The railroad crossing in front of Fushimi Inari Taisha was closed for over 30 minutes due to a JR issue, which disrupted our itinerary. However, aside from that, it was an enjoyable trip. If it weren't for the trouble, we might have had a bit more time to proceed with the other parts of our schedule. That was beyond our control, though. There were both foreigners and Japanese people, so the guide provided information in both English and Japanese. The guide was Japanese.
伏見稲荷大社前の踏切がJRのトラブルにより30分以上閉じた状態が続き、旅程通りに進めることができなかったがそれを除き、楽しい旅行となりました。
トラブルさえなければもう少し時間に余裕を持って他の工程を進めることができたのかもしれません。
それは不可抗力ですが。
外国人、日本人どちらもいたのでガイドさんは英語と日本語でガイドしていました。

I was able to see the festival in Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go had great weather, making it the best day ever. When we gathered in the morning, there were mostly foreigners and only four Japanese people, which made me a bit anxious. However, our guide KAKU was very attentive and communicated in Japanese, which was great. He also recommended shops and food, allowing us to move around efficiently. However, the two hours of free time felt a bit short, and I wished I could have enjoyed sightseeing a little longer.
飛騨高山のお祭りも見られて、白川郷もお天気が良くて最高の一日でした。
朝集合した時、外国人の方達ばかりで日本人は4人のみで、不安でしたガイドのKAKUさんが丁寧に日本語で対応してくださりとても良かったです。お勧めのお店や食べ物も教えて頂き、効率よく回れました。
ただ自由行動の2時間はちょっと短く、もう少しゆっくり観光したかったです。

However, the tour guide was very proficient in Japanese, and despite my initial disappointment, they provided thorough explanations, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time during the tour.

In the morning, we gathered near the sightseeing bus stop in Namba at 9 AM. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, while around 30% were Japanese. It was helpful that the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese about the places we were going to visit.
The great thing about this tour is that it takes you directly to the sightseeing spots in Kyoto by bus. I found it helpful since I had a poor sense of geography. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tofu meal in Kyoto and was very satisfied.
朝、9時になんばの観光バス乗り場近くに集合しました。外国の方が7割、日本の方は3割くらいだったかと。バス内ではこれから訪れる場所について英語と日本語で説明してくださり助かりました。
このツアーの良い点は、京都の観光名所にピンポイントでバスで連れて行ってくれることです。地理的な感覚が乏しかったので助かりました。京都の豆腐御膳も堪能して大満足でした。

It was my first time in Shirakawa-go, and it was an unforgettable, amazing experience. The plan included a delicious lunch with Hida beef and sweet grilled ayu, as well as ample time for leisurely exploration. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so I focused on the food. The Hida beef, gohei mochi, ramen, doburoku, and firm tofu were all delicious. While dining, I felt like there wasn't enough time in Takayama, so I think 2.5 hours in Takayama and 1.5 hours in Shirakawa-go would be better.
Also, the driver was speeding quite a bit, so it was nice to get back about an hour earlier than planned, but personally, I would prefer safer driving.
あいにくの天気だったので、気持ち的に食事メインにしましたが、
飛騨牛、五平餅、ラーメン、どぶろく、硬い豆腐・・・何を食べてもおいしい旅でした。
食事してたら、高山では時間が足らない感じだったので、
高山2.5時間、白川郷1.5時間でもよいと思いました。
なお、運転手さんが飛ばしまくったので、予定より１時間くらい早く帰れたのはよかったのですが、個人的には安全運転をお願いしたいです。

This bus tour visiting two World Heritage sites allowed for plenty of time to relax and enjoy sightseeing, and I was very satisfied. The lunch, which had received somewhat critical reviews, was actually very delicious, and I would like to use this service again. The gelato I had in Shirakawa-go is highly recommended.

I participated in a bus tour because I wanted to visit various sightseeing spots in Kyoto for the first time. It was the right choice since they take you by bus, so I didn't have to worry about transportation. There were about equal numbers of foreign and Japanese tourists participating. The explanations were clear in both English and Japanese, so I had no trouble understanding. The guide, Maria, was very kind, and I would like to request her again if I have the opportunity.
初めての京都で色んな観光地をまわりたくバスツアーに参加しました。バスで連れて行ってくれるので交通手段の心配はなく正解でした。外国人観光客の方と日本人観光客と半々程度の参加とのことでした。英語と日本語で分かりやすく説明して頂き困る事はありませんでした。ガイドのマリアさんはとても親切な方で又、機会があればお願いしたいです。

Yesterday was a scorching day at 33℃, but today it unfortunately rained. It was nice and cool, but by the time we arrived at Shirakawa-go, we were caught in quite a heavy downpour, and it was raining the hardest when we reached the observation deck.
As we walked down, the path turned into a river, and when the thunder started, we took shelter for 30 minutes under the eaves of the Wada House. With only 30 minutes left of our free time, the rain lightened, so we hurried to take a quick round, capturing the recommended photo spots, and somehow made it in time for our lunch gathering. We enjoyed a delicious lunch.
Since we were on a tour with guests from France, Germany, Australia, and Canada, we had an interpreter guide. After the Japanese guide, there was an English guide, which helped me learn how to express things in English. Both guides were very considerate of all the passengers, which was great.
昨日は33℃の猛暑日でしたが、今日は生憎の雨。涼しくて良かったのですが、白川郷に着く頃はかなりの雨に振られ、展望台に着く頃が一番強く降っていました。
歩いて下る時は道が川になり、雷も鳴り始めたのて和田家の軒先で雨宿りする事30分。
自由時間もあと30分という所で小雨になったので急いで ひと回り、紹介された撮影ポイントを撮って何とか昼食の集合に間に合いました。お昼ご飯は美味しく頂きました。
フランス、ドイツ、オーストラリア、カナダのお客さんと一緒のツアーだったので通訳ガイドさんが付きました。日本語のガイドのあとに英語のガイドが付いて「英語ではそういう風に言うんだ」と英語の勉強にもなりました。
ガイドさんは二人とも乗客の皆さんに気を使ってくれてとても良かったです。

It was great to be able to visit the classic tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The guide and the driver were both kind, which was nice. I recommend it for first-timers.

I was able to sightsee without wasting time, thanks to the perfect time allocation. The bus ride after walking was just the right amount of rest, and I was very satisfied.

This time, my spouse and I participated in this tour to explore school trip destinations. Since it was a weekday, there were only a few participants, and we were the only Japanese people, but the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese, allowing us to have a great time. The weather was decent, but even though it's September, it was really hot! A parasol and a fan are essential. Above all, the tour on the air-conditioned bus was the best! About 80% of the tour participants were foreign tourists, and as a minority Japanese family, we were a bit worried about feeling out of place. However, our guide, Mr. Kuroda, with his fluent English and Japanese, along with his calm and humorous talk, eased our concerns.
Shirakawa-go, our destination, was also crowded with foreign tourists, but thanks to the recommended hidden spots that Mr. Kuroda shared with us in advance, we were able to enjoy a leisurely tour and were very satisfied with the experience.
ツアー参加者の80％位が外国人観光客で、少数派の日本人の家族連れとしては少し場違いな雰囲気に心配していましたが、ガイドの黒田さんの流暢な英語＆日本語の穏やかでユーモアあふれるトークで、不安も吹っ飛びました。
目的地の白川郷も、ご多分に漏れず外国人観光客で溢れかえっていましたが、ガイドの黒田さんから事前に教えていただいたオススメの穴場スポットを中心にゆったり観光して回ることができ満足度の高いツアーでした。

Went with my family, since we came the service was very efficient, no waiting line and it was a private reservation so we had the boat by ourselves.
The view is beautiful, the food was really good and had a lot of variety of Japanese food, the presentation of everything was really well thought!
There is also a convenience boat, which selled drinks, grilled squid and dango. It was very nice! 1 hour of boat trip but it was totally worth it.
Would do it again!
I recommend going to the private boat ride if you would like a peaceful experience.

The tour guide and the driver were both excellent! We happened to have a small group, so we were able to sit comfortably, and there was zero stress 😊 They arranged a proper sightseeing bus instead of a microbus, which made me very satisfied!

The tour schedule was 8:20 AM departure from Nagoya Station, arriving at Kamikochi at 11:45 AM, then departing Kamikochi at 3:25 PM and arriving back at Nagoya Station at 6:50 PM, which I think allows for a good amount of enjoyment within the tour time. Depending on traffic, this was the schedule at the end of August. It was a very cool place with beautiful scenery, and the water was cold and incredibly clear. I had a great time even on a day trip. However, going back and forth to Myojin Pond might be a bit tight.
行き帰り共に道のりは3時間半（パーキングで15分休憩あり）ほどで、大正池か上高地バスターミナルで降りるところを決められます。上高地の滞在時間は3時間半です。河童橋周辺の飲食店は混みますので大正池から歩く場合、早めに到着するようにした方が散策できると思います。ソフトクリーム等の飲食店は20分待ちくらいでした。お土産屋さんのレジの回転率は早いです。付き添いのガイドさんは中国の方でしたが、日本語でも対応可能でした。集合時間に遅れてくる方もいらっしゃいましたが、ガイドさんも連絡して10分ほど遅れましたが、8:20名古屋駅発11:45上高地着、15:25上高地発18:50名古屋駅着でツアーの時間内で楽しめると思います。交通量にもよりますが、8月末でこのスケジュールでした。とても涼しいところで、景色も綺麗です、水も冷たく透明度がすごかったです。日帰りでも充分楽しめました。明神池を往復するのはぎりぎりすぎるかもです。

First of all, there were only a few groups this time, and everyone was from Japan.
We requested no meals, but we were able to enjoy snacks at various places, which was great for us and the kids.
It was wonderful to be able to visit all the must-see spots in Kyoto in one day, including Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama!
It was a very memorable and fun tour. Thank you! I highly recommend it!

私達は食事無しでお願いしましたが、行く先々でちょこちょこ食べたいものを食べられたので子供と一緒に楽しめました。

When my mother-in-law came to Japan from abroad, we participated in a tour. The guide's commentary was all in English, and she was very happy since she doesn't understand Japanese. I don't have much familiarity with Kyoto, so traveling by bus was very convenient. Additionally, because we joined the tour, we enjoyed many privileges, allowing us to smoothly complete our itinerary without any waiting time, and the whole family was very satisfied!

The river rafting was filled with nature and was incredibly healing. Despite the heat, the boatmen kept the conversation lively, making it a very enjoyable experience.
川下りも自然がたくさんですごく癒されました。暑い中船頭さん達が話を盛り上げてくれてすごく楽しい川下りでした。
I think it's better to visit after around 3 PM when it gets cooler rather than during the high sun of summer. Since I got off at Arashiyama, I didn't have much time to explore there.
夏は太陽が高い時間より3時くらいの涼しくなってからの方がいいかと思います。嵐山で降りるので、嵐山ではそんなに見て回る時間はなかったです。
