We happened to ride two carts at the same time as another group, but our group was in the second cart (the one in the back) both going and returning. This meant we couldn't see the water buffalo pulling the cart from the front, and we could only take pictures of the back of the water buffalo pulling our cart. It would have been great if we could have switched the order of the water buffalo carts for both trips; it's a shame.

I was able to visit several main tourist spots in Okinawa in just one day, making for a very fulfilling debut in Okinawa! The guide shared a lot about Okinawa's history and the charm of its attractions during the drive, allowing us to enjoy a fun bus tour! I will definitely use this service again!

I participated on Thursday, October 14th.
There were only 4 participants on a bus that can hold 45 people... I was grateful that they still operated under such circumstances.
The guide was also very kind.

Since I didn't rent a car, this was my second time in Okinawa, and I was satisfied to finally visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which I couldn't go to last time.

On the last day of my Yakushima trip, I participated in a tour during the free morning before my afternoon flight. They picked me up directly from the hotel, and although the tour was originally to Yakushima Furusato Market, the driver and guide were quick on their feet and took me to the airport instead. Thank you!

I chose this tour because it allows for sightseeing along the Western Forest Road, which is different from other tours that were also available.

After arriving at the airport by plane, I was able to join the tour directly from the airport, which efficiently took me to the hotel after sightseeing. It might have been due to the timing, but since there were four of us in a medium-sized bus for the tour, we were able to enjoy sightseeing comfortably while maintaining distance.

At Yakusugi Land, there is a 50-minute sightseeing time, and you can choose between a 30-minute course or a 50-minute course. Both courses are on well-maintained paths, so sneakers are perfectly fine.

The Jomon Cedar is the only Yakusugi (cedar over 1,000 years old) that you can reach by car, and after getting off, there is about a 5-minute sightseeing time to walk around the area.

飛行機で空港に到着後、そのまま空港からツアーに参加できて観光後にホテルまで連れて行ってもらえたので非常に効率よく利用できた。

I used this service for a solo trip in May 2021. Since I was the only user at that time, I ended up taking a taxi around the island. I was able to see waterfalls, monkeys, and deer that I wouldn't have been able to visit alone, so I am very satisfied! The driver was someone who was born and raised in Yakushima, and I could hear interesting stories from him, plus he acted as a photographer for me.

Yakushima has a lot of rain, and there were fallen trees on the roads, which can be narrow, so I think it's reassuring to leave it to a driver who is familiar with the area.

In the afternoon, we drove up the mountain roads. At Yakusugi Land, I could feel the nature of Yakushima. What impressed me the most was the Jomon Cedar! While you can only see the Jomon Cedar from a distance, you can get close to and touch the Jigen Cedar.

I used the time before departure to take the half-day morning course. Since I can't drive, I signed up for the island tour, which was great. The local, knowledgeable driver and guide was entertaining, and the stops, time management, and hospitality were all excellent. I even regretted not being able to take the full-day course because it was so good. If I go again, I would definitely want to use this tour company.

I participated alone for a day, and there were a few other solo participants that day as well. The next day, since I had rented a car but wasn't confident in my stamina for a preview and going to Yakusugi, I joined a tour. The driver and guide shared local place names throughout the trip, which helped me quickly remember the routes and learn about Yakushima, making it a very enjoyable tour.

I was able to see adorable monkeys and deer from a distance of 2 to 3 meters, which was even more impressive than my previous closest encounters at the Singapore Zoo. We saw many large trees with explanations, and the lunch was colorful, plentiful, and delicious, making for a wonderful day.

I highly recommend it. I think it's a great tour, especially when you're short on time.

一人で１日参加でしたが、その日は一人参加が数人いらっしゃいました。
次の日に、レンタカーを借りていたので、下見と屋久杉までいく体力に自信がなかった為、ツアーに参加。
ドライバー兼ガイドさんが、ずっと現地の地名なども伝えて下さった為、道も直ぐ頭に入るし屋久島も勉強出来るし、とても楽しいツアーでした。
とても可愛い猿と鹿も2.3メートルの距離でみれ、今まで一番近いと感じていたシンガポールの動物園より感動しました。
説明付きで大木も沢山見るし、ランチも彩りよく量あり美味しくて、とても良い１日となりました。
オススメです。
時間がない時には、とても良いツアーだと思います。

When I think of Yakushima, I think of flying fish! That's why I made a reservation. I believe this is the only place where you can enjoy hitsumabushi. The portions were generous, and I was completely full, even with dessert included. I arrived a bit early, but they kindly seated me right away. I visited on a weekday evening, and it was lively, so I'm glad I made a reservation.

屋久島といえばトビウオ！と思い予約しました。

Both the guide and the driver were kind, and it was very good. The 24 Eyes Movie Village was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but instead, we stopped by Angel Road. Personally, my main goal was Kankakei, so I wasn't too disappointed. It covers the representative tourist spots of Shodoshima, and I recommend it for those visiting Shodoshima for the first time!

ガイドさんもドライバーさんも親切で、とても良かったです。コロナ禍で二十四の瞳映画村が休館でしたが、その代わりにエンジェルロードに立ち寄ってくださいました。個人的には寒霞渓が一番の目的だったので、それほど残念ではなかったです。小豆島を代表する観光地を網羅しているし、初めて小豆島を訪れる方にはお勧めします！

Finally, on the way to the hotel, we stopped at a supermarket because it was raining, allowing us to pick up supplies for the next day's Shiratani Unsuikyo. I really had a great time. The hotel is close to the bus stop, so I was considering a bus trip from the beginning. Since it was my first time in Yakushima, I was really glad to be able to visit the Western Forest Road and Yakusugi Land, which I wanted to see. Of course, renting a car is an option, but since I don’t usually drive and was feeling tired, it was nice to be able to enjoy sightseeing without worries.

At the Western Forest Road, I was able to meet the wild deer and monkeys I was hoping to see. The monkeys were eating good food, so their fur was beautiful, and they were small and cute. Since I had gone to Shiratani the day before, I was also delighted to slowly meet the moss and Yakusugi trees again at Yakusugi Land.

With a small group and the guide's thorough explanations, I learned a lot about Yakushima. The bus trip was reassuring, as they kindly took us back to the nearest bus stop and hotel. I highly recommend it! (^^)!

ホテルもバス停に近いこともあり、はじめからバス旅を考えていました。
はじめての屋久島なので、行きたかった西部林道にも、そしてヤクスギランドにも行けて大正解でした。もちろんレンタカーという選択もありますが、ふだん運転していないこともあるし、疲れもでているので安心して観光できます。
西部林道では目的の野生のシカとおさるさんに会えましたおさるさんは　いいものを食べているので、毛並みもきれいで小さくてかわいいです。ヤクスギランドも前の日に白谷にいっていたので、ゆっくりまた苔や屋久杉にご対面できる喜びもありました。
人数も少なくガイドさんのていねいな説明でかなり屋久島のことがわかりました。帰りも最寄りのバス停やホテルまで送ってくれるという丁寧さで安心のバス旅です。おすすめですよ!(^^)!

I participated with my elementary school daughter. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the tour was changed from Saijo-Guin to Okinawa World. We were the only two participants, so we had the large tour bus all to ourselves. I am filled with gratitude for the special arrangement made just for us.

It was disappointing not to see the World Heritage site, but my daughter might have enjoyed Okinawa World more. I also found the Gyokusendo Cave to be more impressive than I expected, and I had a great time.

I really wanted to go to the Gangala Valley, and my daughter accompanied me. It turned out to be a light workout, and she seemed to enjoy the adventure, especially when we were surprised by a large spider. There were quite a few mosquitoes after the rain, and they were pretty strong.

On the way back, we were taken to the airport, which was perfect for catching the limousine bus to our next hotel. Thank you very much!

I only had two days to stay in Yakushima, so I was torn between visiting Jomon Sugi or taking the Yakushima round bus tour, but in the end, I'm glad I chose the bus tour!

Yakushima is about 100 km around, and it offers truly diverse scenery, including beautiful coastlines, waterfalls, subtropical plants, and wildlife in the southern region.

The scenery was stunning, but our guide, Mr. Hidaka, was also full of humor and interesting explanations. He taught us a lot about plants, terrain, and culture, allowing us to fully understand Yakushima! The pace of the tour was adjusted to our group, making it a relaxing and enjoyable sightseeing experience.

The fluffy monkeys and deer had expressions unique to Yakushima, and they were really cute! It was a trip that made me want to come back again!

屋久島に滞在する期間が2日しかなかったので、白谷雲水峡の1日以外を、縄文杉にするか、屋久島一周バスツアーにするか迷ったのですが、結果的にバスツアーにしてよかったです！

一周100kmくらいある屋久島ですが、美しい海岸や滝、亜熱帯植物、南部の動物など、本当に多様な景色がありました。

景色もすごく綺麗だったのですが、ガイド日高さんの説明もユーモアたっぷりで面白く、植物〜地形〜文化などの知識をたくさん教えていただいたので、まるっと屋久島を理解することができました！
見るペースも自分たちにあわせていただき、ゆったり楽しく観光できました。

ふわふわの毛の猿と鹿は、屋久島ならではの表情があり、本当に可愛かったです^ ^

The content was changed due to COVID, but I received prior notice. I was looking forward to visiting the Saijo-gyoku, so I was a bit disappointed, but there's nothing that can be done about it. Exploring the Gangala Valley felt like an adventure and was fun. They provided transportation to the airport around 1 PM, which was great for sightseeing on the last day, and I felt safe on the bus as social distancing was maintained.

The inside of the restaurant was clean, very simple, and stylish! The dish I reserved, "Tobiuo no Himatsubushi," was incredibly delicious!! It seemed to be fried tobiuo seasoned with a sweet sauce. When you hear "fried," you might imagine a dry flavor, but that was not the case at all; the texture was very soft and easy to eat! Additionally, when I had it as ochazuke with the bonito broth at the end, it further stimulated my appetite, and I could have had several bowls (laughs). The apricot ice cream for dessert was also delicious!!

I definitely recommend Katagiri!
