I strongly recommend using Hop-On Hop-Off buses as it is really a great deal. We have seen several places in Tokyo beforehand. However, by using these special buses we have a general sense of view of the Tokyo. My suggestion to the tourists is to have a plan to use the 2 days trip. By paying a quite reasonable price than 1 day you are able to have a trip over the whole thee lines including Green, Purple and also Blue. Be aware the buses for all three routes are red and you should ask the staff which one is which otherwise you need to wait for at least 1 hour for the next bus. you should take the time table and try to choose the lines in a way that you are able to minimum the waiting time in between. On the first day you can sit on the bust and having a look around if there is any places you would like to stop by you should make a note for yourself including which line it is and what station it is then on the next day you can just stop on the favorite places you have chosen. As a last point you are better off getting off the Tokyo station as it is pretty close to the Mitsubishi station compare to the other stations. Hope you all enjoy the trip!

It was great to efficiently visit places that are hard to reach individually, all at a reasonable price, and to have a fulfilling day. If you take a lunch break, the time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium can feel a bit tight, but if you adjust your lunch time, you can see everything comfortably. The experience at Ryukyu Village was also nice. There was a service for brown sugar, making it a pleasant bus tour.

個人ではなかなか周れない場所を効率よく周れて、お得な値段で、充実した一日を過ごせてとても良かったです。昼食時間をとると、美ら海水族館での滞在時間が少しきつくなりますが、自分で昼食時間を調整すれば、充分見て周れます。琉球村の体験も良かったです。黒糖のサービスもあって、快適なバスツアーでした。

It was a very fulfilling tour where we could freely explore various attractions in the South! We did sightseeing in the morning, and they also provided transportation to the airport on the way back, which is great for the last day of the trip. However, I felt that it would have been nice to have a bit more time for the visit to Okinawa World, as the park is large and there are many things to see.

色々な南部の名所を自由に巡れて、とっても充実したツアーでした‼午前中に観光をして帰りは空港まで送迎もしてくれるので、旅行の最終日に良いですね。ただ、沖縄ワールドの見学には、もう少し時間をとってもらえたらいいなと感じました。(園内が広く見所も多いので)

I visited again. At Okinawa World, you can choose to see either the Eisa dance or the limestone caves. Last time I saw the Eisa, so this time I thought I would go for the caves, but I found it hard to give up the enjoyment of the Eisa. I will definitely visit the caves again. At the Himeyuri Monument, this time I went to the museum. The exhibits were so engaging that I lost track of time.

リピートしました。沖縄ワールドでは、エイサーか鍾乳洞か観たい方を選べます。前回はエイサーだったので今回鍾乳洞と思って行きましたが、エイサーの愉しさを捨てがたく。鍾乳洞はまたリピートして観に行きます。ひめゆりの塔では、今回は資料館に行きました。思わず時間を忘れるほどの展示内容でした。

Very helpful tour guide. We were able to enjoy the whole trip from beginning to end although we did not speak Japanese.

This was mostly a good experience. But there were some areas that needed improvement.

The audio was always "off." The announcements of the audio typically came after we had passed a location -- the audio was late or the driver was fast. In the beginning there was no info on the first 10 minutes of the trip at all. The ear plugs need to be up-graded. The style you have is very uncomfortable for some people, including me. Finally, the audio box for one of us (we were two travelers) was not working -- the volume could not go sufficiently high to hear.

There was an issue with whether the bus was stopping or not at the marked locations. For example, we would have wanted to get off at Asakusa to visit the market and the temple, but the bus did not stop there at all. The brochure indicated that the bus should have stopped there. But there was no announcement or offer to stop, and the bus did not stop. That was very disappointing to us.

We hope this info is useful and we appreciate the two-for-one offer in exchange for us providing this review. Please process the credit at your earliest convenience. Also, the ponchos were great and the woman at the Mitsubishi box office was super helpful.

Great 24 hour deal, routes are timed nicely so you can finish on, and join the next, good spread of sites and activities, staff very friendly and knowledgeable, buses in nice condition.

Good thing is that you get 24 hours from the time of your purchase / arrival to get your ticket, so if you show up at 2pm (like I did, because you had activities the night before that prevented an early start) then your 24 hours starts at 2pm and ends at 2pm the following day, nice idea :)

I would recommend the saving the bridge route until the evening (or just go through it again in the evening) as the lights on the bridges at night are awesome and well worth seeing!

Everything was arranged efficiently, and there was nothing to worry about. I didn't have high expectations for the glass boat (actually, I had been diving the day before), but I was impressed by the beautiful coral at the site. The water buffalo cart was unexpectedly enjoyable, and the relaxing time swaying was wonderful. I was also surprised by the intelligence of the water buffalo. For us, who had only a short time before our return flight, the bus tour was great as it took us to wonderful places in a short amount of time.

すべて手際よく手配されており、心配なことは何もありませんでした。グラスボートはあまり期待はしていなかったのですが（実はその前の日にダイビングしていたので）、サンゴが非常に美しいポイントで感動しました。水牛車も思いのほか楽しくのんびりとゆられる時間が素敵でした。また水牛の賢さにも驚きました。帰りの飛行機まで短時間しかなかった私たちにはバス観光も短時間で素晴らしい場所に連れて行っていただきよかったです。

I wanted to participate in the bus tour that allows the longest stay at the Churaumi Aquarium, so I signed up for this tour. The timing was perfect! I had a fantastic time at the aquarium! I received souvenirs at both Pineapple Park and the Glass Museum, which made me feel like I really got my money's worth.

The tour itself was definitely five stars in satisfaction, but I was particularly moved by the tour guide's thoughtfulness on the way back!

When I made the reservation, I requested to be dropped off at a station along the Yui Rail line after the tour, as I wanted to head to the airport on my last day in Okinawa. On the bus ride back, without me even asking, the guide kindly checked in with me, saying, "What time is your flight?" and "At this pace, I think you'll arrive around that time, so you should be fine."

Additionally, as the bus was moving, the guide came to my seat to inform me where we were and how many minutes we had left, providing us with a lot of information to ease our worries since we weren't familiar with the area.

Thanks to this, I made it to my flight without any stress, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable tour.

I am truly grateful to the tour guide from that time. I highly recommend this tour!

美ら海水族館に一番長く滞在するバスツアーに参加したかったので、こちらのツアーに申し込みました。
時間もバッチリ！大満喫した水族館でした！
パイナップルパーク、ガラス館でそれぞれお土産をいただき、とーっても得した気分でした。


ツアー自体、もちろん五つ星の満足度だったのですが、
最後の帰り道、添乗員さんのお気遣いに感動しました！

予約時に、沖縄最終日のためツアー終了後空港に向かいたいので、どこかゆいレール沿いの駅で降ろしていただきたいというわがままをお願いしていました。
帰路に着くのバスの中で、こちらから聞いていないのにご丁寧に「飛行機の時間は何時でしょうか？」「この調子だと、何時頃に着くはずなので大丈夫だと思いますよ」と安心させていただきました。
加えてバスが走るごとに「今どのへんなので、あと何分くらいです」とわざわざ席まで伝えに来てくださるなど、
土地勘のない私たちを安心させようと、たくさん情報をくださいました。

おかげさまで飛行機にはもちろん間に合い、
帰り道ハラハラ感も全くなく、
楽しい楽しいツアーとなりました。

あの時の添乗員さんには、本当に感謝しています。
本当にオススメのツアーです！

It was my daughter's first time in Tokyo as a sixth grader, so we decided to visit various well-known places that we had heard about! Although it was a bit hectic, we were able to cover all three courses in one full day, and we were very satisfied. As mentioned in the experiences, most of the guests were from abroad, which was nice as well. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the Asakusa station after taking the train from Skytree to Asakusa, but that's also a memorable experience! Thank you very much! (^^)!

小６の娘にとって、初めての東京だったので、広く浅～く聞いたことのあるいろんな場所に行って見よう！ということで利用させていただきました！
ちょっとバタバタはしましたが、丸１日、３コースすべてを回ることができて大満足です。
体験談にあったように、ほとんどが外国からのお客さんだったのですが、それもまたよし。
途中スカイツリー→浅草を電車で移動したため、浅草の停留所がなかなかわからず大変でしたが、それもまた思い出です！

The Taketomi Island tour was amazing!! The staff were kind! The content was fulfilling and I highly recommend it! My 90-year-old grandmother also enjoyed it. I would like to use it again.

This time, my parents went on a free trip to Okinawa. Since they are foreigners and the language barrier was an issue, they stayed in Naha City and decided to take a day tour. My parents were very happy; the underwater scenery they saw from the glass-bottom boat was beautiful, and the tour guide was kind enough to show them to the ticket booth, so they were very satisfied!

今回は両親が沖縄フリー旅行に行きました、外国人で言葉が通じないので、那覇市内の宿泊しましたから、こちらの日帰りツアーで廻ることにしました。両親はとっても嬉しかったです、グラスボートで見た海底はきれいし、添乗員のおねーさんも親切にチケット売り場まで案内してあげましたので、とっても満足でした！

During the mangrove cruising on Nakama River, we suddenly encountered a heavy rainstorm, but we enjoyed a real jungle cruise! Since our child is small, we chose the glass-bottom boat, which meant we only had 15 minutes for sightseeing on Taketomi Island, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else was really enjoyable!

My first trip to Ishigaki Island. I had heard rumors, but I was captivated by the beautiful emerald green color of Kabira Bay's sea. It was the best sea color I've ever seen in my life. The male guide's assistance was also great. It was the best trip ever.

初めての石垣島旅行。噂には聞いてましたが、カビラ湾のエメラルドグリーンの美しい海の色に魅了されました。今迄生きて来た中で最高の海の色でした。男性ガイドの方のアテンドも良かったです。最高の旅行でした。

I rode an open-top bus for the first time. It was refreshing and interesting to view the places I usually walk by from a higher perspective, almost like a tourist. It might be unavoidable since it's an earphone guide, but it was a bit disappointing that the explanation would abruptly cut off when the area changed. They were explaining things I surprisingly didn't know, so I was left wanting to hear more. I felt it was a great deal since I was able to conquer three routes in one day.

普段は歩いて通っているところを、高い目線で観光っぽく眺めるのが新鮮で面白かったです。
イヤホンガイドなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、説明の途中なのにエリアが変わるとブツッと切れてしまうのがちょっと残念でした…。意外と知らないことを説明してくれていたので、続きが気になってしまって。
一日で3ルート制覇できたのでとってもお得に感じました。

I purchased this for a friend who came from abroad because I couldn't guide them around Tokyo due to work on weekdays. They were very happy with it.

平日仕事があり東京を案内できないため、海外から来た友達のために購入しました、大変喜んでもらいました。

I chose this tour because the points I had were about to expire, and it was the same price as the number of points. My son was looking forward to it, and since we had a free day, I was determined to ride all three routes, but I ended up getting bored along the way. However, I think this season is particularly pleasant. It's fun to see the traffic lights and trains from a different perspective. The ability to get off at various stops and switch to other routes is also appealing.

I rode two routes on three buses. There was a female guide, but one person had very poor manners and behaved in a way that was quite unprofessional, which was very unpleasant. It seemed that the guide on the second floor could communicate with the driver via a built-in phone, and she would frequently scream and report things she saw or thought over the phone. The driver also received calls quite often. I wish they would stop during the drive. They might be friendly, but they should be more reserved while working. Moreover, she even gave nicknames to foreign guests and made jokes, which should not be said in front of us customers. Other guests were also looking at her with disapproval due to her inconsiderate behavior and loud voice, but she continued to talk loudly without caring, and the content of her conversation was not what one would expect from an adult. Unfortunately, we were seated very close to her, and it was truly unpleasant. My young son also looked surprised. The other two buses had female staff who were professional, but the impression was significantly tarnished because of that one person, which is disappointing. I remember her name and face well, so if you would like, I can provide that information. I hope this can be improved.

ポイントの有効期限がギリギリだったのでポイント数と同じ値段のこのツアーを選びました。
息子も楽しみにしていたし一日フリーだったので３ルートすべて乗ろうかと気合を入れていましたが、さすがに途中で飽きてしまいました。ただ、今の季節は特に気持ちがいいと思います。信号や電車の見える位置がいつもと違うのも楽しいです。途中下車をしたり他のルートに乗り換えたりできるのも魅力的です。
２ルート、３台のバスに乗りました。女性のガイドが一人付きますが、ひとりマナーも悪くとても仕事中だとは思えない態度で大変不快な思いをしました。２階のガイドの席と運転手とは備え付けの電話で話せるようになっているようで、なにかを見つけてはキャーキャー騒ぎ、見たことや思ったことを頻繁に電話で報告していました。また運転手からもかなりの頻度で電話がかかってきました。運転中なのにやめて欲しいです。仲がいいのかもしれませんが、仕事中は慎むべきです。しかも外国のお客さんに勝手にアダ名をつけ茶化すようなことまで言っていました。私たちお客に聞こえるように言うことではありません。他のお客さんもあまりに非常識な態度や大きな声に白い目を向けていましたが全く気にすることなく何度も大声でペチャクチャ話し（話し方もとても大人の会話とは思えないような内容でした）不運なことに私たちはその女性のすぐ近くの席だったので本当に嫌な思いをしました。小さな息子もびっくりした顔をしていました。ほか２台のバスの女性の方はきちんとしたプロの対応をしていましたが、その一人のせいで印象がかなり悪くなり残念でした。名前も顔もよく覚えているのでご連絡いただければお知らせ致します。ぜひ改善していただきたいです。

I participated in this tour during my first trip to Okinawa. It was a very satisfying tour that allowed us to explore efficiently. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we were informed about the dolphin show times and were able to see the show as well. The duration of the tour was just right, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing thoroughly. Thank you very much.

The tour guide was very professional and capable. Not only did she provide detailed explanations, but she could also sing, tell stories, and dance! The itinerary was well arranged, and the time management was excellent! The aquarium was beautiful, and the performances at the Ryukyu Village were also fantastic! I'm very glad I chose this tour!

It was very convenient for me as I can't drive, as it allowed for efficient movement. I was a bit anxious being alone, but I felt reassured as there were other solo participants as well. I also enjoyed lunch at a restaurant with a view of the sea. I would like to use this service again.

It was our first trip to Okinawa as a couple. The bus guide, Nerome, was the best guide I've ever had on any trip. He subtly introduced us to the strong family bonds in Okinawa, as well as the sadness and current issues the region has experienced. A highlight was the performance of the quick costume change for the sweet potato girl and the sign language for "Tears So So," which gave us many joyful memories. My wife waved goodbye with both hands at the end. We are grateful to our five-star guide. We would be happy to meet again.

夫婦での初めての沖縄旅行でした。根路銘バスガイドさん、今までに旅行した中で、一番のガイドさんです。沖縄の家族の絆の強さ、沖縄の経験した悲しみと現在の問題をさりげなくご紹介いただきました。秀逸は紅芋娘への衣装早変わりのパフォーマンス、「涙そうそう」の手話等、楽しい思い出をたくさん頂きました。家内はお別れの時、両手で手を振っていました。５つ星ガイドさんに感謝です。またお会いできればうれしいです。

The driver and guide were excellent, and the bus was fine (+5 points), but being taken to a souvenir shop along the way was frustrating (-2 points). Because of this, please be aware that the time spent at the aquarium will be shorter, and during peak season, there is a high chance that you won't have enough time for lunch. While waiting at the entrance of the restaurants and cafes inside the aquarium, time passes quickly.

運転手さん、ガイドさん、バスなど申し分ないのに（+5ｐ）、途中で、お土産店に連れてゆかれるのは閉口します（-2ｐ）。そのために、水族館の滞在時間が短くなり、繁盛期なら高い確率で、昼食は満足に取れなくなることを参加される方はご承知ください。中ら海水族館内の、レストランやカフェの入り口で、並んでいるうちにあっという間に、時間がすぎてしまいます。

I really wanted to explore by renting a bicycle, but since we had snorkeling plans in the afternoon and I was worried about the kids' stamina, we opted for a combination of bus and water buffalo cart! The kids were happy to collect star sand and see the water buffalo up close! It was close from Nitta Tourism to Nagomi Tower, so I wanted to climb it, but I gave up due to the long line... If I can visit again next time, I would love to take my time exploring by renting a bicycle.

ホントはレンタサイクルで回りたかったのですが、午後からシュノーケルの予定があって、子ども達の体力が心配だったので、バス＆水牛車の組み合わせにしました！
子ども達は星砂を拾えて、水牛さんも近くで見れて満足そうでした！
新田観光からなごみの塔まで近かったので、登りたかったんですが、すごい行列の為断念。。。
今度また訪問することが出来たら、レンタサイクルでゆっくり巡りたいです。

Saijō Gushikawa was a sacred place unlike any other, and I felt a very strong energy coming from Kudaka Island, which was visible across the sea. I also didn't have the courage to visit the Himeyuri Monument alone, but I was able to go with everyone on the tour, which allowed me to have a valuable experience. Additionally, at Niihara Beach, I rode on a glass-bottom boat and was able to see the coral reefs and various fish at the bottom of the sea. It included everything I had wanted to experience, and I am very satisfied.

斎場御嶽は他では体験できないような神聖な場所でしたが、海を越えて見えた久高島からも、とても強いパワーが送られてくるのを感じました。また、一人ではひめゆりの塔を訪れる勇気が持てなかったのですが、ツアーで皆さんと一緒に行くことができ、貴重な時間をもつことができました。また、新原ビーチでは、グラスボートに乗って、海の底のサンゴ礁やさまざまな魚たちを見ることができ、前から体験したかった内容が盛り込まれていて、大変満足しています。

Since we only had one day, we couldn't take our time, but we were able to experience the main attractions. Among them, the mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island and the water buffalo cart ride in Yubu Island were great. In Taketomi Island, we chose to rent bicycles. We explored the beach with star sand, Kondoi Beach, and the village. It's a small island, so it didn't take much time, and we returned to Ishigaki on the 5 PM ferry.

一日で廻るので、たっぷり、ゆっくりとはいきませんが主要なところは体験できました。中でも西表島のマングローブクルーズと由布島の水牛車が良かったです。竹富島ではレンタルサイクルをチョイス。星の砂のビーチやコンドイビーチ、集落を見てまわりました。小さい島なので、それ程時間もかからず、１７時の船で石垣へ帰りました。

I traveled to Okinawa for the first time this time. It was a girls' trip, and my friend who came with me had been there several times before. We were able to move around easily with the tour, and we were taken to spots that were full of the charm of Okinawa! Moreover, the price was reasonable. I was amazed by the beauty of the sea at Kouri Island...! I definitely want to come back to Okinawa with this tour again.

私は今回初めて沖縄に旅行しました。女子二人旅で、もうひとりの友達は何回か来たことがある子です。ツアーで気楽に移動もでき、さらに沖縄の魅力が凝縮されたスポットばかり連れていってもらいました！しかも、お値段もお手頃。古宇利島の海の綺麗さには圧巻されました………！またぜひこのツアーで沖縄に来たいと思っています。

It might be a bit of a hassle to research and go on my own. That's why this tour is cost-effective. The guide's explanations were thorough and helpful. I didn't go inside the Himeyuri Tower, but just being outside left me speechless. I'm glad I went.

In August 2015, a massive typhoon hit Ishigaki Island. The forecast indicated it would arrive over the weekend, so we originally planned our tour for Thursday. However, we received a call on Tuesday informing us that Wednesday's tour would definitely proceed, but Thursday was uncertain. We decided to move our plans up by a day and went on the tour.

To put it simply, this three-island tour was very efficient. The mangroves of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, and the star sand beach of Taketomi Island were all wonderful experiences. I’ve attached some photos. Each location made for great memories. If I had to mention something, since we had a 4-year-old with us, we chose the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island, but I thought that when our child is a bit older, cycling might be a nice option as well. Thank you for the great tour! I will definitely return to Ishigaki Island!

P.S. Thanks to the local people's wisdom in preparing for this record-breaking typhoon by holding back ship departures and securing outdoor potted plants, I felt that human damage was minimized.

2015年8月、石垣島に巨大な台風がやってきました。週末に来るぞ～という予報で、元々木曜日にこちらのツアーを予定しておりましたが、火曜日にお電話をいただき、水曜は確実に催行するが木曜はわからない、とのこと。一日早めていただき、行ってまいりました。
一言で言いますと、この3島めぐり、とても効率がいいですね。
西表島のマングローブ、由布島への水牛車、竹富島の星砂浜、写真をのせておきます。
どれもとてもよい記念になりました。あえて言えば、竹富島での選択は、うちは4歳児がいたので水牛車という選択でしたが、もう少し大きくなってからであれば、サイクリングなどもいいかな、と思いました。よいツアーを有難うございました。また石垣島、行きます！
p.s.観測史上最大となった今回の台風に備えて、船の出港を控えたり、屋外の植木鉢を倒して縛ったりしていた現地の皆さんの知恵のおかげで、人的被害は最小限に食い止められていたと感じました。合掌。

My first time in Ishigaki Island! I joined the tour thinking it would be a trip around the Yaeyama Islands, but due to poor timing, it seems the tour plan from the travel company was combined with this company's tour, resulting in us traveling with dozens of other tourists! Because of this, the ferry from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island was extremely crowded! There were no empty seats in sight! Since it was open seating, we boarded early and managed to sit together, but those who boarded later ended up sitting scattered throughout the boat! Furthermore, the mangrove cruise, which is one of the main attractions, was obviously fully booked! We anticipated this and went straight to the cruise boat without even stopping for a restroom break! As expected, it was also open seating, so we were able to sit together, but about one-third of the people couldn't sit together, and those who boarded last were completely scattered! It was disappointing to be on vacation and have no consideration for seating arrangements, sitting quietly for an hour on the cruise! To make matters worse, we were supposed to go all the way upstream to see a very large and surprising "tree," but due to low tide, there wasn't enough water, and the river wasn't deep enough for the cruise boat to reach the upper stream, so we had to turn back halfway! I was told that what we saw along the river was just a small thing.

Up until this point, it wasn't a pleasant experience, but the water buffalo cart ride to Yubu Island was very soothing and enjoyable, and the singing along to the sanshin during the ride was lively! Additionally, on Taketomi Island, we rented bicycles, and there were many sights to see, such as the star sand and the village. A casual stop at a shaved ice shop offered a fluffy texture I had never experienced before, which was fantastic! In the end, we returned to Ishigaki Island on the last ferry! (Probably) I think choosing to rent a bicycle is great because you can select your own ferry. Looking back, it turned out to be a good trip!

初めての石垣島！この日は八重山諸島めぐりと思い参加しましたが、タイミングが悪く、旅行会社のツアープランが、この会社のツアーに組み込まれているらしく、何十人ものツアー客と同行！このため、石垣島→西表島のフェリーは超満員！見た感じ空いている席はなし！自由席なので、早めに乗船した我々は並んで着席できましたが、後半に乗船した人達は前後などにバラバラに着席！さらにメインの１つともいえるマングローブクルーズも当然満席！我々はそうなるだろうとトイレも行かずにクルーズ船へ一直線！やはりこちらも自由席のため、我々は並んで座れましたが、３分の１の方達は並んで座れず、最後の方は完全にバラバラに座っていました！せっかく旅行に来たのに、何の配慮もなく、１時間のクルーズをおとなしく座っていました！さらにタイミング悪く、本来最上流まで行き、とても大きく驚くほどの「木」が見れるらしいのですが、この時干潮が大きいと表現するのでしょうか、水がなく、川の深さが足りずクルーズ船が最上流まで行けず、途中でUターン！写真はその川沿いにある小さい物と教えていただきました。
ここまでは気分のいいものではありませんでしたが、由布島への水牛車はとても癒されるいいものでした、移動中の三線に合わせる歌も盛り上がりました！さらに竹富島ではレンタル自転車でしたが、星の砂、集落などの見所は多く、何気に寄ったカキ氷屋さんは、今まで食べた事のないフアフア食感で最高でした！結局石垣島に帰ったのは最終便でした！（たぶん）レンタル自転車を選択すると、自分で船を選択できるのでいいと思います、終わってみればいい旅！でした。
