I relied on the map to reach the meeting point, but there was a proper waiting area inside the hotel, complete with restrooms. Most importantly, waiting for departure with the guide, who constantly provided sufficient information, made me feel that this would be a fun day from the very start.

On this day, I was the only Japanese participant among over 30 attendees, but it didn't feel that way at all. The guide provided everyone with plenty of information about the meeting time, recommended flavors, highlights, and additional tips, which was very helpful. The announcements were made in both Japanese and English accurately.

During the tour, the response to a customer who missed their train was swift, and despite initial worries, I was very impressed by how appropriate it was. Since summer in Kyoto is hot, the bus was well-cooled, adjusted to the timing of passengers boarding, balancing eco-friendliness effectively.

As others mentioned, the only downside of this tour was the lack of time at each landmark. However, considering that we visited three distant sites in one day, some limitations are understandable. If you accept that souvenirs can be purchased on another occasion, it was a very satisfying tour.

Although it was just one station, the experience of riding the subway was refreshing and enjoyable. The bus was a vibrant lemon yellow! At first, I was hesitant about it standing out, but each time I boarded, I grew fond of it. It was a relatively new bus with comfortable headrests, footrests, and power outlets at my feet.

Overall, in addition to the content, the guide's performance was outstanding. It was a day that made me want to join again somewhere else.

スペースがあり、お手洗いもあり、何より必要十分な声掛けを絶えずして下さる
ガイドさんと出発を待つことは、最初から楽しい1日を予感させるものでした。
この日は30人を超える参加者の中で日本人は私一人、それさえも感じさせないくらい
全員に集合時間、オススメの味、見所、＋αの情報をたくさんくださり助かりました。
案内は全て日本語、英語で適確にされていました。
途中、電車を乗り過ごされるお客様への対応も迅速で、一時の心配をよそに
非常に適切で感心しました。
京都の夏は暑いという事で、バスの方もお客さんが乗りこむタイミングに合わせてエコとの
兼ね合いから上手く冷房を効かせていてくださいました。
他の方も仰っておられましたが、このツアーの唯一の欠点は各名所での時間不足。
ただ1日で離れた名所を3箇所も巡るとなれば仕方ない部分も出てきます。
お土産は別の機会に纏めて買う事と割り切れば大満足のツアーです。
途中一駅分でしたが地下鉄に乗るという体験も気分転換になり良かったです。
バスも鮮やかなレモンイエロー！最初は目立って、、、、と抵抗も有りましたが、
乗り込む度に愛着が湧いてきました。ヘッドレスト、フットレスト、足元に電源
とても快適な比較的新しいバスでした。
とにかく、内容に加えてガイドさんの活躍ぶりが最高でした。
またどこかでご一緒させて頂きたくなる1日でした。

It was our first trip to japan and I was traveling with my husband. We chose the mt fuji tour with lunch. The tour was excellent and enjoyable. Our tour guide Nana was friendly and helpful and she provided us with some interesting information about fuji.
Our meeting place was at the love statue at shinjuku in the early morning. We departed about 15 to 20minutes later than scheduled time as there were a few groups who were late. The journey to mt fuji took more than 2 hours as there were a bit of heavy jam along the highway and this was expected as it was a weekend. The scenic view was really beautiful during the journey.
We passed by lake kawaguchi first bfore stopping at Oshino Hakkai, the Oshino Eight Seas, our first stop. The lakes were beautiful and the water was clear with nice reflective images of its surroundings. We grabbed some small local bites which were delicious and we also bought their local corns which was sweet and juicy. After that, we proceeded to our next destination at the ninja village.
We had our ordered japanese local lunch which was delicious. After that we had a relaxing foot onsen before we ended up at the gift shop to buy some nice souvenirs.
After lunch we proceeded to mt fuji 5th station. It was a foggy day and we could only see fujisan on and off at times. Nevertheless the view of mt fuji was beautiful. We managed to get some really nice shots of mt fuji and also with our tour group.
The last stop was the Fuji Airways 4D attraction. It was a unique and memorable experience. We got to see mt fuji all four seasons and the views were breathtaking. This was the highlight of the whole tour. The feeling was surreal and experience was really awesome. It lasted for about 15mins. After that it was bus back to shinjuku. As the night was still early, our guide shared with us some interesting tips on nearby shops we can visit and what we can buy. Overall it was a really enjoyable trip.
I highly recommend this tour!

I was looking for a day trip to Sefa Utaki and booked this tour. It was a very relaxed tour, basically providing transportation, explanations on the bus, and guidance to the entrance of the sightseeing points, allowing us to explore freely within the time given, which was great as it made it easy to spend time without feeling awkward with other participants.

Since I had some time before my return flight, I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and took a bath before the afternoon departure. I would have been even happier if there had been an arrangement that allowed for a stop along the way at my own timing, so I could continue sightseeing in the afternoon (I went to Okinawa World, so I wanted to see the nearby Gyokusendo Cave as well).

I hope there will be other routes available for participation the next time I visit Okinawa.

斎場御嶽に行ける日帰りツアーを探しており、こちらを予約しました。基本的に送迎とバス内での説明、観光ポイントの入り口までの案内であとは時間内で自由に見てきてくださいねというツアーなのでとても気楽で他の参加者の人とのお互い気を使うことなく過ごせてよかったです。
帰りの便まで時間があったので、ホテルで朝ゆっくりと朝食を取って、お風呂に入ってからの午後発コースがあったり、自身のタイミングで途中下車可能で午後もまだ観光ができるようなアレンジプランがあればもっと嬉しかったかなと。（おきなわワールドまで行ったのですぐそばのガンガラーの谷も見たかった）
また次回沖縄に遊びに行った際にも参加できるような別ルートも期待しています。

Enjoyed our time on the hop on, hop off bus. The first loop we did was Asakusa course and got off and on the busses at different stops. We were able to see some major sights and the time in between the bus returns was reasonable with about an hour time frame. We then did the Odaiba Course and only got off at a one stop since the time frame was over an hour for the next bus and it was getting late. We enjoyed having the transportation around Tokyo since it was our first time there and it helped us determine what sites we would like to return to the next few days using the subways. I would highly recommend this tour for first time guests in Tokyo.

On July 17th (during the Gion Matsuri), I went to Kyoto on a day trip bus tour.
First, we visited Fushimi Inari Taisha to see the thousands of red torii gates. Walking through the rows of red gates was quite enchanting!
Next, we headed to Kiyomizu-dera. After getting off the bus, we had to walk a bit, but the streets along the way were lined with souvenir shops, adding to the atmosphere.
The "stage of Kiyomizu" and the three waterfalls were also impressive.
We were supposed to have lunch there, but the dining spots were crowded, and we ended up cutting it close to the bus departure time. I wish I had a little more time to leisurely browse the souvenirs…
At Kinkaku-ji, it was a one-way flow from the entrance, but I still had time to take some photos.
The bus was relatively new, and there were USB charging ports at each seat!
The driver and tour guide were friendly and often engaged with us. The guide provided information about the sightseeing spots even while we were on the bus.
It seemed there were many foreign guests, so the announcements were made in both Japanese and English.

始めに伏見稲荷大社の千本鳥居を見に行きました。
赤い鳥居が続く中を歩くのは なかなか幻想的でした！
次は清水寺です。
バスを降りてからも少し歩きますが、途中の通りもお土産やさんがズラッと並んでいて、雰囲気も楽しめます。
「清水の舞台」や三本の滝も見応えがありました。
お昼もここで食べるようになっていましたが、食事どころも混んでいて、バスまでの時間がギリギリになってしまいました。
もう少しゆっくりお土産を見る時間がほしかったかな…
金閣寺は入り口から一方通行で 人の流れに乗りながらの見学でしたが、写真なんかは撮る余裕はありました。
バスはわりと新しくて、充電のUSBが各席にありました！
運転手さんや添乗員さんも気さくで、よく声をかけてくれました。
添乗員さんと言うよりはガイドさん並みに、観光先を車内でも案内してくれていました。
外国のお客さまも多いようで、日本語と英語の両方での案内がありました。
日帰りのバスツアーは初めてでしたが、とても満足できる内容で、また他の観光地へもバスツアーで行ってみたくなりました。

Before arriving at each sightseeing spot, they provided us with local maps and recommended popular souvenirs and dining options. Thanks to all of this, I was able to fully enjoy a fun Kyoto tour! There were many overseas guests, and the tour guide alternated between Japanese and English, which was also a great learning experience. I participated on June 28. I've been to Okinawa dozens of times, so I didn't think I needed a sightseeing bus at this point, but I found that this tour was cheaper than taking the local bus to and from the airport when I planned to stop by New Higa Beach on my return day. The price of 1,400 yen is astonishing.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but veteran Okinawa beauty bus guide Ito-san was wonderful. Right after departure, they started collecting the fare, and once that was done, they immediately began sharing various stories. The content was truly impressive, as expected from a veteran. I won't spoil the fun by writing too much here, so please do join the tour. I realized that some things I thought I knew were actually wrong, which was an eye-opener. Thank you for a fun half day!

6月28日に参加しました。沖縄には何十回も行っているのでいまさら観光バスでもないのですが、帰る日に新原ビーチに寄って行こうと思ったら路線バスで往復して空港へ行くよりもこのツアーの方が安いのです。1,400円という料金は驚異的ですね。
実は期待していなかったのですが、ベテラン沖縄美人バスがイトさんが素晴らしいです。発車後すぐに料金の徴収から始まって、それが終わるとすぐにあれこれと話してくれます。その内容がさすがはベテランなのです。ここで書いてしまっては楽しみが半減するのでぜひツアーに参加してください。知ってるつもりだったことが間違えて覚えていたりして目からウロコです。楽しい半日をありがとうございました。

It was great to be able to visit the main tourist spots in Shodoshima in just one day. The guide was very friendly, and I had a lot of fun. Although we didn't go to Angel Road, which is the number one attraction in Shodoshima, you can easily visit it by getting dropped off at the Shodoshima International Hotel on the way back to the departure point (Tonosho Port). From the Shodoshima International Hotel, you can take a local bus (though they run infrequently) back to Tonosho Port. Shodoshima is a wonderful island with plenty to see.

Since it was my first time in Okinawa, I was unsure about where to go and how to get there. Although there are time constraints at tourist spots, this covers the northern and central parts of Okinawa. I do hope to take my time on my next visit, but for now, it was an introductory budget tour. The bus guide was cheerful and entertained not only Japanese travelers but also foreign tourists throughout the day.

It was exhilarating to see the Osaka City Hall, the Bank of Japan Osaka Branch, numerous corporate buildings along Midosuji, famous brand stores, the electronics district, and streets lined with temples, all in one go, including Dotonbori and Shinsekai with the Tsutenkaku Tower. The route back to Osaka Station, with a view of Abeno Harukas, was also impressive. The veteran guide's explanations were precise, which helped me understand the rapidly passing scenery well. I thought it was a great initiative by Kintetsu Bus. The food in Osaka was delicious, and I was satisfied, but I also felt revitalized by the city's vibrancy. I hope to create another opportunity to visit. The bus stop was located at the express bus terminal at the north exit of JR Osaka Station, which was a bit anxiety-inducing for first-time visitors to find. The underground shopping area was indeed vast, filled with many stores, and crowded with pedestrians, making it difficult to navigate. After stopping multiple times to think and not being able to figure it out, I finally found an information center where I received clear directions, which I felt was a wonderful hospitality experience.

を過ぎ道頓堀や通天閣のある新世界など一気に見て行けるのは痛快であった。あべのハルカスを望み高速に乗って大阪駅に帰るルートの見応えがあった。ベテランガイドさんの説明も的確で次ぎ次ぎと過ぎゆく景色をよく理解できたのも良かった。近鉄バスの良い企画だと思った。大阪は食べ物も美味しくて満足したが、街の活気にもまた元気をもらった。また機会を作って来たいものである。このバスの乗り場がJR大阪駅北口の高速バスターミナルとなっていたが初めて来た者には探すのに不安であった、駅地下街は実に広く多くの店が立ち並び、通行人も多くごった返す混雑の中、方向もわかり難くなんども立ち止まって考え考えてもわからず、やっと案内所を見つけてわかりやすく教えてもらうことができ、これは素晴らしいおもてなしだなーと感じました。
猛暑の中の屋根なしバスツアーで大変ではありましたが、足元から冷気の噴射、上からミストの噴射、冷えピタの無料配布、UVカットの団扇の備え付けなどの気配りも嬉しかった。

乗り場の大阪駅JR高速バスターミナルにたどり着くのに初めは不安もあったが駅地下街の案内所で親切にわかりやすく説明していただいたのも有り難かった。たくさんの親切なおもてなしに出会った旅でもあった。大阪城と大阪歴史博物館は早速訪ねた。どちらも外国人を含む多くの人でごった返していたが、良い雰囲気で見学ができ視野も広くなったのを感じます。このバスには、ミストの噴射や足元からの冷気の噴射、UVカットの団扇の備え付けなど暑さ対策が考えられ、冷えピタの無料配布もあってありがたかった。もう一度大阪を訪ねあちらこちらと有名な盛り場を訪ねてみたい。とにかく大満足で帰京の途についた。ありがとうございました。

However, on this day, I was unfortunate enough to sit at the very front of the glass-bottom boat, and I ended up soaking wet from the rain coming in through the gaps in the roof. We were crammed together and unable to move, and although I used an umbrella, my pants got completely drenched.

My spirits were quite low, but I was grateful that the bus guide allowed me to change at the staff break room. It might be understandable that the guide doesn't ride the glass-bottom boat, but I was disappointed that there was no support at all during the ride, and I wish there had been a bit more consideration.

ただ、この日は運悪く大雨のうえに風が強く、グラスボートの一番前に座った私は、屋根の隙間から入ってくる雨でびしょびしょになってしまいました。ぎゅうぎゅうにつめて座らせられて身動きできず、傘はさしましたが、ズボンがびしょびしょになってしまいました。
すっかりテンションが下がってしまいましたが、バスガイドさんが、スタッフ用の休憩所で着替えさせてくださったので、ありがたかったです。
ガイドさんはグラスボートには乗らないので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、グラスボートの中では全くフォローがなかったので、もう少し配慮があってもいいのに…と残念に思いました。
