Found this transfer on the web and booked it for the two of us to get from our hotel in Tokyo Bay to Diamond Princess in Yokohama.
Although it was booked as a shared shuttle, when the minibus arrived in true Japanese efficiency 5 minutes early, we were happy to learn that we were the only two passengers.
The driver was very friendly and professional, and we arrived at the ship in good time.

The hotel we are staying is part of a chain which has hotels with the same name. I checked the original confirmation and the address I provided was correct.
