Since it was my first time making a reservation online, I was a bit anxious about how it would turn out, but the guide, Kousei, was very good at Japanese and explained everything clearly, making it a lot of fun (*´∀｀*🎶). There were people from various countries, and even though I was in Japan, it felt like I was abroad, which was enjoyable 🙆. I highly recommend it because you can see Mount Fuji from various angles 🗻.

It was a tour for foreigners, but they provided proper interpretation in Japanese as well. Everyone kept to the promised time, and it was quiet on the bus, allowing us to fully enjoy the tour.

外国人向けのツアーでしたが、きちんと日本語でも通訳してくれました。
皆さん、約束の時間を守り、バスの中も静かでツアーを満喫することが出来ました。

There was a lot of traffic, and the driver had a tough time, but the tour guide was kind, and it was great with a small group. Of course, the weather was nice, and Mount Fuji was amazing.

渋滞ばかりで、運転手さんは大変やったけど、添乗員さんは親切で、少人数で大変よかったです。もちろん天気が良くて富士山は最高でした。

I participated in a day trip to Mount Fuji on April 29th. I felt it was great to be able to efficiently sightsee within a limited time. My wife and I were the only Japanese participants, but our conductor, Mr. Zhang Yu, was always polite and provided clear explanations, for which I am grateful. I wish you continued success in the future.

It was very convenient to be able to sightsee by bus, but I was disappointed that the lunch changed from "Kyoto tofu" to a buffet. Also, the meeting place in the morning was very crowded, and the tour guide arrived more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. Since we had to move to where the bus was parked, there were about two instances where we had to go back to pick up participants who arrived during the move, and several participants expressed that they were "looking for it" and "didn't know where to go."

バスで観光できるのは非常に便利でしたが、昼食の内容が「京豆腐」からブッフェに変更になったのは残念でした。また朝の集合場所は大変混雑しているなか、10分以上遅れて添乗員が来られたので不安でした。バスの停まっている場所に移動するので、移動中に来られた参加者を再度迎えにと言う繰り返しが2度ほどあって、参加者も「探してたーー」、「分からなかった」と言われてる方が何人かいました。

It felt like an overseas trip since everyone except for my spouse and me were foreigners, which was refreshing. The tour guide's service was the best I've ever experienced. Although the tour itself had a bit less time at each location, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

私達夫婦以外全て外国人、まるで海外旅行の様で新鮮でした。
添乗員さんの方の対応過去1番良かったです。
ツアー自体は各所時間少なめでしたが十分楽しめました。

I was guided by Kousei. He is fluent in Japanese, so I had nothing to worry about. In advance, he sent me an email with not only the meeting time and place but also the bus number we would be taking that day and a photo of the flag as a landmark, which made it easy for me to head to the meeting spot. We were the only Japanese people, but I really appreciated that he provided the guidance in English first and then in Japanese. If I have another opportunity, I would love to join him on another tour.

We were able to see Mount Fuji beautifully without any clouds. The black eggs at Owakudani were delicious and had a mild flavor. It was a bit disappointing that Oshino Hakkai had become too commercialized.

Kouseiさんにガイドしていただきました。日本語も堪能で何も心配することはありませんでした。事前にEmailで、集合時間や集合場所はもとより、当日乗車するバスのナンバーや、目印となる旗の写真も送っていただいて安心して集合場所へ向かうことができました。日本人は私たちだけでしたが、英語でガイドのあと、日本語でもしていただきとても感謝です。また機会がありましたら、他のツアーでご一緒させていただきたいです。
富士山は雲がかかることなくきれいに観ることができました。大涌谷の黒たまご、味がまろやかで美味しかったです。忍野八海は観光地化されてしまって少し残念でした。

I was glad to be able to efficiently visit Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, which are places that are difficult to reach in just one day. Although it was a Japanese tour, most participants were inbound tourists, particularly from China. I was surprised that the number of visitors from China had decreased during this period. Throughout the tour, the guide provided explanations in three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese, so there were no particular issues. At the end of the tour, we were able to return to Nagoya earlier than scheduled, which gave us some extra time.

飛騨高山と白川郷と1日では行きづらい場所を効率良く回ることができて良かったです。日本語ツアーではあるものの、ほとんどはインバウンドで、特に中国系の方が多かったです。中国からの訪問者が減ってきた時期だったので驚きました。ツアー中、ガイドさんは常に中国語/英語/日本語の3ヶ国語で説明して下さったので、特段問題はありませんでした。ツアーの最後は、予定よりも早めに名古屋に戻って来ることができて、時間的にも余裕を持てました。

The three boatmen took turns entertaining us in a fun and amusing way. The fresh greenery was beautiful, but I want to go during the autumn foliage season next time.

船頭さん3人が交代しながら面白おかしく楽しませてくれました。新緑も綺麗でしたが、次は紅葉シーズンに行きたいです。

Thank you to the guide and driver. This was my first trip to Kyoto from Hokkaido. It was also the first time traveling with just my mother and daughter, and the guide's explanations and guidance to the places we wanted to visit were excellent. My mother, who is in her 80s, mentioned several times that although the bus tour involved quite a bit of travel, she didn't feel too tired and had a lot of fun. If there is another opportunity, I would love to participate again.

母娘二人の三人での旅行も初めてで、
行きたい所をガイドさんの説明も案内もとても良かったです。
80代の母も、バスでの1日ツアー移動距離は多少ありますが、あまり疲れなく楽しかったと何度も話しています。
また機会があれば参加させていただきます。

It was a tour in English, so it helped me study English! Since there were many international participants, I had a lot of fun talking with people from overseas! It felt like I had an experience that was not quite Japan, even though I was in Japan.

英語でのツアーなので、英語の勉強になりました！

Most of the guests were from overseas. Among them, the guidance in both Japanese and English was very thorough. I believe it was definitely better than going individually.

ほぼほぼ海外のゲストでした。その中、日本語と英語でのガイドが丁寧でした。やはり個人で行くより数段よかったと思います。

It was the best season for cherry blossom viewing, so the roads were congested and our departure was delayed, but I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms from a different perspective on the second floor of the bus. The weather was nice, so the sunlight was quite hot.

お花見ベストシーズンだったので道路が混み合って出発が遅れましたが
バスの2階からいつもとは違う目線で桜を楽しむ事ができました。
お天気が良かったので日差しが暑かったです。

It was raining, and I wore the poncho I brought. I sat in the second row from the front. The rain gradually got stronger, and the view of the cherry blossoms was disappointing. Finally, when we were heading back, the roof came out. I wish we had had a roof from the beginning on a rainy day. The guide's sightseeing explanations were good. It would have been perfect if it had been sunny.

雨が降っていて、持参したポンチョを着て、1番前から２番目に乗りました。雨が段々強くなり桜も視界が悪く残念でした。
後半帰る時にやっと屋根が出て来ました。
雨の日は最初から屋根有りでお願いしたかったです。

I rode an open bus for the first time. The view of the cherry blossoms from up high was great. The view from the open bus is the best.

On the day of the event, it was rainy from early morning, but the number of participants reached full capacity, with a majority being from Europe and America. The guide was Chinese and was very kind and approachable. Additionally, two days after participating in this tour, I took the JR train to Gero Onsen and Hida Furukawa, which I couldn't visit during the tour.

参加当日は早朝から雨の天気でしたが、それに対して参加者数は定員満員となり、欧米の方は大半占めてました。ガイドさんは中国人の方で、すごく親切で親しみやすかったです。また、このツアー参加後の2日後は、当ツアー観光できなかった下呂温泉と飛騨古川にJRで行きました。

I made a reservation for a plan that included both English and Japanese, but it felt like it was primarily in English.

When there was a mistake with the reservation for the parking at Kiyomizu Temple, the explanation of the situation was only in English, and I couldn't understand what was happening.

Given that this was a plan aimed at foreign visitors, I was told there was "no time to include Japanese," but I would have appreciated explanations in Japanese for essential details like the meeting time, meeting place, and any issues that arose.

Overall, I was satisfied with the places visited and the duration of the stay.

英語+日本語でのプランで予約をしましたが、英語が中心という印象でした。

清水寺の駐車場への予約のミスの際、状況の説明が英語のみで、何が起こってるのか分からなかった。

外国の方向けのプランという前提で、｢日本語を入れている時間がない｣と言われていましたが、集合時間や集合場所、トラブルに関する説明など、必要なことは日本語でも説明が欲しかったです。

訪問場所や滞在時間などはおおむね満足できる内容でした。

The tour had a high ratio of foreign participants, and the female guide was of Chinese descent. However, since I had read the reviews in advance, I had no issues during the experience. For Japanese travelers, they distributed a sightseeing map of Takayama and Shirakawa-go, and provided individual explanations of recommended spots, which was very helpful.

The two hours of free time in Takayama felt a bit short when considering lunch and souvenir shopping, but the two hours of free time in Shirakawa-go felt just right. (Since it’s a tourist area, all the shops on the main road were quite crowded. I saved time by bringing a bento and enjoying it by the riverbank of the Miyagawa.)

As a side note, at the two tourist spots, there seemed to be relatively fewer people of Chinese descent, and I noticed a larger presence of Southeast Asians and European Caucasians.

外国人の比率の高いツアー＆女性ガイドが中国系の方でしたが、
事前にこちらの口コミを見ていましたので、何ら問題なく過ごせました。
日本人の旅行者に対しては、高山市内と白川郷の観光案内マップを配布して、
お勧めの場所も個別に説明してくれましたので、問題ありませんでした。

高山市内の自由散策時間2時間は、
昼食とお土産探しの時間まで考えると、やや短い感じでしたが、
白川郷の自由散策時間2時間はちょうど良い感じでした。
（観光地ですので、メイン道路のお店はどこも混雑していました。
お弁当を持参して宮川の河原で頂くことで時間を節約しました。）

余談ですが、2カ所の観光地では、中国系の方は比較的少なめで、
東南アジア系の方々のほかにヨーロッパ系白人の方々が多い印象でした。

We visited four main tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Thank you to our tour guide, Maki, for your hard work. You spoke continuously in both Japanese and English, and I appreciate you accompanying us and providing explanations throughout the tour.

The detailed maps of each sightseeing location were easy to understand and very helpful.

There were many foreign visitors, but everyone gathered on time without any issues.

Thank you to our driver, Kanda, as well. It was a very enjoyable trip.

１日4カ所の京都メイン観光でした。添乗員のまきさんご苦労さまでした。、日本語、英語ひっきりなしに話していただき、しかも全部一緒に回ってくれて説明ありがとうございました。
それと各観光場所の詳細地図はわかりやすく、とても参考になりました。

集合もみんな、時間にバッチシでした。

I participated in this tour with my elementary school child from Kyoto Station. My child wanted to visit Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera, but since the locations are a bit far apart, I wasn't confident about navigating them on our own, so we joined this tour. There were mostly foreigners, and we were the only Japanese people, just the two of us. Our guide, Nin, provided a detailed explanation in Japanese after the English description, which was very considerate. In addition to explaining the temples, he shared various stories, including about plants and quizzes on Kyoto's difficult-to-read place names, which kept my child entertained and engaged.

It was great to efficiently see all the famous spots like Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, and Kiyomizu-dera. Although there was about two hours of free time in Arashiyama, I chose a plan without lunch, which resulted in long wait times at restaurants, and we didn't have enough time to visit Tenryu-ji's gardens or the Bamboo Grove, which was disappointing. Kiyomizu-dera also had 70 minutes of free time, but it took a while to get the goshuin (temple stamp), so we ended up just seeing the stage and heading back. However, I really appreciated being able to visit so many famous sites in one day, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

One thing I want to mention about this tour is that the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. We participated on a Saturday, and the meeting area was crowded with a huge number of people from various tours. The guide was wearing a yellow happi coat, but since we were boarding a bus departing from Osaka, I felt anxious about where to wait until the bus arrived. The bus was yellow, which made it easier to distinguish from others, so I think it would be good to head towards any yellow (lemon-colored) bus you see.

小学生の子供と京都駅から参加しました。
子供が金閣寺、清水寺に行きたいと言っていたのですが、場所が少し離れているため、自分で回る自信がなかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。外国人ばかりで日本人は私達親子2人だけ。ガイドのニンさんは、英語の説明の後、わざわざ私達の横に来て日本語で丁寧に説明してくれました。また、お寺の説明だけではなく、植物や京都の難読地名クイズなど、いろいろな話をしてくださり、子供も飽きずに楽しく過ごすことができました。
効率よく、嵐山、伏見稲荷、金閣寺、清水寺と有名所を全部見られて参加してよかったです。嵐山は約2時間の自由時間があったものの昼食なしプランを選んだため、飲食店での待ち時間が長く、時間が足りず天龍寺の庭園、竹林の小径まで行くことができなかったのが残念です。清水寺も70分の自由時間がありましたが、御朱印をもらうのに時間がかかってしまい、舞台を見て戻る感じになってしまいました。でも、自分では1日でこんなに名所を回ることができないので、本当に参加して良かったです。
このツアーで一つ言いたいのは、朝の集合場所が分かりづらいことです。
参加したのが土曜日でしたが、集合場所は、いろんなツアーの人達がものすごい人数なので、ガイドさんは黄色いハッピを着ていますが、大阪から出発するバスに乗っているため、バスが到着するまではどこで待っていたら良いのかわからず不安でした。
バスの色が黄色で他のバスと区別がつきやすかったので、黄色い（レモン色）のバスを見かけたら、そこに向かうようにすれば良いと思います。

I participated in a day trip tour of Kyoto's cultural heritage sites, including Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, Sanjusangendo, and Kiyomizu-dera. I joined the English tour for my Canadian husband. It was a small group with two Japanese families, two Chinese families, and just us, which made for a cohesive experience.

The bus had comfortable seating, and even though it was a holiday and we expected it to be crowded, the driving was safe and there were no issues at all.

The tour guide started with a Chinese explanation, then guided us in English, and finished with a Japanese explanation, which was excellent. They were friendly, approachable, and I was impressed. They made an effort to engage with everyone in turn, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

The shabu-shabu lunch was a bit disappointing; it felt more like a meal for foreigners who have never tried Japanese food. Since all the bus tour guests started eating at the same time, we had to wait for small plates to arrive, and the rice came only after the pot was bubbling, which was a bit unfortunate. But I guess that's how it goes with tours.

However, since the tour guide was so good, overall, I think it was a great value for the price, allowing us to efficiently visit the temples.

京都の文化財巡り　金閣寺、嵐山、三十三間堂、清水寺　日帰りツアーに参加しました。カナダ人の夫の為に英語ツアーに参加。日本人家族が２組、中国人の家族２組、私達夫婦だけの小規模な人数だったのもまとまりがよく良かったかと思います。

バスもゆったりとした席で連休だった為に混雑は予想を超えるものであったにもかかわらず、運転も安心できるもので全く問題はありませんでした。

ツアーガイドさんは最初中国語でガイド始めたのち、英語で私達のガイド、日本語で最後説明と素晴らしい出来でした。感じよく、親しみやすく、感心しました。順番に偏りが無いよう常に皆とお話ししていてとても感じがよかったです。

ランチのしゃぶしゃぶは、ちょっと期待外れでこれは日本食を食べたことのない外人の為のランチでした。他のバスツアーの客と一斉に食事が始まったため、大人数で小皿は来ないわ、ごはんは鍋がぐつぐつ煮えてから来るわ、ちょっと残念でしたが、ツアーならこんなもんなのか、という感じでした。

でもツアーガイドさんがとてもよかったので、総合的に見てこの値段で効率的にお寺を回れてとても良いと思います。

The vehicle was about half filled with Japanese people and inbound tourists. The inbound travelers boarding the private tour from Kanazawa seemed quite familiar with Japan, almost giving off the impression that they understood the country better than us Japanese, who only travel occasionally.

In the midst of this, the guide continuously provided explanations in both Japanese and English, which was not only educational but also allowed us to catch any missed points through the English explanations. It was also a learning experience to see how things are explained in English.

We received information about local attractions in advance along with a map, which made it easier to navigate once we arrived at the destination. Since the itinerary was packed into one day, we were able to move efficiently.

日本人とインバウンドの方で半々ぐらいの車内でした
金沢発の民間ツアーに乗り込んでくるようなインバウンドの方たちは日本にこなれてる感じで、たまにしか旅にでない我々日本人より日本をわかってそうな雰囲気すらありました。
そんな中、ガイドさんが日本語と英語で車内で説明をずっとしてくださっていて、勉強にもなるし、聴き逃がしたところ英語の説明で拾えるし、英語でそうやって説明するのかと勉強にもなりました。
現地の見どころなど事前に地図とともにインプットいただけるので、現地着いてから行動しやすくて助かりました。
1日に詰め込んでいただいているので効率よく動けました。

This time, the guide was mainly in Chinese and Korean, so most participants were from China and Korea. Everyone was very quiet and well-mannered, even during the bus ride. The guide, Mr. Gu Mun-gil, handled three languages and seemed to have a tough job, but he did his best to explain things clearly.

The itinerary was different from what was listed by VELTORA; once we arrived at the location, we had free time until the designated hour. Since I had visited several times before, I was able to enjoy my free time, but those visiting Kyoto and Nara for the first time might have been a bit confused. For me, it was a valuable tour since there aren't many tours from Kyoto Station to Nara.

今回、中国語、韓国語メインのガイドだったので殆どが中国、韓国の方でしたがみなさん、車中含めとても静かでマナー良く参加されていました。
ガイドの具文吉さんは、三カ国語対応で大変そうでしたが一生懸命わかり易く説明してくださいました。
行程がVELTORAの記載とは違い、現地に着いたら時間まで自由行動で、何度か訪れていたので自由時間を楽しむことが出来ましたが、初めて京都、奈良を訪れた方は戸惑ってしまったかもしれません。
私にとってはなかなか京都駅発で奈良まで行くツアーが無いので、有り難いツアーでした。

I can't find the flag for "VELTRA" that I signed up for, and I'm starting to feel anxious.
Then I received a call from someone holding an "EasyGo" flag.
When I got on the bus, it had a display for "FJONE."
Is this the right bus?????
I thought it would be an English tour guide, but I also received a Japanese tour guide just for the two of us Japanese people.

It was unfortunately a rainy day, but I was able to enjoy the classic sights of Kyoto and Nara. Although the tour guide was not Japanese, they provided very courteous service. I was disappointed that the deer crackers were sold out during the Nara tour, but I was able to see the deer up close. I am satisfied! If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in other sightseeing plans as well!

あいにくの雨日でしたが、定番の京都、奈良観光が出来ました。添乗員さんが日本の方では、有りませんでしたが とても丁寧な対応をして頂きました。奈良観光での鹿せんべいが完売で残念でしたが、間地かで見ることが出来ました。満足です！また機会がありましたら他の観光プランにも参加したいと思ってます！

It was a tour that covered all the places I wanted to visit at Mount Fuji, but since it was aimed at foreign tourists, I hesitated until the last minute. However, since the guide spoke Japanese, I had no worries. I think it's a very cost-effective tour!

富士山で行きたところが全て網羅されたツアーでしたが、外国人向けツアーとのことで直前まで躊躇していましたが、ガイドさんが日本語を話せたため、心配はありませんでした。とてもコスパ良いツアーだと思います！

While it is indeed written that "the event will proceed even in the rain" and "bring rain gear," there are limits to this. It's unbelievable that they wouldn't close the roof despite the heavy rain. Because of the rain, I could only look down, and even though the guide was showing us the cherry blossom spots, I couldn't see anything. I felt like I was just paying to get soaked while riding the bus. They were selling cheap raincoats for those without rain gear, but they were flimsy plastic. I don't think they would protect anyone from the rain. It was also sad for the children. I understand the organizers' point that "if the roof is closed, you can't see the cherry blossoms," but since there are windows, I think it would be better to look out from there. It's better than not being able to see anything at all while looking down.

運営側の「屋根があると桜が見えない」というのもわかりますが窓があるのでそこから見ればいいと思いますよ
下を向いて全く見えないよりマシです

Unfortunately, it rained, and I was able to purchase a 100 yen raincoat, but when I looked up, the rain hit my face, and I could hardly see the cherry blossoms. I heard that the bus is designed to have a closed roof, but due to company policy, it wasn't allowed. I think if the roof had been closed, we could have enjoyed the cherry blossoms more comfortably. There were about 40 passengers, but due to the cold and the rain coming in through the gaps in the raincoats, most of us got off along the way. I sincerely hope that the announcement includes a note stating that the roof may be closed in case of rain.

運悪く雨天となり100円のカッパを購入できましたが　上を向くと雨が顔にあたり桜はほぼ見れませんでした　バスは屋根が閉まる仕様との事ですが会社の方針でダメとの事　屋根が閉まれば落ち着いて桜も楽しめたのではと思います
40名程の乗車でしたがあまりの寒さとカッパの隙間からも入る雨に殆どが途中降車でした
案内の一文に雨天では屋根が閉まる場合もありますといれての運行を切に願います

お天気も良く、風も爽やかなお花見日和だったので楽しめましたが、ガイドさんのお話は周りの音に消されてとても聞き取りにくく、残念でした。

I used it for the first time. The weather was nice, with blue skies and cherry blossoms above, making for a fun bus tour. There was traffic, so we could enjoy the sights slowly. The meeting place and drop-off location were difficult for newcomers, and I got lost.
