Smooth service from a slightly delayed flight into Oita and travel to Yufuin. Felt very safe. There was an issue with the vehicle passenger door locks when I got dropped-off (not a staff issue, and it was not a big dea... morel at all although i felt the driver was a bit embarrassed). Would highly recommend and use again on my next trip to Kyushu.
