I felt a deep connection with the Earth. The guide was knowledgeable about everything and had a memorable way of conveying information, making me want to take the tour again! I also understood the challenges of maintaining World Heritage sites and met people filled with love for their local community. Thank you very much!

On our trip for two, we considered renting a car, but since there was a shuttle service to the hotel, we decided to participate. At Pineapple Park, we had to move quickly to avoid running out of time, but we were able to enjoy plenty of tastings. For lunch, we had... hmm? This? A hot sandwich. It was cold, and I think everyone might have wondered if this was really lunch. The Churaumi Aquarium was a lot of fun, and three hours flew by. The Okashi Goten felt like a souvenir shop for tourists. The driver and guide were friendly and smiling. It turned out to be a fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

二人旅で、レンタカーと迷いましたが、ホテルまで送迎付きでしたので参加させていただきました。パイナップルパークはゆっくり見ていると時間がなくなるため、サクッと回りました。試飲、試食はたくさんできました。昼食は、ん？これ？ホットサンド。冷え冷えでこれで昼食付きとはうたっては、皆さんこれが？と思われたかもです。美ら海水族館は、3時間があっという間で、とても楽しめました。
お菓子御殿は観光地のお土産やさん。との感じでした。
運転手さん、ガイドさんは笑顔で感じは良かったです。充実した１日になりました。ありがとうございました。

Very encompassing tour of Tokyo. You see a both a Buddhist Temple and Shinto Shrine, visit several gardens, shop, take a boat ride on a scenic part of the river and have a great Japanese lunch. Of course the Cherry Blossoms were in bloom which made it extra special. Great guide!

This was the first time I took my parents on a bus tour and they were pleasantly surprised. The parking lot of the Metropolitan Government Building was a little confusing to find at first so make sure to get there early. Since the 5th station was closed due to the weather, we went to the 4th station instead but still had beautiful views from the top. The lunch at Fuji Q Highland was actually very tasty (chicken cacciatore, salad, bread, coffee/tea, dessert) in a beautiful little restaurant and an amazing view of the Mount Fuji from the tables. We had just enough time to do the sightseeing cruise, ropeway, and grab a little ice cream treat from the souvenir shop which must be a nice touch during the summer. We really loved the cruise and the view from the top of the cable car was spectacular for photos. Even if you were to add the cost of the bus, activities, food, and time to research I think it would cost more than than the tour itself. I would highly recommend this day trip to casual travelers that want a small taste of Japan's tallest and most majestic mountain.

I enjoyed this tour during my stay in Kanazawa. We were able to efficiently visit Shirakawa-go and Takayama. The time allocation was just right, with plenty of free time to explore the highlights at my own pace. The driver and guides were also very pleasant, and I had a wonderful time. I participated on April 3rd, and after an unusual snowfall, Shirakawa-go was beautifully covered in snow.

金沢滞在での一日にこのツアーを楽しみました。白川郷と高山を効率良く回る事ができました。時間配分はちょうど良く、自由時間も充分あり、好きなペースで見所を歩けました。ドライバー、ガイドの方々も感じ良く、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。4月３日の参加でしたが、季節外れの雪が積もった後で、美しい雪の白川郷でした。

Places like Shiretoko and Shirakami-Sanchi, which are World Heritage Sites, are often only accessible by four-wheel drive, making them not easy to visit. However, the Yakuzaru bus can be easily booked online! You can enter the World Heritage area as soon as you think about it! The Western Forest Road was amazing. Yakuzaru and Yakushima deer were living freely, showing their natural selves. It was the best!

The ability to circle the island is also appealing. The local bus guide shared the conditions and history of each village as if providing a live commentary.

You can see two waterfalls that represent Yakushima, and if you combine the views from the car, you can see three, plus you can visit Inakahama. The morning session included a drive along the coastline and the World Heritage sites, making it truly packed with experiences.

In the afternoon session at Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Cedar, you quickly ascend to 1,000 meters, which really makes you feel that Yakushima is a mountainous island. Although I didn't see any sea turtle nesting sites, I would like to participate again at a different time.

知床や白神山地など世界自然遺産はどこも四輪駆動でしか入れないことが多く、手軽には尋ねることが、できません。しかし、やくざる号は予約もネットで簡単！思いたったらすぐ世界遺産地域に入れます！！西部林道は最高でした。ヤクザルやヤクシカが普通に生活していました。自然体の姿を見せてくれました。最高です！
島を一周できるのも魅力ですね。地元のバスガイドさんが各集落のようすや集落の歴史をまるで実況中継のように話してくれました。
水の島、屋久島を代表する滝も２つ、車窓を合わされると３つ見ることかできますし、いなか浜にも行けます。午前の部は海岸線のドライブも世界遺産もありで本当に盛りだくさんでした。
ヤクスギランド・紀元杉と午後の部では一気に１０００メートルを駆け上がって屋久島が山の島であることも感じさせてくれます。
ウミガメの産卵跡はみられませんでしたが、時期を変えてまた参加したいです。

I was satisfied that I could visit World Heritage sites without wasting time. The advice on highlights and routes was also helpful. The lunch spot and the rice cracker shop had friendly service, making for a pleasant dining and experience! In the morning, we gathered at the west exit of Kanazawa Station, but there were no signs, so I wished they had something like a whiteboard to guide us.

時間の無駄なく世界遺産を巡ることが出来て満足です。
見所や順路のアドバイスも参考になりました。
ランチのお店もお煎餅のお店も、対応が明るくて気持ち良く食事や体験ができました！
朝、金沢駅西口に集合ですが案内板などは出てないのでホワイトバード的なモノを出しておいて欲しかったです。

It had everything I wanted to see!
The time spent at each location was short, but I was able to visit quite effectively.
And the guide was a wonderful person, which made for a relaxing day!

I participated with my 4-year-old child. We chose the 5 PM boat for our return. After the water buffalo cart ride, we enjoyed an additional 2 hours of rental cycling. The sun was a bit strong, but it was fun to easily explore the island. It was also convenient to use the free shuttle from Ishigaki Port to the hotel on our way back.

水牛車のあと、追加でレンタサイクルを2時間くらい楽しみました。
少し日差しがきつかったですが、お手軽に島を観光できて楽しかったです。
帰りに石垣港からホテルまで無料送迎が使えたのも便利でした。

My first domestic tour with Veltra was a huge success. The explanations about the ancient Port of Kawa people, why it's called Ganagalaru, the plants, and the formation of the valley were all very interesting. Plus, it was at a great price, which was wonderful.

ベルトラの国内ツワーは初めてでしたが、大当たりでした。
ガンガラーの谷での、古代の港川人、何故ガンガラーの名前なのか、植物、谷の成り立ち、それぞれの説明がとても興味深かったです。
また、お手頃価格で、素晴らしい。

At the end of March, it was a bit early for cherry blossoms, and Shirakawa-go had only a little snow left, so I didn't have high expectations. However, there were guests from abroad on the tour, and the tour guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese. We enjoyed stories about history, local anecdotes, and personal experiences from the guide, making the bus ride quite enjoyable. The lunch was also warm and welcoming, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

３月末で桜には少し早いし、雪も残雪程度の白川郷でしたので、期待はあまりしていなかったのですが、ツアーのお客さんには外国からの方もいて、添乗員さんは英語と日本語の２か国語で説明してくれました。
歴史の話や地元ならではの話、また添乗員さんが個人的に体験した話など、バスの中でも十分楽しめました。
昼食も温かいもてなしをうけ、大満足でした。
また機会があれば是非参加したいと思います。

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very good, but it was great that we could cycle at our own pace and explore various places. We were able to choose our return ferry time, so we could relax and take our time.

残念ながら天気はあまり良くなかったですが、

I was scheduled to return on an afternoon flight, so I had limited time, but I was able to efficiently visit the highlights of Ishigaki Island. The weather was favorable, and the guide's stories were interesting. I was also grateful to be taken to the airport.

午後の便で帰る予定だったので限られた時間でしたが、

It was my first time in Okinawa, and I was unsure whether to rent a car, but choosing this tour was definitely the right decision. Both the guide and the driver were kind. They even sang for us, and not only did we get to our destinations, but we also learned a lot from the detailed guidance along the way, including the relationship between the U.S. military camps and the local community, as well as the current situation. It was not just sightseeing; it was educational as well. There was also plenty of free time at the places we visited. I would definitely recommend this to others traveling to Okinawa for the first time.

初めての沖縄でしたので、レンタカーを借りるかどうか迷いましたが、こちらのツアーにして大正解でした。ガイドさんも運転手さんも親切でした。唄も歌って下さり、目的地だけでなく、道中各地の細やかなガイド、米軍キャンプと地元の方々との関わり方や現状など、たくさん知ることができ、単なる観光というだけでなく勉強にもなりました。訪問地での自由時間も十分余裕がありました。初めて沖縄を旅する周りの人達に勧めたいと思いました。

It was a great bus tour for those who can't drive or don't have a license. I think it's very good because we were able to visit many places for the price!

I think we were able to efficiently enjoy lunch, including the cable car fare, at a reasonable price. The guide was an audio guide, which also had options in languages other than Japanese. It was disappointing that the lunch, which should have been warm, was served cold, possibly to save time. I believe it would have been better if the bus stop times at each sightseeing location were a bit longer. It was helpful that they asked for our preferences regarding the drop-off location for the return bus.

昼食、ロープウェイの料金も込みで、リーズナブルに効率よく回れたと思います。
ガイドは音声ガイドで、日本語以外にも対応ありでした。
お昼ご飯は時間短縮の為か本来なら温かい食べ物が配膳済みで冷たかったのが残念でした。
各観光地のバス停車時間がもう少し長いとより良かったと思います。
帰りのバス下車場所は希望を聞いていただけるので助かりました。

It's a large bus, so you can check your suitcase in the trunk, making it suitable for sightseeing after checking out of the hotel. It's convenient as they take you to Naha Airport.
The Calgary Valley was easy to understand with the guide, and I enjoyed feeling the nature.

大きいバスなので、スーツケースもトランクに預けられ、ホテルチェックアウト後の観光としては適しています。那覇空港まで送ってくれるので楽です。
カルガリーの谷は、ガイドが分かりやすく、自然を感じ、楽しみました。

I was visiting Ishigaki Island for diving, so I didn't have much time for sightseeing, but this plan was just right in terms of timing! At Kabira Bay, I was able to take an optional glass-bottom boat ride! I saw beautiful seas, fish, and coral! The bus guide was also very good!

ダイビングで石垣島を訪れていたため、観光をするタイミングが時間的にあまりなかったのですが、このプランは時間的にもちょうど良かったです！
川平湾のところで、オプションでグラスボートに乗ることができました！きれいな海、魚、サンゴが見れました！
バスガイドの方も大変良かったです！

We came to Osaka for a 2-night trip with our family of four (children in 5th grade and 1st year of high school).

On the first day, we went to the usual Universal Studios Japan. What should we do on the second day?

That's when we found this tour.

I was concerned about parking in Kyoto with our own car, so this was just perfect.

京都観光は　マイカーでは　駐車場が大変と考えていたので

まさに　打ってつけでした。

The guide was seated in the back, providing information. I think it's better when the guide uses gestures and body language. When they speak from the back, it feels like listening to a recording, which lacks excitement.

ガイドさん後部席に座っての案内書でした。やはりガイドさんの身ぶり手振りもありのほうがいいと思います。後ろで話されても録音聞いているみたいで面白みがないと思います。

I found this activity while searching online for things to do in Kanazawa. A local guide accompanied us, which was very helpful for our free exploration. We had plenty of time to stroll around and thoroughly enjoy the sights. It was great that they pointed out photo spots. We also made it back in time for the Thunderbird, allowing us to enjoy the World Heritage sites.

金沢のアクティビティーをネットで探していてこちらを見つけました。地元在住の添乗員さんが案内をしてくださり自由散策に役立ちました。散策時間も十分とられていてしっかり見学できました。フォトスポットを教えていただいたのは良かったです。帰りのサンダーバードにもしっかり間に合い、世界遺産を楽しむことができました。

It was my first time visiting, but the guide provided detailed information and shared various stories, making the bus ride enjoyable. I really appreciated having the guide's assistance rather than exploring on my own. My 3-year-old son was thrilled to see the whale shark.

初めて行くところでしたが、ガイドさんが細いところまで教えてくれたり、いろんな話をしてくれたので楽しくバスの中も過ごせました。
個人でいろいろ巡るよりもガイドさんの案内があってほんとに良かったと思います。

The plan was to meet up with the group at Fushimi Inari Taisha after starting from Osaka, but I was the only participant starting from Kyoto Station, so I was lucky to hear a lot of stories before we met up. Compared to when I explored a few places on my own the day before, they pointed out must-see spots, and since we could freely explore at the destinations, I recommend this for those who want to efficiently visit famous places. Most of the participants were foreigners, and the guide's explanations were in both English and Japanese, so it was fun to listen and think about how much I could understand from the English explanations. Kyoto is a wonderful place, and there are still many places I want to visit. Next time, I would like to join another tour with a different course.

大阪初のグループと伏見稲荷大社で合流するプランでしたが京都駅初の参加者は私一人で、合流するまでたくさん話が聞けてラッキーでした。前日に自分で何ヵ所か観光した時と比べると見所ポイントを教えてくれて行った先では自由に観光できるので有名どころを効率よく回りたい人にはおすすめです。外国人の方がほとんどでガイドさんの説明も英語と日本語なので英語の説明がどこまで理解できるかなんて思いながら聞くのも楽しかったです。京都は素敵な所でまだまだ行きたいところがたくさんあります。その時はまた他のコースのツアーに参加したいと思います。

I participated with three friends.
The weather was great on the day of the tour, which included about 20 people, including foreigners. The guides were very kind, and the information they shared on the bus was very interesting, making the journey enjoyable.
Shirakawa-go and Gokayama Sakaura still had some snow, creating a beautiful and charming landscape. We were able to leisurely explore by climbing the observation deck and visiting souvenir shops. I wasn't expecting much from the lunch (since it was included in the tour), but I was surprised! It was delicious and very filling.
The hand-baked rice cracker experience was also fun.
Thanks to the guides, it truly became a wonderful day. Thank you very much.

当日は天気にも恵まれ、外国の方々も含む20名ほどのツアーでした。ガイドの方々はとても親切で、バスの中で教えて頂く情報も大変面白く、移動中も楽しく過ごせました。
白川郷や五箇山相倉はまだ雪も残っていて、風情あるとても素敵な景色でした。展望台に登ったりお土産やさんに寄ったり、のんびり散策できました。昼食は(ツアーに入ってる食事だし...)と特に期待していなかったのですがビックリ！美味しくボリュームたっぷりでお腹いっぱいになりました。
手焼きせんべい体験も楽しかったです。
ガイドしてくださる方々のお陰で本当に楽しい一日になりました。ありがとうございました。

On the day of my arrival, I started feeling unwell, and since it was two hours prior, I tried to cancel, but I couldn't do it at all. When I called Kintetsu, they told me to contact VELTRA. However, when I called VELTRA, I was directed to an automated voice response that instructed me to log into my account and proceed with the cancellation there. Even after logging in, I could only access the reservation page and couldn't cancel. In the end, I gave up.

Isn't there a better way to handle this?

当日、現地に到着したのですが体調が悪くなり、２時間前でしたのでキャンセルしよとしたのですが全くできなかった、近鉄に電話してもベルトラさんに問い合わせてくださいと言われ、ベルトラさんに電話しても音声案内が流れてマイページから入ってキャンセルの手続きを取れとの答え、マイページに入っても予約のページに入るだけでキャンセルできなかった、結局諦めました。
もう少し対応の仕方があるんじゃしのでしょうか。

Kouri Island's beach was narrower than I expected, and I wasn't particularly impressed. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium had a large tank, which was nice, but it was quite crowded, so I couldn't take my time to enjoy it. Especially at the beginning, it gets busy, so I think it's better to pass through as quickly as possible. I had my meal next to the large tank of the hammerhead shark, but there are few seats and you have to line up to buy, so it's better to get there early. The dolphin show seems to be popular, and seats fill up about 30 minutes before it starts, so if you arrive at the last minute, you'll have to stand.

I ended up shopping quite a bit at Okashi Goten.

Manzamo was just a quick shot.

Ryukyu Village had better dancing than I expected, and I think I would have enjoyed it more if I could have taken my time.

古宇利島は思ったよりビーチが狭く、今ひとつ感動できなかった。美ら海水族館は大水槽もあってよかったのですが、いかんせん混んでいてゆっくりと見れなかった。特に最初の方は混みあうので、できるだけ早く通り過ぎるほうが良いと思う。食事は甚平鮫の大水槽の横でとったのですが、席が少ないのと買うのに列できるので早めにとる方が良いと思う。イルカのショーは人気あるようで30分くらいから席が埋まるのでギリギリに行くと立ち見になる。
御菓子御伝ではしっかりと買い物してしまった。
万座毛はワンショットだけ。
琉球村は思ったより踊りも良かったしもう少しゆっくりとできたら楽しめたと思う。

I was worried about the weather, but it hardly rained at all. The boat on the way there was packed with people, so I was a bit concerned, but we moved along smoothly without much waiting. Since it was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, I joined this plan, and I’m glad I did. Next time I come, I would like to participate in activities that allow me to explore even deeper into the places I discovered on this trip.

心配していた天気でしたが、ほとんど雨が降る事もなく。
行きの船は沢山の人で埋め尽くされていたので、若干心配していましたが、スムーズに待つ事もほとんどなく進んで行きました。
初めての石垣島への旅行だったので、このプランを参加しましたが良かったです。次来る時は、今回の旅行で更に深く行ってみたい所などに参加してみたいと思えました。

I had previously used the local bus to visit Sefa Utaki and Chinen Misaki, but this time I planned to go to Gangala as well, and I discovered this bus tour and signed up.
It was efficient and enjoyable, and the guide's amusing stories made it fun to participate in the bus tour even as a solo traveler!
Receiving energy from the large banyan trees and nature is wonderful, and there's no doubt that the guide also provides a boost of energy!
Although it wasn't included in the tour, I would personally appreciate a little time to see Chinen Misaki as well...

効率良く見る事ができ、またガイドさんのクスッと笑えるお話も楽しく、ひとり旅でのバスツアーでも楽しく参加することが出来ました！
大きなガジュマルや自然からパーワーをもらえることは、もちろんガイドさんからもパーワーを貰えることは間違いないです！
ツアーでも触れてはいないのですが
個人的には知念岬も少し観れる時間をとってもらえると嬉しいかな…

I joined this tour because I wanted to go to the Valley of Gangala. If you go individually, the entrance fee is 2,200 yen and the round-trip bus fare is a little over 3,000 yen, so this tour is the best option as it allows you to use your time efficiently without waiting for the bus. First, we went to the Sefa Utaki, and then the bus stopped at the parking lot of Okinawa World, where we split into groups for those going to the World and those going to Gangala. It seemed that many of the participants in the Gangala group had visited Naha several times. The tour includes about an hour and a half of nature hiking, with the guide providing explanations. I think it's a great tour for those who enjoy walking and want to feel immersed in nature. Currently, it is a mysterious place where the remains of the Port People have been discovered and investigations are being conducted.

ガンガラーの谷に行きたくてこのツアーに参加しました。ガンガラーの谷は個人で行くと見学料2200円とバス代往復で3000円ちょっとかかってしまうのと、バスの時間待ち等なく効率的に時間が使えるので、このツアーはベストだと思います。初めに、斎場御嶽に行き、その後、おきなわワールドの駐車場にバスを止め、ワールドへ行くメンバーとガンガラーのメンバーに分かれます。参加者は那覇に何度か来ている人たちがガンガラーのメンバーには多い感じでした。ツアーは1時間半くらいのネイチャーハイキング、ガイドさんが説明してくれます。歩くのが好きな人には自然を一杯感じれて良いツアーだと思います。現在、港原人の遺跡が見つかり、調査も行われている神秘的な場所です。
