This was the best experience of my trip!!

We participated in a luxurious SUP and snorkeling tour with five people because we wanted to fully enjoy marine activities in Miyako Island.

I hadn't been in the ocean for several years and was anxious about marine activities, but the staff were very supportive, and everyone ended up loving the sea.

<SUP>
We received thorough instructions in the beautiful sea, and everyone was able to enjoy it without falling in. We also took a lot of stunning photos.

<Snorkeling>
Some members had difficulty breathing through their mouths, but with appropriate breaks and careful instructions, we were able to enjoy it. The staff worked hard to find sea turtles, and we were able to encounter them that day!!

<Overall>
The staff treated us kindly with just the right level of warmth, making it a very good tour. When I asked for recommendations for lunch, they told us about a really delicious place. I would like to participate in another tour next time.

宮古島でマリンアクティビティを思いっきり楽しみたいということで、豪華なSUP+シュノーケリングツアーに5名で参加しました。

数年海に入っておらず、マリンアクティビティが不安でしたが、スタッフの皆さんの対応が手厚くみんな海が大好きになりました。

口呼吸が苦手なメンバーもいたのですが、適度な休憩時間や丁寧なレクチャーで楽しめました。
スタッフさんが一生懸命ウミガメを探していただき、当日出会えることができました！！

<全体を通して>
スタッフさんが、適度な温度感で優しく接してくれて非常に良いツアーでした。おすすめのお昼ご飯を聞いたらすごく美味しいところを教えてくださいました。今度また別のツアーに参加したいと思います。

In the morning, we had a snorkeling experience at Balas Island where we encountered a sea turtle swimming close to us—a truly precious experience! In the afternoon, we canoed through the mangroves and tropical plants, culminating in canyoning at the waterfall. Every moment was extraordinary and unforgettable. Additionally, Kengo's guide about Iriomote Island was very interesting, making the travel time enjoyable. Thanks to this, our long-awaited Iriomote Island tour turned out to be amazing.

午前のバラス島でのシュノーケリングでは、浅瀬でウミガメに遭遇、自分達の近くをウミガメが泳ぐ‼️といった貴重な体験を。午後はマングローブ、南国の植物たちの間をカヌーで進み、ゴールの滝までキャニオニング。どこを切り取っても非日常で忘れられない体験ができました。そのうえケンゴさんの西表島に関するガイドがとても興味深く…移動時間も楽しく過ごせました。おかげさまで念願の西表島ツアーが最高なものとなりました。

I had many concerns due to my age, but thanks to the kind and attentive staff, I had a wonderful time. They were always by my side, guiding me on which way to paddle, and my nerves gradually eased, making the experience very enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to see Nemo and blue fish, which made for a fulfilling experience. After the activity, I received beautiful edited photos and drone footage from the experience, which was very moving. If you come to Miyako Island, you definitely should try this experience. We would love to do it again as well.

年齢的に不安な事も多々あったけど、スタッフの方々の優しく細やかな対応のおかげでとても楽しくできました。
いつもそばに居て、どっちに漕げばいいか教えてくれ、緊張もだんだんと和らいできてとても楽しくできました。
また、ニモや青色の魚が見れて、とても充実した体験になりました。
体験後、体験中の写真やドローンで撮影したもの、編集された素敵なデーターを
頂き、とても感激です。
宮古島島に来たら、絶対に体験したほうが良いですよ。
私達もまた体験したいと思います。

I participated in a mangrove kayaking and snorkeling tour at Barasu Island. The day before the tour, I received a confirmation call, and on the day of the tour, they picked me up from my hotel and took me to the port. I met the other participants and our guide, Yoshi, and we started with the mangrove tour. During the bus ride, Yoshi shared a lot of information about Iriomote Island, which made the travel time exciting.

Before the mangrove tour, we received a thorough briefing on how to paddle the kayak, allowing us to enjoy the experience very safely! We were able to feel the negative ions while being surrounded by waterfalls and forests. After a lunch break, we headed to Barasu Island for snorkeling in the afternoon. Here too, Yoshi and the staff provided great support, allowing us to explore the beautiful sea safely and create wonderful summer memories. Additionally, throughout the tour, Yoshi took photos for us, so we could keep tangible memories (he sends them via LINE after the tour). The tour provided value beyond the price, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

ツアー参加前日に事前の確認電話があり、当日は宿泊ホテルまで迎えに来ていただき港に移動。
一緒にツアーに参加するメンバーと担当のヨシさんと合流し、まずはマングローブツアーへ。
バスの移動中はヨシさんが西表島の情報などを沢山教えていただき、移動時間からワクワクでした。
マングローブツアーに参加前は丁寧にカヤックの漕ぎ方をレクチャーいただき、非常に安全に楽しめました！滝と森林に触れ、マイナスイオンを沢山感じることができました。その後、昼食休憩を取り、午後はバラス島シュノーケリングへ。ここでもヨシさん等スタッフの方々がサポートしてくださったのでとても安全に綺麗な海を散策することができ、良い夏の思い出ができました。また、どのツアー中もヨシさんが写真を撮ってくださるので、形としても思い出に残すことができました。(ツアー後、LINEで送ってくださります)値段以上の価値を提供いただきとても満足のツアーでした。

The weather was perfect after the typhoon. Thank you for accommodating the sudden cancellations and changes to our plans, as we initially had a reservation on the day of the typhoon.

台風一過で最高の天気でした。はじめは台風の日に予約していたので、急なキャンセルや予定変更に対応していただきありがとうございました。

This was the last leg of our whirlwind family trip to Sapporo. I was very satisfied that we could experience canoeing close to the airport within the time we had before our flight. Although there was some wind that day, our guide provided support, which made us feel at ease. In the full-course jungle area, we were able to see kingfishers flying close to the water's surface. It became a wonderful memory.

弾丸札幌家族旅行の最後の行程でした。
飛行機のフライトまでの時間で、空港から近いところでカヌー体験が出来てとても満足です。
当日は風があったけどガイドさんがフォローしてくれて安心でした。フルコースのジャングルエリアはカワセミが水面近くを飛んだりしているのを見れました。
とても良い思い出になりました。

In the morning, we paddled through the magnificent mangrove nature on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and in the afternoon, we leisurely crossed to Yubu Island on a water buffalo cart to see subtropical plants. It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to enjoy various aspects of Iriomote Island.

The guide was very kind and provided detailed explanations, which helped us learn a lot about the island. We had a great time. Additionally, it was wonderful to have photos taken that I wouldn't have been able to capture myself.

If I have the opportunity to come to Iriomote Island again, I would like to stay overnight and participate in a night tour as well.

This trip to Ishigaki Island became the best memory. Thank you very much for providing such a fulfilling experience.

午前中はSUPでマングローブの大自然の中を進み、午後はゆったりと水牛車で由布島に渡って亜熱帯植物を見学し、色々な面の西表島を満喫できるとても充実したツアーでした。

ガイドの方にとても親切に説明をしていただけたため、島の詳細な情報等を知ることができ、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
また、自分では撮ることがでないような写真を撮ってもらえたことも良かったです。

次に西表島に来る機会があれば、一泊して、夜のツアーにも参加できればと思います。

It was my first experience with sea kayaking, and it was amazing. The guide was friendly, and I had a great time. Don't forget to apply plenty of sunscreen! You will need to drive to the Blue Cave in your own rental car, so please be careful about that.

I wanted my first-grade son to experience canoeing, so I made a reservation. They picked us up from our accommodation and provided life jackets. They also taught us how to paddle in a very thorough manner. Both my child and I were new to canoeing, but we were able to enjoy it with peace of mind. The weather was great, and the views were wonderful. Since there were few participants when we joined, we were lucky to have a family photo taken along the way. It became a memorable canoeing experience. The river's flow was gentle (though there were some parts that were a bit faster), so I recommend it for those considering an experience with children!

Considering the impact of the typhoon, I urgently changed my reservation from the 30th to the 29th, and they kindly accepted it. It was my first time on a clear canoe, and it was refreshing to see fish while paddling. During the activity, the guide led the way and explained the destinations, which made me feel at ease. Among the highlights, the drone footage was very impressive. At the end, they compiled a video with music as a gift, and I felt overwhelmed with gratitude for such an experience and the beautiful scenery brought me to tears. It truly became an unforgettable memory. For those visiting Miyako Island, I highly recommend this experience. Thank you very much!

台風の影響を考慮して、30日の予約を急遽29日に変更したのですが、快く受け入れてくださいました。クリアカヌーは初めてでしたが乗りながらお魚を見ることが出来て新鮮でした。アクティビティ中は、ガイドさんが先行して行き先を教えてくれたので安心して臨めました。中でも、ドローンでの撮影がとても印象的でした。最後に音楽付きの動画に纏めてプレゼントしてくださったのですが、こんな体験ができたことへの感謝と、素敵な景色に思わず涙が出そうになりました。本当に忘れられない思い出となりました。宮古島に行かれる方はぜひ、体験いただきたいです。ありがとうございました！

I joined this tour, feeling excited by the beautiful sea and sky of Miyako Island.

During snorkeling, I encountered a sea turtle as soon as I entered the water! It was shallow, so I couldn't take a photo with it, which was a bit disappointing, but I was able to see its cute face up close! The underwater world was like an aquarium, and I was completely captivated by the colorful little fish. My daughter, who isn't a strong swimmer, seemed to be able to observe the sea comfortably thanks to the lifeguard. The guide explained about the fish and took many photos for us, including commemorative shots.

Before I knew it, it was time to move to the SUP location. The board was more stable than I expected, and I was able to sit down easily. However, when I tried to stand, the board wobbled, and I ended up laughing as my legs shook and I fell into the water. But with the guide's advice, I was able to stand up. They also carefully taught us how to operate the board, and my daughter seemed to enjoy paddling.

Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I recommend this tour for first-timers! Thank you for the fun memories! I would love to visit Miyako Island again!

宮古島の美しい海と空にテンションが上がりながら、こちらのツアーに参加しました。

シュノーケリングでは、海に入ってすぐにウミガメさんに遭遇！浅瀬だったので一緒に写真を撮る事が出来ずに残念でしたが、とても近くで可愛いお顔を見る事が出来ました❣️海の中はまるで水族館の様で、カラフルな小魚達にすっかり見惚れていました。泳ぎが得意ではない娘も、ライフガードのお陰で安心して海の中を観察する事ができた様です。ガイドさんはお魚の説明をしてくれたり記念撮影等たくさんの写真を撮って下さいました。
あっという間に時間になり、次はＳＵＰの場所に移動です。ボードは思っていた以上に安定感があり、サクッと座る事が出来ました。しかし、立つ時はボードがゆらゆらして足がプルプルするのに笑けてきて海に落ちてしまいましたが、ガイドさんのアドバイスで立つ事が出来ました。操作の仕方等も丁寧に教えて頂き、娘も楽しそうに漕いでいました。

全体的に満足の出来る内容で、初めての方におすすめのツアーです！

It was my first trip to Miyako Island. I was looking for activities where I could experience the beauty of the ocean, and I came across this activity. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I thought it would be okay for me to paddle mainly, so I signed up. When I informed them over the phone beforehand that my elderly mother would be accompanying me, I was very pleased that they were considerate of her on the day of the activity.

Although I was mainly paddling, we were able to reach the open sea without any falls and saw many fish and corals. When I spoke with the staff, they mentioned that there were even older participants (in their 80s and 90s), so if you're concerned about age, I think it would be good to give it a try. My mother also enjoyed it and was very happy.

I appreciate the staff for assisting us when sitting down and standing up. The first experience of drone photography was also fun. The photos and videos we received were wonderful. Thank you for the lovely memories.

はじめての宮古島旅行でした。
海の綺麗さを体験できるアクティビティを探していたところこちらのアクティビティをお見かけしました。
今回高齢の母との旅行でしたので私が主軸で漕いだら大丈夫かなと思い申し込みました。
事前にいただくお電話の際に高齢の母も同行である旨お伝えしましたが、当日母をお気遣いいただき大変嬉しかったです。
私が主に漕ぐ状態でしたが、転落などすることなく外海までいけてたくさんお魚やサンゴなど見ることができました。
スタッフさんにお話を伺ったところもっと年上の利用者（80代、90代）もいらっしゃったそうなので、年齢を気にされてるようなら一度参加してみるといいと思います。
母も楽しかったと喜んでおりました。
座る際や立ち上がる際にもスタッフの皆さんが介助してくださり感謝いたします。
初めてのドローン撮影体験も楽しかったです。
いただいた写真や動画も素敵でした。

I experienced SUP for the first time. I decided to challenge myself with sunset SUP. I was worried about whether I could do it well, but they provided careful instruction, and I was able to stand and paddle successfully. The weather was uncertain, but I was glad to be able to do SUP while watching the beautiful sunset!

上手く出来るか不安でしたが、丁寧に指導してくれて無事立ち漕ぎまで出来ました。
天気も不安でしたが、綺麗な夕日を見ながらSUPできて良かったです！

I went kayaking with my beloved girlfriend on the most beautiful river and lake. It was really interesting to see the water turn a soda-like color. Next time I come, I want to visit the lake too! I was happy to have taken a lot of photos.

大好きな彼女と最高に綺麗な川と湖の上でカヤックをこぎました。水がラムネ色になるところはとても面白かったです。今度来た時は湖にも行ってみたいです！たくさん写真撮ってもらえて嬉しかったです。

It was my first time kayaking, but I felt at ease during the experience because they taught me how to paddle carefully. The plan included exploring the mangroves in the first half and then heading out to the sea to enjoy the sunset in the second half. I was able to feel nature up close, and the sea breeze and coolness of the evening were very pleasant. They also took beautiful photos, making it a great summer memory.

カヤックは初めてでしたが、乗り方を丁寧に教えていただいたので安心して体験できました。
前半はマングローブ、後半は海の方へ出てサンセットを拝むプラン。いつもより近くで自然を感じられ、海風や夜の涼しさもありとても気持ちよかったです。綺麗な写真も撮っていただき、いい夏の思い出になりました。

I chose the full course, and I was able to practice on the wider section with some wind in the first half, then enjoyed the jungle-like course in the second half. It seems that you can't access the jungle on the half course, so I recommend the full course.
I also saw a lot of bluebirds (kingfishers).
I think it would be good to have insect repellent spray for the jungle part!
The guides were cheerful and entertaining as well.

フルのコースにしましたが、前半風がある広めのコースで練習出来て、後半ジャングルのようなコースで楽しめました。ハーフだとジャングルいけないらしいので、フルのコースがおすすめです。
青い鳥（カワセミ）もたくさん見れました。
ジャングル部分は虫除けスプレーあるといいと思いました！
ガイドさんたちも陽気で面白かったです。

On the third day of our Ishigaki trip, we had an experience with the Iriomote Nature School. When we saw the destination, the Pinaisara Falls, from the starting point, we were a bit surprised, thinking, "Wait, we have to go all the way there?!" But once we started, it turned out to be quite fun.

We were on a private family tour, but we ended up merging with a group tour along the way. By the time we reached the trekking starting point after getting off the canoe, there were canoes everywhere! It seemed like the people who had already arrived were heading towards the falls, so we got ready to start as well.

After a challenging 15 to 20-minute trek, we finally reached the base of the falls. Seeing the breathtaking view of the waterfall made us forget the fatigue from the sweaty walk, and we dove into the pool below. It was incredibly fun!

We then retraced our steps back and took the canoe to return. Our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, was quite natural and knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations about the mangroves along the way, as well as information about the lizards and flowers we encountered during the trek. It was a fantastic tour.

After returning to the office, we were treated to a complimentary drink of shikuwasa juice or blue Hawaii shaved ice. Since it was around lunchtime, we ordered Yaeyama soba, and the clear soup version of Yaeyama soba here was exquisite! I would love to join this tour again if I have the chance.

石垣旅行の３日目に体験☀️
今回、西表自然学校さんにお世話になりました。
スタート地点から目的のピナイサーラの滝を見たときは、えっ？あそこまで行くの！と少しビックリ‼️
でもスタートするとこれが案外面白い(^-^)
私たちは家族だけのツアーでしたが、途中団体ツアーさんとも合流状態となり、カヌーを降りてトレッキングスタート地点ではもうカヌーだらけ！
到着していた人達はすでに滝に向かってるようで私達もいざスタート！
なかなか険しい道のりを進むこと15分か20分いくと滝壺に到着。滝の絶景を目の当たりにすると、汗だくで歩いてきた疲れも忘れ、滝壺にダイブ
これが最高に楽しかった
またきた道のりを戻り、カヌーに乗って戻るというツアーでした。
担当してくださったイワモトさんも天然そうな人でしたが、とても詳しくガイドをしてくださり、
道中のマングローブの説明、トレッキング途中のトカゲや花などの説明もしっかりしてくださり、とても良いツアーでした。
その後、事務所に戻るとサービスでシークワーサージュースかブルーハワイのかき氷まで頂きました。
ちょっどお昼だったこともあり、こちらではカフェもしておられたので八重山そばを注文しましたが、こちらの透明のスープの八重山そばが絶品‼️
また機会があればツアー参加したいと思います。

I took a bus from Chitose Station to Lake Shikotsu and participated in this tour. I had originally booked the 1:30 PM tour, but since I arrived early, I was able to switch to the 11 AM tour that had availability. The main part of Lake Shikotsu had some waves, so we were guided to the river instead. The water was incredibly clear and felt great. I also appreciated the photo-taking service. After the tour ended, I had a meal and went for a walk, and I could see that the 1:30 PM tour was heading to the lake. I'm not sure which was more fun, but I enjoyed the river, so it was all good!

千歳駅からバスで支笏湖へ行き、本ツアーに参加しました。
13:30のツアーを予約していましたが、早く着いてしまったので空きのあった11時からのツアーに変更してもらいました。
支笏湖本体のほうは波がうねっていたため、川のほうへ案内してもらいました。とにかく水がキレイで、気持ちよかったです。写真撮影のサービスもありがたかったですね。
ツアー終了後、食事をしてから散策をしていたら、13時半からのツアーは湖のほうへ行っていたのが見えました。どっちが楽しかったのかはわかりませんが、川は川で楽しめたのでまあ良しです！

We participated as a family of three (with a 9-year-old son) and had a truly wonderful time.

I did the "Night Kayak" ten years ago when I visited Iriomote Island, and I couldn't forget the breathtaking starry sky I saw then. I had always wanted to do it again, and this time, I was overjoyed to be able to share it with my grown son.

We set off before it got dark, and it was a luxurious experience to savor the passage of time as each star appeared one by one.

The guide's explanations about the mangroves and constellations were also great.

We were able to enjoy the darkness and tranquility that you can't experience in the city.

The sounds of owls, the shadows of bats flying right in front of us, and the sparkling light of the bioluminescent plankton were all impressive.

家族3人（子供は9歳男子）で参加し、大変すばらしい時間を過ごせました。

「ナイトカヤック」は10年前に西表島に来たときにして、そのときに見た星空の感動が忘れられず、是非またと思っていましたが、今回は大きくなった息子と一緒にできて感無量です。

暗くなる前に出発し、一つ一つ星が現れてくる時間の経過を味わえる贅沢な時間でした。

ガイドさんのマングローブや星座の解説も良かったです。

都会では味わえない暗闇と静けさを堪能できました。

フクロウの鳴き声や目の前を飛ぶ蝙蝠の影、夜光虫のきらきらした光が印象的でした。

I had planned to fully enjoy a day at the sea, but unfortunately, the waves were too high for sea kayaking. However, I requested to at least do some snorkeling, and we ended up doing snorkeling in the morning and river kayaking in the afternoon, which was a great combination.

Although I didn't see any sea turtles in the ocean, I encountered many fish, including clownfish and sea snakes. During the river kayaking, we also had the chance to try stand-up paddleboarding, and we had a wonderful time on the calm, clear river. I even managed to find and catch an eel. It was so much fun!

　たっぷり１日海を満喫する予定でしたが、あいにく波が高くてシーカヤックは難しいとのこと。それでもシュノーケルだけでもやりたいとお願いしたところ、午前中はシュノーケル、午後はリバーカヤックと美味しいところ２つどりさせていただきました。
　海ではウミガメには会えませんでしたが、クマノミやウミヘビなどたくさんのおさかなに会えました。リバーカヤックでは、かわるがわるサップも乗ることができ、透明度の高い穏やかな川で十分楽しめました。ウナギをみつけて捕まえることもできました。とても楽しかったです！

We participated with two children (ages 6 and 4) and two parents. We had a great time on the boat, which accommodated all four of us! The location, Imugya Marine Garden, was provided to us the day before, and we were able to see many small fish, which made the kids very excited. The drone photography was done skillfully, creating wonderful memories. Above all, the staff were amazing. They were polite and very pleasant, which was fantastic. Thank you!

1艘のボートに4人乗れてわいわい楽しめました！
開催地は前日に案内いただいたのですが（イムギャーマリンガーデン）小さいお魚もたくさん見れて、子供たちも大はしゃぎでした。
ドローン撮影も上手にしていただき、良い思い出になりました。
そして何よりスタッフの方たち最高です。
丁寧だし、とても感じが良くて素晴らしかったです。

I tried sea kayaking for the first time, and it was incredibly beautiful and so much fun! I'm definitely considering participating again next time!

初めてシーカヤックをやったけど。めちゃくちゃ綺麗でめちゃくちゃ楽しかったぞ〜。

It was amazing to have various experiences while enjoying the breathtaking views. The instructor's explanations were humorous and very entertaining. I felt safe and was able to enjoy myself without worry.

絶景を見ながら色々な体験ができ、最高でした。インストラクターの方の解説がユーモアがあってとても面白く楽しめました。安全にも配慮されていて安心して楽しめました。

We participated as two families. The instructor's talk was enjoyable, and the rain that had been falling until just before stopped, allowing us to see the sunset. It seems that this trip left the biggest impression on the children. Thank you very much! I would like to participate again if there is another opportunity.

2家族で参加しました。インストラクターさんの話も楽しく、寸前まで降っていた雨も止んで、サンセットも見ることが出来ました。子どもたちはこの旅行で１番思い出に残ったようです。ありがとうございました！また機会があれば参加したいです。

I went in a swimsuit since I knew I would get wet. It turned out to be the right choice because I got soaked more than I expected. I think my poor paddling skills contributed to my lower body being completely drenched.

I was able to have the tour filmed with a drone, and at the end of the tour, I received the videos and photos instantly via AirDrop. I was really happy with all the great pictures.

From the clear kayak, I could see fish and coral, and since it was a calm day, we ventured a little out into the sea beyond the bridge and even met a clownfish. Each group had an instructor with us, so even though I was inexperienced and couldn't paddle well at all, I felt safe the whole time. The staff were all really kind, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you! I highly recommend this tour.

濡れても良い服という事で水着で行きました。思った以上にびしょびしょになったので正解でした。漕ぐのが下手なのもあったのか、下半身は完全にずぶ濡れでした。

ドローンで撮影していただけて、ツアーの終わりにエアドロですぐに動画や写真を受け取れました。いい写真ばかりで、嬉しかったです。

クリアカヤックからは魚も珊瑚も見られて、波が穏やかな日だったので少しだけ橋の外の海にも出て、カクレクマノミにも会えました。1グループに1人インストラクターの方がついてくださるので、未経験でカヤックは全然うまく進めませんでしたが安心して過ごせました。スタッフの方が皆さん本当に優しくて楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！めちゃくちゃおすすめのツアーです。

I received polite service and had a very enjoyable experience. It was great to see the mangroves and the creatures of Okinawa. Also, kayaking was a bit challenging because it requires good coordination between the front and back paddlers to move as intended, but I had fun.

またカヤックは前後の息が合っていないとなかなか思い通りに進まないので難しかったですか、楽しめました。

There were 10 people who applied at the same time, but there was only one guide, so we couldn't fit everyone in the car for the round trip to the river at once, resulting in a shuttle transport. Due to the time constraints, the service felt rushed and careless. I was squeezed in the back row of the three-seat bench with a large man who had fallen into the river and was wet, which was uncomfortable. The seat next to the driver was left empty to secure my own space, showing a lack of consideration for the guests. The driving was rough, making it dangerous and unpleasant.

The morning course was advertised as including explanations and rental shoes, but there was no mention of rental shoes, and the explanations about the Nakagawa River were only given to people nearby.

There were some kind aspects, such as taking photos of us while we were kayaking. I think the guide was still young and inexperienced, but since this is a customer service industry, I hope improvements can be made.

同じ時間帯に10人が申込んでいたが、ガイドは1人のため、集合場所から川の往復が車に一度で乗り切れずピストン輸送になり、時間不足で対応も雑な感じだった。3列シートの後ろの列に、川に落ちて濡れている体格の大きな男性と3人でぎゅうぎゅう詰めで載せられ辛かった。運転席の隣は空けて自分のスペースを確保しており、客への配慮が欠けている。車の運転も荒く、危なくて不快。
午前中のコースは解説付きでレンタルシューズ付と書かれていたが、レンタルシューズの話もなく、仲間川の解説も近くの人にしかしていない。
カヤックに乗っている写真を撮ってくれるなど親切な部分もあった。
まだ若いガイドだったので未熟だと思うが、客商売なので改善して貰いたい
