The overall experience was great, and the guide was very knowledgeable about the different training exhibits. The value for the price is worth the admission fee, and the exclusive merchandise is nice. An English script of the tour is provided, along with a digital transcription as well.

I had the opportunity to observe the regular training facility through the glass. The entrance and announcements were reminiscent of an airport, which was exciting. It's open to children from elementary school age and up, so I took my sixth graders as part of their summer homework. Kids around this age and adults will enjoy it, but younger children might get bored. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

普段の訓練施設をガラス越しに見学させていただきました。
エントランスやアナウンスが空港さながらでワクワクしました。
小学生以上OKで、小6の子供達の夏の宿題を兼ねて行きました。
これくらいの年の子どもや大人は楽しいですが、低学年だともしかしたら飽きるかも？ですね。
また機会があれば参加したいです。

I arrived at ANA BLUE BASE more than 20 minutes early for my reservation, and the staff kindly informed me that there was availability on an earlier flight (!). I was grateful to be able to board flight ABB002.

I was able to receive detailed explanations and on-site tours of various operations, including passenger handling, cabin crew, cargo handling, ramp handling, maintenance, and flight operations.

It was disappointing that many areas were off-limits for photography, but I was moved to see the escape training from the 787 mock-up for the first time, as well as the full flight simulator training.

If there is an opportunity, I would love for many people to visit and learn more about this, as it would be wonderful for me as an aviation fan.

予約時刻より２０分以上早くANA BLUE BASEに着いたところ、職員の方が予約より1本早い便（！）に空きがあるからどうですか？と案内され、ありがたくABB002便に搭乗させていただきました。
旅客ハンドリング、CA、貨物・ハンドリング、ランプ・ハンドリング、整備士、運航乗務員の各業務ごとに詳しい説明と実地見学が出来ました。
多くの場所が撮影禁止だったのが残念ですが、初めて787モックアップからの脱出訓練の様子やフル・フライシミュレーター訓練なども見ることが出来て、感動しました。
機会があれば多くの方に見学していただき、広く知ってもらえると1人の航空ファンとしても喜ばしいです。

While there are free hanger tours available, this one is paid... It was quite something... I wish the hanger tours would also charge a fee.

I understood what kind of training ANA is conducting. The facilities are well-equipped, so I believe the employees can train in a way that is closer to real practice and do their best.

ANAの方がどのような研修を行っているか、分かりました。施設の設備がしっかりしているので、より実践に近い形で研修でき社員さんは頑張れると思いました。

The cabin attendant was very attentive even before the tour started. Once the tour began, they provided thorough explanations along with real-life experiences, making it very enjoyable and easy to understand. I was also able to see the training process, which conveyed their commitment to delivering safety and security consistently.

実際にツアーが始まってからも、リアルな体験談とともにしっかり説明してくださり、とても楽しく、分かりやすかったです。訓練している様子も見ることができたので、より普段から安心、安全を届けるための努力を惜しまずにしてくださっていることが伝わってきました。

I was able to tour the training site where ANA employees are actually being trained, guided by a staff member, and I felt the support of many people in various situations. I think it would have a stronger impact if there were parts of the training site that participants could join in without being disruptive.

ANAの従業員が実際に研修している現場を説明員さんの案内で見て回ることが出来て、いろいろな場面で多くの人のサポートがあることを実感できた。
邪魔にならない範囲で、研修現場に参加できる部分があると、よりインパクトが強くなるかと思う。

Right after the typhoon passed, the air was fresh, and droplets were flowing down the moss, allowing me to fully enjoy nature. The walking distance and time were just right.

台風が過ぎ去った直後で、空気が新鮮で、苔にしずくが流れ落ち、自然を満喫しました。
歩行距離や時間も適宜です。

I received my boarding ticket with my name on it at the reception, and I was filled with ANA spirit. I looked down through the glass at the training booths for different departments (cabin attendants, maintenance, pilots, etc.). In the maintenance area, there were trainees moving around, making it feel just like a scene from Toy Story.

In the areas where photography was allowed, I was able to freely explore and take rare photos. The staff who guided us were friendly and very nice. I felt like the souvenir goods corner could have had a few more items, though.

受付で自分の名前入りの搭乗チケットをもらい、ANA気分満載。
パート別(キャビンアテンダント、整備、パイロットetc）研修訓練のブースをガラス越しに見下ろします。実際整備のところでは、研修中の人達がいて動き回っていたので、まるでそれはトイ.ストリーのようでした。
写真撮影OKのところは、フリーに各場所に入り込めてレアな写真からが撮れました。
案内してくれたスタッフもフレンドリーでとてもよかったです。
お土産グッズコーナーは、もうちっとアイテムが欲しかったかなって思いました。

Compared to the "Blue Hangar Tour," which is quite difficult to book, this one is much easier to participate in. I was able to observe the staff from various departments who support safe operations as they trained just like in a real situation, and I gained information that could be useful in my own workplace.

なかなか予約が取れない｢Blue Hangar Tour｣に比べると、こちらはかなり簡単に参加できます。
安全運航を支える各部門スタッフが本番さながらに訓練を受ける様子を間近で見学しながら、自分の職場でも参考になるような情報を得ることができました。

My long-awaited Yakushima trekking... I was filled with anxiety wondering if I could endure the 11 hours, but the guide's consideration was outstanding. There was no negative information, and the pacing was just right, allowing us to reach Jomon Sugi in no time. The return journey was quite rainy, but I was able to finish without feeling bored or tired.

On the second day, I had given up hope thinking it would be canceled due to the rain in the morning, but the guide came to the hotel early and consulted with us! They offered the option to decline, but encouraged us to go as far as we could, and we made it to the moss-covered forest. The moss-covered forest in the rain is truly beautiful, and with all the positive talk, I was able to enjoy the tour without feeling disappointed.

This wonderful Yakushima tour was all thanks to our guide. Thank you very much!

念願の屋久島トレッキング…。11時間…耐えれるかなあと不安でいっぱいでしたが、ガイドさんの配慮が最高でした。ペース配分やマイナスな情報はなく…あっと言う間に縄文杉まで行けました。帰路はかなりの雨でしたが、飽きることなく疲れを感じることなくゴールできました。
２日目は朝から雨で中止かと諦めていましたが、早朝からガイドさんがホテルに来て下さり、相談しに来ました！って、断ることもできる選択肢も提案してくれましたが、行けるとこまで行きましょうって言って下さり…苔むす森まで行けました。雨の苔むす森は本当に綺麗なんですよって、プラスの話しばかりでがっかりすることなく、ツアーを楽しめました。
こんなに素敵な屋久島ツアーになったのはガイドさんのおかげです。ありがとうございました。

It was a very valuable experience to be able to observe the current staff members undergoing training. The staff member who guided us was also a flight attendant, and I had a lot of fun hearing various stories from them.

実際に現役の職員の方々が訓練されている様子を見学することができて、とても貴重な体験でした。ご案内してくださる職員の方もフライトアテンダントの方で、いろいろなお話を聞くことができて、とても楽しかったです。

I'm glad I was able to see how people involved with airplanes are trained and educated in their environment within the 70-minute timeframe.

70分という時間の中で飛行機に係る人達がどういう環境で訓練、教育を受けておられるのか実際に見れて良かったです。

My friend, who is a university student aspiring to be a teacher, said that they want to provide such educational opportunities to others as well. I believe that having practical opportunities like this before working as a teacher would have a positive effect on the students being taught. I was simply happy that the trainees waved and welcomed the visitors.

It was great to see the behind-the-scenes operations of a passenger aircraft, something that is usually not visible. It provides a different experience compared to visiting a hangar.

通常であれば見られない、旅客機を運航する裏側が見られて良かった。格納庫の見学とはまた違った経験が得られる。

I dropped off my luggage at the locker (which has a three-letter code like at the airport) and started my tour feeling light. The check-in process began, and the person who guided us was a pilot trainee. They were kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

At that moment, they were conducting training for ground staff and pilots. I was disappointed that the time at the final experience booth was short; I wanted to take more photos.

ロッカー(空港のスリーレターになっている)に荷物を預け身軽になって見学スタート。チェックインから始まり案内してくれた方はパイロットの訓練生。親切、丁寧に説明してくださりわかりやすかった。
ちょうどグラウンドスタッフとパイロットの訓練をやってました。
最後の体験ブースの時間が短かったのが残念でした。もっと写真を撮りたかったです。

Current employees guide you through the facilities and training. This time, it was the ground staff who showed us around. The explanations were very clear, and it was a fun and meaningful experience. I learned about the challenges faced by the ground handling staff and maintenance crew, which I wouldn't have understood just by flying on a plane. Next time I visit the airport or watch live footage from the airport, I want to pay attention to the work of the ground handling staff. My enjoyment of the time spent at the airport has increased. 現役の社員の方が施設や訓練の様子を案内してくださいます。今回はグランドスタッフさんが案内してくれました。説明がとてもわかりやすく楽しい有意義な体験ができました。飛行機に乗っただけでは分からなかったグランドハンドリングさんや整備の方々のお仕事の大変さがわかりました。今度空港に行った時や空港のライブ映像を見たときにはグランドハンドリングさんのお仕事の様子を注目したいなと思います。空港で過ごす時間の楽しみが増えました。ありがとうございました。

Since it was a Saturday tour, my family was able to participate. We had a great time watching the training of the new ground staff at the counter and the water evacuation training for the cabin crew. The guide mentioned that even staff members rarely get to see the water training, so we felt very lucky. It was interesting to learn that 70% of the training for the glamorous cabin crew is focused on safety operations, which made me realize that safe flights are made possible thanks to each and every one of them. The pilots who finished their training in the flight simulator also waved to us in a friendly manner.

土曜日の見学ツアーだったので家族で参加できました。
新人グランドスタッフさんのカウンターでの訓練の様子や、客室乗務員さんの水上脱出訓練を見ることができとても楽しかったです。説明員の方がおっしゃってましたが、水上訓練はスタッフでもなかなか見る機会がないとのことで、とてもラッキーでした。華やかに見える客室乗務員さんの訓練の７０％は安全業務だということで、改めて安全なフライトは皆さん一人一人のお陰で成り立っているのだと実感できました。フライトシュミレータから訓練を終えたパイロットさんも気さくに手を振ってくださいました。

I participated with my 7-year-old and 10-year-old daughters as a family. We were blessed with great weather, making it a comfortable day for hiking and climbing. Shiratani Unsuikyo is famous for being the forest from "Princess Mononoke," but we enjoyed wonderful views along the mountain paths as well. We fully enjoyed the great nature that Yakushima has to offer. The half-day tour is recommended for those who may not have much physical strength or for families with children. Next time, when the kids are older, I would like to challenge ourselves to reach Taiko Rock.

7歳と10歳の娘達と家族で参加しました。天気に恵まれ、快適なハイキング・山登り日和でした。白谷雲水峡はもののけ姫の森で有名ですが、途中の山道でも素晴らしい景色が堪能できました。屋久島らしい大自然を満喫しました。半日ツアーは体力に自信のない人や子連れの方にもオススメです。
次回は子供達が大きくなったら太鼓岩までチャレンジしたいと思います。

I had a great time participating in a two-day tour while being explained by the guide. Although I wasn't very confident in my physical stamina, the guide considered the pacing and made sure to chat with us so we wouldn't get too tired. I felt that the enjoyment of the tour really depends on the guide! I was very satisfied with the fun guides on both days.

ガイドさんに説明していただきながら楽しく2日間ツアーに参加できました。体力に自信がない中でしたが、ペース配分を考えてくださり、おしゃべりしながら疲れさせないようにと色々とご配慮いただけました。ガイドさんによっても結構楽しみ方が変わると思いました！2日間ともに楽しいガイドさんで大変満足できました。

I needed a cane to walk due to my mobility issues, but for the stair area, an elevator was arranged, and explanations were also prepared separately for everyone. As a result, I was able to take my time and explore various places while listening to the explanations.

私は足が不自由なため、歩くのに杖が必要でしたが、階段エリアについては、エレベーター手配していだき、また説明ほ皆さんと別にご準備していただけました

I saw a facility for evacuation drills when an airplane lands in the sea. It's important to train for everything that could possibly happen so that we can respond without panic when it occurs.

海に飛行機が着陸した時の避難訓練の施設を見ました。あり得ることは全て訓練しておくことで、発生した時に慌てずに対応出来るようにしておくことが重要ですね。

It was my first time participating. I was able to enter the facility 20 minutes early, checked in with my reservation form, and waited in the lobby while looking around until the start time.

When it was time, I was guided in, and the tour began.

A pilot trainee was the one who guided us.

初めての参加でした。
20分前に施設に入る事ができ、予約表と共に受付し開始までロビーで色々見ながら待ってました。

I felt that each of the 15 people was different. Technical terms came up, and the conversation moved on without explanation, leaving me confused about the meaning of the subject at the end. I still couldn't understand it.

15名それぞれだなと感じた。専門用語がでてきてそのまま話が進んでしまい最後に主語の意味がわからす戸惑ったが、やはり理解ができなかった。

Compared to the hanger tour, there are some somewhat harsh comments like "plain" and "you can't see real airplanes," but I think this tour, which allows you to see the actual training facility, is valuable.

When I saw the cabin crew and maintenance staff seriously undergoing training as part of their jobs, I was reminded that even on the flights I casually board, there are so many people working behind the scenes to make it happen.

The guides come from various backgrounds, such as cabin crew and ground staff, and they take turns leading the tours. They not only have their own experiences but also possess extensive knowledge about the facility and ANA as a whole, answering visitors' detailed questions accurately. It was a significant gain to resolve some of my long-standing questions, in addition to appreciating the facility itself.

　ハンガー見学に比べると、「地味」「本物の飛行機を見られない」など少々厳しいコメントもありますが、訓練施設の実物を見学出来る本ツアーは貴重だと思います。
　CAさん、整備士さんが、業務として真剣に研修を受けられている姿を拝見すると、自身が何気なく搭乗する便でも、こんなに色々な方々のお仕事があっての運行だと、改めて思いを致しました。
　ガイドさんは、CAさん、グランドスタッフさんなど、色々バックボーンを持たれる方が、その時々にコースを担当されるとのことです。しかし、ご自身のご経験以外にも、広く本施設やANA全体への知識をお持ちで、見学者の細かな質問にも適格に答えて下さいました。施設も然ることながら、以前からの疑問を解決出来たのが大きな収穫でした。

My son really wants to become an airport mechanic or crew member, so we came to see the actual training process. They kindly answered all of our detailed questions. They even researched things we didn't understand on the spot. I felt the depth of their knowledge and the amazing teamwork within the company.

I could clearly see the efforts of everyone at ANA to ensure aviation safety. The realism during the entrance to the observation facility really gave a sense of being on a plane, which was very nice. Thank you!

I might be repeating what was said in the survey, but when I was told by the current flight attendants that my comments were wonderful, I was very happy. Being able to see the emergency evacuation training in person was a valuable experience.

In the context of prioritizing safety, I was deeply impressed by a certain employee's work, which was described as "thoughtfulness," in a program aired by NHK at the end of last year featuring 100 cameras. I was able to gain a deeper understanding of that meaning while observing and receiving explanations.

I have participated several times, and what I gained from the tours has been very helpful in boosting my motivation at work each time. I look forward to visiting again next time.

The content was easy to understand and full of emotional moments. The facilities have been updated, and I was able to observe the training scenes, which made me feel reassured about using the service and boarding. The guides provided clear explanations and had a friendly demeanor, which was very nice. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.
