A great opportunity to learn more about airlines and the aviation industry. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent introduction, making it an enjoyable experience.

The attendants are current employees. Each time, someone from a different department explains things, so you can hear various perspectives. It's enjoyable no matter how many times you go!

This time, I participated with seven friends (all over 70 years old). The tour guide was someone who is aiming to become a pilot, and they answered our questions very politely and in detail, which made us very satisfied.

I realized that many people are involved in operating an aircraft, ensuring safety and comfort, and it was clear how much effort goes into it. There were also people who had participated in the ANA Blue Hangar Tour, and it was very meaningful to understand the overall picture of the tireless efforts of everyone involved in the operation. From now on, I want to strictly adhere to the rules related to operations as a passenger.

　今回は友人７名（７０歳超のおじさん達）での参加でした。
ツアーガイドさんはこれからパイロットを目指す方で、私たちの質問にとても丁寧に詳細に答えていただきとても満足でした。
　飛行機１機運行するのに多くの人達が関わり、安全確保、快適さの確保等をされているのがよくわかりました。
　ANA Blue Hangar Tourにも参加した人達もいて、運行に携わるすべての人達のたゆまぬ努力の全体像が理解できとても有意義でした。
これからは乗客としても、運行に関するルールを厳守したいと思います。

I had participated in the tour several times before, but this time there was only one participant, which honestly surprised me and made me feel lucky. Since it was just the two of us, I thought the time might drag on, but the guide answered all my questions kindly and thoroughly, not just about the training facility but also about various aspects of the cabin crew's work, which I really appreciated. Time flew by, and I felt like we might have gone a little over the scheduled time.

The person who guided us was someone who had appeared on YouTube, so it felt like I was meeting a celebrity. After the tour, they even recommended products at the shop, and I felt a bit bad for not making a purchase! This tour was very moving and left a lasting impression on me. I would love to meet them again on a flight and participate in the tour as many times as possible.

今回参加者が1人しかいなくて
正直びっくりしたのと、ラッキーと
思った。
一人なので、時間の経過がながくなるのかと
思っていたが、親切丁寧に答えてくれて
訓練所の説明以外のCAの仕事ぶりや
色々な質問にも答えてくれてとてもありがたかった。
時間もあっという間に過ぎてしまって
少しオーバーしていたような気がする。
YOUTUBEに出演していた方が案内して
くれたので有名人に会っていたような
感覚であった。
案内後、ショップで商品のお勧めまで
してくれて、購入しなかったのが
少し悪い気がしたが！
今回のツアーはとても感動したし、
印象に残るものだった。
機内でもう一度会いたいし、ツアーには
何回でも参加したい。

This was my first time participating. I arrived earlier than expected, but the security staff kindly showed me where to sit and wait. Even after the reception started, the employees' warm and attentive responses were really great. The content of the tour included many things that we, as the general public, don't know, and I am grateful for the professional work of each person in their respective roles, which allows us to have a comfortable flight experience.

今回、初めて参加しました。
受付より早めに着いてしまったんですが、警備の方が座って待つ場所を丁寧に教えてくれました。
受付が始まってからも社員さん達の優しく丁寧な対応がすごく良かったです。
ツアーの内容は、一般の私たちの知らない事がたくさんあり、それぞれの役職の方々のプロフェッショナルな仕事のお陰で快適な飛行機の旅ができている事に感謝です。

I participated in a tour of Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo with Mr. Tsugimura, and I read all the experiences beforehand!

He has a great reputation, and I was curious about what kind of person he would be. After actually participating, I can say...

To clearly convey this to those considering this experience, I would say, "Having Mr. Tsugimura as your guide makes the experience exponentially more enjoyable!"

As mentioned in other reviews, his knowledge and conversational skills, along with his fun riddles, allowed us to enjoy the trek without feeling tired. I thought to myself multiple times how glad I was to have Mr. Tsugimura as our guide!

He also taught us some iPhone photography techniques, which was very educational!

In the future, if I have acquaintances who are going to participate in a tour in Yakushima, I will definitely recommend that they request Mr. Tsugimura. And when I participate in other tours in Yakushima, I want to permanently request Mr. Tsugimura!

It may seem like I'm praising him too much, but if you experience a Tsugimura tour, I believe you'll understand how I feel! ♪

I was able to glimpse various jobs that support operations. I saw the training for ground handling, the training for mechanics, and the pilots operating the flight simulator.

運行を支える様々な仕事を垣間見ることができました。グランドハンドリングのトレーニング、整備士の訓練、パイロットのフライトシミュレータ動作中の様子を見ることができました。

I was just walking and looking down... I couldn't see the training scenery either. It might be because I had gone on the Blue Hangar Tour before that. I think I was able to buy more souvenirs on the Hangar Tour, which was nice.

ただ歩いて下を見て…訓練風景も見れずでした。
その前にブルーハンガーツアーに行っていたので余計なのかもしれません。
おみやげもハンガーツアーの方がたくさん購入できてよかったと思いました

The guides who are actually working were very good. It was amazing to see the actual cockpit up close like that. Thank you!

Since we were walking around the facility, it was a normal experience without any activities. There were many people asking questions, and by the end, we were in a bit of a hurry. The panels were also far away, and I wanted to see them later, but we had to move on to the next location, so we couldn't stop to look.

I felt like once was enough. The facility itself was very clean, as expected.

施設を見て歩くので、体験等はなく普通でした。
質問される方が多くて、最後の方は急ぎ足でした。
パネルも遠くて後で観たかったのですが、次の移動もあるので観れず進みました。

１度で良いかなと思う感じでした。
施設内はとても綺麗でさすがでした。

It was the day after the Jomon Sugi tour, so I was worried about whether I could keep up physically, but it was such a fun tour that those worries disappeared. As a beginner with no mountain climbing experience, I appreciated the consideration given to that aspect. They warned us in advance about slippery stones and branches that could hit our heads, which made me feel safe. During the tour, we also did quizzes and learned a lot about Yakushima from their extensive knowledge, and I was laughing the whole time until we safely returned to the parking lot. I'm really grateful to Tsugimura-san for being our guide.

縄文杉ツアーの翌日でしたので、体力的に付いていけるか心配でしたが、そんな不安も吹き飛ぶほどの楽しいツアーでした。
山登りの経験もない初心者ですので、その辺りもお気遣いいただいたと思います。
滑りやすい石や、頭をぶつけそうな枝は事前に声掛けしてくださって、安心でした。
ツアーの道中もクイズをしたり、豊富な知識で屋久島の事を教えていただき、本当にずっと笑いっぱなしで無事駐車場まで戻りました。津曲さんがご担当くださって本当に感謝です。

The enthusiastic Chinese guide gave a detailed introduction to ANA. It's such a great luck to hear about ANA in my native language and understand it better. I hope more Chinese courses can be offered, like for pilots or ground staff, so people can learn more about the airline industry.

I also love airplanes (especially ANA), and my elementary school child is a big fan of ANA as well, so we visited for the first time as a family. We were able to observe the training of ground staff, cabin crew, cargo and ground handling staff, maintenance personnel, and pilots. There were also exhibits and explanation corners related to each profession, and we got to hear interesting behind-the-scenes stories from the current ANA employees, which was very engaging and left the whole family extremely satisfied. At the photo spots and experience corners, we could try out the various roles we saw on the tour, and it felt like we were part of the ANA group employees, even if just for a little while.

自分も飛行機（特にANA）が好きで、小学生の子供もANAが大好きなので、家族で初めて行ってきました。グランドスタッフ、客室乗務員、貨物・グランドハンドリングスタッフ、整備士、パイロットが実際に訓練している様子を見学できる他、それぞれの職種に関する実物などの展示・解説コーナーもあり、ANAの現役の社員の方の丁寧で親切な説明で仕事の裏話も聞けたりして、とても面白く、家族全員大満足でした。フォトスポット・体験コーナーでは 、ツアーで見た各職種の体験ができて、少しだけANAグループの社員になれた気分でした。

The glass structure with good ventilation is important for the organization. There, you can literally observe from an "overhead perspective."

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and they allowed time for questions as we progressed, so even someone like me, who isn't very bright, was able to understand properly!

I'm glad I participated in the tour.

I think there are few places that disclose education on safety in this way. Knowing that you are always being watched must keep the employees on their toes. It's a special experience that goes beyond what you see when boarding an airplane. However, for those watching documentaries or dramas, the content may not exceed their imagination, but personally, I was captivated by the title of the mechanic's manual.

安全に対する教育をこのような形で開示しているところは少ないと思います。いつでも見られているということは、社員の皆様も気が引き締まることでしょう。飛行機に搭乗して目にすること以外も見られる特別な体験です。ですが、ドキュメンタリーやドラマを観ている方には想像の範囲を超える内容はないかもしれませんが、個人的には整備士のマニュアのタイトルに釘付けでした。

It was an attractive tour for those who love airports and airplanes. We toured the facilities while listening to valuable stories from an active flight attendant. A beautiful flight attendant guided us.

I was able to see the actual training and learn about the company, which was very educational. There wasn't enough time. It was a valuable experience. If there were opportunities to observe or hear more discussions, I think having some materials would have helped me understand more specialized terminology.

実際の訓練している姿や社内のことを伺えたりしたので、とても勉強になりました。
時間が足りないぐらいでした。貴重な体験になりました。もしあれば見学できたりお話を聞けたので、何か資料とかあるとより専門的な言葉もわかったかなと思いました。

I was curious about what kind of training the CA and mechanics undergo. It was a meaningful 75 minutes to observe the training from outside through the glass 😊.

CAさんや整備士さんなどは、どういう研修をしてるんだろう?と気になっていました。
ガラス張りの外から研修の様子を見学できて、有意義な75分間でした😊

It was interesting to see the training that is usually not visible from above. The cabin crew provided explanations and occasionally included quizzes. Walking around was quite tiring.

普段は見ることのできない訓練してるところが上から見られるので興味深かったです

Day 1
Since our accommodation was far away, we drove to the pickup point. The parking was free, which was great. It was my first time trekking. The guide was quite tough, but we made it to Jomon Sugi, and during our descent, we enjoyed some miso soup for lunch, which really lifted our spirits. I was worried about whether I could keep up until the end, but somehow we managed to descend, and since our group was quick, we were able to take a break by the river, which was nice. The weather was clear, and the views were amazing.

On Day 2, we went to Shiratani Unsuikyo. Unlike yesterday, the guide explained various things about Yakushima and the moss. If I go again, I would like to take my time and enjoy the moss.

I am grateful to both of our guides. Thank you very much.

私達の宿泊先が遠かったのでお迎え地点まで車で行きました。
駐車場は無料だったので良かったです。
初めてのトレッキング。
なかなかハードなガイドさんでしたが縄文過ぎまで辿り着き下山途中でのお昼にはお味噌汁をいただき疲れも吹っ飛びました。
最後までついて行けるのか不安でしたが何とか下山出来て私達のグループは早かったので川で一休みも出来て良かったです。
お天気も快晴で眺めも最高でした。

2日目は白谷雲水峡へ
昨日と違ってガイドさんに屋久島の事、苔むすの事などいろいろと説明をしていただきまた。
次、行く事があれば苔を眺めながらゆっくり行ってみたいです。

お二人のガイドさんには感謝しております。

This facility is a paradise for airplane enthusiasts. The small group tour allowed us to hear various stories, which was enjoyable. The tour guide was a current flight attendant, and it was exciting to see the training uniforms that we usually don't get to see. If I were to be picky, I would have liked to see more of the training in action.

ツアーが　少人数なので、いろいろなお話を聞けるのも楽しかったです。
