As mentioned in the reviews, it was a tour mainly focused on Chinese participants, but we signed up with three Japanese people. It was a satisfying tour to Yufuin and Beppu at this price.

この価格で湯布院、別府と満足したツアーでした。

When I arrived at the meeting place for the tour with 16.7 people, there was a Japanese tour guide holding up a sign, but there were many Easy Go flags, and most of the people were Taiwanese or Chinese, so I didn't know who to ask. As time was running out, I asked a man, but he didn't know. Then a female tour guide next to him approached me, and she turned out to be the person in charge—she was Chinese. Most of the tour participants were also Chinese, with one Filipino and just the two of us, a Japanese couple. The explanation was mainly in Chinese, lasting about five minutes, while the Japanese explanation was only about one minute, which was a bit disappointing. There was a ropeway, but due to bad weather, we couldn't see anything at the top. However, I am grateful that we were able to see three hell hot springs instead.

16,7人のツアー集合場所に行くと日本人の添乗員だったら行き先を掲げてるのですがイージーゴーの旗がいくつもあり台湾人やら中国人の方ばかりで誰に聞いたらいいか❓時間がせまり思わず男の人に聞いたらわからずその隣に女の添乗員が話掛けてきてやっと担当の方でした～中国人の人でした。ツアーの参加者も中国人が多くフィリピン人が1人で我々夫婦日本人が2人でした説明も中国語が主に５分説明してたら日本語の説明は１分ぐらいでなんだかね～ただロープウェイがありましたが天気が悪いので上に行っても何も見えないという事で機転をきかして地獄温泉を３つ見れた事は、感謝してます

The tour guide was a Chinese male who provided guidance in both Chinese and Japanese. It seemed that there were many Japanese participants this time, which surprised him. He was very friendly, and we were able to enjoy the tour. I recommend it to Japanese travelers as well!

添乗員さんが、中国系の男性の方でしたが、中国語と日本語で案内してくださいました。今回は日本の方が多かったようで、びっくりされてました。とても親しみやすく楽しくツアーを回ることができました。日本の方にもオススメですヨ

I was surprised to find out that the tour was for foreigners after the application had ended, and I participated with a bit of anxiety.

As expected, I was the only Japanese participant (since I was traveling alone) on this tour. It was also my first trip to Kyushu.

However, in the end, it was okay.

The explanations were mostly in Chinese, but the tour guide was kind and explained the important things in Japanese. As long as I knew the meeting time, I was mostly free to explore, so I was able to enjoy myself✌️

Beppu was really great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't take a bath.

I definitely want to try again.

申し込みが終了してから、外国人向けのツアーだと知ってびっくりしつつ、少し不安を持って参加しました。

やはり今回のツアーでは、日本人は、私だけ(一人参加でしたので)でした。
九州旅行も初めてでした。

でも、、結果としては、大丈夫でした

説明は、9割は中国語でしたが、添乗員の方が親切で大事なことは日本語で教えて下さいましたし、集合時間さえわかっていれば、ほぼ自由行動でしたので、楽しむことが出来ました✌️

別府がすごく良かったのですが、お風呂に入れず残念。

是非リベンジしたいと思ってます。

This is a tour completely designed for Chinese tourists. I recommend it for those who don't mind that. The guide provides information in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Both the bus driver and the guide were very pleasant people. I wanted to enjoy a hot spring in Yufuin, so I spent one hour at a nearby day-use bath within walking distance, and the remaining hour was spent sampling food. It was a fulfilling trip!

完全に中国系観光客用ツアーです。気にならない方にはオススメです。
ガイドさんは中国語、英語、日本語で案内してくれます。
バスの運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じのいい人でした。
私は湯布院で温泉に入りたかったので歩いて行ける日帰り風呂で1時間、残りの1時間で食べ歩きをしました。
充実した旅でした！

There were many foreigners, and the guide was from China, mostly speaking English, but they were very kind and made for a fun trip. I was able to chat a little with the guide, who was very good at Japanese and a wonderful person. Everyone participating seemed to be having a great time. Conversely, it felt refreshing to experience a familiar course alongside foreigners.

外人さんが多く、ガイドの方も中国のかたで、ほぼ英語でしたが、とても親切で楽しい旅行ができました。ガイドさんとも少しお話しできましたが、とても日本語上手で、素晴らしい方でした。
参加の皆さんも楽しそうでした。逆に慣れ親しんだコースを外人さんと一緒に回るとこうなるんだと新鮮な気持ちになりました。

I participated with my daughter.
Most of the participants were from Taiwan or China, but the female guide was very kind and considerate. The bus driver was also a gentle person with a smile.
I believe we wouldn't have been able to do that much sightseeing on our own.
It was a lot of fun.
I would like to apply to Veltra for my next trip as well. Thank you very much.

娘と2人で参加しました。
殆どの方々が台湾や中国の方でしたが、女性ガイドさんがとても親切でたくさん配慮して頂きました。バス運転手さんも笑顔のある優しい方でした。
やはり自分達だけでは、あれだけの観光は出来てなかったと思います。
とても楽しかったです。
次回も旅行の時にはベルトラに申し込みたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I had the best food walking and exploring in Dazaifu and Yufuin! It's better not to eat breakfast before going—haha! At Mount Tsurumi, I was able to see wonderful phenomena thanks to the weather and climate, creating lovely memories.

太宰府、湯布院での最高の食べ歩き、散策ができました！朝食は食べて行かないほうがいいですよ〜笑！鶴見岳は天気と気候でステキな現象を見れて素敵な思い出

I think it's great that you can take a day trip from Hakata Station to Dazaifu Tenmangu, Yufuin, and Beppu Onsen! Dazaifu was also very nice, but since there was hardly any time to stay in Beppu Onsen, I wish there had been a tour that focused only on Yufuin and Beppu Onsen! The guide was from China, and they were polite and good!

博多駅から日帰りで、太宰府天満宮、由布院、別府温泉に行けるのはいいとおもいます！
大宰府もとても良かったですが、別府温泉がほぼ滞在時間がなかったので、由布院と別府温泉だけのツアーがあったら良かったなと思いました！
ガイドさんは中国の方でしたが、丁寧でよかったです！

Most of the participants were from overseas. However, the tour guide was kind and attentive, allowing us to have a comfortable time.

参加者のほとんどが、海外の方たちでした。が、添乗員さんが、親切丁寧に対応くださり、快適な時間を過ごせました。

There were only my daughter and me as Japanese participants. Aside from one family from an English-speaking country, the rest were users from Chinese-speaking regions, but we had more than enough fun.

The guide was trilingual and always followed up with me and another group who didn't understand Chinese in Japanese and English, so I was able to trust the tour completely and feel at ease.

The timing was just right, and I enjoyed the peace of mind that comes with a bus tour. It was very helpful that they shared local specialties and recommendations.

Some people might feel a bit hesitant about mingling with foreigners, but I had a great time, so I highly recommend it.

My elementary school daughter also had a lot of fun and was able to spend the time with a smile! Thank you very much.

あと英語圏のご家族1組を除けば、あとは中国圏の利用者のみでしたが、十分以上に楽しめました。

ガイドの方はトリリンガルで中国語を理解できない私ともう1組にも日本語や英語でいつもフォローして下さいまして、ずっと安心してツアーをお任せできました。

時間設定もちょうどよく、バスツアーならではのお任せできる安心感で楽しく参加できました。
各所の名物やおすすめを教えてくださるのも大変助かりました。


外国人の中に混じるのは少し抵抗感があるかたも少なくないかも知れませんが、とても楽しめましたのでオススメです。

小学生の娘も楽しかった！と笑顔で過ごすことができました。

I had prepared myself for a one-star experience, but it turned out to be just fine. The main language was Chinese, and all the explanations were in that language as well, but I had checked the websites of the places we visited, so it was totally okay not to understand everything. As long as I knew the meeting place and time, it was no different from a Japanese tour.

For this price, I thought the content was definitely worth it. We were taken to various places, which felt like a good deal. Each stop was relaxed, allowing us time to buy souvenirs and take bathroom breaks. I was glad it wasn't a tight schedule.

The guide was also very kind, so there were no issues at all.

メインは中国語で、説明とかも全部そうでしたが、行く先々のホームページは見ていたので、なくても全然OKでした。集合場所と時間だけ分かれば、日本人ツアーと対して変わりません。
この金額で、この内容は、全然アリだと思いました。色々連れていってもらえて、お得でした。各々、時間もゆったりでしたので、お土産を買ったりトイレによったりできました。タイトなスケジュールではなくて良かったです。
ガイドの方も、優しい対応でしたので、問題ありませんでした。

On my first trip from Hokkaido to Kyushu, there were only my sisters and me, but the tour guide was very considerate, and I made wonderful memories. It was a lot of fun.

I joined the tour thinking it would be a good deal. However, everyone else was Chinese, the guide was Chinese, and most of the explanations were in Chinese. It was the coldest season, making it a tough tour overall.

よくばりツアーで何となくお得感有の行程かなと思い参加しました。
しかし、わたしたち以外はすべて中国人でガイドも中国人、説明もほとんど中国語。そして今季一番の寒さと踏んだり蹴ったりのツアーでした。

The guide was Chinese, and they were well-organized and considerate. When we went to the Beppu Ropeway, the wind picked up, and they adjusted our return time accordingly. We were able to spend our time at each sightseeing spot as planned and had a fulfilling experience.

ガイドさんは中国人の方でしたが、段取り、配慮もよく、別府ロープウェイの時は、ちょうど、風が強くなり、帰りの時間を早めてくれてくれました。
時間も予定通りでどの観光場所でも充実に過ごす事ができました。

ガイドは日本語を話せませんでしたが、とても親切でした。

The guide did not speak Japanese. But very friendly.

I wouldn't recommend going in December as it's quite cold when moving around in a swimsuit. For my children in 4th and 6th grade, it felt a bit too childish, and the slides and play equipment might be boring for kids around the first grade level.

The wine bath was disappointing, and the coffee bath and green tea bath were dirty and lacked cleanliness, which was unfortunate.

While there was a good selection of ice cream, coffee milk, and souvenirs, I think once is enough.

水着で移動するとさすがに冷たくて、12月はおすすめしません。小学4と6の子供達には少し子供すぎて、滑り台や遊具も小学一年生前後でないと退屈かもしれません。
ワイン風呂もしょぼくて、コーヒー風呂、緑茶風呂も汚くて清潔感ゼロで残念でした。
アイスやコーヒー牛乳、お土産などは充実していましたが、一回でいいかな。と思います。

The Halloween decorations had a seasonal feel and were great. I was surprised that we could enjoy the outdoor pool even in autumn.

ハロウィンの飾り付けが季節感ある感じで良かったです。秋でも屋外プールが楽しめたのにはびっくりしました。

Avoiding the three Cs while bathing was just right since I had to be careful. I would like to visit the hot springs in Hakone again if I have the chance.

3密を避けた入浴は気を使いながら入っているのでちょうどよかったです箱根の温泉はまた機会があれば来たいです

I have really stiff shoulders and back muscles, but the sweet massage therapist managed to turn me into a relaxed blob of happiness. The facial was also very nice, my partner and I’s skin looked radiant afterwards. Would definitely recommend after a long flight to relax. Ginza is a nice area to explore afterwards too.

The receiptionists are friendly but did not quick understand the purpose/usage of the veltra voucher. It took awhile to check back and forth but finally can get in. The yunessun is fun and is pretty quiet during weekdays. I went there before on weekends and it was much more crowded. Anyways, the package at veltra is great deal, better the hotel+yunessun package.

Hosts were warm and welcoming, the entire event was fun as well as informative. The location was beautiful, complete with an indoor fountain. The kimonos we wore were exquisite and the tea was delicious. Would do this again if I'm ever back in Kyoto.

I was interested in the Hakone hot springs in Japan, so I went by myself. Since I went during the Obon holiday, it was crowded, which was a downside. It was a bit challenging to enter for the first time, but the staff were kind and helpful, so it was okay overall. Next time I come, I would like to visit when it's not crowded.

This place is for ballers on a budget! Very fun, great price and perfect for families!

The aroma spray was ready in no time, and it had a wonderful scent that I sprayed in the bedroom after my trip. I also bought the ponkan scent as a souvenir for myself. When I put it on my mask, it helped prevent colds while making me feel really good.

アロマスプレーはあっという間に出来上がってしまいましたが、とても良い香りで旅行後、寝室にシュッシュしてました。あとポンカンの香りは自分用のお土産に購入。マスクに垂らすと風邪防止をしつつ、とても美味しい気分になれました。

The location is along the road, but if you're not paying attention, you might miss it (laughs). The aroma-making takes about five minutes. The process is simple, and since the bottle was quite large, it felt like a good deal. There were also other aroma-related goods for sale, and it was fun to see the oil extraction process.

I experienced it on the day of my return as a free trial! It was a very simple and easy aromatherapy experience that took about five minutes, just choosing my favorite scent and mixing it!

The shop was cute, and it was very soothing!

We started at Yaegaki Shrine, then spent a bit more time at the main Izumo Taisha for lunch! Finally, after visiting Tamatsukuri Onsen Shrine, we enjoyed a hot spring!! Perhaps because the itinerary was quite packed, we had very little time for breaks. It was a shame we didn't have time for dinner, but considering it was the middle of a three-day weekend and there was traffic, I guess it couldn't be helped. Overall, it was a lot of fun and I was very satisfied! Thank you (^ - ^)

八重垣神社に始まり、メインの出雲大社で少し多めの時間を取ってもらい昼食！
最後は玉造湯神社でお参りをした後温泉に入りました！！
かなりの盛りだくさんのせいか、休憩の時間がかなり少なかったです。
夜ご飯を食べる時間がなかったのが残念でしたが、三連休の中日で渋滞もあったので仕方ないかな〜という印象でした。
全体的にはかなりの楽しかったし大満足でした！

Recently, I went on a matchmaking trip. Since it was a day trip bus tour, we started early in the morning! I had no trouble finding the meeting place at Shin-Osaka Station. And then, the tour began!

First, there were two bus drivers, which made me feel a bit more secure considering the number of bus accidents. The journey was a bit congested since it was a Saturday during summer vacation, but I didn’t mind and just relaxed. I realized again that Shimane Prefecture is quite far away.

First, we visited Yaegaki Shrine. There was a simple pamphlet, and even though I came without any study or preparation, I was able to enjoy myself without any inconvenience. After that, we headed to the main attraction, Izumo Taisha. The weather was nice, and I was able to worship at the sacred Izumo Taisha.

Finally, we went to Tamatsukuri Shrine, where I prayed at the wishing stone and was able to take home a precious charm as a memory of the trip! I felt that the time at Izumo Taisha was a bit short, but the timing for everything else was just right! On the way back, I was tired and fell into a deep sleep again.

The fatigue from the trip is part of the memories, and while feeling the essence of the bus tour, I’m immersed in the fun memories. I had a great time participating in this tour. Thank you very much!

先日、縁結びの旅に行かせていただきました。
日帰りバスツアーとのこともあって、
朝は始発くらいの勢いでした！
新大阪駅での集合場所も迷わず着けました。
そして、ツアーがスタートっ！
まず、バスの運転手さんが2人いて、
バスの事故が多かった配慮がされていて
それだけで少し安心しました。
道中は夏休みの土曜でもあったので
渋滞していたようでしたが、気にならずに
休んでいました。島根県までは遠いなと改めて感じました。
まずはじめに八重垣神社に。
簡単なしおりがあり、何も勉強、準備をせずにきましたが、不自由なく過ごせましたっ♬
そのあとはメインの出雲大社へ。
天気も良く神聖な出雲大社の参拝も出来
最後に、玉作湯神社へいって、
願い石にお祈りをして、旅の思い出
大切な御守りを身につけることができましたっ！
出雲大社での時間は少し短く感じましたが、
他はちょうどいいぐらいの時間でした！
帰りは疲れてまた爆睡しましたっ。
旅の疲れも旅の思い出ってことで、
バスツアーの醍醐味を感じつつ、
楽しい思い出に浸ってます。
