cart tours are crowded and have very long wait times, which leaves almost no time for free exploration of Taketomi Island afterward. Therefore, I suggest opting for cycling instead of the water buffalo cart course.

シュノーケリング等をやらない方には竹富島グラスボートお勧めですが、水牛車観光は混雑していてとても待ち時間が長い為、その後の竹富島フリー観光時間がほぼ無くなるので水牛車コースではなくサイクリングをお勧めします。

Under the guidance of Komecchi, I received a lecture on how to use the snorkeling equipment, and we encountered a sea turtle almost immediately after starting! I was so moved to see a sea turtle up close so quickly, as I didn't expect it at all. 🥹

We were also taken to areas with lots of coral reefs and fish, and they quickly sent us many photos and videos! Initially, I had booked the 9 AM tour, but considering the clarity of the water and the crowds, they recommended switching to the 7 AM tour, which turned out to be a great decision! By 9 AM, there were quite a few more people around.

Komecchi's guidance was also enjoyable! I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much! 😊

こめっちさんガイドの元、シュノーケルの使い方などレクチャーしていただき、開始して本当にすぐにウミガメに出会えました！
手の届くような距離でこんなにすぐにウミガメに出会えるとは思っていなかったので感動しました🥹
珊瑚礁や魚たちがたくさんいるところにも連れていってもらい、本当にたくさんの写真や動画をすぐに送ってくださいました！
当初9時のツアーを申し込んでいましたが、海の透明度や混雑なども踏まえ7時のツアーを勧めてくださり変更して大正解でした！
9時の時点でかなり人も増えておりました。
こめっちさんのガイドも楽しかったです！

This is my first time in Ishigaki Island. This time, since I didn't have much time, I joined this tour to efficiently visit the surrounding islands. Whether boarding the boat or the bus, there was very little waiting time, and everything went smoothly. Fortunately, the waves weren't high, and I didn't experience the seasickness I was worried about, but I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness bring some medication.

石垣島は初めて。今回は、あまり時間がなかったこともあり、離島を効率よく回るのに、このツアーに参加しました。
船に乗るにも、バスに乗るにも、とにかく待ち時間が少なく、スムーズ。
運良く、波も高くなくて、心配していた船酔いもありませんでしたが、酔いやすい人は酔い止め持参をオススメします。

First, we headed to Eiheiji while listening to the fun stories from our bus guide after leaving Fukui Station. It was an easy transfer to a microbus from the parking lot in the temple town to the entrance of Eiheiji.

Inside Eiheiji, we were free to explore at our own pace, which was great. I took my time looking for the ceiling paintings that the bus guide had pointed out.

This was my second visit to Eiheiji, but thanks to the bus guide's explanations, I was able to experience it from a different perspective than my first visit, which was wonderful.

Next, we went to Ichijodani. While it's possible to take a local bus, there aren't many services, and the area that recreates the streets of Ichijodani and the museum are quite far apart, so it was convenient to travel by tour bus.

I think this tour is enjoyable not only for first-time visitors to Fukui but also for those returning after a long time.

福井駅からバスガイドさんの楽しいお話を聞きながらまずは永平寺に。門前町の駐車場から永平寺入り口までもマイクロバスに乗り換えて楽々移動でした。
永平寺内では各自自由に行動できたのでマイペースで回ることができました。私はバスガイドさんに教えてもらった天井絵を探しながらじっくり見ました。
永平寺への参拝は2度目でしたが、バスガイドさんの説明のおかげで初めての時とは違った観点で参拝することができてよかったです。
次は一乗谷へ。路線バスで行くこともできますがあまり本数も多くなく、一乗谷の街並みを再現したエリアと博物館も離れているためツアーバスで移動できて楽でした。
はじめて福井を訪れる人だけでなく、久しぶりに訪れる人にとっても楽しめるツアーだと思います。

I walked through the night in Ingya for about an hour and a bit, and I was able to hear stories about the creatures I encountered along the way. Our guide was Hinata Kimura. She answered the children's questions effortlessly, and I was impressed by her wealth of knowledge. It was fun to talk with her since we are both from Osaka! Meeting the coconut crab was the highlight. Not only did I learn about the creatures, but I also received travel advice for Miyako Island, making it a wonderful memory! Thank you! ☺︎

およそ１時間と少し、夜のインギャーを歩いて、道中出会った生き物たちのお話を聞かせていただきました。担当は、木村ひなたさん。一緒にいた子どもたちの質問にも難なく答えていて、知識が豊富ですごいな〜と感動しました。同じ大阪出身とのことで、お話できて楽しかったです！ヤシガニにも出会えて最高でした。生き物のことだけでなく、宮古島での旅のアドバイスもいただき、素敵な思い出になりました！ありがとうございました☺︎

The full day experience is quite interesting, though most of the cases are only self-guided and if you are not Japanese, there is limited information learned since most of the guided (on the river boat and the bus) are conducted in Japanese. The whole trip is packed with different experiences including a boat trip, water buffalo truck, authentic little towns, beautiful beaches, etc., which were quite satisfactory. The bento for lunch was well prepared as well. Fortunately, I was in a showroom about Taketomi Island with many great displays of local folk items, culture, and a short movie theatre with air conditioning that allowed me to spend the time during the rain learning many things about Taketomi culture. Also, there is English and Chinese explanation as well.

The full day experience is quite interesting though most of the cases are only self-guided and if you are not Japanese, there is limited information learnt since most of the guided (on the river boat and the bus) are conducted in Japanese. The guided device for foreigners had very limited information compared with the length of what the guides said. My guided device seems malfuntioned as it is not working probably in the middle of the trip, which really lessened the information I could learn. Haven't said that, the whole trip is packed with difference experiences with boat trip, water buffalo truck, authentic little towns, beautiful beaches etc which were quite satisfactory. The bento in lunch was well prepared as well. There was a huge rain but fortunately I was in a showroom about the Taketomi Island with many great displays of local folk items, culture, and short movie theatre with air conditioned that made me spend the time during the rain to learn many things about the Taketomi Culture. Also, there is English and Chinese explanation as well.

この旅行は探検のフルパックでした。私たちは多くの動物、ココナッツガニやさまざまな種類の昆虫を見ました。個人的には、星空をじっくりと楽しむ時間がもっとあればよかったと思います。ツアーには多くの外国人が参加していて、途中で英語の説明があったのには驚きました。これは日本では非常に助かります。

The trip is full pack of exploration. We saw many animals, including some coconut crabs, different kind of insects. I personally wish there was more time to sit down and appreciate the starry sky.
I was suprised that there were many foreigners join the tour with English explanation along the way, which is very helpful in Japan.

Snorkeling in Miyako Island for the second time! Finally at Shinjo Beach.
The ocean was truly beautiful, and I never expected to swim so close to a sea turtle.
I was taken care of by Yamachan for two consecutive years.

The open-top double-decker bus has excellent sunlight exposure, so it's advisable to take proper measures against the heat while riding. On the day of our trip, there was a fire ahead on our route, and while the guide was wondering about it, a passenger checked their smartphone and found out there was a fire on the road we were taking, and informed the guide. The guide quickly relayed this to the driver, and we were able to avoid danger. I thought the quick-thinking passenger and the prompt response from the crew were commendable! The stories from the lady guide were also interesting and enjoyable.

屋根の無い二階建てバスは日当たり最高で暑さ対策はしっかりして乗車されると良いです。
当日、行程で行く道の先で火災があり、ガイドさんが何でしょうねぇ、なんて言っていた時に乗客がスマホで火災があり、バスの行く道だと調べてガイドさんに伝えた。ガイドさんはすぐにドライバーに伝え、私たちは難を逃れました。機転の効く乗客とすぐに対応した乗務員はあっぱれ！だと思いました。オバチャンガイドさんの話も面白く良かったです。

The weather was wonderful, and everywhere had stunningly beautiful scenery. Since it was during the Obon holiday, the roads and parking lots were crowded, but our driver was resourceful and managed to take us to all the sights we wanted to see. Additionally, the driver provided detailed explanations about each location, making it a valuable experience that went beyond what we could have done on our own. Thank you very much.

お天気に恵まれて、どこも素晴らしく美しい景色でした。
お盆だったため、道路や駐車場が混雑していましたが、運転手さんが機転を利かせてくださって、希望した名所を全て回ることができました。

The guide's cheerful greeting, starting with the mechanical doll of Enma, followed by easy-to-understand and enjoyable explanations as we explored Hell Valley and the power spot... We had kids with us, but they also had a great time! The starry sky was incredibly beautiful, and I'm glad I was able to participate.

ガイドさんの元気な挨拶、閻魔様のからくり人形から始まり、わかりやすく楽しい説明を受けながら地獄谷、そしてパワースポットへ…

It was a sunny break between the rainy days, but it was disappointing that the underwater boat was canceled due to high waves. The guide's explanations, which included local anecdotes, were all in Japanese and very good.

雨続きの日々の合間の晴れでしたが、波が高く水中船は欠航で残念でした。ガイドさんの説明は地元あるあるも交えて全部日本語でとても良かったです。

This is my third time participating. What was great this time was that there were models of aircraft that were not displayed last time. During my previous visit, I asked if there would be a TriStar. This time, I was thrilled to see the TriStar on display.

今回で３回目の参加です。
今回良かったのは、前回では展示されていなかった機種の模型が展示されていた事です。前回参加時にトライスターは無いのでしょうか?とお尋ねしました。
今回、トライスターが展示されていて感激しました。

The weather was wonderful, and when I saw the Milky Way, I couldn't help but shout. I also got to see two blue land crabs, which made me very satisfied. On the way back, I was taken to a spot where I could see the night view of Ishigaki City and the starry sky at the same time, and I was deeply moved.

Cape Shakotan is difficult to access without a rental car, so it was a long-awaited trip. The Shakotan Blue was indeed beautiful, and I was drenched in sweat by the time I reached the observation deck, but it was worth the effort. The guide also shared a lot of information, making it an enjoyable journey.

積丹岬はレンタカーなしで行くには、アクセスが悪く、なかなか行けなかったので
待望の旅でした。
やはり積丹ブルーは美しく、展望台までは汗だくになってしまいましたが、頑張って歩いた甲斐がありました。
ガイドさんもいろいろ教えてくださり、楽しい旅でした。

It was chilly at the top of Mount Aso. I thought it would be nice to have an extra layer. Takachiho was hot. I was able to visit Takachiho Shrine during my free time, which made for a truly fulfilling experience. This arrangement was made possible thanks to our guide. Although we encountered a sudden rainstorm along the way, our guide was considerate, and I appreciated their thoughtfulness. Despite being during the Obon holiday period, the schedule was smooth and on time. I hope Takachiho Shrine can be included in the tour. I am grateful to the guide, interpreter, and driver for a comfortable tour.

阿蘇山上は、肌寒かった。織物が一枚あるといいと思った。高千穂は暑かった。自由時間を利用して高千穂神社まで行けて、本当に充実した時間でした。この手配もガイドさんのお陰で実現することができた。また、途中ににわか雷雨が降ったが、ガイドさんが気を使ってくれて、心遣いに感謝した。お盆期間中にもかかわらず定刻運航で、スムーズだった。高千穂神社もツアーに組み込まれたらいいなぁと思いました。快適なツアーは、ガイドさん、通訳さん、運転手さんに感謝です。

As someone who loves airplanes, I visited as part of a social studies field trip. I was able to catch a glimpse of just a small part of the work and specifications that support airplane operations, such as trainees actually riding on life boats, escape slides, and engines. I struggled a bit to make a reservation, as there were no tours available on the day I was aiming for or they were fully booked, but I’m glad I went.

飛行機が好きな私は社会科見学の一環として伺いました。
実際に救命ボートに乗ってる訓練生や脱出用の滑り台、エンジンなど、飛行機運航を裏で支えるお仕事や仕様のほんの一部を垣間見ることができました。
自分が狙っている日に催行がなかったり満員だったりとなかなか予約取るのに苦戦しましたが、行ってよかったと思いました。
