It was a very convenient and easy tour, allowing us to depart from the hotel without having to carry our luggage to the airport, making it possible to enjoy sightseeing—two birds with one stone. Okinawa World, especially the Gyokusendo Cave, was impressive and wonderful.

宿泊ホテル前から出発、空港送りで荷物を持って移動する事無く、観光が出来、一石二鳥で大変楽ちんで便利なツアーでした。おきなわワールド、特に玉泉洞が圧巻で良かったです。

Considering how much you can do, it's an incredible deal! We stopped by Mushroom Kingdom before lunch, and since we were there, we tried the premium mushroom soup! The lunch seemed a bit lacking for men, so if you can eat, it might be a good idea to have something beforehand. The course to fully enjoy nature was truly the best!

The bus guide shared various stories about Hokkaido, which was both educational and enjoyable. It was great to see the winter version of Asahiyama Zoo's animals. Since it was my second visit, I was able to read the exhibits that I couldn't read last time at a leisurely pace. There was also plenty of time, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. I was very satisfied to be able to eat delicious food at the rest area as well.

I thought that transportation such as buses and ferries would be guaranteed for everything, but after the last water buffalo tour, I found myself unable to catch the bus to the ferry terminal.

The information stated, "For your return, you can choose from the 15:10, 16:00, or 17:00 departures from Taketomi Port on-site. If you choose 16:00 or 17:00, you will have free time on Taketomi Island! Feel free to explore at your leisure." There were some people who couldn't board and had to walk to the ferry.

If walking is allowed, I would like them to ask what time bus we prefer and confirm the bus. It’s fine for younger people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the elderly.

I prefer to book local tours because I don't want to feel anxious while traveling.

He was very skilled at providing information on the bus, but his kindness, sincerity, and attentiveness in dealing with customers outside the bus were outstanding. We were the only Japanese couple among the guests, participating from Hokkaido. Most of the guests were Chinese, but they frequently incorporated Japanese and provided us with incredibly thoughtful service, which was very moving. The constant focus on putting customers first left a strong impression on us. It was a wonderful bus tour, and I would love to request Chinsan again someday. I don't think there are many wonderful guides like him. I've become a complete fan. Thank you! 😊

This January in Okinawa was very cold and windy, and I was worried when the ferry to Iriomote Island was canceled, but I was able to go on this tour. Since it was a two-island tour, I returned to the hotel in the afternoon without getting too tired, which was great. On Taketomi Island, I could explore at my own pace the next day without using a tour.

I recommend the tours from Veltra because they are cheaper than booking on-site. The lunch time was at 10:30 AM, but since we gathered early in the morning, I was able to eat. Those on the three-island tour must have been hungry (there are no shops on Taketomi Island), and the bento was cold, the tempura was hard, and I wished for something delicious as a main dish.

I had a good experience.

今年の1月の沖縄はとても寒くて風が強く、西表行きの船は欠航で心配しましたがこのツアーは行くことができました。
私は2島のツアーだったので午後にホテルに戻り疲れず良かったです。竹富島は次の日ツアーを利用せずマイペースでゆったりまわれます。

ベルトラさんのツアーは、現地で申し込むのよりお安くてお勧めです。
ランチの時間が 10時半でしたが、朝早くの集合でしたので食べれます。3島ツアーの方はお腹が空いたでしょう（竹富島にはお店がないので）、そして、お弁当は冷たくて天ぷらは硬くて、何か美味しいメインのおかずが欲しかった。

The bus tour in sub-zero temperatures was completely different from other seasons, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and food unique to the cold period. There were many foreigners, but as a local, I also had a great time. Both Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan are representative volcanoes of Hokkaido, and the winter scenery was breathtaking.

On December 29, 2024, I participated in a sightseeing tour of Shirakawa-go and Takayama. Starting from the urban landscape of Nagoya, the scenery transformed into lush green mountains, brown coniferous forests, and a snow-covered silver world, which was truly breathtaking. I was particularly moved every time we passed through a tunnel, as a completely different world unfolded before us.

I heard that there had been heavy snowfall the day before, so there were some traffic delays and unstable weather. However, thanks to our guide's professional judgment, they flexibly adjusted the order and timing of our itinerary. Because of this, we were able to enjoy all the sightseeing spots safely and smoothly, for which I am truly grateful.

Indeed, it might be difficult to visit all these islands at once without joining a tour.

Going from Ishigaki to Iriomote was good, and Yubu Island was nice.

However, Taketomi Island was not good. I was just made to wait, and I didn't even know what time the ferry was leaving. After arriving at Taketomi Island, I had to wait to board the glass boat. After getting off the glass boat, I had to wait again for the bus to the water buffalo experience. I wanted to return early on the last bus. After the experience, I had to wait about 50 minutes for the free shuttle bus to the ferry. It was a very wasteful use of time. I thought joining the tour would prevent such issues.

This time, I stayed overnight in Nagoya for a live event and was wondering where to go the next day. I had always wanted to visit the snowy Shirakawa-go, so when I searched, I found this bus tour. I was a bit worried since it was available in Chinese, English, and Japanese (I wonder how many Japanese people were there?), but the guide talked non-stop and provided various explanations, including popular shops and recommended meals. The meeting and departure times were strictly followed, and the tour ended without any issues. 2. Yubu Island
Traveling by water buffalo cart was relaxing, and we were very satisfied with the extraordinary atmosphere! The island exploration took about an hour, including lunchtime, so we couldn't see everything, but that was fine.

3. Taketomi Island
Be careful with the glass-bottom boat; if you get too absorbed, you might feel a bit nauseous! You can see the fish clearly. The walking distance on the island was a bit tough for my parents.

Still, it was a very satisfying tour where we could fully enjoy the remote islands!

The half-day tour of Sefa Utaki and Gangala Valley involves quite a bit of walking. The bus seats felt narrower compared to the previous day's tour, which had much more spacious and comfortable seating. Perhaps due to the half-day nature of the tour, it felt a bit rushed, and there was too little time in Gangala Valley, so I couldn't enjoy a leisurely coffee before starting the exploration, which was disappointing.

However, it’s a recommended tour as you can feel the nature and receive healing and power from it. After the tour, I planned to go to American Village, and when I consulted with the driver and guide, they were very kind and offered great advice. Thanks to them, I was able to safely reach American Village via the limousine bus from the airport. Although it wasn't our last day, they also provide transportation to the airport, so I recommend it for the final day as well.

斎場御獄とガンガラー谷の半日ツアーですが結構歩きます。バスのシート幅も前日の別のツアーのシートがかなりゆったりと広く快適だった事もあって狭めに感じました。半日ツアーのせいか忙しなくてガンガラーの谷での時間が少な過ぎてガンガラーの谷の探索出発前にゆっくりコーヒーも飲めなかったのが残念。
自然を感じられて癒しとパワーもいただけるのでオススメのツアーです。
ツアー終わった後にアメリカンビレッジに行く予定だったので運転手さんとガイドさんに相談したらとっても親切にアドバイスくれて有難うございました。空港からのリムジンバスで無事アメリカンビレッジに行く事が出来ました。私達は最終日ではなかったのですが、空港にも送って下さるので最終日にもオススメ。

However, the explanations were provided through a smartphone app, so it wasn't too bothersome. In fact, unlike domestic tour buses, it was quiet, with most people sleeping and no conversations. It was a windy day, so even with a down jacket, it was tough in a leather jacket—Manza Beach is formidable.

It had been several years since I last visited the Tropical Dream Center, but there were more facilities, and it was very impressive. The viewpoint I skipped last time became my favorite this time. The wind was strong, but I definitely recommend it. Although it was a bit of a long bus tour, the staff (all from overseas) were very kind and helpful, and I am grateful. I also appreciate them coming to pick us up when we misunderstood and were a bit late.

驚いたのは、乗客の90パーセントがお隣の大国のお方。見た目も当方と変わらないので、言葉を聞くまで分からなかった(笑)ただ説明はスマホのアプリをとうして聞く形だったので、そんなには気にならなかった。むしろ、国内のツアーバスと違って静か、ほとんど寝ていて会話なし。風が強い日だったので、ダウンがあっても大丈夫なくらい、皮ジャンでは辛かったです、恐るべし万座毛。熱帯ドリームセンターは、何年かぶりだったけど、設備が増えていて、とても見ごたえあり。前回はスルーした遠見台、今回での一番のお気に入り。風は強いけれど、ぜひおすすめ。少し長いバスツアーだったけれど、スタッフの方々（すべて海外のお方）は言葉の不自由もなくとても親切で感謝。勘違いして少々遅刻した我々をお迎えに来てもらい更に感謝。
