I was able to efficiently visit tourist spots in a limited time, and the guide's stories were educational. I participated in a glass-bottom boat tour at Kabira Bay and was able to see coral and sea turtles! Fortunately, I also got to see a crested serpent eagle along the way, which made for a great memory. This time, Ishigaki Island was a port of call for the cruise ship. For those flying back, it's recommended to stop by the airport on the return day if you have an evening flight.

限られた時間で観光地を効率よく巡ることができ、また、ガイドさんのお話も勉強になりました。川平湾でグラスボトムボートに参加して、珊瑚や海亀を見ることができました！運良く道中でカンムリワシも見ることができて、よい思い出になりました。今回、石垣島はクルーズ船の寄港地でした。飛行機での人も帰りに空港に寄るので、夕方の便なら帰る日にもお勧めです。

Starting from the cave café inside the limestone cave, the mood was fantastic. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and we slowly made our way through the forest. There was even a cave where we entered with lanterns, allowing us to enjoy the feeling of exploration.

ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、森の中をゆっくりと進みます。
途中ランタンを持って入る洞窟もあり、探検気分も味わえました。

You can efficiently visit the three islands of Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi in one day. I took a bike tour around Taketomi Island at the end, but since the village is all laid out the same way, I got lost and couldn't find the meeting point. I had to ask a local for directions, but I managed to make it back in time for the meeting. It was the last ferry, so if I hadn't made it, I wouldn't have been able to return to Ishigaki.

西表、由布、竹富３島を効率よく1日で回れる。
竹富島で最後に自転車で島巡りをしたのだが、村中はどれも同じつくりなので、
道に迷い、集合場所がわからなくなり、島民の方に道を教えてもらい何とか集合時間に間に合った。フェリー最終便だったので、間に合わなければ石垣に帰りつけなかった。

In June, I thought it would be difficult to use a car for sightseeing in Kamakura, but this time, by using this tour, my family and I were able to leisurely enjoy the beautiful hydrangeas at Meigetsuin and the famous bamboo grove at Hōkokuji. Thanks to the experienced taxi driver who was knowledgeable about the roads, we received accurate advice like, "It's not crowded right now," and we were able to enjoy our sightseeing comfortably. I am already planning for the next visit, hoping to bring my parents who have difficulty walking along with us.

6月の鎌倉観光は、車の利用は難しいと考えていましたが、今回このツアーを利用して家族で、明月院の美しいアジサイや、竹林で有名な報国寺をゆっくりと観光できました。道に詳しいベテランタクシードライバーの方のおかげで、「今なら空いていますよ」という的確なアドバイスをいただき、快適に観光を楽しめました。
次回は足の不自由な両親も一緒に訪れることができればと、今から計画を立てています。

Initially, the plan I reserved was canceled due to insufficient participants, and I was forced to change plans at the last minute. However, the recommended plan was very fulfilling. I do wish I had received the cancellation notice a bit earlier, but it turned out well in the end. I appreciate the attentive service and would like to use your services again.

はじめに予約したプランが人数不足で中止になり急遽プラン変更を余儀なくされましたが、おすすめしていただいたプランもとても充実した内容でした。もう少し早く中止の連絡が欲しかった思いはありますが、結果オーライです。丁寧に対応いただき感謝しています。またお世話になりたいです。

Initially, I was a bit anxious because there were strong winds and rain like a typhoon from early morning on the day of my participation, but I was able to join the snorkeling, which is less affected by the weather. In April, Okinawa has already opened its beaches, but due to the weather, it was cold before and after entering the sea. However, since they lent me a wetsuit, it wasn't too bad while I was in the water! The snorkeling took place at Shigira Beach, where the water was shallow and the waves were calm. It was my first time snorkeling, and since it had been a while since I last went to the sea, I struggled at first to get the hang of breathing (to be honest, I thought about giving up), but within a few minutes, I was able to enjoy looking around underwater. I was also wearing a life jacket, so I felt safe as long as I didn't thrash around too much. It was my first time visiting Miyako Island and Okinawa, and I was surprised to see corals and colorful fish even close to the shore. Thanks to the guide, I was very happy to encounter a sea turtle and a clownfish! The guide taught us about Okinawan fish (the Oya-biccha left a strong impression) and adjusted the pace for each person, which made my first snorkeling experience enjoyable and reassuring. We also took commemorative photos before entering the water, and they captured moments of us swimming and with the sea turtle. However, since I had to wear a life jacket and stay on the surface, it seems quite difficult to get the best shot with the sea turtle on the seabed unless you're really lucky!

As for the SUP, I was able to switch to an early morning slot the next day. The location was at Ingyamarine Garden, a bit further east from the previous day, in a calm bay. Meeting at 6 AM was quite challenging, but it was refreshing to slowly paddle along the quiet sea while watching the sunrise. I don't usually have a habit of exercising, but it was an activity that even beginners could enjoy enough to stand and paddle. We also took a lot of photos.

当初の参加日は明け方から台風みたいな強風と雨だったので少し不安でしたが、その日は天候に左右されにくいシュノーケリングだけ参加させてもらいました。4月の沖縄は既に海開きしていますが、天候が天候なので海に入る前と後は寒かったです。ただウェットスーツをお貸しいただけたので海に入っている間はそうでもなかったです！シュノーケリングはシギラビーチで行いました。遠浅の海で波も穏やかでした。シュノーケリングは初めてで、久々の海ということもあり、最初は呼吸のコツを掴むのに苦戦しましたが（正直リタイアしようかと思いました）、数分もすれば海の中を眺めるのを楽しめるようになりました。ライフジャケットも着ていたので、よほど暴れない限り溺れることもなく安心だったと思います。宮古島はおろか沖縄に来たのも初めてでしたが、陸に近いところでもサンゴや色鮮やかな魚が見られて驚きでした。ガイドの方が見つけてくれたおかげで、ウミガメとクマノミにも会えてとても嬉しかったです！ガイドの方は沖縄の魚（オヤビッチャというのが印象に残りました）について教えてくれたり、一人一人のペースを見ながら進行してくださったので、初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが安心して楽しめました。写真も海に入る前に記念撮影をし、泳いでいるところ、ウミガメと一緒のところも撮ってもらいました。ただどうしてもライフジャケットを着て水面にいるので、海底にいるウミガメとベストショットを撮るのはよほど運が良くないと難しそうです…！

SUPの方は翌日早朝の枠が空いているということでそちらに移らせてもらいました。場所は前日からもう少し東に行ったインギャーマリンガーデンで、入り江になっている穏やかな海でした。朝6時集合でなかなか大変でしたが…日の出を見ながら静かな海をゆっくり進んでいくのは爽やかな気持ちでした。普段運動の習慣はありませんが、それでも立って漕げるくらいには初心者でも楽しめるアクティビティでした。写真もいっぱい撮ってもらいました。

I wanted to visit Manza Beach, Warumi Bridge, Kouri Island, and the Churaumi Aquarium, so I signed up for a tour to efficiently cover these places, even though it included some extra stops. The hotel pick-up was very helpful. For lunch, I brought food onto the bus since it might take time and be expensive at tourist spots. The bus ride was long, so it worked out perfectly. I enjoyed Nago Pineapple Park and Okashi Goten more than I expected.

万座毛、ワルミ大橋、古宇利島、美ら海水族館に行きたかったので余分なところも付いてくるけど効率よく廻るためにツアーに申し込みました。
宿泊先のホテルまで送迎があったので、とても助かりました。
昼食は、観光地では時間もかかるかもしれないし、お値段もするので、バスに持ち込んで食べました。
乗ってる時間も長いので、ちょうど良かったです。
ナゴパイナップルパークや御菓子御殿は思ったよりは楽しめました。

Since transportation in Okinawa wasn't very convenient, I joined this tour. The tour guide at the Valley of Gangala was a lot of fun, and I experienced a mystical and extraordinary feeling at the Sefa Utaki. There were also a few people participating alone, so it was perfectly fine to go solo. I was able to be taken to Naha Airport, which allowed me to check my luggage and visit other places efficiently. I'm glad I participated in the tour.

沖縄は交通の便があまり良くなかったので、このツアーに参加しました。
ガンガラーの谷ではツアーガイドさんがとても楽しかったし、斎場御嶽は神秘的で非日常感を味わえました。
一人参加の人も何人かいたし、一人でも全然大丈夫でした。
那覇空港まで送ってもらえたので、空港に荷物を預けて他の個所も見学出来て、効率よく廻れて、ツアーに参加して良かったです。

This was my first trip to Yakushima.

First of all, I appreciated the reminder phone calls three days before and the day before the trip, which gave me a sense of reassurance. (I thought it would be even better if email communication was also an option since I was at work.)

On the day of the trip, I had some anxiety because it was early in the morning, but the transportation was on time and comfortable. The tour itself was conducted in small groups of about seven people, which made it very pleasant.

Especially since the pace was well thought out, I believe that having a guide is essential for beginners. It was a highly satisfying tour that I would definitely recommend.

屋久島自体が初上陸の旅でした。
まず、行く3日前と前日にリマインドのお電話があり安心感がありました。（仕事中だったのでメールでの対応も可能だと、よりありがたいなと思いました）

当日は早朝だったので不安もありましたが、時間通りの送迎で快適でした。ツアー自体も個々の7人程度の小グループ行動だったのでとても過ごしやすかったです。
とくにペース配分をしっかり考えてくださったので、初心者の方はガイドさん必須だと思います。大満足のお勧めできるツアーでした。

This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, and it was my husband's first time, so we decided to book this tour. Since our hotel was a bit far from the terminal this time, we opted for a plan that included transportation to the hotel and a rental bicycle on Taketomi Island.

Even though it was my third time, crossing from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart and leisurely exploring Taketomi Island by water buffalo cart was still a uniquely enjoyable Okinawan experience. We were able to spend relaxed time with the uniquely individual water buffaloes and savor a break from the everyday. Everything went smoothly, and it was great that we could choose our departure time for the boat from Taketomi Island.

On Yubu Island and Taketomi Island, there were opportunities for photo shoots, and those who wanted could purchase the photos, but if you didn't want them, you could simply pass by, which I think is a good system. Since there were just the two of us participating, we decided to purchase all the photos (with data), and it became a wonderful keepsake.

3度目の石垣島でこちらのツアーも3度目でしたが、夫が石垣島初めてとのことで申し込みをしました。今回はホテルがターミナルから離れていたこともあり、ホテルまでの送迎と竹富島では、レンタサイクルを含むプランで申し込みをしました。
3度目でしたが、西表島から由布島に水牛車で渡ったり、竹富島を水牛車でゆったり散策したりするのは何度やっても沖縄らしく楽しめました。個性豊かな水牛たちとのんびりした時間を過ごせ、非日常の時間を味わう事ができました。全てスムーズですし、竹富島からの船は時間を選べるのもよかったです。由布島と竹富島では、写真撮影もあり、希望者が購入出来ますが、不要な方はそのままスルーすればよいので良いシステムだと思います。私たちは2人参加とあって、写真(データ付き)も全て購入させて頂き、良い記念になりました。

I saw such a beautiful starry sky for the first time, and I was truly moved. We also got to see many coconut crabs and other creatures, which had my son very excited! While it's not guaranteed that you'll encounter coconut crabs, the guides worked hard to find them, and we were lucky to meet a few. 😂

During the approximately 30-minute bus ride, we talked a lot and laughed a lot. It was about a 2-hour tour, but it was so much fun that I still find myself laughing when I think back on it! I hope I can come again. 🙌

こんなにキレイな星空初めて見てとにかく感動しました。ヤシガニも他の生き物もたくさん見れて息子も大興奮でした！
ヤシガニには絶対遭遇できるわけではないですが、ガイドの皆さん必死に探してくれて、数匹に出会えてよかったです😂
片道約30分間のバスの中でもたくさんお話してもらってたくさん笑って、約2時間のツアーでしたが、思い出し笑いしてしまうくらいずっと楽しかったです！また来れたらいいな🙌

This was my second visit to Miyako Island, following last year. This time, I participated in a sea turtle snorkeling tour. The instructor, "Yama-chan," was a wonderful young man with a lovely smile. He was great at communicating and, most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable about sea turtles, answering any questions we had. I joined a family with a young couple and their little daughter, and Yama-chan made sure everyone could enjoy the experience, keeping an eye on the daughter so the couple could have fun too.

As for me, I joined the tour with almost no swimming experience, and at first, I couldn't breathe at all. I thought it might be impossible to swim with the sea turtles… I felt a bit discouraged. However, following Yama-chan's advice, I managed to breathe and even got to take a commemorative photo with the sea turtles I had longed to see. It was amazing and moving to see the sea turtles up close. The clear, beautiful sea of Miyako Island and the adorable sea turtles made for a truly wonderful and enjoyable tour.

I owe this fantastic day to Yama-chan's excellent guidance. Thank you so much, Yama-chan! I created some wonderful memories.

去年に続き2度目の宮古島。今年はウミガメシュノーケルツアーに参加しました。
インストラクターの「やまちゃん」は笑顔が素敵な好青年。話も上手で、何よりウミガメについて凄く詳しく、何を聞いても答えてくれました。若いご夫婦と小さなお嬢さんのご家族とご一緒しましたが、お嬢さんはやまちゃんが見ているのでご夫婦もしっかり楽しんでくださいと、家族全員が楽しめるよう気配りもしていました。
私はと言えば、泳いだ経験がほぼない無謀な参加で、最初は全く呼吸ができず、ウミガメと泳ぐなんて無理だったのかもしれない…と落ち込みましたが、やまちゃんのアドバイスどおりやってみると、いつの間にか呼吸もできるようになり、念願のウミガメさんとの記念撮影もできました。こんなにウミガメさんを近くで見られるなんて驚きと感動でした。宮古島の澄んだ綺麗な海と可愛いウミガメに逢えて本当に素敵で楽しいツアーでした。
こんなに楽しい１日を過ごせたのは、一番はやまちゃんの素晴らしいガイドのおかげです。やまちゃん、本当にありがとう♪素敵な思い出ができました。

Unfortunately, just like the weather, there was nothing I could do about it, but I was disappointed that I couldn't see the blue sea at the beach since I stayed on Taketomi Island during low tide.

天気が良くて素敵な1日になりました！

天気と同じくどうする事も出来ませんが、引き潮の時間帯に竹富島に滞在したのでビーチの青い海見れずがっかりでした。

The guide came to our accommodation on the day of the tour and took us to the site. This time, there were only two of us, my friend and me.

She was a friendly woman who introduced us to various trees and plants, including cedar, as well as birds, insects, and stones. I learned that the content of the tour varies depending on the guide, but I found it all very interesting.

She made sure to take breaks frequently, so we were able to keep up without getting exhausted. She also chatted easily with other tourists and guides we passed by, which created a great atmosphere, even though I only managed to greet them.

Additionally, I was able to ask her not only about Shiratani Unsuikyo but also about Yakushima as a whole, which was very fascinating.

As a recommendation, if you remember some places you want to check out after exploring Yakushima the day before the tour, you can ask the guide about those spots and hear interesting stories like "Actually..."

Overall, I had a very enjoyable time, and I felt a sense of lightness even during work hours. I believe it’s the power of Yakushima, with its nature and people!

ガイドさんが当日宿まで来てくださり、現場まで連れていってくれました。今回のツアーでは私と友人の2人のみでした。
気さくな女性の方で、主に杉をはじめとした木々や植物、鳥、虫、石のことなどを紹介していただきました。ガイドさんによって話す内容は異なるそうですが、私はとても興味深く聞くことができました。
こまめに休憩を挟んでくださるので、こちらも疲れ果てることなく着いて行くことができました。すれ違う他の観光客の方や他のガイドさんとも気さくにお話をされていて、私もつられて挨拶をするだけではありましたがとても雰囲気が良かったと感じました。
また、ガイドさんとは白谷雲水峡のことだけでなく屋久島全体のことについても伺うことができたのでとても面白かったです。
おすすめとしては、ツアーに行く前日にある程度屋久島をまわって気になったところを覚えておくと、ガイドさんに気になったところを聞けたり「実は......」という話が聞けます。
総合的にとても楽しい時間を過ごせましたし、仕事をしている時間でもなんとなく気分が軽くなっている気がしました。自然や人といった、屋久島パワーだと思います！

The weather was perfect, and I had a fulfilling experience with morning canoeing and trekking, followed by an afternoon visit to Yufu Island. The canoeing and trekking had just the right level of difficulty and duration, and reaching the waterfall gave a sense of accomplishment. The lunch enjoyed in front of the impressive waterfall was delicious as well. I also had a relaxing time at Yufu Island.

During the tour and while moving around, the guide shared various stories about the flora and fauna and life on Iriomote Island, making the experience enjoyable.

天気にも恵まれ、午前のカヌーとトレッキング、午後の由布島まで、充実した体験ができました。
カヌーとトレッキングはちょうど良いハードさと時間で、滝に着くと達成感があります。
迫力ある滝を目の前に食べるお弁当も、美味しかったです。
由布島もゆったりと楽しめました。

ツアー中や移動中も、動植物や西表島での生活など、ガイドさんが様々なことをお話してくれるので、楽しく過ごせました。

This year, there was snowfall, and I was looking forward to matching my time off with my friends... but there was a blizzard at Murodo 💧. It was really disappointing since it was my first time seeing the snow corridor, but thanks to the kind-looking driver (you can tell by his smile!!) and the wonderful tour guide, it turned out to be a great bus tour! I was able to enjoy my time on the bus comfortably. I would like to use the Asunaro Tour again for a revenge trip, so I hope to count on your support then! ✨

今年は積雪もあるし期待して友達との休みも合わせたのですが…室堂吹雪💧‬ 初めての雪の大谷だったので本当に残念で仕方なかったのですが、優しそうな運転手さん(微笑みで分かります!!)ととっても素敵な添乗員さんのおかげで 良かったと思えるバスツアーになりました！ 気持ちよくバスの中を過ごすことが出来ました。 またリベンジとあすなろツアーを利用させていただきたいと思いますので その時はよろしくお願いします✨

Yuri, our tour guide, was incredibly entertaining and knowledgeable, teaching us not only about the creatures but also about the history of Miyako Island, leaving us parents in continuous amazement. Listening to the stories while observing the ecology of Miyako's wildlife was truly a "living lesson."

Even our elementary school children were captivated, and they were thrilled by the coconut crab right in front of them! It was much larger than it appeared in photos, impressive yet somehow humorous, and the more we looked, the more fascinating it became.

If you're going to Miyako Island, you absolutely must experience this tour! It was a thoroughly satisfying night that the whole family enjoyed.

ツアーガイドのゆうりさんがとにかく面白く更には博識で、生き物だけでなく宮古島の歴史までたっぷり教えてくれて、
親の私たちも驚きの連続。
宮古の生き物の生態を実際に見ながら聞く話はまさに“生きた授業”でした。

We were taken to various spots where we could see sea turtles, beautiful coral, and plenty of fish. We had ample time to dive at each location, making for a very fulfilling snorkeling experience. Due to the tides, Barasu Island was more visible in the afternoon than in the morning, so we were able to stop by again on our way back, allowing us to enjoy it twice.

The captain was very friendly and made the trip enjoyable. He also provided delicious lunch boxes, tea, and brown sugar. The staff kindly called us the night before to inform us that the Ishigaki-Uehara port was canceled, advising us to take the ferry to Ohara port instead, which was excellent service. We were also able to use the shower at our accommodation, which was equipped with shampoo and conditioner, making it very convenient.

I definitely plan to recommend this to my friends.

海亀が見られるスポット、サンゴが綺麗なスポット、魚がたくさんいるスポット…色んな所に船を回してくださり、それぞれ潜る時間もしっかりあったので、とても充実したシュノーケルを楽しむことができました。バラス島は潮の満ち引きの関係で午前よりも午後の方が浮き出てきたので、帰路にも寄ってくださって、二度楽しめました。
また、船長さんがとても気さくな方で楽しく、お昼も美味しいお弁当やお茶、黒糖など用意してくださっていました。前日の夜には、石垣ー上原港が欠航したため当日は大原港行きに乗るようスタッフの方からご丁寧に電話も頂き、サービスも最高でした。宿のシャワーをお借りすることもでき、シャンプー・リンスなども完備されていたのでとても有り難かったです。
ぜひ友人にも勧めようと思います。

This time, I participated in a bus tour at my grandmother's request. It was rainy in the morning, but we thoroughly enjoyed Dazaifu Tenmangu, Yufuin, and Kamado Jigoku! We also got to eat a lot of delicious food ❤️ The ropeway depends on the weather, but I think other places can be enjoyed even if it rains! The driver, our guide Mr. Chong, and the locals were all very kind and wonderful people, making it a very satisfying trip for my chatty grandmother. The foreign participants were also very well-mannered, making it a pleasant bus tour. If I have the chance again, I would love to participate! Thank you very much.

今回おばあちゃんの希望でバスツアーに参加させて頂きました。
午前中は雨でしたが、太宰府天満宮、湯布院、かまど地獄をとても堪能できました！美味しいものもいっぱい食べれました❤️
ロープウェイはお天気次第ですが、他のところは雨が降っていても充分に楽しめると思います！
運転手の方、ガイドのチョンさん、地元の方もとても優しく良い方ばかりで、おしゃべりのおばあちゃんも大満足の旅でした。
一緒に参加していた外国の方々も、マナーがとてもよく、気持ちの良いバスツアーになりました。

The heavy rain in the morning stopped, and on the way there, I encountered a family of monkeys. Walking through the forest, which sparkled beautifully after the rain, the air released from the trees was delightful, and I felt my skin rejoice in the moist atmosphere. It started to rain lightly from Shiratani Lodge, but I was able to enjoy the fantastical moss-covered forest wrapped in mist. The guide not only provided various explanations but also maintained a perfect walking pace, allowing us to enjoy the forest bathing leisurely and descend safely while it was still light, making for a joyful walk through the divine forest. Thank you! 😊

午前中の大雨はあがり、往路では猿の親子連れに出会いました　雨上がりで潤ったキラキラと美しく輝く森の中を歩き、木々から放たれる空気も美味しく、しっとりとした空気に肌も喜んでいると感じました　白谷小屋から雨になりましたが、小雨程度で霧に包まれた幻想的な苔むす森を楽しむことができました　ガイドさんは、いろんな説明をして下さるだけでなく、そのちょうどよい歩行ペースのおかげで、森林浴をゆっくり楽しみつつ、明るいうちに下山ができ、神々しい森の中を安心して楽しく歩くことができました　ありがとうございました😊

The weather was great, and the course was good. Especially, our guide, Ryu, was wonderful; he was fluent and knowledgeable in Chinese, English, and Japanese. I was the only Japanese participant, but he explained everything diligently in all three languages at the same ratio. I think he might be a graduate student studying abroad, but he was very considerate towards me, the oldest participant, and I am grateful for that.

お天気にも恵まれ、コースも良かった。特にガイドのリュウさんが素晴らしく、中国語、英語、日本語、どれも流暢で博識。日本人は私1人でしたが3ヶ国、どれも同じ比率で一所懸命、説明してくれました。たぶん留学の大学院生かと思いますがが、参加者最長老らしい私に、色々気遣い頂き、感謝です。

The weather was unavoidable, but descending the stairs in the heavy rain at Takachiho was tough. The guide prioritized Chinese, followed by English, and even though there were four Japanese guests, the information provided to us felt minimal, making us feel somewhat neglected in terms of service. The guide from the previous day provided explanations in three languages, and all were delivered with the same level of detail and care, even though there was only one Japanese person.

天候はいたしかたありませんが、土砂降りのなか高千穂で、ひたすら下り階段は辛かったです。ガイドも中国語が優先で次に英語、日本人客も4人はいたのに案内は最後に少しで、サービスとしては粗末に扱われた感じ。前日のガイドさんは3ヶ国語で、どちらも同じ比率できっちりと丁寧な説明でした。日本人は1人でしたが。

Since it was my first time in Osaka, I was able to get a sense of distance and location by visiting the main tourist spots by bus. The guide's explanations were also very helpful.

As of April 29, 2025, I visited the newly opened café "Kachōfūgetsu." It was enjoyable to hear about the local information along the way from Kanazawa.

I had some concerns about the boarding location, so I called a few days prior, and they responded kindly. On the day of the event, they also took group photos at key points, adding another great memory. Thank you very much.

It rained all day and the roads were congested, but it was incredibly fun! I can't express it any better than that! Thank you to the driver and the bus guide. This was my first time in Okinawa, but when I come back, I want to take the same tour route again!

Since we didn't have a car, we signed up for a tour! It was so much fun to visit places we couldn't have gone to on our own!
