The number of participants was small, and everything went according to schedule. It was sunny at first, but it turned into a snowstorm, so we couldn't see the view of Lake Toya at the end. However, the driver and guide were great, and we had a wonderful time. The lunch was very delicious, but I wish we had a bit more time. I really enjoyed the day. Next time, I would like to participate when the weather is nice.

参加人数少なく、スケジュール通り進みました。最初は晴れ、途中から吹雪となり最後の洞爺湖景色は見れませんでしたが、ドライバーさん、ガイドさんが良い方で楽しく過ごせました。
昼食がとても美味しかったですが、もう少し時間があればなと思いました。
1日満喫できました。
今度は天気の良いときに参加してみたいです。

I participated alone, and although I thought the tour might feel long until the evening, I enjoyed the beauty of the scenery and it flew by in no time. Initially, I was considering visiting Shirakawa-go and Takayama by public bus, but when I took into account the winter weather, transportation costs, overall efficiency, and the inclusion of lunch, joining this tour was definitely the better choice. I was satisfied to finally enjoy Shirakawa-go. The guide's explanations were enjoyable and well-focused, and I also had the chance to chat with other foreign tourists who were participating alone, providing a sightseeing experience that I wouldn't have gained if I had gone by myself. I'm really glad I participated.

最初は公共のバスで白川郷と高山を回ることを考えていましたが、冬の天候や交通費、諸々の効率、ランチ付きであること等を考えると、断然こちらのツアー参加がお得でしたね。念願の白川郷を楽しむことができて満足です。
添乗員さんのポイントを押さえた説明も楽しく、同じく一人参加されていた外国人観光客とも時折おしゃべりを楽しむ等、1人で回ったのでは得られない観光体験ができ、参加して本当によかったです。

You can efficiently enjoy sightseeing from morning until evening in just one day. Although you switch between various modes of transportation like boats and buses several times, the local staff were smooth and easy to understand in their assistance.

It felt almost like Taiwan? The guide was Chinese. They provided information in Japanese as well, but it was very difficult to understand, making it feel like I was in China, which was disappointing considering I was in Hokkaido. I wish they had mentioned this when I made the reservation. The guide kept talking continuously in Chinese, which I'm not used to. I ended up feeling carsick for the first time in a while. In the end, I listened to music to block out the guide's voice.

Good points:
The mushroom soup at the Mushroom Kingdom was very delicious. It really felt fresh.
The scallop hot pot and scallop rice for lunch were also quite tasty.
The breathtaking view from the Usuzan Observatory.
I was able to closely observe Showa Shinzan (a video camera or good binoculars are a must!).

Disappointing points:
If I could have extended my stay at the Mushroom Kingdom by another 10 minutes, I might have been able to try the "premium mushroom soup" (it apparently takes 10 minutes to prepare).
Although it's not related to the bus company, there were foreigners flying a drone at the Usuzan Observatory, and it was noisy. Isn't that illegal?

If the round-trip ropeway fee and lunch are included for this price, I'm very satisfied.
Depending on the snow conditions, I recommend wearing warm boots during this season.

イマイチだった点：
きのこ王国の滞在時間をあと１０分延長して貰えれば「プレミアムきのこ汁」を食すことができたかも(調理するのに１０分必要らしい）。
バス会社は関係ないが有珠山展望台で外国人がドローンを飛ばしてて五月蠅かった。違法では？

ロープウェイ往復料金と昼食が込みでこの料金なら大満足。
積雪状況によりますがこの季節は防寒長靴がおススメです。

I was expecting the snowy Shirakawa-go, and to my surprise, we were blessed with a rare clear sky without a single cloud during this time of year. The sparkling diamond dust was impressive.

I learned that only a few authorized vehicles and the bus from this bus tour could access certain roads that regular cars couldn't, so I was glad I chose the bus tour.

The last stop was at a rice cracker shop (Sasara-ya), where the bulk rice crackers I purchased for home were delicious, so I ordered several online after returning.

This trip allowed me to reunite with a friend I hadn't seen in 30 years since our student days, and we were able to participate in the bus tour, experiencing a second school trip feeling. Thank you very much.

We participated as a family with three infants. There was no wasted time at all; in fact, the schedule felt a bit rushed, but we were able to enjoy it without delays even with the kids. I was most worried about diaper changes and breastfeeding, but there were facilities set up in various places, so we didn't have any issues. Other families with toddlers brought strollers and followed the same course, but since it involved transferring between rides, it might not be necessary. We managed without one. There were moments when the kids got sleepy and fussy, but we got through it by carrying them around and letting them take short naps while on the rides.

As others have mentioned, I think the lunch box menu might not be appealing to children. They hardly ate anything, and we ended up ordering soba separately (the adults enjoyed it, though). We felt that we didn't have enough time at Yufujima and the star sand beach, but there were so many attractions one after another that the kids were able to spend the whole day without getting bored. I truly believe we wouldn't have been able to cover this itinerary on our own in just one day, so we are extremely satisfied. Thank you very much!

無駄な時間が一切無く、むしろ少し追われるくらいの行程でしたが、子連れでも遅れることなく楽しめました。
一番心配していたおむつ替えや授乳も、所々に設置されていたので、困ることはありませんでした。
他の幼児連れのご家族がベビーカーを持参で同じコースを回っておられましたが、乗り物を乗り継ぎ乗り継ぎ…という感じなので、無くてもいいかもしれません。実際私達は無しで回りました。途中眠くなってグズグズしていましたが、抱っこで見学したり、乗り物に乗っている間に少しお昼寝したりで乗り切れました。
他の方も書かれておりましたが、昼食のお弁当が子供は好まないメニューかと思います。殆ど食べられず、別でそばなどを頼みました。（大人は美味しくいただきました。）
由布島、星の砂浜は時間が足りないくらいでしたが、次から次へと見所があり、子供も飽きずに一日過ごせたと思います(^o^)
この行程を自分達では絶対一日では回れなかったと思うので、大大大満足です。

We were blessed with good weather, but it was cold! We were prepared for that since it's this time of year. The tour was perfect for the two of us, as we don't have much familiarity with the area. Next time, we want to come when the weather is nicer.

The cost performance is excellent. Just being able to visit the DMM Aquarium and enjoy American beverages was worth it.

However, the pressure from the guide was intense; it felt like we needed to be on the bus 10 minutes early instead of the usual 5 minutes.

Others also mentioned that they wouldn't complain if they arrived just 2 or 3 minutes early, but it was frustrating for those with children to be told to be there 10 minutes early instead of 5.

As a result, once everyone gathered, we departed next, leaving 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Other guides from Rad Tours were kind, asking if we needed to use the restroom or if we wanted to take photos if we arrived 5 or 10 minutes early, but it seems there can be a difference in guides.

The Pineapple Park, the beautiful sea, and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium were all part of the tour, and it was fantastic! We spent an hour at the Pineapple Park, and it was so much fun that it flew by. We rushed through the souvenir shop, so I want to go back again. I had always wanted to see the winter scenery of Shirakawa-go, and it was truly breathtaking! It was beautiful, the air was fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The tour had about 50 participants, with more than 40 being international travelers, probably from Korea. Since I can speak some English, I was able to make friends with people from Korea and Vietnam, which became a wonderful memory for me. ^_^

Since we could travel by bus, my husband and I were able to enjoy the scenery and atmosphere, and it was nice to be able to sleep when we got tired. I was able to check my large suitcase on the bus, and we enjoyed a tour around Ishigaki Island with a hamburger lunch included. I was able to buy souvenirs for my boss during the awamori tour, and it was great to efficiently visit the aquarium, Umikaji Terrace, and American Village. I was so happy to be able to eat a garlic shrimp plate and pancakes with Kona coffee at the American Village, which I really wanted to visit. I wouldn't have been able to go to all these places on my own, so choosing the tour was definitely the right decision. It was a meaningful half-day.
