Since I was traveling with my elderly mother and uncle and aunt, I chose this tour as it seemed manageable. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy at times, it was good to see that the elderly group was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island to some extent.

This tour may not be recommended for those who want to spend a lot of time at one location or for those looking to be very active, but I think it’s a good plan for those who want to efficiently enjoy Ishigaki Island.

後期高齢者の母と叔父・叔母夫婦を連れての観光だったので、あまり無理のなさそうなこのツアーを選びました。雨が降ったり止んだりの生憎の天気ではありましたが、高齢者御一行もそれなりに石垣島を堪能してくれたようで良かったです。

I thought there would be many inbound tourists in Hokkaido, but this time it was the worst. When I arrived at the tour reception desk, there was an unusual smell of garlic and a lot of noise. After finally checking in and boarding the bus, a Chinese mother with an infant was having a loud argument with the guide over seating. It seemed she didn't know that "infants should sit on laps" and was occupying an entire row of seats. When she was told about it, she got defensive.

The bus finally started moving, but the infant was right behind my seat, crying loudly throughout the tour. The mother didn't seem to be trying to soothe the child, and everyone on the bus appeared to be enduring the situation, but we were all at the mercy of this inconsiderate family. Fortunately, I had earplugs, but even so, the baby's cries echoed in my head, making it impossible to focus on the audio guide. Given the circumstances, all I could do was endure.

The natural tourist spots like Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya were surrounded by refreshing air and were wonderful, but as soon as we got off the bus, several chubby middle-aged Chinese men started smoking while walking and littering. It ruined the sightseeing experience. There were some people, like those from Singapore and Indonesia whom I got to know, who adhered to time and manners, but even knowing the cultural differences, it was still bothersome.

I've heard that the number of travelers from relatively nearby countries like China and South Korea has significantly increased recently. While inbound tourism is good, I hope that the minimum rules are followed at travel destinations. In that regard, I would like travel companies to think a little more about how everyone can enjoy their trips together.

北海道もインバウンドのお客さんが多いと思っていましたが、イヤハヤ今回は最悪でした。
ツアー受付窓口に着くと、周囲は異様なニンニク臭と喧騒です。
やっとチェックインを済ませバスに乗り込むと、乳児を連れた中華系の母親が席をめぐってガイドさんと大声でひと悶着やっています。
どうやら「乳児は膝の上」と言うことを知らずに席一列を占領しているようで、その事を注意され逆ギレしているようです。
どうにかバスは動き始めますが、その乳児は私の席のすぐ後ろで、ツアー中終止むづがり大声でギャーギャー泣く始末。
母親はあやす風でもなく、バス内は皆我慢しているようでしたが、この非常識な親子連れに振り回わされっぱなしです。
幸い私は耳栓を持っていましたが、それでも乳児の声は頭に響き、イヤホンガイドどころではありません。相手が相手だけにじっとガマンの一字です。
支笏湖や洞爺湖の自然豊かな観光地は爽やかな空気に包まれ、すばらしいものでしたが、ここでもバスを降りるや中華系の小太りの中年男性数人が「歩き煙草」で煙を撒き散らしはじめポイ捨て状態。せっかくの観光が台無しです。
中には知り合いになったシンガポールやインドネシア人のように時間やマナーをしっかり守る人達もいましたが、文化の違い？と判っていても迷惑な話です。
最近では比較的近い中国や韓国の旅行者が相当増えていると聞きます。
インバウンドも良いですが、旅行先では最低限のルールは守ってもらいたいものです。
その点では旅行会社もお互いが楽しく旅行が出来るように、もう少し知恵を絞って頂きたいと思います。

This was my third time in Okinawa, but I had never seen the beautiful ocean there, so I decided to join. Since I usually don't drive and wanted to enjoy some beer during lunch, I opted for a bus tour. There were few participants due to the season, and more than half were from overseas. The Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island were truly beautiful, and I'm glad I participated. I also thought the price was reasonable.

I booked this tour because of the promised visit to the butterfly farm and Churaumi aquarium. But on the tour I’ve realized that it doesn’t include butterfly farm since April 2019 even though it is still in the program.. We stopped in a few shops for tourists (including pineapple farm that suits kids) till we got to the aquarium after 4.5 hours on the road (direct driving on highway from Naha takes about an hour to there). In aquarium we were given 3 hours but I needed 4-5 hours to see other facilities as well. The place is huge and 3 hours would be enough only to see the aquarium.
On the way back we stopped again in the place selling local sweets for tourists, when most of these sweets can be found at the airport so it was waste of time again.. we were only 6 people on a cloudy day of the rainy season so I returned to Naha at 6 p.m (last drop off) but I can imagine that the way back can take 2 hours more just for dropping off every participant in different locations..

On the bus, the guide shared information about Kanazawa and Shirakawa-go while I dozed off, gathering information.
It was a chilly day with rain. During our free time in Shirakawa-go, I warmed up by soaking in a hot spring (it was convenient since it was our lunch spot; the bathing fee was 600 yen and the towel was 150 yen).
I think the time allocation was just right.
In Gokayama, we only visited the Ainokura village, but I was able to stroll quietly through the village.
The guide also provided explanations about other villages from the bus window, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any prior research.

The guided tour picks up at Ikebukuro or Shinjuku station. Our tour guide was Nobu and he was quite wonderful! The bus ran right on time. It wasn't full for the day we chose because it was an overcast day. Mount Fuji peeked out of the clouds for just a moment while we were at the top so we got to see it!! It was awesome!! The tour hits up the Mt Fuji 5th station shop, includes a lunch at a French restaurant (with special accomodations for the vegetarian in our group). You get a $3 souvenir or ice cream voucher too. The cruise on the lake was the best part! If I was making a suggestion, the top of Mt Fuji and the amusement park could be 15 minutes longer and the lake area could be 30 minutes less in exchange. Other than that it was the absolute best and I would recommend to anyone!

I participated with a friend. We chose to bike around Taketomi Island! We were able to explore very efficiently from morning until evening! If you're wondering which island tour to join from Ishigaki, I definitely recommend this tour!

Biking on Taketomi Island might be tough during the humid rainy season, haha. A bus might be better. The roads on Taketomi Island have a lot of sand, making it difficult to pedal and quite challenging.

If you want to efficiently explore the central and southern parts of Okinawa Main Island, this tour is very good. I chose a plan that included dinner and dancing because I wanted to learn as much about Okinawa as possible. It was quite a good deal!

It is highly recommended this tour of Fuji.

Mt. Fuji Fifth Station – It was cold with heavy rain in the trip to Mount Fuji. The tour guide was nice and caring. She was a Japanese with good spoken in English.

Lunch at Fuji-Q Highland was very great and the food was delicious. The environment in the restaurant in Fuji-Q Highland was nice and grand.

Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi & Fuji Panoramic Ropeway 
- We spent enough time in a boat at Lake Kawaguchi and Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. I enjoyed the trip and eating delicious soft serve ice cream.

Again, it was a Great tour! it was very convenient. 
I really enjoy the trip in Mt.Fuji 5th Station and Lake Kawaguchi Panoramic Tour and I will recommend to my friends to join this tour.

My husband, our two children, and I participated in a tour. Our main goal was to visit the aquarium, so we looked for a tour that would allow us to leave late and return early.

The aquarium was larger than I expected, and I wanted to see other facilities as well, but it felt like there wasn't enough time. However, for me, who was focused on seeing the whale sharks, it was great to be able to watch them at a leisurely pace. At Kouri Island, I recommend bringing a change of clothes. My kids, one in elementary school and the other in preschool, ran straight into the beautiful sea and ended up soaking their pants (laughs).

Also, the guide introduced us to various Okinawan songs and dialects, which was fun. Although it wasn't us, I appreciated how the guide quickly made phone calls and changes for those who were stuck in traffic on the way back and were worried about missing their dinner reservations.

Next time, I definitely want to join a different tour! ♪

主人と私、子ども二人で参加。水族館に行くのが目的で、遅く出発して早めに帰ってこれるツアーをさがして申込ました。
水族館は、思ったよりも広く水族館の他の施設も見たかったけど、時間がたりない感じでした。でも、ジンベイザメを目的にしていた私にとっては、ゆっくりジンベイザメを見れてよかったです。古宇利では、着替えをもっていくことをお勧めします。うちの子は小学生と年中ですが、きれいな海に一目散に走っていってパンツまで濡れてしまいました(笑)
あと、ガイドさんが沖縄の唄や方言をいろいろ紹介してくれて楽しかったです。
私たちではなかったですが、帰りが事故渋滞で夕食の予約に間に合わない人の為に、すばやく電話や変更などをしていた姿がよかったです。
次回は、また違うツアーに是非参加したいです♪

The weather had been bad the day before, and I was worried whether the tour would take place, but it went ahead without any issues, and I was able to experience a wonderful day filled with mangroves, a water buffalo cart ride, and cycling.

I thought the tour might be hectic due to the relatively packed schedule, but it was quite the opposite. During the water buffalo cart ride and cycling, I was able to enjoy the slow pace of the island, which made for a happy time.

Also, thank you for accommodating the sudden addition of participants on the day. I really appreciated it.

前日から天気も悪く、当日もツアーが開催されるのか不安でしたが、無事開催されて、マングローブ・水牛車・サイクリングと充実した素晴らしい１日が体験できました。

ツアーの内容が比較的多く、せわしない１日なのかなと思ったのですが特にそんなことはなく、その思いとは反対に水牛車とサイクリングでは、島のゆっくりした時間を過ごすことができて、幸せな時間でした。

また、当日の急な参加者追加にも快く対応頂きありがとうございました。とてもありがたかったです。

I highly recommended this tour if you want to go to Mount Fuji. The bus was cleaned and the tour guide gave tour description for every accurately. Lunch at Fuji Q highland park was delicious and served very well. Although it was raining all day during the trip but we can enjoy it. We have enough time for cursing at Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy fantastic view during the ropeways. My children loves the free ice cream voucher.
I gave 5 stars for veltra and thank you for given us a memorable and wonderful journey in Mount Fuji.

An amazing full day trip for the family!

Even though it was hard to find the meeting place since it was underground, we were pleased to know that the rest of the group were only boarding the bus. We were lucky that we were able to see the mountain since we were told that it was raining up until the day before our tour. The lunch was good and substantial, and kind of fancy because of the ambiance. The cruise was incredible since we got to see the entire mountain from the lake as well as the view from the top of the cable car ride. This was such a great experience even our parents were impressed! I definitely recommend this tour!

This was my second time on the three-island tour. Since my companion was a first-timer, we signed up during the rainy season, but the weather was nice, and we had a great experience.

However, I have one regret.

I wish I had checked the tide schedule before booking the tour... I wanted to see the Sakishima Suo no Ki again.

２度目の３島巡りでした。同行者が初めてだったので申し込み梅雨の時期でしたがお天気も良く楽しく体験できました。

Great deal for a great full day tour!

At first, we were hesitant to book this tour because the price was too good to be true, but we took a chance and wanted to experience it ourselves. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place and was late for a couple of minutes, but Ms. Terry, our guide, waited for us. The bus ride took 2 hours from Shinjuku to the Mt. Fuji 5th station. We were greeted with a picturesque view of the mountain as well as a lovely 40 minute tour with a pleasantly cold weather. Don't forget to try the mountain-shaped melon bread there! We had a good three course lunch at the Fuji Q Highland restaurant. It's also a great photo spot where you could see more of the mountain. We then headed to the Lake Kawaguchi boat cruise where you could have a closer look at the mountain as well as a cable car ride at Hakone rope way. As you exchange the ticket for the cable car, you also get a free pen as a souvenir. The tanuki dango with soy and matcha drink there is really good. There was also a good ice cream shop where you could choose from four flavors; peach, vanilla, lavender and grape. All in all, with the tour, food and the bus ride going back to the meeting point, the price for this full day tour is such a steal. I highly recommend this tour for those of you who want to maximize their budget. The guide was really good at explaining and was very accomodating!

Then plenty of time was given for the scenic rope-way with best views of Fuji and a boat at Kawaguchiko lake. All tickets and lunch included in tour price; they even gave a voucher for an ice cream or small souvenir at lake Kawaguchiko. Would absolutely do it again.

Tour description is very accurate, every activity was completed in time. Tour started at 5th station, ok time was allowed there. Then lunch was in Fiji-Q park, lunch place was surprisingly nice, French restaurant with full course menu. Then plenty of time was given for the scenic rope-way with best views of Fuji and a boat at Kawaguchiko lake. All tickets and lunch included in tour price; they even gave a voucher for an ice cream or small souvenir at lake Kawaguchiko.
