We participated as a family of four, including a couple, a second-grade girl, and a three-year-old boy. The three-year-old was excited to see many fish while wearing a float and goggles. The older child seemed to have so much fun that she said she wanted to do more! The guide was very easy to talk to, and the children quickly warmed up to him.

This time, I participated alone as a 64-year-old man. I was good at swimming, but since it was my first time snorkeling, I was a bit anxious at first. However, thanks to the kind and attentive support from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy myself.

泳ぎは得意な方でしたが､シュノーケリングは初めてだったので､当初は少し不安もありましたが、スタッフの方々の親切丁寧な対応に安心して楽しめました。

I have participated in quite a few tours, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. There was no explanation beforehand, and no guidance upon arrival.
First of all, not having lockers for marine activities was very concerning. If I had known this in advance, I could have left my valuables in the car, but there was no such information provided.
Additionally, we were taken out to a very remote area and had to wait for hours on the anchored boat. About 80% of the participants were seasick and vomiting; it was a nightmare.
I understand the focus on efficiency, but I wish they would reconsider and think about the participants' experience.
今までかなりのツアーに参加してきましたが、ここまで酷かったのは初めてです。事前説明も到着してからの案内も説明もありません。
まずマリンアクティビティでロッカーが無いのは不安でしかありません。せめて事前に無いことが分かっていれば、貴重品を車に置いていくなりできますが、その説明も無し。
また、かなりの遠洋に連れて行かれ、停泊した船の上で何時間も待たされます。参加者の8割程が船酔いし吐いていて地獄でした。
効率重視は分かりますが、参加者の身になって考え直して欲しいです。

We participated as a family of four with elementary school children and toddlers. Our tour guide, Macchan, was very kind, and the children really warmed up to him. I was worried about whether the kids would be able to swim, but Macchan helped them, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. On Yufu Island, we were able to interact with the water buffalo, which was a delightful experience. The island tour lasted for just one hour, and it was such an attractive place that I wished we could have spent a little more time exploring. Thank you for a very enjoyable day!

I participated in snorkeling at the Blue Cave and diving at Clownfish Paradise. It was great to have so many photos taken (included in the price). The color of the Blue Cave that I actually saw was amazing, and I want to go again next year. I was able to hold onto something like a kickboard and be pulled along, so I didn't exhaust myself. I was able to swim on my own during the diving, and I was extremely satisfied. When I struggled to swim well, they quickly noticed and helped me, which gave me incredible peace of mind underwater. We were blessed with good weather, and it was a dream-like time. I would like to request again next year, but can we go to a different location this time?
After diving, I struggled with the heavy equipment when getting back on the boat, but I was helped, which was a relief. Next year, I will exercise in advance to build my stamina. Thank you very much.
Also, I saw on the schedule that after finishing at the Blue Cave and waiting for the diving departure, I ran out of water at the port and didn't have any money with me, so I returned to the shop once. ダイビングのあと船にあがる時に機材が重く苦労しましたが、手伝ってもらえて助かりました。
来年は事前に運動をして体力をつけて行きます✊

あと、スケジュールで見てはいたのですが、
青の洞窟が終わってダイビング出発の間、港で待機の時お水がなくなって、お金も持って行ってなかったので一度ショップに戻りました。
もしかしてお茶の準備があったのかもしれません。
シュノーケリングだけだと500mlで十分ですが、天候にもよりますが、続けてダイビングの場合は1Lあった方がいいかもしれない。

Before we left, I was a bit anxious because it had been raining, but once the tour started, the weather improved rapidly, and we were able to visit the long-awaited Phantom Island under a clear blue sky. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and I was moved by the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea. The guide was friendly and reliable, sharing not only information about the ocean but also recommending various restaurants in Ishigaki, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. There were small children with us, but they were well supported, and even the ones who were initially scared seemed to have a great time. I want to go again.
行く前に雨が降っていたので少し不安でしたが、ツアーが始まってからはどんどん天気が回復して、青空の下で念願の幻の島に行くことができました。写真で見るよりもずっと綺麗で、白い砂浜と透き通った海に感動しました。ガイドのお姉さんも気さくで頼りになり、海のことだけでなく石垣でオススメのご飯屋さんなどいろんなことを教えてくれ、安心して楽しめました。小さい子もいましたが、しっかりサポートされてて最初怖がっていた子も楽しそうでした。また行きたいです。
I recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and sandals that can get wet since it's by the sea.

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Phantom Island and the Blue Cave with a friend. The Phantom Island truly lived up to its name, with a beautiful white sandy beach floating in the middle of the ocean, which was incredibly moving! It felt like a great commercial could be filmed there. Surrounded by endless blue sea, I took a lot of photos, creating the best memories.
It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided a thorough briefing, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. Colorful tropical fish came close to me in the water, and the corals were so beautiful that it really felt like being in a natural aquarium. The Blue Cave was also very mysterious; when sunlight streamed in, the colors of the sea sparkled beautifully! Exploring the cave was fun as well. After the experience, I felt pleasantly tired and fulfilled, making it a perfect day.
The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, let us touch sea cucumbers, and took many photos and videos, creating lots of great memories. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to fully enjoy the ocean in Ishigaki Island! I also went to buy the salt sataran-dagi that the guide recommended! It was freshly fried and incredibly delicious!

幻の島は、本当に名前の通り海の真ん中に浮かぶ白い砂浜が広がっていて大感動！良いCMが撮れそうでした。見渡す限りの青い海に囲まれて、写真もたくさん撮れて最高の思い出になりました。
人生初シュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドさんが丁寧にレクチャーしてくださったので安心して楽しめました。海の中ではカラフルな熱帯魚がすぐ近くまで寄ってきて、サンゴも美しすぎて本当に自然の水族館にいるようでした。
青の洞窟もとても神秘的で、太陽の光が差し込むと海の色がキラキラ輝いて、とてもきれい！洞窟探検も面白かったです。体験後は程よい疲れと充実感で大満足の一日になりました。
ガイドさんがとってもフレンドリーで、石垣島のことを詳しく教えてくれたりナマコを触らせてくれたり写真や動画をたくさん撮ってくれたので良い思い出がたくさんできました。石垣島で思いっきり海を楽しみたい方にぜひおすすめです！

It was my first SUP experience after turning 60! I was able to do better than I expected, and it was a lot of fun. During snorkeling, I also had the chance to feed the fish, and it felt like being inside a tropical fish tank. The staff took photos during the experience, which became a wonderful keepsake.

We participated as a family of three. In the morning, we went canoeing near the mangroves, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling. Both were our first experiences, but the guide was friendly and taught us carefully, so we had no problems and enjoyed ourselves. During the transfers and activities, the guide shared a lot of local trivia and recommended delicious places, which was very helpful.
Moreover, the weather was great for both activities, and the water was clear, so we couldn't have asked for more. The snorkeling, in particular, was breathtaking with an abundance of fish and coral that exceeded our expectations.
We didn't bring our smartphones or cameras, but the guide took many photos from angles we couldn't capture ourselves and sent them to us the same day, so there was no need to bring them.
It was very tiring, but it was a fun day overall.
家族三人で参加しました。午前はマングローブ近くでカヌー、午後はシュノーケリングで、どちらも初めてだったのですが、ガイドの方が気さくに丁寧に教えてくださり、何の問題もなく楽しめました。移動中にもアクティビティ中も、現地の豆知識や美味しいお店などたくさん教えてくれ参考になりました。
また、どちらも天気が良く、水もきれいで、言う事無しでした。特にシュノーケリングは、期待以上の魚やサンゴが広がり感動でしたよ。
スマホやカメラを持っていかなかったのですが、ガイドさんが自分たちでは撮れないアングルの写真をたくさん撮ってくれ、即日送ってもらえたので、持っていく必要も無かったです。
とても疲れたけれど、その分楽しい１日でした。

Since I didn't rent a car, the shuttle service from the accommodation to the activity points was really helpful. It was also enjoyable to hear various stories along the way. Thank you very much.

Due to bad weather, we couldn't do snorkeling and SUP at the planned location, but they suggested an alternative spot. As a result, we unexpectedly got to see sea turtles, which made us very happy. The SUP instructor was a really funny guy, so we were never bored. It was a lot of fun.
悪天候で予定のポイントでのシュノーケルとSUPが出来ませんでしたが、別ポイントでの開催を提案して頂きました。結果、予定外にウミガメにも会うこともできとても満足です。SUPのインストラクターのお兄さんがとても面白い方だったので全く退屈しませんでした。とても楽しかったです。

It was my first time snorkeling out at sea on a boat, and I was a bit scared, but wearing a life jacket gave me a sense of security, allowing me to enjoy snorkeling.

I had planned a trip to visit the Blue Cave, but unfortunately, the tour was canceled the day before, and I was considering canceling my plans. However, since I was already there, I decided to participate in the changed sea turtle snorkeling tour! Thanks to our guide, Soma, I had an unexpectedly fun snorkeling experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the strong mangrove forest with its deeply rooted trees. The countless roots stretching out from the mud looked like living sculptures, and I felt the resilience of nature. As I paddled along the water's surface, branches and leaves spread out on both sides, making it feel like I was rowing through a green tunnel. The breeze was gentle, and every time I looked up at the sky, the bright blue and white clouds were stunning.
The guide was really kind, and their explanations were clear and interesting! They talked about the nature and wildlife of Iriomote Island in a fun way, providing not just beautiful scenery but also plenty of learning opportunities. I felt a sense of security, which allowed me to relax and enjoy canoeing even as a first-timer.
As I glided over the calm water, I was enveloped in a feeling of "time flowing slowly," something I can't experience in my daily life, and I felt truly refreshed. Being healed by the energy of nature and encountering views that can only be seen here was a truly special experience.
The great nature of Iriomote Island was amazing! I want to go again! ^_^
最初に目に飛び込んできたのは、力強く根を張ったマングローブの森。泥の中から無数に伸びる根っこはまるで生きている彫刻みたいで、自然のたくましさを感じました。水面を進んでいくと、両脇から覆いかぶさるように枝葉が広がって、まるで緑のトンネルの中を漕いでいるみたい。風も穏やかで、時々空を見上げると真っ青な空と白い雲が映えて最高でした。
ガイドさんも本当に親切で、説明が分かりやすくておもしろい！西表島の自然や生き物のことを楽しく話してくれて、景色だけじゃなく学びもいっぱいありました。安心感もあって、初めてでもリラックスしてカヌーを楽しめました。
静かな水面をすべるように進んでいくと、普段の生活では味わえない“時間がゆっくり流れる感覚”に包まれて、心からリフレッシュできました。自然のエネルギーに癒されながら、ここでしか見られない景色に出会えたのは本当に特別な体験。
西表島の大自然、最高でした！また行きたいです^_^

I participated in a SUP and snorkeling session that ended in the morning at the beginning of September, when the weather can be quite changeable. The weather was nice, and during low tide, the sea sparkled, making the coral visible up close. I struggled to keep up with the SUP until I got the hang of it, but since it was early in the morning, there were few people around, and I was able to jump into the sea and enjoy a refreshing time.
I had a hard time finding a turtle while snorkeling and thought I might not see one, but I kept swimming. Thanks to the instructor who didn’t give up searching, I was finally able to meet a turtle leisurely eating at the end.
Since I had arranged for transportation, getting around was easy, and I got to hear interesting stories about island life and was recommended some delicious places to eat. I had some anxiety about being back in the sea after a long time, but from start to finish, Ricky's smile encouraged me, and my family was able to have a great time!
天候が変わりやすい9月頭に午前中で終わるSUPとシュノーケリングに参加しました。天気もよく、干潮で海がキラキラと珊瑚が近い距離に見えました。SUPは慣れるまでついてくのに必死だったけど、朝イチだったので人も少なく、海に飛び込んだり気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。シュノーケリングはなかなか亀さんが見つからず、見れないかなーと思ってましたが、ひたすら泳ぐ泳ぐ。お姉さんが諦めずに探してくれたおかげで最後にのんびり食事中の亀さんに会うことができました。
今回は送迎をお願いしてたので移動も楽に、車内では島の暮らしや、いろんな面白い話を聞かせてもらったり、美味しいお店も教えてもらえました。久しぶりの海に不安があったけど、最初から最後まで担当のリッキーの笑顔に励まされ家族で楽しむことができました！

It was my first time snorkeling, and the explanations were thorough. Everyone was kind, and it was a really great tour! I got to see beautiful coral reefs, and there was free time, which made it so much fun. The price also felt very reasonable! Highly recommended!
