I came to Ishigaki Island for my birthday trip for the first time. I signed up for a tour to quickly visit some famous spots, but maybe because it's an island, the bus's air conditioning was broken, and we had to switch buses in the intense heat. The replacement bus wasn't great either. The driver was nice, though. I got really sweaty and felt a bit nauseous, so I couldn't eat much for lunch... After the tour, I moved on to Iriomote Island and felt even worse. I ended up feeling very tired. I wonder if it's because of my age.

今回初めて石垣島に誕生日旅行で来てみました。とりあえずざっと名所めぐりをしたく、申込んだツアーですが、島だから？かバスのエアコンが壊れ、物凄い暑さのなかバス交換となり、その後も交換したバスもイマイチでした。運転手さんは感じ良かったけれど。汗だくになり少々気持ち悪くなった事もあり昼食もすすまず…。ツアーのあと西表島へ移動しましてさらに具合が悪くなり。
何だかとても疲れた。歳かしらね。

It was an easy tour, just as the title suggests. For those with limited time, it allows you to easily visit the main tourist spots on the relatively large Shodoshima Island. However, there were no lunch options, and since we were in Shodoshima, it would have been nice to have seafood or something similar. Additionally, you have to pay separately for the entrance fees to two locations as an option, but I think it would be better if those were included in the tour price.

タイトル通りのお手軽なツアーでした。
時間に余裕のない方には結構広い小豆島の主な観光地を簡単に回れます。
ただ昼食の選択肢がなく、せっかくの小豆島なので海鮮などもあればよかったと思います。
またツアー料金とは別に2か所の見学料をオプションで支払いますが、どうせならツアー代金に含まれる形がいいと思います。

We participated as a family of two adults and two children. The guide's stories were interesting, so we didn't get bored on the bus, but the White Road was longer than we expected, and the kids seemed a bit restless. The UNESCO World Heritage village was quite empty, possibly due to the season, and we were able to see more beautiful scenery than we anticipated, which was great.

There were some guests who arrived more than 20 minutes late, which was quite frustrating, but overall, we were satisfied with the tour content.

大人２人子供２人の家族で参加しました。ガイドさんの話もおもしろくてバスの中で退屈しませんでしたがホワイトロードは思ったよりも長くて子供は少し飽きている様子でした。世界遺産の集落は時期もあってかとてもすいていて景色も思った以上のものが見られてよかったです。
出発時間より20分以上遅れてきたお客さんがいてかなりムッとしましたが全体的にはツアー内容は満足です。

It was a reward trip for my husband’s retirement. On the day of the trip, the rainy season had ended, and the sun was shining brightly. I was concerned due to my physical disability affecting my vision, but I was very satisfied with the unique experiences of the wind, scents, and sounds that could only be found in that place. I appreciated the mangrove cruise, the lunch made with delicious local ingredients served by the water buffalo cart man in Yufu, and the brother from Taketomi Island who played the sanshin for us. I am grateful to all the staff who assisted us in moving around.

夫 定年にあたりご褒美旅行でした。当日は梅雨明けとなり、日差しが強かったです。
視野や視力の悪い身体障害のため案じていましたが、その場所でしか体験出来ない風や匂いや音に大満足でした。マングローブクルーズ、由布の水牛車のおじさんと牛と美味しい島の食材を使った昼ご飯、三線を聴かせてくださった竹富島のお兄さん、いたるところで移動を助けてくださったスタッフの方々に感謝です。

This was our first trip to Taketomi Island with two families (four people). We chose this plan because we wanted to experience the water buffalo cart tour, and it was the right decision. The water buffalo, "Yumeko," who is 15 years old (equivalent to a 45-year-old human lady), was very smart and understood the route well, even asking for water in the shower booth. We had a wonderful time as we went around the course. Additionally, we were able to visit all the highlights of the island, making for a satisfying sightseeing experience. Thank you very much for your help.

二家族（４人）での初！竹富島観光でした。水牛車観光が体験したくこの企画を選び正解でした。水牛の「ユメコ」ちゃん、１５歳（人間年齢４５歳のマダム）大変賢くシャワーブースでの水のおねだりや順路をしっかり理解しコースを廻り楽しいひと時でした。また、島内観光も見どころをしっかり回っていただき満足いく観光ができました。大変お世話になりました。

Great way to see Tokyo if you have limited time in the City. You can quickly see the must see places and return on your own via train. Price is reasonable. Audio tour guide only helped a little. Good bargain tour if you are in a hurry!

During my business trip to Osaka, I planned to do some sightseeing in the Namba area and efficiently used the same bus route to explore the southern part of Osaka City.

First of all, the cute appearance of the bus was delightful. The open-air seating provided a unique view and sense of presence that you can't experience elsewhere! I could feel various landscapes along with the fresh air, and the thrill of the highway overpass passing overhead became an unexpectedly strong memory and a great story to share.

The guide's explanations were clear and informative, which was very helpful. Next time, I would like to take the course that explores the northern part of the city.

大阪出張がてら、なんば方面への観光を計画し、効率よく大阪市内南部を巡る、同バスルートを利用しました。
まず何より、かわいらしいバスの見た目。
そして、屋根なしオープンの座席は、他では経験できない視界と臨場感！
いろいろな景色が空気とともに感じられ、特に高速道路の案台板が、頭上を過ぎるあのスリル感は、想定外の強い思い出となり、土産話となりました。
ガイドの方の説明もわかりやすく、勉強になりました。
次回は、北部を巡るコースを利用したいと思います。

I decided to participate because it was just a 10-minute boat ride from Ishigaki Island and the price was less than half of a certain travel company's optional tour.

Since we could choose the round-trip boat schedule freely, we were able to enjoy the water buffalo cart and the island at our own pace.

The locals were kind, and even though the post office was closed on Sunday, they happily accepted my request to mail a postcard, which arrived later with a Yaeyama postmark. (I paid for the postage.)

The service at the meeting point counter was also polite and good.

It became a wonderful memory.

石垣島から船で10分という気軽さと、某旅行会社のオプショナルツアーと比べて半額以下という格安料金だったので参加を決めました。
往復船便の時間を自由に選択できるので自分達のペースで水牛車も島内も楽しむことができました。
島内の方も親切で、日曜日で郵便局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、はがきの投函をお願いしたら快く受けてくれ後日、八重山の消印で届きました。（切手代はお支払いしました）
集合場所のカウンターの対応も丁寧で良かったです。
良い想い出になりました。

I felt that it was a great deal to visit these places at this price. It's cheaper than going by bus, so if the timing works out, I would like to use it again.

この値段でこれらの場所を回ってくれるのは、お得だと感じました。普通にバスで行くよりも安いので、時間が合えばまた利用したいです。

We went sightseeing in Osaka with my mother and child, three generations together. The hour and a half duration was just right, and the price of 1500 yen was great.
On the Umeda route, we were able to see the real statue of Goyō from "Asa ga Kita," which we had seen on NHK. We also visited Osaka Castle.
It was a bit hot since there was no roof, but they distributed cool packs, which felt nice.

The bus stairs were a bit steep, which was somewhat tough for my mother who has bad legs, but she still enjoyed it.

The guide was also very good at explaining things. Thank you!

母親と子供と三代で大阪観光。一時間半という時間はお手軽でした。1500円という料金も良かったです。
梅田ルートでNHKで見た「あさが来た」の五代さんの本物の像を見る事ができました。大阪城も。
屋根がないのでちょっと暑かったけど、ヒエピタが配られて気持ちよかった。

バスの階段がちょっと急で、足が悪い母には若干きつかったようですが、それでも楽しかったと。

ガイドさんもとても説明が上手でした。ありがとうございました

I have been on many throughout my travels and this would be the worst experience I have had. The driver was terrible! The bus lurched, braked suddenly and all the other actions you can imagine from the roughest ride ever. I had to actually leave the tour about half way through as my back was hurting so much. Due to the infrequency of the tours we were only able to do the blue route which was a shame as all you really saw was the Tokyo tower and the rest was just driving around this huge City.
Very disappointing. It was the only black mark of all our travels in Japan which we absolutely loved.

The seats were high, providing a great view and a sense of openness, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed on for a bit longer.

We came only for the aquarium but the extra stops at pineapple and butterfly were nice too. The guide could not speak English but we knew that before. She did her best to help us with the tour. Normally we do not book tours on holidays but the regular bus in Okinawa is expensive and not very useful

I love sightseeing tour buses because they take you around the main attractions, but this was my first experience on a double-decker open-top bus. It was great to see famous spots like Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Abeno Harukas, and Umeda Sky Building with explanations. Next time, I want to take my parents along.

観光ツアーバスは主な観光地をまわってくれるので好きなのですが2階建てオープンは初体験でした。道頓堀、新世界、アベノハルカス、梅田スカイビルなど有名スポットを説明付きで見られるのはなかなかグッド。今度は親を連れて乗りたいと思います。

We originally book our tour on a Thursday but checked the weather the day before and it was rainy so we called and changed it to Friday, customers service was nice and helpful.
We were at the designated pick up point by 8am. Our tour guide Levin was on time. He was nice and funny. He's knowledgeable and even taught us basic Japanese words/phrases. Our first stop was Lake Kawaguchi. It was still early so we didnt get to see the full view of Mt Fuji and reflection against the lake as it was a bit cloudy. Levin recommended to try the blueberry soft cream. 'Twas delicious! Next stop was Oshino Hakkai where we strolled through the village and saw 8 ponds, and this time we saw Mt Fuji clearly. It was beautiful. Almost lunch time and we headed to our third spot, the Ninja Village. We had Japanese-style food for lunch. Food was delish! Then off to our fourth stop, Mt Fuji Fifth Station. We got up close to Mt Fuji. We enjoyed the views and the little shrine. However it was freezing cold. We didnt stay there for long as we had the 4D Fuji Airways schedule. This was one of the best 4D's we've seen as it was so realistic.Really enjoyed it! We headed home and got dropped off at Shinjuku station as our last stop.
Over all it was an amazing experience!

It was a very enjoyable time with a small group, and the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay was also very relaxing. The guide's sanshin performance was great too.

少人数で、移動もゆったりでき川平湾のグラスボートもとても楽しいひと時でした。
ガイドさんの三線も良かったです。

Taketomi Island is just a 15-minute boat ride from Ishigaki Island. We arrived in no time. We spent about 30 minutes on a glass-bottom boat, where we saw various fish, but I was concerned about the decreasing number of corals. Next, we rode water buffalo to explore the village. It was very peaceful. However, it was already hot in early June, so we had to use rental bicycles to get around the village. I recommend swimming at Hoshizuna Beach. There were few people, and the water was very clear and shallow, so we could see plenty of fish swimming right in front of us. I would love to go again.

竹富島へは石垣島から船で１５分。アッという間に着いてしまいました。グラスボートで約３０分いろんな魚が泳いでいましたがただサンゴが少なくなっているのが気がかりでした。次に水牛に乗って村を散策。のどかでしたね。ただ６月初めですでに暑くむらの散策もレンタサイクルで回らないと動けません。おすすめは星砂の浜での海水浴。人も少なくまた海がとても綺麗で遠浅なので目の前で魚がいっぱい泳いでいました。また行きたいですね

Our first trip with three generations ✈️ Our first time on Taketomi Island.
I wanted to make it the best trip possible, so I was searching online and found VELTRA's page!
The round-trip ferry, glass-bottom boat, and water buffalo experience were bundled together at a great price, and it was really helpful that they provided bus transportation.
Unfortunately, it rained, but we were still able to ride the glass-bottom boat, and the staff during the water buffalo experience were very warm and accommodating, which made it really enjoyable.
I would like to ask VELTRA for help again on our next trip (^^)

初めての三世帯旅行✈️初めての竹富島
最高の旅行にしたくて、ネットで色々探していたらVELTRAさんのページが！
往復の船、グラスボード、水牛体験がセットで安くて、バスで移動してくれるので凄く助かりました。
でも残念なことに雨でしたが、グラスボードにも乗れて水牛体験ではスタッフの方が暖かい対応をしてくださり凄く楽しめました。
旅行のさいにはまたVELTRAさんにお願いしたいです(^^)

I chose a café on the beach and was able to visit a popular spot. Everything was great. It's definitely worth participating at least once. It was a very fulfilling trip.

I visited Okinawa for an award ceremony. On the last day, I had about half a day free, so I looked for a tour with VELTRA and found a perfect one to join. The sightseeing was hot, but it was nice to relax at a seaside café and quench my thirst. Since they also provided transportation to the airport, the sightseeing cost was practically free.

　表彰式の招待で沖縄を訪れました。最終日に半日ほど時間があったので、ＶＥＬＴＲＡさんを探したらちょうど良いツアーがあり参加しました。観光は暑かったのですが、海辺の喫茶店で喉を潤しまったりと過ごせたのがよかったですね。
　これで空港まで送ってくれるのですから、観光代はタダ同然ですね。

We had a great day at the Mount Fuji. The pick up was on time at the estimated point. The tour was good organized and our friendly guide Levin explained everything at least twice ;-)
The first stop at the Lake Kawaguchi-ko was a good break for a blueberry soft-ice, which Levin recommended us and which was really tasty. Unfortunately we couldn't see the Mt. Fuji from there, because the Mountain was in the clouds. Oshino Hakkai with it's ponds was touristic, but nice. We took the path next to the small river back to the bus, which was really nice! The lunch at Oshino Ninja Village was excellent and the garden is really beautiful! We whished we could spend a little more time there. On the fifth station of the Mt. Fuji we were finally lucky to see the top of the mountain. The last stop, the Fuji Airways was pretty cool, so we were able to see the mountain in different seasons and special sceneries.
I would recommend the trip to see something more than Tokyo, but go sure that you'll have good weather conditions to see the mountain in all it's beauty. It's worth a visit!

I enjoyed seeing beautiful scenery and a lot of fish on the glass-bottom boat. It was only half a day, but I was very satisfied. The guide was kind and fun as well.

The day I participated was a rest day for Sefa Utaki, so unfortunately, we couldn't visit. When Sefa Utaki is closed, it seems that the usual plan is to go to Chinen Misaki, but based on the suggestion from Rad Kanko and the preferences of the participants that day, we didn't go there and instead visited both Shinbaru Beach and Okinawa World, which are typically options.

Shinbaru Beach was a bit disappointing due to the rain, but it was nice to be able to look at the ocean in Okinawa. I think we stayed for about 20 minutes.

At Okinawa World, we had two hours for sightseeing, which I personally found to be just the right length, but usually, it's about 70 minutes. If you plan to tour the limestone caves as well, 70 minutes might feel rushed, so please be mindful of the time allocation. Since the park can get wet from the rain, an umbrella is necessary, but the Eisa show and various experience facilities are covered, so on rainy days, I recommend Okinawa World over the beach. However, while the entrance fee is relatively inexpensive, additional charges will apply for various activities, so it's a good idea to consult your budget and choose experiences that interest you. Personally, I enjoyed the Ryukyu costume fitting experience. They also took photos with my camera, which made for a great keepsake.

私が参加した日は斎場御嶽の休息日のため、残念ながら見学することはできませんでした。
斎場御嶽が休息日の場合、通常は知念岬に行くことになっているらしいですが、ラド観光さんのご提案と当日の参加者の意向で、そちらへは行かずに、本来は選択となる新原ビーチとおきなわワールドの両方に行っていただきました。
新原ビーチは、あいにくの雨だったためイマイチでしたが、沖縄の海を眺められたのは良かったです。20分程度の滞在時間だったと思います。
おきなわワールドは２時間観光の時間を取っていただきました。個人的に丁度良い長さでしたが、通常は70分程度なんですね。鍾乳洞の観光もする場合、70分だと駆け足になると思いますので、時間配分に注意してください。パーク内は雨に濡れるため傘が必要ですが、エイサーショーや各種体験施設は屋根付きなので、雨の日はビーチよりもおきなわワールドがおすすめです。ただし、入園料自体は比較的安いのですが、色々楽しむためには結局のところ追加料金が発生するので、お財布と相談しながら興味のあるものを体験すると良いと思います。個人的には、琉装着付け体験が楽しかったです。手持ちカメラで写真も撮っていただけたので、良い記念になりました。

I participated with eight colleagues who came from overseas. Although I usually work in Tokyo, seeing the city from an open-top bus offered a fresh perspective. We were able to enjoy the Tokyo Tower's light-up right beneath it, and I was moved, thinking, "It was this beautiful!"

We traveled from the Shuto Expressway through the Rainbow Bridge to Odaiba. Experiencing the Shuto Expressway and Rainbow Bridge while feeling the wind was a valuable experience. During the one hour of free time, we took photos with the Statue of Liberty and the Rainbow Bridge, enjoyed ice cream, and took a group photo, though we felt a bit rushed for time.

I recommend this experience not only to tourists but also to those working in Tokyo.

海外から来ていた同僚と一緒に8人で参加しました。普段から東京で働いていますが、オープントップバスから見る東京の街は、目線が違うこともあり新鮮。ちょうど東京タワーのライトアップが始まる時間に真下で鑑賞。『こんなにキレイだったんだ！』と感動しました。

首都高からレインボーブリッジを通ってお台場へ。風を感じながらの首都高＆レインボーブリッジも貴重な体験です。フリータイムの1時間は、自由の女神像とレインボーブリッジの写真を撮ったり、アイスを食べたり、全員でプルクラを撮ったりと、少し時間が足りなかったくらいでした。

観光客の人たちはもちろん、東京で働いている人にもオススメします。

The bus guide was very entertaining, sharing the charm of Yakushima in a fun and engaging way throughout the day. Even while driving on regular roads, I was able to hear stories about the island that matched the scenery, making the experience more fulfilling than I expected.

During our trip on the World Heritage-listed Nishiibu Road, we encountered someone who had dropped their rental car into a ditch... It seems there are difficult spots that are hard to navigate unless you're a local, so I think it's safer and more recommended than driving around in a rental car.

To circle the island and have lunch included at this price is an incredible deal!!

Since you're just riding on the bus, it doesn't require much physical effort, and I believe people of all ages, from children to the elderly, can enjoy it widely.

If I had to mention one thing... since we often drive on winding roads, it might be reassuring for those who get motion sickness to have some motion sickness medication.

You can experience the charm of the island and enjoy all the highlights in just one day! I highly recommend it for those who want to indulge!

バスガイドさんがとても面白い方で、屋久島の魅力を1日かけて面白可笑しく教えてくださいます。
普通の道を走行中でも、景色に合わせて島のお話が聞けるので予想以上に充実しました。

世界遺産である西部林道の途中、溝にレンタカーを落としてしまった人と遭遇。。。
地元の慣れた人でないと通るのが難しい難所などもあるようで、レンタカーで回るよりも安全でおススメだと思います。

島を一周して、昼食までついてこのお値段は破格です‼

バスに乗っているだけなので体力もほとんど使いませんし、お子様からご高齢の方まで幅広く楽しめると思います。

強いて言えば…入り組んだ道を走ることが多いので、乗り物酔いをされる方は酔い止めがあれば安心かもしれません。

島の魅力をたった1日で美味しいところ取りができます！
欲張りたい方には是非おススメです！！

The tour didn't have a guide accompanying us the whole time, so we were free to move around.
Cycling on sunny days requires UV protection!
For women, having a hat and UV-cut arm covers is a good idea!

添乗員さんが付きっきりというツアーでは無かったので、自由に動くことが出来ました。
晴れた時のサイクリングは紫外線対策必須です！
女性は、帽子にUVカットアームカバーがあると良し！

Yui-kun was very cute. I had a great time enjoying Taketomi Island. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.
