We originally planned a tour to the Blue Cave for three family members (two adults and one child), but due to circumstances, we had to change to a different tour. I consulted with them over the phone the day before (I called three times, and they were all very polite).

As a result, we changed our tour plan to experience SUP at Imugya Marine Garden in the morning and snorkeling at Shigira Beach in the afternoon.

First, regarding the SUP, we got a bit lost in the parking lot upon arrival, but after calling, they kindly guided us, and we made it on time. When we reached the parking lot, there was a tour guide (a lovely woman with a wonderful smile), and other participants gathered to sign documents, equip marine shoes and life jackets, and then we headed to Imugya Marine Garden (a 30-second walk). The scenery was stunning.

Just as we were about to start, there was an incident where there weren't enough paddles... However, thanks to the tour guide's wonderful smile and response, it didn't feel like a major issue, and the tour began. We received a brief explanation of how to use the paddles in order, and then we quickly took our boards to the sea. We learned how to paddle, various ways to ride, and played freely while taking photos. The guide maintained a lovely smile throughout. Although I had some anxiety since it was my first SUP experience, I honestly enjoyed it much more than I expected. Time flies when you're having fun!

After getting back on land, we took more photos, creating great memories as a family. We also received information about delicious nearby restaurants, and the service was excellent until the very end. Thank you very much!

Then we had a lunch break before heading to the next meeting point at Shigira Beach (which was a perfect break time).

At Shigira Beach, there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen, but since my hotel was part of the Shigira group, it was free (I felt like I got a little bonus). The guide (a beautiful woman who seemed reliable) called out the names of participants in the parking lot, and we gathered to adjust our equipment (shoes, life jackets, snorkels, goggles, fins) and received a brief explanation on how to use them before heading to the sea.

We applied anti-fog solution to the goggles (the application method was explained clearly and kindly), put on the fins, and began our snorkeling experience. The waters around Miyako Island were incredibly beautiful (especially after a typhoon, they say) and crystal clear down to the bottom.

To our surprise, we encountered a turtle right after entering the water. It’s rare to see one so quickly, so we felt lucky. We took turns having photos taken, which became a nice keepsake. From there, we explored the sea. The waters around Miyako were transparent and clear, refreshing our spirits. We saw blue, red, and yellow fish, beautiful corals, and even some fish with scary faces. The guide explained each type of fish and coral and their ecology in a detailed and easy-to-understand manner. I truly felt it was worth taking the tour.

Since there were many people at Shigira Beach that day, we took a different route than usual, and again encountered a turtle. It’s rare to see two turtles in one tour, so it became a great memory for our family. When we got back on land, about an hour had passed since we entered the water... It felt like no time at all, and I thought, "What? Is it already over?"

After returning to land, we returned our equipment and received bottled water to rinse off. The SUP and snorkeling experiences were very enjoyable. Later, we received many photo data. I realized that in August, the sun is strong, so it’s definitely better to wear a rash guard and apply sunscreen before participating. Since I was fully prepared, I didn’t get a bad sunburn, and it turned out to be a fun experience.

今回は家族３人（大人2子供1）で青の洞窟のプランの予定でしたが。都合上、青の洞窟は行けないと言うことで別のツアーに変更していただきました
前日に電話で相談（3度も電話させていただきましたが全て丁寧な対応でした）。
と言うわけで、ツアープラン変更で朝はイムギャーマリンガーデンでSUP体験　昼からはシギラビーチでシュノーケリング体験をさせていただくことになりました。
まずはsupですが着いてすぐ駐車場で迷いましたが
TELしたところ丁寧に教えていただけ集合時間に間に合いました。
駐車場へ行くとツアーガイドさん（笑顔が素敵な可愛らしい女性）がいて、同ツアーの他の方も集まり書類にサイン、マリンシューズやライフジャケットを装備し、いざイムギャーマリンガーデンへ（徒歩30秒）素晴らしい景観です
今から始まるって時にパドルが足りないってアクシデントがありました……が、ツアーガイドさんの素晴らしい笑顔の対応で大したアクシデントともさほど感じずツアーが始まりました
最初は順番にパドルの使い方の簡単な説明を受けて、すぐにボードを持って海へ　ボードの漕ぎ方　色んな乗り方　遊び方を自由時間を交えて、写真なども撮っていただき、最後までステキな笑顔での対応でした。最初初めてのsup体験だったので若干の不安がありましたが、正直思ってた以上に楽しめました。楽しい時間はあっという間にすぎますね
陸に上がってからまた写真を撮ってもらい家族でのよい思い出になりました。ほかに近くの美味しいお店などの情報もいただけ最後まで対応がとにかく良かったです。

昼ごはんの後次の集合場所のシギラビーチへ
（ちょうど良い休憩時間）
シギラビーチは駐車場代金が1000円かかりますが
私の泊まっていたホテルがシギラ系列のホテルだったのでタダになりました（ちょっと得した気分）。
ガイドさん（頼り甲斐のありそうな綺麗な女性）が駐車場で参加者の名前を呼び同ツアーの他の方も集まり、装備（シューズ、ライフジャケット　シュノーケル　ゴーグル　フィン）の調整、簡単な使い方の説明を受け海へ
ゴーグルに曇り止めを塗り（丁寧にわかりやすく塗り方を説明）装着、フィンを付けてシュノーケリング体験の始まりです
宮古島の海はとんでもなく綺麗（台風が来たあとだと余計に綺麗らしい）で底まで澄んで見えました。
なんと海に入ってすぐに亀に遭遇。
こんなに早く遭遇するのは珍しいそうでラッキーでした。
順番に写真を撮ってもらい。記念になりました
そこから海をグルっと探索です。宮古の海は透明で澄んでいて、心が洗われるようでした。青や赤や黄色の魚
美しい珊瑚、怖い顔の魚、一つ一つ丁寧にわかりやすく説明（魚や珊瑚の種類や生態）をしていただき。ツアーにして良かったな〜と実感。ポイントポイントで写真を撮るのにガイドさんが何度も一生懸命潜って撮影してくれたのに感動しました。
その日のシギラビーチは人が多かったので、いつもとは違うらしいコースで周っていくと
また、亀に遭遇。1回のツアーで2匹も遭遇できるのはレアだそうで…家族３人良い思い出になりました。
陸に上がると入水してから1時間ほど経っていました…感覚的にはあっという間で　
( •̅ө•̅ )ｴｯ？もう終わったの？と言う感覚でした。
陸に上がって装備を返し体を流す用のペットボトル水を貰えました。
supとシュノーケリング体験とても面白かったです。後でたくさんの写真データ頂きました。
体験して思ったのは８月は日差しが強いので
ラッシュガードなどは確実に装備して日焼け止めもして参加した方が良いです。
完全防備で行ったので酷い日焼けにならずに終わってからも楽しい体験となりました。
事前にわからない事不安な事があればTELなどしてすぐに相談した方が良いです。丁寧に優しく対応してくれます。
最後に2人のツアーガイドさん（アンちゃん、リンちゃん）本当にありがとうございました┏●

I went kayaking for the first time and it was so much fun! I saw a lot of fish and the colorful coral, which was really beautiful. They explained about the sea creatures and kindly taught me how to paddle, so thank you very much!

If you wear your swimsuit underneath and head straight to the sea from the hotel, it makes things easier on the boat. For men, I recommend "rash guard + trunk-style swimsuit," and for women, "swimsuit + rash guard + shorts." If you have poor eyesight, I strongly recommend borrowing prescription goggles, as it would be a shame to see the beautiful fish in a blur! Also, since you'll be swimming about 6 meters deep, those with a fear of heights might feel scared at first. Children, in particular, may panic. Please provide support and encouragement until they get used to it. The two hours flew by. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!☆

水着を下に着用して、そのまま海に入る服装でホテルから出発すると、船上で手間を取らずにいいです。男性なら「ラッシュガード+トランクス型水着」女性なら「水着+ラッシュガード+短パン」みたいなのがオススメです。視力が悪い人は度付きゴーグルを借りられますので、申し出ることを強くオススメします。本当にきれいな海なので、ボヤケながら魚を見るなんてもったいない！！また海底6mぐらいのところを泳ぐので、高所恐怖症の人は最初怖いかもしれません。特に子供はパニック状態になります。慣れるまで応援と付き添いをしてあげてください。2時間があっという間に過ぎました。いい思い出をたくさんありがとうございました☆

I was moved to see so many beautiful fish during the beach entry. They also told me the names of the fish and took beautiful photos, which became the best memories. The Pumpkin Cave was larger and more mysterious than I had expected. I want to participate again next year!

The title mentioned "free pick-up in Naha City," but there was no pick-up, and in the end, it cost 4,000 yen round trip by taxi from the hotel to the meeting place. I chose this option because it included pick-up, so that was disappointing. If pick-up is not guaranteed, I think it should be removed from the title. Perhaps it could say "some pick-up available."

I felt there wasn't much explanation for beginners on how to use the snorkel, but I wonder if everyone managed okay? During snorkeling, they called out for us to come over for photos, but only a few people appeared in the photos taken on the boat and during the activities. That felt a bit unfair.

The sea was beautiful, as expected from the Kerama Islands. The activities were enjoyable, and I felt satisfied.

「那覇市内送迎無料」がタイトルに入っていましたが送迎はなく、結局ホテルから集合場所までタクシーで往復4000円かかりました。選んだポイントが送迎付きというところだったのでそこは残念でした。確実に送迎が付くわけではないのなら、タイトルからはずした方がよいと思いました。一部送迎あり、にするとか。
シュノーケルの使い方の初心者への説明があまりなかったように感じましたが、皆さん大丈夫だったのかな？
シュノーケルのときは、写真撮りに寄ってきてくださ〜いと呼びかけてくれていましたが、船内やアクティビティの写真は一部の人だけしか写っていませんでした。そこはちょっと不公平感を感じました。
海はさすが慶良間の海で綺麗でした。アクティビティも楽しくて満足感がありました。

The Blue Cave had poor sea conditions, so we switched to snorkeling at Shigira Beach, but they kindly explained the process for a refund of the difference. We were blessed with good weather, and both the SUP and snorkeling experiences were truly wonderful. They took so many photos that you don't need to bring your smartphone. The guide was very kind and even introduced us to a local café where we could go in our swimsuits for lunch. I would love to visit the cave next time. I would like to use this service again. 青の洞窟は海の状態が悪く、シギラビーチでのシュノーケリングに変更になりましたが、差額返金の手続きをしてくれる旨丁寧な説明がありました。
お天気にも恵まれ、SUP、シュノーケリング共に大変素晴らしい体験ができました。お写真もこれでもかってくらい撮ってくださるので、スマホは持っていかなくて大丈夫です。
ガイドのお姉さんも、お昼に水着で入れる地元カフェの紹介などしていただき、大変親切でよかったです。
次回は洞窟に行ってみたいな。

I had a precious experience that can only be had in Miyako Island. I paddled a kayak to a limestone cave. Kayaking on the transparent sea was truly refreshing! Inside the limestone cave was very mysterious, and thanks to the instructor who carefully taught us many things, I had a lot of fun!! In the afternoon, I was able to swim with many fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. Swimming with sea turtles was a rare experience, and it became a memorable day. I want to meet many creatures in the beautiful sea again. Thank you very much!!

宮古島でしかできない、貴重な体験ができました。カヤックを漕いで鍾乳洞へ。透き通る海の上で漕ぐカヤックは、本当に気持ちよかったです！鍾乳洞の中はとっても神秘的で、インストラクターの方が丁寧にたくさんのことを教えてくださったおかげで、とても楽しめました！！午後は、シュノーケリングでたくさんの魚やウミガメと泳ぐことができました。ウミガメと泳ぐ、貴重な体験ができ、心に残る1日になりました。また綺麗な海でたくさんの生き物に出会いたいです。ありがとうございました！！

I encountered a sea turtle just a few minutes after entering the ocean! I was glad to have my photo taken and to receive the data as well.

Originally, the plan was to have lunch and then go to the Pumpkin Cave and kayak, but it seemed like we went straight through without a break due to the tides. We traveled to the Pumpkin Cave in our rental car. Those without a rental car can go in the guide company's vehicle.

I think visiting the Pumpkin Cave requires moderate physical fitness. The slope to the sea was surprisingly tough, but it’s manageable even for elementary school children.

We were scheduled to finish at 3:00 PM, but we wrapped up before noon.

I felt it would have been even nicer if there had been an explanation of the day's flow when we gathered, such as not having lunch and that everyone would need to travel to the Pumpkin Cave on their own.

写真も撮ってもらえてデータも頂けて良かったです。
予定では昼を挟んでパンプキン鍾乳洞＋カヤックだったのですが潮の関係なのかそのまま立て続けでした。
パンプキンまでは自分たちのレンタカーで移動です。
レンタカーじゃない人はガイド会社の車で行けます。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は中程度の体力はいるかと思います。
海までの坂道が地味にしんどかったですが小学生のお子さんも頑張れるくらいの坂です。

15:00終了予定だったところ12:00前には終わってました。

集合した時に昼ははさまないこと、パンプキン鍾乳洞までは各自で移動すること等1日の流れの説明があると、なお親切だなと感じました。

The shuttle arrived on time, and we were able to board the boat smoothly. The weather was nice and the sea was beautiful, so we were able to see fish. The staff on board were rather indifferent, neither particularly good nor bad.

送迎は時間通りに来てくれ、スムーズに船に乗り込めました。お天気で海もキレイだったので魚は見られました。船上スタッフの対応は淡々としていて可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。

I received contact the day before, and they were very kind to come and pick me up when I arrived nearby. Above all, the sea was beautiful, and I was able to take photos and drone shots, which allowed me to see the stunning sea in the video later, and I was incredibly moved! It was the best souvenir! This was my first visit to Miyako Island after visiting Okinawa a dozen times. I thought I had to experience the Miyako Blue, so I signed up for the Pumpkin Cave and sea turtle snorkeling plan.

On the day of the tour, there was a bit of wind due to an approaching typhoon, but we started with sea kayaking in the morning. It was fun paddling together as a family of three to the entrance of the Pumpkin Cave. Inside the cave was very mystical and moving. The water flowing there was cold, unlike seawater, and the cave was breathtaking. Our guide, Shintaro, explained everything very thoroughly, and my 11-year-old son plans to research caves for his summer project. Jumping off the top of the pumpkin was a great memory for both of us.

In the afternoon, we moved to the sea turtle snorkeling. Our kind guide, Nao, helped my mother, who can't swim, by pulling her along with a float to the snorkeling point. We didn't encounter sea turtles for a while, but when we finally saw one at the end, my son, husband, and I were all moved! It was so cute and became a wonderful memory. Although there were many tourists at this time, the marine life was living close by, so Nao explained carefully how to protect the corals, sea turtles, and fish. I was impressed by her attitude and thought she was a wonderful guide. Thanks to her, we had a very enjoyable snorkeling experience.

When I come back to Miyako Island, I definitely plan to sign up for your tour again. Thank you for your wonderful service.

沖縄旅行十数回目にして初めての宮古島。これは宮古ブルーを味わなければ！と思い、パンプキン鍾乳洞とウミガメシュノーケルのプランを申し込みました。

当日は台風前で少し風はありましたが、午前中にシーカヤックでした。パンプキン鍾乳洞の入り口まで親子３人で息を合わせながらカヤックで漕いでいったのも楽しかったです。鍾乳洞の中はとても神秘的で感動しました。海水とは違って冷たい水が流れ、鍾乳洞内は圧巻です。ガイドのしんたろうさんがとても丁寧に説明してくれ、11歳の息子は夏の自由研究に鍾乳洞について調べるそうです。パンプキンの上から飛び降りたことは親子共に良い思い出です。

午後からは場所を移動してウミガメシュノーケル。ガイドの優しいなおちゃんが泳げない母を浮き輪と共に引っ張ってくれてポイントまで連れて行ってくれました。なかなかウミガメに出会えなかったけど、ギリ最後に会えた時は息子も主人も私も感動！すごく可愛くてとても良い思い出になりました。この時期は観光客が多いけど、海の生物も近くで共に生きてるので、サンゴを守るため、ウミガメや魚たちを守るため、なおちゃんが丁寧に説明をしてくれました。そういう姿勢にも感銘を受け、素晴らしいガイドさんだなと思いました。おかげさまでとても楽しいシュノーケルとなりました。

また宮古島に来た時は是非とも御社のツアーに申し込もうと思います。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

- I was thrilled to encounter two sea turtles, which I had been most eager to see.
- I didn't have high expectations for Pumpkin Cave before signing up, but it exceeded my imagination, and I'm glad I registered.
- Be cautious as the meeting point is by car (you will receive a notification by the day before). There seems to be a solution for those without rental cars, but I think it's best to consult in advance.
- During the activities, you can go hands-free (rash guards are allowed, and hats with straps are permitted while kayaking), and you can take commemorative photos with a GoPro, which the guide will share with you afterward.
- The guide (Shintaro: there was one guide for every three groups of four for the snorkeling and one guide for every four groups of eight for the kayaking) was very pleasant throughout.

I had a very satisfying half-day in Miyako Island. Thank you!

②朝10時〜お昼過ぎ解散: パンプキン鍾乳洞＆シーカヤック

・最も見たかったウミガメにも見事二匹遭遇で最高でした。
・パンプキン鍾乳洞は申し込み前はそこまで期待していませんでしたが想像以上で、申し込んでよかったです。
・車で現地集合(前日までに連絡が来ます)なので注意。非レンタカー組にも救済策はあるようですが、要事前相談かと思います。
・アクティビティ中は基本手ぶら(ラッシュガード可、カヤック時の帽子は紐付きで可)で、GoProでガイドの方により記念撮影→写真/動画を終了後に共有してもらえます。
・ガイドの方(シンタロウさん: ①は3組4人、②は4組8人で1人のガイドさんという比率でした)も終始感じの良い対応でした。

宮古島で大満足の半日を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I booked a parasailing and banana boat plan.
It was my first time parasailing, and it was not as scary as I thought. I enjoyed leisurely taking in the views from above. You can also have photos taken with a GoPro.

After parasailing, we switched to another boat to depart with customers going snorkeling. While listening to the snorkeling instructions, we also wanted to try snorkeling… When we asked the staff if we could add it, they happily agreed! (Of course, there was an additional fee.)
I’m not a strong swimmer, but they guided me to the snorkeling point while pulling me along with a float. I was amazed to see so many fish and coral up close! They also explained about the fish and corals, which made it very enjoyable.

All the staff were energetic and kind, and my whole family was very satisfied. I’m glad we added snorkeling!

パラセーリングとバナナボートのプランを予約しました。
初めてのパラセーリング、思った以上に怖くはなく上空からゆったりと景色を眺めることができて楽しかったです。ゴープロで写真も撮ってもらえます。

パラセーリング後は、別の船に乗り換えてシュノーケリングを行うお客さんと共に出発。
シュノーケリングの説明を聞いているうちに、私達もシュノーケリングをやりたくなり…スタッフの方に追加できるか聞いてみると快くOKしてもらえました！(もちろん追加料金ありです)
泳ぎは苦手でしたが、浮き輪で引っ張ってくれてシュノーケルのポイントまで誘導していただけました。
沢山の魚や珊瑚礁を間近で見れて感動しました！魚や珊瑚の説明もしてもらえてとても楽しめました。

スタッフの方はみんな元気で優しく、家族皆んな大満足でした。シュノーケリング、追加して良かったです！

The weather and sea conditions were great, and I had a wonderful time. I participated at the upper age limit, but thanks to the help of the staff, I was able to stand up several times in the second half. The only regret is that I won't be able to participate next year due to age restrictions, haha. I also received many photos. Thank you very much.

The staff's response was very good!
The sea was full of fish, and I was able to see many different kinds!
However, I was surprised when I saw something unexpected floating right in front of me in the water... I avoided it!
I had heard that if you throw up in the sea, it becomes food for the fish, but I really didn't want to see that in real life.

私たちは以下の三つのアクティビティに参加しました：

カボチャ洞窟とカヌー
・最初はあまり期待していませんでしたが、最も楽しい体験になりました。
・カヌーを操縦して洞窟の入り口まで行き、その内部を探検します。
・自然の神秘を体験する機会であり、インストラクターの詳細で親しみやすい説明が、単なるアクティビティ以上の教育的価値を加えてくれました。
・東平安名崎の近くの場所で、時間が許せば（昼食時など）訪れる柔軟性がありました。

シュノーケリング
・このアクティビティではウミガメを見ることができます。
・暖かい海の温度のためにウミガメを見つけるのが難しかったですが、インストラクターの情報共有のおかげで、幸運にも見ることができました。
・そんな厳しい環境で見つけることができたのは、さらに貴重な体験になりました。

サーフィン
・これは波に乗るのではなく、ボードの上に立つサーフィンです。
最初は少し難しかったですが、コツをつかむと非常に楽しいアクティビティになりました。
・全体的に、このプログラムは非常に満足のいくもので、素晴らしい一日を過ごすことができました。ただし、レンタカーがないと交通が不便なので、将来的には提供者からの送迎サービスがあればさらに良いと思います。

追伸：エメラルド色の海と一緒にいることは、本当に超ウルトラ素晴らしいものでした。

This is a one-day activity plan in Miyakojima where you can enjoy various activities without worrying about planning and routes. I had an English-speaking instructor with me, which made the experiences smooth and enjoyable.(with ko-dai niki)

We participated in the following three activities:

Pumpkin Cave & Canoe
・Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be the most enjoyable experience.
・It involves piloting a canoe to the entrance of a cave and exploring its interior.
・It was a chance to experience the mysteries of nature, and the instructor's detailed and friendly explanations added educational value beyond simple activities.
・The location near Higashi Hennazaki allowed us the flexibility to visit there when time permitted (such as during lunchtime).

Snorkeling
・This activity allows you to see sea turtles.
・Despite the warm sea temperature making it challenging to spot turtles, thanks to the instructor's information sharing, we were fortunate to see them.
・Spotting them in such a challenging environment made the experience even more precious.

Surfing
・This is surfing where you stand on a board rather than riding waves.
It was a bit challenging at first, but once I got the hang of it, it became a very enjoyable activity.
・Overall, this program was very satisfying, and it made for a delightful day. However, transportation can be inconvenient without a rental car, so it would be even better if pickup services were available from the provider in the future.

p.s. It was truly super ultra great ultimate wonderful to be with the emerald-colored sea.

The experience was also fun. It was the children's first time kayaking, and it was refreshing to see the ocean from inside the kayak.

The scenery from the ocean changed as we moved to different locations, and it was interesting to see the different sea creatures.

I had a safe and enjoyable experience, but the area for snorkeling was quite limited, and wearing a life jacket was mandatory, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied.

安全に楽しませてもらえましたが、シュノーケルができる範囲はかなり狭く、また、ライフジャケットも絶対に着用なので、若干物足りなさを感じました。

Paddling to Pumpkin Cave by sea kayak required quite a bit of stamina, but working together with my family made me feel that our bond deepened. I am grateful for the very kind guidance from Tsubasa and Shintaro, which made for a very enjoyable adventure. Thank you very much. And thank you to Nao for letting me experience SUP.

I participated in this tour with a plan for snorkeling at Barasu Island and sightseeing at Yufu Island. It was my first experience with snorkeling, and I was a bit anxious, but the instructor provided thorough guidance, and I was able to enjoy it very much! During the sightseeing at Yufu Island, I was able to savor views that I normally wouldn't see! Upon landing on the island, I was welcomed by many water buffaloes, and while gazing at the beautiful sea, I enjoyed island-exclusive gelato, spending a truly luxurious time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to participate!

今回のツアーには、バラス島シュノーケリングと由布島観光のプランで参加致しました。シュノーケリングは初体験で少し不安もありましたが、インストラクターの方に丁寧にレクチャーしていただき、とても楽しむことが出来ました！由布島観光では普段見ることができない景色を堪能することができました！島に上陸すると沢山の水牛達に迎えられ、綺麗な海を眺めながら島限定のジェラートを堪能しとても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。また機会があれば是非参加したいです！

I visited Miyako Island for the first time, and the clear SUP at Imugya Marine Garden was the most fun! The instructions were thorough, so even beginners can enjoy it. There was also the option to take photos and videos with a camera or drone, allowing us to capture memories on film. If I go to Miyako Island again, I would love to do it again!

説明が丁寧で、sup初心者の方でも楽しめると思います。カメラやドローンでの撮影もあり、思い出を動画で残すこともできました( ¨̮ )

The original date I had reserved was canceled due to bad weather, and I was contacted to change it to another day. I appreciate that safety was taken into consideration. On the day of the tour, we were blessed with good weather, and they took many photos and drone videos, even creating a highlight video in a short time, making it a very memorable SUP tour! I was a beginner at kayaking, but they carefully taught me how to paddle at the start. Even after getting on the kayak, the guide thoroughly explained where to find fish and which direction to paddle, making it easy for beginners to enjoy. Additionally, the guide took photos and used a drone to capture a lot of footage from various angles. Furthermore, they created a highlight video with music on the same day, providing a memorable and valuable experience. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to use their services.

カヤックは初心者でしたたが、最初に漕ぎ方などを丁寧に教えてくれます。また、カヤックに実際に乗った後も、ガイドの方が魚のいるポイントや漕ぐ方向をしっかりと教えてくれたため、初心者でも簡単に楽しむことができました。それだけでなく、ガイドの方による撮影やドローン撮影もあり、様々な角度からたくさんの写真、映像を撮ってくれます。さらに、音楽付きのダイジェストビデオも当日中に作ってもらえたため、思い出に残る貴重な体験ができました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。

I participated in an activity for the first time. I was a bit anxious before joining, but Kacchan (the instructor) guided us in a fun way and taught us each step carefully, so it was a very satisfying experience! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

A knowledgeable instructor with great communication skills attended us.

We visited Miyako Island for the first time as a family.

Wanting to have a great time, we requested a combo tour of sea turtle snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave.

During the morning cave tour, we paddled our own sea kayaks to the cave with the instructor accompanying us.

Along the way, the instructor kept checking in on us, so we hardly felt tired.

The inside of the Pumpkin Cave was enchanting, and the fresh water flowing inside was refreshingly cool, a nice contrast to the outside temperature of over 30 degrees.

Inside the cave, while there was a bit of congestion with other tour groups, our instructor was efficient and organized, allowing us to fully enjoy the cave without any stress.

In the afternoon sea turtle snorkeling, we had heard that the chances of seeing turtles were higher in the morning, but we were able to see them perfectly at the spot the instructor took us to, and my wife and kids were very satisfied.

Although carrying items like cameras is not allowed on the tour, the instructor took great photos with a GoPro from stylish angles.

The underwater photos with the sea turtles and with Nemo were a hundred times better than what I could have taken as an amateur.

For a family of four, the price is a bit higher, but considering the memories we created together, it was a worthwhile investment.

Our instructor was also well-versed in the history and flora and fauna of Miyako Island, making our travel enjoyable throughout.

初めての宮古島に家族で訪れました。

思い切り楽しもうと思い、
ウミガメシュノーケリングとパンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーのコンボをお願いしました。

午前中の鍾乳洞ツアーでは、
カヌーで岩場にある鍾乳洞まで
インストラクターさん帯同のもと
自分たちのシーカヤックで漕いで行きました。

途中、インストラクターさんが、
ずっと気にかけて声がけをしてくれるので、
疲れはほとんど感じません。

パンプキン鍾乳洞の中は幻想的で、
洞内を流れる淡水は、
30度以上の外気とはうって変わって
ヒンヤリと気持ちが良かったです。

洞内では他のツアー会社とお客さんで渋滞する中、
私たちのインストラクターさんは、要領良くテキパキしていて、全くストレスなく洞内を堪能できました。

午後からのウミガメシュノーケリングでは、
午前中のほうが見れる確率が高いと聞いていたウミガメですが、インストラクターさんが連れて行ってくれたポイントでバッチリ見れることでき、妻と子供たちも大満足でした。

ツアーでは、カメラなどの携行品はNGですが、
インストラクターさんが随時GOproでセンスの良いアングルで撮影してくれます。

ウミガメとの写真や、ニモとの写真などの水中写真は、素人の私が撮るよりも100倍良かったと思います。

家族4人となると、
少しお値段はあがってしまいますが、
家族との思い出つくりと考えると安い買い物です。

私たちのインストラクターさんは、
宮古島の歴史や動植物の知識にも長けていて、
移動中もとても楽しむことができました。

I joined the tour because I wanted to see sea turtles.

I was told that there would be little rocking, but it was a windy day and the boat swayed quite a bit. Even though I took motion sickness medication, I ended up feeling quite seasick and unfortunately couldn't go on the sea turtle exploration. However, the staff were very kind; they provided tea and vomit bags before I even had to complain about feeling unwell, and they guided me to a quiet spot on the top deck.

I also participated in another tour with a maximum of six people, and I was impressed by the homey atmosphere and attentive service. However, since this tour had a larger number of participants, complete beginners who don't know anything might feel a bit anxious.

The snorkeling spot on this tour was deep and clear, so it seemed that those with a fear of heights might find it scary, but the sea was incredibly beautiful.

ウミガメをみたくて参加しました。

揺れが少ないとのことでしたが、風が強い日で揺れたこともあり酔い止め薬を飲んでいたもののかなり船酔いしてしまい、残念ながらウミガメ探索に行けませんでしたが、スタッフの方は体調が悪いと訴える前にお茶や嘔吐用の袋をくれたり、トップデッキの静かな場所に案内してくださったりとても親切にしてくださいました。

最大6名の別のツアーにも参加しましアットホームさと丁寧なサービスに感動しましたが、こちらは参加人数が多いので、全くの初心者で何もわからない方は少し不安になるかもしれません。

このツアーでスノーケリングをする場所は深さがあって透き通っているので、高所恐怖症だと怖かったらしいですが、それほど綺麗な海でした。

The only good thing about participating in the tour was encountering a sea turtle. Here are the reasons for my evaluation:

- I was mistaken for someone else with the same last name, which caused the tour schedule to switch between the morning and afternoon.
- On the bus to Yubujima, it seemed they left the original participants behind at the port and had to turn back. At the port, they swapped one group of customers and departed again, all without any announcements or apologies.
- Perhaps due to the time lost, there was a comment saying, "Yubujima has fewer things to see, so if you hurry, you can return in less than an hour." I wanted to see everything while I was there...
- Although the snorkeling seemed to be focused on aesthetics, the content did not live up to expectations.

Overall, I was particularly concerned about the lack of coordination within the tour company. Even though I had signed and submitted a consent form once, I was made to fill it out again, indicating a lack of information sharing. Additionally, although the snorkeling was advertised to take place in the morning, it was changed to the afternoon due to the number of water buffalo carts, resulting in Barasu Island being completely submerged. Since there wasn't much to see, I think it would have been more meaningful to spend time looking at fish at other points instead of just viewing the island from the boat.

At the next snorkeling point, my friend, who is not used to swimming, said, "I felt rushed and couldn't enjoy it much because I was worried about chasing after the buoy held by the guide. I was anxious about getting kicked by the fins of other participants and having my mask slip." While I appreciated the attention to safety, there were many flaws throughout the tour.

Seeing the sea turtle was very nice, but since encounters are rare and it was just a coincidence that the turtle was swimming nearby, this led to my evaluation.

ツアーに参加して良かったことはただ一つ、海亀に遭遇できたことです。
評価の理由を列挙します。

・同じ苗字の別人と間違えられてツアー内容が午前と午後で入れ替わる。
・由布島行きのバスで、本来の参加者を港に置き去りにしたようで途中で引き返していた。港では一組の客を入れ替えて再出発。その間特にアナウンスや謝罪なし。
・タイムロスしたからなのか「由布島は見るとこ少なめで回ってもらえれば1時間以内に戻って来れますので」という発言。行くからには全て見たいが…。
・シュノーケルは映えを意識している様子なのに内容が伴っていなかった。

総合するとツアー会社の連携が取れていなかったことが特に気になりました。一度同意書を書いて渡したのに、再度書かされそうになったりと情報共有が行われていないようです。
また、シュノーケルが募集サイト上では午前中催行とあったのに、水牛車の数の問題で午後に変更されたことでバラス島が完全に水没していました。特に見応えもなかったため、島自体は船から眺めるに留めて他のポイントで魚を見ていた方が有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。
次のシュノーケルポイントでは、泳ぎ慣れない友人曰く「急かされて忙しなく、ガイドの持つ浮きを追いかけることを気にしてあまり楽しめなかった。他の参加者のフィンに蹴られそうでマスクがずれたらとヒヤヒヤした」とのこと。
安全面に配慮されていたのは良かったですが、ツアー全体を通して粗が多かったです。
海亀を見れたことは非常に良かったですが、遭遇自体が珍しいらしく偶然近辺を泳いでくれた海亀のおかげなので、この評価に至りました。

In the morning, we headed to the cave by kayak and explored the Pumpkin Cave! Along the way, we received a light guide about the flora and fauna of Miyako Island! Since we paddled in pairs, it was a bit challenging to synchronize our timing, haha. The cave was mystical, and it was fun to explore while listening to the instructor's explanations. In the afternoon, we went snorkeling and even encountered sea turtles!

The instructor took photos during kayaking, cave exploration, and snorkeling, and later sent us the pictures and videos via LINE, so it was great not to have to bring a camera!

It was the best honeymoon ever! Thank you!

午後にはシュノーケリングをしてウミガメとも出会う事が出来ました！

カヤック、鍾乳洞、シュノーケリングは全てインストラクターさんが写真を撮ってくれて、後でLINEで写真や動画を送ってくれるのでカメラを持っていく必要がなくて良かったです！
