After contacting them, we were picked up at the hotel. Two elderly couples and two boys, aged 5 and 9, boarded the boat and arrived in about 10 minutes. A glass-bottom boat was waiting for us, and we enjoyed a leisurely ride on a water buffalo while admiring the beautiful coral. Since we had free time, we rented bicycles and enjoyed a pleasant cycling experience while searching for star sand in the coral sea. We then took the boat back and were dropped off at the hotel. It was an excellent tour.

連絡の上にホテル迄の迎え、荷物もなしに身軽に年配の2組の夫婦に5才と9才の男の子が船に乗って、10分位で到着。すぐにグラスボートが待っていて素晴らしいサンゴを見てゆっくりと水牛に乗っての散歩、時間が自由なので自転車を借りてサンゴの海でゆっくり星の砂を探し気持ちの良いサイクリングを楽しみ又船に乗り、ホテル迄送って貰いました。申し分ないツァーでした。

Visit to the butterfly park was surprisingly wonderful but just about 15 minutes self tour would be really a deadly rush. Sufficient time to fool around the Churaumi Aquarium after the light lunch. Thumbs up ! Pineapple park tour was related products hard sell yet a good try. The last stop was merely a stop. After all, visit to the Churaumi Aquarium alone worth the value of the whole tour.

I went on this tour a couple days ago. The pick up location was somewhat easy to find after I went to the tourist information center, but they could use a small map or some pictures of exactly where to meet. The bus was new and in good condition. The seats are a bit small especially for tall people. The audio device was helpful but two third of the time it was playing classical music. They could use some upgrades or additions to the audio device files for it to be more informative. The tour guide seemed to be saying a lot more in Japanese than the audio guide was delivering. The audio guide itself was a sony walkman/ipod looking thing. It was also new and in good condition they also supply a pair of headphones, but I would bring my own if possible. All in all it was a good experience and worth the money.

It was raining a lot the entire time we were on the tour. At the Imperial Palace, there was no time to roam around because we were following the guide and the group took many pictures under the rain. At Asakusa, we were allowed to roam around on our own and strolled along the shops at our own pace. However, we had to wait for everyone at the tour to get back on the bus. Some people choose this to be their last stop and we lost time due to miscommunication. We ended up with less than 10 minutes to spend at the outer fish market.

The main highlights of this tour is the bus ride with the audio commentary and the buffet lunch. The lunch location overlooks the bridge and statue of liberty - spectacular view. There is not enough time to explore the stops provided in the tour. It is best to choose an area to explore and have the bus drop you off as your last stop. We chose Shibuya as our last stop and walked back to Shinjuku.

Other Tips:
1. This tour is good for people arriving on the first day and dont want to explore too much.
2. If you want to eat Japanese food, i would suggest not selecting the lunch. We were full from the American lunch and did not have room to eat dinner!
3. If you like to explore and walk at your own pace (whether fast or slow), then you should not select this tour.

I had Mount Fuji on my bucket list and it was simply breathtaking. I was very lucky as the weather was just right to have a spectacular view from Lake Kawaguchi. We made it to the fourth station on Mount Fuji but the clouds had rolled in by then. If I had to make one recommendation to the tour, I would ask for more time at Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi and less time at the Ninja village. (That was a little weak)

On April 11, I participated in a monitor ride on a two-story open-deck bus. I had been looking forward to it since I saw it on the news. We rode the bus and toured Osaka from the high seats. I discovered a mix of old and new Osaka, including historic temples in the temple district and the modern Abeno Harukas. There were many places I wanted to revisit later. The guide provided clear explanations at various spots during the ride, which was very helpful.

Inside the bus, there was a diverse mix of travelers, including families from Spain, couples, and groups of friends. Unfortunately, the temperature was low that day, and we had to wrap ourselves in the blankets we borrowed while shivering through the tour, but it turned out to be a fun and satisfying day. After getting off the bus, I immediately walked towards the Daido Life Building, which became famous from a morning drama I saw from the bus. I signed up because I could get to the airport at just the right time. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I had a great time.

If the weather had been nice, it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, it was cloudy. Even so, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at a restaurant with an outstanding view.

The guide's sanshin and yunta made me feel like I was in Ishigaki, and I appreciated the detailed explanations.

The temperature had turned from the previous day's chill to a warm and refreshing tour day. I participated with my daughter on a cute red bus. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were only two groups, so I felt a bit sorry for Kintetsu, but it was more comfortable as it felt like a private tour. I have lived in Osaka for about 25 years, so I was familiar with the routes around Umeda and Namba, but the view from the open-roof bus revealed sights I had never seen before, and I was immediately moved after we set off. I was excited to see the buildings around Umeda Station from a high vantage point, exclaiming, "Wow!"

Even though I thought, "I always pass through here," the scenery was different from a higher perspective. As we entered Midosuji, the ginkgo trees lined the street. Instead of looking up at the trunks, I noticed the green leaves of the ginkgo. The traffic lights and signposts seemed within reach! It was so much fun! The guide shared many things I didn’t know, even after living in Osaka for years, and I discovered, "Wow! I didn’t know this was here!"

Eventually, we looked up at Abeno Harukas from close by and returned to our starting point in Umeda. I joined the tour thinking it would feel nice to ride a bus from such a high place, but it exceeded my expectations!

ここいつも通ってるなぁ、と思いながらも目に入る景色は
高い視線からでいつもと違う～
御堂筋に入ると銀杏並木。見上げなくても目に入るのは幹
ではなく銀杏の緑の葉。信号機や案内標識は手を伸ばせば届きそうな所に！も〜！も～！楽しい〜ガイドさんの案内は長年大阪に住んでいても知らない事をたくさん教えて貰えて｢え！こんな所にこんなのがあったんだー！｣と発見出来る事も
やがてあべのハルカスを近くで見上げて出発地点の梅田に戻ります。
あんな高い所に座って走るバスは気持ち良いだろうな～というキッカケで参加しましたが期待以上のツアーでした！

Although I was a week late for the cherry blossom season, it might have actually been a good thing, as there were no crowds and I could easily get around everywhere.

First, I visited Fushimi Inari. Since it was my first stop and due to the location, it was impossible to see everything within the time limit.

The second place I went to was Kiyomizu-dera. The distribution of time was fine here, and the location was good, which made it enjoyable.

I highly recommend visiting Kinkaku-ji as my third stop. The scenery is wonderful.

It was my first visit since my student days, and experiencing Kyoto again with the passing years felt different and truly lovely.

Although I was traveling alone, most of the other guests were foreigners, and the tour guide was very kind, which was great. There were no issues traveling alone. However, it would be wise to check the meeting place in advance.

Also, today I'm heading to Guam, and I'm participating in another tour with Bell Tours. The monitor tour is very reasonable and definitely worth using.

I'm sure there will be plenty of enjoyable experiences.

桜の時期には一週間遅れたけれど、
それが逆に良かったのか、激込みというところがなく、どこもスイスイ行けました。

まずは伏見稲荷は一番最初に行きましたが、ここは最初だということもあり、場所てきな問題もあり全てを回ることは、時間内には無理でした。

２番目に行ったのは、清水寺。
ここは、問題ない配分でしたし、ロケーションはよいし良かったですね。

３番目の金閣寺は是非行ってみてほしいです。

景観が素晴らしいですよ。

学生以来の再行きでしたが、年を重ねての京都はまた、違った趣が感じられ、ほんとに素敵。


一人旅ではありましたが
ほぼ、他のお客様は外人さんでしたが、添乗員さんがとても親切で、良かったです。
一人旅でもなにも問題はありません。
ただ集合場所だけは下見をしておいた方が賢明。


また、今日にはグアムに行くので、
またベルとらさんのツアーに参加しています。
モニタツアーもあり、とてもリ－ズナブルで
利用価値ありです。

My wife and i joined this tour and we were absolutely delighted with our decision. This bus tour took us around osakas main tourist attractions including tennoji, umeda, namba, nipponbashi and Dotombori. The weather was nice and the feeling of the breeze from the roof open deck was amazing. We were greeted with a nice lady who accepted our veltra voucher and lead us up to the rooftop reserved seats. She then gave us an ipod recorder to use as english translation. We learnt many things about the city and its history. The bus was in excellent condition as new and the whole journey took about an hour and a half. We would definitely come again!

The weather was pleasantly warm for April, and there were a total of 17 people on the tour. Throughout the trip, I was comforted by the attentiveness of our guide, Touma. The driver, Chinen, was also very friendly, which contributed to the great atmosphere of the tour. The first stop was Kouri Island, a beach where nature still remains. Although the beach season hadn't started yet, we were able to get close to the sandy shore and feel the waters of Okinawa.

This was a return visit to the Churaumi Aquarium, but on the way, I was able to see the emerald green sea shining from the car window and take photos, which left me in awe of its beauty. The photo is of our guide in front of the entrance to the Churaumi Aquarium, and he had a very cheerful expression. Inside the vehicle, he played the sanshin and sang famous Okinawan songs (like "Asada" and "Nada Sousou"), and he shared stories about Okinawa while mimicking his grandmother's voice, providing excellent service and being a wonderful person.

I have experienced various guides and tour conductors both domestically and internationally, but those who have a genuine desire to host their guests leave a lasting impression and make the travel memories even more profound. One disappointment was that our stay at Ryukyu Village was short, and we could only see one event (a 10-minute Ryukyu dance). It would have been better if the time allocation allowed us to see at least two events. On the way back, we were able to make a stop at Makishi Park, which was not listed in the itinerary, so that was a nice bonus. I would love to participate in another tour with such wonderful staff. お天気は４月にしては暑いくらいの好天、総勢17名のツアーでした。終始ガイド・とうまさんの気配りに癒されました。ドライバーさん(知念さん)も愛想の良い方で、ツアーの雰囲気が良かったです。最初に訪れた古宇利島は未だ自然が残る海水浴場で、海開きはしていませんでしたが、砂浜まで近づいて沖縄の海を感じることができました。美ら海水族館は再訪になりますが、道中エメラルドグリーンに輝く海を車窓から見る&写真を撮ることができ、その美しさに感動しました。写真はガイドさんで美ら海水族館の入口前で記念撮影したものですが、とてもにこやかな表情で、車内では三線を引きながら沖縄の名曲(童歌・あさだ・涙そうそう等)を歌ってくれたり、出身地のおばあの声を真似して沖縄の話をしてくれたり、サービス満点で素敵な方でした。国内外でいろいろなガイドさん・添乗員さんの接客を経験していますが、やはりお客様をもてなす気持ちがある方は印象に残り、旅の思い出をより一層感慨深いものにしてくれると思います。残念だったのは、琉球村の滞在時間が短くて、イベントが一つ(琉球舞踊10分)しか見られなかったこと。せめて二つ位イベントが見られるように時間配分をしてくれるともっと良かったと思います。帰路、日程表に記載がない宿泊先近くの牧志公園でも途中下車できたので、それも助かりました。またこういう素敵な乗務員のツアーに参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The time allocation was just right, allowing us to visit various places, and I was very satisfied with the cost of the bus tour! We spent 20 minutes on Kouri Island, which was enjoyable enough to play on the beach in April. We also had plenty of time to leisurely explore the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium! For lunch, I thought we might not have much time, but I was able to enjoy delicious taco rice while watching the fish at the aquarium! The subsequent visit to the Okashi Goten was great, with lots of snacks available, and we had 30 minutes to enjoy some tastings. Personally, I found the final stop at Ryukyu Mura to be very fun! We could see various types of traditional houses, there were cows and goats, and we could take pictures with them. The area was filled with greenery, flowers, and butterflies, making it very rich in experiences. There were also activities like painting shisa, weaving, and trying out the sanshin, which were all incredibly fun and highly recommended! The guide for this bus tour, Ms. Higa, was charming and taught us folk songs and dances, as well as performed kamishibai, so we were never bored during the travel time! I would love to participate again. Thank you!

古宇利島は20分でしたが、4月なので足を付けて浜で遊ぶ程度には楽しかったです。美ら海水族館も自由にゆっくり回れました！お昼ごはんも、あまり時間がないのかと思ってましたが、水族館で魚を見ながらおいしいタコライスを食べることができました！その後の御菓子御殿は、たくさんのお菓子があり、30分なので試食も楽しめました。個人的には最後の琉球村が、とても楽しかったです！昔の色んな種類の民家を見ることが出来たり、牛やヤギがいて、一緒に写真を撮れたり、緑や花や蝶もたくさんでとにかく盛りだくさんでした。シーサーに色を塗ったり、機織りものをしたり、三線を体験できるコーナーなどもあり、すごく楽しかったしおすすめです！
今回のバスツアーのガイドの比嘉さんも可愛らしく、民謡や、踊りを教えてくれたり、紙芝居をしてくださったり、盛りだくさんなので、移動時間もまったく飽きることがなかったです！

On the much-anticipated day, being unfamiliar with the area, we left the hotel early and arrived at the meeting place an hour ahead of time. I felt relieved that we could arrive early rather than wandering around and getting lost in an unfamiliar place. The bus departed as scheduled at 10:30 AM on the "Namba Route." We had the front seats, and the view from the double-decker bus was magnificent, with the refreshing morning breeze flowing through the bus.

Since it was my grandson's first time in Osaka, he was very excited, looking to the right and left as the guide explained things, his eyes sparkling with excitement. Since we usually live separately, it felt like a long time since I had seen him so happy and enjoying himself, and I was truly glad we came together.

Along the way, I couldn't help but take a picture of the cherry blossoms, which were about 30-40% in bloom. After departing from Umeda and passing through Midosuji, the 60-minute "Namba Route" tour ended in no time while we were excitedly sightseeing in Osaka. 今まで　日帰りツアーには　二人でよく参加していたのですが　今回は交通の手配から　ホテル　日程など　全て孫と二人で話し合い　お互いの希望を入れつつ　私の体調も考えた上で　スケジュールを組みました。そして今回のメインイベントは　何と言っても　二日目に予定していた　オープンデッキバスによる　大阪市内観光です。乗り物の大好きな孫は　大喜びで　とても楽しみにしていました。そして　待ちに待った当日、地理に疎い私たちは　早めにホテルを出て　一時間も前に　集合場所に着いてしまいました。慣れない土地でうろうろと迷子になるよりは　早めに着くことが出来　ほっと一安心でした。
バスは予定通り10時30分　「なんばルート」が　出発しました。座席は一番前の席で　2階建てバスからの眺めは　とても雄大で　朝のすがすがしい風が　バスの中を通りぬけて行きました。
大阪が初めての孫は　ガイドさんの説明に　右を見たり左側を見上げたりと　とても興奮して　目が輝いていました。普段は別々に暮らしていますので　このように　楽しそうに、嬉しそうな顔を見るのは　久々だった様な気がして　一緒に来て良かったと心の底から　嬉しく成りました。
途中3から4分咲きの　桜の花に　思わずシャッターを押してしまいました。
梅田を出発し　御堂筋を通り　大阪市内を興奮しながら観光している間に　６０分の「なんばルート」は　あっという間に終わってしまいました。
孫はもう少しバスに乗っていたかった様ですが　それでも大喜びで　満足そうでした。

The view from the double-decker bus was amazing. It was very good to efficiently see the necessary places along the southern route in Osaka and hear various explanations that accompanied it. Next time, I would like to go to the northern route.

There's lots to see and do in this Tokyo tour. My favorite was checking out the Japanese tea garden and having tea. Also riding on the boat to see the bay. It was a good day. Definitely recommend for people who want to see Tokyo but are pressed with time.

I used this service on my last day in Okinawa. Although it was a short time, the guide (not a tour conductor) provided a thorough tour of the southern attractions. It was an efficient way to explore, and in the end, they even took us to the airport, making it a really great deal for the price. If I had to mention something, it's that if you spend too long in the caves at Okinawa World, you won't have enough time to leisurely explore the various experience zones and shops afterward, so be careful about that. Also, the roads around the airport can get congested, so I think it's wise to allow some extra time for your return flight.

沖縄最終日に利用しました。短時間ではありますが、南部の観光地をガイドさん（添乗員さんではなく）が丁寧なガイドをしてくださいました。効率よく回れてしかも、最終的には空港まで届けてくれるので、本当にこの値段？というくらいお得なツアーでした。しいて言えば、沖縄ワールドであまり鍾乳洞に長くいると、その後の様々な体験ゾーンやお店をゆっくり回ることができないので気を付けたほうが良いです。また、空港周辺は道が渋滞することもあるので帰路のフライト時刻には余裕をもたせておいたほうが安心だと思います。

Okinawa Day Tour to Churaumi Aquarium, Cape Manzamo, and Nago Pineapple Park

The tour was a bit of a rush.

For the butterflies, we had to eat our Okinawa Soba very fast to get some time to enjoy them. No guide or signs to guide you, it was hard to know where to go.
The Aquarium was really nice, there was enough time to enjoy it.

The Pineapple Park visit was really disappointing : we had a 5 minutes tour in Japanese to end up in the park's shop. We saw basically nothing of the park, the point here was to buy stuff.

The Ryukyu Mura was a bit more interesting, but the point here was also to buy things (Okinawa Glass).

The tour is really made and thought for Japanese tourists, a pamphlet in English explaining in detail the program would have been nice and helpful, as well as a guide who could speak a bit of English.

This tour is useful to go to the Aquarium, but aside from that, not interesting at all for non-Japanese speaking tourists.

I was taken far away for a reasonable price. I was the only one who got off at the seaside café, but I’m glad I did. It was a lovely place. The bus guide was also kind and helpful.

I participated in this tour in early March. Even though it was in the Okinawa region, it still felt a bit chilly. It was great to take a small sightseeing boat to Iriomote Island and see the lush mangroves up close. We crossed to the charming and strong water buffalo cart named Shota to Yubu Island, which took about 10 minutes, and the buffalo driver sang Okinawan folk songs while playing the sanshin. On Taketomi Island, which can be circled in less than an hour by bicycle, I enjoyed cycling to Hoshizuna Beach and watching the free-roaming cows and goats. It's a simple island without any convenience stores, but that extraordinary aspect is nice. I stayed overnight on Taketomi Island, so I was able to relax. The locals mentioned that there are more tourists than residents. The tour price is a bit high, though.

３月初旬にこのツアーに参加した。沖縄地方とはいえ、まだ肌寒い感じだった。西表島へ小型遊覧船で行き、うっそうとしたマングローブを間近に見れたのはよかった。遠浅の由布島へは可愛く力強いショウタという水牛車で渡り、乗車時間は１０分程だが、牛使いのおじさんが三線を鳴らしながら沖縄民謡を歌ってくれた。自転車で一周しても一時間もかからない竹富島では、サイクリングをして星砂浜へ行ったり、牛やヤギの放し飼いを見たり楽しんだ。コンビニもない素朴な島だが、その非日常的な所がいいだろう。竹富島で一泊したので、ゆっくりできた。住民より観光客の方が多いと島の人が話していた。少々、ツアーの値段が高いなあ。

To begin with let me highlight an important aspect of the day that may have caused our experience to be inferior. The weather on the day we took the tour was dull and raining at some of the spots

The tour is ideal for people who want to do a self-guided style tour covering most important sites of Tokyo. Since this was our first time we felt that with little guidance from the guide we were basically just strolling around and checking things ourselves

The tour started off with the Imperial Palace east garden. We just strolled past some part, took pics and we're back in the bus. Along the way we passed by some of the districts and the audio guide was helpful in understanding some aspects. But definitely nothing close to having a guide who will explain things. Next we got down at Sensoji shrine but without any guidance just pretty much strolled around. Would have liked to get some history and perspective on the structure.

The outer fish market was extremely boring - it's basically like any other market. Would have loved if the tour gave a peek into the inner market though which surely is more interesting ! Then was the Odaiba cruise which was average.

The best part of the tour was the lunch. It was an American diner with a wide spread of options from Italian to Chinese to a few Turkish dishes. Oh not to forget the traditional Japanese cuisine too.

The guide we felt was a bit inexpeienced but definitely did make our journey comfortable. She was also very accommodating and flexible

Wish this tour was as awesome as the Mt. Fuji one by the same tour company

Mt. Fuji Tour from Tokyo with Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai & Ninja Village

It was as awesome as it could get !

Let me start by saying a few words about our wonderful guides - Mario and Rick. They went out of their way to ensure that all the folks enjoyed the tour. They were patience and made sure to accommodate various needs of people. Moreover they also had excellent recommendations for things to do in Japan, places to eat etc.

Our first stop at the Lake was for 20 minutes or so - sufficient to take good pictures of Mt. Fuji against the lake's backdrop. As per Rick's reco we had the blueberry ice cream and it was fantastic !

Our next stop the 7 ponds was amazing too and we could grab a few souvenirs here. The clear water in the ponds and the beautiful fish within made it a worthy sight !

Next we stopped at Ninja Village for lunch. The lunch was set menu traditional Japanese lunch with ample chicken and fish options.Since it was set before we arrived it had got a bit cold. But I guess that saved some time and we could spare the remaining 30-35 mins hanging around the village.

The next and most awaited stop was the 4th station at Mt Fuji. Due to weather conditions we could not go up to the 5th station. The guides were very transparent in this regard and already briefed us earlier about it. Since it was snowing the views were completely blocked.

The final destination was the 4D tour at Fuji highlands. Going into it I was highly skeptical that it might be just one of those Star War 4D rides at Disney. But to our surprise it was much more than that. The 4D ride was thrilling and the views of My Fuji that we missed in reality we could see them here. All the four season views through animation were breathtaking !!

Overall we could not have asked for a better trip ! It was probably one of the most fun days in our Japan trip ! Thanks Japan Panoramic Tours for making it such an enjoyable and memorable experience for us
