By taking the bus, you can efficiently visit the island's attractions, and since a veteran driver smoothly navigates the narrow roads that I would feel uneasy driving on myself, it was reassuring. I also enjoyed seeing many Japanese macaques and sika deer.

I thought it was a place I would probably never visit on my own, so I signed up for a tour of the Shakotan Peninsula and Otaru. It was a stormy day, but the gate that prohibits women was open, and I was able to reach the cape.

Since there are ups and downs, it's essential to wear comfortable shoes, but the path is well-maintained, so it was possible to make the round trip in about an hour without rushing.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, and it offered a chance to experience something out of the ordinary. Both the guide and the driver were very kind. This was my second time participating in a Veltra tour (the first was abroad), and I felt very secure joining this one.

おそらく自分では行く事のない場所だと思い、積丹半島、小樽のツアーを申し込みました。暴風でしたが女人禁制の門は開いており岬まで行く事ができました。
アップダウンがあるので歩きやすい靴で行くのは必須ですが、道も整えられているので往復1時間あれば、急がずとも可能でした。
景色はとても素晴らしく非日常を体験できます。ガイドさんも運転士さんもとても親切でした。ベルトラのツアーは2回目の参加(以前は国外)ですが、とても安心して参加できます。

It was fun and exciting, definitely worth the money.

The small microbus was full (12 people), but the driver efficiently took us to the sightseeing spots, allowing us to see a lot of beautiful scenery, which made me very satisfied. I received a discount coupon at the souvenir shop at the Silo Observation Deck, so when I bought souvenirs there, they were cheap, and I was able to get dried shellfish and octopus, which were delicious. I looked for them elsewhere but couldn't find them, so I thought I should have bought more. I had a great time and I'm glad I participated.

小さなマイクロバスで満席（12名）だったけど、運転手さんが効率よく観光地に連れて行ってくれたので、良い景色がたくさん見られて大満足でした。サイロ展望台のお土産屋さんで割引券をもらったのでそこでお土産を買ったら安いし、貝ひもやタコの干物が買えて美味しかったので他でも探したけど、売ってないので、もっと買えばよかったと思いました。とても楽しめました。参加してよかったです。

The weather was a mix of rain and sunshine, but I was able to see many yakuzaru (Japanese macaques) and yakushika (Japanese deer) on the Western Forest Road. At Inakahama, there were traces of sea turtle nesting, allowing me to experience the island's charm beyond just the Yakusugi (Japanese cedar).

雨が降ったりやんだりの天候でしたが、西部林道でヤクザルやヤクシカをたくさん見れたり、いなか浜ではウミガメの産卵跡があったり、屋久杉だけじゃない島の魅力に触れられました。

I participated in a local tour for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a mangrove cruise, explored Yubu Island by water buffalo cart, and had a free walk on Taketomi Island. Despite the many transfers, the guidance was excellent, and I had a fun day without getting lost. Thank you very much!

There was a rain forecast and some wind. During the water buffalo cart experience tour, it did rain, but the cart had a roof, and the rain was temporary, stopping quickly.

The guide shared stories about the water buffalo and Taketomi Island, and even played the sanshin while singing. If you take the afternoon ferry, there isn’t much time after the water buffalo cart experience, so a walk to the West Pier and back is just about right.

On the return bus from the Taketomi Island tourist center or the ferry to Ishigaki Island, there were likely some people from the morning ferry, so the morning ferry allows for a more leisurely sightseeing experience on Taketomi Island.

I actually wanted to book for the arrival day or the afternoon of the last day, but I couldn’t get a reservation. I also couldn’t book the morning ferries on the second and third days, so I reluctantly participated in the afternoon ferry on the second day when I could get a reservation.

On the second day, I woke up leisurely, enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the hotel, relaxed in the large public bath, and then went out to the city to see Euglena Mall before joining the tour.

As a result, the hotel buffet and large public bath seemed crowded early in the morning, but I was able to enjoy myself even after taking my time in the morning and sightseeing before joining the afternoon ferry.

I boarded the Super Dream bus from Dream Tourism between Ishigaki Island and Taketomi Island, and it seemed that we were the only participants for the afternoon ferry that day, allowing us the luxurious experience of having the 195-person capacity boat all to ourselves.

Although it was a plan without a tour guide, the staff at Dream Tourism explained everything to us and even put a sticky note on the map of Taketomi Island to ensure we wouldn’t get the bus time wrong.

After returning to Ishigaki Island, we were taken back to the hotel from the Dream Tourism meeting point, so we were able to enjoy the day even with the rain forecast.

雨予報で風もありました。水牛車体験ツアー中には雨も降りましたが、水牛車には屋根があり、雨も一時的ですぐに止みました。
ガイドのお姉さんから、水牛さんや竹富島のお話を聞いたり、三線を弾きながら歌ってもらえます。
午後発の便だと水牛車体験後はあまり時間がないので、西桟橋まで歩いて行って戻って来るくらいでちょうどいいくらいでした。
竹富島の観光センターからの帰りのバスや石垣島までの船では、恐らく午前便の方もいらっしゃったので、午前便の方が竹富島をゆっくり観光出来ます。
本当は到着日か最終日の午後に予約したかったのですが予約が取れず、また2日目と3日目の午前便も予約が取れず、仕方なく予約が取れた2日目の午後便で参加しました。
2日目の朝ゆっくり起きて、ホテルで朝食バイキングをのんびり食べて、大浴場でゆったりしてから、市街地に出てユーグレナモールを見た後、ツアーに参加しました。
結果的にホテルのバイキングや大浴場は早い時間は混雑している様子でしたが、朝のんびりして、ゆっくり観光してから午後便に参加してもそれなりに楽しめるものでした。
石垣島と竹富島間は、ドリーム観光のスーパードリーム号に乗船したのですが、その日の午後便参加者は私たち1組だけだったようで、195名定員の船内を2人で貸切にするという贅沢な体験も出来ました。
添乗員の同行しないプランでしたが、ドリーム観光の窓口のお姉さんから説明を聞いて、帰りのバス時間も間違えないように竹富島の地図に付箋を貼って下さいました。
石垣島に戻ってから、ドリーム観光前集合でホテルまで送ってもらえたので、1日雨予報の日でも充分に楽しむことが出来ました。

Since I didn't rent a car, I decided to sign up for this tour. Although I encountered traffic on the way back, I was glad that I didn't have to drive myself, which made it less tiring. The staff who accompanied us took photos, and the driver was very pleasant, which made the experience really enjoyable.

レンタカーを借りなかったので、こちらのツアーに申し込みさせてもらいました。帰り道は渋滞にあいましたが、自分で運転することを考えたら疲れずに済んで良かったです。同行したスタッフの方が写真を撮ってくれたり、運転手さんも感じのいい方で、とても良かったです。

I was very satisfied with the abundant course and delicious meals. Although it's separate from the tourist spots, one of the highlights for me was the bus driver. He was very pleasant, and his driving was careful, which made me feel safe during the ride. Since my job involves driving as well, I was particularly attentive to the driving quality.

I was a bit worried about the value for such a generous offering at this price. I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Hokkaido.

盛りだくさんのコースと美味しいお食事に大満足でした。観光地とは別ですが私の中でとても良かった事の1つにバスの運転手さん。とても感じが良くて運転も丁寧で安心して乗っていられました。私も仕事が運転業務なものでやっぱり運転はとても気になるところでした。
このお値段でこんなに盛り沢山で心配になるくらいでした。
また北海道へ行った際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

I participated alone, but I had a great time.

I was able to efficiently visit Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, and Kiyomizu-dera all in one day, which I think would be quite difficult to manage on my own. The bus rides allowed me to rest during the transfers, which was a big help physically.

Most of the participants were foreigners, and many were in groups, but everyone adhered to the schedule and showed good manners, making it a comfortable experience. The guide primarily spoke English but also provided thorough explanations in Japanese for the Japanese participants.

Additionally, since I was the only one participating alone, the female staff member was very attentive and kindly approached me, saying, "I was looking for you to take a photo," which made me very happy. She was very kind.

Traveling alone allows for easy sightseeing, so I now want to utilize bus tours for my future travels. I highly recommend it.

女ひとりで参加しましたが、とても楽しめました。

伏見稲荷、金閣寺、嵐山、清水寺を1日で効率よく回ることができ、個人ではなかなか難しい行程だと思います。移動中はバスで休めるので、体力的にもかなり助かりました。

参加者は外国の方が多く、複数人で参加されている方がほとんどでしたが、皆さん時間やマナーをしっかり守っていて、安心して参加できました。ガイドは英語メインですが、日本人向けに日本語でも丁寧に説明してくださいます。

また、ひとり参加が私だけだったからか、スタッフの女性の方がとても気にかけてくださり、「写真を撮るから探していました」と声をかけてくださったのが嬉しかったです。とても親切でした。

ひとり旅でも気軽にたくさん観光できるので、これからはバスツアーを活用して旅行してみたいと思いました。とてもおすすめです。

Although most of the time is spent traveling, I think it's a good tour because you can go to Takachiho and come back in one day. I thought there would be a lot of mountain walking, but it wasn't that intense. If you don't have any issues with your legs, I don't think you need to worry too much.

Regarding the guide, Emily was wonderful. Her explanations were clear, and she was very professional. Unfortunately, the guide in charge of Japanese and Korean, Y, was disappointing. She spoke in such a quiet voice that the three Japanese guests sitting right in front of her couldn't hear her. She didn't use a microphone either. However, the Korean guide was loud enough to be heard.

Including the parking, Y was the last to return to the bus at three out of the five stops we made. While she expected the guests to be punctual, it was surprising that she was late three times. Emily had to remind her on the third occasion, but it seemed to upset Y, and her guiding after that was far from professional. Additionally, it may be a minor point, but I believe there are still a number of Japanese people who find it rude to guide while wearing AirPods. They might be used as hearing aids, but if that's the case, it would be better if she mentioned it at the beginning.

While the guiding experience wasn't as great as others have described, I still think it was a tour that was enjoyable overall.

移動時間がほとんどではありますが、一日で高千穂まで行って帰って来られるので、良いツアーだと思います。ものすごく山歩きするのかと思っていましたが、そこまでではありませんでした。足に不安がなければ、そんなに心配しなくて良いと思います。

ガイドについて、エミリーさんは素晴らしかったです。説明もよく分かり、プロフェッショナルでした。残念なのは日本語と韓国語のガイド担当のYさんです。目の前に座ってるたった3人の日本人客にも聞こえないような小さな声でしか説明をしない。マイクも使わない。でも韓国語でのガイドは充分聞こえる音量。
パーキングも含め、立ち寄った5ヶ所のうち3ヶ所で、Ｙさんが一番最後にバスに戻ってきました。客側には時間厳守を求めているのに。流石に３回目はエミリーさんが注意してくれたのですが、それが不満だったようで、その後のガイドぶりもプロとは言い難いものでした。また、細かい話かも知れませんが、AirPodsを耳に装着したままガイドすることを失礼と感じる日本人はまだ一定数いると思います。補聴器として使われているのかも知れませんが、それなら最初に一言断られた方が良いと思います。

ガイドについては他の方の体験談のような素晴らしさはありませんでしたが、それを除けば充分楽しめるツアーだと思いました。

The sightseeing boat and water buffalo cart were both amazing experiences. The scenery was absolutely stunning, truly reminiscent of a tropical island. The transportation was efficient, taking us smoothly to Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands, which made the travel stress-free. The lunch buffet was delicious, featuring ingredients from Okinawa.

手際よく、西表・由布・竹富島へ送り届けてくれるので移動のストレスが無くて良い。

On the last day in Yakushima, I was unsure whether to rent a car until my evening flight, but I found this course that takes you to the places I wanted to visit and decided to join. The Western Forest Road is narrow, and when a car comes from the opposite direction, one of the vehicles has to back up and wait. Most of the oncoming cars were rental cars, and I felt that backing up to a place where we could wait on those narrow mountain roads was quite challenging. We took a bus to tour various famous spots, and we could see deer and monkeys well after getting off the bus. It was a half-day morning course, but I was very satisfied and enjoyed it thoroughly.

屋久島最終日、夕方のフライトまでレンタカーを借りようか迷いましたが、
自分の行きたい場所をまわってくれるこのコースをみつけ参加しました。
西部林道は道路幅が狭く、対向車がきた時は、
どちらかの車がバックして待機しないといけません。
対向車はレンタカーばかりで、
細い山道で待機できる場所までバックするのはかなり大変だと感じました。
バスに乗車して各名所を巡り、
バスから降りてシカやサルも十分に見ることができます。
午前の半日コースでしたが、十分満足して楽しめました。

The guidance from the experienced and honest guide was great. The time allocation for the places we visited was also good, allowing for efficient sightseeing. The only issue I would point out is the lack of preparation at the lunch venue, and the soba broth was very weak, which created a big gap compared to the other dishes that were quite salty, resulting in many inbound guests not showing much expression.

経験豊富、正直ベースのガイドさんの案内が良かった。訪問箇所の時間配分も良く効率的に観光できました。唯一課題を挙げれば、昼食会場の受入れ準備不足と、蕎麦の出汁がとても薄く、他の塩味の強い品々とのギャップが大きくて、多くのインバウンドの表情がなかった点です。

There were no numbers for the meeting place or signs for the tour, and when I asked two staff members who seemed to be in charge of the bus, they had a cold attitude. I called the company, but they said it was not in use, and I couldn't make the call, so I waited until just before departure, feeling very anxious. However, at the last minute, I received a call from the bus staff, and I was able to participate. The staff member on the bus was a Taiwanese man who mentioned that his mother is Japanese. He was very friendly, and even though we were the only foreigners, he kindly followed up with us in Japanese. It was so much fun that I forgot about the unpleasant experience before the tour. I'm glad we had such a wonderful staff member. I hope the company will focus on training their staff.

集合場所の番号や、ツアーの目印看板が無く、それらしいバスの係員に、2件質問しても、冷たい態度だった。会社に電話したけど、使われてないと、電話も出来ず、発車ギリギリ迄待って
すごく不安だった。でも、ギリギリで、バスの係員から電話が有り、参加出来ました。参加したバスの係員の方は、台湾の男性の方で、お母さんが日本人だとおっしゃってました。とてもフレンドリーで、私達以外外国人だったけど、とても丁寧に、日本語でフォローしてくださいました。ツアー前の嫌な体験忘れる位、楽しかったです。とても素敵な係員さんで良かったです。　会社も係員さんの教育をお願いしたいです。

I was able to see the scenery from the front row. However, it seems like it would be hot in the middle of summer. Only the front row has a roof, but the breeze was nice, so it was good.

This year's rainy season started early, and the forecast predicted rain ☂️, but while traveling by bus, it rained a bit, and by the time we arrived at our destination, it had stopped, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing without using an umbrella. The view of Kabira Bay was amazing.

I'm in the tour guide business in Hawaii, and I thought my tour guide Steven did a very good job. He spoke in English and in Chinese, which I thought was awesome! It was a very long day, but well worth it. I will use some of the actions that Steven did during my tour when I get back to work. Please tell Steven that I said thank you for a great day. The Mt. Fuji cake was delicious; get the hot drink in the can and use it to try to keep warm.

We had a wonderful time spending the entire day with Makoto. He is very knowledgeable, has a good attitude, and is a very respectful person! I am very happy I had Makoto as a tour guide! He always had a smile on his face, which set the tone from the very first moment we saw him!!!!!

I arrived in Sapporo in the morning and thought about where to go for half a day, so I decided to join a bus tour for easier transportation.

Due to the unfortunate rainy and cloudy forecast, there was only one other group besides us, which made me feel a bit sorry for the driver and guide, but they were very kind and accommodating, which was great.

At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, the lift was stopped due to strong winds, but the jump platform was still quite impressive from below.

It was cold at the Moerenuma Park as well, but I enjoyed seeing a herd of wild deer in the grass and taking photos with the statue of Clark.

It was nice to move comfortably while listening to the announcements and trivia through the earphone guide.

午前に札幌着、半日どこを回ろうか考えて、移動が楽なバスツアーに参加することにしました。
あいにくの雨くもり予報のせいか、参加はうちのほかに1組だけとなんだか運転手さんやガイドさんには申し訳なかったですが、親切かつ感じのよい対応でとても良かったです。
大倉山ジャンプ場では強風でリフトは止まっていましたが、ジャンプ台は下からでもかなり迫力ありました。
羊ケ丘も寒かったですが、野生の鹿の群れが草むらにいたり、クラーク像と写真を撮ったり楽しく過ごしました。
イヤホンガイドでアナウンスやウンチクを聞きながら快適に移動でき良かったです。

I waited for over 15 minutes. It was so slow that I had to call. They said it would take at least another 15 minutes. On that day, there were traffic regulations due to the festival, and there was a traffic jam.

I couldn't make it to my next appointment, so I used another mode of transportation. They should have known about the traffic regulations in advance. The guide on the bus was also disappointing. It was overpriced.

It might be great for solo travelers or those with plenty of time.

そしたら早くても後15分かかるという事でした。
当日、お祭りで交通規制があり、渋滞しているとの事。

次の予定に間に合わないので、別の交通手段を使いました。
交通規制は予め分かっているはず。
バスの中のガイドもイマイチで残念でした。

I was able to efficiently sightsee in just one day. I thought my stay in Otaru would be long, but it flew by with all the food sampling and souvenir shopping. The guide was also a very pleasant person, which was great.

The weather was unfortunate, but it was a fulfilling tour. There were only a few of us that day, which gave it a private feel. Thank you to the guide for your thoughtfulness. This was my first trip in May, and indeed, Okinawa is ideal before the rainy season. Next time, I will definitely plan a trip by April.

今回は初めての5月の旅行　やはり沖縄は梅雨入り前が理想的　次回は必ず4月までの旅行　計画たてます。

I think a bus tour that includes the attractions of Ishigaki Island, including Kabira Bay, is perfect for travelers who are unfamiliar with the island. Additionally, I used it on the last day, and it was possible to get off at Ishigaki Airport along the way, which allowed me to make full use of my time on the final day.

川平湾を含む石垣島の見所をバスツアーでまわれるので、島に不慣れな旅行者にはぴったりだと思います。
また、最終日に利用させていただき、途中石垣空港で下車も可能だったので、最終日の時間をフルに有効活用出来ました。

Just before my trip, the rainy season started, and I was worried about the continuous rain forecast for Okinawa. However, thanks to this bus tour, I had a very fulfilling day.

We visited the Churaumi Aquarium and a pineapple farm, and along the way, we bought souvenirs and enjoyed delicious food. Although we couldn't see the blue sky, the ocean in Okinawa was still clear and blue even in the rain, which was truly moving.

I was very happy to visit Emerald Beach again, a place I had wanted to return to since my last visit eight years ago. The guide's stories and songs were soothing, and the bus was very comfortable. On the way back, I listened to the song "Shimanchu nu Takara" sung by the guide.

I highly recommend this tour for those without a rental car. It was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day!

旅行直前に梅雨に入ってしまい、連日雨予報の沖縄、楽しめるか心配でしたが
こちらのバスツアーのおかげでとても充実した1日になりました。
美ら海水族館や、パイナップル園などはもちろん、途中途中でお土産を買ったり美味しいものを買って食べたり。青空は見えませんでしたが沖縄の海は雨でも透き通っていて青くて、感動しました。
8年前に訪れてまた行きたいなと思っていたエメラルドビーチにまた行けて私はとても嬉しかったです。ガイドさんのお話もお歌も癒されましたし居心地のいいバスでした。帰りの飛行機はガイドさんが歌われた島人の宝を聞いて帰りましたよ。
レンタカーの無い方はおすすめです。とても快適です。

The places I visited were all wonderful and without complaint, but I was disappointed with the inbound customers and the guide. Since they were inbound tourists, there were moments of irritation due to poor manners and differing values. I had acknowledged at the time of booking that it would be the same tour as the inbound group, but I regret not going with only Japanese people. That's my fault.

As for the guide, they were from overseas and trilingual. They had no issues with language and were a lovely person, but it seemed they lacked experience as a guide. Therefore, I think of them more as someone who assists rather than a full-fledged guide.

The content of the guiding was often disorganized, so I believe it would be better to decide in advance what to explain, memorize the script, and use a guiding method where they explain when they reach the relevant scene.

訪れた場所はどこも素敵で申し分なかったのですが、インバウンドのお客様とガイドさんにがっかりしました。
インバウンドなので、マナーの悪さや価値観の違いで、途中イラつくこともありました。申し込み時点でインバウンドと同じツアーになる事は書かれてあったので了承したのですが、やはり日本人だけで行動すればよかったと後悔しています、これは自分が悪いですね。
また、ガイドさんですが、海外出身でトライリンガルの方でした。言語も問題なく人柄も素敵な方だったのですが、どうもガイドの経験が浅いように見受けられました。なので、ガイドと言うよりも補助をしてくれる人程度のアテンドだと思います。
ガイドの内容がまとまりがないことが多かったので、あらかじめ何を解説するのか、セリフを決め、それを暗唱して、その場面に来たら説明するようなガイドの方法を取られたほうが良いかと思います。

This was my second time using the service, following two years ago, and I was fortunate with the weather. It was great to efficiently visit the highlights. I recommend it to those planning to explore unfamiliar remote islands.

2年前に続いて2回目の利用でしたが、天候にも恵まれ、見所を効率良くまわれて良かったです。不慣れな離島巡りを計画している方にお薦めです。

Since there were three of us, my husband and I plus one participant, we took a van instead of a bus, and our driver also served as our guide. While a bus guide's fluent explanations are great, having a tour where we could converse directly in the vehicle made for a very memorable experience. It was interesting to hear detailed information about points of interest and personal stories from our guide.

Perhaps because there were fewer participants, the time spent at each spot felt relatively flexible, which was also nice. We were able to take many wonderful photos, but for some reason, I couldn't upload them here… (I was able to post normally from my smartphone until last year).

One downside was that if you participate in a split tour, like in the afternoon on the first day and in the morning on the second day, it ends up being more expensive than a full-day course. It would have been reasonable to have a lower price for half-day tours since lunch is not included, but I wish they had at least set the total cost to be the same.

On the first day, we joined a tour from the airport to Yakusugi Land, and on the second day, we departed from our accommodation for this tour. After the tour ended, we walked to Mankitsu Shrine and then had lunch and shopping before heading from Miyanoura Port to Ibusuki Port.

Even with a short stay, we were able to sightsee very efficiently!

私達夫婦+お一人参加の方の3名でしたので、バスでなくワゴン車で、運転手さんがガイドも兼ねながら連れていって下さいました。
バスガイドさんによる流暢な説明も良いですが、車中で直接会話しながらのツアーは、大変思い出に残るものでした。こちらの興味のある点について詳しく教えて頂いたり、ご自身のことなど話して下さり面白かったです。
人数が少ないためか、各スポットでの滞在時間が比較的自由な感じなのも良かったです。
素晴らしい写真がたくさん撮れましたが、こちらになぜかアップロードできず…(昨年まではスマホから普通に投稿できたのですが)
残念だったのは、1日目に午後、2日目に午前のように分割して参加すると、1日通しのコースより割高になることです。半日ずつに分けると昼食が付かなくなる分、安くなってもいいくらいですが、せめて合計が同料金で設定してほしかったです。
私達は初日、空港からヤクスギランドに行くツアーに参加して宿まで、2日目は宿からこのツアーに出発し、解散後は徒歩で益救神社に行ったりランチや買い物をした後、宮之浦港から指宿港へ向かいました。
短い滞在でも大変効率的に観光できました！
