I could clearly see the efforts of everyone at ANA to ensure aviation safety. The realism during the entrance to the observation facility really gave a sense of being on a plane, which was very nice. Thank you!

I might be repeating what was said in the survey, but when I was told by the current flight attendants that my comments were wonderful, I was very happy. Being able to see the emergency evacuation training in person was a valuable experience.

In the context of prioritizing safety, I was deeply impressed by a certain employee's work, which was described as "thoughtfulness," in a program aired by NHK at the end of last year featuring 100 cameras. I was able to gain a deeper understanding of that meaning while observing and receiving explanations.

I have participated several times, and what I gained from the tours has been very helpful in boosting my motivation at work each time. I look forward to visiting again next time.

The content was easy to understand and full of emotional moments. The facilities have been updated, and I was able to observe the training scenes, which made me feel reassured about using the service and boarding. The guides provided clear explanations and had a friendly demeanor, which was very nice. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

I made a mistake with the train transfer and ended up being 5 minutes late. They kindly suggested that I join the next session in 15 minutes, and I was able to participate without any issues. I was very grateful for that. The explanations were clear, and they even provided quizzes. I'm glad I was able to visit places that I wouldn't have been able to see without joining the tour.

I really appreciate the emphasis on safety. It was great to see the behind-the-scenes aspects that are usually not visible. The staff members in charge were very kind and attentive.

I was able to tour the training facilities and truly felt that the safety of aircraft is supported by many people. Additionally, the guide was very accommodating and had a wealth of knowledge, answering various questions accurately.

研修設備を見学出来て、多くの人達によって航空機の安全が支えられているのが実感できました。またガイドの方の対応も非常に良く、且つ知識も豊富でいろいろな質問にも的確に答えられていました。

ANA's super popular tour! It fills up quickly, so I made a reservation a month in advance and was really looking forward to it! The content exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed that I could see the actual training scenes of the cabin crew and pilots from a distance. It was truly amazing and very engaging!

I was moved by the training scenes that I normally wouldn't get to see in everyday life! The tour guide was also an active cabin crew member, and everything about their attitude, movements, and speaking style was perfect!

This tour for 2000 yen is incredibly generous! Laughing aside, the content was more than sufficient! The only tour that left me wanting to repeat it again was this ANA tour! If I have the chance, I will definitely do it again! I love ANA!

I was able to participate at just the right time since it was held on a holiday.

A current flight attendant served as the guide, and I was able to see related aspects of the event.

There was also a souvenir corner, which had some modern items, but the selection was limited.

I participated in the May holiday break. There were many families in the same group. I think the panel exhibits are designed with families in mind, but I believe the content is satisfying enough for adults as well. I think it would be great to set up a "long, in-depth viewing course," even if it meant doubling the price.

5月連休に参加しました。同じ組は家族連れが多かったです。
パネル展示は家族連れを意識していると思いますが、中身は大人でも十分に満足できる内容だと思います。
料金が倍になってもよいので「長時間じっくり見学コース」を設定してはどうかと思います。

I had wanted to go for a long time, but I couldn't make a reservation until now, so I finally got to participate. I took the monorail to get there, and I got a bit lost, but I arrived safely. I wish I could have bought a drink near the entrance.

以前から行きたかったけど予約が取れなくてやっと参加できました。モノレールで移動したのでちょっと迷ってしまいましたが無事に到着。入口当たりで飲み物と買えたらよかったな〜

The staff provided detailed explanations about the duties of each position and the various training areas. The female staff member actively checked to see if there was anything I didn't understand.

スタッフは各ポジションの仕事内容やそれぞれの訓練エリアについて詳しく説明してくれました。女性スタッフは私がわからないところがないか積極的に気にかけてくれました。

The person who attended to us was a flight attendant, and this time there were two observers, including myself. The other observer was someone aspiring to become a flight attendant with ANA. They informed me in advance and guided us from that person's perspective, which was very heartwarming. It was quite impressive to see how their eyes sparkled with excitement.

アテンドして頂いた方が客室乗務員の方でして、今回は私を含めて2人の見学者でして、もう1人の見学者はANAの客室乗務員を目指しておられる方で、私に断りをいれて、その方の目線に立って案内され、とても微笑ましく、その方は目を輝かしておられたのがとても印象的でした。

I was able to visit the facility where the ANA Group conducts training, and I witnessed the training in action. It made me realize the daily efforts they put in for safe and stable transportation.

ANAグループの皆さまが実際に研修する施設を見学できるとあって、実際に研修しているのを目の当たりにすることができました。
日々の安全安定輸送の為に日々努力されているのだなと思いました。

I visited the training facility and observed from above. The flight attendant explained everything to us. It was very interesting and enjoyable to learn about the behind-the-scenes efforts and the important training that the staff, whom we usually see at the airport, undergo for safety. Even though I'm in my 50s, I felt excited. What was once just a means of transportation has become something special that I appreciate while flying. I'm glad I went. I highly recommend it.

訓練施設を、上から見学しました。CAさんが説明してくださいました。普段、空港で見ているスタッフの方々が、安全のためにどのようなことを大切にし訓練しているかなど、裏の努力を知ることができ、とても興味深く楽しかったです。50代ですがワクワクしました。ただの移動手段だった飛行機が、感謝しながら乗る特別なものになりました。行って良かったです。おすすめです。

The guide was knowledgeable and had endless topics to discuss, which helped us get through the 10-hour round trip! This time, the weather was clear and the path was mostly non-slippery, but having the guide made me feel more secure, and I was able to enjoy the experience without worrying about pacing myself.

知識が豊富で、話題も付きないガイドさんだったので、往復10時間乗り切れました！
今回は晴天で足元もほぼ滑らない道中でしたが、それでもガイドさんがいる方が安心で、ペース配分も考える必要なく楽しめました。

I usually don't exercise and I dislike mountain climbing, but after being moved by Shiratani Unsuikyo last year, I decided to challenge myself and try to reach Taiko Rock. As I had researched beforehand, the climb from the moss-covered forest to Taiko Rock was really tough. I think I would have given up if it weren't for the guide. When I finally mustered my last bit of strength and reached the summit, I was truly moved by the view in front of me and felt that it was worth climbing!

普段の生活で運動をしないし、山登りも嫌いな自分ですが、去年白谷雲水峡に感動し、次は太鼓岩まで行ってみたいと思い挑戦しました。
事前に色々と調べたとおり、苔むすの森からの太鼓岩、本当にきつかったです。
ガイドさんいなかったら諦めていたと思う。
最後の力を振り絞って頂上へ着いた時、目の前の景色に本当に感動して登って良かったと心から思いました！

I was able to see the training facility of ANA, and my grandchild was so excited, saying that they want to come with the whole family next time. I'm really glad we came.

It was fun to have an active flight attendant explain things to us and answer our questions politely. We also got to take a commemorative photo together.

This was my third time participating in the Blue Base Tour, and even though it's the same facility, having different navigators provides new perspectives and explanations. The training scenes I get to see also vary each time depending on the timing, which adds a completely fresh enjoyment! The employees' wealth of knowledge, clarity in their explanations, and friendly hospitality are truly outstanding every time I visit.

Blue Base Tourの参加は今回で3回目でしたが、同じ施設でもナビゲーターの方が違うとまた新たな観点でご説明いただけたり、拝見できる訓練風景も毎回タイミングによって異なるので全く新鮮な楽しさがあります！社員の方々の知識の豊富さやご説明のわかりやすさ、おもてなしの親しみやすさはいつ伺っても本当に素晴らしいです。

I was pleasantly surprised that a current flight attendant provided the explanation. The content was well memorized and easy to understand. I brought my grandchild along, and I think they became interested in the airline, so I am very satisfied with the participation.

説明内容もよく暗記されていてよく理解できました。　孫を連れて行きましたので航空会社に興味を持ってくれたと思いますので、参加して大変満足です。　

I had a fantastic time on the Taiko Rock course for five hours with our guide, Mr. Kimura. It flew by as he taught us various things along the way. The pacing, photo spots, and tips on how to take pictures, along with knowledge about Yakushima, were all things we wouldn't have learned if we had climbed on our own. We experienced everything from subtropical to northeastern climates, and even moments of sunshine turning into fog. The river water was delicious, making the Yakushima hike absolutely amazing. I felt like a child again, enjoying every moment, and I want to return to Yakushima next time to experience Yakusugi Land and marine sports! I would be thrilled to meet the same guide again then.

木全さんと言うガイドさんについて頂き、色々教えて貰いながらの太鼓岩コース5時間はあっという間で、本当に楽しかったです。
ペース配分、写真スポットや撮り方、屋久島の知識、自分達だけで登っていたら知り得ない事ばかりでした。
亜熱帯から東北地方の気候まで、晴れから霧がかかった瞬間も体験でき、川の水も美味しく屋久島登山は最高でした。
童心に返って楽しむ事ができたので、次回ヤクスギランドやマリンスポーツを体験しに屋久島に行きたいと思います！その時、また同じガイドさんに巡り会えたら嬉しいです。

I came here for the first time.
I've been looking forward to visiting this facility for a long time.
I was excited from the moment I got the locker key to store my luggage!
While looking around the facility and listening to the explanations, they kindly answered any questions I had.
After the tour ended, we talked a lot about our love for airplanes and ANA.

施設を見ながら、解説を聞きながら、不明点があれば調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
ツアー終了後も飛行機愛、ANA愛をたくさん語りました。

I had the opportunity to witness a training facility for passenger aircraft operation support, which is something I usually never see. This experience made me re-recognize the difficulty and importance of the extensive and diligent work that goes on behind the scenes, which I usually take for granted. I would like to use this service again next time with even more gratitude.

We participated as a family of four: a couple in their late 40s, a high school daughter, and a middle school son. Since we only had three days off during spring break, we searched extensively for a tour that would allow us to visit Takoiwa, a place our children, who love "Princess Mononoke," wanted to go, while also satisfying my husband. I was very happy when I found Tsugimura's tour. At the same time, I had concerns about whether we could complete it without maintaining our stamina.

The night before, I felt the excitement of a school trip, but to conserve energy, we went to bed at 8 PM. On the day of the tour, meeting Tsugimura brought a sense of nervous anticipation, but once the tour started, those feelings quickly faded. His words, filled with love for Yakushima, were accompanied by a great sense of humor. The kids seemed to relax right away, allowing us to trek with peace of mind. It was tough, but perhaps the heavens were on our side, as it didn't rain, and we were able to conquer all the spots we wanted to visit. Tsugimura's guidance made the 12-hour tour feel like it flew by, providing a reassuring presence throughout.

Looking up at the long-awaited Jomon Sugi was a moment of quiet, overwhelming presence. The magnificent view from Takoiwa and the pink mountain cherry blossoms were breathtaking. Surrounded by the greenery of Shiratani Unsuikyo and the mossy forest, we felt the vastness of nature and a sense of accomplishment that couldn't be captured in photos. I truly believe that nothing surpasses real experiences!

If we had gone without a guide, we likely would have stopped often for photos and breaks, struggling to manage our pace, and might have missed some spots. Tsugimura, with his love for Yakushima, knew the best places and angles for photos, allowing us to look back and relive the journey's afterglow!

After the tour, my husband said, "I'm glad we had Tsugimura as our guide," and I couldn't help but do a little fist pump in my heart! The kids were also very satisfied to experience the world of "Princess Mononoke."

We are truly grateful for everything. Thank you very much! (^^)

40代後半夫婦、高1娘、中2息子の4人で参加しました。春休み中で休みが３日しか取れないので、中一日でできるだけ回れる、もののけ姫好きの子達が行きたい太鼓岩まで行ける、夫も満足できると言う条件が揃ったツアーを随分探しました。津曲さんのツアーを見つけた時は、とても嬉しかったです。それと同時に、体力を維持していないと制覇できないのではという不安もありました。
前日の夜は、遠足前のワクワク感もありましたが、体力をもたせるために夜8時に就寝しました。
当日津曲さんにお会いして、いよいよ始まるんだという緊張感もありましたが、ツアーがスタートしてからはそんな気持ちもすぐになくなりました。屋久島への想いが詰まった言葉の数々に溢れ出すユーモアセンス。子達もすぐに気持ちがほぐれたようで、安心してトレッキングできました。しんどかったですが、天が味方してくれたのか、雨が降ることもなく、行きたいと思っていたスポットは全て制覇できました。12時間とは思えないほどあっという間だった津曲さんのガイドはは安心感そのままでした。
念願の縄文杉を見上げた時の静かなる圧倒的な存在感。太鼓岩からの壮大な景色と桃色の山桜。白谷雲水峡と苔むす森の緑に囲まれた私達。写真では伝えきれない、自分の足で歩いたからこそ感じられる目の前に広がる大自然と達成感。実体験に勝るものはない！と思いました。
もしガイドをつけず、自分たちだけで行っていたら、写真や休憩で立ち止まることが多くなり、上手くペース配分ができず、辿り着けないスポットもあったのではないかと思います。写真は、屋久島愛のある津曲さんだからこそわかるとっておきの場所やベストのアングルで撮って頂けるので、後から見返せて旅の余韻もばっかりです！
ツアー終了後に、夫からの「津曲さんにガイドしてもらえてよかったな。」という言葉に心の中でガッツポーズ！
子達ももののけ姫の世界観を体験できて大満足でした。

It was a tour to Taiko Rock, but due to the weather, the participants' physical condition, and scheduling, we walked to the Mossy Forest instead. We were given enough time to explore the surroundings, and I was able to enjoy it thoroughly.

Along the way, the guide shared various stories about the island's weather, tourist spots, Yakusugi (ancient cedar trees), and safe walking methods. I felt it was a good decision to join the tour instead of climbing on my own.

太鼓岩までのツアーでしたが、天候や参加者の体力やスケジュールの判断で、苔むす森まで歩きました。周辺を散策する時間を取っていただき、充分に楽しむことができました。
道中はガイドさんが、島の天候や観光スポット．屋久杉について．安全な歩き方など、様々な話をしてくれました。個人で登らずにツアーに参加して良かったと思いました。

I was finally able to make a reservation after always being unable to do so, and it seems that another group canceled, so we had a private guide. The guide, who was a flight attendant, kindly shared information about training and licensing, and we had a very enjoyable time. Thank you to everyone involved.

一开始走错门了，ana的工作人员还把我带到正确的地点了，非常感谢，整个参观安排非常合理，讲解员姐姐一直在引导大家互动，感觉更有tour而不是speech 的感觉，很有参与感，vr体验也很棒，下次再来吧

Must visit if you love this airline or interested in airline companies. You will also have some understand about how the airline train their staff, and also some of their history.
There are many souvenirs for you to buy at the end. Overall the experience is quite good.
