We went to Ishigaki Island for our honeymoon!

Since we were in Ishigaki, we wanted to fully enjoy the beautiful sea with snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). We found and booked a plan that allowed us to do both in one day!

Both of us were inexperienced, so we were a bit anxious, but the guides were kind and taught us patiently, allowing us to have an amazing time even as beginners!

We were also grateful that they took photos for us at all the spots where we wanted to capture memories♬

It became a wonderful memory! Thank you so much!＾＾

I participated in a snorkeling tour at Barasu Island and a water buffalo cart tour at Yufu Island during my first visit to Iriomote Island. I was worried because the weather forecast predicted rain, but we were blessed with clear skies on the day, making it a fun day!

Especially, our guide Yume was very friendly and addressed all the participants by name, which made this first tour a pleasant experience. The snorkeling spots were adjusted according to the day's conditions, and I was able to see a sea turtle! I want to visit Iriomote Island again, and next time I would like to join a canyoning or trekking tour. Thank you!

初めての西表島に行きバラス島シュノーケルと由布島水牛車観光ツアーに参加させていただきました。
天気予報は雨予想だったので不安でしたが、当日は快晴に恵まれて楽しい一日になりました！

The day before, I was informed that parasailing might not be possible due to the ocean waves, and when I asked to reschedule for another day, I was told that they were fully booked. While I was trying to make a reservation with another company, I was told that the waves had improved and there was a 50% chance we could go, so I went ahead with it. However, on the day of the activity, it turned out we couldn't go after all. I received a refund from Veltra, but the reason given was engine trouble. If they had told me that from the beginning, I would have chosen another company. I feel deceived and very disappointed. The snorkeling was good, but my partner was experiencing marine activities for the first time, and I wanted them to have that experience. They might be thinking about profits, but I hope they don't forget that each customer has different reasons for looking forward to these activities.

Thank you for using our services. I sincerely apologize for the unfortunate conclusion of your activity experience due to our incorrect guidance. The reason for this was that we failed to communicate that the cancellation of parasailing was due to engine trouble on both the day before and the day of the event.

Around 11 AM the day before, we received a notification from the captain that parasailing would be canceled for the entire day due to engine trouble. However, when contacting guests, we mistakenly communicated that it was due to rough sea conditions. A few hours later, the captain informed us that repairs were completed and after a test run, it was determined that the event could proceed depending on the sea conditions on the day of the activity.

Unfortunately, I was only able to respond around 7 PM, and I conveyed via phone that there was a possibility of proceeding based on the day's conditions as the waves were recovering.

その理由がエンジントラブルから回復していないものによることをゲストに直接お伝えしておりませんでした。

I have snorkeled in various places, including Miyako Island, Ishigaki Island, and Kume Island, but the most moving experience for me was about 15 years ago when I visited Kerama. The clarity of the water was so high that I could see deep down to the seabed, and the countless coral reefs and fish shining in shades of purple were breathtaking. I signed up for this tour to feel that excitement once again. After 15 years, the underwater scenery seemed a bit browner, possibly due to global warming, but the clarity of the water was still excellent, allowing me to see the seabed well. The countless coral reefs and fish were the most impressive I've seen in recent years. I also participated in the sea turtle tour, and thanks to the staff, I was able to see a sea turtle. For us, who didn't sign up for other activities, it was great to have a short 3-hour experience.

今まで海外を含めて、宮古島、石垣島、久米島、、、いろんなところでシュノーケルをしてきましたが、自分の中で一番感動したのは15年くらい前に行った慶良間でした。とても深い海底まで見えるほどの海の透明度、一面が紫色に輝く中に無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、その感動をもう一度感じたくてこのツアーに申込みました。15年の月日を経て海中は、地球温暖化のせいか昔よりは少し茶色ぽくなっていましたが、相変わらず海底までよく見える透明度、無数のサンゴ礁と魚達、ここ何年か見た中で一番に感動しました。ウミガメツアーにも参加してスタッフの方のおかげでウミガメも見ることができました。他のアクティビティを申し込まない私達にとって3時間という短めの時間がちょこっと体験できてよかったです。

In the morning, I participated in a water buffalo cart tour on Yufu Island, and in the afternoon, I joined a mangrove kayak tour.

The water buffalo cart on Yufu Island was adorable as the buffalo walked leisurely, and the scenery from the slowly moving cart was peaceful and relaxing. Although the stay on the island was about an hour, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The brown sugar gelato from the gelato shop by the sea was delicious!

It was my first time kayaking, but our guide, Moo, taught us carefully, so I felt safe and had a great time. It was very refreshing to feel the great outdoors. I was able to take many photos and videos with a GoPro, creating wonderful memories.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience where I could relax while enjoying nature! The guides were all kind and entertaining, and I definitely want to go on this tour again. Thank you!

由布島の水牛車は水牛がのんびり歩く姿がかわいくて、ゆっくり進む水牛車から見る景色はのどかでリラックスできる時間でした。島の滞在時間は1時間程度でしたが十分満喫できました。海沿いにあるジェラート屋さんの黒糖ジェラートが美味しかったです♡

In the morning, I did SAP in the mangroves, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling at a beach recommended by the staff!

It was a full-day course, but there were breaks, so I didn't feel rushed, which was great. Although the weather was bad and the snorkeling at the Blue Cave was changed to a different beach, I was satisfied.

The meeting place was easy to find, and it was helpful that I could make a reservation even the day before. The staff members were different for the morning and afternoon tours. If you're in the city, they will pick you up at your hotel, making it convenient to return from the beach without needing to change. We used the shower room, which is about a 5-minute walk from the terminal. We were also taken to our destination by bus. There was no specific explanation, but I saw a notice indicating a fee of 500 yen per person. I paid at that time, but I wondered later if the hot shower was included in the tour. It's recommended to bring your own towels and amenities, but there was a hairdryer available.

Basically, there was one staff member per group, so they seemed busy with explanations, photo-taking, and escorting. However, the staff member was friendly and provided various explanations while guiding us, which made me very satisfied. It was my first time doing SAP, and I had a great time. The tour duration was long, which was very satisfying, but I thought children might get a bit bored or tired. However, if someone fell behind or if there was a delay, it could lead to panic, especially since there was no immediate ferry back to shore in case of an emergency. Most of the participants in our group were in their 20s and physically fit, so perhaps the staff didn't worry too much. Still, I think it would be good to have a bit more consideration since there was only one staff member.

I am very satisfied with the price and the tour content, and I was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island. There are various courses available, including half-day options, so I definitely recommend considering them.

市街地であればホテルまで迎えにきてくれるため、帰ります海に入ったまま帰ることもできるので便利です。私たちはシャワールームを利用させてもらいました。ターミナルより徒歩5分くらいの場所です、バスで目的地まだ送ってもらいました。特に説明はなかったので張り紙をみたところ1人500円の表示がありました。その際は支払いをしましたが、ツアー内に温水シャワーも含まれていた？かもと終わってから思いました。タオルやアメニティはないため持参をオススメします。ドライヤーはありました。

基本的に1グループにスタッフが1人だったので説明〜写真撮影、エスコートと忙しそうな印象を受けました。
しがし、スタッフの方は感じのよく色んな説明をしながらガイドをしてくれてとても満足しました。
初めてのSAPでしたが、楽しむことができました。ツアー時間も長く大満足、子供などはちょっと飽きてしまう？疲れてしまうかなと思いました。
グループごとに写真も撮ってくれるため記念になります。しかしスタッフは1人なので写真の枚数は限られます。

シュノーケルは事前に場所が変更になることを前日に教えていただき、参加するかを選べます。
海はとても綺麗で波も少なく泳ぎやすかったです
私は何度かシュノーケルをしていましたが、一緒に参加したパートナーは初めてでした。泳げないわけではないので最後まで参加することができましが、
泳ぎが得意ではない方や途中で体調不良を起こしてしまった人が居た場合怖いと思いました。
基本的にスタッフさんは声をかけてくれますが、1番前で道をエスコートしてくれています。しかし、後ろの様子や遅れが出た場合、何かあった際にすぐに陸地は戻れないパニックが生じた際に戻るフェリーがないなど万が一を考えた場合生命危機が高いのではないかと思いました。
私たちが参加したグループの方はほとんどが20代で体力もあり泳ぐことが出来ていたのでスタッフさんもそこまで気にかけなかったのかとも思います。しかし、スタッフさんが1人だからこそもう少し配慮があってもいいかと思いました。

値段とツアー内容、石垣島を楽しむことができてとても満足しています。半日コースなどニーズに合わせて様々なコースがあるのでぜひ検討してみてください

Due to the weather, we couldn't snorkel at the Blue Cave. We changed our plans, doing snorkeling in the morning at a different location and switching to SUP in the afternoon.

Both snorkeling and SUP were guided by friendly instructors who divided us into groups, making it safe for beginners. During snorkeling, the guide led us with a float, ensuring that even children felt secure. They taught us the names of the fish and took photos of the participants and underwater, which they sent to us later.

It was my first time doing SUP, but the instructions were clear, and everyone was able to stand up and paddle quickly. They also took many photos and sent them to us.

The weather was great, and both the sea and Kabira Bay were beautiful, making it a perfect day.

シュノーケルもSUPもグループに分けて親切なガイドさんがついてくれたから初心者でも安心でした。
シュノーケルはガイドさんが浮き輪を持って先導してくれるので子供も安心。魚の名前を教えてくれたり、参加者の写真や海中の写真を撮って、後で送ってくれました。

We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but the environment at the tour location was calm, and the guide's explanations were concise and good.
There were times when we were delayed, but there was no atmosphere of rushing, and we were grateful for the patience shown to us.

The snorkeling location was changed due to the weather on the day, but the water was very clear, and even in deeper areas, the visibility was great, which made it enjoyable (though this can depend on the weather).
I had no particular complaints and had a great time. Thank you!

We chose Okinawa for our 3-year-old daughter's first airplane trip. We decided to let her experience the ocean, which she had only seen until now. She seemed to have a great time seeing various colorful fish, floating in the sea, and feeding them. In fact, she didn't want to get out of the water at the end and was quite reluctant to leave! We also enjoyed watching hermit crabs on the beach and collecting seashells and coral, which made for a very fulfilling experience. The instructor was kind and explained everything clearly, treating the children with care. My daughter really took a liking to him and became quite attached. The next day, she kept asking to go back to the same beach with the instructor!

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding, and I was able to enjoy it thanks to the instructor's guidance. Although it was a bit windy and I thought it would be difficult to stand, I was able to do so in areas where the wind was calmer! Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but even so, Kabira Bay was very beautiful! I would like to try it again when the weather is nice! I felt安心 and安全 while being taught kindly and carefully! The snorkeling experience was amazing as I got to meet a sea turtle and take wonderful photos! Canoeing in the beautiful sea was also great, and I think our bond grew stronger as we worked together in sync! It was so much fun that it felt like it ended in the blink of an eye! When I came to Okinawa, I definitely wanted to try marine sports, so I chose this plan that includes both snorkeling and diving. It was my first time diving, and I found breathing to be more difficult than I expected, but I was taught patiently and was able to dive safely! My companion had never done marine sports before, but they said it was really fun. The waves were calm, so I didn't get seasick, but since we were on the water for a long time, it was a good decision to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

沖縄に来たら絶対マリンスポーツをしたくて、シュノーケリングとダイビングがどちらもできるこちらのプランを選びました。
ダイビングは初めてで、呼吸するのが思ったより難しく手間取りましたが、丁寧に教えていただいて無事に潜る事ができました！
連れはマリンスポーツが初めてでしたが、本当に楽しかったと言っていました。
波が穏やかで船酔いもしませんでしたが、長時間海上にいるので酔い止めを飲んでから行って正解でした。

This was my first marine activity after turning 50. I participated in a SUP and snorkeling tour. I arrived at the shop at 8 AM. After about 20 minutes for check-in and preparation, we got in the car and headed to the experience location. After a brief lecture, we took some photos. We paddled quite a distance to an island, where we snorkeled. The fish came around nicely for feeding, which was quite enjoyable. We returned to the shop after about three hours, feeling very satisfied, almost as if it had been longer.

The white sand and blue sea were absolutely stunning. The guide was also very attentive and reliable. They took a lot of photos for us, and we received the data afterward. It was fine not to have my own smartphone (in fact, I think it's better not to bring one due to the risk of dropping it in the water).

All I needed was a swimsuit, rash guard, and towel. I made a reservation beforehand, but there were quite a few people who joined on the day. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you very much!

今回はサップとシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しました。
朝8時に店に到着。受付と準備で20分くらいで車に乗り、体験場所へ。簡単なレクチャーを受けたあと、写真撮影。そのままサップで結構な距離の島まで行き、そこでシュノーケリング。魚の餌付けも程よく集まってくるのでなかなかいい感じです。約３時間くらいで店に帰り着きました。もっと長く感じるくらい満足しました。
何より砂浜の白さと海の青さが最高でした。
ガイドの方も丁寧で頼りになります。
写真も沢山撮っていただいて、後でデータをいただきました。自分のスマホは無くても大丈夫でした。(逆に落水の危険性があるので、持って行かない方がいいと思いました。)
道具は水着とラッシュガード、タオルがあれば大丈夫でした。
今回は予約してから行きましたが、結構当日参加という方も来店されてました。是非また利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

Due to the approaching typhoon, I was able to switch to the morning course on short notice. I am truly grateful for the flexible response! Although it was drizzling, the sea was very beautiful, and I encountered many fish, making it a wonderful experience as I had hoped.

Walking in the sea before snorkeling was quite exhausting.

The tour vehicle was cold, and I ended up getting car sick before we arrived. I took deep breaths through the snorkel and carefully observed the underwater scenery. The colorful coral reefs were beautiful, delicate, and vibrant, making me want to touch them. The fish swam around without fear of humans, allowing me to see them up close, almost within reach. The moment a school of colorful tropical fish swam right past me was breathtaking, and I truly felt the richness of nature.

There was a large rock a little distance away, and every time I went to look for creatures hiding in its shadow or dove into deeper areas, I made new discoveries. The chance encounters with the underwater life were a unique charm of snorkeling. It became an important time to connect with nature and reset myself. I definitely want to experience this again next time.

シュノーケルを通して深く息を吸い込み、海中の景色をじっくりと観察しました。色とりどりのサンゴ礁が美しく、触れたくなるほどに繊細で鮮やか。魚たちは人間を怖がることなく、すぐそばを泳ぎ回り、手が届きそうな距離で見ることができました。特に、カラフルな熱帯魚の群れが目の前を通り過ぎる瞬間は圧巻で、自然の豊かさを実感。

少し離れた場所に大きな岩があり、その陰に隠れていた生き物を探しに行ったり、深い場所に潜ってみたりするたびに、新しい発見がありました。水中で出会う生物たちとの偶然の出会いは、シュノーケリングならではの魅力です。
自然と触れ合い、自分をリセットする大切な時間となりました。次回もまたぜひ体験したいと思います。

The staff were all smiles and interacted with us in a fun way. It was my first time snorkeling, but they explained everything very thoroughly. We participated as a pair, and our guide was dedicated to us, taking a lot of photos and videos.

Here's how the tour went:
We gathered 30 minutes before the start. We put on wetsuits over our swimsuits. It was about a 1-2 minute walk from the shop to the shared boat. There was a detailed explanation either inside the shop or in front of the boat.

Then we boarded the boat and set sail. We arrived at the Blue Cave in about 5 minutes. The guide pulled the float, so we just had to hold on to reach the inside of the Blue Cave. Along the way, the guide checked in with us multiple times and provided commentary.

Inside the Blue Cave, we took photos everywhere. After the Blue Cave, we could feed the fish for about 30 minutes, surrounded by a large number of fish. The guide continuously took photos and videos.

On the way back, we showered at the shop in a shower room equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and finished by drying our hair with a dryer.

I wonder if there are any better shops than this one? This shop was the best!

乗り合いの船まではお店から徒歩1～2分くらいで歩きます
お店の中又は船の前で丁寧に説明があります
いざ、船に乗って出航
5分くらいで、青の洞窟に到着します
ガイドさんは浮き輪を引っ張ってくれるので、捕まってるだけで、青の洞窟の内部に到達します
途中、ガイドさんは何度も声かけしてくれますし、観光ガイドもしてくれます
青の洞窟内部では、あちこちで写真撮影
青の洞窟終わったら魚の餌付けを30分くらい？出来ます
大量の魚に囲まれます
ガイドさんは、ひたすら写真撮影、動画撮影してくれます
帰りはお店で、シャンプー、リンス、ボディシャンプー付きのシャワールームでシャワーを浴びて、ドライヤーで乾かして終了です
ここより良いお店があるのかな？くらい、このお店は最高でした！

I went to the Kerama Islands for a day of snorkeling. The ocean was so beautiful, and I was really impressed! The staff were also very kind, showing us sea cucumbers up close, which made for a memorable experience. I was happy to see many sea creatures. I saw various animals like sharks and sea snakes, but meeting a sea turtle was the highlight of my trip. This snorkeling experience was so enjoyable that it made me want to get into snorkeling more! I also appreciated that I could choose from a variety of options for lunch. However, there was a moment when the staff seemed to have some miscommunication, which is why I rated it four stars. Still, it was a lot of fun, and I would like to sign up again when I visit Okinawa.

1日のシュノーケリング体験で慶良間諸島に行きました。海がとても綺麗ですごく感動しました！またスタッフさんも優しく接してくれたりナマコを近くで見せてくれたりと、思い出に残るような体験をさせてもらいました。海の生き物も沢山見れて嬉しかったです。サメやウミヘビ等色々な生き物を見ましたがウミガメに会えたことが1番の思い出になりました。このシュノーケリング体験をきっかけにシュノーケリングにハマるくらいには楽しかったです！お昼ご飯のお弁当も沢山の種類から選べたのでよかったです。ただ、少しスタッフさん同士での確認が取れていなくて困った場面があったので星4という評価にしました。それでもとても楽しかったので沖縄に行った際にはまた申し込みたいと思います。

I was debating whether to book a boat ride or swim to the Blue Cave, but it only took about 10 minutes to swim down the stairs to the cave, so I’m glad we chose to swim.

A handsome and kind young man named Mr. Kinjō guided us, took photos, and moved things along efficiently. He praised the kids' swimming, and we had a great time.

Embarrassingly, even though I (the mother) took motion sickness medicine, I still got seasick. Thank you so much for teaching me acupressure points that help with nausea and for showing me positions to avoid getting sick. I apologize for any inconvenience.

前日から雨で当日も心配してましたが、青の洞窟に入ることが出来ました。

青の洞窟近くまで船で行くか泳いでいくか、どちらを予約しようか悩んでいたのですが、階段を降りて青の洞窟まで泳ぐのは10分くらいだったので、泳ぐにして良かったです。

イケメンで優しいお兄さんが（金城さんという方でした）、案内や写真やテキパキ進めてくれて、子供達の泳ぎを褒めてくれたり楽しく過ごせました。

恥ずかしながら、私（母親）が酔い止めを飲んで行ったにもかかわらず、波に酔ってしまいました。酔いに効くツボや酔いにくい体勢を教えてくださり、本当にありがとうございました。
ご迷惑をお掛けしました。

とっても素敵な体験ができて、参加出来て良かったです！
