Bus Tours

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in... more the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

Hat an interesting tour! While I speak some Japanese the rest of my family does not. I did my best to translate what I could, but I know we missed out on a lot of the interesting facts about the water buffalo and the tr... moreadition and origin story of this interesting mode of transport. We wished we had also understood more about the mangroves.

It was fun and exciting, definitely worth the money.

The host does not speak English and the headset does not work so I did not know what’s really happening while I was on the bus. I used the Google translator and helped me little bit.

It was raining quite hard during our tour—we are from a dry climate and weren’t really prepared, but that’s on us. This is one of the wettest places in the world, after all! Our guide was very kind and helpful, even thou... moregh most people in the group did not speak Japanese. The forest is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended.
